- Jim Gaffney: there's a sense of judged. whether that's perceived or whether that's real, ⁓ a ⁓ lot of times it may be perceived that we're being that we're being judged ⁓ or judged harshly, You have low self esteem, ⁓ so you're you're that confidence. you feel ⁓ as if you're always at a disadvantage. and that's not fair to the people that you're speaking with, but it's just that self the lack of ⁓ the lack of confidence ⁓ kind of ⁓ makes you up walls. It makes ⁓ makes ⁓ communication a lot more difficult. if you feel as if you're being judged or you feel like you could be being judged ⁓ on every word that you're saying.
