This week I’m giving you a full recap of the wonderful, magical Strawberries to Cream event.
Over eighteen cyclists.
Around 600 kilometres.
Organic and regenerative farms.
Real Irish food.
Beautiful countryside.
And plenty of good crack along the way.
We started in Waterford and headed west, visiting some incredible farms and food producers along the way before finishing up around Limerick and celebrating at Urban Co-op.
