Transcript
- 0:05Speaker 1: Appochie, production, goal setting, yay signing.
- 0:14Speaker 2: A lot of people have been asking.
- 0:15Speaker 1: About all right, let's get straight into it. First step
- 0:19Speaker 1: that I recommend doing, and I did speak about this
- 0:20Speaker 1: on another episode, but obviously I'm going to give you
- 0:22Speaker 1: all the steps is to clean everything out. I just
- 0:24Speaker 1: think when you clean everything out in your external space,
- 0:27Speaker 1: your internal mind is nice and clear, then you can
- 0:29Speaker 1: get clarity or where you want to go, what you
- 0:30Speaker 1: want to do, what you want to achieve. So I'm
- 0:32Speaker 1: talking clean out your inbox, unsubscribed to all the brands
- 0:36Speaker 1: and SALSI and all the stuff that you get, like
- 0:38Speaker 1: the jump that you get in your inbox, Clean out
- 0:41Speaker 1: your emails. Clean out your bedroom, your side draws, your
- 0:44Speaker 1: free your freezer, your pantry, your back sheds, your car,
- 0:47Speaker 1: literally anything where there is a cartrol. Yeah, your clothes,
- 0:51Speaker 1: things that you're not using. If you have not worn
- 0:52Speaker 1: that dress in the year, I guarantee you're not going
- 0:54Speaker 1: to wear it, donate it, sell it, get rid of it.
- 0:56Speaker 1: Same with your makeup, everything like kids, toys. Clean it out.
- 1:00Speaker 1: It's such a good place to start, and I really
- 1:01Speaker 1: feel like it gives you that momentum and that motivation
- 1:04Speaker 1: to be like, Okay, what's my next step? So then
- 1:06Speaker 1: my next step is to do a reflection on the
- 1:08Speaker 1: previous year. So I really do a lot of journaling
- 1:11Speaker 1: right down a lot. I just spent a lot of
- 1:12Speaker 1: time by myself, actually, And when I sat by the
- 1:14Speaker 1: beach for three hours the other day, Steve had been
- 1:17Speaker 1: out all day working. I was with kids and it
- 1:18Speaker 1: got to like four o'clock and I got home and
- 1:20Speaker 1: I said, I'm just gonna go out for the afternoon
- 1:21Speaker 1: and just have some time on myself. And I used
- 1:24Speaker 1: our Grow and Glow Healing journal. I reflected a lot
- 1:27Speaker 1: in that, and then I also did chapter nine, which
- 1:29Speaker 1: is manifestation and goal setting, and I just really reflected
- 1:32Speaker 1: on and I'm going to give you guys some journal
- 1:34Speaker 1: prompts at the end, but like what's working, what's not?
- 1:37Speaker 1: What did I hate from last year? What annoyed me?
- 1:39Speaker 1: What was flowing? What wasn't? What do I want more of?
- 1:41Speaker 1: How can I incorporate more? Like what are my steps?
- 1:44Speaker 1: And just prompted after prompt and just wrote down so
- 1:46Speaker 1: much and I got really really clear. So that's my
- 1:49Speaker 1: next step.
- 1:49Speaker 2: And I feel like this is something we need to
- 1:51Speaker 2: do more regularly than once a year because the direction
- 1:53Speaker 2: I want to move in what comes up, what we
- 1:55Speaker 2: want to change, what we once might have like absolutely
- 1:58Speaker 2: loved to what right now might be like, no, that's
- 2:00Speaker 2: not serving me anymore? Is changing so often? Definitely, I
- 2:04Speaker 2: feel like this is something like every few months.
- 2:06Speaker 1: It's just like a monthly ordered even just to check
- 2:08Speaker 1: in to make.
- 2:09Speaker 2: Sure everything's learning.
- 2:11Speaker 1: Yeah, I love those check ins, Oh so good. Definitely.
- 2:15Speaker 1: The next thing that I do is I break it
- 2:17Speaker 1: up into categories, so all of the things that I
- 2:19Speaker 1: really value or break them up. So for me, it's
- 2:22Speaker 1: like my health and fitness, my family connection with like friends, work, finances,
- 2:28Speaker 1: travel and variety, and I'd break them up, write them
- 2:31Speaker 1: all down. I have Steve got this massive sheet of
- 2:33Speaker 1: paper and would write them out and then would do
- 2:35Speaker 1: little dot points off from that. Soh in health and fitness,
- 2:38Speaker 1: I want to do this, this and this, How am
- 2:40Speaker 1: I going to do that? Once a week I book
- 2:41Speaker 1: them for this da da da, and then I make
- 2:42Speaker 1: my action plan for every single step because it's nice
- 2:45Speaker 1: and fluffy to set some goals. If you don't have
- 2:48Speaker 1: an action plan in place, and you're setting up a
- 2:51Speaker 1: system to how to get there, you're probably gonna forget
- 2:54Speaker 1: about them. You probably won't achieve them. So break it
- 2:56Speaker 1: up and then break it down even more every single
- 3:00Speaker 1: thing that you've broken up.
- 3:00Speaker 2: Do you guys do your whole goal setting together?
- 3:03Speaker 1: Yes?
- 3:03Speaker 2: See, we did parts separately and then parts together.
- 3:06Speaker 1: I had the session by myself the other day, right,
- 3:08Speaker 1: I don't a.
- 3:09Speaker 2: Reflection on my own too. But then with say like
- 3:11Speaker 2: Loveless Rose, obviously it's both our business. We got into
- 3:13Speaker 2: that together relationship. We sat down and like did together
- 3:16Speaker 2: family together. But then like goal setting for like business
- 3:19Speaker 2: like grow and glowing this like all different things that
- 3:21Speaker 2: I had and different things he had and like what
- 3:23Speaker 2: he wants more in his life. We did like went
- 3:24Speaker 2: off separately for an hour each my own as well.
- 3:27Speaker 2: We just did it all together and on a time
- 3:30Speaker 2: limit too. Yeah.
- 3:32Speaker 1: Yeah, so we just had a big bits of paper
- 3:33Speaker 1: and we were talking the whole time. But we were
- 3:35Speaker 1: discussing it together, and he'd be like, oh, hi, do
- 3:38Speaker 1: I want to do this? I'm like, oh my gosh,
- 3:39Speaker 1: what about this? So we just bounced off each other. Yeah,
- 3:42Speaker 1: So definitely break it up, get really really clear on
- 3:44Speaker 1: what's important to you, and then what do you want
- 3:46Speaker 1: to achieve. And also like, don't be scared put something
- 3:48Speaker 1: down even if it seems unachievable. You aren't putting things
- 3:53Speaker 1: down that like scare you a little bit and take
- 3:54Speaker 1: you outside your comment zone. You're probably gonna be in
- 3:56Speaker 1: the same position this time.
- 3:57Speaker 2: Just be brave, challenge yourself.
- 4:00Speaker 1: No dreams too big, na, Like, who's to say that
- 4:03Speaker 1: you can't make that much money or achieve that goal
- 4:05Speaker 1: or do this and that.
- 4:06Speaker 2: And the thing is when you set a huge goal
- 4:08Speaker 2: like that, anyway, even if you meet it halfway, you
- 4:10Speaker 2: probably done way better than you would if you were
- 4:13Speaker 2: low balling yourself.
- 4:14Speaker 1: So it's like go for it, definitely, and like progress
- 4:17Speaker 1: is progress, yeah right, And sometimes your goals won't plan
- 4:21Speaker 1: out to be exactly how you planned it out to be.
- 4:23Speaker 1: But like you said, if you have made a step
- 4:25Speaker 1: or four steps or ten steps, that's better than where
- 4:27Speaker 1: you were a year ago and should be proud of that. Yeah,
- 4:30Speaker 1: I think it's really important. This is a new thing,
- 4:32Speaker 1: which I talk about at the end too, but breaking
- 4:35Speaker 1: it up into realistic time frames. So when it comes
- 4:39Speaker 1: to especially financial goals and like products that want to
- 4:42Speaker 1: bring out for grow and glow, it's like last night
- 4:44Speaker 1: we were actually mapping out when we're going to release
- 4:47Speaker 1: these products and having realistic goals around that. Okay, realistically,
- 4:51Speaker 1: like we probably need a couple of months to be
- 4:52Speaker 1: able to do that, develop it, get the samples, do
- 4:55Speaker 1: all the content for it, the website. Like, there's actually
- 4:57Speaker 1: quite a big process. So make sure your goals are
- 4:59Speaker 1: still like realistic.
- 5:00Speaker 2: Yeah, you can.
- 5:00Speaker 1: Dream big, but I think you need to be what
- 5:02Speaker 1: do they call it realist? A realist? Yes? Yeah.
- 5:05Speaker 2: And another thing too that I'd like to pop in
- 5:07Speaker 2: there is when you sit down and you get really
- 5:09Speaker 2: clear on what you're wanting to do, what you're wanting
- 5:11Speaker 2: to achieve, you may look at that and go ooh,
- 5:14Speaker 2: do I have the space to that?
- 5:15Speaker 1: Yes.
- 5:15Speaker 2: It's also a time to reflect and be like, I'm
- 5:17Speaker 2: going to have to let golf something. Yeah, if I
- 5:19Speaker 2: want to go all ham in on this, I can't
- 5:21Speaker 2: keep doing this. So it's a great time to look
- 5:24Speaker 2: out your life and be like, Okay, if I want
- 5:25Speaker 2: to do that, where can I make this room? Where
- 5:27Speaker 2: can I sacrifice time elsewhere? Because it's all a sacrifice
- 5:30Speaker 2: if you want to reach these amazing big goals and dreams,
- 5:33Speaker 2: it is a sacrifice. That's what it comes down to.
- 5:35Speaker 1: It'll really highlight what is actually important to you. Yeah,
- 5:38Speaker 1: what's important to you're put in front of the other thing.
- 5:40Speaker 2: You will Yeah, Parnies, I love that.
- 5:43Speaker 1: And the last thing that I haven't quite done, but
- 5:44Speaker 1: I've printed it all out is I created a vision
- 5:47Speaker 1: board on Pinterest and then transported the photos over to
- 5:49Speaker 1: Camber and then printed them out. And now I've got
- 5:51Speaker 1: a big canvas that I actually want to, like a
- 5:53Speaker 1: real life one. I don't like a vision board it's
- 5:55Speaker 1: on my phone.
- 5:55Speaker 2: No, I agree.
- 5:56Speaker 1: I feel like cutting it out and making it look
- 5:58Speaker 1: pretty and then having it in your bedroom. When you
- 6:00Speaker 1: see it every day, you're getting into that energy and
- 6:02Speaker 1: it's reminding you of what you want and you're constantly
- 6:04Speaker 1: working towards you, like, yes, yes, that's what I want. Like,
- 6:07Speaker 1: I don't know, it's just I love a good vision board.
- 6:10Speaker 2: Something really cool that I want to do that I
- 6:11Speaker 2: haven't actually done yet, but I did do this probably honestly,
- 6:14Speaker 2: is probably five years ago now. I was listening to
- 6:17Speaker 2: somebody talk about it and they said that they'd never
- 6:19Speaker 2: manifested as much in their entire life as when they
- 6:21Speaker 2: did this, So they wrote out a list of three
- 6:24Speaker 2: hundred things. And you know the cool thing about writing
- 6:26Speaker 2: out three hundred things is you include all the small things,
- 6:29Speaker 2: all the big things. You think about things you're like,
- 6:30Speaker 2: you know, I would like that. You write out a
- 6:32Speaker 2: list of three hundred things, and then every day you
- 6:34Speaker 2: don't need to read every single one, but you just
- 6:35Speaker 2: flick through it. You flick through it. And that year
- 6:38Speaker 2: when I did that, I cannot believe how many things
- 6:40Speaker 2: that I ticked off that list, and how many things
- 6:42Speaker 2: felt so out of reach that I'd actually ended up achieving.
- 6:45Speaker 1: Because it's just in the forefront of your mind, right.
- 6:47Speaker 2: And you're reminding yourself. So every day when you flick
- 6:49Speaker 2: through the book, you're like, oh shit, I did say
- 6:50Speaker 2: I want to do that, and you kind of holding
- 6:52Speaker 2: yourself a.
- 6:52Speaker 1: Bound in might take a step there.
- 6:54Speaker 2: Yeah, so I haven't done that yet, but I do
- 6:57Speaker 2: want to do that because I feel like, wow, it worked.
- 6:59Speaker 1: Do you know what when you told me about that?
- 7:00Speaker 1: It must have been about a year ago, ages ago.
- 7:02Speaker 1: I wrote out a list, but I think I could
- 7:04Speaker 1: only get to like seventy or eighty or something. How
- 7:06Speaker 1: do care I get three hundred? In a lot of
- 7:08Speaker 1: times yeah, but it was so cool to even just
- 7:11Speaker 1: list out that many things. I was like, oh, and
- 7:13Speaker 1: that seems big to want that or to get that,
- 7:15Speaker 1: but I was like, fuck, yeah, why can't I not
- 7:17Speaker 1: get that?
- 7:17Speaker 2: But it can be little things too, looking like I
- 7:19Speaker 2: want those new pair of shoes. Yeah, I've been eyeing
- 7:21Speaker 2: those off. I want to save up and be able
- 7:23Speaker 2: to get those or hard yeah.
- 7:25Speaker 1: Yeah, putting it out there, manifesting it and getting really
- 7:27Speaker 1: clear on what you do want, because if you're not clear,
- 7:29Speaker 1: the universe can't deliver no way. So I love that
- 7:32Speaker 1: make a big list. See. That was my last main
- 7:34Speaker 1: point was just to creat a vision board. So that's
- 7:36Speaker 1: kind of my step by step process.
- 7:38Speaker 2: The main other thing that I've written here is let
- 7:40Speaker 2: go of old habits and old stories as well. I
- 7:42Speaker 2: feel like when you go down and you're writing a
- 7:44Speaker 2: big list of all these things that you wanted to
- 7:46Speaker 2: achieve or goals you want to do, it is a
- 7:48Speaker 2: bit scary. It is a bit vulnerable, and you're fucking worthy.
- 7:51Speaker 2: You deserve it. Go for it. Don't tell yourself or
- 7:54Speaker 2: maybe I shouldn't write this, or maybe I shouldn't do that.
- 7:56Speaker 2: Write it down there.
- 7:57Speaker 1: There will be that little mean girl voice that pops
- 7:59Speaker 1: up and says like you don't deserve that, or like
- 8:00Speaker 1: you've tried that before and I do that you've failed that,
- 8:02Speaker 1: or ye, like Mum and Dad said, I could never
- 8:04Speaker 1: achieve that. Like those stories and little voices will pop up,
- 8:07Speaker 1: but it doesn't mean it's the truth.
- 8:09Speaker 2: No, And even like you said, set the big goal,
- 8:11Speaker 2: even if you reach it halfway, if you set a
- 8:13Speaker 2: goal that was only a tenth of that, at leash
- 8:15Speaker 2: have gone that far.
- 8:16Speaker 1: Yeah, and just be aware when those stories come up
- 8:19Speaker 1: and those old beliefs catch them, like hang on. You
- 8:22Speaker 1: can rewire your brain by changing the language and creating
- 8:25Speaker 1: a new story. But it takes repetition after repetition after repetition,
- 8:28Speaker 1: just like going to the gym so you get stronger.
- 8:30Speaker 1: That's how you grow that muscle. It's the same with
- 8:32Speaker 1: your mind.
- 8:32Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 8:33Speaker 1: There's a clip that Steve and I watch on YouTube
- 8:35Speaker 1: and his name is Jesse It'zer. His partner owns spanks
- 8:39Speaker 1: and he owns I'll have to look it up anyways,
- 8:42Speaker 1: so you can look it up on YouTube. Jesse It's
- 8:44Speaker 1: a it z Er and it's how he does his
- 8:47Speaker 1: goal setting every single year. And I just took a
- 8:49Speaker 1: couple of points away from it. I really really like.
- 8:52Speaker 1: He said, you want to have one big goal that
- 8:55Speaker 1: at the end of the year, and he does this
- 8:56Speaker 1: the reflection on New Year's Day as well, one big
- 8:58Speaker 1: thing that you did each year. So set yourself one
- 9:01Speaker 1: big goal and at the end of you can have
- 9:03Speaker 1: that one big thing you're like, Wow, that was a
- 9:04Speaker 1: huge moment for me. But make sure there's one yeah
- 9:07Speaker 1: that's like that's really really cool. That helps you really
- 9:10Speaker 1: think big and dream big. Yep. And then he said,
- 9:14Speaker 1: every eight weeks or so, do something that you wouldn't
- 9:16Speaker 1: normally do. So this creates a lot of variety, a
- 9:18Speaker 1: lot of adventure, cool new memory steps, you outside your
- 9:20Speaker 1: comfort zone, have new things to look forward to, and
- 9:22Speaker 1: it expands your creativity of like what can we do?
- 9:25Speaker 1: What adventures can we get up to? And I was like,
- 9:27Speaker 1: that's so yeah. But try new things and he does
- 9:31Speaker 1: every single eight weeks he'll book something in it's rock climbing,
- 9:33Speaker 1: you're going on a different high called booking a different
- 9:35Speaker 1: stay ca or trying a new restaurant, or doing some
- 9:39Speaker 1: new cool thing with their kids. He's got four kids
- 9:41Speaker 1: and he's like I'm always looking for something that every
- 9:43Speaker 1: eight weeks I do it. And sorry, I will say
- 9:45Speaker 1: at the start. He sells these big three hundred and
- 9:47Speaker 1: sixty five day calendars, so he actually maps out his
- 9:51Speaker 1: whole year, so he books in every stay care that
- 9:54Speaker 1: he wants to have every eight weeks, the new adventurest
- 9:57Speaker 1: thing is going to try with him and his kids
- 9:58Speaker 1: or whatever. He books in a solo trip, a friend trip,
- 10:02Speaker 1: a coubles trip, and a family trip, so you go
- 10:06Speaker 1: on a trip with his wife, a trip with his family,
- 10:08Speaker 1: a trip with his friends, and a solo trip. So
- 10:10Speaker 1: he maps out, and so Steve and I are going
- 10:11Speaker 1: to do as well. Solo one scares me a bit,
- 10:13Speaker 1: but every year he'll map out when he's going to
- 10:15Speaker 1: do those. And then another one he said was every
- 10:18Speaker 1: quarter he goes on a stay care with his wife
- 10:19Speaker 1: because they've got four children, so every quarter they're going
- 10:22Speaker 1: to book something in that's just them too. It's just
- 10:24Speaker 1: like a couple of nights away. Steve and I are
- 10:25Speaker 1: gonna do that. We're gonna implement that. So we went
- 10:27Speaker 1: to office works and bought these big calendars. That's what
- 10:29Speaker 1: we haven't done yet.
- 10:30Speaker 2: You're going to map out a whole year and then
- 10:32Speaker 2: you can book it in. It's there, it's exactly scheduled in,
- 10:35Speaker 2: so I'm.
- 10:35Speaker 1: Going to be in. It's not going to happen. Don't
- 10:38Speaker 1: you do this with your work as well. So like
- 10:40Speaker 1: I've got you know, three experts I'm going to run.
- 10:41Speaker 1: We're going to run, and one in Melbourne, one in
- 10:43Speaker 1: Brisbane and one in Sydney. We're marking those out. We've
- 10:45Speaker 1: got those days booked in. It is happening. I put
- 10:47Speaker 1: it down there, I've spoken to my team about it.
- 10:49Speaker 1: I'm announcing it on here. It's happening. I'm held accountable.
- 10:51Speaker 1: It was if I didn't put that on there, Yeah,
- 10:54Speaker 1: my fear might get in the way, or time might
- 10:56Speaker 1: get away, or like oh I'm too busy, I don't
- 10:57Speaker 1: have the money. It's too scary. But now I've booked
- 11:00Speaker 1: it and it's there. And then he's also got like
- 11:02Speaker 1: his weekly appointments, like for me, my acupunch once a month.
- 11:04Speaker 1: I've that in now, Yeah, your PT session, whatever it is,
- 11:07Speaker 1: it's all marched on your calendar and it's somewhere like
- 11:09Speaker 1: in your office or in your home where you see
- 11:11Speaker 1: it and it's like cool, what a fucking cool year
- 11:13Speaker 1: I've got. And if you use looking a bit boring,
- 11:15Speaker 1: change it. That's these things in there.
- 11:18Speaker 2: Egency's five day calendar.
- 11:20Speaker 1: It's a huge. You get it from office Works. He
- 11:21Speaker 1: sells them online, but it's very similar to when I
- 11:23Speaker 1: go from Office works and it's a whole year. It's huge.
- 11:25Speaker 1: So Steve and I got one each, and it's just
- 11:28Speaker 1: so cool, Like when I do it, I can't wait
- 11:29Speaker 1: to look at my year and be like fuck yeah,
- 11:31Speaker 1: Like I've got to go to a wedding. I've got
- 11:33Speaker 1: to go. I get to go to a wedding in
- 11:34Speaker 1: Italy this year, and that's in September. I'm locked in
- 11:37Speaker 1: and I'm going to book a staka in the staycase.
- 11:39Speaker 1: Steve's gonna do two where he surprises me where we're
- 11:42Speaker 1: going and I don't know where I'm going and I'll
- 11:43Speaker 1: surprise him like bring that like romance and surprise back again.
- 11:47Speaker 1: So I just loved his way of doing it, incorporating
- 11:50Speaker 1: that into what I was already doing.
- 11:51Speaker 2: That's really cool.
- 11:53Speaker 1: And he also said one other thing was to incorporate
- 11:55Speaker 1: one new habit every quarter, a new habit that you
- 11:59Speaker 1: want to get better at. That's your focus to that quarter.
- 12:02Speaker 1: If you have too many habits at once feel a
- 12:04Speaker 1: bit overwhelming. Yeah, if you have one every quarter, it's
- 12:07Speaker 1: helped every area of his life because there's always new
- 12:09Speaker 1: things that he wants to get better.
- 12:10Speaker 2: To get it, new habits a stick, it needs time
- 12:12Speaker 2: as well, So that's perfect a quarter to focus on
- 12:14Speaker 2: one thing and doing it repeatedly.
- 12:16Speaker 1: Because sometimes it's week or two weeks. Three weeks isn't enough, No,
- 12:19Speaker 1: but a quarter is like a good it's a lot
- 12:21Speaker 1: amount to really put energy and focus onto it. Yeah,
- 12:23Speaker 1: that's so cool. Yeah, so go check it out. It's
- 12:26Speaker 1: really cool video to watch.
- 12:27Speaker 2: Something I'd like to like throw in there too, is
- 12:30Speaker 2: if you set goals as well, and halfway through the
- 12:33Speaker 2: year things need to pivot or shuffle or change. Be
- 12:36Speaker 2: okay with that?
- 12:37Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 12:38Speaker 2: You know I feel like sometimes too, like setting goals
- 12:39Speaker 2: so fun and so good, but don't hold it to
- 12:42Speaker 2: be like this really like heavy thing. It's meant to
- 12:44Speaker 2: be exciting and fun and uplifting. And if something's not
- 12:47Speaker 2: feeling like that, then maybe it's not truly what you're
- 12:49Speaker 2: wanting to do or what you're wanting.
- 12:52Speaker 1: To aim for.
- 12:52Speaker 2: It should feel scary, it should feel a littleit uncomfortable.
- 12:54Speaker 1: I think just when you're in tune with yourself and
- 12:56Speaker 1: what's aligning with you, yes, it'll speak to you. If
- 12:59Speaker 1: it's not feeling good, yes, because then there's the other
- 13:01Speaker 1: side of sometimes I'm like, oh do I really want
- 13:03Speaker 1: I'm like, yes, I'm just being lazy. Different.
- 13:07Speaker 2: Yeah, even if it's scared, Like being scared is fine.
- 13:09Speaker 2: But if you're just like, oh fuck, this feels like
- 13:12Speaker 2: a lot like this, it feels like too much, then
- 13:14Speaker 2: it's like.
- 13:14Speaker 1: Sweet, Yeah, the alignment thing I think will make it
- 13:17Speaker 1: clear few whether you it's the right thing for you
- 13:19Speaker 1: right now or if you've got the capacity and the
- 13:21Speaker 1: same breath too. Like something could happen kids getting sick,
- 13:24Speaker 1: I mean something really like big. Maybe you lose a
- 13:26Speaker 1: family member, maybe you go through a divorce, maybe you're
- 13:30Speaker 1: not coping with something. You know, someone has a car,
- 13:32Speaker 1: I don't know. Something big happens and it really throws
- 13:34Speaker 1: everything off and you just need that time to heal.
- 13:36Speaker 1: That's also okay as well. So it's like, yeah, make
- 13:39Speaker 1: the plans, but be adaptable and flexible definitely sure. Yeah,
- 13:42Speaker 1: and also yeah, pick yourself up on your own bullshit
- 13:44Speaker 1: when you are being lazy, because there's definitely times I'm like,
- 13:48Speaker 1: come on, girl, get up, you can do this, and
- 13:51Speaker 1: forgive myself that pep talk
