  SPEAKER_00: Welcome, welcome, welcome.
• 0:02
SPEAKER_00: This is Tina, your transformational coach and emotional intelligence specialist strategist, and I'm here to do an uncut version of this week's episode.
• 0:11
SPEAKER_00: This week we were talking about being in your messy middle.
• 0:15
  SPEAKER_00: How could I forget?
• 0:17
SPEAKER_00: And I I shared something for three weeks.
• 0:20
SPEAKER_00: I had to leave my podcast on the side while I got some emergency eye surgery.
• 0:27
SPEAKER_00: And that was very, very hard to do.
• 0:29
SPEAKER_00: I am so committed to this podcast.
• 0:32
SPEAKER_00: It it oh that was hard.
• 0:34
SPEAKER_00: So here I am, week three.
• 0:36
  SPEAKER_00: I'm back in.
• 0:37
SPEAKER_00: And I just want to share like the messy middle.
• 0:40
SPEAKER_00: Like, yeah, we have the before, we have the after where it looks all good.
• 0:43
SPEAKER_00: And I've, you know, I've been through some healing, and uh I got over an unhealthy relationship.
• 0:50
SPEAKER_00: There's still some times where you know you go backwards, and that that I believe is normal.
• 0:55
SPEAKER_00: But I'm just talking from lived experience.
• 0:57
  SPEAKER_00: I'm not a therapist, I don't have a degree.
• 1:00
SPEAKER_00: I was close to a degree in social work, but I'm not there yet.
• 1:03
  SPEAKER_00: I will finish that before 60.
• 1:07
SPEAKER_00: So, with that being said, I am just you know sharing my own life experience because I feel like no pain in vain.
• 1:13
SPEAKER_00: Like that was so important to me.
• 1:15
SPEAKER_00: Like, I don't want anybody to feel alone, and I want to pay back what happened for me.
• 1:21
SPEAKER_00: Like, I actually listened to um different, different, you know, social media platforms where people will share their story or say, you know what, come on, get up, get up, you can get up.
• 1:33
SPEAKER_00: And and that really helped me.
• 1:35
SPEAKER_00: And I I just want to be, you know, paying that forward to somebody else.
• 1:39
SPEAKER_00: I feel like if you've been through something, and this is just me personally, it's your duty.
• 1:45
SPEAKER_00: I feel like it's my duty to share what I've been through to help educate other people and help them to know, you know, maybe what they're going through is something similar.
• 1:54
SPEAKER_00: And maybe by me sharing and being vulnerable, I can help you through that kind of thing.
• 2:01
SPEAKER_00: Now I've struggled because I thought, okay, well, I don't want to do over-sharing, but in this case, I feel like it's my mission.
• 2:09
  SPEAKER_00: Like, I can't even describe this.
• 2:12
SPEAKER_00: Like, okay, so during the three weeks when I couldn't or didn't do podcasts, I was writing, I was looking, I was still dealing with my own situation and dealing with some of the unknown outcomes.
• 2:27
SPEAKER_00: And that's where I kind of got ahead of myself and I had to be like, okay, we don't know, I don't know.
• 2:32
SPEAKER_00: And even to this day, I was waiting for to see if my vision's going to come back 100%.
• 2:37
  SPEAKER_00: And right now, I don't know.
• 2:40
SPEAKER_00: I'm in week three after surgery.
• 2:44
SPEAKER_00: I know I had the best dang surgeon, she has the best training.
• 2:49
SPEAKER_00: And if anybody can fix my eye, it's her.
• 2:52
SPEAKER_00: So I know that, but I don't know the future, and so I had the victim mentality, which I was working on next in my shadow work, is victim mentality, and also forgiving people and just moving on in life and just going forward with life because I'm exhausted.
• 3:11
  SPEAKER_00: Very, very exhausted.
• 3:13
SPEAKER_00: And then I thought, well, I was found myself saying some things which were victim mentality.
• 3:19
SPEAKER_00: I'm like, oh my god, I'm never gonna see again.
• 3:21
  SPEAKER_00: I can't do this, I can't do that.
• 3:22
SPEAKER_00: I might as well just lay down and do nothing.
• 3:25
SPEAKER_00: And I'm not gonna lie, I had quite a few days like that, including today.
• 3:30
SPEAKER_00: But the the like desire to get here to the studio to do the podcast was like greater than the pain.
• 3:38
  SPEAKER_00: So that's how I feel like I know.
• 3:40
SPEAKER_00: I know now, I know 1,100 bazillion, gazillion percent what my mission is.
• 3:46
SPEAKER_00: There is no confusion in my mind.
• 3:49
SPEAKER_00: I am meant to help other women, I am meant to share my story, and I am meant to share as much as I can without, you know, you know, protecting people's safety, of course.
• 3:59
SPEAKER_00: But also helping people with their own safety because I've been through some things.
• 4:04
SPEAKER_00: I've been through, you know, domestic violence, I've been through medical issues that have been trying to knock me down, but I keep getting back up, some childhood problems, addiction in my past, gambling addiction.
• 4:20
SPEAKER_00: Not afraid to share it.
• 4:22
SPEAKER_00: I feel like in order to help me and help you, I need to get it out there and say, I don't care who hears.
• 4:33
SPEAKER_00: Wow, like in October when I first started my podcast, I was so afraid to hit record.
• 4:39
SPEAKER_00: I was like, oh my god, somebody's gonna hear this.
• 4:42
SPEAKER_00: Oh, Tina feels this way, oh Tina feels that way.
• 4:45
SPEAKER_00: I was like, oh my gosh, I was so scared.
• 4:50
SPEAKER_00: But on the other side of fear was I knew it was the right thing to do.
• 4:54
SPEAKER_00: It was calling me, it just won't stop.
• 4:57
SPEAKER_00: Even during the three weeks off, I'm like trying to give up.
• 5:01
SPEAKER_00: But my mind at night is just thinking of people that I can help with this.
• 5:09
  SPEAKER_00: It's just I don't know, it's mind-boggling to me.
• 5:12
SPEAKER_00: But I just wanted to share this quick little uncut version because my other versions are truthful and they're right where I'm at, but these are raw.
• 5:20
SPEAKER_00: And I'm not saying I won't have some raw podcasts coming up, but these little baby half cuts, these are the raw without anything, just going off the cusp ball, blah blah blah, just on the wild.
• 5:33
SPEAKER_00: And I hope this helps somebody.
• 5:35
SPEAKER_00: And you know, if you feel like somebody else could listen to this podcast and it could help them, that would be great.
• 5:41
SPEAKER_00: I want to keep doing this forever.
• 5:43
SPEAKER_00: I want to help people, I want to make it my life's mission to help people that are going through pain, know that they're not alone.
• 5:51
SPEAKER_00: And so if this is you or somebody you know, just let them know.
• 5:54
SPEAKER_00: Follow my podcast, subscribe, whatever you want to do, share, share an episode, and I appreciate that you that I see my mind gets ahead of itself.
• 6:05
SPEAKER_00: I talk blah blah and I, you know, I know sure some other people have that in their brain, the ADHD, which that's a whole nother podcast.
• 6:15
SPEAKER_00: Okay, well, thank you for tuning to this uncut version of Get It Got It Girl.
• 6:19
SPEAKER_00: I'm here to help you, and you're not alone.
• 6:22
SPEAKER_00: Don't forget, you are not alone.
• 6:24
SPEAKER_00: We are in this together.
