- 2:00Speaker: And on that surface, so there's a degree of tension in this pose that I'm asking you to do.
- 2:08Speaker: Thinking about your palms in the center of your palms or of it, where there's an indention, a pond, if you will, of energy, heat.
- 2:21Speaker: It is glowing an orangey, red glow.
- 2:26Speaker: And it is rising and spreading in every and each direction.
- 2:35Speaker: And pressing against that or pulling against this is gravity, and you feel this too.
- 2:44Speaker: Now allowing your hands to rest, to cease, or to continue as you wish.
- 2:51Speaker: Being aware of the heat that is emanating from our bodies, of one's pulse, circulating this warm energy through our vascular systems, feeding trillions of cells responding in an exclamation of life.
- 3:20Speaker: This is what is going on.
- 3:24Speaker: Do we wish to perceive it?
- 3:27Speaker: It is going on.
- 3:29Speaker: Do we wish to perceive it in our consciousness?
- 3:33Speaker: These are the questions mindful meditators might ask of themselves, of others.
- 3:42Speaker: How wide and awake do we want to be?
- 3:46Speaker: How great do we wish our perspective to become?
- 3:50Speaker: How much effort am I willing to make to become whom I aspire to be?
- 3:58Speaker: We are here now bundles of miracles, alive and vibrant, humbled in our sense of the majesty and immensity of creation, of all that is and ever will be, and allowing ourselves in this sense of humility to be thankful for everything.
- 4:34Speaker: The music continues for another minute.
- 4:45Speaker: Prosper and be kind when you have set aside your worthy intentions and found yourself focused on an aside, perhaps, or something that you're surprised by.
