- 1:23Speaker 1: Welcome, thank you so much for joining me.
- 1:27Speaker 2: Thank you so much for having me on your show.
- 1:29Speaker 2: I'm so excited.
- 1:31Speaker 1: So let's go ahead and jump in, because one of the things that you do for your business is podcasting, and you had a one podcast and then you moved over to and created a second podcast, correct?
- 1:46Speaker 1: Yes, that's right.
- 1:47Speaker 1: Talk to us about that journey and the decisions that you were making along the way.
- 1:52Speaker 2: So when I first started my first podcast, it was about two years ago, right.
- 1:57Speaker 2: So I had been podcasting for two years now and and counting.
- 2:00Speaker 2: So my first podcast is called Find Joanne.
- 2:03Speaker 2: So I talk about everything because I, coming up from depression, I really want to help people to find joy in their life and just share my story and interview people.
- 2:13Speaker 2: That was my pure intention.
- 2:14Speaker 2: My intention was just to interview people, learn from them, share my story, that's it.
- 2:20Speaker 2: I wasn't thinking about how to monetize it or build my needs.
- 2:24Speaker 2: I wasn't thinking about anything.
- 2:25Speaker 2: So it was just a pure intention, a pure passion, and I call it my happiness project.
- 2:30Speaker 2: So it was just as simple as that.
- 2:31Speaker 2: So as I progressed, as I worked with more clients, rebrand myself, so I rebranded myself few times, and now I focus on working with female entrepreneurs, coaches, consultants, with their confidence and their visibility, because that is where I find many people.
- 2:47Speaker 2: They are actually struggling with that and, yeah, so especially female, because I talk to so many of my new friends or new coaches that don't seem to have such struggles.
- 2:56Speaker 2: So that's why I focus on helping female and I can relate to them as well.
- 3:00Speaker 2: So, having said that, as I started to work with more female coaches, consulted with their visibility, confidence and help them with their business, help them with their personal branding and stuff like that.
- 3:12Speaker 2: And then I realized, on the other side, I'm very disporque.
- 3:15Speaker 2: As they talk about life, they talk about spirituality, law, attraction, manifestation, money, relationship, everything right.
- 3:22Speaker 2: So I was like it's not going to help my audience, right?
- 3:25Speaker 2: So I have been playing with this idea for months and I was sharing with my people, my friends, and was like should I start a second podcast or how do I actually start talking more about, like, business, marketing?
- 3:37Speaker 2: And then again, coming back to my intention, I really just want to.
- 3:42Speaker 2: I love talking about all that stuff, don't get me right.
- 3:45Speaker 2: I love talking about law, attraction, spirituality, manifestation, right, who doesn't?
- 3:48Speaker 2: So I still want to keep it as pure as that.
- 3:51Speaker 2: And so I was thinking the solution is to start a second podcast and just really focus on talking about marketing, branding and strategy and business.
- 3:58Speaker 2: So that seems to be a perfect plan.
- 4:01Speaker 2: So that's how I actually started a second podcast called the show show, the show up show, whereby I help people to really show up confidently, authentically and unapologetically to serve, to share their voice, to share their message.
- 4:16Speaker 2: And I've been already been, so now I'm actually managing two podcasts, so the show is pretty new.
- 4:21Speaker 2: We launched in April or May I can't remember April, because that was me and Kendra was on the show as our guest and actually the episode just went live yesterday.
- 4:30Speaker 2: I forgot to tell you about it.
- 4:30Speaker 2: I was thinking I was actually planning to tell you on after our podcast, so, anyway, yeah, so that's how actually I started two podcasts.
- 4:37Speaker 1: Oh, very cool.
- 4:38Speaker 1: So I like how you noticed that things were a little bit fragmented and that you can help your audience by being more specific, but yet still, but starting a second podcast so that you could actually keep everything going with the other podcast and keep that audience going, because there's people that have been listening to you loyally for two years now, right yeah, and you don't want to let them down.
- 5:03Speaker 1: So talk to me about podcasting.
- 5:06Speaker 1: And again, I love the fact that you didn't start looking to monetize, you didn't start looking for it to feed your business.
- 5:14Speaker 1: You started to help people, and I find that so many things are successful businesses, things like that, when you really start them with a good intention and a reasoning and a why.
- 5:28Speaker 1: That is very strong, and so I love that about your podcast.
- 5:33Speaker 1: So how has it helped your business, even though it didn't start off that way?
- 5:40Speaker 2: Good question.
- 5:41Speaker 2: So I just want to say that you have to know your why Like it's so key?
- 5:46Speaker 2: Because for everything that you do, whether it's start a business, start a podcast, start a blog you have to ask yourself why am I doing this?
- 5:52Speaker 2: Because podcasting is tough, it's a lot of work, right, really it's a lot of work, and so you have to really love it.
- 6:00Speaker 2: You have to love it.
- 6:02Speaker 2: If you don't love what you're doing, if you don't love talking to people, if you don't love speaking in front of a screen, just in a room, all by yourself, you're not going to grow, you're not going to suffer, because there are days you will be like I just feel like giving up, I just want to stop because no one is listening.
- 6:19Speaker 2: Or maybe you only get seven listeners for the start because we all start from zero, right?
- 6:23Speaker 2: When I first started my first episode, I was like I don't know like two listeners and what is my mom?
- 6:28Speaker 2: What is?
- 6:28Speaker 2: I don't know who else?
- 6:29Speaker 2: I ran up stranger on the internet who found me.
- 6:32Speaker 2: So I was like you have to find a way for you to keep going.
- 6:36Speaker 2: So you have to love what you're doing, you have to passionate about it.
- 6:38Speaker 2: So always start with.
- 6:39Speaker 2: Why Not?
- 6:40Speaker 2: Because you want to start a podcast to make money.
- 6:43Speaker 2: You are not going to keep on doing it because you are not going to start a podcast and just make money, because it's not that simple.
- 6:52Speaker 2: And so, yeah, how it helps my business, of course, is actually to help me.
- 6:58Speaker 2: I would say there are various ways that it has helped my business.
- 7:00Speaker 2: First, connect with people to network with people, other leaders, other entrepreneurs and it's all about building relationship.
- 7:07Speaker 2: Second, that's how I grow my network right.
- 7:10Speaker 2: That's how I get to know people, and some of that invited me to their podcast.
- 7:13Speaker 2: So that's how I got invited to podcast.
- 7:15Speaker 2: Second is, actually I got sponsorship deals.
- 7:18Speaker 2: That's how I I wasn't thinking about monetizing my podcast, but I attracted sponsors who wanted to monetize or wanted to sponsor my podcast.
- 7:26Speaker 2: So that's the other way.
- 7:28Speaker 2: And, of course, to build an audience, even though they might not be coaches or consultants, but some of them they are, because we also want to learn about how do we improve our relationship with, like, how do we manifest more money.
- 7:42Speaker 2: So there are also people that I could potentially help and serve and I would have an audience at any time that want to create a new product I could.
- 7:50Speaker 2: I would have an audience that I could sell to or I could pitch to, right.
- 7:53Speaker 2: So there are many ways you can monetize a podcast.
- 7:56Speaker 2: Just be creative.
- 7:57Speaker 2: Right, it's not only sponsorship deals.
- 7:59Speaker 2: You can also create a membership behind it or a coaching business or subscription base or anything.
- 8:05Speaker 2: Right, just be creative.
- 8:06Speaker 2: And but don't start with that goal.
- 8:09Speaker 2: In my day, I'm going to make 5K a month with my podcast because it's not going to happen.
- 8:13Speaker 2: You have to love it.
- 8:14Speaker 2: It just starts because you really want to share, meet people and talk about what you do.
- 8:19Speaker 2: Then eventually go, or whatever.
- 8:23Speaker 2: The only ones will reward you for the effort that you put in.
- 8:27Speaker 1: That's great.
- 8:28Speaker 1: That's great and again, I love that, starting with why are you doing this?
- 8:32Speaker 1: What are you looking to achieve with it?
- 8:35Speaker 1: And it isn't or it shouldn't be $5,000 a month.
- 8:38Speaker 1: Now it's not to say that you're not going to get there.
- 8:40Speaker 1: Maybe not sponsorships, but through regeneration and things like that from your podcast, you could very easily get there.
- 8:47Speaker 1: It's not a unreasonable goal.
- 8:50Speaker 1: The issue is it's not going to happen overnight and people can tell if you're being authentic or not.
- 8:56Speaker 1: And that's one of your key messages right Showing up authentically.
- 9:01Speaker 2: So talk to me more about that, Because think is, when we think about showing up or putting ourselves out there or creating a personal brand or being seen in the hall, we feel like we have to be someone that we are not right.
- 9:14Speaker 2: Somehow we have to create this social media persona that we are not.
- 9:19Speaker 2: So I always tell people you really want to create a strong, authentic clause in a brand.
- 9:24Speaker 2: And how do you do that?
- 9:26Speaker 2: You just have to be yourself.
- 9:27Speaker 2: How do you stand out?
- 9:28Speaker 2: You just have to be yourself.
- 9:29Speaker 2: And I feel like a lot of people think it's a cliche, but it's not cliche, because when you are being yourself, you are being authentic and you are not pretending to be someone that you are not.
- 9:41Speaker 2: And this is why people feel like they have, they feel overwhelmed or they feel dread.
- 9:48Speaker 2: When it comes to showing up, when it comes to marketing themselves, when it comes to promoting themselves, they feel like they feel overwhelmed, they feel frustrated, they feel stuck because they are trying to be someone they are not.
- 9:58Speaker 2: They are doing something that is not meant for them, it's not aligned with who they are, and this is a huge part of my coaching is to help people to create their own I call it their own aligned with the beauty or marketing strategy that says who you are, that you are good at.
- 10:14Speaker 2: That is, that allows you to take action from a place of joy, empowerment and confidence, and that only happens when you are being true to yourself.
- 10:23Speaker 2: So the first thing is to understand who you are right.
- 10:25Speaker 2: Who are you and what are your strengths?
- 10:28Speaker 2: What are you unique?
- 10:28Speaker 2: If?
- 10:28Speaker 2: What do you like?
- 10:30Speaker 2: Do you like to speak?
- 10:31Speaker 2: Do you like to write?
- 10:31Speaker 2: Do you like to do you just want to speak without a camera on so that you can do an audio podcast?
- 10:38Speaker 2: Right, there are so many ways why you have to first understand yourself and what are your strengths.
- 10:42Speaker 2: What are your uniques?
- 10:43Speaker 2: Personally, they saw.
- 10:44Speaker 2: That is what I mean by being authentically you and that's how you build an authentic personal brand and that's when people can easily know you, like you and trust you.
- 10:54Speaker 2: Because people are going to like you when you.
- 10:56Speaker 2: People only are going to like you when you're being yourself right, because that is who you are.
- 11:02Speaker 2: You can't fake it, you make it.
- 11:03Speaker 2: And people only going to trust you when you are just being true to who you are, because, yeah, we all know that know-how trust factor is so huge.
- 11:14Speaker 1: People want to do business with people that they know and trust.
- 11:16Speaker 1: And podcasts again just going back to that is a great way for people to get to know and trust you.
- 11:21Speaker 1: One because if you're showing up authentically, they really get to hear who you are and they get to hear your voice and they start to feel like they know you even more so than through email and other forms of media, blog posts, things like that.
- 11:38Speaker 1: You can't see the person, you can't hear them.
- 11:41Speaker 1: The same, and so I think it's really beneficial to have a podcast, because then people feel like they're having a conversation with you and they're a part of this conversation.
- 11:54Speaker 1: They're the third person in our conversation today and it really adds to that connection.
- 12:00Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, so let's talk a little bit about your roadmap.
- 12:04Speaker 1: So when you're coaching clients, you're coaching them on branding and you have your roadmap to help them show up authentically, consistently, things like that.
- 12:15Speaker 1: So talk to us about the roadmap that you created and what you're working with people on in regards to that.
- 12:24Speaker 2: Okay, so my roadmap is called the Confident with Zivillity Authority Accelerator CVA, to be sure and it's my signature program.
- 12:32Speaker 2: I only have one program.
- 12:34Speaker 2: That is my signature program, basically, is how I got myself from where I was in the beginning and nobody you know knew who I was with Joanne Chan, to the person that I am today.
- 12:42Speaker 2: Right, and so that was the journey that I actually personally bring to you and so I could teach people because it's my framework, so they are actually.
- 12:51Speaker 2: So they are actually.
- 12:54Speaker 2: First.
- 12:54Speaker 2: I will work with them with their own, their mindsets.
- 12:58Speaker 2: Why is it so important?
- 12:59Speaker 2: Because I saw there was a gap, and why I created this program is because I saw there was a gap, like I was just very real earlier.
- 13:05Speaker 2: The Assembly 12 was struggling with being seen and being heard and putting them out there, and they have this fear of being visible or that's something that's holding them back.
- 13:15Speaker 2: And the question is what is holding you back?
- 13:19Speaker 2: You have to first identify your fear, your biggest fear, because it looks very different to everyone, all my clients that I work with.
- 13:28Speaker 2: We all have different fear.
- 13:29Speaker 2: I also have my own fear, right, and some could be feel judgment.
- 13:33Speaker 2: That is like a huge one like feel judgment, imposter syndrome, feel rejection, feel failure, feel success, feel not being good enough.
- 13:40Speaker 2: You name it, you have it.
- 13:42Speaker 2: And so first is to identify your fear, what is holding you back, and of course, then we will work on overcoming it once and for all.
- 13:50Speaker 2: And, of course, I will also help you to establish your ultimate vision.
- 13:54Speaker 2: And what I mean by that is you have to know who is the person that you are becoming.
- 13:59Speaker 2: Who do you want to become?
- 14:01Speaker 2: Should you start a role?
- 14:02Speaker 2: Find a star role?
- 14:03Speaker 2: 10 years start a role.
- 14:04Speaker 2: You need to have a crystal clear picture of the person that you want to become.
- 14:07Speaker 2: Why?
- 14:08Speaker 2: Because then we can reverse engineer it to identify what is the next right step for you.
- 14:13Speaker 2: That's reason why people are getting overwhelmed, because they don't know where they are going and they don't know what to do next.
- 14:18Speaker 2: So you need to have a vision for your business as well.
- 14:21Speaker 2: Right, what?
- 14:22Speaker 2: Why do you start a business?
- 14:23Speaker 2: Where do you want the business to be?
- 14:25Speaker 2: And the person you are, you're becoming where I say that?
- 14:28Speaker 2: Do you see yourself speaking on stages, or do you see yourself becoming a best selling author, or do you see yourself being a studio that is just like this and and interviewing people all over the world.
- 14:39Speaker 2: Or do you see yourself as a successful entrepreneur, leading a team Like you need to have a goal, right.
- 14:44Speaker 2: If not, why do you start your business?
- 14:45Speaker 2: You could just do something else right?
- 14:48Speaker 2: Because starting a business is running a business is not easy.
- 14:51Speaker 2: So I help them establish their vision.
- 14:54Speaker 2: And why is it so important?
- 14:56Speaker 2: Because then we can know what is the strategy, what is your strategy to make it happen.
- 15:01Speaker 2: If you want to become a speaker, if you are an aspiring speaker, then you have to start speaking, right.
- 15:06Speaker 2: You have to start creating content or going live or doing video, just to speak, not tomorrow, not next month, not next year, not when I'm ready, not when I have more confidence.
- 15:18Speaker 2: No, it's tomorrow.
- 15:19Speaker 2: Why?
- 15:20Speaker 2: Because you will never be ready.
- 15:22Speaker 2: I always show my students my first video, the first video that I created and that I posted on social media.
- 15:28Speaker 2: Three years ago.
- 15:28Speaker 2: It was embarrassing, like now when I couldn't be myself to watch a video, to be honest but I left it there because just to remind myself how far I have come.
- 15:37Speaker 2: And, to be honest, two years ago, when I recorded that video, I was so proud of myself.
- 15:42Speaker 2: I was like George, my God, you did it.
- 15:45Speaker 2: I was so confident on camera.
- 15:46Speaker 2: But now, when I look back, it's horrible.
- 15:48Speaker 2: Because why?
- 15:49Speaker 2: Because I have improved a lot.
- 15:51Speaker 2: And how do you improve?
- 15:52Speaker 2: You have to keep showing up.
- 15:53Speaker 2: You have to keep doing the things that you are scared of doing right?
- 15:57Speaker 2: Don't wait until you are ready.
- 15:59Speaker 2: Don't wait for the perfect time.
- 16:01Speaker 2: Just start, because you don't have to be great to start, but you have to start to become great.
- 16:08Speaker 1: I love that.
- 16:09Speaker 1: You don't have to be great to start, but you have to start to become great.
- 16:13Speaker 1: Oh my gosh, I love that.
- 16:15Speaker 1: I think it's again.
- 16:18Speaker 1: You created a second podcast because you were able to see how to refine and provide more value to your target audience.
- 16:27Speaker 1: It doesn't mean you can't change either.
- 16:30Speaker 1: You're not stuck in something right, and you can as you grow and as you identify better ways of doing things.
- 16:38Speaker 1: You can do that, and mindset is so important.
- 16:43Speaker 1: There's a lot of people that I think really work on their mindset, and then there's others that feel it's a little fooey.
- 16:50Speaker 1: They're one of the ones that feel it's fooey.
- 16:52Speaker 1: It's not.
- 16:53Speaker 1: It does control how you show up and it does control how you appear to others, and I think that's really important.
- 17:01Speaker 1: And I think, as individuals, you need to not worry what people are going to think, right.
- 17:08Speaker 1: Don't worry about what other people think.
- 17:10Speaker 1: I think Taylor Swift right, who said haters are going to hate?
- 17:14Speaker 1: So they're going to hate anyway, no matter what you do.
- 17:18Speaker 1: So go on, be you, be true to yourself and create a plan that's gonna drive you to who you wanna be.
- 17:25Speaker 1: And we're kind of overcoming those fears and I love the fact that, when you were talking about the fears you identified fear of success, fear of failure it was like everything that you identified as a potential fear, you identified the other side of it, too, as a potential fear.
- 17:43Speaker 1: So, yeah, people are afraid of a lot and stuff.
- 17:47Speaker 1: We're afraid of stumbling and not showing up in the best way.
- 17:53Speaker 1: We're concerned our hair doesn't look right or that there's something in our teeth or it's not.
- 17:59Speaker 1: There's also a lot of little things, and people are growing and building every day.
- 18:05Speaker 1: It's more about progress, not perfection.
- 18:07Speaker 1: It's again you'll get there.
- 18:09Speaker 1: You'll get better and better, but you have to start somewhere, and if you don't start today, tomorrow you're gonna wish you did.
- 18:16Speaker 1: That's how it goes.
- 18:18Speaker 1: This is an awesome conversation.
- 18:22Speaker 1: So before I ask you my final question, I just wanna ask is there anything else that you wanna share with this audience?
- 18:31Speaker 1: People listening about anything that they should think about when looking to show up authentically.
- 18:40Speaker 2: Wow, looking to show authentically.
- 18:43Speaker 2: But before that, I just wanna talk about.
- 18:46Speaker 2: You mentioned that people think mindset is something that they don't want to work on or it's not important.
- 18:52Speaker 2: The reason why I focus on mindset, I'm saying strategies.
- 18:55Speaker 2: They are important.
- 18:56Speaker 2: Yes, they are important.
- 18:57Speaker 2: You need strategies to grow your business, but before that, you also need to work on your mindset.
- 19:01Speaker 2: Why?
- 19:02Speaker 2: Because again, there's reason why I'm so passionate about solving this problem is because I saw there are so many marketing experts and out there they only teach you the strategy and there's nothing wrong with that, right?
- 19:13Speaker 2: And there are people who feel overwhelmed with all these marketing strategies out there and they feel like they have to do everything to become successful, but the truth is you don't right.
- 19:22Speaker 2: So they become overwhelmed, they are frustrated because they don't see results, or they feel stuck because they don't know, they have a fear.
- 19:29Speaker 2: They're holding them back because it's imagined they are telling you, right, let's say you are working with a mentor or a coach and the person is telling you you have to go live every day to provide value, right?
- 19:41Speaker 2: Or you have to deliver a webinar once a week.
- 19:43Speaker 2: And the thing is what is and this is what happened to a lot of my clients that they have fear of being on camera.
- 19:49Speaker 2: They have a public speaking fear, which is the number one fear for a lot of people, right?
- 19:53Speaker 2: So they are not just gonna overcome the fear and go deliver a webinar like a boss, right?
- 19:59Speaker 2: So that is why mindset is so important, because you need to work on your mindset.
- 20:04Speaker 2: You need to build your confidence first, overcome your fear first.
- 20:08Speaker 2: Let's say, if you feel a lot of people speaking, you need to overcome the fear first.
- 20:11Speaker 2: Then you can deliver your webinar, you can go live.
- 20:14Speaker 2: So strategy comes later.
- 20:17Speaker 2: So I'm saying, yeah, of course, if you have fear with visibility or showing off, putting yourself out there, then there's the kind of people that I will work with.
- 20:24Speaker 2: And yeah, to answer the question again, how do you show authentically is I would say just, don't think too much.
- 20:31Speaker 2: It's like before coming on this podcast, I have no idea why you were going to ask me what kind of question you were.
- 20:39Speaker 2: I'm just show up and just be myself and just share, or openly, authentically, just.
- 20:44Speaker 2: You know, of course it takes practice.
- 20:46Speaker 2: Whenever I started going on podcast, I had to have my script written.
- 20:51Speaker 2: So ask them what is the question?
- 20:52Speaker 2: So it all, you will find your way there, and it's all about, like you said earlier so beautifully, what is that?
- 20:59Speaker 2: Perfection and improvement, something that I can't remember.
- 21:01Speaker 1: That's not perfection.
- 21:02Speaker 1: Yeah, progress of keep it moving forward.
- 21:05Speaker 2: Yeah, so you don't have to be call back, you just have to be you and the right people will follow you.
- 21:11Speaker 2: Because and the right people, they will want to work with you because it is you and that is the power of personal branding.
- 21:19Speaker 1: Love that, love that, love that 100% and I think, again, mindset lets you know that you're okay as you are, and then that is going to help you show up authentically and as you are.
- 21:31Speaker 1: Thank you so much, joanne.
- 21:34Speaker 1: Before I let you go, though, there is a question that I ask all of my guests.
- 21:38Speaker 1: This show is called Imperfect Marketing because, as we know, marketing is anything but perfect.
- 21:43Speaker 1: So what has been your biggest marketing lesson learned?
- 21:49Speaker 2: I made a ton of mistakes.
- 21:50Speaker 2: Yeah, so this is the only question that I knew it was coming.
- 21:54Speaker 2: But, to be honest, I made a ton of mistakes.
- 21:57Speaker 2: I make all the mistakes right.
- 21:58Speaker 2: Can I give three?
- 21:59Speaker 2: So that's just, yeah.
- 22:02Speaker 2: So first mistake is that I didn't have a niche.
- 22:04Speaker 2: Second mistake is that I didn't work with a mental idea.
- 22:09Speaker 2: Hire someone to work with.
- 22:10Speaker 2: I just try to figure things out, which is what a lot of people are doing.
- 22:13Speaker 2: Third mistake is that I was following all these cookie cutter common marketing that thinks that don't work for me.
- 22:20Speaker 2: So these are really like the top three mistakes that I share all the time, and that's really the mistakes that I made.
- 22:25Speaker 2: I wish I didn't.
- 22:26Speaker 2: So if I can go back and start over again, I would hire a coach right away.
- 22:30Speaker 2: Hire a coach right away, and even if I didn't have the money, I will find the money, because it cost me a lot of money and a lot more time just trying to figure things out myself.
- 22:42Speaker 1: I love that.
- 22:43Speaker 1: That is so good.
- 22:45Speaker 1: So you needed to niche down.
- 22:47Speaker 1: You needed to figure out who your audience was, because your business grows faster the more niche down you are, then hiring a coach.
- 22:56Speaker 1: I think a coach is extremely important because they help you cut through the clutter.
- 23:00Speaker 1: They ask you questions.
- 23:01Speaker 1: They don't do the work for you, but they help provide clarity because you're too close to it.
- 23:07Speaker 1: So even if you're just learning, yes, they can help speed up the learning process, but they can also really help provide clarity things that you're just too close to.
- 23:18Speaker 1: My coach does that all the time.
- 23:20Speaker 1: She's so why do you think you need to do it that way?
- 23:23Speaker 1: And then she's like, yeah, that's too much work, don't do it that way, do it this way.
- 23:27Speaker 1: And I'm like, oh, okay, but it provides that insight huge.
- 23:33Speaker 1: I just think that is so valuable for people.
- 23:37Speaker 1: So thank you so much, joanne, thank you so much for being a guest on my show and staying up super late for you.
- 23:45Speaker 1: And then I do want to let everybody know in the show notes and in the YouTube description we will have links to her podcasts and ways that you can connect with Joanne if you want to learn more.
- 23:57Speaker 1: I think she's got a ton to offer and hopefully you can benefit from some of her lessons learned and her wisdom along the way.
- 24:06Speaker 1: Look forward to seeing you all on another episode of Imperfect Marketing.
- 24:11Speaker 1: Thank you, bye.
