- 0:38Speaker 1: forward kind of episodes is going to get you in
- 0:40Speaker 1: your fields. If you've got goals you want to hear,
- 0:42Speaker 1: We're going to talk about the ten things that are
- 0:43Speaker 1: going to help fast track your goals, some moves that
- 0:46Speaker 1: change everything. So I'm so excited for this one. It's
- 0:49Speaker 1: going to be good and it is Share the Week though,
- 0:51Speaker 1: what's yours for the week?
- 0:52Speaker 2: Share of the Week is I've actually been using Claude
- 0:55Speaker 2: a lot lately, Oh, just help organize my life and
- 0:59Speaker 2: my ADMIN and all of the systems and things like
- 1:03Speaker 2: that that I don't have in place. It's definitely been
- 1:05Speaker 2: helpful just streamlining things. If you're a business owner, honestly
- 1:08Speaker 2: highly recommend like starting to learn AI, and you know,
- 1:11Speaker 2: it's one of those things where if you don't learn,
- 1:12Speaker 2: to fall behind. And I definitely think it's worth having
- 1:15Speaker 2: some level of knowledge, even if it's really basic. Like
- 1:18Speaker 2: for me, I'm not an expert in it. I'm just
- 1:20Speaker 2: playing around with it and learning how to utilize it,
- 1:22Speaker 2: and from what I've seen so far, it's definitely helped
- 1:24Speaker 2: streamline a lot of things.
- 1:25Speaker 1: So it's wild how fast it's moving. I don't know why.
- 1:28Speaker 1: I feel like it's been a way around for a
- 1:29Speaker 1: little while. Obviously chat shoot has been here for ages,
- 1:31Speaker 1: but the last it was like claw CLAWD and then
- 1:35Speaker 1: hayber Clip is the newest one. And it's wild how
- 1:38Speaker 1: advanced it's getting in how fast it's changed in the
- 1:40Speaker 1: game of business. I feel really torn with it. And
- 1:44Speaker 1: even tag camer from school the enegies, Mum, it's a
- 1:47Speaker 1: lot of the stuff I'm learning at school I'm not
- 1:48Speaker 1: actually going to use because AI is going to take
- 1:50Speaker 1: over a lot of this. I couldn't argue with him.
- 1:53Speaker 1: I couldn't argue with him. I was like, you still
- 1:56Speaker 1: forget to school, but I was like, but yeah, you're right.
- 1:59Speaker 1: The generation you're growing up in the jobs that we've
- 2:01Speaker 1: had are not going to be around when you're grown up.
- 2:03Speaker 1: And I feel really, really sorry and sad for a
- 2:06Speaker 1: lot of people that are losing their jobs because a
- 2:08Speaker 1: lot are going to be gone now or if not
- 2:10Speaker 1: in six months, even a year. I even heard of
- 2:12Speaker 1: real estate the other day that AI is going to
- 2:14Speaker 1: be able to take over the negotiations, so people are
- 2:16Speaker 1: selling their property that don't have to give commission to
- 2:18Speaker 1: a real estate agent.
- 2:19Speaker 2: Blows my mind.
- 2:20Speaker 1: Like when Steve told me that, I was like, what
- 2:22Speaker 1: do you mean? But yeah, we've spoken about it. Heat's
- 2:25Speaker 1: just so many jobs that were so secure. I just
- 2:28Speaker 1: not anymore. But then on the flip side of a
- 2:30Speaker 1: business owner, like wages are so expensive and it's time
- 2:35Speaker 1: Like AI is so efficient, it so fast you literally
- 2:38Speaker 1: like put something in, can you do this? And it
- 2:40Speaker 1: spits it out within a couple of minutes. It's wild
- 2:42Speaker 1: to me.
- 2:43Speaker 2: From a business at a standpoint, it makes a lot
- 2:44Speaker 2: of sense so much, and you can't not move with
- 2:47Speaker 2: it because, like you said, you fall behind. Well, it's
- 2:49Speaker 2: like at the last generations, you know, everyone in their
- 2:51Speaker 2: older generations are like, how do I use iPhone?
- 2:53Speaker 1: And how do you all this technology on Facebook work? Yes,
- 2:56Speaker 1: And it's like I.
- 2:57Speaker 2: Never really want to be that person who is like
- 2:59Speaker 2: falling behind, because I really feel like you have to
- 3:00Speaker 2: learn with the times. But I think it's just going
- 3:02Speaker 2: to be a beautiful balance of like utilizing AI and
- 3:05Speaker 2: then still making sure that we're connection and connection, you know,
- 3:09Speaker 2: because you want to use those solving skills of yours.
- 3:11Speaker 2: If we're relying on AI, we're not going to be
- 3:14Speaker 2: able to use those. It's like not good for the brain.
- 3:16Speaker 2: So connection and always problem solving. Anyways, what's your share
- 3:20Speaker 2: of the week?
- 3:21Speaker 1: My Share of the week is a TV series. I
- 3:23Speaker 1: hope I haven't recommended this. I don't think I have.
- 3:25Speaker 1: It's called fifty six Dates on Netflix and it's a
- 3:30Speaker 1: relationship thriller killer Who's done what so many twists? And
- 3:36Speaker 1: I don't know if you did. You ever see Dove
- 3:37Speaker 1: Cameron on YouTube and social media?
- 3:40Speaker 2: I've seen her pop up now on TikTok. For sure.
- 3:43Speaker 1: She's beautiful, but just looks like no one's ever seen before.
- 3:46Speaker 1: She's got a really interesting look about it, and I
- 3:48Speaker 1: think she's absolutely sunning and she just plays such a
- 3:50Speaker 1: good role with her acting skills. She had me fully hooked.
- 3:54Speaker 1: She plays her role so well.
- 3:55Speaker 2: She's a beautiful singer. Yeah.
- 3:57Speaker 1: So I think it's only eight episodes, but I loved it,
- 4:00Speaker 1: absolutely loved it. There's another movie we watched called War Machine.
- 4:03Speaker 1: I love war movies. This is a really not what
- 4:05Speaker 1: I expected. It sounds done, but had like this transformer thing.
- 4:09Speaker 1: They set this group of men to go out and
- 4:10Speaker 1: do a training, but then this transformer thing robot came
- 4:14Speaker 1: out and was like killing everyone. It wasn't what I expected.
- 4:18Speaker 1: But the main guy comes out alive, and then what
- 4:21Speaker 1: he has to endure and go through was just like
- 4:23Speaker 1: wild and it just scares me to I wonder what
- 4:26Speaker 1: it's going to happen in the future and aliens and
- 4:28Speaker 1: like if you go down that rabbit hole, you just
- 4:29Speaker 1: don't know what's out there.
- 4:30Speaker 2: Yeah, we should do an episode on that.
- 4:32Speaker 1: Yeah, if you're listening, you might be like, what the
- 4:35Speaker 1: fuck are these girls talking about? But there's a rabbit
- 4:37Speaker 1: hole we're going down it definitely alrighty, so we're going
- 4:41Speaker 1: to go through. Let's get started. So ten moves that
- 4:44Speaker 1: change everything. This is all about fast s tracking your goals.
- 4:46Speaker 1: One thing Tiana and I have learned from a business coach,
- 4:49Speaker 1: but also about our personalities as that we move really fast, yeah,
- 4:52Speaker 1: and we get frustrated people don't move as fast with
- 4:55Speaker 1: us because when we've got shit to do, we want
- 4:57Speaker 1: to get it done. And it sounds very masculine, and
- 4:59Speaker 1: we still are learning the balance of our beautiful feminine
- 5:01Speaker 1: energy and being able to soften and slow down and
- 5:04Speaker 1: relax and be in that flow. But we also love
- 5:07Speaker 1: our masculine drive and being having the ability to come
- 5:11Speaker 1: up with an idea, execute fast, and do the things
- 5:14Speaker 1: you want to do. Yeah, And we both are very
- 5:16Speaker 1: similar in that sense, and I think it's why we've
- 5:17Speaker 1: been able to do so much in the last year
- 5:19Speaker 1: in business together. And we just thrive in this energy.
- 5:23Speaker 1: So one of the first things is that it's about
- 5:24Speaker 1: putting yourself in the right rooms, and for us, that's
- 5:27Speaker 1: being with each other, but it's also hiring our business coach.
- 5:29Speaker 1: We did a whole episode and how we've invested fifty
- 5:32Speaker 1: thousand dollars into a business coach and it was a
- 5:34Speaker 1: huge move for us, but Gosh has made us move,
- 5:36Speaker 1: oh my god, ten times fast and what we already
- 5:39Speaker 1: were much more and it reconfirmed for us put yourself
- 5:42Speaker 1: in the right room with the right people, whether that's
- 5:44Speaker 1: self development, going to retreats, booking in for a weekend course,
- 5:46Speaker 1: having a coach, like having women around you that move
- 5:50Speaker 1: like this. It is so empowering and it just you
- 5:54Speaker 1: achieve things maybe you didn't think were possible, or you
- 5:56Speaker 1: thought were possible, but ten times faster. Yes, it's so
- 5:59Speaker 1: freaking cool.
- 5:59Speaker 2: And it's funny too, because when we're around each other,
- 6:01Speaker 2: like we bounce off each other sense we're the same
- 6:03Speaker 2: in that. But some people, you know that we've seen,
- 6:06Speaker 2: who haven't moved in the way that we do, we're like, oh,
- 6:08Speaker 2: like is this weird? Almost, like is this something you know?
- 6:11Speaker 2: It just makes us question a little bit. And then
- 6:12Speaker 2: when we met Rebecca and then she was doing that
- 6:15Speaker 2: as well, we were like, oh my goodness, she's tended
- 6:17Speaker 2: ahead of us. Literally, they were like, cool, Okay, this
- 6:20Speaker 2: allowed us to like give us permission to move the
- 6:22Speaker 2: way that we're moving, but speed up the process and
- 6:24Speaker 2: do it in a more refined way. And we're like,
- 6:26Speaker 2: oh my goodness, this is it's so much fun.
- 6:28Speaker 1: It's even like when you go to a retreat, like
- 6:29Speaker 1: I've been to many retreats, or like weekend courses and stuff.
- 6:32Speaker 1: And it's like something that I was trying to heal,
- 6:34Speaker 1: trying to understand, trying to navigate through. Put me in
- 6:38Speaker 1: a room where I'm with life coaches and I'm with
- 6:40Speaker 1: other people that are healing as well. It's crazy how
- 6:42Speaker 1: much you can heal and move through and understand on
- 6:45Speaker 1: a deeper level just by being so plugged into that room.
- 6:48Speaker 1: And that's a big reason why we wanted to bring
- 6:50Speaker 1: our retreats to life and bringing these incredible speakers and
- 6:52Speaker 1: host this incredible weekend in Byron Bayo and Bali like
- 6:55Speaker 1: what we've got planned for these girls. It's like when
- 6:57Speaker 1: you see the potential of everyone. We know everyone's got
- 6:59Speaker 1: it inside them, but you've got to put yourself in
- 7:00Speaker 1: the right rooms. You're not meant to walk this life alone.
- 7:03Speaker 1: And you don't get a manual on how to be
- 7:05Speaker 1: the best parent, how to execute things in your business,
- 7:07Speaker 1: and how to know everything on how to do everything
- 7:09Speaker 1: in life. Put yourself in the right room, you'll get
- 7:11Speaker 1: their ten times fast.
- 7:12Speaker 2: And if you surround yourself with people who make what
- 7:15Speaker 2: you want for yourself feel wrong, you're in the wrong room.
- 7:17Speaker 1: You're in the wrong room.
- 7:18Speaker 2: There's nothing wrong with you, but you're in the wrong
- 7:20Speaker 2: room because you're not in an environment that actually supports
- 7:23Speaker 2: what you do want for yourself. Yes, and that's why.
- 7:25Speaker 2: It's not because your dreams are too big, or because
- 7:28Speaker 2: you're too much, or you should dim yourself down or
- 7:30Speaker 2: shrink yourself to make yourself fit into that environment that
- 7:33Speaker 2: you absolutely know you don't fit into. It's actually about
- 7:36Speaker 2: getting yourself into a room where you feel like you
- 7:39Speaker 2: can grow into, where they're doing such bigger things than
- 7:42Speaker 2: you that you actually have space to grow into. If
- 7:44Speaker 2: you're eating in a room and you're feeling too big
- 7:46Speaker 2: and everybody else makes you feel like you need a
- 7:48Speaker 2: shrink like that is a red flag that you're actually
- 7:50Speaker 2: not in a space that's going to serve you for
- 7:52Speaker 2: your growth.
- 7:52Speaker 1: It's the energy you bring into our ninety day Accelerated
- 7:54Speaker 1: program as well, which we're in the middle of running.
- 7:56Speaker 1: And it's just, oh, it's so freaking cool to watch
- 7:59Speaker 1: these women like kind of be cracked open and come
- 8:02Speaker 1: out of their shell so much. The bigness is in there,
- 8:05Speaker 1: just suppress it or quieted down to be the good
- 8:07Speaker 1: girl or put the kids first and like do what
- 8:09Speaker 1: they think is the right thing to do. But they've
- 8:10Speaker 1: all got this in a fire and these goals and
- 8:13Speaker 1: these dreams, and to watch them attack it day by
- 8:15Speaker 1: day and like share their wins with us in our
- 8:17Speaker 1: telegram group, it's the most beautiful thing to witness.
- 8:19Speaker 2: It's so crazy to watch everyone in that group, Like
- 8:21Speaker 2: what you said when you would be so surprised when
- 8:24Speaker 2: you feel celebrated in your wins. It's celebrated in your bigness,
- 8:27Speaker 2: how much bigger you get because you feel safe to
- 8:29Speaker 2: grow into that. And I think that's a really powerful thing.
- 8:32Speaker 2: Like witnessing all these women, they're leveraging the energy of
- 8:34Speaker 2: the other women inside. They're going, oh my gosh, look
- 8:36Speaker 2: at her. Oh my god, she's inspiring, she's amazing. Wow,
- 8:39Speaker 2: oh my god. I can give myself permission to lean
- 8:42Speaker 2: into myself and really step into my own shoes of
- 8:45Speaker 2: who I want to be and how I want to
- 8:46Speaker 2: show the Lord.
- 8:47Speaker 1: We're just like more more. When they use language at
- 8:50Speaker 1: the start where it's like, oh, you know, I'm not
- 8:52Speaker 1: used to this or I don't want to take up
- 8:53Speaker 1: too much of your time, We're like no more, bring
- 8:55Speaker 1: it in, like, take take up space, be seen in
- 8:58Speaker 1: your mess or it's either type something out because they're
- 9:01Speaker 1: scared to a voice, and I'm like, you're allowed to
- 9:02Speaker 1: make mistakes.
- 9:03Speaker 2: Here.
- 9:03Speaker 1: They bring it all in. This is your practic, this
- 9:05Speaker 1: is your safe container. You get to do all of that.
- 9:07Speaker 2: There was actually a beautiful woman inside who was like, Oh,
- 9:09Speaker 2: is there any way that I can listen to my
- 9:10Speaker 2: voice recording back just so I can make sure I
- 9:12Speaker 2: don't mess up? And then we were like no, no, no,
- 9:14Speaker 2: bring it in, messy. I want your most raw, vulnerable
- 9:17Speaker 2: version of yourself so that you can put that forward.
- 9:19Speaker 2: And then she was like, oh, okay, cool, thank you
- 9:21Speaker 2: so much, Like you just need a permission, so permission
- 9:24Speaker 2: to be messy, permission to be safe, per mission to
- 9:26Speaker 2: make mistakes and grow within the space.
- 9:28Speaker 1: I love that powerful it is.
- 9:30Speaker 2: Number two is that they aren't afraid to want for more.
- 9:33Speaker 2: I love this and I think this is a really
- 9:35Speaker 2: powerful thing because when you give yourself permission.
- 9:37Speaker 1: Mom, mom, we want more.
- 9:39Speaker 2: We want more, we want more, bigness, more, just mores more.
- 9:44Speaker 2: Not afraid to want for more than what you currently have.
- 9:46Speaker 2: It's getting rid of this story that you know, just
- 9:49Speaker 2: because things are good right now, it doesn't mean that
- 9:50Speaker 2: you're not allowed to have more, And I think people
- 9:52Speaker 2: can get really caught up in that and I selfish.
- 9:55Speaker 2: Am I asking for too much? You know? Am I
- 9:58Speaker 2: being ungrateful by thinking this way? But the reality is
- 10:00Speaker 2: you're not, like you are allowed to want for more
- 10:04Speaker 2: even if right things feel good? Why can't you have great?
- 10:08Speaker 2: Who said that you can't have great? Who said that
- 10:10Speaker 2: you can't make great? Amazing? And it's just about refining
- 10:14Speaker 2: your life and becoming more aligned and having a life
- 10:18Speaker 2: that actually feels good for you along the way. And
- 10:20Speaker 2: I think this is a really powerful trait of someone
- 10:22Speaker 2: who actually goes after what they want. Something that we've
- 10:25Speaker 2: seen also in Accelerator is the women who are like,
- 10:27Speaker 2: oh no, I'm not afraid I want more. I want
- 10:29Speaker 2: to be a better mum, I want to be a
- 10:31Speaker 2: better business owner, I want to make more refined steps,
- 10:34Speaker 2: I want to move more seamlessly in my business and
- 10:36Speaker 2: my life. Like, absolutely fuck yes to that, because it's
- 10:40Speaker 2: getting in and amongst that energy that makes you believe
- 10:43Speaker 2: that what you want is possible for yourself, and then
- 10:46Speaker 2: you start to behave in a way that is much
- 10:48Speaker 2: bigger than what you've been playing up until now.
- 10:49Speaker 1: I love that. I love how you spoke on the
- 10:51Speaker 1: gratitude because it's like I've had your say to me
- 10:53Speaker 1: in the past. Oh, aren't you just happy with what
- 10:55Speaker 1: you've got? Can't you just be grateful? Like why do
- 10:56Speaker 1: you always want more? Like when does it end? I'm
- 10:58Speaker 1: like never. I can be grateful for what I've got,
- 11:01Speaker 1: what I've achieved, and I can want more. Ye, why
- 11:03Speaker 1: would I ever stop? More? Doesn't mean I'm not enjoying
- 11:06Speaker 1: what I've got, Yeah, but I can see that there's
- 11:08Speaker 1: more for myself. There's more growth, there's more trips, there's
- 11:11Speaker 1: more memory, there's more money, which means it can help
- 11:13Speaker 1: more people like more, more and more, more, more and
- 11:16Speaker 1: by everything.
- 11:17Speaker 2: Yes, amplify. Yes, it's one of my words for twenty
- 11:20Speaker 2: twenty six.
- 11:21Speaker 1: Why not? Like why would you not? Why would you
- 11:22Speaker 1: get to? Like life is on a destination that you
- 11:24Speaker 1: get to. Yeah, everything you do in life is there's
- 11:26Speaker 1: always more that you can grow in.
- 11:29Speaker 2: What I think about when you know when people have
- 11:31Speaker 2: judgments of like, oh, like they're so ungrateful, or you
- 11:33Speaker 2: know there's projections around somebody who does want more, what
- 11:37Speaker 2: comes to mind for me is like that's a scarcity mindset.
- 11:39Speaker 2: It's almost like if one person has too much, it's
- 11:41Speaker 2: going to take away from somebody else. Yeah, but the
- 11:43Speaker 2: universe has That's not a bunch of true. The universe
- 11:47Speaker 2: is not on a budget, and there's not a limited
- 11:49Speaker 2: amount of supply of happiness or money every money success
- 11:53Speaker 2: for anyone. Yeah, it's unlimited, and you get to have
- 11:56Speaker 2: as much of it as you decide that you get
- 11:58Speaker 2: to have. Yeah, so decide that you want more.
- 12:00Speaker 1: But you've got to yeah, exactly, You've got to decide
- 12:03Speaker 1: that for yourself. You've got to know you want more
- 12:04Speaker 1: and not be ashamed to even want that, because if
- 12:06Speaker 1: you are the universe not going to reward you with that,
- 12:08Speaker 1: you're not even gonna go for it and give it go, right,
- 12:10Speaker 1: You're gonna settle.
- 12:11Speaker 2: Therefore, you're limiting yourself. Yes, and you'll get what you
- 12:13Speaker 2: settle for.
- 12:15Speaker 1: Number three is they invest and go after things even
- 12:19Speaker 1: if they don't feel ready. They're not waiting for the
- 12:21Speaker 1: perfect time. They're not waiting until Monday, they're not waiting
- 12:23Speaker 1: until next year or waiting till their bestI jumps on board.
- 12:26Speaker 1: They're just going after it. You have to just take
- 12:29Speaker 1: the first step. You've got to try. You've got to
- 12:31Speaker 1: step in. You've got to take that risk. If you
- 12:33Speaker 1: keep waiting for things to be perfect, you'll be waiting
- 12:35Speaker 1: a whole damn life because there's always going to be
- 12:37Speaker 1: things that come in the way or distract you or
- 12:40Speaker 1: make you believe that you can't do that thing. Just
- 12:43Speaker 1: fucking do it, even it's a one tiny little step
- 12:46Speaker 1: towards it, you've got to go. I believe that's the
- 12:48Speaker 1: most successful people is that they're not waiting. It's executing,
- 12:51Speaker 1: and they don't believe in failure because even if something
- 12:53Speaker 1: doesn't work out, they're like, Okay, always my lesson, and
- 12:55Speaker 1: I take that to then help me prepel forward.
- 12:57Speaker 2: Yeah, they feel like a lot of successful people also
- 13:00Speaker 2: don't believe in being ready. No, it's like they're not
- 13:03Speaker 2: limiting themselves by that story of needing to feel ready.
- 13:05Speaker 2: They're just like, cool, I want this, I'm going to
- 13:06Speaker 2: act on it, and then I move towards it. It's
- 13:09Speaker 2: like everyone is scared. Yes, I'm scared, as she's been
- 13:12Speaker 2: sad in the past.
- 13:13Speaker 1: Gosh.
- 13:13Speaker 2: Always, every single person that I've ever seen online who
- 13:16Speaker 2: has created something amazing for themselves in whatever sense that
- 13:19Speaker 2: looks like have been like I was absolutely terrified. Yeah,
- 13:22Speaker 2: but I didn't wait. It didn't stop me because you
- 13:24Speaker 2: can feel something that doesn't have to mean something, you
- 13:27Speaker 2: don't have.
- 13:27Speaker 1: To act on it.
- 13:27Speaker 2: No, not at all.
- 13:28Speaker 1: It's even like when it comes to parenting, like, how
- 13:30Speaker 1: do you know you're ready? I'm like, well, are you
- 13:32Speaker 1: ever ready to have a kid? You can try and
- 13:34Speaker 1: prepare all you like, but we actually in it. You
- 13:36Speaker 1: have no idea how you're going to feel, no idea
- 13:38Speaker 1: how your kid's going to be. You have no idea
- 13:40Speaker 1: how your relationship dynamic's gonna work. You don't know. You
- 13:42Speaker 1: can be as prepped as you want to be, But
- 13:45Speaker 1: I don't think anyone's fully fully ready.
- 13:47Speaker 2: Such a good perspective, it really.
- 13:48Speaker 1: Is, isn't it. Because you're waiting till you're ready. You
- 13:50Speaker 1: might wait to your forty five and they know ship sail.
- 13:55Speaker 1: You know. There's always going to be fear. I still
- 13:57Speaker 1: have fear come up, especially in business, especially in gross,
- 14:00Speaker 1: especially in money. I think everyone has it. But it's like, okay,
- 14:02Speaker 1: well take that leap. Doesn't work out, there's a reason why,
- 14:05Speaker 1: and you can take the lessons for your next chapter.
- 14:07Speaker 2: So your risk big get big too, Yeah, you know,
- 14:10Speaker 2: you've got to be willing to put yourself on the
- 14:11Speaker 2: line and be courageous when it comes to the things
- 14:14Speaker 2: that you want. Yes, because if it feels like a
- 14:15Speaker 2: big jump from where you are to where you want
- 14:17Speaker 2: to go, it's because there's going to require some courage
- 14:20Speaker 2: and a lot of action steps. And something that Rebecca
- 14:22Speaker 2: said to us is like people want what you have
- 14:25Speaker 2: until they realize what you girls do to get it. Literally,
- 14:28Speaker 2: And it was such a mic job because we were like,
- 14:29Speaker 2: if only people knew what actually goes into behind the scenes,
- 14:32Speaker 2: if she rises as a whole entity, you would be shocked.
- 14:35Speaker 1: And the risks that we take, oh my god. And
- 14:37Speaker 1: it is a risk because you actually don't know what's
- 14:39Speaker 1: going to work out. We talked about this the other day,
- 14:40Speaker 1: like when things don't work out, we're thinking about every
- 14:43Speaker 1: successful person that we're inspired by. They've all got a
- 14:46Speaker 1: story of five businesses that failed or when they really
- 14:48Speaker 1: went bankrupt, or they did go bankrupt, or they went
- 14:50Speaker 1: to jail, they got arrested, or like.
- 14:52Speaker 2: Well, they lost everything and then made it back and
- 14:53Speaker 2: then lost it again, and then made it back and
- 14:54Speaker 2: then lost it again and made it back. Like people
- 14:56Speaker 2: have some kind of story that's similar.
- 14:58Speaker 1: You ask anyone that's successful, they will be like, oh
- 15:01Speaker 1: my gosh, how far do you want me to go back?
- 15:03Speaker 1: How many mistakes do you want me to show you?
- 15:05Speaker 1: Because there is endless but every single one of those
- 15:08Speaker 1: mistakes they had to rebuild, they had to start again,
- 15:10Speaker 1: and they had to learn all the lessons. It helps
- 15:12Speaker 1: them get to where they are now. It's such a
- 15:14Speaker 1: cool perspective to look at it like that, definitely, rather
- 15:16Speaker 1: than just sitting back always being scared, waiting for the
- 15:18Speaker 1: right moment, You're gonna wait your whole life.
- 15:21Speaker 2: Yes, absolutely, Yeah, So the next one. They're not afraid
- 15:24Speaker 2: to ask for support when they need it. They're not
- 15:26Speaker 2: above it. They're not above getting help, they're not above
- 15:29Speaker 2: learning more. They don't think that. Yeah, they don't think
- 15:31Speaker 2: that they know it all and there's nothing else to learn,
- 15:33Speaker 2: because if you're in this head space, you probably have
- 15:35Speaker 2: a lot more to learn. And I only say it
- 15:38Speaker 2: because I have once been that person, and I remember
- 15:41Speaker 2: feeling in this mindset it was more personal development focused,
- 15:45Speaker 2: or I was like, Oh, I'm so self aware now
- 15:47Speaker 2: and I know so much about myself. I knew absolutely nothing.
- 15:50Speaker 2: Oh peep squeak nothing.
- 15:53Speaker 1: I'm sure it wasn't nothing.
- 15:54Speaker 2: No, no. But that's the contrast. And like the paradox
- 15:57Speaker 2: of growth is the more that you learn, the more
- 15:59Speaker 2: you realize the little you actually do know because there
- 16:02Speaker 2: is so much to learn and grow, and so I
- 16:04Speaker 2: think the biggest thing in this is, like, these people
- 16:06Speaker 2: who are actually succeeding and doing something for themselves and
- 16:09Speaker 2: creating their own momentum are the people who are like,
- 16:13Speaker 2: if this person knows more than me, I'm going to
- 16:14Speaker 2: learn off that person. I'm going to literally sit my
- 16:17Speaker 2: ass down next to that person. I'm going to study them,
- 16:19Speaker 2: I'm going to learn off them, I'm going to hire them,
- 16:21Speaker 2: I'm going to get in the room with them because
- 16:23Speaker 2: I know that they've already succeeded in the thing that
- 16:25Speaker 2: I want. And when somebody's already succeeded, you know, the
- 16:27Speaker 2: cool thing is you don't have to reinvent the wheel
- 16:30Speaker 2: or create your own blueprint. Somebody else has literally already
- 16:34Speaker 2: done that. All you have to do is learn from
- 16:36Speaker 2: that person and put yourself in the room, which is
- 16:37Speaker 2: number one.
- 16:38Speaker 1: I think a big thing with most successful people too
- 16:40Speaker 1: is they're big on their nervous system work because life
- 16:42Speaker 1: is messy and it's hard, and if you're dysregulated running
- 16:45Speaker 1: around like a headless chalk, you're never going to be
- 16:47Speaker 1: able to take actions. They learn how to pause, they
- 16:49Speaker 1: learn how to support themselves. They learn when they get
- 16:51Speaker 1: disregulated or something doesn't work out, They've got their toolooks
- 16:54Speaker 1: ready to go. It's like, oh, when this happens, I
- 16:56Speaker 1: need to do this because if I don't, I spiral
- 16:58Speaker 1: over here. Say. They've worked so much on themselves and
- 17:01Speaker 1: they understand their behaviors and their patterns where it served them,
- 17:04Speaker 1: where it's not serving them.
- 17:05Speaker 2: Now.
- 17:06Speaker 1: That toolbox is so important, say all the time. This
- 17:09Speaker 1: is why it's the number one month in our online subscription,
- 17:12Speaker 1: because it's a foundation for everything. But when you're growing,
- 17:15Speaker 1: and you're growing your capacity and your business is growing,
- 17:17Speaker 1: or you're having more children, or you're learning new skills,
- 17:21Speaker 1: you can't do that unless you're regulated well. You can't
- 17:23Speaker 1: do it well in a way that you're really absorbing
- 17:25Speaker 1: all the information, you're integrating everything, you're actually moving the
- 17:29Speaker 1: needle forward. If you're disregulated, good luck.
- 17:31Speaker 2: Yes, so true, good luck, and you know to be
- 17:33Speaker 2: able to I imagine this is like in a business
- 17:35Speaker 2: sense and a parent sense, you can't put out fires
- 17:38Speaker 2: when you're just regulating.
- 17:39Speaker 1: Yes, so true, you are the fire. That's right, you
- 17:42Speaker 1: are the fire.
- 17:42Speaker 2: But business owners and parents are putting out fires all
- 17:45Speaker 2: the time, non stop, with their children, with their business,
- 17:49Speaker 2: with staff, with problems, with disgruntled customers, with customers support,
- 17:53Speaker 2: like with the different stages of children when they go
- 17:55Speaker 2: through their hormones or they get the period or no.
- 17:57Speaker 2: It makes so much sense. And some business owners and
- 18:00Speaker 2: parents are also some of the most regulated people that
- 18:02Speaker 2: I've met, and also have the biggest capacities that i've
- 18:05Speaker 2: because they've learned how to hold a lot and that
- 18:07Speaker 2: really does come down to what you can hold on
- 18:09Speaker 2: your nervous system.
- 18:10Speaker 1: Such great points. It's just so important. Like I said,
- 18:12Speaker 1: it is the absolute foundation. You're right about putting out
- 18:15Speaker 1: the fires. Oh, it's constant. It's constant, even like logistics
- 18:19Speaker 1: of like whether you're a product based business, or things
- 18:20Speaker 1: don't work online or technology doesn't run how it's meant
- 18:23Speaker 1: to run, like start calling in sick or not getting
- 18:25Speaker 1: things on time. Like, it's constant putting out fires and
- 18:27Speaker 1: being able to pivot one and like you put out
- 18:29Speaker 1: six fires and then twelve more pop up. They're like cool,
- 18:32Speaker 1: moving on to the next thing. It's just constantly that.
- 18:34Speaker 1: And if you're disregulated, when that happens, you could be like, oh,
- 18:36Speaker 1: for fuck sake, this isn't working datata like that's the
- 18:39Speaker 1: energy putting out to the universe. Or if you're regulated,
- 18:41Speaker 1: it's okay, cool, that's happened. What's my solution out of here?
- 18:44Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 18:44Speaker 1: Like what do we need to do? What are you
- 18:45Speaker 1: gonna do? What am I going to do? Like lution,
- 18:47Speaker 1: that's find a solution rather than sitting in a hole
- 18:50Speaker 1: being like, oh poor me, this is happening, which I've
- 18:52Speaker 1: done before. But this is the work. This is why
- 18:55Speaker 1: nervous system regulation is your foundation.
- 18:57Speaker 2: Absolutely. And to add on top of that, and the
- 18:59Speaker 2: next one I'm six yes, is that they act fast.
- 19:02Speaker 2: Oh and this is something we've really really learned a
- 19:04Speaker 2: lot more or even just in what we were talking about,
- 19:07Speaker 2: like their nervous system and their capacity. They learn how
- 19:09Speaker 2: to act fast because when you move fast, you create
- 19:13Speaker 2: your own momentum. And I will die on this hill.
- 19:16Speaker 2: If you move slow, you will get slow results. If
- 19:18Speaker 2: you move fast, you will get fast results.
- 19:20Speaker 1: That's so true.
- 19:21Speaker 2: And I have learned this lesson painfully so many times
- 19:24Speaker 2: in my life that every time I was moving slow
- 19:27Speaker 2: and I was like, why isn't it working and why
- 19:29Speaker 2: is nothing going the way that its planned? And why
- 19:31Speaker 2: does everybody else have all this momentum? And I'm like,
- 19:32Speaker 2: because I was moving like a turtle, So you're gonna
- 19:35Speaker 2: say snail with turtles, I was so slow, like a
- 19:38Speaker 2: snaw would have been a better representation. And then when
- 19:41Speaker 2: you move fast, you realize that your business only runs
- 19:44Speaker 2: as well as you do. And so if you want
- 19:47Speaker 2: that fast momentum, or you want that change in your life,
- 19:49Speaker 2: like in your health, your fitness, your business, your relationships,
- 19:53Speaker 2: like how quickly are you solving problems in that area
- 19:57Speaker 2: and how quickly are you moving towards the goal that
- 19:59Speaker 2: you want? Are you waiting until next Tuesday when you
- 20:02Speaker 2: have thirty minutes to do something, or are you doing
- 20:04Speaker 2: it right before bedton? Yeah, because the difference between those
- 20:07Speaker 2: two is the difference in your results.
- 20:09Speaker 1: If you're listening to this and be like, oh my gosh, yes,
- 20:11Speaker 1: I hear you, but I keep procrastinating or I keep
- 20:12Speaker 1: putting it off. This is why we've got a coach
- 20:14Speaker 1: as well, and this is why we named our program Accelerator.
- 20:17Speaker 1: We want to accelerate you fast. It's a ninety day program,
- 20:20Speaker 1: like what we're going to do with you in ninety
- 20:21Speaker 1: days could normally take a year by yourself. But you've
- 20:24Speaker 1: got the accountability, like our girls aren't getting over anything
- 20:27Speaker 1: whatever they set out to do, Like we are holding
- 20:29Speaker 1: your accountable. Our coach does the same thing. There's this
- 20:31Speaker 1: new thing we want to implement in our business that
- 20:33Speaker 1: is going to help bringing passive income for us. And
- 20:35Speaker 1: she's like, you've got into our next call, which is
- 20:37Speaker 1: in a fortnight to get this up and running. Bye. Girls. Literally,
- 20:40Speaker 1: she's exactly right. She did to you know what you've
- 20:42Speaker 1: got to do, go and fucking do it and tell
- 20:43Speaker 1: me when you're done. Yeah, And it's like, shit, that's
- 20:45Speaker 1: what we hired her felt we didn't. We don't disappoint her.
- 20:47Speaker 1: And also she's keeping us accountable to move fast. You've
- 20:50Speaker 1: got the brains, you've got the determination, go and do it. Yeah,
- 20:53Speaker 1: like cool, get it done. But without her, I reckon
- 20:55Speaker 1: how to do this is overwhelming a lot of the times,
- 20:57Speaker 1: and sometimes we do not procrastinate but get distracted trying
- 21:02Speaker 1: to like you know, juggle all the plates in the
- 21:04Speaker 1: air well, whereas we're just getting a lot better at
- 21:07Speaker 1: our systems and a lot better at delegating to AI
- 21:09Speaker 1: or our pa ash and we're just learning to move
- 21:12Speaker 1: a lot faster. This last weekend, like you worked the
- 21:14Speaker 1: whole weekend. I worked in between kids. But yeah, it's
- 21:16Speaker 1: like we wanted to have the weekend off and we
- 21:18Speaker 1: spoke about having downtime, and then we were on the phone.
- 21:21Speaker 1: I went to I went to Tianna's house and we're
- 21:23Speaker 1: both like, fuck it, we're going to work all weekends.
- 21:25Speaker 1: This is a hustle time. We've got to get this
- 21:27Speaker 1: shit done. It's relaxing here.
- 21:29Speaker 2: And it was like this Thursday prior, I was like, yeah,
- 21:30Speaker 2: I'm going to have like some me time this weekend.
- 21:33Speaker 2: And then like Thursday night, we were like, now we're
- 21:35Speaker 2: going to hustle were to get done.
- 21:37Speaker 1: We're not promoting for you to work like that all
- 21:39Speaker 1: the time. Sometimes, if you want to get shit done
- 21:41Speaker 1: and you've got a goal, or you to bring more
- 21:43Speaker 1: income in, or you've got a deadline, you've got to
- 21:45Speaker 1: put the work in.
- 21:45Speaker 2: And normally we would allow for the time. Normally we
- 21:48Speaker 2: allow like Ashy time with her children to.
- 21:50Speaker 1: Spend and I did. I had time which I had
- 21:52Speaker 1: time with them, and Tianna worked a lot more than me.
- 21:54Speaker 2: But no, but you hustled absolutely, and also with that time,
- 21:58Speaker 2: like normally, if I need time alone, I'll just be like, oh,
- 22:00Speaker 2: just I'm going to have my time to myself. But
- 22:02Speaker 2: we've also got a lot of projects coming up. We
- 22:04Speaker 2: have some things that were really urgent and needed to
- 22:05Speaker 2: be done. And you know, our retreat is coming up.
- 22:08Speaker 2: Our retreats too, I should say actually because we have
- 22:10Speaker 2: multiple of them, which is amazing and very grateful to
- 22:13Speaker 2: be able to say. Yeah. But you know, with the
- 22:15Speaker 2: retreats coming up, it's like there's a lot of behind
- 22:16Speaker 2: the scenes work. There's a lot of admin organizing, planning
- 22:19Speaker 2: to stuff people don't see, supporting customers and you know,
- 22:22Speaker 2: clients and all of those things. So it's just learning
- 22:24Speaker 2: how to juggle all those things and knowing in this
- 22:27Speaker 2: season what's a priority, and that is to act fast.
- 22:29Speaker 1: It is they let that old identity die. They don't
- 22:32Speaker 1: just say things like oh, that's just who I am.
- 22:34Speaker 1: Instead they're always allowing themselves to become someone new. We
- 22:37Speaker 1: shouldn't be who we were six months ago or a
- 22:39Speaker 1: year ago. Progress on any level is growth. And I
- 22:42Speaker 1: absolutely agree with this so so much. It's so easy.
- 22:45Speaker 1: I used to say that, Hey, that's just who I am. Well,
- 22:47Speaker 1: that's just the way I was brought up. That's just
- 22:49Speaker 1: the way it's always going to be. I'm just unlucky.
- 22:52Speaker 1: All I hear is victim, victim.
- 22:53Speaker 2: Victim, shush shush.
- 22:57Speaker 1: It kind of ties into the other ones we're saying
- 22:59Speaker 1: of just like constantly always being a beginner, always learning,
- 23:02Speaker 1: always expanding, and and if you did something six months ago,
- 23:07Speaker 1: you'll learn different, fast and more effective ways to do things,
- 23:10Speaker 1: and allowing that progress. So true. Yeah, right, how I
- 23:13Speaker 1: did business five years ago, it was so different to
- 23:15Speaker 1: how I did it now. The type of business I
- 23:17Speaker 1: mean is so different. It's still empowering women, but it's
- 23:20Speaker 1: done so different from a different energy, from different skill sets,
- 23:23Speaker 1: from different mistakes I've made. I get to bring this
- 23:25Speaker 1: all into how we do this today. It's like letting
- 23:27Speaker 1: go of who used to be and how things used
- 23:29Speaker 1: to be and allowing this new version of you to
- 23:33Speaker 1: come through.
- 23:33Speaker 2: Yeah, it's really beautiful. It's so beautiful because you get
- 23:36Speaker 2: to grow on the journey and you become better. Like
- 23:39Speaker 2: what you said, you do things more efficiently, and I
- 23:40Speaker 2: think that's really cool, is like you become someone that
- 23:43Speaker 2: you never thought that you could be in the journey
- 23:45Speaker 2: of growth.
- 23:45Speaker 1: Yes, and it's really cool for me and you to
- 23:47Speaker 1: do this together as well. I love the duo of
- 23:49Speaker 1: a partnership because we often talk about, like our strengths
- 23:51Speaker 1: and weaknesses. A lot of my weaknesses are Tiana's strengths
- 23:54Speaker 1: and vice versa. And at first I was having a
- 23:56Speaker 1: lot of resistance come up with that that I felt
- 23:58Speaker 1: guilt that I couldn't do what Tiana was doing. And
- 24:00Speaker 1: I remember saying that to the business coaracter. I was like, oh,
- 24:02Speaker 1: I just want to contribute here more and bring this
- 24:04Speaker 1: more forward. And I'm not like Tiana in the sense
- 24:06Speaker 1: and she's putting up on a pedestal. She's so smart
- 24:08Speaker 1: and a business coach quickly like pointed out our strength
- 24:12Speaker 1: and weaknesses, and she's like, that's why you are perfect together.
- 24:14Speaker 1: Imagine if you're both doing the same stuff, yeah, and
- 24:17Speaker 1: both struggling with the stuff over here, like go in
- 24:19Speaker 1: your strength, like lead with that and let Tiana do
- 24:22Speaker 1: her thing, and then vice versa. You lead her on
- 24:24Speaker 1: this and that's right, and it just gave us permission
- 24:26Speaker 1: to be like, oh, yeah, that's really cool. And it's
- 24:28Speaker 1: I'm still learning what Tiana does and how you coach
- 24:31Speaker 1: and that the way you do things and vice versa.
- 24:32Speaker 1: You're learning from me. So we're still growing and expanding
- 24:35Speaker 1: in that sense, but we're also like, fuck, yeah, I'm
- 24:37Speaker 1: really good at this.
- 24:38Speaker 2: I've got you in this, yes, And that's it's definitely
- 24:40Speaker 2: an adjustment, like navigating those things, Hey, can they come up?
- 24:43Speaker 2: Because they come up for you and then I have
- 24:45Speaker 2: things come up for me and around you, I'm like, oh,
- 24:46Speaker 2: I feel like I should be doing more. Yeah, in
- 24:49Speaker 2: those moments where you have strength and it's a weakness
- 24:51Speaker 2: of mine, but it has been really beautiful. It makes
- 24:53Speaker 2: us both feel so supportive because I'm like, well, I've
- 24:56Speaker 2: got this area, you've got that, now, let's bring it
- 24:58Speaker 2: together and learn from each other. And that's why we've
- 25:00Speaker 2: created something like you and I are like the fire
- 25:02Speaker 2: and then we've poured gasoline on it by coming together.
- 25:05Speaker 1: Whet We talk about it all the time, you know, especially.
- 25:08Speaker 2: Like in the podcast and everything that we've been able
- 25:10Speaker 2: to build and create so far as like wear gasoline together.
- 25:16Speaker 1: For like a wild fire. You see the fire start
- 25:18Speaker 1: with like a little bit of flame, and.
- 25:22Speaker 2: It's so true. It's really really freaking cool. You there
- 25:26Speaker 2: is something else that business owners or just people who
- 25:29Speaker 2: are in this forward momentum energy who are creating it
- 25:32Speaker 2: for themselves, They actually do the inner work. Business is
- 25:36Speaker 2: like personal development on cracking is like personal development on crack, I imagine,
- 25:44Speaker 2: And so they have to do the inner work. It's like,
- 25:46Speaker 2: when you want something in your life, you have to
- 25:48Speaker 2: look at all the ways you limit yourself from actually
- 25:51Speaker 2: getting that, or you don't have to, but like you
- 25:53Speaker 2: don't have to, but in my experience, I've had to
- 25:57Speaker 2: in business, in life and anything that I've wanted. It's
- 25:59Speaker 2: held up a really uncomfortable mirror as to all of
- 26:02Speaker 2: the reasons why I stop myself, why I limit myself,
- 26:05Speaker 2: why I procrastinate, why I avoid the things that I
- 26:07Speaker 2: feel scared to do, the things that I feel scared
- 26:10Speaker 2: being seen doing, and everything else that falls into that category.
- 26:14Speaker 2: And so, you know, a lot of people that I've
- 26:15Speaker 2: seen who are successful are quite emotionally intelligent humans because
- 26:19Speaker 2: they've had to really face themselves in moments when they
- 26:22Speaker 2: wanted to quit, but they persevered anyway when they wanted
- 26:25Speaker 2: to lay down and do nothing, but they had the
- 26:27Speaker 2: discipline to keep going anyway, you know. Or even in
- 26:29Speaker 2: the moments when they feel really scared and you know,
- 26:31Speaker 2: they want to start social media, but then they're just like,
- 26:33Speaker 2: you know what, I just kept showing up anyway. I
- 26:35Speaker 2: was fearful and I was terrified, but I posted for
- 26:37Speaker 2: three years straight. They're like, my evidence outweighs my fear,
- 26:40Speaker 2: and now I don't feel scared. And I think that's
- 26:42Speaker 2: just a really beautiful part of this journey is that
- 26:44Speaker 2: not only do you get to move in the direction
- 26:47Speaker 2: of the quote unquote destination that you want to go in,
- 26:49Speaker 2: you also get to enjoy the journey by actually becoming
- 26:51Speaker 2: somebody that you enjoy being. That's really cool and that's
- 26:54Speaker 2: been something that I've loved doing as well, is becoming
- 26:56Speaker 2: somebody that I actually love being and love and proud of.
- 26:59Speaker 1: That's so beautiful. I feel the fear and they do
- 27:01Speaker 1: it anyway.
- 27:01Speaker 2: Yeah, absolutely, I love that.
- 27:03Speaker 1: Number nine. Our second last one is women or people
- 27:07Speaker 1: who move fast and get great results, have really strong boundaries,
- 27:11Speaker 1: and they're very very disciplined, not just in one area
- 27:13Speaker 1: of their life. Either, you'll find they're very disciplined in
- 27:16Speaker 1: the hours they work in how they feel their body,
- 27:20Speaker 1: They work out their patterns, their habits, their rituals, their routines.
- 27:23Speaker 1: They are structured people because if they're not, they're all
- 27:26Speaker 1: over the shop. They know they've got to prioritize what's
- 27:29Speaker 1: important to get what they need to get done. And
- 27:31Speaker 1: they're also really strong in their boundaries. They're not going
- 27:33Speaker 1: to be a rubber arm. I feel like I've got
- 27:35Speaker 1: a rubber round with you. It's more with sweet treats.
- 27:38Speaker 1: More with sweet treats.
- 27:40Speaker 2: Look, it's the only area where you have rubber arm.
- 27:42Speaker 2: Everything else is positive influence.
- 27:43Speaker 1: It is, but like we will literally check in with
- 27:46Speaker 1: each other, say if we get invited to something or
- 27:48Speaker 1: we got off to do something, it's like, well, what
- 27:50Speaker 1: are our boundaries around this? Like no, we said, we
- 27:52Speaker 1: need the energy to be to make sure we can
- 27:54Speaker 1: show up for our community. We've got this event on, Okay,
- 27:56Speaker 1: it's at the cost of what. Yeah, Like I've got
- 27:58Speaker 1: very strong boundaries and where my time goes and who
- 28:00Speaker 1: it goes to because otherwise the impacts. What's really important
- 28:03Speaker 1: to me was when I was younger, I had no boundaries.
- 28:06Speaker 1: I was just like yes to everyone people, leased to everyone, socialize,
- 28:08Speaker 1: run away from my eye feel. Now I'm like, absolutely not.
- 28:12Speaker 1: I'm very, very firm on what I value and what
- 28:14Speaker 1: I want in my life, what boundaries are there. And
- 28:16Speaker 1: it's not always easy, because sometimes a little bit of
- 28:18Speaker 1: guilt does pop up, but I believe to get to
- 28:21Speaker 1: where I want to go and to do the things
- 28:22Speaker 1: that we want to do and to do it really,
- 28:24Speaker 1: really well, we have to have strong boundaries, even our health.
- 28:27Speaker 1: Like leading up to these retreats, we said to each
- 28:29Speaker 1: other as the other, Yeah, we're going to take such
- 28:31Speaker 1: good care of our health. We are taking all our
- 28:34Speaker 1: supplements and working with our natural path. We're going to
- 28:36Speaker 1: eat really well for you, like a race in the
- 28:37Speaker 1: gluten me really focusing my sleep. My sleep was fucking
- 28:41Speaker 1: horrendous last year, doing everything I can to get enough sleep.
- 28:44Speaker 1: Just make sure that we are showing up in all
- 28:46Speaker 1: areas of our life, because when we're feeling that good,
- 28:49Speaker 1: then we can overflow to our community and we're going
- 28:51Speaker 1: to rock up to that retreat and be in the
- 28:53Speaker 1: best state that we ever have been for our girls.
- 28:56Speaker 1: And I'm so excited for that. So discipline and boundaries
- 28:59Speaker 1: has to be a priority. It has to be something
- 29:00Speaker 1: that you practice and get better at, and it will
- 29:02Speaker 1: feel easier.
- 29:03Speaker 2: And also not feeling guilty for the thing you want
- 29:05Speaker 2: to prioritize. Yes, and also like we know it's going
- 29:08Speaker 2: to come up, Like it does come up, you do
- 29:09Speaker 2: feel it regardless. It doesn't matter what stage of the
- 29:11Speaker 2: journey you're on, You're always going to feel it. You
- 29:13Speaker 2: just get better at dealing with it and dealing with
- 29:15Speaker 2: holding it because you know what you're working towards is
- 29:18Speaker 2: so important to you that you're like, yeah, okay, I
- 29:21Speaker 2: might have disappointed this person for not going to this birthday,
- 29:23Speaker 2: but right now this is my priority. And then you
- 29:26Speaker 2: can go, okay, cool, let's have a one on one
- 29:27Speaker 2: hangout session when I go and make time for that person.
- 29:31Speaker 2: But right now, that might not be this season, and
- 29:32Speaker 2: it can be, I believe, really easy to get caught
- 29:35Speaker 2: up in the guilt.
- 29:36Speaker 1: Of things or take care of her.
- 29:39Speaker 2: Especially when it's family, people that you love, close girlfriends
- 29:43Speaker 2: or close people or whoever is really important to you.
- 29:45Speaker 2: But you're just like, I really need to get this done.
- 29:47Speaker 2: Give yourself permission that it's okay, to work on what
- 29:50Speaker 2: you prioritize and what you really really want for your
- 29:52Speaker 2: life and know that the right people will understand.
- 29:56Speaker 1: That's beautiful. Last one number ten.
- 29:59Speaker 2: They are all in, all in. There's no big toe
- 30:03Speaker 2: in and the other ones out.
- 30:04Speaker 1: The whole body's in.
- 30:05Speaker 2: The whole body. Yes, not you.
- 30:07Speaker 1: Dipping our toe in the water. We're jumping in their
- 30:09Speaker 1: head first. That's right.
- 30:10Speaker 2: It's like it's a full body commitment. It's a full
- 30:13Speaker 2: my mind, my heart, my gut, like every part of
- 30:17Speaker 2: me is in this commitment. And I'm not dancing around
- 30:20Speaker 2: the truth or dancing around this going oh, you know what,
- 30:22Speaker 2: I might try it for three weeks and then if
- 30:24Speaker 2: it doesn't work, then I'll call out. No. You only
- 30:27Speaker 2: give yourself that that one outcome, that one option. There
- 30:32Speaker 2: is no planned BCD like, none of that. It's like,
- 30:34Speaker 2: this will work, and I will do it and continue
- 30:37Speaker 2: moving toward it until it does work.
- 30:39Speaker 1: You put in one hundred percent into anything, you to
- 30:40Speaker 1: get one hundred percent out of It's right. You go
- 30:42Speaker 1: on willing, nearly nonchalant. Yeah, maybe I'll see how it goes.
- 30:44Speaker 1: I'll do it today, not tomorrow. Your results are not
- 30:47Speaker 1: going to be what you want. Yeah, and that's in
- 30:49Speaker 1: all areas of your life and your health, fitness, your relationship,
- 30:51Speaker 1: your friendships, your work life, literally everything. Doesn't mean there's
- 30:54Speaker 1: no room for mistakes, yeah, but you're all in giving it.
- 30:57Speaker 1: You're all h you can look in the mirror at
- 30:58Speaker 1: night and just know that you could not have given
- 31:00Speaker 1: anything more to it.
- 31:01Speaker 2: And it's also doesn't mean that you don't have hard
- 31:03Speaker 2: days either, right, because you do. But when you're all in,
- 31:06Speaker 2: it's much easier to persevere through the hard days.
- 31:08Speaker 1: You know.
- 31:09Speaker 2: It's like if you're go on like a fitness journey
- 31:10Speaker 2: or you want to like go on a health' journey,
- 31:12Speaker 2: you want to start eating better, if you only commit
- 31:14Speaker 2: to it, and you're kind of like, oh, you know,
- 31:16Speaker 2: I think I'll start doing this, and then you go
- 31:17Speaker 2: to one training session and then you've forgotten about it
- 31:19Speaker 2: already in two weeks time, you know. But if you
- 31:21Speaker 2: go all in, it's like you're prepped on a Sunday night,
- 31:24Speaker 2: you're making sure that you're getting some kind of movement
- 31:25Speaker 2: in your potentially booking in pt or ill mr CT.
- 31:29Speaker 2: You're looking on YouTube for some videos and things like that.
- 31:32Speaker 2: The way that you navigate that challenge, you become much
- 31:35Speaker 2: more efficient, You prioritize it more, you value it more,
- 31:39Speaker 2: and you actually take yourself seriously. You take yourself, you
- 31:42Speaker 2: take your goal seriously, and that's a different energy between
- 31:45Speaker 2: that and having your foot kind of half in half out.
- 31:47Speaker 1: I love that you said you're gonna have hard days,
- 31:49Speaker 1: because you'd be delusional to think that you're not gonna
- 31:51Speaker 1: have hard days.
- 31:51Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 31:52Speaker 1: No, one does not have hard days. No matter how
- 31:54Speaker 1: much they post about their perfect life online. Every single
- 31:57Speaker 1: person goes through hardships. Yeah, personally, financially, in their relationships,
- 32:01Speaker 1: in their health. Every single person at some point in
- 32:04Speaker 1: their life life is going to navigate issues and problems.
- 32:07Speaker 1: But the most successful ones that execute fasts, that do
- 32:10Speaker 1: all these things we've mentioned, they are still all in
- 32:12Speaker 1: on themselves no matter what challenges they face, whether they
- 32:15Speaker 1: are in hospital for surgery or they go through a
- 32:17Speaker 1: crazy messy divorce, they go banged up, they're still all in.
- 32:20Speaker 1: They're still You're going to watch that person move through
- 32:22Speaker 1: it and they're going to come out the other side,
- 32:23Speaker 1: and you just can't knock them down. You know, those humans,
- 32:25Speaker 1: you're just like fuck, they just keep getting out they've
- 32:29Speaker 1: got to sit down and this the how to guess
- 32:32Speaker 1: on one day, say she feels like she keeps getting
- 32:34Speaker 1: dealt black cards, It's yes, yes, you know so many
- 32:37Speaker 1: people that get dealt those cards. I'm like, why does
- 32:39Speaker 1: this keep happening to them? But they keep showing up. Yeah,
- 32:42Speaker 1: they keep doing these incredible things. And they're the people
- 32:44Speaker 1: that I'm like so inspired by.
- 32:47Speaker 2: Oh.
- 32:47Speaker 1: Absolutely, lot of people have been handed to them or
- 32:49Speaker 1: it's been easy. So there's people that just keep fucking
- 32:51Speaker 1: showing up no matter what.
- 32:52Speaker 2: And they're the people that have like that burning fire,
- 32:55Speaker 2: you know, it's like a fire that can't be put out,
- 32:57Speaker 2: and the fire deep within their gut of like, I'm
- 33:00Speaker 2: going to make this happen for myself and I'm going to.
- 33:02Speaker 1: Get through this.
- 33:02Speaker 2: So cool.
- 33:03Speaker 1: I love the energy.
- 33:04Speaker 2: I hope THK that just listening to everything that we've
- 33:07Speaker 2: shared is either highlighted a few things for you maybe
- 33:09Speaker 2: where you are aren't showing up a certain way, and
- 33:12Speaker 2: what you can do to kind of step into and
- 33:13Speaker 2: start moving the needle forward in your life.
- 33:15Speaker 1: And also if you're listening to this being like, holy fuck,
- 33:18Speaker 1: this is overwhelming. I'm not doing any of this and
- 33:21Speaker 1: I'm not happy where I'm at, you get to change it,
- 33:23Speaker 1: and if you don't know who to turn to, you
- 33:24Speaker 1: get to ask for support, whether that's through like a
- 33:26Speaker 1: life coach, through yourself or a group container, or going
- 33:29Speaker 1: to retreat or reading more books, or listening to different podcasts,
- 33:33Speaker 1: or going on YouTube, like literally anything you want to
- 33:34Speaker 1: learn about it. There is tens of thousands of bodies
- 33:37Speaker 1: on YouTube that you can consume yourself in and just
- 33:39Speaker 1: start really focusing on yourself. And every single day it
- 33:43Speaker 1: was just taking one little step. Like, if you do
- 33:45Speaker 1: that every single day for the next year, you're going
- 33:46Speaker 1: to be a completely different person in a completely different spot.
- 33:49Speaker 1: But if you see here being a victim not going
- 33:51Speaker 1: all in on yourself, you'll be in the same spot
- 33:53Speaker 1: next year, complaining about the same things.
- 33:55Speaker 2: It's a choice, and you know what you might have
- 33:56Speaker 2: if you do have a little bit of resistance. We're
- 33:58Speaker 2: not reinventing the wheel. No, we're doing what has worked
- 34:01Speaker 2: for us because somebody else did it before us exactly
- 34:03Speaker 2: and it's now support us and we want to be
- 34:06Speaker 2: able to help you and support you. So if you're
- 34:08Speaker 2: a resisting help, there is no shame in asking for support,
- 34:13Speaker 2: even when it feels a little bit icky to do so.
- 34:15Speaker 2: And at the end of the day, when you can
- 34:17Speaker 2: drop your ego when it comes to your growth, you
- 34:19Speaker 2: will learn so much faster because you know you're going
- 34:22Speaker 2: to be able to give yourself permission to really be
- 34:25Speaker 2: a beginner again. And sometimes that's uncomfortable. But if you
- 34:28Speaker 2: allow yourself to be a beginner, imagine how much more
- 34:30Speaker 2: you're going to grow. Imagine how much faster you are
- 34:33Speaker 2: going to grow. And this is the mindset of the
- 34:35Speaker 2: real go getters in this world, who allow themselves to
- 34:38Speaker 2: be a beginner, no matter how much they know. And
- 34:40Speaker 2: that's why people like the women inside are accelerator inside, Rise, Inside, Inside,
- 34:43Speaker 2: There are treats inside by one on one coaching. All
- 34:45Speaker 2: of these women are saying yes to themselves and there
- 34:49Speaker 2: is nothing that you can't do when you say yes
- 34:51Speaker 2: to yourself and you fully go all in.
- 34:53Speaker 1: And if you're listening to this right now, you would
- 34:55Speaker 1: have seen the title. You're that woman. You have this
- 34:58Speaker 1: burning desire to have more for your life, more for yourself,
- 35:00Speaker 1: and you want to go do it. There might just
- 35:01Speaker 1: be some things that we've pointed out today, or some
- 35:04Speaker 1: limiting belief chiefs or behaviors or patterns, or you feel
- 35:07Speaker 1: like there's roadblocks, but you can always knock down those
- 35:10Speaker 1: bricks and work through it. Little shameless plug, but like,
- 35:12Speaker 1: this is what we help women with, whether it is
- 35:14Speaker 1: that our retreats or our accelerated program or rise inside.
- 35:17Speaker 1: We've got so many different ways that we can help you.
- 35:18Speaker 1: If you're listening to this being like, oh my gosh,
- 35:20Speaker 1: I want to do those things, just don't know where
- 35:22Speaker 1: to go or how to start. Like just shoot us
- 35:23Speaker 1: a DM, put the word help, and then we know
- 35:26Speaker 1: where you come from. We know you've come from the
- 35:27Speaker 1: podcast and you want some help. We can guide you
- 35:30Speaker 1: and how we can help you, like actually move that
- 35:32Speaker 1: needle forward.
- 35:33Speaker 2: Enough said, drop the mic.
- 35:35Speaker 1: All right, guys, thanks for joining us. Really hope this
- 35:37Speaker 1: episode helped you. Hope it landed for you, Hope it
- 35:40Speaker 1: sparks some thoughts in your brain or hopefully we'll get
- 35:42Speaker 1: to work with you soon. Thanks for joining us in
- 35:44Speaker 1: Bye
