- 0:21[SPEAKER_02]: Well, go to the last one out of such raffle luge in Texas, all jabies could make it good And even come in for it.
- 0:34[SPEAKER_02]: Do you pan to her dad?
- 0:36[SPEAKER_02]: Pender dusk
- 0:36[SPEAKER_02]: Can't wait.
- 0:37[SPEAKER_07]: There's no camera watch.
- 0:38[SPEAKER_02]: She doesn't.
- 0:39[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, didn't even give her a camera shot.
- 0:41[SPEAKER_02]: She didn't.
- 0:41[SPEAKER_02]: She didn't deserve it.
- 0:42[SPEAKER_02]: She didn't deserve it.
- 0:43[SPEAKER_02]: She'll show up for the last day.
- 0:45[SPEAKER_02]: She told me she told me goodbye.
- 0:47[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, didn't she?
- 0:49[SPEAKER_02]: She goes to an all poppin and say goodbye to Bob and everybody back there and, uh, no.
- 0:53[SPEAKER_02]: I know.
- 0:55[SPEAKER_02]: Work bomb less.
- 0:56[SPEAKER_02]: She's a liar.
- 0:57[SPEAKER_02]: Work bomb left.
- 0:58[SPEAKER_02]: And I'm sorry.
- 1:00[SPEAKER_02]: I'm sorry.
- 1:01[SPEAKER_02]: Did you guys enjoy working with Jessie?
- 1:03[SPEAKER_07]: I love working with Jessie.
- 1:04[SPEAKER_07]: She was honestly.
- 1:07[SPEAKER_07]: She's such a joy because she's such a change up from you and Dan.
- 1:12[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah.
- 1:14[SPEAKER_07]: I'm not.
- 1:15[SPEAKER_02]: Look.
- 1:17[SPEAKER_02]: I'll get pissed if things are incorrect.
- 1:18[SPEAKER_02]: And I know, I just don't want things to be incorrect.
- 1:20[SPEAKER_02]: Well, no, I don't want to know.
- 1:21[SPEAKER_02]: I don't have a perfectionist, so I understand that.
- 1:24[SPEAKER_02]: Dan, Dan's a different story, like he just doesn't really talk that much in real life.
- 1:29[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I don't know what your interactions are.
- 1:31[SPEAKER_07]: I don't even mean off-mic.
- 1:32[SPEAKER_07]: I mean on-mic, like performing with her.
- 1:34[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, yeah.
- 1:35[SPEAKER_07]: Such a different personality from the like 90% of shows that we had during the week.
- 1:40[SPEAKER_07]: Because it's all due.
- 1:41[SPEAKER_07]: Right, right, right, that I thought I was always a breath of fresh air to do the Tuesday and Thursday.
- 1:45[SPEAKER_07]: I understand.
- 1:46[SPEAKER_07]: I understand that makes sense.
- 1:47[SPEAKER_08]: I did enjoy doing crime corner with her and this guy coupe.
- 1:50[SPEAKER_08]: So yeah, hopefully that keeps going for them.
- 1:52[SPEAKER_02]: It's a great show and you guys are killing it, man.
- 1:55[SPEAKER_02]: And you know, I showed coupe.
- 1:57[SPEAKER_02]: I showed you your numbers the other night it's weird how these things take off because you don't really know why or where and it happened on Spotify video specifically for you guys.
- 2:08[SPEAKER_02]: Now you guys always shooting amazing show with crime corner and looks beautiful.
- 2:11[SPEAKER_02]: and it's fucking awesome and it's a great show.
- 2:14[SPEAKER_02]: But yeah, for whatever reason, everybody wants to specifically watch the show on Spotify video and the numbers are growing and taking off and all that other shit.
- 2:24[SPEAKER_02]: And then I'm amps because the same thing should happen when you guys get to iTunes this summer.
- 2:28[SPEAKER_02]: video wise as well so yeah it's pretty rad and she was always the one who's championing podcast she was the one that got me to switch talked about her on drinking bros for a second yesterday but she was the one who was just like hey dude they're not making comedies, DVDs are dead out in Hollywood everything's going streaming these numbers fucking suck I think if you really want to do what you want to do you've got to do it in podcast and it came down that conversation of hey are we just sitting in the garage microphones and
- 2:57[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I mean, that's exactly what we're doing.
- 2:59[SPEAKER_02]: And Jamie, you're here today from Wilmington, North Carolina.
- 3:02[SPEAKER_02]: I think you set up our garage for us.
- 3:04[SPEAKER_02]: Was that you?
- 3:05[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, that's right.
- 3:08[SPEAKER_02]: We shot with you first.
- 3:10[SPEAKER_02]: And then you came and built something in our literal garage.
- 3:14[SPEAKER_02]: And Man, it was...
- 3:16[SPEAKER_02]: It was hot, because some of us in the summer, we had to get one of those rolling air conditioners and all this other shit.
- 3:23[SPEAKER_02]: And I remember one night afterwards, just sitting there going, is this the fucking right move, luckily everything worked out in the end, but boy, that was weird, man.
- 3:34[SPEAKER_02]: We couldn't even use our garage because the whole set took up the garage.
- 3:37[SPEAKER_02]: And the neighbors are like, why are you always parking on the street and in the driveway?
- 3:40[SPEAKER_10]: Then we built your frog,
- 3:42[SPEAKER_02]: That's right, and then the show got bigger in North Carolina in the South, it's called a Frogroom, which is front room over Garage.
- 3:51[SPEAKER_02]: So that we became over the Garage, which was great, and we on our first guest, who was a psychic.
- 3:58[SPEAKER_02]: and I invited her over to my house, so yeah, you know, she seemed like a pleasant lady when we were hanging out and then what we did was we recorded an hour with me doing psychic predictions in her and then an hour with Jesse doing psychic predictions with her and none of it came true.
- 4:17[SPEAKER_02]: Not one single thing that came true, so that was fun.
- 4:20[SPEAKER_02]: And I was going to ask you a castle.
- 4:23[SPEAKER_02]: Did you have to give the psychic your address?
- 4:25[SPEAKER_02]: Yes.
- 4:25[SPEAKER_02]: OK. Yeah.
- 4:26[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 4:27[SPEAKER_02]: Exactly.
- 4:27[SPEAKER_02]: She said, I know where I live.
- 4:28[SPEAKER_02]: And by the way, I used that bit.
- 4:30[SPEAKER_02]: I know Lycube.
- 4:32[SPEAKER_02]: I go, did you ask for the address you know where I live, right?
- 4:36[SPEAKER_02]: Like, you know what's going on here.
- 4:38[SPEAKER_02]: And then there was an episode where, same thing with Dringer Bros, it was episode 100
- 4:45[SPEAKER_02]: We let the listeners decide what we're going to do syrup was big at the time.
- 4:49[SPEAKER_02]: Cesarp.
- 4:51[SPEAKER_02]: That was like in its fucking purple drink.
- 4:53[SPEAKER_02]: Yep.
- 4:53[SPEAKER_02]: And so we said, all right, I will get a bottle and we will split it on air and see what happens.
- 5:00[SPEAKER_02]: And the show is awful.
- 5:03[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, I think we got just obliterated, absolutely obliterated.
- 5:06[SPEAKER_02]: And then on that one there's only one show that is never ever aired and that was a buddy of ours who just come back from LA and said, hey dude, you know, we got these new fucking gummies and all this other shit you guys know the rest of this probably.
- 5:24[SPEAKER_02]: They were too powerful.
- 5:25[SPEAKER_02]: And I listened to the show the next day, and it was the worst show ever that we'd ever done.
- 5:31[SPEAKER_02]: I was like, we're not doing this.
- 5:32[SPEAKER_02]: Doing a show high is stupid.
- 5:34[SPEAKER_02]: Super.
- 5:35[SPEAKER_02]: I can't do any show in drugs.
- 5:36[SPEAKER_08]: Was it transparent a high idea, though?
- 5:38[SPEAKER_02]: It was, but it was like a normal level, right?
- 5:41[SPEAKER_02]: Like it wasn't, I wasn't blasting it out of my mind.
- 5:45[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 5:45[SPEAKER_02]: You weren't floating through space when you thought of it.
- 5:47[SPEAKER_02]: Correct.
- 5:48[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, it was a normal night.
- 5:49[SPEAKER_02]: So this was,
- 5:52[SPEAKER_02]: This was the real purple syrup, by the way.
- 5:54[SPEAKER_02]: I think we got it from like Louisiana.
- 5:56[SPEAKER_02]: Um, it was not huge bottle.
- 5:58[SPEAKER_02]: Makes sense.
- 5:58[SPEAKER_02]: It's little Wayne's drink of choice.
- 6:00[SPEAKER_02]: It is on that lean.
- 6:01[SPEAKER_02]: But man, it's smelled like shit.
- 6:03[SPEAKER_02]: And then we had to put it in, uh, I think we cut a huge sprite bottle or something like that.
- 6:08[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, that's why you throw it in sprite.
- 6:10[SPEAKER_08]: Put a couple of jolly ranchers in there to taste it.
- 6:12[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, you've got some, you know, drinks.
- 6:14[SPEAKER_02]: City of purple drank dude and have a margarita.
- 6:17[SPEAKER_02]: I know.
- 6:17[SPEAKER_02]: I know.
- 6:19[SPEAKER_02]: I know.
- 6:20[SPEAKER_02]: And we slept the next day for like 14 hours.
- 6:24[SPEAKER_02]: So I'm crazy.
- 6:24[SPEAKER_02]: You know, it was like I'm good.
- 6:25[SPEAKER_03]: Do you remember the Zima cooler?
- 6:27[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, yeah.
- 6:28[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, yeah The Zima cooler was there.
- 6:30[SPEAKER_02]: We actually got them to come back.
- 6:33[SPEAKER_02]: That's a true story We got them to come back for that year, and then they paid us for that music video
- 6:37[SPEAKER_02]: And the sales did so well that they came back for one more year, and then that's when we decided to create RDF Seltzer.
- 6:45[SPEAKER_02]: We were like, all right, if we could do this with Zema, why can't we just do this with our own drink without carbon sugars?
- 6:50[SPEAKER_02]: As I do love Jolly Ranchers in Zema's, we all know that.
- 6:53[SPEAKER_02]: And this just took the carbs and sugars out of it.
- 6:55[SPEAKER_02]: No one's like, now you're just drinking liquid jelly or anything.
- 6:57[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah.
- 6:58[SPEAKER_07]: But the first iteration of sellers, the zemos, the smearing off ice isn't stuff.
- 7:03[SPEAKER_07]: I mean, that's just a bag of skittles with liquor.
- 7:05[SPEAKER_07]: Like, if the sugar and everything, it's fucking awful.
- 7:08[SPEAKER_02]: But the problem is, it doesn't taste like skittles.
- 7:11[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, it's the luck, and then it's my college romance.
- 7:14[SPEAKER_02]: So I don't really care, and they know, I told them this.
- 7:18[SPEAKER_02]: Four loco, it tastes awful.
- 7:19[SPEAKER_02]: Still to this day.
- 7:20[SPEAKER_02]: If you go and buy a cam.
- 7:23[SPEAKER_02]: uh... and they'll tell you to like hey oh yeah that was the whole when we can i was in college when it came out never when it's like god these are bad but but they knew it i knew it and that's the only uh... regret investment wise in my life when i said no to that i'll never forget where it was the night's the day the conversations all of it and i was just like buck but they did t-ter on the on the verge of bankruptcy for six years and then all this kids died and boom congratulations at all rich
- 7:52[SPEAKER_02]: But yeah, man, it's been fun.
- 7:55[SPEAKER_02]: I wish she was here.
- 7:57[SPEAKER_02]: She's setting up the new studio.
- 7:59[SPEAKER_02]: Jamie, she's going back and forth with notes for you.
- 8:01[SPEAKER_02]: And then I know you're taking down this stuff and then putting in Wilmington.
- 8:03[SPEAKER_02]: So that's not going to change very much drinking rose and Ross Patterson Revolution and all that stuff.
- 8:09[SPEAKER_02]: I think crime corner will probably get a nice update.
- 8:12[SPEAKER_02]: That show is growing in a nice clip.
- 8:14[SPEAKER_02]: And I think those guys will have their own space and room and all that other fun stuff.
- 8:18[SPEAKER_02]: And then we might bring on some other shows.
- 8:21[SPEAKER_02]: And as I mentioned on Dragon Bros yesterday, we are working on an app.
- 8:25[SPEAKER_02]: So the app right now is free on iPhones and Android, String and Bros app.
- 8:30[SPEAKER_02]: Just download it, and it's free, and then it's got a wall like Facebook from 2010.
- 8:35[SPEAKER_02]: There's no admins, you can post, you can get a hold of people, all that stuff.
- 8:39[SPEAKER_02]: Some people, you know, an asshole.
- 8:41[SPEAKER_02]: It's kind of the same rules that we've always had in the group.
- 8:43[SPEAKER_02]: for 15 years and because the you know the Facebook group started before the podcast and then the last frontier of this is building out our own 24-7365 network with the back catalog that we have we certainly have enough to fill it.
- 8:58[SPEAKER_02]: Television shows movies all over the shit and it will operate like Netflix it'll just be an extra button on that app when you're in there and then you can press it and watch it.
- 9:08[SPEAKER_02]: And then we'll have dynamic add and search engines and hopefully, you know, we'll test it out for a few months and hopefully it pays itself off and it's free and then we can just keep going free like a 2B or Pluto TV or something like that.
- 9:22[SPEAKER_02]: And I don't think they're going to ding us because nobody's looking for 80 movies, 80s movies and shit like that.
- 9:28[SPEAKER_02]: We want to show Rambo's back to back and commando and all kinds of crazy shit.
- 9:32[SPEAKER_02]: And then live sports, picture, and picture where you can actually watch the game.
- 9:36[SPEAKER_02]: Now, how do we beat the piracy issue?
- 9:38[SPEAKER_02]: We take down the episode and our own afterwards.
- 9:40[SPEAKER_02]: But let's face it.
- 9:41[SPEAKER_02]: After the game is over, you already know the score.
- 9:43[SPEAKER_02]: It's not like you're going to go back and watch it.
- 9:44[SPEAKER_02]: Anyways, so that'll be fun.
- 9:47[SPEAKER_02]: That is something we're working on in the new studio in particular.
- 9:50[SPEAKER_02]: Has enough rooms to do that.
- 9:52[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, there's Jesus Christ, Jamie.
- 9:54[SPEAKER_02]: How many fucking rooms are in that place?
- 9:56[SPEAKER_02]: Nine.
- 9:58[SPEAKER_02]: more than that we're nine some say 10 shit 10 that you're saying yeah that's fine now you don't count yet a lot that's all I know and then we'll designate those for for cool shits there is a part in the back where we can put up a basketball hoop inside so we might do like a dude perfect area and all that other shits and and every fun I'm looking forward to it I'll miss you guys uh... coupon I'll see you there you're driving out the you
- 10:28[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, dude, show goes on, man.
- 10:30[SPEAKER_02]: And Jess will be back on the show next week in Wilmington.
- 10:36[SPEAKER_02]: Recording a day in advance, because we're leaving tomorrow.
- 10:39[SPEAKER_02]: And we're kind of staggering it out.
- 10:41[SPEAKER_02]: So when you get back in time for internet, Mike checks all that other stuff.
- 10:44[SPEAKER_02]: So we're good to go live on Monday.
- 10:47[SPEAKER_02]: But man, she was pissed off when I called it this morning.
- 10:50[SPEAKER_02]: She was so fucking angry that today was going to be the last day and one of our biggest ongoing jokes on the show for two to three years.
- 11:00[SPEAKER_02]: His gone free up, how come out, Mr. Murdoch, talk about how it, Murdoch.
- 11:05[SPEAKER_02]: He's gone free.
- 11:07[SPEAKER_02]: They don't, they don't give a retrial on killing mags and pop-all.
- 11:12[SPEAKER_02]: Bob, what is happening?
- 11:14[SPEAKER_02]: This just broke as I was leaving the house and I couldn't
- 11:18[SPEAKER_02]: And I'm getting in my car and then I was like, hey, dude, this is the episode.
- 11:22[SPEAKER_02]: What was the actual story?
- 11:24[SPEAKER_07]: He kind of got Cosby.
- 11:27[SPEAKER_07]: Really, prosecutorial incompetence, but stop it.
- 11:33[SPEAKER_07]: But he's not out of the woods yet.
- 11:35[SPEAKER_07]: Before I get into the details, he is not out of the woods yet.
- 11:37[SPEAKER_07]: So the South Carolina State Supreme Court overturned his conviction and life sentence.
- 11:45[SPEAKER_07]: It was a unanimous ruling.
- 11:47[SPEAKER_07]: And they said the conduct by the court clerk egregiously attacked Murdoz credibility.
- 11:52[SPEAKER_07]: So the court clerk was like, told the jury,
- 11:54[SPEAKER_07]: I know he's on the stand and I know he's sworn in and under, you know, he can't or like he can't purge or himself or whatever, like so you technically have to believe everything he says, but don't believe a fucking word he says, really.
- 12:08[SPEAKER_07]: Which is not super kosher?
- 12:12[SPEAKER_07]: Wow.
- 12:13[SPEAKER_07]: OK.
- 12:14[SPEAKER_07]: They also said that the judge was way too lenient in allowing the prosecutor to use all of his non-murder-related crimes as evidence for him being a murderer.
- 12:30[SPEAKER_07]: How so?
- 12:32[SPEAKER_07]: Essentially, they were like, he, I mean, look at all these other crimes he committed, like financial crimes and insurance fraud and stuff like that.
- 12:40[SPEAKER_08]: Wouldn't a murderer do that but that's also a defense lawyers will use it be like yes my client is a fraudster He has done bad things, but he is not a murderer and I will prove that to you.
- 12:51[SPEAKER_08]: Oh, gosh These are not these are not tied
- 12:54[SPEAKER_07]: To the defense, those are tied to the prosecution.
- 12:56[SPEAKER_07]: I mean, I'm just saying, yeah, the prosecution is not going to bring that up.
- 13:00[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 13:00[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 13:01[SPEAKER_07]: I mean, the defense is not going to bring that up.
- 13:03[SPEAKER_08]: That's why I mean, so it wasn't like, it wasn't the defense lawyer saying, hey, I know these things exist.
- 13:07[SPEAKER_08]: It was the prosecution brought those in.
- 13:09[SPEAKER_07]: They were quite reliant on the fact that he was an untrustworthy person and other arenas.
- 13:14[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, you can't do that.
- 13:16[SPEAKER_07]: Right.
- 13:17[SPEAKER_07]: It's like, yeah, he, he fucked over an insurance company.
- 13:20[SPEAKER_07]: So he probably killed his son.
- 13:21[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah.
- 13:22[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, I can't do that.
- 13:25[SPEAKER_07]: Which is just bad lawyer to be honest.
- 13:27[SPEAKER_07]: I mean, like, yeah, obviously you should be able to present that to an extent to undercut his trustworthyness to show that he lacked ethics and morals in a lot of ways, but you can't over rely on that and be like, you did all this.
- 13:40[SPEAKER_07]: So we probably did this.
- 13:41[SPEAKER_07]: You know what I mean?
- 13:42[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah.
- 13:42[SPEAKER_07]: Like it's it can't do that.
- 13:43[SPEAKER_07]: Now he is not going to be leaving jail and he will be re-tried.
- 13:48[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, he's not going to be leaving jail.
- 13:50[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, shit, dude.
- 13:52[SPEAKER_02]: Uh, that's always a weird one to me.
- 13:54[SPEAKER_07]: Uh, he's also serving a 40, like, well, he's in jail for other shit.
- 13:57[SPEAKER_02]: No, I know for fraud and all that other shit.
- 14:00[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, so, okay, all right.
- 14:02[SPEAKER_02]: So the other charges is what he's saying.
- 14:03[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, gotcha, gotcha.
- 14:05[SPEAKER_02]: Um, because in that other case, the YNW Mellie case, that's still...
- 14:09[SPEAKER_02]: still going on after what four years on the show that one he got a hung jury on the first one and then they have they're keeping him in prison for the second trial and I don't know if that's started yet Bob can you look that up with him with Murdoch?
- 14:25[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, no with why I'm W. Mellie
- 14:28[SPEAKER_02]: Murdoch, I understand.
- 14:29[SPEAKER_02]: Those other charges for fraud and insurance scam did go through.
- 14:34[SPEAKER_02]: So yeah, he's got a fucking stay there.
- 14:36[SPEAKER_02]: He's got a 40 year situation.
- 14:39[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I forgot about those.
- 14:42[SPEAKER_07]: It's scheduled for January 2027.
- 14:43[SPEAKER_02]: Why I'm
- 14:58[SPEAKER_02]: It's been in there close to five years.
- 14:59[SPEAKER_02]: Now, did he probably do it?
- 15:01[SPEAKER_02]: Sure.
- 15:02[SPEAKER_02]: But in this amount of time, that only helps him, Bob.
- 15:06[SPEAKER_02]: He can intimidate all the fucking witnesses he wants, and he's got all day.
- 15:10[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 15:11[SPEAKER_02]: He's got nothing but time to figure out who to fuck over, because that was what happened in the first trial.
- 15:16[SPEAKER_02]: They didn't have enough people allegedly, according to the prosecution.
- 15:20[SPEAKER_02]: It's testify where they were like, hey,
- 15:22[SPEAKER_07]: all these people been threatened they don't want to testify and they were like well great we can't have a fucking hearing that man like i'm reading more this this situation on murder yeah like this is just egregious hit uh... the clerk told jurors to watch murder's body language
- 15:41[SPEAKER_07]: Like what?
- 15:42[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah.
- 15:42[SPEAKER_07]: Hey, I know you're not a body language.
- 15:44[SPEAKER_07]: Like they're just putting the idea and watch his body like so you then you then they're specifically looking on and only looking for really when they think he's lying.
- 15:53[SPEAKER_07]: They're trying to they're the clerk was telling them like try to spot when he's lying.
- 15:57[SPEAKER_07]: Okay.
- 15:58[SPEAKER_07]: He's gonna lie.
- 15:59[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah.
- 16:00[SPEAKER_07]: Wow.
- 16:00[SPEAKER_07]: Can I I'm surprised he they even get to try him again.
- 16:04[SPEAKER_02]: I am too, actually.
- 16:06[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, usually, that's it.
- 16:08[SPEAKER_02]: But that's fucked.
- 16:10[SPEAKER_02]: It doesn't matter anyway, so the other charges have already stuck.
- 16:13[SPEAKER_02]: It can jail for the rest of life for life, yeah.
- 16:16[SPEAKER_07]: He's subtle and in right now and it is interesting now the other part of it is that his his defense argued like there's almost there's like a total like a lack of DNA evidence Like they were killed at close range with a I think fairly high powered weapon.
- 16:29[SPEAKER_07]: Yes, and there's no blood splatter on him No none of his DNA anything like that.
- 16:34[SPEAKER_07]: No granted.
- 16:35[SPEAKER_07]: He probably knows what he's doing.
- 16:37[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, you know what I mean.
- 16:38[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, it's probably done it before That's one two where they lived Bob was out in the middle of this farm
- 16:45[SPEAKER_02]: And the shots, if you believe the, the, the Hulu made for TV series were far away.
- 16:53[SPEAKER_02]: So I don't know how we would get any splatter on it to be honest with you.
- 16:57[SPEAKER_07]: They, the, the actual, this article says it was a close range killing.
- 17:02[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, you're right with the sun.
- 17:03[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 17:04[SPEAKER_02]: Uh, yeah, the wife was far away.
- 17:05[SPEAKER_02]: The sun was right there.
- 17:06[SPEAKER_02]: Fuck, you're right, dude.
- 17:07[SPEAKER_08]: So this is kind of crazy.
- 17:09[SPEAKER_08]: We just did a story.
- 17:10[SPEAKER_08]: The Ken Middleton story.
- 17:11[SPEAKER_08]: It's coming out.
- 17:12[SPEAKER_08]: I believe on Wednesday.
- 17:15[SPEAKER_08]: Okay, so it's a little bit in the future on crime.
- 17:18[SPEAKER_08]: It sounds very identical to what's happening here.
- 17:20[SPEAKER_08]: A man who's accused of a crime, but there's not much evidence for it and kind of some shady things going on.
- 17:26[SPEAKER_08]: If you're interested at all in what's going on with Murdoch, I would check out our crime corner, because this is very similar to what we just talked about.
- 17:32[SPEAKER_02]: That's wild.
- 17:33[SPEAKER_02]: That's wild.
- 17:35[SPEAKER_02]: Thing I want to talk about next year is people going after Spencer Pratt right now.
- 17:41[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know what the polls are Bob, but like TMZ is attacking him today.
- 17:45[SPEAKER_02]: And it's getting to a point where the media is going after him at a level that it feels like he might actually have a shot to win.
- 17:57[SPEAKER_02]: Usually the shit goes away, but I mean,
- 18:00[SPEAKER_07]: Everybody's coming out of the woodwork with stories here trying trying to get something to stick Is you do you have an updated poll and Spencer Pratt now I'll find the polls But Karen Bass on poly market is it basically a two to one favorite 53% chance She wins Spencer Pratt second 27% chance ramen third at 16 man You can't bet I'm in my book you.
- 18:24[SPEAKER_02]: I'm looking now and I'll say wood, but I'm fuck
- 18:28[SPEAKER_02]: actually kind of want to bet on this man.
- 18:31[SPEAKER_02]: This is just a gut feeling that it feels like something's in the air out there.
- 18:35[SPEAKER_02]: I, in the last, what's called, I've been in touch with him personally, back in fourth of the last, let's call it week and a half.
- 18:46[SPEAKER_02]: Here's the honest story with it.
- 18:47[SPEAKER_02]: We keep getting bumps because he's getting massive massive interviews like today.
- 18:50[SPEAKER_02]: I think he was on the today's show where CBS Morning Show whatever it was.
- 18:54[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, you got to do that gig.
- 18:56[SPEAKER_02]: You need those clips, too, to go viral.
- 18:58[SPEAKER_02]: And so I totally understand it.
- 19:01[SPEAKER_02]: Like, there is guests who are very, very honest about their schedule.
- 19:04[SPEAKER_02]: And when I was in Hollywood and it was super fucking busy, yeah, you do have to pick and choose.
- 19:09[SPEAKER_02]: So that I never mind.
- 19:11[SPEAKER_02]: I don't really care to be honest with me, and so that's kind of what he's doing, but as this thing keeps ramping up, I mean, it's getting crazier and crazier and crazier, and this is the first time, let's say if he wins, I'm going to pull up and send an ad to your Bob, because this is the first time that
- 19:34[SPEAKER_02]: First it was attributed to the campaign, then it was attributed to fans.
- 19:39[SPEAKER_02]: There's a first time that people are making campaign videos, AI, for him, they think it's him.
- 19:45[SPEAKER_02]: It's not.
- 19:46[SPEAKER_02]: These are fans and shit who are making these, and then they're posting them.
- 19:51[SPEAKER_02]: So I'm gonna go to the one that he just posted here.
- 19:55[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, according to Emerson, this is the primary,
- 19:59[SPEAKER_07]: Karen Baths, leading 30% Spencer Pratt, second, 22% ramen, third, 19% 16% of voters are undecided.
- 20:10[SPEAKER_07]: All right.
- 20:10[SPEAKER_07]: And essentially, Baths is winning pretty big with voters over 60.
- 20:17[SPEAKER_07]: And make sense.
- 20:19[SPEAKER_07]: Voters under 40 really like ramen.
- 20:22[SPEAKER_07]: but Pratt is actually not doing well with the younger vote.
- 20:24[SPEAKER_07]: He's last a third at 13%.
- 20:26[SPEAKER_07]: OK.
- 20:29[SPEAKER_02]: So let's start with these clips.
- 20:30[SPEAKER_02]: This might change the game and the reason why I was showed this is this might be the future of politics to be honest with you.
- 20:37[SPEAKER_02]: If you have your favorite politician out there, your talent that enough to make these fucking videos, man, each and every one of these is being shared and going viral.
- 20:46[SPEAKER_02]: And
- 20:47[SPEAKER_02]: He has nothing to do with it.
- 20:49[SPEAKER_02]: He's not using any campaign money or anything in every single day.
- 20:52[SPEAKER_02]: There's a new one.
- 20:53[SPEAKER_02]: Go to the top one first, Bob.
- 20:54[SPEAKER_02]: OK.
- 20:56[SPEAKER_02]: Play this one on Patreon, it is.
- 20:58[SPEAKER_02]: So I can't get ding to help.
- 21:01[SPEAKER_07]: Oh, so.
- 21:02[SPEAKER_07]: Well, I don't think this is copyright.
- 21:03[SPEAKER_07]: I like it.
- 21:03[SPEAKER_07]: I want people to sell.
- 21:04[SPEAKER_07]: I hope so.
- 21:05[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah.
- 21:05[SPEAKER_07]: Press play.
- 21:06[UNKNOWN]: I'm Karen Bass.
- 21:07[SPEAKER_11]: Oh, yeah.
- 21:09[SPEAKER_11]: Not plugged in.
- 21:10[SPEAKER_02]: Not plugged in today.
- 21:11[SPEAKER_02]: Look at you guys.
- 21:12[SPEAKER_02]: Or not connected.
- 21:13[SPEAKER_11]: There you go.
- 21:14[SPEAKER_11]: OK, you guys, too.
- 21:16[SPEAKER_02]: It's the last day too, you know?
- 21:20[SPEAKER_02]: It's the last day too, it's where we go pre-pro.
- 21:23[SPEAKER_08]: But... And I didn't set it up today, so just saying... All right.
- 21:27[SPEAKER_08]: All right.
- 21:29[SPEAKER_11]: Got to get all the mistakes out of the way early.
- 21:30[SPEAKER_11]: That's fine.
- 21:31[SPEAKER_11]: That's fine.
- 21:32[SPEAKER_11]: What do we got here?
- 21:34[SPEAKER_11]: Should we get to go here?
- 21:35[SPEAKER_07]: All right.
- 21:37[SPEAKER_01]: I'm Karen Bass.
- 21:38[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm running on my accomplishments.
- 21:43[SPEAKER_06]: Los Angeles on fire, Mayor, no where to be back.
- 21:48[SPEAKER_05]: We were so prepared for wildfires.
- 21:50[SPEAKER_05]: I didn't even have to be in the country when the town burned.
- 21:55[SPEAKER_05]: I've addressed the homeless problem.
- 21:57[SPEAKER_05]: Now, most of them won't stab you, as long as you don't make eye contact.
- 22:03[SPEAKER_05]: Our climate change policy is so strong.
- 22:06[SPEAKER_05]: We've brought down energy use in the palisades
- 22:15[SPEAKER_05]: Almost none of the needles and children's playgrounds have AIDS on them.
- 22:20[SPEAKER_05]: If you like the last four years, you're going to love the next four.
- 22:24[SPEAKER_05]: Vote best.
- 22:27[SPEAKER_02]: Wow.
- 22:27[SPEAKER_02]: Almost none of the needles and children's playgrounds have AIDS on them.
- 22:32[SPEAKER_07]: Here's my problem with this actually.
- 22:35[SPEAKER_07]: uh-huh.
- 22:36[SPEAKER_07]: I have a big problem with this commercial.
- 22:37[SPEAKER_07]: Why?
- 22:39[SPEAKER_07]: Um, I don't think it is clever and I think it's good.
- 22:43[SPEAKER_07]: I think it plays better to the rest of the country than Los Angeles, specifically the use of AI in a town that AI is...
- 22:50[SPEAKER_02]: ready to gut the creatives in L.A. will fucking hate this just because it's a well if they like Spencer it's a like this is a I this sucks guys I hate to break it's here they are to using it I know that no if you're right it's just the people who are going to vote for him are going to be very against this because they're like oh it's going to take my job so it's a tough city there it's a vote in and here's why here's here's the unknowns I don't all the the numbers you just mentioned the top right.
- 23:18[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, it's known for Hollywood and you got guys like me and fucking, you know, whoever who we're living in the hills and all that other shit.
- 23:24[SPEAKER_02]: Uh, however, you keep going south, you got downtown, uh, which...
- 23:29[SPEAKER_02]: God knows who lives down there, not one celebrity or executive or anything.
- 23:33[SPEAKER_02]: I can tell you that, and then he got to East LA, which is all Mexican.
- 23:37[SPEAKER_02]: So I don't know.
- 23:40[SPEAKER_02]: Most of those Mexican kids are just fucking scrollers, man.
- 23:43[SPEAKER_02]: Squirrel or something?
- 23:44[SPEAKER_02]: So who knows?
- 23:45[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know how this is going to shake out.
- 23:47[SPEAKER_02]: This is all gut.
- 23:49[SPEAKER_02]: At this point, but my gut is telling me he's got a shot to win.
- 23:53[SPEAKER_02]: Who was the third place person again?
- 23:54[SPEAKER_02]: Was it Tom Stire?
- 23:55[SPEAKER_07]: No, no, it was Rahman.
- 23:57[SPEAKER_02]: That was the Indian check.
- 23:58[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, the councilwoman.
- 24:00[SPEAKER_02]: So they're beating out the billionaire on the running side?
- 24:03[SPEAKER_07]: Stire's running for governor.
- 24:05[SPEAKER_07]: Oh, he is.
- 24:07[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, Stire's running for governor.
- 24:10[SPEAKER_07]: Oh, you're right.
- 24:11[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah.
- 24:12[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, shit.
- 24:13[SPEAKER_07]: Oh, I got to confuse you because I was like, oh, styre.
- 24:15[SPEAKER_07]: That was that cool guy that ran for mayor last time in his crew.
- 24:17[SPEAKER_07]: I was like, just now swapping out my fucking random LL in here.
- 24:21[SPEAKER_02]: By the way, that's all they do.
- 24:23[SPEAKER_02]: They'll flip flop from mayor to fucking governor.
- 24:25[SPEAKER_02]: So I'll play this next clip.
- 24:39[SPEAKER_06]: You didn't finish burning the city to the ground in your first turn.
- 24:43[SPEAKER_06]: Make sure you finish the job in your second.
- 24:45[SPEAKER_04]: The only thing that can stop us is someone telling the truth.
- 24:49[SPEAKER_04]: As long as they don't have any hope, the city's ours.
- 24:53[SPEAKER_07]: I mean, look at how fucking detailed this shit is, man.
- 24:56[SPEAKER_07]: Spencer's not making this, right?
- 24:58[SPEAKER_07]: No, okay, no, that's actually his man.
- 25:00[SPEAKER_07]: Because... Nobody's ever done this before.
- 25:04[SPEAKER_02]: No, this is my point Bob.
- 25:05[SPEAKER_02]: Is this the point?
- 25:06[SPEAKER_02]: I'll fix where people get behind candidates.
- 25:09[SPEAKER_02]: Make a shit ton of videos, you'll viral.
- 25:11[SPEAKER_07]: I'll be honest with you.
- 25:13[SPEAKER_07]: This would make me like a candidate less.
- 25:16[SPEAKER_07]: No matter what they're part of you.
- 25:17[SPEAKER_07]: But even though it's brave enough to understand, if a candidate did it, it would make me like it less.
- 25:22[SPEAKER_07]: If it's not the candidate, it's doing it.
- 25:24[SPEAKER_07]: And like, that's whatever.
- 25:25[SPEAKER_07]: But like at some point, like, all right, bro, you're entertaining.
- 25:29[SPEAKER_07]: All that shit, you're making good points.
- 25:31[SPEAKER_07]: I will not, like, you need to do more than meme your way at all.
- 25:34[SPEAKER_02]: So here's the thing.
- 25:36[SPEAKER_02]: There are thousands of these now going to the sponsor
- 25:40[SPEAKER_02]: Um, you know, he's only made a couple his or shot real real people real everything like he's made I don't know three or four of his wife and and mom and house and all the stuff.
- 25:51[SPEAKER_02]: But I wonder if he ends up winning this thing or people going to look at this because this would be you know we call the last election the 2024 one the podcast election is this going to be the AI election there and is this what's going to happen ahead in the twenty eights.
- 26:07[SPEAKER_02]: are people going to do in this.
- 26:08[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, how many times has Rubio been fucking meaned at this point?
- 26:12[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, but you know what?
- 26:14[SPEAKER_07]: You know, who was getting meaned a lot and he keeps falling down as vans.
- 26:17[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, but everything is fine with JD Vance.
- 26:21[SPEAKER_02]: It just so happens, though.
- 26:22[SPEAKER_02]: You got a big bright shining star that is on the world stage because he has to be, and he's done an excellent job at it.
- 26:29[SPEAKER_07]: So I think this type of stuff moves a certain type of voter.
- 26:32[SPEAKER_07]: It definitely does.
- 26:33[SPEAKER_07]: I don't, it doesn't move me other than entertaining.
- 26:36[SPEAKER_07]: Well, we're all like it.
- 26:38[SPEAKER_02]: I'm gonna say, well, no, but this doesn't make me one out of vote for the end.
- 26:41[SPEAKER_07]: Me way more was he had a, I thought he had a pretty good 60 minutes interview.
- 26:44[SPEAKER_07]: Great interview.
- 26:45[SPEAKER_07]: Great, that to me is a hundred times more impact.
- 26:48[SPEAKER_07]: Maybe this will get a 22 year old out to vote.
- 26:50[SPEAKER_08]: Okay, I'm going to come here because I'm 27.
- 26:52[SPEAKER_08]: I don't like this because this is kind of setting the precedent that in future political elections, you can just AI your can at your opponent and make them say whatever the fuck you want them to say.
- 27:02[SPEAKER_08]: Even if it's disingenuous, even if it doesn't exist, because now the proof of proving that is further and further down the line because you can just AI something.
- 27:09[SPEAKER_02]: But the problem is it's going to get so good and let's call it three years.
- 27:15[SPEAKER_02]: you won't be able to tell anyone you're not wrong but so does that mean our whole democratic process is just fucked that that was the whole point in this conversation and and I don't know um for real like I have no idea what's going to happen because uh let's let's really look at it it's usually the candidate with the most money who wins and then all these people donate no one party or another uh and and it's all parties so I'm not it's it's not one of the other it's both
- 27:40[SPEAKER_02]: Um, but the money was for advertising, campaigning, name recognition, getting people to know who you are and all that other stuff.
- 27:49[SPEAKER_02]: Now, you could fucking AI your way in, so it's a making a name for yourself, uh, because shit, you take that Indian check.
- 27:58[SPEAKER_02]: I don't even know who that is unless I see her in these fucking AI videos.
- 28:03[SPEAKER_02]: Dead series, I don't know where fucking name.
- 28:05[SPEAKER_02]: And even if the debates, uh, I forget what they were calling her, but like,
- 28:10[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know her full name still, and I think she's in the lead.
- 28:14[SPEAKER_07]: uh... uh... ramen yeah she's third third uh... she i will say for what it's worth uh... you know i bet you i know you do as well but i have a lot of friends who live in Los Angeles and um... they know who she is she is a full on democratic socials yeah i've seen a lot of people uh... not necessarily support her but they all they are all very aware of her yeah and and right now uh... new york is going through this so they had three hundred thousand signatures today to get rid of mombami this morning that turned them in
- 28:43[SPEAKER_02]: And like you're 120 days in to that thing.
- 28:48[SPEAKER_02]: So I think they're probably watching what's going on in New York going shit.
- 28:51[SPEAKER_02]: All right, we can't have that here because Karen Bass is completely unlikable.
- 28:55[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know how she's in the lead, but then again, there is an income to see advantage even when you suck.
- 29:00[SPEAKER_07]: Oh yeah, it doesn't matter.
- 29:02[SPEAKER_02]: Name recognition matters.
- 29:04[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, also it should be noted.
- 29:05[SPEAKER_07]: This is just the primary.
- 29:06[SPEAKER_07]: So all's prad needs to do is get second to be on the general.
- 29:10[SPEAKER_07]: Okay, so it's the same with California, the California governor where you're talking like do could it be two Republicans at the top so it it might be him.
- 29:18[SPEAKER_07]: He doesn't need to win.
- 29:19[SPEAKER_07]: He needs to finish top two.
- 29:21[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, so then he is in the top two right now.
- 29:24[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah.
- 29:24[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah.
- 29:25[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah.
- 29:26[SPEAKER_07]: So yeah.
- 29:27[SPEAKER_02]: That's dope.
- 29:28[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, uh, shit.
- 29:30[SPEAKER_02]: Congratulations, many.
- 29:31[SPEAKER_02]: He hopped into this late, too.
- 29:33[SPEAKER_07]: So, um, and I hope he does get it because even if he loses, you know, he's he pulls bass in the direction that she needs to be pulled in terms of policy.
- 29:42[SPEAKER_07]: Right.
- 29:42[SPEAKER_07]: Right.
- 29:43[SPEAKER_07]: Where is ramen?
- 29:44[SPEAKER_07]: We'll hold her in the course possible direction.
- 29:47[SPEAKER_02]: The worst thing ever.
- 29:47[SPEAKER_02]: But, uh, at the end of the day, he's still going to have to work with City Council on all that shit and get funding.
- 29:53[SPEAKER_02]: Um, and I don't know how.
- 29:55[SPEAKER_02]: or if they let him do that, but it's certainly interesting because Bob, if he were to win somehow, he will be mayor of Los Angeles for the 20, 20, 8's Olympic Games, which is hilarious.
- 30:09[SPEAKER_02]: He will like the torch, Bob.
- 30:11[SPEAKER_02]: Spencer Pratt does does the mayor like the torch.
- 30:13[SPEAKER_02]: I don't think the mayor.
- 30:14[SPEAKER_02]: I think they do this thing.
- 30:16[SPEAKER_02]: It's like a marathon, right?
- 30:17[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, I'll carry it.
- 30:18[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, he'll carry it.
- 30:18[SPEAKER_07]: So it'll go from usually some special person.
- 30:20[SPEAKER_02]: It is at the end.
- 30:21[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 30:22[SPEAKER_02]: But it'll go from city to city, mayor to mayor.
- 30:24[SPEAKER_02]: He'll be there.
- 30:25[SPEAKER_02]: You know, from the handoff and all that other shits and Spencer Pratt will be your mayor for Los Angeles for the 20, 28 Olympic games.
- 30:33[SPEAKER_02]: I'd love to see it.
- 30:34[SPEAKER_02]: That would be fucking incredible dude.
- 30:37[SPEAKER_02]: Holy shit.
- 30:39[SPEAKER_02]: But
- 30:40[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I don't know what's happening and what the future of all this is.
- 30:44[SPEAKER_02]: You brought up JD the answer earlier too, like he loves those videos.
- 30:47[SPEAKER_07]: I know he does, it's just, um, I don't know.
- 30:51[SPEAKER_07]: I feel it's like to me that aren't staying power.
- 30:54[SPEAKER_07]: It's a good way to get your name out there, but it's like step one.
- 30:58[SPEAKER_07]: The meaning is like step one.
- 30:59[SPEAKER_07]: You can't keep doing step one over and over and over again.
- 31:02[SPEAKER_02]: Right, right, right.
- 31:05[SPEAKER_02]: And then, uh, the pits.
- 31:08[SPEAKER_02]: Everybody loves that goddamn show of the pit on HBO.
- 31:10[SPEAKER_02]: Um, so I told you just the night told you would happen with that with a lawsuit.
- 31:15[SPEAKER_02]: There's a massive lawsuit.
- 31:17[SPEAKER_02]: He essentially hit up Michael Cretan's widow on email.
- 31:21[SPEAKER_02]: Uh, they, he, uh, created her own, uh, ER and just said, look, why can't we just reboot it with this just character and we can kind of tweak it where it's like an in 24 hours setting blah, blah, blah.
- 31:32[SPEAKER_02]: She said, no, they made the show anyways.
- 31:35[SPEAKER_02]: She sued, and it was right before the merger with Warner Bros. HBO with Paramounts after the buy there.
- 31:43[SPEAKER_02]: Well, it must've went through, because he's doing a shit ton of interviews, and it just got picked up for a season three now, and the ratings keep going higher and higher and higher for that show.
- 31:53[SPEAKER_02]: So, holy shit, man, that's crazy.
- 31:56[SPEAKER_02]: Are you a fan of it?
- 31:57[SPEAKER_07]: uh... i like the first couple episodes i kind of like it's now very like um... political topic of the week type of shit uh... really they do a lot of stuff with like i'm we watched the first three episodes i was good it's just for money in the are said it's really i it is a extremely well done show regardless of the words coming out of their mouths uh... it's just got to a point from i i fell off because i'm just i have a lot going on but then i start reading about like some of the story lines and i was like i don't think i'm going back
- 32:27[SPEAKER_11]: Okay, all right.
- 32:28[SPEAKER_07]: They have like ice in an episode and stop it and all this stuff and it's like I don't know agree or disagree I don't need my fucking like not not Like non political TV like if I'm watching like some new version of the West Wing and they talk about it totally Why wouldn't that fits him in the story?
- 32:47[SPEAKER_07]: It's a South Park which is a satirical show Totally that makes sense Hospital show it's like God damn guys
- 32:55[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah, I feel the same way and I think it's the same way I've always thought about late night comedy, you know, as far as it's late, it's late show guys go, it's like, hey dude, it's usually very light on politics and it's a comedy show, but I don't know if you if you saw this, so the five of them got together last night.
- 33:14[SPEAKER_02]: They've got a name, it's called like the Super Five or podcast five or something like that's some fun flirting name there and they've all agreed.
- 33:23[SPEAKER_02]: Jimmy Kimmel's, or I'm sorry, Stephen Colbert's last night, they're all going to show reruns and solidarity with our fucking talk show, brother.
- 33:32[SPEAKER_02]: Fuck off dude.
- 33:34[SPEAKER_02]: Look, let's face it.
- 33:35[SPEAKER_02]: All the five of you got together and say, hey, we're all out of jobs, the ratings podcast have taken over.
- 33:39[SPEAKER_02]: We're doing eight minics, sediments, segments that are fucking completely goddamn scripted and our whole monologues are topical political and we're only having politicians on the show now and we're
- 33:51[SPEAKER_02]: It's a fun way out, guys, and I understand it.
- 33:53[SPEAKER_02]: You want to go out as martyrs, but for the five of them getting together and doing this, let's not pretend.
- 33:59[SPEAKER_02]: Can we not go back to like the NBA's guilty of this, too?
- 34:03[SPEAKER_02]: Where you just hate each other in the off season?
- 34:06[SPEAKER_02]: No one, no one in entertainment history, has been more of a psychopath or a bigger asshole than Jay Leno.
- 34:14[SPEAKER_02]: at the end of the day.
- 34:16[SPEAKER_07]: I disagree.
- 34:17[SPEAKER_02]: Who do you got there?
- 34:18[SPEAKER_02]: Johnny Carson was a fucking savage off camera.
- 34:22[SPEAKER_02]: Hey, Johnny Carson though, did it right.
- 34:25[SPEAKER_02]: All he said was, I'm the best and fuck you guys.
- 34:29[SPEAKER_02]: And then after it's over, I'm retiring at Palm Springs.
- 34:32[SPEAKER_02]: You will never ever see me again, which is exactly what he did.
- 34:35[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, no, I'm not saying that.
- 34:37[SPEAKER_07]: I love Johnny Carson.
- 34:38[SPEAKER_07]: I think he's rightfully alleged, but from all accounts like off camera, like he was killer.
- 34:45[SPEAKER_02]: gangster, but you know what Jay Leno did right?
- 34:48[SPEAKER_07]: I mean, I know the the whole Leno Letterman situation for sure, but I don't know the other.
- 34:52[SPEAKER_02]: But do you know the extremes that he went to?
- 34:54[SPEAKER_07]: Uh, didn't he hide in a closet?
- 34:55[SPEAKER_02]: Sure, did.
- 34:56[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, a conference room.
- 34:58[SPEAKER_02]: So they were going to have this huge conference.
- 35:01[SPEAKER_02]: about the future of late night.
- 35:03[SPEAKER_02]: And it was two shows back to back.
- 35:05[SPEAKER_02]: It late show and then the late late show and that was both with CBS and NBC.
- 35:13[SPEAKER_02]: And then finally the other one ABC jumps into the mix, but only with one show.
- 35:18[SPEAKER_02]: So it was chemical.
- 35:20[SPEAKER_02]: But but as this was going on because people forget it, Kim was been on for like 20 years.
- 35:23[SPEAKER_07]: Um, people forget, uh, Kimmel, here's how long Kimmel's been on.
- 35:28[SPEAKER_07]: Uh, Vinnie Chase goes on Kimmel in the first season of honor for us.
- 35:31[SPEAKER_07]: Stop it.
- 35:33[SPEAKER_02]: Holy shit.
- 35:35[SPEAKER_02]: That's wild now.
- 35:36[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 35:36[SPEAKER_02]: That's wild.
- 35:38[SPEAKER_02]: Hey, here's how long he's been on.
- 35:39[SPEAKER_02]: I took a fucking meeting with him at the goddamn set there.
- 35:42[SPEAKER_02]: Um, so that was so long long time ago.
- 35:45[SPEAKER_02]: Jesus Christ.
- 35:46[SPEAKER_02]: I think he had a,
- 35:47[SPEAKER_02]: doesn't sound or or is that cousin sounds actually I think Bill Simmons is he's on bill Simmons podcast but bill Simmons was an original writer for Jimmy Kimmel ah got it got okay that's the connection there it was a movie about wiffleball and they were usually wiffleball fans so I took the meeting or whatever I mean back then he was a nice affable guide and issue with them pleasant meeting and everything else um but uh leno
- 36:13[SPEAKER_02]: when it came down to it, because there was rumors that he might not get the job and he was supposed to get a letter at the beginning and there was rumors that he might not get the job and everything else.
- 36:26[SPEAKER_02]: He kept fighting for it and all this other shit and then eventually he was so fucking paranoid that he hid in the closet where they were having the conference meeting so he could find out of whether or not he got the job.
- 36:41[SPEAKER_02]: which is fucking bananas.
- 36:43[SPEAKER_02]: It's lunacy, yeah.
- 36:44[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 36:45[SPEAKER_02]: And there was another time where on his way out, because they did eventually, I don't know if you guys remember this, probably not, but they forced him to step down.
- 36:55[SPEAKER_02]: And they said, hey, you know, you're getting a little older and the show is going to come in a bright.
- 37:00[SPEAKER_02]: That's the gig, right?
- 37:02[SPEAKER_02]: Letterman went over to CBS in the same time slot when up against Leno.
- 37:06[SPEAKER_02]: And,
- 37:07[SPEAKER_02]: For the most part, Lennon beat him every single year in the ratings, except for the last two.
- 37:11[SPEAKER_02]: Well, those last two, they said we're going to switch this out and we're going to go with somebody younger and we're good countering in there.
- 37:18[SPEAKER_02]: Now, the next part was, they didn't know what the meeting was taking place.
- 37:23[SPEAKER_02]: And there's just trying to overhear conversations in the hallways, so he hid in the janitor closet for that one.
- 37:31[SPEAKER_02]: Just kind of waited all day.
- 37:32[SPEAKER_02]: Listening to people and all this other shit.
- 37:35[SPEAKER_02]: Cone and got the job for roughly three to four months J. Leno the ratings weren't great started fall very very quickly and it was like firing a coach to early Bob They got rid of them and put J. Leno in well Initially they give Janet lead J. Leno a 10 o'clock slot so that way it would go from 10 into cone and out to that
- 37:57[SPEAKER_02]: And Cohen was like what the fuck is going on and then they put Leno back in the slot and everything else and Cohen was like fuck you guys I'm doing I'm going to TBS But that all being said it's just a dying medium and this is kind of the end of it I still think Bill Morris Friday night show will stay around I still think there's room for You know I'm not a big fan of his John Oliver first Sunday night show there
- 38:24[SPEAKER_02]: That's a half-hour piece, it's very well-written and, you know, to just sketches or anything else.
- 38:29[SPEAKER_02]: I still think there is places for those, so I think those shows...
- 38:32[SPEAKER_07]: But neither of those shows are in the normal format.
- 38:35[SPEAKER_02]: Correct.
- 38:35[SPEAKER_02]: And, and I think there'll be fine as time goes on.
- 38:40[SPEAKER_02]: I don't think either of those guys.
- 38:41[SPEAKER_02]: I heard with Bill Mar, it is a walk-away situation there, where as soon as they'll keep them on contract until they decide to walk away.
- 38:49[SPEAKER_02]: Now, it's podcast is good, and...
- 38:52[SPEAKER_02]: Man, he fucking boozes and does a lot of drugs.
- 38:54[SPEAKER_02]: I was surprised, but maybe eventually slides into that because it's doing well.
- 38:59[SPEAKER_02]: But I think that Friday night show will be there for a while the Sunday night show will be there for a while.
- 39:03[SPEAKER_02]: They don't have a lot of guests.
- 39:05[SPEAKER_02]: Comedy Central is...
- 39:07[SPEAKER_02]: would be dead if it weren't for South Park.
- 39:09[SPEAKER_02]: South Park is the only thing that's keeping that thing up.
- 39:12[SPEAKER_02]: Otherwise, I don't hold an entire network or even canceled 10 years ago with this point.
- 39:16[SPEAKER_07]: Oh, they ran themselves into the fucking ground.
- 39:19[SPEAKER_07]: Have you ever seen, uh, I think it was an interview with Neil Brennan, right?
- 39:22[SPEAKER_07]: The co creator of Chappelle show.
- 39:25[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah.
- 39:25[SPEAKER_07]: And he was like, yeah, working there.
- 39:28[SPEAKER_07]: Um, and I guarantee you the supplies to the South Park guys, too.
- 39:31[SPEAKER_07]: he was like after a while at some point around the time of Chappelle show the people that started running it or these real like sort of comedy hipsters and they sort of just tolerated Chappelle show and South Park but what they really wanted to do was the more like
- 39:50[SPEAKER_07]: avant-garde type of comedy shows which not to say that they were bad like Nathan for you and um what was the one with uh and her daily Nathan for you was very good uh yeah but there's one of the and her daily too where you like tries different things every day but there's like an overarching story of who's learning his life and stuff like that both of these shows are really really well done
- 40:10[SPEAKER_02]: no broad appeal no what so ever none and they tried they just filled it up with that at least it's like um bro i didn't like it really but broad city was i actually like broad city and then i got to know the broads afterwards and i i didn't like them but so exactly who you thought they were i didn't know i didn't know it's to be honest with you but
- 40:29[SPEAKER_02]: I thought that show was very good, they jumped a shark when they had Hillary Clinton on a new reason but and work a hollocks too, like they had some land, but I didn't go hollocks was good.
- 40:37[SPEAKER_07]: I guarantee you work a hollocks was fucking tolerated as well.
- 40:40[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, and it was a sketch show before on YouTube before it was an actual TV show.
- 40:47[SPEAKER_02]: And then with Drunk History, I worked with Derek, it's Eric Waters, it's a funnier die when
- 40:59[SPEAKER_02]: Even for a sketch that was too long.
- 41:01[SPEAKER_02]: It was like, I mean, first sketch I was like five minutes thirty eight seconds.
- 41:03[SPEAKER_02]: And I was like, man, if Jack Black wasn't in this, there's no way you could get away with a sketch right now.
- 41:09[SPEAKER_02]: I had zero thinking that that could be a television show, but because the executives were star fuckers, all they wanted was to meet the celebrities all day long.
- 41:19[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 41:19[SPEAKER_02]: So like that's showing on for like eight seasons, and it was famous people all throughout.
- 41:24[SPEAKER_07]: But, but they're instinct at comedy central was to lean.
- 41:27[SPEAKER_07]: into like avant-garde like oh this is like it's just a type of thing that drives me insane constantly which is like oh i'm gonna write something that makes my other writer and comedian friends laugh yeah great right no one else or care and then the shows where just don't get how they're made i finished the furniture show with uh... robinson on HBO
- 41:50[SPEAKER_02]: The chair company.
- 41:51[SPEAKER_02]: The chair company.
- 41:52[SPEAKER_02]: That's it.
- 41:52[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, what's the Tim Robinson.
- 41:54[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, who's brilliant.
- 41:56[SPEAKER_02]: I surprisingly I was one of those people where he was just too fucking weird looking and I was like I can't give this guy a shot and then I gave it a shot one night and I got sucked in and on what Detroiters or Detroiters Detroiters is a master.
- 42:11[SPEAKER_02]: I was and I'll tell you I was five years late to Detroiters I didn't even see it.
- 42:15[SPEAKER_02]: Same old Netflix.
- 42:16[SPEAKER_02]: So I think it came out like 2018 and I didn't see it.
- 42:18[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah
- 42:19[SPEAKER_07]: I feel bad for not watching it.
- 42:21[SPEAKER_02]: Same, that show should have been on for 10 years.
- 42:23[SPEAKER_02]: Same, and it's because we didn't watch it, that it got canceled because the ratings were terrible.
- 42:27[SPEAKER_02]: And now this chair company shows doing really well.
- 42:31[SPEAKER_02]: Luckily, and so I think it's coming back for a second season, and it's so...
- 42:36[SPEAKER_02]: fucking insane that there's no words for it, and I'm like, how does you pass this by a network?
- 42:41[SPEAKER_02]: I just don't know.
- 42:42[SPEAKER_07]: I think at this point, he's like, he's a little bit of a known entity.
- 42:45[SPEAKER_02]: I think so too, but I don't put it in the comments on Patreon, whether you're not, you know Tim Robbins.
- 42:51[SPEAKER_02]: His sketch show on Netflix crushes.
- 42:53[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, it's get show was hilarious.
- 42:55[SPEAKER_02]: Do you know why I even gave him a shot pop?
- 42:57[SPEAKER_02]: Well, I go back to this Spencer Pratt thing.
- 42:59[SPEAKER_02]: I just saw him in so many memes.
- 43:01[SPEAKER_02]: And I was like, uh, maybe shit's funny.
- 43:03[SPEAKER_02]: If everybody's me, I don't like this.
- 43:05[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, well, I like the boys.
- 43:06[SPEAKER_02]: That one blonde dude isn't so many fucking memes.
- 43:09[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I was like, all right, man, this isn't really my thing, but I'll pop it on.
- 43:13[SPEAKER_07]: you know you want to know he's funny though it would based on the memes it is because the memes are just applying a line from his show to a situation it's not like they're just like warping it or anything like that it's like the line is so funny and universal it's just a clip of the show usually basically yeah like we're all looking for the guy who did this yeah dot dot got you they're they don't they're not changing anything from the show that's funny
- 43:35[SPEAKER_07]: It's just a great joke that applies to a million different things, and it's brilliant.
- 43:41[SPEAKER_07]: That's what you want.
- 43:42[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know, and he's the, that those memes with the only reason I gave it a shot, where I was like, fuck man, if everybody loves this guy, he knows this, maybe I'm wrong.
- 43:50[SPEAKER_02]: Is I did not like him on SNL?
- 43:52[SPEAKER_02]: Um, he is not made for that.
- 43:54[SPEAKER_02]: No, he is made to do exactly what he's doing now, which I, is,
- 43:58[SPEAKER_02]: indescribable.
- 43:59[SPEAKER_07]: I don't even know what to say about this.
- 44:01[SPEAKER_07]: But he's the perfect example of like he is his own weird thing that's like a little bit avant-garde, but it's he's only doing it for himself, so it's kind of like brought appeal when you're trying to make your
- 44:11[SPEAKER_07]: your close friends at the open mic or your imprav show laugh or something like that.
- 44:16[SPEAKER_07]: Just fuck off, you're done.
- 44:17[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, sorry about it.
- 44:20[SPEAKER_02]: But there's some cool shit coming out.
- 44:22[SPEAKER_02]: There's a lot of cool shit being shot.
- 44:24[SPEAKER_02]: The movies are having a fucking comeback right now, which is great.
- 44:27[SPEAKER_02]: And so you're going to get a lot more movies.
- 44:30[SPEAKER_02]: Love to see a comedy pops in there sometime.
- 44:32[SPEAKER_02]: But we'll see.
- 44:34[SPEAKER_02]: And then as far as that Odyssey thing to kind of follow up
- 44:42[SPEAKER_02]: All he's getting questions about is the fucking race issue and accents and shit like that, like this movie's fucking doomed, just doomed.
- 44:50[SPEAKER_02]: I saw three more yesterday.
- 44:52[SPEAKER_02]: when I was like, it has nothing to do with a movie whatsoever.
- 44:54[SPEAKER_02]: And it's just getting, it's just generating too much Brad Press.
- 44:58[SPEAKER_02]: So, oh, that one's gonna hurt.
- 45:02[SPEAKER_02]: That one's gonna fucking hurt.
- 45:03[SPEAKER_02]: Is he a political guy in real life?
- 45:05[SPEAKER_02]: No one?
- 45:06[SPEAKER_07]: I'm sure he's a liberal.
- 45:07[SPEAKER_07]: I don't really know, I don't think he's very outspoken.
- 45:10[SPEAKER_02]: He's the head of the DGA.
- 45:12[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 45:13[SPEAKER_02]: He was outspoken during those, speaking of which, screen-actors guild said, nah, we're not striking due.
- 45:22[SPEAKER_02]: everybody signed immediately across the board they were like we can't keep doing it every four years well they also can't keep fighting the AI so they didn't even try they were just like cool what do we have do we have something do we have some form of contract great we will sign this like Hollywood beat them into the fucking ground I don't even understand how I okay so AI
- 45:43[SPEAKER_07]: I guess it wouldn't kill writers, but I guess it would kill a lot of jobs in writer's rooms where the writer's funnel up through it, maybe like script supervisor and stuff like that.
- 45:53[SPEAKER_02]: So here's, here's what everybody pitched for in the last round that nobody pitched for this round.
- 45:58[SPEAKER_02]: We'll start with the actors.
- 45:59[SPEAKER_02]: Actors, they wanted to replace other actors with it, not only just normal ones, but like one day players who sock and yeah, you can easily do that.
- 46:08[SPEAKER_02]: Background, yeah, that's exactly extra background stuff like that.
- 46:11[SPEAKER_02]: Actors are the most expensive fucking part of every goddamn movie I've ever shot.
- 46:16[SPEAKER_02]: Why?
- 46:17[SPEAKER_02]: Because you need 100, 200, then you got to get more drove, then you got to feed them, then you got to have a place for them to stay, and then you got to fucking pay them, and then they're running into the tents, and then some of them
- 46:28[SPEAKER_02]: throughout the day, or they're like, I'm all good.
- 46:32[SPEAKER_02]: So that part, I could definitely see in it super easy but that is how everybody broke into the industry.
- 46:39[SPEAKER_02]: And so like,
- 46:40[SPEAKER_02]: Yes.
- 46:41[SPEAKER_07]: So the two jobs that I'm aware of is how you get into a writer's room, right?
- 46:47[SPEAKER_07]: How a young writer gets into a writer's room meets people, proves kind of who they are on both vibe and talent and stuff like that, very replaceable by AI, which is a problem because then it's harder to get into a writer's room, right?
- 46:59[SPEAKER_07]: Correct.
- 46:59[SPEAKER_07]: The two jobs are script coordinator.
- 47:02[SPEAKER_07]: Right?
- 47:03[SPEAKER_07]: Yep.
- 47:03[SPEAKER_07]: You manage script workflow, grammar, formatting, sending it to network and studio executives and then writers assistant taking detailed notes on meetings.
- 47:13[SPEAKER_07]: No need for that anymore.
- 47:15[SPEAKER_07]: Maintaining continuity trackers?
- 47:17[SPEAKER_02]: I know.
- 47:18[SPEAKER_02]: That's a yeah.
- 47:18[SPEAKER_02]: I know.
- 47:19[SPEAKER_02]: I'm back in the day.
- 47:20[SPEAKER_02]: I used to sit to your point in a writer's room that was just a conference room It wasn't big.
- 47:25[SPEAKER_02]: Not many things were big and then if you were shadowing somebody or following somebody you would have to sit behind them and Just kind of peek over their shoulder and make your own notes and all that other shits and that's not available anymore.
- 47:38[SPEAKER_02]: So the writer said
- 47:39[SPEAKER_02]: cool.
- 47:40[SPEAKER_02]: We're just going to sign this.
- 47:41[SPEAKER_02]: We don't want any more of its directors, but they could have fought for AI wise.
- 47:46[SPEAKER_02]: A lot of these commercials are already going to AI.
- 47:50[SPEAKER_02]: There was one during the Super Bowl with the polar bear and the fucking Coca-Cola thing.
- 47:54[SPEAKER_02]: And well, there was, there was two.
- 47:56[SPEAKER_02]: I know.
- 47:57[SPEAKER_08]: There was also an alcohol company who did it.
- 47:59[SPEAKER_08]: And it was one of the worst received ads of the whole entire Super Correct.
- 48:03[SPEAKER_02]: But they could
- 48:07[SPEAKER_02]: And they just said, hey, we just want to fucking job right now.
- 48:10[SPEAKER_02]: So I think it's smart, especially with everything that's going on right now.
- 48:15[SPEAKER_02]: But yeah, the actors just settled.
- 48:16[SPEAKER_02]: So you're not going to have to worry about strikes for the next four years.
- 48:19[SPEAKER_02]: And it was usually these deals with three.
- 48:21[SPEAKER_02]: I got four out of all of them, just because people want to fucking work.
- 48:25[SPEAKER_07]: So here's my question, though, because it's not AI is not going to replace writers and especially comedy writers, right?
- 48:32[SPEAKER_07]: It's not going to do that.
- 48:33[SPEAKER_07]: No.
- 48:34[SPEAKER_07]: Okay, well now, how do you get young talent where it up into these rooms?
- 48:40[SPEAKER_07]: Cause you're not obviously gonna hide you, not,
- 48:42[SPEAKER_07]: So Donald Glover started writing for 30 rock right out of college.
- 48:46[SPEAKER_07]: That doesn't happen.
- 48:46[SPEAKER_07]: No right doesn't happen right most people have to come in and take these shit job It's just normal for any industry really sure How do you get these people in there so you have talent return over in the next year?
- 48:58[SPEAKER_07]: Where what happened to your minor leaks?
- 49:00[SPEAKER_07]: Right well, how about how do you fix that?
- 49:02[SPEAKER_07]: How do you find you you can't because you also can't just bring in like
- 49:05[SPEAKER_07]: Hey, this guy made some funny TikToks.
- 49:07[SPEAKER_02]: They would have had to have fixed it during this contract and said, hey, all right.
- 49:12[SPEAKER_02]: There's only six of us now.
- 49:15[SPEAKER_02]: You can go to 12 if it's like a 20 episode season.
- 49:17[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, because the room's for shrunk, right?
- 49:19[SPEAKER_07]: It's just the main writer talent.
- 49:21[SPEAKER_02]: When I started, it was 22 and then it moved to 12.
- 49:24[SPEAKER_02]: And now it's six and you're just like, holy shit.
- 49:27[SPEAKER_02]: You would have had to put that in there in this contract and they didn't do it.
- 49:29[SPEAKER_07]: Okay, so I don't know where you find the next great comedy writer, but then again, they're not making comedies because the other thing too is like this is the only way to train to write television Yeah, because you can't just be like, oh, this guy's a funny stand-up.
- 49:42[SPEAKER_07]: Let's have him write a script.
- 49:43[SPEAKER_02]: You didn't know what the fuck he's doing No, and the scripts are terrible.
- 49:45[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, like really bad same with a tick of someone who's making great sketches on TikTok
- 49:50[SPEAKER_07]: For all you know, they're writing that scratch, that sketch is script.
- 49:55[SPEAKER_07]: If they're even is one, Google Docs is not remotely formatted, like a script, you know what I mean like and so like you you are very quickly in the next 15 years going to have people who literally don't know how to write a script.
- 50:07[SPEAKER_02]: And let's take the last one that just came out to your point is a movie called Bus Boys with Theo Vaughan.
- 50:12[SPEAKER_02]: Yep.
- 50:13[SPEAKER_02]: Now, I'm not shooting on Theo Vaughn, I like Theo Vaughn.
- 50:16[SPEAKER_02]: He's a very nice human in real life, jatted with him a few times.
- 50:20[SPEAKER_02]: And he did this movie, Boss Boyz, that was his dream.
- 50:24[SPEAKER_02]: Like, for whatever reason, most of the, pop it's the opposite.
- 50:27[SPEAKER_02]: Most of those guys are ahead of me in the charts.
- 50:29[SPEAKER_02]: Like, Bert, Top, Sagar, Theo Vaughn, Tim Dillet.
- 50:34[SPEAKER_02]: They all want to be movie stars for some reason.
- 50:36[SPEAKER_02]: And I don't really get it.
- 50:38[SPEAKER_02]: I'll give Burke credit his show is good.
- 50:40[SPEAKER_07]: The new one on Netflix, I've about halfway through it.
- 50:42[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, I thought it was good.
- 50:43[SPEAKER_07]: It wasn't, it wasn't like amazing, but I was like, this is a solid.
- 50:46[SPEAKER_02]: It was good enough.
- 50:47[SPEAKER_02]: Yes.
- 50:48[SPEAKER_02]: And that's, you know, remind me of an HBO show or something like that, like, and they could have done it four years ago.
- 50:54[SPEAKER_02]: It's not like it's changed or it's wife has changed or anything.
- 50:56[SPEAKER_02]: So, but yeah, I like that one, but let's take, let's stick with bus boys right now.
- 51:01[SPEAKER_02]: It just came out, made 1.6 million in the box office, one weekend, and then they pulled it from there.
- 51:06[SPEAKER_02]: Now, at a front of mine that worked on that movie and said, it was not good.
- 51:11[SPEAKER_02]: I said it was terrible, and they said, hey, we got notes for you and everything else and Theo just said, no, no, no.
- 51:17[SPEAKER_02]: But he got the money to make it because he's a famous podcaster and he could promote the movie.
- 51:21[SPEAKER_02]: And he got it all as podcasting friends to come in.
- 51:23[SPEAKER_02]: It sent Tim Dylan and everything else.
- 51:25[SPEAKER_02]: It turns out he could not promote the movie.
- 51:27[SPEAKER_02]: Correct.
- 51:28[SPEAKER_02]: And that's the end of the same thing with a machine with Bert, that didn't do well either.
- 51:31[SPEAKER_02]: And you know, I think podcast is still a, we have our own audiences, they're all niche.
- 51:38[SPEAKER_02]: And we have our own fans, but not broad enough to extend beyond that.
- 51:44[SPEAKER_02]: And the last, you get the best writers and the best directors to come in and knock out something crazy.
- 51:49[SPEAKER_02]: You don't have that anymore either.
- 51:50[SPEAKER_02]: So to go back to what you originally said about the young talent, all the way around, I don't know where they find these people, unless you do it on your own, on YouTube or something.
- 52:00[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, and I still do know people in LA who are in those low low, that's much more because they're getting older, but I know people in LA who are working those jobs writing assistant and the script supervisor and story editor and stuff like that,
- 52:16[SPEAKER_07]: It got to think like there's nobody, it's like imagine like college football if if like three-fourths of the high schools in America banned high school football because it was too dangerous.
- 52:25[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah dude.
- 52:26[SPEAKER_07]: Oh okay, where's that fucking talent for the college game coming from now?
- 52:29[SPEAKER_02]: It's actually by the way happening right here in this town and I had a meeting with a commissioner about it for Pop Warner because it's a feeder system up to high school and they were like, man, we're worried about the talent and who we used to be and all that other shits.
- 52:46[SPEAKER_02]: Highland Park, Bob, Ryan, you were there, actually.
- 52:49[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, have you ever seen a facility like that in your life for football or any other high school sports?
- 52:56[SPEAKER_02]: No, it looked like a D1 school.
- 52:58[SPEAKER_02]: It felt like I was playing in Ohio State, I was like Ohio State as that type of facility.
- 53:01[SPEAKER_02]: And that was the practice facility.
- 53:02[SPEAKER_02]: Correct.
- 53:03[SPEAKER_02]: And it was indoors only because if it's too hot, they will practice indoors and then go outdoors later.
- 53:09[SPEAKER_02]: They had a practice field next to that that was outdoors, and then they had a stadium that held 25 to 27,000 people And Ryder and I were looking at it and those motherfuckers haven't won a title over 20 years.
- 53:21[SPEAKER_02]: It was like 98.99 And you're like, why are you guys paying for this with your taxes?
- 53:28[SPEAKER_02]: I don't really understand.
- 53:30[SPEAKER_07]: I think the richest part of Texas can pay for it.
- 53:32[SPEAKER_02]: I think so too
- 53:33[SPEAKER_02]: But the problem is, the talent isn't there anymore because all these fucking people that are moving in, they just release the list this morning, by the way.
- 53:41[SPEAKER_02]: So, the top three that are leaving, this is really funny, so bear with me on this.
- 53:47[SPEAKER_02]: California, New York, and then Texas.
- 53:50[SPEAKER_02]: However, Texas is number two, where people are moving to, which tells me that California is moving there.
- 53:57[SPEAKER_02]: And then the third one of moving, there was North Carolina,
- 54:02[SPEAKER_02]: Obviously stayed there.
- 54:03[SPEAKER_02]: There's a lot of people from New York last time I was there now.
- 54:06[SPEAKER_02]: They were all cool like fire fighters and shit, but like it's changing Yeah, it's changing for sure.
- 54:13[SPEAKER_07]: So well, I think Highland Park 2 it comes and goes because it's such an expensive part of town Like they have had I mean, you know who their most famous football alumni is right?
- 54:21[SPEAKER_07]: No, it's fucking Matt Stafford
- 54:23[SPEAKER_07]: Was it really?
- 54:24[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, and you know who was on that team with Matt Staffer?
- 54:26[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah, they always say it's a reminder of football.
- 54:28[SPEAKER_02]: Who was it?
- 54:29[SPEAKER_02]: Clayton Kerschel.
- 54:29[SPEAKER_02]: That's right.
- 54:30[SPEAKER_02]: Fuck me.
- 54:31[SPEAKER_07]: Yep.
- 54:31[SPEAKER_07]: It's, it's in elite sports school, but it's also the, it's the richest part of Texas.
- 54:37[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 54:38[SPEAKER_02]: uh... but they have not wanted a very long time the last one we saw was i think a city title like four five years ago and i was like man would you even hang that banner they had i mean they had a i'm on their wikipedia page right now they had a three-peat from twenty sixteen to twenty eighteen info ball yep really yeah in state yep no shit we have been around we don't feel the better it's actually yeah
- 55:02[SPEAKER_02]: Interesting.
- 55:02[SPEAKER_07]: Okay.
- 55:03[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah.
- 55:03[SPEAKER_07]: In 2018, Highland Park won its third straight state championship.
- 55:07[SPEAKER_07]: I pay apologies.
- 55:08[SPEAKER_07]: And that those banners were not.
- 55:09[SPEAKER_07]: No, it's a good sports school for sure.
- 55:11[SPEAKER_07]: And they also, Highland Park puts out, um, surprisingly, a lot of pro golfers.
- 55:16[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, you're well.
- 55:17[SPEAKER_07]: One with think.
- 55:18[SPEAKER_02]: The richest sport.
- 55:20[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 55:20[SPEAKER_02]: Man, I'll never forget it.
- 55:23[SPEAKER_07]: That's what my wife is from.
- 55:25[SPEAKER_07]: That's why I know this.
- 55:25[SPEAKER_07]: My father-in-law is a very his son's played with Stafford.
- 55:29[SPEAKER_02]: Well, good for you.
- 55:30[SPEAKER_02]: I used to know somebody there, Bob, but she was very rich.
- 55:34[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, so it's socialite.
- 55:36[SPEAKER_02]: That's what they call it, so sure.
- 55:40[SPEAKER_02]: But yeah, dude.
- 55:43[SPEAKER_07]: Okay, all right, three titles like literally I went out my my mother-in-law and her husband were in town this weekend because we were moving and all Sunday He was wearing his highland park football pool.
- 55:54[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, there's still big fans.
- 55:55[SPEAKER_07]: Oh, and you know who else played there.
- 55:57[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, Jerry Jones is a grandson.
- 55:59[SPEAKER_02]: All right
- 55:59[SPEAKER_02]: Um, but yeah, my point is with with everything the way it isn't popcorn or it means scared to play and all that other shit like it's going to be the same way where You're gonna get softer shit dude.
- 56:10[SPEAKER_02]: Uh, it's just the way The world works unfortunately and it sucks But look, we're not leaving on a negative here for Christ's sakes.
- 56:19[SPEAKER_02]: We're gonna knock it up today.
- 56:21[SPEAKER_02]: How many do you have Bob?
- 56:23[SPEAKER_07]: A few got a couple.
- 56:25[SPEAKER_02]: I'm gonna unload the fucking flip.
- 56:27[SPEAKER_02]: I don't look I'll just give people a warning at home It's gonna be a while while we set up, man It's gonna take us a couple weeks to set up the sets of one stuff you know everybody work in the way this should Last one takes us don't mess it up right now.
- 56:45[SPEAKER_02]: I don't there's a lot of nervous dude
- 56:57[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, got it.
- 57:00[SPEAKER_02]: Got it.
- 57:00[SPEAKER_02]: Walk off.
- 57:01[SPEAKER_02]: Kobe scoring fucking 80, dude.
- 57:03[SPEAKER_02]: It's just 81.
- 57:05[SPEAKER_02]: OK. Oh, thank God.
- 57:08[SPEAKER_02]: I couldn't have that on my conscience.
- 57:10[SPEAKER_02]: Now, driving back tomorrow.
- 57:10[SPEAKER_02]: All right.
- 57:11[SPEAKER_07]: What do we got here?
- 57:12[SPEAKER_07]: These are in no particular order.
- 57:13[SPEAKER_07]: I'm just going to go through them.
- 57:15[SPEAKER_07]: OK.
- 57:15[SPEAKER_07]: So here's the first one.
- 57:17[SPEAKER_02]: And this one I like I do see that it says rodeo racks.
- 57:21[SPEAKER_07]: Yes, this is one of my favorite that I've seen actually because ever Just because you'll see why in my opinion.
- 57:27[SPEAKER_07]: It's not the deadliest, but it's funny
- 57:31[SPEAKER_05]: Oh shit, the man becomes a weapon no fucking way that's a music by the way yeah Morgan wall and spin you around That is a great score to that wow
- 57:55[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, because what do you do that the guy's a weapon, but also if you stop them, you're going to kill them.
- 57:59[SPEAKER_02]: So they couldn't get in there.
- 58:00[SPEAKER_07]: The bowl was using the man as a weapon.
- 58:02[SPEAKER_07]: It's like when you say like, oh, I'm going to fight off toddlers because I'd use one toddler as a weapon against the other toddlers.
- 58:08[SPEAKER_02]: Holy shit.
- 58:08[SPEAKER_02]: I have your answer, Bob.
- 58:10[SPEAKER_02]: Last night, have you seen these fucking team take over bullshits?
- 58:14[SPEAKER_02]: No.
- 58:15[SPEAKER_02]: Dude, it's happened in cities all the time and they're trying to fucking...
- 58:18[SPEAKER_08]: He's talking like, like, street takeovers, like, we'll block up an intersection.
- 58:22[SPEAKER_02]: Street takeovers.
- 58:23[SPEAKER_02]: Don't know.
- 58:23[SPEAKER_07]: Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah
- 58:44[SPEAKER_02]: I, can I tell you that it, uh, it, uh, it evo Bob, um, those little fuckers right there evo, evo except there and they were screaming at people and shit and it was like, uh, let's call it 20 of them and uh, and uh, and I was with my kids and one of them said something to one of my kids and uh, and I said hey guys, you guys, you guys haven't walked in and I just let Jesse's not here so I can tell this fucking story.
- 59:03[SPEAKER_02]: I'm plus I'm leaving, so who cares?
- 59:06[SPEAKER_02]: But I looked at this kid, he called his exact words, where he called this mom who was picking up her child from the movie with, you know, clearly the other friends, or whatever, a bunch of fucking retards.
- 59:18[SPEAKER_02]: Scream into the top of this long sentence, and they were like, fuck you, at the rest of the kids started screaming, whatever.
- 59:24[SPEAKER_02]: I went up and just grabbed this guy, I put my kids in the theater, I just walked up and grabbed this kid and I go, if you ever say something like that, again, I will fuck you in front of your friends.
- 59:33[SPEAKER_02]: the look of shock in all on his face.
- 59:35[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, he went white, his friends went fucking whites and probably the first time in his life and the Dolt has ever done something.
- 59:42[SPEAKER_02]: But I just grabbed him by the back of his collar.
- 59:45[SPEAKER_02]: You know, I didn't touch his skin, anything else.
- 59:48[SPEAKER_02]: And because the look of
- 59:51[SPEAKER_02]: just embarrassment on this kid in the mom and she was shocked and like she got out of the car and everything like um I don't like it was completely unprovoked and I just thought I felt terrible for this kid in this bit as mom for to say.
- 1:00:03[SPEAKER_08]: So do we just not parent anymore?
- 1:00:05[SPEAKER_08]: Because like I'm 27 I would have gotten my ass
- 1:00:08[SPEAKER_08]: If I did that.
- 1:00:09[SPEAKER_02]: I did multiple occasions as a child because I was kind of a fucking idiot.
- 1:00:12[SPEAKER_02]: Great questions So like after I said what I said I would say I've got my two kids with me, but they're inside.
- 1:00:18[SPEAKER_02]: So You know everybody stops and freak the fuck out and I thought maybe that was enough Walked inside of whatever Got candy popcorn started walking up because you had to go up to stairs to the theater They were screaming at somebody else maybe five ten minutes later, right?
- 1:00:32[SPEAKER_02]: And then another parent did get out this other dude
- 1:00:34[SPEAKER_02]: and in station shit to them.
- 1:00:36[SPEAKER_02]: So yeah, I'll say that it still exists.
- 1:00:40[SPEAKER_02]: It does parenting still exists.
- 1:00:42[SPEAKER_02]: However, no parent wants to believe their kid is the ass.
- 1:00:45[SPEAKER_07]: I mean, it's some extent that's kind of normal teenage shit.
- 1:00:48[SPEAKER_07]: It is.
- 1:00:49[SPEAKER_07]: And you did the normal adult thing.
- 1:00:51[SPEAKER_07]: And that's the circle of life.
- 1:00:54[SPEAKER_02]: Totally.
- 1:00:54[SPEAKER_02]: But these guys are now fighting each other.
- 1:00:57[SPEAKER_02]: And it's happened in a lot of other cities right now.
- 1:01:00[SPEAKER_02]: And they're having a bad problem with it.
- 1:01:01[SPEAKER_02]: One of them was in St. Louis, Bob.
- 1:01:03[SPEAKER_07]: Oh, I'm sure.
- 1:01:04[SPEAKER_02]: Not that that's a shock, but I'm sure.
- 1:01:06[SPEAKER_02]: But what do we got for the next NUC here?
- 1:01:09[SPEAKER_07]: I regret in my years as an coordinator that we didn't get enough weather videos.
- 1:01:14[SPEAKER_07]: Okay, but here's one.
- 1:01:17[SPEAKER_07]: Because wind is part of nature.
- 1:01:18[SPEAKER_02]: It sure is, too.
- 1:01:19[SPEAKER_02]: It is fucked up a lot of my shit, got him.
- 1:01:25[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh
- 1:01:34[SPEAKER_02]: Where was that?
- 1:01:35[SPEAKER_02]: Pakistan.
- 1:01:36[SPEAKER_02]: Wow, dude.
- 1:01:37[SPEAKER_02]: Imagine just walking your car after work.
- 1:01:40[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, there it goes.
- 1:01:41[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, fucking sign, dude.
- 1:01:42[SPEAKER_02]: Mandum.
- 1:01:44[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:01:44[SPEAKER_02]: Wow.
- 1:01:45[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:01:46[SPEAKER_02]: Holy shit, dude.
- 1:01:49[SPEAKER_02]: These are bangers, Bob.
- 1:01:50[SPEAKER_02]: Were you waiting?
- 1:01:51[SPEAKER_02]: Like, were you just loading up for the end of the year?
- 1:01:53[SPEAKER_07]: No.
- 1:01:54[SPEAKER_07]: I usually do it day of, I don't know.
- 1:01:56[SPEAKER_07]: I do the segment in the morning day of, and today, God knew it was my last day.
- 1:02:00[SPEAKER_07]: Okay.
- 1:02:01[SPEAKER_07]: Perfect and he provided perfect.
- 1:02:04[SPEAKER_07]: If you liked one of your favorite notes was a couple of weeks ago Yeah, I think this one is just as good.
- 1:02:10[SPEAKER_02]: Okay No Fuck Man, oh, they didn't even even that got coop.
- 1:02:23[SPEAKER_02]: I guess coop has a limit
- 1:02:25[SPEAKER_02]: We just found it.
- 1:02:26[SPEAKER_02]: Horses and dogs.
- 1:02:27[SPEAKER_02]: Can't watch Horses now.
- 1:02:29[SPEAKER_02]: I love Horses too, fuck.
- 1:02:32[SPEAKER_02]: And it's one of the hoofs.
- 1:02:36[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
- 1:02:37[SPEAKER_07]: That's a road full of glue.
- 1:02:39[SPEAKER_08]: And you have to put all of them down.
- 1:02:40[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, you gotta get out of the car and shoot them immediately.
- 1:02:44[SPEAKER_02]: Damn it, man.
- 1:02:46[SPEAKER_07]: Go one more time.
- 1:02:48[SPEAKER_07]: Uh.
- 1:02:48[SPEAKER_07]: Ha ha ha.
- 1:02:52[SPEAKER_07]: Oh, just a fuck fucking groove.
- 1:02:54[SPEAKER_02]: Look at that.
- 1:02:55[SPEAKER_02]: I mean that that's where the bumper off that car.
- 1:02:57[SPEAKER_07]: Oh, yeah Wow, like three times the size of a deer Damn it man.
- 1:03:02[SPEAKER_07]: I mean three four horses went down.
- 1:03:04[SPEAKER_07]: I see one two three on the ground.
- 1:03:06[SPEAKER_02]: There was another one over there I drippled over here and then there's a leg it appears.
- 1:03:10[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, shit.
- 1:03:11[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah Shit And these countries are so fucked up
- 1:03:18[SPEAKER_07]: It's not, it's not great.
- 1:03:19[SPEAKER_02]: No, no, you should show this shit on the daily basis if you wanted to talk shit about America.
- 1:03:23[SPEAKER_02]: This is what goes on around the world.
- 1:03:26[SPEAKER_07]: Now granted, the last horse car video was in America.
- 1:03:28[SPEAKER_07]: Was it really?
- 1:03:29[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, I was in, like, Philly.
- 1:03:31[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, wow, that's, it's Philly.
- 1:03:34[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, you're a America star dish.
- 1:03:36[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, well, some sage shouldn't have.
- 1:03:40[SPEAKER_07]: I'm present play.
- 1:03:40[SPEAKER_07]: This is a Jesse special.
- 1:03:42[SPEAKER_07]: Don't think this baby is long for this world.
- 1:03:50[SPEAKER_07]: Lion just took a little takeout.
- 1:03:52[SPEAKER_07]: Was that what that is?
- 1:03:53[SPEAKER_02]: I thought it was maybe born with it.
- 1:03:55[SPEAKER_02]: No, no, that's a bone.
- 1:03:58[SPEAKER_02]: How is it still alive?
- 1:03:59[SPEAKER_02]: Well, I guess like an MPT, right?
- 1:04:01[SPEAKER_02]: Life, it's got fight.
- 1:04:02[SPEAKER_02]: You know, it finds a way.
- 1:04:04[SPEAKER_02]: Holy shit.
- 1:04:05[SPEAKER_08]: The can't just give up, but yeah, it doesn't have long.
- 1:04:08[SPEAKER_02]: Man.
- 1:04:10[SPEAKER_02]: Ugh.
- 1:04:12[SPEAKER_02]: God.
- 1:04:12[SPEAKER_02]: And that one, I mean, the other one, everybody's probably just abusing that thing late at night.
- 1:04:16[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, yeah.
- 1:04:17[SPEAKER_02]: Because it can't go anywhere.
- 1:04:21[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, Bob, that one I could have lived without today.
- 1:04:24[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, I know.
- 1:04:25[SPEAKER_07]: All right, all right.
- 1:04:26[SPEAKER_07]: Doesn't my favorite.
- 1:04:27[SPEAKER_07]: No, I know.
- 1:04:28[SPEAKER_07]: This one is just, uh, I'll just play it.
- 1:04:31[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, God.
- 1:04:32[SPEAKER_00]: We do a doctor follow the law for an active shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a shark or a

- 1:04:57[SPEAKER_02]: I always love the guys who run in with the sticks.
- 1:04:59[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:05:00[SPEAKER_02]: So it's to kind of whip the bulls off.
- 1:05:02[SPEAKER_02]: That's great.
- 1:05:02[SPEAKER_02]: What a job, dude.
- 1:05:04[SPEAKER_02]: What a job.
- 1:05:05[SPEAKER_11]: Okay.
- 1:05:06[SPEAKER_07]: She's like, I'm not part of this.
- 1:05:07[SPEAKER_07]: Look, no, you're part of it.
- 1:05:09[SPEAKER_07]: Everyone's part of it.
- 1:05:10[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 1:05:12[SPEAKER_07]: Fuck.
- 1:05:15[SPEAKER_07]: Shit, dude.
- 1:05:17[SPEAKER_07]: All right.
- 1:05:18[SPEAKER_07]: All right.
- 1:05:19[SPEAKER_07]: You got more.
- 1:05:19[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, I got another weather one.
- 1:05:20[SPEAKER_11]: Fuck me.
- 1:05:21[SPEAKER_07]: Okay.
- 1:05:22[SPEAKER_07]: There's another weather-related one.
- 1:05:23[SPEAKER_07]: All right.
- 1:05:24[SPEAKER_07]: There's a more water.
- 1:05:24[SPEAKER_07]: It seems like.
- 1:05:25[SPEAKER_07]: Here we go.
- 1:05:26[SPEAKER_07]: Part of nature.
- 1:05:27[SPEAKER_07]: I don't think this gentleman's an engineer, so I don't know why he's doing what he's doing.
- 1:05:32[SPEAKER_11]: Uh-huh.
- 1:05:37[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, I don't see you later.
- 1:05:45[SPEAKER_02]: Boy, he's dead, right?
- 1:05:46[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, that was the road hit him in the head.
- 1:05:49[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, the entire road collapsed on him there.
- 1:05:51[SPEAKER_10]: So I had a friend in high school that died from almost the exact same thing.
- 1:05:55[SPEAKER_10]: Shut the fuck up.
- 1:05:57[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, him and his buddy dug a hole in the side of a, like, side of a hill because they wanted to climb inside and hotbox it, and it collapsed on top of them.
- 1:06:06[SPEAKER_10]: Did both of them die?
- 1:06:07[SPEAKER_02]: No, just one.
- 1:06:09[SPEAKER_02]: Fuck.
- 1:06:10[SPEAKER_02]: How do you explain that to the family?
- 1:06:13[SPEAKER_02]: Hey, how's your sunday?
- 1:06:14[SPEAKER_02]: Doug, a hole in the side of a mountain, just a hot box, some marijuana, and then the whole thing collapsed, and he's dead.
- 1:06:21[SPEAKER_02]: He's dead.
- 1:06:23[SPEAKER_02]: Shit, dude.
- 1:06:24[SPEAKER_11]: Okay.
- 1:06:27[SPEAKER_02]: Bob's got some more here.
- 1:06:28[SPEAKER_02]: Got some more of the fucking bullwreiner?
- 1:06:30[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, I forget what this one is, but I liked it.
- 1:06:31[SPEAKER_09]: Okay.
- 1:06:37[SPEAKER_07]: Oh, yeah, and then they just pull off his life with body.
- 1:06:52[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, that's probably not how it didn't help.
- 1:06:56[SPEAKER_02]: No, sure didn't sure didn't on this one.
- 1:07:01[SPEAKER_02]: Cat was wearing a bunch of safety shit.
- 1:07:02[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, looks like a fucking
- 1:07:05[SPEAKER_10]: life-est.
- 1:07:06[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, so if he even survived, he's going to have a whole lot of pens in his legs.
- 1:07:10[SPEAKER_10]: Oh, yeah.
- 1:07:10[SPEAKER_10]: Yeps.
- 1:07:11[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, that's, uh, each in front of like 10,000 people is 14 separate incidences where you got trampled on.
- 1:07:18[SPEAKER_08]: You're, you're done, bro.
- 1:07:20[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
- 1:07:21[SPEAKER_11]: Man.
- 1:07:21[SPEAKER_08]: Okay.
- 1:07:22[SPEAKER_11]: Okay.
- 1:07:24[SPEAKER_11]: Uh, what do we got up next?
- 1:07:25[SPEAKER_11]: I'll just life on the streets.
- 1:07:27[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah.
- 1:07:27[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, why not?
- 1:07:28[SPEAKER_11]: Why not?
- 1:07:29[SPEAKER_09]: Life on the streets.
- 1:07:33[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah.
- 1:07:33[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah.
- 1:07:33[SPEAKER_09]: Why not?
- 1:07:35[SPEAKER_02]: oh was that the baby she was carrying a child yeah okay boy that thing just buckter and that baby baby went about four or five feet in the air yeah well see you later I call like a three-year-old yeah that is a bigger child three four-year-old maybe she won't can it with like that oh well whoopsies holy shit
- 1:08:01[SPEAKER_02]: Like that one I'm okay with for some reason.
- 1:08:03[SPEAKER_02]: Like why was she walking that close to the fucking wall?
- 1:08:05[SPEAKER_07]: I don't know.
- 1:08:07[SPEAKER_02]: All right.
- 1:08:07[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, that's it.
- 1:08:08[SPEAKER_07]: That's nature, no, that's a wrap.
- 1:08:09[SPEAKER_07]: Fuck.
- 1:08:11[SPEAKER_02]: Uh, I almost had my own, yeah, give it a round of applause.
- 1:08:18[UNKNOWN]: I'm going to be close.
- 1:08:19[SPEAKER_02]: Before we get off here here, I, uh, I almost had my own yesterday or this morning, actually, excuse me, um, with a cyber truck, I made this continent dinner last night's somebody else had one.
- 1:08:30[SPEAKER_02]: And I said, hey, what happens when you have to go and drive a real car?
- 1:08:34[SPEAKER_02]: Like do you forget and the answer is yes, I got in the car this morning and I hadn't had coffee at or anything and I was heading on over to work.
- 1:08:43[SPEAKER_02]: I thought I hit the self drive.
- 1:08:46[SPEAKER_02]: I did not.
- 1:08:47[SPEAKER_02]: And luckily the car stops on its own, but holy shit, man.
- 1:08:51[SPEAKER_02]: I was heading to oncoming traffic because I thought the car was driving itself and I was texting so.
- 1:08:57[SPEAKER_02]: Almost didn't make it here today and became my own nature.
- 1:09:00[SPEAKER_07]: No, all right, so by the way, do you know my favorite genres of Tesla videos are right now?
- 1:09:06[SPEAKER_07]: Which ones?
- 1:09:06[SPEAKER_07]: So you know when you do the auto drive on the screen all the stuff shows up like Pedestrians other cars you can see all of it, right?
- 1:09:12[SPEAKER_02]: Oh everything.
- 1:09:12[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, right?
- 1:09:13[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah So what people like to do is go to graveyards at night and drive slowly down the road and random people will just start showing up on the
- 1:09:24[SPEAKER_02]: No way on the screen.
- 1:09:25[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah dude.
- 1:09:25[SPEAKER_02]: I thought that too.
- 1:09:26[SPEAKER_02]: So it can up ghosts.
- 1:09:27[SPEAKER_02]: There was some driving the other night I'm getting home late and I'm driving and I see a body just running like towards the car and I'm like, I But I don't see anybody and I was like man this this has got to be in a bug or an air or something and then sure enough man like two seconds later Homeboy was fucking just out for a late night run and a sprint.
- 1:09:49[SPEAKER_02]: It was like he was training for a fucking marathon
- 1:09:51[SPEAKER_02]: ran alongside my car and I was like, fuck, fact you were able to pick that up was nuts to me and also anybody who's training that late at night and who's in their late 40s, 50s.
- 1:10:03[SPEAKER_02]: The fuck are you doing, bro?
- 1:10:04[SPEAKER_02]: My God, man.

- 1:10:47[SPEAKER_02]: I don't like the gray And now and now that we're getting out of here and I know that I never have to see her again I hated the woman who designed this up She's a fucking set designer from LA.
- 1:10:58[SPEAKER_02]: She's such a contour work with She's like I have my own vision.
- 1:11:03[SPEAKER_02]: I go great.
- 1:11:03[SPEAKER_02]: I have my own show that I've got to sit there and do do the goddamn thing from every day
- 1:11:08[SPEAKER_02]: I go unless you're watching it every day and going to tell all your friends about it or something.
- 1:11:13[SPEAKER_02]: I don't care what your vision is, but give it a little face, loved.
- 1:11:17[SPEAKER_02]: She doesn't listen.
- 1:11:18[SPEAKER_02]: She doesn't listen to me, and I fired her.
- 1:11:23[SPEAKER_02]: If it makes you feel better, I'll charge more.
- 1:11:26[SPEAKER_02]: I don't buy the way Bob, since you're gone, I don't know if we nuck without you.
- 1:11:30[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, to nuk or not to nuk is the question.
- 1:11:33[SPEAKER_02]: I'm not sure what.
- 1:11:34[SPEAKER_08]: Are we retiring the number?
- 1:11:35[SPEAKER_02]: Wow.
- 1:11:36[SPEAKER_02]: Can't retire the nuk.
- 1:11:37[SPEAKER_02]: I might, we might hang a goat head dude inside the new studio for you.
- 1:11:41[SPEAKER_02]: I should just say, hey, nature nuk from to this day because you're the Messiah of finding these.
- 1:11:49[SPEAKER_02]: I just feel like if we, you know, the new person who comes in and does it, they're going to get fooled by AI like I am.
- 1:11:57[SPEAKER_02]: And you can't, like the magic of nature know, because that they're real.
- 1:12:01[SPEAKER_08]: Yep.
- 1:12:02[SPEAKER_08]: The big thing Bob has going for him too is his algorithm is now built for this.
- 1:12:06[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, yeah.
- 1:12:07[SPEAKER_08]: It's these as recommendations.
- 1:12:08[SPEAKER_08]: He is built that brick by brick.
- 1:12:10[SPEAKER_08]: Someone's going to have to kind of spend some time to get back to that level to where Rob's at now.
- 1:12:14[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, for sure, for sure.
- 1:12:16[SPEAKER_02]: And then Bob, you're staying in the family here with friends and network pals and all that other stuff.
- 1:12:23[SPEAKER_02]: So you'll see Bob.
- 1:12:24[SPEAKER_02]: And a lot of hopefully hopefully hopefully I don't sure hopefully yeah, I don't want to I don't want to think about it, but yeah, I've enjoyed it, man.
- 1:12:32[SPEAKER_02]: I love this studio.
- 1:12:34[SPEAKER_02]: It was great.
- 1:12:36[SPEAKER_02]: Not really too many problems here.
- 1:12:39[SPEAKER_07]: No shocking just the internet being asked for a while.
- 1:12:41[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah, but once we got fiber, it's good.
- 1:12:44[SPEAKER_02]: I did put it in order for some more computers and all that other
- 1:12:54[SPEAKER_02]: Just in case, you know, because with that did happen to us in one of these moves, we lost something very excited was a camera that broke, you know, it's just like, so I'm going to wait Jamie's get all the connections there.
- 1:13:05[SPEAKER_02]: So we'll be able to get the same shit, but I'm going to wait and have it shipped to to Wellington.
- 1:13:10[SPEAKER_02]: So.
- 1:13:11[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, when you come back to give us about 10 days, we'll be shooting and we'll be live every day, but Jamie will be rebuilding the sets, putting everything back to life, and then we'll be back to business, as usual, and also we're not stopping podcasts anytime soon.
- 1:13:27[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, I don't even have a fucking end date.
- 1:13:28[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know, maybe fucking 15, 20 years or something else.
- 1:13:32[SPEAKER_02]: I love doing it every day, and it's a joy.
- 1:13:34[SPEAKER_02]: So thank you for tuning in, day in and day out.
- 1:13:37[SPEAKER_02]: You know I gotta say it's go ahead and rate the show of 5 star and leave a quick review on iTunes, head on over to Spotify, it's just a 5 star and you can walk away for Jesse Wiseman aka the jibbles and Ross Patterson this is the Revolucionna, Plano's Tarnets everyone.
