- 0:31Speaker 2: welcome back to another episode of the She riseres Podcast.
- 0:34Speaker 2: Your favorite hosts I'm Tiana.
- 0:36Speaker 1: And I'm Ashley. Thank you for joining us, and if this.
- 0:37Speaker 2: Is the first time you've ever been here, well welcome.
- 0:40Speaker 2: We love to have you. Today's episode is actually all
- 0:43Speaker 2: about a mindset shift that we have integrated that has
- 0:46Speaker 2: helped change everything for us and will help you kind
- 0:48Speaker 2: of if you're stuck in a problem right now, and
- 0:50Speaker 2: you're stuck in kind of like quicksand feeling really overwhelmed
- 0:53Speaker 2: by your current situation, this episode is going to help
- 0:55Speaker 2: you really come out of that and to start to
- 0:58Speaker 2: see things from a different perspective in your life.
- 1:00Speaker 1: Yes, hop Before we get into it, we're going to
- 1:02Speaker 1: do our share of the week. I'll go first. If
- 1:04Speaker 1: you like, yes, please. I can't believe I've only just
- 1:06Speaker 1: gotten to lipliners, maybe two years ago. I'd never used
- 1:09Speaker 1: them before that it was really a lipstick or a
- 1:11Speaker 1: lip balm, girl, but now I just lipline. It's probably
- 1:14Speaker 1: one makeup product I can't be without. I love lipliner
- 1:18Speaker 1: with a lip balm. But there's a new lip liner.
- 1:20Speaker 1: It's the tanil j or gy Ones in ruby chocolate.
- 1:25Speaker 1: I think the color I got is but I want
- 1:26Speaker 1: to try all of them. And it's actually like a
- 1:28Speaker 1: lip stain. So when you put it on, you can
- 1:30Speaker 1: buy her matching brush or you can just use your finger,
- 1:33Speaker 1: but you have to kind of rub it in because
- 1:35Speaker 1: it sticks to your lips.
- 1:36Speaker 2: Oh wow.
- 1:36Speaker 1: So after like a couple of minutes, so you can't
- 1:38Speaker 1: move it. It like stains it. It's so good, tho,
- 1:41Speaker 1: because it lasts way longer.
- 1:42Speaker 2: I need that in my life.
- 1:43Speaker 1: I think you would really like it. I really really
- 1:45Speaker 1: like them, So I want to get a couple more
- 1:47Speaker 1: of that color because I just lose them all the time,
- 1:49Speaker 1: and I like having one in my makeup corner, one
- 1:51Speaker 1: in my car. Yes, I don't want to try some
- 1:53Speaker 1: more colors, but yeah, she's a Brisbane makeup artist and
- 1:55Speaker 1: she's so funny online. She's got a really cool personality
- 1:58Speaker 1: and she's brought out a ton of makeup products a
- 2:01Speaker 1: really good quality. Can you buy it in store online? Okay?
- 2:05Speaker 1: Ja I J dry? Yeah? Interesting, really good cool.
- 2:09Speaker 2: My share of the week is actually this vitamin C
- 2:11Speaker 2: serum that I've been using and am obsessed with. I
- 2:15Speaker 2: am obsessed with it. It's the brand Laroche Posy Jose.
- 2:21Speaker 2: It's Vitamin C twelve brightening serum and it comes in
- 2:23Speaker 2: an orange bottle. I've been using this religiously for maybe
- 2:27Speaker 2: the last two weeks. It's been very new, but the
- 2:30Speaker 2: smell is amazing. It makes my skin feel so incredible.
- 2:34Speaker 2: And I just I've been looking for a vitamin C
- 2:36Speaker 2: serum for a really long time because I used to
- 2:37Speaker 2: use one a couple of years back and just wanted
- 2:40Speaker 2: to trial a different one. Very lucky to have found
- 2:43Speaker 2: this one because I just it'll be a product that
- 2:44Speaker 2: I keep in my rotation for.
- 2:45Speaker 1: A long time. Good for brightening, hey.
- 2:47Speaker 2: Yes, just even complexion hydration, also anti aging, anti aging
- 2:53Speaker 2: and brightening serum.
- 2:54Speaker 1: Hi and confirm it works so good? All right? So yeah,
- 2:58Speaker 1: today is all about not sitting in the problem energy,
- 3:00Speaker 1: which I think a lot of us can do and
- 3:02Speaker 1: sometimes get stuck there. We're all about moving forward, and
- 3:05Speaker 1: this came about because we shared this with our accelerated
- 3:07Speaker 1: girls the other day. Actually, we were finding ourselves winging
- 3:11Speaker 1: and complaining about the same problem. We don't have enough time.
- 3:14Speaker 1: We don't have enough time to do as she rises work,
- 3:16Speaker 1: we don't have enough time to get everything done for
- 3:18Speaker 1: Tiana and I. For context, we only have Tuesdays and
- 3:20Speaker 1: Wednesdays together for she Rises because Thursday I'm with my daughter,
- 3:24Speaker 1: Thursdays you're with clients, Friday with my daughter. You were
- 3:26Speaker 1: clients Mondays, I do highaway Mondays. You normally film content,
- 3:30Speaker 1: so there's not a lot of time in between, and
- 3:32Speaker 1: our to do list is progressively always getting larger, and
- 3:35Speaker 1: we kind of felt like we were falling behind, and
- 3:37Speaker 1: we kept just talking about the problem but not doing
- 3:39Speaker 1: anything about it. And then, I don't know, one of
- 3:41Speaker 1: us suggested it. We're having an ad midnight, and I
- 3:44Speaker 1: was like, well, Steve goes to tennis on a Monday night,
- 3:46Speaker 1: so why don't you come around. I've got the kids
- 3:48Speaker 1: at home, so you want to come around and we'll
- 3:49Speaker 1: just smash out a couple of hours one, two, three,
- 3:51Speaker 1: But we're just knuckle in and get everything done, and
- 3:54Speaker 1: it's helped so much. We're getting so much done and
- 3:56Speaker 1: it kind of gets us on top of things for
- 3:58Speaker 1: the week moving ahead. And it's just been such a
- 4:00Speaker 1: game changer, and like, wow, we sat in that problem
- 4:02Speaker 1: energy for way too long. We found us now like
- 4:06Speaker 1: whenever we get a problem with like, Okay, what is
- 4:07Speaker 1: a solution? What are our options? That's not sitting this
- 4:09Speaker 1: for too long. There has to be another way to
- 4:11Speaker 1: do it. So we just wanted to talk about that
- 4:13Speaker 1: because it's so easy to get stuck there. It is.
- 4:16Speaker 2: I think when you're in the energy of the problem
- 4:18Speaker 2: of whatever it is you're facing in life, it's so
- 4:20Speaker 2: easy to be consumed by how it feels to be
- 4:22Speaker 2: in that problem. Like for us, it was, oh my gosh,
- 4:25Speaker 2: we don't have enough time or enough hours in the
- 4:27Speaker 2: day for what we want to do. Whereas yours might
- 4:30Speaker 2: be a time thing, it could be a sleep thing,
- 4:32Speaker 2: it could be you know, whatever it is that you're navigating,
- 4:35Speaker 2: and yeah, it can be all consuming. And I think
- 4:38Speaker 2: the powerful thing about this mindset shift that we want
- 4:41Speaker 2: to talk about, which is no longer sitting in the
- 4:43Speaker 2: energy of the problem, but sitting in the energy of
- 4:45Speaker 2: the solution, or sitting in the energy of the opportunity
- 4:48Speaker 2: that could be presented to you. And it's such a
- 4:51Speaker 2: cool way for you to shift your mindset and to
- 4:54Speaker 2: know that you're never stuck in what you're experiencing. And
- 4:57Speaker 2: this has been really powerful for us. Is the faster
- 4:59Speaker 2: we move through the energy of the problem, the quicker
- 5:02Speaker 2: we get to the solution, and then all of a
- 5:04Speaker 2: sudden things start to snowball and start to pick up momentum,
- 5:07Speaker 2: just like what we did with the admin night. It
- 5:09Speaker 2: was you know, it's only a couple of hours. Been
- 5:12Speaker 2: in the grand scheme of things, what you can do
- 5:13Speaker 2: in a couple of hours productive hours, productive hours, it's
- 5:16Speaker 2: actually amazing. It's been so good for us, and I
- 5:19Speaker 2: think having that extra time, you know, obviously it's at
- 5:22Speaker 2: night we've been having this conversation. Sometimes you were just
- 5:26Speaker 2: in a season of hustle exactly, or you were just
- 5:28Speaker 2: in a season of putting your head down and bum
- 5:30Speaker 2: up and you just have to do what you have
- 5:32Speaker 2: to do, like I'm sure Ashley would love to, you know,
- 5:34Speaker 2: have that time and spend with Steve or something like that.
- 5:37Speaker 2: Steve's obviously going to tennis, but there are other things
- 5:40Speaker 2: that you know, I'm sure from a leisurely standpoint, like oh,
- 5:42Speaker 2: I'd love to read a book before bed or whatever.
- 5:44Speaker 2: But right now we're in a season of growth and
- 5:47Speaker 2: we have goals and we have a standard for ourselves
- 5:50Speaker 2: of how we want to show up. And in those
- 5:52Speaker 2: season it's about asking the question of how do we
- 5:56Speaker 2: double down here and what can we do to actually
- 5:57Speaker 2: move ourselves closer towards the goal that we actually want
- 6:00Speaker 2: to achieve. And for us, that's been about adding an
- 6:03Speaker 2: admin night.
- 6:04Speaker 1: Remove quite quickly. We are not everyone's cup of tea
- 6:06Speaker 1: when it comes to working with us. There has been
- 6:09Speaker 1: different situations or different events or different people we've tried
- 6:11Speaker 1: to work with and they just don't move at our pace.
- 6:14Speaker 1: And so for us to keep up with ourselves, we
- 6:17Speaker 1: had to create more time. And you know, even if
- 6:19Speaker 1: you're not in business and you're like, well, I can't
- 6:21Speaker 1: relate to that. But back to accelerator one about accelerated
- 6:23Speaker 1: girls like I just really struggle to get up in
- 6:25Speaker 1: the morning. I can't get up in the morning. She
- 6:27Speaker 1: had this story and this problem of not having time
- 6:29Speaker 1: to exercise. I was like, what time to go to bed?
- 6:31Speaker 1: And it's like, oh, ten, ten thirty. I'm like, no, wonder,
- 6:33Speaker 1: you can't get up early. You need to start training
- 6:35Speaker 1: yourself to get to bed early. I want your phone
- 6:37Speaker 1: down by eight and a sleep by eight thirty. Guarantee
- 6:40Speaker 1: getting up at four four thirty would be a lot
- 6:41Speaker 1: easiercause you're still getting eight hours of sleep. And that's
- 6:44Speaker 1: not natural for a lot of people, and it is
- 6:46Speaker 1: natural for me, but I wasn't born like that. I
- 6:47Speaker 1: was a personal trainer for years and I had to
- 6:49Speaker 1: train myself to get up at three to meet my
- 6:51Speaker 1: first client. That was my job. And now I've done
- 6:53Speaker 1: that religiously for so many years. It feels very natural
- 6:56Speaker 1: for me. But you don't have the time to exercise,
- 6:59Speaker 1: make the time to exercise, and where do you need
- 7:01Speaker 1: to adjust and sacrifice something? And if you're saying actual
- 7:04Speaker 1: ten thirty, like what are you don are you scrolling?
- 7:06Speaker 1: You're watching Netflix? I think you'll be okay, put your
- 7:08Speaker 1: phone down and start training your body so you have
- 7:10Speaker 1: more time in the morning to get that done.
- 7:11Speaker 2: Absolutely, And I love what you Just to bring it
- 7:13Speaker 2: back to what you were saying around some people don't
- 7:16Speaker 2: move in the way that we do. And we really
- 7:17Speaker 2: notice that in the beginning where this like quote unquote
- 7:20Speaker 2: problem has actually shown up, was that like, our beautiful
- 7:23Speaker 2: va Ash is so incredible and she's just like such
- 7:26Speaker 2: a garner what she does. And also she came to
- 7:29Speaker 2: us not that long ago and was like, guys, can
- 7:31Speaker 2: you please tell me when we're doing something.
- 7:34Speaker 1: New to tell me you're doing another retreat?
- 7:35Speaker 2: Oh?
- 7:36Speaker 1: Did we not? Oh?
- 7:37Speaker 2: Because we brought it to her and we said, hey,
- 7:39Speaker 2: can you do up a payment live for this retreat
- 7:42Speaker 2: and for this retreat? She was like, this retreat January?
- 7:45Speaker 1: What do you mean like?
- 7:46Speaker 2: And she had no idea because obviously we communicate between
- 7:49Speaker 2: each other. But because of that fast paced energy where
- 7:51Speaker 2: we're just like think of something, execute, move on, think
- 7:54Speaker 2: of something, execute venue, we.
- 7:56Speaker 1: Were done like in our heads, we're just doing the things.
- 7:58Speaker 2: And you know, it was a weekend, right, so I'm
- 8:00Speaker 2: over here creating the brochure I'm talking about She about
- 8:02Speaker 2: it come Monday morning, She's like, guys, I need some structure. Yeah.
- 8:07Speaker 2: So this was also another challenge that we ran into,
- 8:10Speaker 2: which was Ash needing some more structure within the business
- 8:13Speaker 2: because we are moving at more of a fast pace
- 8:16Speaker 2: and we are now taking on more projects. She goes,
- 8:19Speaker 2: girls like, I would love some more structure. So here
- 8:21Speaker 2: we go, sit on the weekend create like work with
- 8:24Speaker 2: AI and now we have like an entire dashboard. And
- 8:27Speaker 2: that was a problem, right, we would we were losing
- 8:29Speaker 2: out on structure, organization and making.
- 8:32Speaker 1: Our PA feel overwhelmed. That's right, we were feeling a
- 8:34Speaker 1: bit overwhelmed sometimes too.
- 8:35Speaker 2: We were too so having that lack of structure was
- 8:38Speaker 2: creating a problem that we then became the bottleneck and
- 8:40Speaker 2: we were like, okay, cool, So what is the energy
- 8:42Speaker 2: of the solution. What is the energy of the opportunity here? Well,
- 8:46Speaker 2: it's for us to refine our systems to make us
- 8:48Speaker 2: feel better, to make our beautiful VA feel so much
- 8:51Speaker 2: more supported in her role and make her job easier.
- 8:55Speaker 2: So now we've created this entire dashboard, as I mentioned,
- 8:57Speaker 2: where it has everything structured. It's got her schedule in
- 9:00Speaker 2: their content planner, it's got all our finances, all of
- 9:03Speaker 2: our finances, all of our retreats organized based on a
- 9:07Speaker 2: timeline from now till May twenty twenty seven. And that
- 9:10Speaker 2: in itself is just such a powerful way for us
- 9:13Speaker 2: to streamline and to be able to move even smoother
- 9:16Speaker 2: on the journey.
- 9:17Speaker 1: Yeah, and then for you even personally, because you've got
- 9:19Speaker 1: your personal clients and you have the retreat clients, and
- 9:21Speaker 1: you had she Rises stuff in your stuff, and it
- 9:23Speaker 1: was sometimes you would double booking yourself. Yeah, oh my gosh,
- 9:26Speaker 1: we had this meeting. Fuck, I had this client call
- 9:28Speaker 1: on and it was getting a bit overwhelming there. So
- 9:30Speaker 1: you jumped over to time Tree, which is I've spoken
- 9:33Speaker 1: about it many a times, not sponsored, should be sponsored.
- 9:36Speaker 1: Love this app. It's like a scheduling app where you
- 9:39Speaker 1: can put everything color coordinate and everything can be in
- 9:41Speaker 1: the same spot, and you could bring over your Google
- 9:43Speaker 1: calendar and combine it and now it's just like you
- 9:45Speaker 1: look each Shane. You can exactly see everything that's on,
- 9:47Speaker 1: which prevent you from double booking and feeling overwhelmed because
- 9:50Speaker 1: everything just goes in that one spot.
- 9:51Speaker 2: There would be micro moments where we would increase what
- 9:54Speaker 2: we were doing, or we'd add another project in, and
- 9:57Speaker 2: then I'd be like, oh, scrambling, and I'd get a
- 9:58Speaker 2: little bit overwhelmed and I'm like, okay, I need better systems.
- 10:01Speaker 2: And it kept coming back to that question, I need
- 10:03Speaker 2: better systems, I need better organized I need better time management,
- 10:07Speaker 2: and those were all things that I was struggling with
- 10:09Speaker 2: for a while and going, oh my gosh, I don't
- 10:10Speaker 2: have enough time, I don't know this, or you know,
- 10:12Speaker 2: juggling both of the businesses. But also that's a choice
- 10:16Speaker 2: that I've made and now again, I could sit in
- 10:18Speaker 2: the energy of the problem all I want, but it's
- 10:20Speaker 2: not going to get me anywhere. And what actually benefits
- 10:23Speaker 2: me is sitting in the energy of the solution because
- 10:26Speaker 2: I have this big vision for you know, what we're
- 10:28Speaker 2: doing and what we're creating and how incredible I believe
- 10:31Speaker 2: that it will be and what we're working towards and
- 10:33Speaker 2: striving towards every single day. It's like, okay, cool, what
- 10:36Speaker 2: can I do with the time that I do have,
- 10:39Speaker 2: and how can I refine everything that I'm doing to
- 10:42Speaker 2: improve that?
- 10:43Speaker 1: For myself, it's not to glamorize overworking and working late nights.
- 10:47Speaker 1: Like Steve at the moment, he works all day, in
- 10:48Speaker 1: the most evenings he's working. It's the season he's in
- 10:50Speaker 1: as well, and it's not to glamorize that and encourage that.
- 10:53Speaker 1: But sometimes there is seasons, especially if you're a business owner,
- 10:57Speaker 1: where you do have to double down. Your head needs
- 10:59Speaker 1: to go down, your bum needs to go up, and
- 11:00Speaker 1: you need to do what you need to do to
- 11:01Speaker 1: get it done. And it's not going to be forever.
- 11:04Speaker 1: You've got goals and you're moving at a fast pace
- 11:06Speaker 1: and you want to achieve them. Then that's just a
- 11:09Speaker 1: season we're in right now. So like, yes, Monday night,
- 11:11Speaker 1: no offense, but I would now to spend time attage.
- 11:14Speaker 1: He's on the screen that night because he steves at tennis,
- 11:16Speaker 1: So I do allow TAG a bit of screen time
- 11:18Speaker 1: each night anyway, but I would love to spend time
- 11:20Speaker 1: with him. But that's what I'm sacrificing right now, is
- 11:22Speaker 1: to get my admin done so I can get a
- 11:24Speaker 1: good start to the week and we don't fall so behind.
- 11:26Speaker 1: We feel so much more ease, and we can show
- 11:28Speaker 1: up better for our community and we can actually expand
- 11:31Speaker 1: our capacity to do more of the things that we love,
- 11:33Speaker 1: which is running retreats right now, which is so cool.
- 11:35Speaker 1: So yeah, it's a really really powerful thing to think about.
- 11:39Speaker 1: Instead of getting stuck in that problem energy and victim
- 11:43Speaker 1: and I can't do anything about it, you actually can.
- 11:45Speaker 1: It's just you need to explore and open up your
- 11:47Speaker 1: options and find a solution. That's where I love the
- 11:50Speaker 1: masculine energy. You know, there's this big move of being
- 11:52Speaker 1: soft girl and you're feminine. I'm one hundred percent need
- 11:55Speaker 1: more of that. I know I do, and I'm conscious
- 11:57Speaker 1: and aware of that, but gosh, I love being our
- 11:58Speaker 1: masculine anyway. Just get shit done. Yeah, I just get
- 12:01Speaker 1: in and I get it done, and so do you.
- 12:02Speaker 1: And it feels like so empowered. Yeah, what we're really
- 12:05Speaker 1: capable of and how much we can push the boundaries
- 12:07Speaker 1: to get us to where we want to.
- 12:09Speaker 2: Go, absolutely, and I think it's that beautiful dance. I
- 12:11Speaker 2: wouldn't say that there's a fifty to fifty balance because
- 12:14Speaker 2: I definitely don't live in a fifty to fifty balance,
- 12:16Speaker 2: But the way that I am navigating my life right
- 12:19Speaker 2: now suits what I want. So maybe it's seventy percent
- 12:22Speaker 2: masculine thirty percent feminine, but I know how to dance
- 12:25Speaker 2: between them now. So even if I'm at work all
- 12:26Speaker 2: day and I'm in my masculine energy, I'm still also
- 12:29Speaker 2: dipping in and out of my feminine energy throughout. We're
- 12:31Speaker 2: having giggles, we're having last Yeah, feeling playful, feeling feminine,
- 12:35Speaker 2: go home like be with my partner, feel sexy. It's
- 12:37Speaker 2: dripping that in and throughout. And I think this is
- 12:41Speaker 2: something that women in general who are stepping into business
- 12:44Speaker 2: or stepping into anything that they want to achieve, really
- 12:47Speaker 2: any goal that they have for themselves needs a healthy
- 12:50Speaker 2: amount of masculine energy, and without that, you will get
- 12:53Speaker 2: lost in being fluffy and being pottering around and moving slowly.
- 12:58Speaker 2: And you need to move at a fast pace in
- 13:01Speaker 2: order to create momentum. What's the thing like success? Love speed,
- 13:05Speaker 2: The faster that you move, like, the quicker that you
- 13:07Speaker 2: will get to that goal, whether in business or any
- 13:09Speaker 2: other area of your life. So I feel like this
- 13:11Speaker 2: really applies to any goal that you are working towards.
- 13:14Speaker 2: So I want you to just close your eyes for
- 13:16Speaker 2: a second, and I just want you to think about
- 13:18Speaker 2: the thing that you're going through right now and ask yourself,
- 13:21Speaker 2: if I could be open minded in this moment, what
- 13:24Speaker 2: could be the potential solution or the potential opportunity that
- 13:29Speaker 2: this problem is showing me. And I just want you
- 13:33Speaker 2: to ponder on it, just sit with it. You can
- 13:36Speaker 2: even pause this episode and just like write down what
- 13:39Speaker 2: actually comes out. If you allow yourself to be open minded,
- 13:43Speaker 2: you might be surprised with yourself and what actually comes through. HM.
- 13:47Speaker 1: Powerful, howe everyone's pausing and actually reflecting on that. But yeah,
- 13:52Speaker 1: this week in our Accelerator chat, we've been teaching the
- 13:56Speaker 1: TENX mindset and you've actually been reading a book about it.
- 13:59Speaker 2: The book is called TENX is Easier Than Two X
- 14:01Speaker 2: by Dan Sullivan and Benjamin Hardy. It is a powerful
- 14:04Speaker 2: blame need to read it. I highly recommend even if
- 14:07Speaker 2: you just go on audible and you listen to the
- 14:09Speaker 2: audio book, it will change your perspective on the way
- 14:12Speaker 2: that you try to achieve your goals. And essentially it
- 14:15Speaker 2: just allows you to think much bigger than what you're
- 14:18Speaker 2: currently allowing yourself to do. And I think there's a
- 14:20Speaker 2: power in that. I think there's definitely a conversation that
- 14:23Speaker 2: floats around where people are like, if you think too
- 14:26Speaker 2: big in the dreamer aspect, you don't actually do the
- 14:29Speaker 2: actionable steps that you need right now. But also I
- 14:32Speaker 2: do believe that there is some benefit in you giving
- 14:35Speaker 2: yourself permission to explore what might actually be possible for yourself,
- 14:38Speaker 2: because without that without the vision, how do you then execute?
- 14:42Speaker 2: How do you know what you're then moving towards? Just
- 14:44Speaker 2: for me in us and she rises and what we're
- 14:47Speaker 2: doing here, it's almost like, oh, TENX is like multiple
- 14:50Speaker 2: multiple retreats.
- 14:51Speaker 1: It's bigger, it's.
- 14:52Speaker 2: Doing more, it's accessing more people, it's getting visible in
- 14:54Speaker 2: front of more people. Like that's the ten X vision
- 14:57Speaker 2: versus Oh, maybe we could do an extra retreat per year.
- 15:02Speaker 1: I'm like, how about six? We started with that? Hey
- 15:04Speaker 1: we did? I remember the video. It was like two
- 15:07Speaker 1: days after my brain aneurism. We jumped on TikTok or Instagram.
- 15:11Speaker 1: We're like, oh, guys, if we get to thirty thousand followers,
- 15:14Speaker 1: maybe we'll consider running a Bali retreat. We're not at
- 15:16Speaker 1: thirty thousand followers, no, close on both accounts, we're not.
- 15:20Speaker 1: And then one day we did it, and once we
- 15:21Speaker 1: booked that one in, we're like, let's book a second
- 15:23Speaker 1: one the same week. Sold out. And now it's the
- 15:25Speaker 1: same with our January retreat, Like we booked the one,
- 15:27Speaker 1: it's sold out, Okay, we'll do another one. We've just
- 15:30Speaker 1: got so many plans like why not, Like what is
- 15:32Speaker 1: that ten X vision? That ten X goal, Like if
- 15:35Speaker 1: we were in that energy of ten X, we'd be
- 15:37Speaker 1: doing I measure if we did a retreat a month.
- 15:39Speaker 2: Oh my god, that is beautiful. That would it's so possible,
- 15:41Speaker 2: would be a dream.
- 15:42Speaker 1: Got two in January, We've got one in April, which
- 15:44Speaker 1: we haven't launch. Sh it, We've got one in May,
- 15:47Speaker 1: and it's like, why would we not do one a month?
- 15:49Speaker 1: Like is that possible? Yeah?
- 15:50Speaker 2: It is.
- 15:50Speaker 1: Yeah, that's the ten X thinking is two X, which
- 15:52Speaker 1: just like one or two a year, and like we'll
- 15:54Speaker 1: see how that goes.
- 15:54Speaker 2: Yeah. Also, we've got September as well in Bali. Then
- 15:57Speaker 2: we've got November Baren. So you know we've been able
- 16:01Speaker 2: to sell out like six retreats in within seventy two hours.
- 16:04Speaker 2: And it's like, without that TENX vision or that TENX thinking,
- 16:06Speaker 2: we would have played it safe. That's right, And I
- 16:08Speaker 2: believe that that TENX thinking or that TENX vision. We
- 16:11Speaker 2: often relate that with being like years and years away.
- 16:15Speaker 2: And this is a conversation we've been having, is that
- 16:17Speaker 2: TENX vision doesn't have to be ten years away.
- 16:19Speaker 1: Or when you hit thirty thousand followers or when you
- 16:22Speaker 1: hit x amount of downloads, when you hit X amount
- 16:24Speaker 1: of anything, some.
- 16:25Speaker 2: Imaginable goal and timeline that you've created for yourself in
- 16:28Speaker 2: your head. It speeds up the timeline and like, how
- 16:31Speaker 2: cool We've been talking about this so much lately in
- 16:33Speaker 2: our personal conversations in Accelerator and also in our group spaces.
- 16:38Speaker 2: Is what if that TENX version of yourself didn't have
- 16:41Speaker 2: to take ten years but could happen now?
- 16:43Speaker 1: Yeah, totally?
- 16:44Speaker 2: What would you do differently now? And what it talks
- 16:46Speaker 2: about in the book is how this version of you
- 16:50Speaker 2: versus your TENX version, your TENX version, eighty percent of
- 16:53Speaker 2: what you are currently doing will break the systems, the structures,
- 16:57Speaker 2: the habits, the character, the integrity, all of the things
- 17:00Speaker 2: that you are right now about eighty percent of it
- 17:02Speaker 2: will not work in order for you to get to
- 17:05Speaker 2: So instead of waiting for your next level, why don't
- 17:08Speaker 2: you review that now and go, Okay, well, if this
- 17:11Speaker 2: doesn't work, who would I need to become? What habits
- 17:14Speaker 2: would I need to integrate? What would I need to change?
- 17:17Speaker 2: What would I need to start doing? What would I
- 17:19Speaker 2: need to stop doing? In order to bring that ten
- 17:21Speaker 2: X version of myself down from this high goal on
- 17:24Speaker 2: a pedestal to this current moment so powerful. That's just
- 17:27Speaker 2: such an inspiring conversation to have, Like I feel lit
- 17:30Speaker 2: up even talking about it. Yeah, like, let's move the
- 17:33Speaker 2: needle forward because I love this conversation about reinventing yourself
- 17:37Speaker 2: and being able to change who you are at any
- 17:39Speaker 2: given moment. It's something I've done for years and years
- 17:44Speaker 2: every single stage of my life. I feel like I've
- 17:46Speaker 2: reinvented myself, from the party girl to the spiritual girl,
- 17:49Speaker 2: to the organic girl, to the spiritual ego, to the
- 17:52Speaker 2: come back to Earth to the strong boundaries. Like I've
- 17:55Speaker 2: worn all of these beautiful hats, but it's supported every
- 17:58Speaker 2: single level of my journey and who I am now
- 18:01Speaker 2: and now I get really excited about it. When we
- 18:03Speaker 2: talk about she Rises, I'm like, imagine who are going
- 18:06Speaker 2: to be in twelve months time.
- 18:08Speaker 1: I know where our business is going to be, how
- 18:09Speaker 1: many women move impacted.
- 18:11Speaker 2: But I also remember a time where I wouldn't allow
- 18:13Speaker 2: myself to think and feel that because I felt so
- 18:15Speaker 2: stuck in the energy of the problem.
- 18:17Speaker 1: It's like that future me thinking. When you think about
- 18:20Speaker 1: someone that you're inspired by and all the things they
- 18:22Speaker 1: are achieving, it's like, well, what do you think she's
- 18:24Speaker 1: doing day to day and if you wanted to be
- 18:26Speaker 1: that woman, or you want to be the woman that
- 18:27Speaker 1: you desire to be, and she's successful and she's healthy
- 18:31Speaker 1: and she's the fit ist she's ever been, It's like,
- 18:33Speaker 1: what kind of behaviors does she have in place? Why
- 18:35Speaker 1: are you waiting to implement those patterns, behaviors, rituals? Why
- 18:39Speaker 1: would you not do that?
- 18:40Speaker 2: Now? So true?
- 18:41Speaker 1: Be that girl now, for your dream girl. Now, you
- 18:43Speaker 1: don't have to wait to become her. Yes, it can
- 18:45Speaker 1: take practice and time, but start showing up like her now.
- 18:48Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 18:48Speaker 1: How does she dress? How does she speak? How does
- 18:50Speaker 1: she respond instead of react? How does she start her warning?
- 18:55Speaker 1: It's so cool to, like you said, reinvent yourself and
- 18:57Speaker 1: just be able to implement new things that can help
- 19:00Speaker 1: you become that girl so much Quicker, I.
- 19:02Speaker 2: Love everything you just said about becoming her now, because
- 19:05Speaker 2: then it removes this belief or the assumption that who
- 19:09Speaker 2: you want to be is outside.
- 19:10Speaker 1: Of you and only she has it because she's lucky.
- 19:12Speaker 2: Yeah, but if you're dressing as her and you're showing
- 19:15Speaker 2: up as her, and you're choosing to be her. In
- 19:17Speaker 2: Moments of Boundaries conversation communication, how she loves on the
- 19:21Speaker 2: people that she loves on, Like there is no gap. No,
- 19:24Speaker 2: there is no gap. You simply like you become that
- 19:26Speaker 2: version of yourself in that moment. Therefore there's nothing to
- 19:29Speaker 2: quote unquote reach because you are that person. Yeah, and
- 19:31Speaker 2: this is like identity work. You shifting who you are
- 19:34Speaker 2: and how you perceive yourself. And that comes from sometimes
- 19:37Speaker 2: how you externally show up. Say, for example, when I
- 19:41Speaker 2: first started my coaching business, I used to walk around
- 19:44Speaker 2: my house in like trackies, pajamas and activewear. And now
- 19:48Speaker 2: when I'm working at home, even from home, I put
- 19:50Speaker 2: on something that resembles me going to an office because
- 19:53Speaker 2: that for me is like eight am or nine o'clock.
- 19:55Speaker 2: When I get dressed and I'm ready for work, I
- 19:57Speaker 2: am turning on my work hours.
- 19:59Speaker 1: You're professional, I'm showing up.
- 20:01Speaker 2: I'm in the energy of a business owner, not someone
- 20:03Speaker 2: who just makes a little bit money online.
- 20:06Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 20:06Speaker 2: I treat myself like I have a big business, not
- 20:08Speaker 2: like a small business. And that in itself is like
- 20:12Speaker 2: that identity of I'm a business owner. I'm a team leader,
- 20:15Speaker 2: take care of people, you know what I mean. It's
- 20:17Speaker 2: like shifting into that energy before you are ready.
- 20:19Speaker 1: It's so cool. I love it. I love it too,
- 20:21Speaker 1: be inspired. It is the empowered energy. I really hope
- 20:26Speaker 1: one two or three things that we've said today has
- 20:28Speaker 1: landed that you can implement straight away. We hope this's
- 20:30Speaker 1: like lights that fire within you that we know is
- 20:32Speaker 1: already inside you. Sometimes it just needs to be resparked.
- 20:36Speaker 1: We have felt so much ground and momentum by being
- 20:38Speaker 1: in this energy of what is the solutions and taking
- 20:41Speaker 1: our power back and not getting stuck and victim of like, oh,
- 20:43Speaker 1: we don't have time, like for us it's so busy. No,
- 20:48Speaker 1: we're going to create time because we know where we
- 20:49Speaker 1: want to go and it's only us and get us there.
- 20:52Speaker 1: No one's going to come and do this for us.
- 20:53Speaker 1: Just such a cool energy to be in.
- 20:55Speaker 2: Yeah, it's an empowering energy. And I don't even love
- 20:57Speaker 2: that word because I feel like it gets over used
- 20:59Speaker 2: and it feels like a super spiritual word, which there's
- 21:02Speaker 2: nothing wrong with being spiritual, but it's just like, it
- 21:05Speaker 2: is an empowering feeling to know that you're in control
- 21:08Speaker 2: of your choices, your life, and your outcome. And when
- 21:10Speaker 2: you realize that, like really nothing can stop you.
- 21:12Speaker 1: And if you're not getting the results you want. Unfortunately.
- 21:14Speaker 1: You can pick and blame all you like, but that's
- 21:16Speaker 1: on you. Yeah, the decisions that you make, how you
- 21:19Speaker 1: choose to show up, and the effort that you put in,
- 21:21Speaker 1: that's on you, and your results will show.
- 21:23Speaker 2: And the easier you are on yourself when you realize
- 21:26Speaker 2: you are the problem, the easier it will be for
- 21:28Speaker 2: you to change the problem. So you'll be able to
- 21:31Speaker 2: move out of that behavior because you won't look at
- 21:33Speaker 2: it and go, oh my god, you're a terrible person.
- 21:35Speaker 2: Oh my god, you're so shit at this business thing like,
- 21:37Speaker 2: you won't make yourself wrong for it. You'll just see
- 21:39Speaker 2: it as data and go, wow, okay, cool, now need
- 21:41Speaker 2: to pivot.
- 21:41Speaker 1: Let's go yeah, move on.
- 21:43Speaker 2: But otherwise, good luck. I hope this inspires you. Let
