Faith Hershey serves as Regency Centers' Midwest leasing agent, overseeing a portfolio of more than 30 primarily grocery-anchored shopping centers totaling approximately 4.5 million square feet of retail space. Her portfolio spans Illinois, including Chicago and its surrounding suburbs, as well as Ohio, Indiana, Minnesota, and Missouri.
Prior to transitioning into leasing, Faith spent seven years on Regency Centers' marketing team, where she focused on dealmaking marketing and supported leasing agents nationwide across more than 480 properties totaling 61 million square feet.
