Transcript
- Alex: Welcome to another edition of the Unsexy Podcast, where we talk about the unsexy side of everything. I'm Alex Skinner, as always joined by my brother Aaron Skinner. And today we have a very special episode. Not like TGIF, very special episodes where a child would get molested or somebody would join a cult. It's a very special episode where we are going over what a coaching session, the exact opposite of those two things, what a coaching session. would look like for people. So this is going to be what coaching session number one with Aaron looks like. So I'm just going to throw it over to Aaron to ⁓ Aaron: Yeah. Yeah. So it's ⁓ it's gonna be a series of questions. So obviously we'll get it we'll just get into the questions because I I would just be repeating myself if I explain what the questions are gonna be. We'll just get into it and so people can see exactly what this is gonna be like. ⁓ all right, so Alex, and this is real. This is Alex is going to be doing this. so the first question is ⁓ how long have you been training? So and there's gonna be a series like so has it been less than a year, one to three years, three to five years, five years plus. Alex: Do it. Less than a year. And everyone, the reason I'm saying less than a year is yes, I have like on and off done stuff, but like h consistently since November, so less than a year. Aaron: Less than a year. Okay. and your current training frequency. So is it one lero to one times a week, two to three, four to five, six plus? Okay. I gotta it's you're gonna hear me typing. That's gonna be annoying for people listening, right? ⁓ sorry. ⁓ all right, six plus and then where do you train? Is it a commercial gym, home gym, both limited equipment? Alex: Six plus. R let's say both for this this I just joined a gym. So let's say both 'cause that will help with the training program, I would assume. Aaron: Okay, all right, and describe your current workout routine. Alex: Current workout routine is a variation of P90X with like weightlifting that I do myself. So a lot of the exercises come from P90X. So it's I do chest and triceps Monday. Tuesday I do plyometrics from P90X. Wednesday, I do bicep and shoulders from ⁓ from motions from p90x ⁓ thursday is like a usually a long run Friday is back and legs and then usually either a run or basketball on Saturday. And I would say the for five of those days it's an hour to an hour and 15 minutes. And then basketball days are like two hours. Aaron: Okay. Perfect. All right. So now we're gonna get into where you're starting from. So there's gonna be a lot of personal questions. I was gonna say something very inappropriate. ⁓ okay, so your current weight Alex: Average. ⁓ what? If I'm I'm guessing what the inappropriate question was. Aaron: And I was like, how many times do you my go to the ball later? No, okay, so your current weight. Alex: Current weight is one. I actually just did a DEXA scan yesterday just to like make this preparation better. ⁓ so I have the exact number close to one sixty five point three. Aaron: Okay. 165.3. ⁓ that was good. I guessed at when I was doing this was ⁓ one sixty, so it's not that far. And then your height? Alex: Five foot eight. Aaron: Wait, I got that right too. And then now you might not know these numbers. ⁓ so this is probably this is probably good for anyone that's listening. These are the kind of questions I'll be asking, but do you happen to know your actual waste measurement? Alex: I do not. I could guess, but I don't know. Aaron: Okay, what size what size pants do you wear? Alex: Sweats. ⁓ like if I were going to if I were going to guess I would say if I was going to guess like my I would say thirty right now. I'd say my waist size is thirty right now. Aaron: Sweat jeans. Okay. all right. And your chest. Do you happen to know what your chest is? I know that's gonna be a weird one. ⁓ let's say I'm gonna guess that yours is 38. ⁓ and then your bice Alex: No idea. That one's a tough one, no. I have no idea. Do you wanna look at pictures and guess? I have pictures. Would that help or no? Aaron: I wonder if that'd be in your no, it wouldn't be in your DEXA scan. I would I would I've the only reason I'm saying that 'cause think mine is like forty three or forty four and ⁓ I would just guess it is a little bit smaller than mine. ⁓ yeah. ⁓ maybe it's the ⁓ yeah, I mean there's I mean we'll get we'll get into the DEXA Alex. Alex: I'm not seeing it. A little bit. I would hope it's a lot a bit smaller. I guess if there's fat in here. Aaron: And then your right arm, I'm just gonna guess on these. your right arm flexed, I'm just gonna say is like fifteen inches and the left arm is fifteen inches. This will be good though. The ⁓ so I do need to know what your we don't have to guess. What is your body fat percentage? Alex: Body fat percentage is twenty point four percent. Aaron: Alright, 20.4. Okay. All right. ⁓ neck. Do you know your neck? I used to know this just because of dress shirts. I had to know what my neck size was. Do you happen to know what that is? I'd say I just guessed 16. ⁓ so we'll put 16. That's fine. So the the nice thing is, and people not watching this, there's like this thing that I'm holding right now that's it's designed for doing this. I got it on Amazon, it was like eight bucks. Alex: No idea. Aaron: But it's a tape measure. It goes out like this. And then you connect it here. And then you go boop. And then just wherever you're trying to measure. So if I was trying to measure my arm, I'd wrap around my arm, squeeze it, and it'd show you what the what that number is. So they're really cheap. And it's just nice to be able to. I do this every two weeks with my coach. I measure everything and then send it to them just to track progress. so that's it's it's good to know. And also, even if you wear like a size 30, ⁓ Let's say you wear a size 30 waist for pants. It's probably actually more because I wear a size 32 and my my waist was like I think at 37 when I did it last time, 36 or 37. ⁓ which is kind of weird because like how are they doing these numbers? I don't know. ⁓ okay, so let's get on to the next part. So the next round of questions is how do you eat right now? Alex: Okay. Aaron: ⁓ and so the question or the answers are you're tracking macros constantly, tracking calories loosely, ⁓ eating intuitively, which just means not doing well at all. Okay. All right, let me type this in. Alex: Tracking macros constantly. Aaron: Right. Okay. So track in it constantly and then your estimated daily ⁓ calories. Alex: so that's probably like t on a I think it's twenty one hundred on average. Aaron: Okay. ⁓ good. I guess twenty two. So that wasn't too bad. And then your ⁓ Alex: Yeah. It's a yeah, that and ⁓ that that might be it too. It's somewhere between twenty one and twenty three. So but ⁓ it's Aaron: Yeah, that's yeah, that's fine. Well it it's that's close enough. And then your protein intake daily. Alex: A hundred and seventy grams of protein. Aaron: Okay. Okay. Okay. perfect. And then foods you don't eat. Because all right, so why I'm asking these questions is once I'm done getting all this information, I'll be able to kind of develop a kind of a workout structure depending on what your goals are, and we'll get into that. ⁓ and then a diet plan that's gonna like cover all your macros and stuff like that. So I it's important to know. Like if I'm like, you need to be eating more tilapia and you hate tilapia, like, you know, that's so that's why I'm asking this question. So foods you don't like eating that are like like realistically like, well, I don't like I don't like muscles. Okay. Okay. Alex: Yeah, so so I'd say most seafood. Like most seafood. ⁓ and then I would say like the most common like workout foods that I hear people talking about a lot cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, though I can mix Greek yogurt. I haven't tried it with cottage cheese, I can mix Greek yogurt into like smoothies and it not bother me. So like as as far as like Aaron: Okay. Alex: the pro like the foods that people are commonly eating to like get healthy, it's those two. Aaron: Gotcha. Okay. Okay. ⁓ and then do you drink alcohol? If yes, how much per week? Alex: So I think to make this a a good session, I'm going to use pre like number like the amount of alcohol I used to drink because I th I think that's going to be helpful when people hear the next one where you I would guess be like, all right, you're gonna stop drinking alcohol. Like I assume is going to be like based on the goals that I have. But I would say a lot. so I'd say like two to three, maybe two to three drinks every other day. Aaron: Sure. Yes. Yeah. Now is that like like liquor or ⁓ beer? Alex: ⁓ let's ⁓ either like I would say it it works out either way. So that's that's either gonna be like three beers or four and a half ounces of liquor. Aaron: Okay. Okay. Perfect. all right. Alex: That's how you know it's a problem when somebody can tell you the in the exact number of ounces that they drink. That's ⁓ that's how you know it's a problem. Aaron: Ha! ⁓ okay. All right. So now we're gonna get into ⁓ sleep and recovery. ⁓ your average sleep per night. Alex: Eight and a half. So time in bed is about nine and a half hours, but actual s like s I'm asleep getting REM deep or whatever that other one is, light, is about eight, eight and a half. Aaron: Okay. And then what would you rate your sleep quality out of five? One being poor, five being great. Alex: On average I'd say five. Especially if I'm working out. ⁓ but if if there's like heavy drinking times, I'd say like closer to like a three. But I'd say normally a five. Aaron: Okay. Okay. next question is ⁓ what is your overall stress level right now? Low, moderate, high? Alex: say moderate. Like and that's like there's times where there's low stress and times where there's high stress. So I'd I'm just running moderate all the time. Aaron: Okay. Okay. And then what causes most of that stress? Alex: Work. Work. Aaron: Anything else, Alex? Alex: ⁓ It's family. ⁓ so so kids. Kids. Kids can cause stress. I'm just reading the notes that I was put But yeah. Aaron: Perfect. Perfect. ⁓ and then okay, ⁓ current supplements that you're taking. Alex: I take eight grams of creatine per day. I take a lot of protein powder supplements to get to that 170 grams per day. I take optifiber as a just in case for the amount of protein that I'm consuming. ⁓ that's it, I think. I think that's it. No. Aaron: No multivitamins or anything like that? No? Okay. Alright. And then on to the next one. All right. Your body and your schedule. All right. So ⁓ do you have any injuries or chronic pain or movement limitations? Alex: The only thing that I would say is my left shoulder at times, I don't think I ever fully recovered from whatever I had, but that is that usually arises from poor form. So I've I've even noticed like when I'm doing I can get it's usually it's usually chest, something chest related. I can usually move into a like the proper form and then that pain will go away. Aaron: Right. ⁓ gotcha. Yeah, good. That's great. ⁓ okay. And then what is your occupation? Alex: occupation marketer. Aaron: All right, and the the reason ⁓ anyone listening for the kind of the the delay is I'm I'm putting this I'm typing this all out 'cause I need to have all this. Okay. And your work is primarily sedentary, active, or variable? Okay. Alex: Yes. Sedentary. Aaron: Okay. And then how many hours a week do you work? Alex: It varies. But like sitting like sitting down in a chair probably like forty hours. Like there are times where I'll stand up and take calls or something like that, but sitting down is probably about forty hours. Aaron: Okay. ⁓ do you have any major events, trips, or disruptions that you know of in the next six months? Alex: Yes. The body what's the name of that thing that we're going to? Body town, USA. It's Mr. Universe. Aaron: ⁓ the one that we're gonna so we get for that yeah, the Mr. Universe ⁓ in Las Vegas. then what is that in September? Yeah. Like a weekend. Alex: Yeah, so Mr. Universe, Thanksgiving we're going somewhere, and then Christmas we're going somewhere. That's all I can. Aaron: And I think the yeah, I think those 'cause that one that we're going to in Vegas is only for a few days, so I don't think that should be a giant disruption. Because each the Thanksgiving and Alex: I don't think the the th I don't think the Thanksgiving one will be t s super crazy, but the Christmas one will be. Aaron: Okay. Okay. perfect. Okay, now we're gonna just do the tools that you're using right now. ⁓ it's funny because it's kind of directed more toward I'm gonna change this a little bit. All right. ⁓ any sort of workout like ⁓ app, like tracking your workouts. Alex: No no, not like I used to use a spreadsheet for P ninety X and then stopped doing that about like two months ago. Aaron: Okay. ⁓ and then to track your actual diet. Alex: Yeah, I use life sum. Lost it. I use lost it. There's so many I've used. Aaron: So did you so it was one of the things I was like it's gonna who's on first like you lost it. Alright, so which ⁓ what i what do you use it now? ⁓ lose it, okay. All right. ⁓ all right, perfect. And then ⁓ any wearables. Alex: Yeah, it's called it's it's called lost it. It's called lost or no, it's called Lose It. Lose it. Lose it. Yeah, I my aura ring. Got that on almost all the time. Maybe some Sundays I'll take it off so that it can get its full recharge. Aaron: Okay. And then you use that every day, okay. I'll just put every day 'cause if you're just charging it for a bit. How long does that thing take to charge? Alex: It's pretty fast. It's like thirty minutes usually 'cause I don't let it get down too far. Like it's I charge it throughout the week when I'm showering so it stays Aaron: ⁓ gotcha. Yeah, that's yeah, that's okay. That's exactly what I do. I just throw it on the charger when I'm taking a shower and it stays consistent. That's like this. How long does your aura ring last? Like like the Helios trap lasts for like nine days before I have to recharge it. Alex: ⁓ n I don't think the battery life is as good as it was when I first got it. I would say probably like six days. Wait, like without without charging, without charging ever. My guess would actually probably be closer to like four or five days then. Aaron: ⁓ that's not bad. Yes, yes. Yeah. ⁓ okay. So now we're gonna what are we building towards? And so your primary six month goal in one clear sentence. Alex: Beachbody. I want I wanna like if I had to do it in one sense, like beachbody for for our our Hawaii trip at the end of the year. Aaron: So so Beach Body, I've been to the beach Alex and I've seen a lot of bodies. I But I I know what you I know what you mean. Alex: Lots of bodies. So I can do an even better one then. ⁓ Yeah yeah. I'm I think I'm going like I want more of a Tom Hardy body, like built body. So it's a little bit more shoulders and chest and biceps, less legs, etc. ⁓ so more that body type. Aaron: Yeah. Yes. Gotcha, gotcha. ⁓ all right. ⁓ and why does this goal matter right now? What changes when you achieve it? Alex: self-esteem and ⁓ what's that word? Like the proving to oneself that they can do something like difficult. I think there was a podcast that we had ⁓ a little while back where someone brought up it might have been you, where like it was just like, Yeah, I thought that I couldn't see my abs because ⁓ like no one in our family can have abs, yeah, 'cause of genetics. Like that's kind of a a big thing for me because I hear so many people use that as an excuse and I myself has have used that as an excuse in the past. So proving just proving that wrong. Right. Aaron: Genetics. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, twenty five years. Yeah, yeah, exactly. actually not forty-something years. I don't think I ever had abs. ⁓ even when I was like younger and leaner. ⁓ all right. ⁓ what are you most afraid will cause this not to work? Alex: It's always it's always gonna come down to like stress stress binge drinking or stress binge eating. Like stress induced things around those. So that would be like my biggest concern. Aaron: Yeah. Yeah. Yes. Are you a binge eater? Like out of stress? Yeah? Okay. for whatever reason, I I eat way more when I'm happy. Like I'm in a good mood. I'm like, yeah, let's go. I'm gonna have some ice cream. This is like a good and when I'm in a bad mood, I'm just like, I'm not eating anything, you fat piece of shit. Alex: Yeah. I eat my feelings. I w I I wish, I wish. I wish it was the opposite. Aaron: ⁓ I got yeah. ⁓ okay, so ⁓ your target body weight. Alex: ⁓ honestly I don't really have like I ⁓ mine is like more aesthetic based, so as long as I I like the look of things, I really don't care about my weight as much. So I'd I'm okay staying at one sixty five. I'm okay 'cause I I I assume I'm going to have to gain muscle mass even like more so than the amount of fat that I'm going to lose. So if not if I get up to one seventy, one seventy five or something like that in order to get those broader shoulders and bigger chests, like that's fine. Aaron: Yeah, I think that's really important too, man. I think a lot of people, I ⁓ myself included, get so focused on the weight part of it. And we could do an entire podcast of this where it'd just be interesting to break people's like weight down and like what their body actually looks like, as opposed to like, well, if I could weigh 200 pounds, I'd be shredded. Like, let me show you a picture of a guy that's 200 pounds and still looks fat. Like it just the the whole weight thing is is I mean, it's good to obviously I I don't know anyone that's shredded and 480 pounds. ⁓ and someone's gonna be like, ⁓ there's this guy from the Iceland, and he ⁓ heard of the mountain? Yeah, exactly exactly. ⁓ but yeah, I I think we get too too caught up on the actual number, but it's always a a good goal to just like because this will also once once I have all this information start kind of putting it in and looking at stuff, it'll give us kind of a target weight to shoot for. So maybe. Alex: Here's this guy. He's seven foot nine. Aaron: ⁓ even though it kinda is counterintuitive to what I just said, but like just based on what your aesthetics you want to look like, like all right, yeah, maybe you're right. Like after kind of going and figuring this all out, maybe it is like 172 to have those broad shoulders, bigger chest, ⁓ and arms is what you're actually looking for. Alex: Well, 'cause like so like what I'm showing right now is like I'm showing like the space that I have, like, in the shirt that I'm wearing right now. Like a lot of the clothing that I buy is like large and extra large and I don't think I'm supposed to fit into large, extra large stuff. So I have like this extra space. I got it 'cause my belly fat was so fat, so I just would get bigger shirts for that. So I would love to stay I would love to not have to buy a bunch of new clothes the stronger I get too. Which I don't I don't think I don't think will be the case, but just Aaron: Sure. Uh-huh. Yeah. Sure. Sure. Yeah. ⁓ gotcha. Like so like fill out what you have, but in a c in a in a flattering way. Yes. Okay. all right, this will be good. All right. So this is what what's been tried before? ⁓ have you worked out with a coach before? Okay. ⁓ let's see. And then we kinda went over this, but what programs or approaches have you tried on your own? Alex: Fill out what I have. Correct. Yeah. Have not. Done the P90X programs before and that's probably about it as far as like pop culture y type things. Most most of the time it's just like I'm just doing stuff because I know if I don't do stuff, that's not like it's better to do something than not do something. So like yeah, so like there is a time where like I would just run. Like my only working out was like running. At least I'm doing something, but obviously it's probably still not great for your muscle mass, ⁓ etc. So Aaron: Then nothing. Agreed. Yep. Sure. Sure. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. ⁓ yeah, okay. ⁓ and then how would you describe yourself as a trainee? All right, so we have motivated but inconsistent, consistent but not progress not progressing, starting from scratch, consistent and progressing. Alex: Probably just P9DX. I would say starting from scratch. Just 'cause I don't I've never done it before. Aaron: Yeah, that's pro Sure. Yeah, no, that's that that's fair. ⁓ all right, so anything else? This is the last one, just anything that you'd wanna bring up that you're that you're kinda looking towards that we haven't already talked about. ⁓ like schedule constraints, ⁓ You know, I guess I guess that's a g yeah, like how like how many hours ⁓ a day can you dedicate to working out? Alex: I can But I mean, my wife is incredibly supportive, so I could probably dedicate like two and a half to three hours like in this process, but I don't think sus like on a sustained level. I think to get to where I want to get, I can do that, but I don't think I can do that for like the rest of my life. ⁓ Aaron: Yeah. So if we said you can dedicate two hours a day for the next six months. Okay. Like I and it's like one of it's not one of those things I'd ever like hold on to this. And like I had like a ⁓ a someone I'm training, I'm like, hey, you didn't work out two hours this day, and three months ago you said you could, so you were wrong. Alex: Yeah. You can do for three hours today. He's Yeah. All right. Aaron: all right. okay. ⁓ and so that is those are let's see, yeah, that's those are all the questions that I would a ⁓ that I would ask you or that I that I would ask someone during the the training, ⁓ the kind of the intro to their training. And then what I d what I'm gonna do from here, Alex, is I'm gonna take all this information and I'll figure out ⁓ first your macros, like a workout schedule and ⁓ And then we'll be doing check-ins. That's the other thing too. Like one I think one of the best parts about for me personally having a coach is I don't deviate from what my coach says because I don't want to disappoint my coach. And I'm spending money on my coach. So I'd also don't be wasting my money. ⁓ but even more than that, it's it's I I think having someone that you can be held accountable to. That is in your corner as well, but it'll also tell you, hey, you're messing this up. This is why this is happening, or this is why this is happening, is super powerful. There's so it's funny. So I have a coach, and then my coach Lloyd has a coach. His coach is Eric, who is like this massive, massive dude. Eric has a coach. So it's like even the best of the best have coaches when it comes to like training. And not just in like weightlifting, just any think of your favorite athlete. They all have personal coaches. Like, not even just like on a on a team, but they have their their Alex: trainers, you know, like the famous example Tom Brady, ⁓ Alex Guerrero. Yeah. Aaron: They're personal trainers and everything. Yes, yes. And you don't have to have a that weird of a relationship. ⁓ but yeah, that's ex essentially essentially what that is. ⁓ but yeah, you said Alex that you have your DEXA scan results. ⁓ do you do you have those handy? Okay. ⁓ wanna pull those up and it'd be funny. We'll just I'll have mine. I literally have mine next to my computer constantly. So ⁓ when I get called out eventually by somebody, I can just pull them out and show ⁓ Alex: Ha ha ha Yes. Yeah. Aaron: So let's go over this real quick because it's probably not interesting at all to people. ⁓ but it's also good to see where you're starting from. So we'll just go across. I don't know how yours might not be set up the exact way that mine is. ⁓ but the numbers that are important are your ⁓ so we have your body fat percentage. That was 20%, correct? Okay. And then your, so that's your total mass is the that. Alex: Yeah, twenty point four. Aaron: ⁓ where is that? Okay, what's the does it have lean pounds on there? Which is essentially it's 126.5. Okay. Alex: Lean mass is 126.5 pounds. Aaron: Okay. and then the other one that is actually an important one that people never really think about is the where's that pr ⁓ the AG. What's your AG ratio? So that is your it's your android gynoid ratio. Mine's on the front page underneath the first set of first set of ⁓ numbers. ⁓ yeah. It's it should be your and it should it's like an A G ratio is what it's usually is. Alex: ⁓ god. ⁓ gyanoid. Wait, so say that again? It doesn't say AG ratio, but I have my android gynoid body fat. So let me just let me see if there's like an AG number somewhere later on here. Aaron: Okay, what is that? So essentially what this the androgynoid is ⁓ where your fat is mostly stored. So it's the it's the fat that's in your like your belly and the fat that's in your like your hips, your butt, your thighs and stuff like that. And the ratio you want to keep is one or lower. and so mine ⁓ did you find it? Alex: So y well no, but like if I give you like the android and gynoid total mass Aaron: Yeah, just give me that number. Actually, do you have the ⁓ Yeah, give me the give me your ⁓ Android number. Alex: Android is eleven point six pounds. ⁓ wait, wait. You want the fat mass though, right? Aaron: Okay. And then what's ⁓ no the the percentage. And that's it that's ⁓ it should be the Android percent fat. I guess yours could be totally different from how mine's set up. What's your gyneid? Alex: ⁓ the Maybe I just don't have it then. My gynoid like total mass is twenty-five point nine pounds, but the fat mass is five point three. Aaron: ⁓ I'd have to look at yours. ⁓ that's the other problem is having the completely different different numbers. ⁓ and so that's that you we'll we'll figure that out. I don't wanna have people listen to this while we figure that part out. But that's another important number is the A G ratio. And that's something I didn't really know until I started kind of looking like, what the hell are all these numbers mean? and the other thing too, that we'll do this offline just so this doesn't take a long time. The other thing is does yours break down ⁓ like where your muscle is stored. Like and that not stored, but like percentages, like in your arms, legs, trunk, and everything like that. And like per side, right? So we can go over kind of building those numbers up. Especially the nice thing about that is since I know what your goals are, is like I want my shoulders, my chest, my arms to be bigger, we will focus on those numbers on getting those numbers up. ⁓ but yeah, so that's I recommend anybody get Alex: Yeah. Yes. Aaron: A DEXA scan. Like there's there's a lot of noise out there. Like, well, I don't know if you know this, but DEXA scans aren't really that accurate. It's like, okay, shut the hell up. ⁓ I I always this is my joke, I always say it's more accurate than me guessing. And so what you want to do is if you find a place to get a DEXA scan, go to that same place every single time. Because they're gonna have the same equipment that's calibrated the same way, even if it's off by a percentage or two. The the as you're getting them done, you know, once every Probably during your thing, Alex, I do once every three months. ⁓ or if you want to do it once every six months, that's fine too. But I'd split it in the middle for your six month goal just so we could see, like, all right, now this is where we're at. Let's shoot, you know, let's ⁓ let's adjust some things here and there. ⁓ but it's it's good to have that baseline. Alex: ⁓ I I have my I have my A G now. One one point zero five. Aaron: ⁓ good. Okay, that's actually not bad. So, I mean, you want to be at one or lower, so that's gonna be easy to get that under under that. It's gonna be very easy. ⁓ just to let you know, Alex, my first one I ever had was 1.35, which is not good at all. That's also when my body fat was 27.4. Man, I tell you what, I wish I would have done a DEXA scan when I was my fattest. That would have been super interesting. My gut my age ratio must have been so high, and my body fat percentage was probably. mid to high thirties, ⁓ if not, you know, in the forties. ⁓ but ⁓ look at us. Look at us. Almost twins. ⁓ so yeah like the I got it to one ⁓ no what's funny? My second one was p one point zero six. Hey, so your next one, Alex, according to this trend, should be point should be point seven seven. Alex: My first one was one point three six. Hey W will be point eight. Jesus Christ. Hopefully my next one's in six months. ⁓ Aaron: Yeah. So that that's that's what we'll do. So that's how this all goes. And this is gonna be you'll be able to see it kind of live. as as Alex is going through this process. So it'll be really, really cool. He'll you do some before and after pictures as well. ⁓ but yeah. Alex: Yeah. So then our our next episode of this will be going over what the plan is for weightlifting, nutrition, et cetera. And then after that there'll be a lot shorter episodes because it'll just be you guys getting to see the check-ins that we have. Aaron: Sure. Yep. Yep. Yeah. The check-ins aren't super long. It'll go over, you know, consistency. It'll just ask a lot of not the same questions, but like just work out, like your consistency with your diet, your workout, ⁓ challenges you've run into, you know, injuries or or whatever. If there's a certain exercise you just don't like doing, I mean, we would know this. I you would tell me before, anyways, like I hate doing this exercise. And it's better to find exercises you enjoy doing than just That you can that you know you'll be able to do for a long time, then like, well my I've done this with my coaches, like there's an exercise that I just don't like and it just hurts my elbow and I told him he's like, Good, don't do it, do this instead. And I did it and it my elbow feels great. So that's it's just good about communication. But yeah, that's how this is going to work. Alex: Sweet. Awesome. Well, thanks everyone for listening. we'll let you know when the next episodes are going to come out on social media, and then also I'll start tracking my progress on Unsexy Alex on Instagram and TikToks and all of the other places for you guys to see what's going on there.
