- 0:00SPEAKER_00: Real estate agents, 2024 has already started.
- 0:03SPEAKER_00: If you're not already planting seeds for your business in 2024, you're behind.
- 0:08SPEAKER_00: So I'm going to share with you exactly what you need to be doing right now, between now and the end of the year, to plant seeds so that you start the year off exploding and booming with business rather than trying to catch up for the next few months.
- 0:22SPEAKER_01: The Massive Agent Podcast.
- 0:30SPEAKER_00: I love to buy houses.
- 0:31SPEAKER_00: I like to sell houses.
- 0:39SPEAKER_01: I've had better.
- 0:41SPEAKER_01: Oh have I got your attention now?
- 0:44SPEAKER_01: Here's your host, Dustin Brome.
- 0:48SPEAKER_00: What is up, everybody?
- 0:50SPEAKER_00: Welcome to episode 310 of the Massive Agent Podcast.
- 0:53SPEAKER_00: I am your host, Dustin Brome, here in Salt Lake City, Utah.
- 0:56SPEAKER_00: And we have an urgent message today.
- 1:00SPEAKER_00: An urgent message for you real estate agents.
- 1:02SPEAKER_00: 2023 is almost over.
- 1:04SPEAKER_00: A lot of you are thinking, thank God, 2023 is almost over.
- 1:08SPEAKER_00: But here's the thing: you're saying that because you think 2024 is going to be so much better.
- 1:13SPEAKER_00: And I agree it should be and it can be, but it's not guaranteed.
- 1:19SPEAKER_00: It will be guaranteed if you do certain things.
- 1:21SPEAKER_00: And that's exactly what I'm going to share with you over the next 20 minutes or so is exactly what you need to be doing right now, over these next like four to five weeks.
- 1:30SPEAKER_00: Like really between now and Christmas, uh, there's there's no interruptions, right?
- 1:36SPEAKER_00: You you can just you can get shit done, you can plant seeds and really make a uh make a major dent.
- 1:44SPEAKER_00: Well, that sounds negative.
- 1:45SPEAKER_00: No, you you can make a major um God, a major dent just doesn't work.
- 1:51SPEAKER_00: How do I put this?
- 1:52SPEAKER_00: You can make a shitload of progress and stack your 2024 to just be possibly one of the best years ever.
- 2:01SPEAKER_00: Uh there's some factors in that outside of your control.
- 2:04SPEAKER_00: What will interest rates do?
- 2:05SPEAKER_00: What will uh you know buyer demand do, which is directly tied to interest rates, unfortunately.
- 2:11SPEAKER_00: But regardless, even if even if shit just continues as it is right now, 2024 could be your best year ever if you do certain things.
- 2:22SPEAKER_00: Now, before we get started in that, I have to give a shout out to BAMX, the best community slash online course platform for real estate agents.
- 2:31SPEAKER_00: If you are a realtor, you need BAMX.
- 2:35SPEAKER_00: It is no matter what you're trying to learn how to do in real estate, whether that's cold calling or overcoming objections or YouTube videos or listing presentations or whatever, there's a training in the BAMX platform for you and the community of like-minded agents is incredible.
- 2:52SPEAKER_00: We've talked about this before.
- 2:54SPEAKER_00: The previous episode, I mentioned this is one of the one of the top things you need to do, and that's surround yourself with people who are who are already thinking big.
- 3:05SPEAKER_00: Okay, they're not pessimistic, they're not worried, they're making moves, they're doing the work, they're getting shit done, and they know that they're gonna win.
- 3:12SPEAKER_00: You need to be around more people like that.
- 3:13SPEAKER_00: And that's what the BAMX community is.
- 3:15SPEAKER_00: For as little as$10 a month, you could be a BAMX member.
- 3:19SPEAKER_00: Make sure that you use the code MASSIVE at checkout and get yourself a discount.
- 3:24SPEAKER_00: Go to massive agentpodcast.com slash BAMX to join the BAMX community now.
- 3:31SPEAKER_00: And then I've never seen uh the current market is probably the best advertisement for keeping current matters that I could possibly imagine.
- 3:42SPEAKER_00: Because it's it there's it's so dependent demand right now is so dependent on interest rates.
- 3:49SPEAKER_00: Are they going up?
- 3:49SPEAKER_00: Are they are they dropping a little bit?
- 3:51SPEAKER_00: Like are you know what what's happening with the economy and you know all this inflation?
- 3:56SPEAKER_00: I can't keep track of all that shit, right?
- 3:58SPEAKER_00: We have businesses to run.
- 3:59SPEAKER_00: Uh, but the business of keeping current matters, that is their business to keep track of all of the economic data, the housing data, and project and forecast into the future, not just what's going to happen, but what it means to your clients and how to communicate it with them.
- 4:16SPEAKER_00: So I guarantee you, you look at the biggest agents in your town, they're already using keeping current matters.
- 4:22SPEAKER_00: That's how they're staying ahead of the curve.
- 4:24SPEAKER_00: That's how they have the information and the knowledge that they have, and you can get it as well.
- 4:29SPEAKER_00: Uh, it's it's not it's not like you have to qualify with a certain number of sales to get access to KCM.
- 4:34SPEAKER_00: You could just get it.
- 4:35SPEAKER_00: Go to trykcm.com/slash bam and try it now for free and see why this tool is used by so many of the top agents in the country and why you need to use it as well.
- 4:47SPEAKER_00: Let's talk about 2024.
- 4:49SPEAKER_00: The title of the episode 2024 starts today.
- 4:52SPEAKER_00: It's actually already started.
- 4:53SPEAKER_00: And here's why.
- 4:54SPEAKER_00: People don't just wake up one morning and decide, I'm gonna buy a house today.
- 4:59SPEAKER_00: Now, uh I remember when I first got into real estate and uh let's see, was I I'm trying to remember, was I processing short sales at the time, or was I actually a practicing agent?
- 5:12SPEAKER_00: It was af it was after I got my license, I went into the office and I I came back and my my wife was we were newly married at the time.
- 5:20SPEAKER_00: She's like, hey, how'd it go?
- 5:21SPEAKER_00: Like, how many houses did you sell today?
- 5:24SPEAKER_00: How many houses did you sell today?
- 5:26SPEAKER_00: I'm like, babe, uh, apparently it doesn't work that way.
- 5:30SPEAKER_00: Um, I didn't sell any, and it looks like it might be a minute until I actually do.
- 5:35SPEAKER_00: So the re the reason being, people don't just wake up and decide to go buy a house.
- 5:39SPEAKER_00: Or, hey, let's list the house today and buy something by this afternoon.
- 5:44SPEAKER_00: And it it takes longer, right?
- 5:46SPEAKER_00: They they start thinking about it, they start making plans, they start preparing.
- 5:49SPEAKER_00: If they're buying, hopefully they get you know, they go to a great lender, they start getting pre-approved and start planning and you know, paying down this credit card or you know, whatever they need to do to juice their score.
- 6:01SPEAKER_00: But that starts months before they're actually ready to go.
- 6:06SPEAKER_00: So if someone's wanting to move in February, when do you think they're gonna start planning it?
- 6:12SPEAKER_00: Well, right now, right?
- 6:15SPEAKER_00: The holidays are always slow because, well, think about you and your life and your business.
- 6:21SPEAKER_00: You have all these other things going on, there's all these distractions, pleasant ones, right?
- 6:26SPEAKER_00: Positive ones, more time with your family and friends and all that.
- 6:28SPEAKER_00: I love I love Christmas.
- 6:30SPEAKER_00: I love the holidays.
- 6:32SPEAKER_00: But nonetheless, it's less time focused on business and work.
- 6:37SPEAKER_00: And everyone else is like that too.
- 6:39SPEAKER_00: Nobody wants to buy and sell and list during the holidays unless they absolutely have to.
- 6:45SPEAKER_00: Those that do, they're motivated, right?
- 6:47SPEAKER_00: So that's great.
- 6:49SPEAKER_00: But people are waiting until it's more convenient for them.
- 6:54SPEAKER_00: They wait until after the new year.
- 6:56SPEAKER_00: So that's why every single year, if you look at historical housing data, you see a big uptick in sales starting in February and March.
- 7:05SPEAKER_00: Well, because they start the process in January or even a little bit sooner.
- 7:09SPEAKER_00: Oh, a little bit sooner.
- 7:10SPEAKER_00: Wait a minute.
- 7:10SPEAKER_00: That's almost like right now.
- 7:12SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 7:13SPEAKER_00: You realize that if you want to have a great 2024, if you if you are throwing 2023 in the crapper, if if you're throwing it in the trash and saying, fuck this year, it was my worst year ever financially, right?
- 7:26SPEAKER_00: Maybe sales-wise.
- 7:28SPEAKER_00: Uh, I've had one of the best years ever, not financially, but in so many other ways.
- 7:32SPEAKER_00: Health, relationships, family, awesome.
- 7:36SPEAKER_00: But um, you know, I I did not meet my income goals for this year.
- 7:42SPEAKER_00: But I know what I need to do to change it, right?
- 7:45SPEAKER_00: So a lot of you are thinking 2023 sucks.
- 7:48SPEAKER_00: 2024, I can't wait.
- 7:49SPEAKER_00: Okay, that's good.
- 7:52SPEAKER_00: But what next?
- 7:54SPEAKER_00: You can't just hope it's gonna be better.
- 7:56SPEAKER_00: You have to do something about it, and that starts right now.
- 8:00SPEAKER_00: People are starting to plan their real estate transactions, buying, selling.
- 8:06SPEAKER_00: Jeez, I almost ate the microphone on that one.
- 8:08SPEAKER_00: That was weird.
- 8:09SPEAKER_00: It touched my cheek.
- 8:11SPEAKER_00: Freaked, kind of freaked me out.
- 8:13SPEAKER_00: They're starting to plan their real estate transactions now, end of November, going into December.
- 8:20SPEAKER_00: So during the holidays, as they're taking time off and doing all their stuff, they're maybe they're getting the house ready.
- 8:25SPEAKER_00: A lot of them don't even talk to realtors yet.
- 8:27SPEAKER_00: They just think that they know what needs to be done.
- 8:29SPEAKER_00: And for the most part, they're right.
- 8:30SPEAKER_00: Clean the house up, maybe you know, do this, that.
- 8:33SPEAKER_00: They're they're already making those moves.
- 8:36SPEAKER_00: Some of your neighbors right now, some of your closest friends, some of the the prospects that you've been that maybe you've forgotten about, who are old dead leads, they are right now, you don't know it, but they are making plans.
- 8:50SPEAKER_00: They are getting ready to move, they're getting ready to buy a house, getting ready to sell right now.
- 8:57SPEAKER_00: So if you are not showing up in front of them right now, if you are not reminding them that you as a realtor exist right now, guess what happens?
- 9:07SPEAKER_00: Well, for you, nothing.
- 9:08SPEAKER_00: They forget about you.
- 9:10SPEAKER_00: Even it could be your neighbor, one of your best friends on the planet.
- 9:14SPEAKER_00: But if if you don't show up when they are thinking about making moves, some other agent is.
- 9:21SPEAKER_00: Multiple other agents are in their newsfeed, in their in their inbox, in their actual mailbox, probably a knock at the door, all of it.
- 9:31SPEAKER_00: They're seeing it on their phone screens, they're seeing it in banner ads on on the internet.
- 9:35SPEAKER_00: Everywhere, they're being bombarded by other agents.
- 9:39SPEAKER_00: That's just the world we live in.
- 9:40SPEAKER_00: So if you are not showing up, if you are not proactively reaching out and and you know touching these people, if you're not texting, if you're not commenting on their social media posts, if you are not replying or responding to their stories on social, if you're not stopping by to see if they're a neighbor, right?
- 9:58SPEAKER_00: As long as it's a natural relationship, stopping by just to say, hey, what's up, you know, invite their kids over to play with your kids, vice versa, you know, like they're gonna forget about you if you're not doing that stuff.
- 10:10SPEAKER_00: This is what I s when I mean when I say you need to plant the seeds now.
- 10:14SPEAKER_00: If you want to have a harvest in the first quarter of 2024, then you need to plant the seeds now.
- 10:23SPEAKER_00: What does that mean?
- 10:25SPEAKER_00: What should you do to plant the seeds?
- 10:26SPEAKER_00: Well, there's really two things, and the third is an optional.
- 10:31SPEAKER_00: Okay, the the third is like throwing gas on the fire.
- 10:35SPEAKER_00: Uh, not everyone, not all of you are going to be able to do this.
- 10:38SPEAKER_00: You may not be able to do number three yet, but you should absolutely work towards doing it in the future.
- 10:46SPEAKER_00: To plant those seeds, there's really two things you should be spending your time doing every single freaking day.
- 10:52SPEAKER_00: Every day.
- 10:54SPEAKER_00: Yes, I mean seven days a week because this shit you can do while scrolling Facebook or Instagram or TikTok.
- 11:00SPEAKER_00: Uh, you could be doing some of this stuff.
- 11:02SPEAKER_00: Personal touches.
- 11:05SPEAKER_00: Personal touches.
- 11:06SPEAKER_00: You need to personally touch as many people in your database, as many people, or in other words, as many people as you know, or as many people that know you.
- 11:15SPEAKER_00: You need to remind them you exist.
- 11:17SPEAKER_00: They need to see you, they need to hear from you, they need to get an email from you, a text, a message, a comment.
- 11:23SPEAKER_00: You reply on one of their posts, you acknowledge their story.
- 11:27SPEAKER_00: They're at Disney World with their family, and you reply and say, Hey, it's been a while, beautiful family.
- 11:32SPEAKER_00: Hope you had fun.
- 11:33SPEAKER_00: Did you get a chance to go on the Tron ride yet?
- 11:36SPEAKER_00: Which I did this last summer.
- 11:37SPEAKER_00: It was fucking incredible.
- 11:39SPEAKER_00: I mean, I you may not know this about me, but Tron Legacy is one of my favorite movies of all time.
- 11:45SPEAKER_00: Like it's up there with Gladiator.
- 11:47SPEAKER_00: I'm trying to think of pulp fiction, uh Tron Legacy.
- 11:51SPEAKER_00: Yeah, because I saw it the first time I saw it in theaters in 3D, and I had I had an experience.
- 11:58SPEAKER_00: Incredible movie.
- 11:59SPEAKER_00: I fucking love Tron.
- 12:00SPEAKER_00: So when the Tron ride came out at Disney World, is that actually at Disney World?
- 12:05SPEAKER_00: Uh yeah, well, Disney World.
- 12:07SPEAKER_00: No, what's it called?
- 12:08SPEAKER_00: No, Magic Kingdom.
- 12:09SPEAKER_00: That's what it's called.
- 12:09SPEAKER_00: Magic Kingdom.
- 12:10SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's at Magic Kingdom, right?
- 12:12SPEAKER_00: So I went on that this this summer when went to Disney World with the family.
- 12:15SPEAKER_00: It was awesome.
- 12:16SPEAKER_00: Anyways, there's a squirrel moment for the episode.
- 12:19SPEAKER_00: Haven't had one of those in a while, at least that that you've known about, anyways.
- 12:23SPEAKER_00: But the first thing that you need to do is personally touch everyone that you know.
- 12:28SPEAKER_00: Get your mind out of the gutter because that sounds hilarious now that I say it out loud.
- 12:32SPEAKER_00: Personally touch everyone you know.
- 12:33SPEAKER_00: Touch everyone you know personally.
- 12:36SPEAKER_00: You know what the fuck I'm talking about.
- 12:38SPEAKER_00: They need to be reminded that you exist.
- 12:40SPEAKER_00: And it needs to happen more than once.
- 12:41SPEAKER_00: So make your phone calls, make your texts, respond.
- 12:44SPEAKER_00: One of the easiest things you can do if you're too afraid to make phone calls, if you or if you feel too, you know, weird doing it, okay.
- 12:52SPEAKER_00: Then you better go on Facebook and start replying and commenting on everyone's shit.
- 12:58SPEAKER_00: Because that is a great way to stay in touch with people.
- 13:02SPEAKER_00: It's a great way to remind people you exist because when you comment on their stuff, they get a notification that you did.
- 13:08SPEAKER_00: They're like, oh, Dustin, I haven't seen him in a minute.
- 13:10SPEAKER_00: Oh, wow.
- 13:12SPEAKER_00: And sometimes if they haven't seen you in a while, they're curious, they'll then click to your profile, start looking at what you've posted, what you've been up to, watch, start watching your stories just because you commented on one of their posts.
- 13:24SPEAKER_00: So personal touches.
- 13:26SPEAKER_00: You gotta do that.
- 13:27SPEAKER_00: Number two, social content.
- 13:30SPEAKER_00: Personal touches are one-to-one to one to one to one, right?
- 13:33SPEAKER_00: You can't really scale that.
- 13:43SPEAKER_00: God, I'm a child.
- 13:45SPEAKER_00: I should and they to think they let me do a podcast.
- 13:49SPEAKER_00: The internet lets me do a podcast.
- 13:51SPEAKER_00: Can you believe that shit?
- 13:53SPEAKER_00: Isn't that weird how that how that works?
- 13:56SPEAKER_00: Uh, it actually is.
- 13:58SPEAKER_00: By the way, we're we're like two or three weeks away from hitting a million downloads with the podcast, which is fucking bonkers.
- 14:04SPEAKER_00: Thank you for listening.
- 14:06SPEAKER_00: Thank you for subscribing.
- 14:08SPEAKER_00: If you haven't yet subscribed to the podcast on Apple, on Spotify, Pocket Casts, whatever it is you use, please do.
- 14:16SPEAKER_00: Um, it helps us juice the download numbers, if I'm being totally honest.
- 14:20SPEAKER_00: Um, it helps.
- 14:22SPEAKER_00: It helps because it you get a notification whenever a new episode comes out.
- 14:25SPEAKER_00: So it's easier for you, you never miss an episode.
- 14:27SPEAKER_00: So please subscribe if you haven't yet uh to the podcast.
- 14:31SPEAKER_00: Social content is key.
- 14:34SPEAKER_00: So you're reaching out and touching everybody individually, right?
- 14:37SPEAKER_00: You know, ha ha funny.
- 14:40SPEAKER_00: I'm not gonna be able to make it through this episode uh talking about personal touching people personally anymore.
- 14:44SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna have to figure out a different way to say this shit.
- 14:47SPEAKER_00: Uh okay, so you're you're you're having personal interactions with people one-on-one, you know, one-to-one to one.
- 14:53SPEAKER_00: Then social content, because those are touches with the people that you know.
- 14:58SPEAKER_00: The people who follow you, who already know you, will see your content, will see your stories, will see your videos, but so will others.
- 15:06SPEAKER_00: If you're doing great content about the local area or about real estate in general, or whatever the topics that you've chosen to focus on.
- 15:16SPEAKER_00: When you are doing that regularly with short form content on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok with short form like reels or YouTube Shorts, right?
- 15:27SPEAKER_00: Same thing.
- 15:29SPEAKER_00: It's reaching non-followers.
- 15:31SPEAKER_00: So you're you're touching all those people who already know you, but you're also growing the number of people that know you because you're growing your audience.
- 15:38SPEAKER_00: More people are getting to see your stuff.
- 15:40SPEAKER_00: So, and that's happening while you're sleeping, while you're commenting on other people's shit, while you're making phone calls, while you're texting people, while you're knocking on doors of your close friends, while you're you're doing weekly emails and all that stuff, your social content is working behind the scenes and more and more and more people are seeing you.
- 15:58SPEAKER_00: It's it's passive, right?
- 16:00SPEAKER_00: And it's scalable.
- 16:01SPEAKER_00: You do you could spend 10 minutes doing a 90-second video, and that could be seen by five people or five million.
- 16:09SPEAKER_00: Literally.
- 16:11SPEAKER_00: That's what I mean.
- 16:11SPEAKER_00: It's so scalable that 10 minutes could you could be seen by five people or five million.
- 16:17SPEAKER_00: Usually it's not five million, but it's absolutely possible.
- 16:21SPEAKER_00: It's absolutely possible.
- 16:22SPEAKER_00: I know some of you have had videos go viral and reach millions of people.
- 16:26SPEAKER_00: We've had guests on the show that have had videos that have reached five, ten, fifteen million viewers with one damn video.
- 16:35SPEAKER_00: That's what I'm talking about, leverage.
- 16:36SPEAKER_00: Now, you do you do both together.
- 16:39SPEAKER_00: Like you spend all damn day, you know, touches, open house, open houses are part of that, door knocking, cold calling, texting, follow-up, social media, uh, commenting, all that stuff.
- 16:50SPEAKER_00: Then social content, because it just keeps working and working and working in the background.
- 16:54SPEAKER_00: And each video you do keeps working and working and working.
- 16:57SPEAKER_00: Number three, if you have the bandwidth for this, this is a perfect follow-up for our episode two weeks ago.
- 17:04SPEAKER_00: YouTube.
- 17:05SPEAKER_00: YouTube is probably the most powerful content strategy that you could do as a real estate agent, but it takes time to build up the audience and to get this the YouTube search engine to know who you are and to start to distribute your stuff.
- 17:20SPEAKER_00: And you have to get good at it, you have to learn.
- 17:23SPEAKER_00: If you haven't yet, go two episodes back, the master class on YouTube with Owen Video.
- 17:28SPEAKER_00: Oh my God, the longest massive agent podcast episode to date, and by far, probably the most commented on on YouTube.
- 17:36SPEAKER_00: I've had some of the most positive comments from people from that episode that we've had in a long ass time.
- 17:43SPEAKER_00: So that's the blueprint.
- 17:45SPEAKER_00: You follow all that shit in in the master class on YouTube with Owen Video.
- 17:49SPEAKER_00: I think what was that, episode 308, came out two episodes prior to this.
- 17:55SPEAKER_00: You you do YouTube and social content and the personal touches, you cannot fail in real estate.
- 18:02SPEAKER_00: It's not possible as long as you keep doing it.
- 18:06SPEAKER_00: If you do it for a month and then you get frustrated because you didn't get seven listings, that sucks for you.
- 18:16SPEAKER_00: You probably maybe you did get some business in that month.
- 18:19SPEAKER_00: But most of you won't.
- 18:21SPEAKER_00: You do it for two months, you do it for three months.
- 18:25SPEAKER_00: You start doing it for months, we're talking months, three, four, five, six, then you're doing business.
- 18:31SPEAKER_00: Because all those personal touches, all those videos, you're planting seeds, you're planting seeds, you're and pretty soon they start to grow.
- 18:37SPEAKER_00: They start to grow, they start, and it explodes.
- 18:42SPEAKER_00: Some of the most dry personality having, some of the most dry, some of the agents with the most dry, boring, monotone personalities are crushing it with YouTube.
- 18:54SPEAKER_00: And I say this with respect.
- 18:57SPEAKER_00: They don't have these super charismatic personalities with energetic and you know, uh, but they're still getting three, four, five, six deals a month from YouTube every fucking month.
- 19:08SPEAKER_00: And it's basically free.
- 19:10SPEAKER_00: I mean, yes, it probably costs money to uh to edit your videos and stuff like that if if you're not doing it yourself.
- 19:16SPEAKER_00: But you get the point, you're not paying for those leads.
- 19:18SPEAKER_00: And that machine that you're building on YouTube just keeps growing.
- 19:22SPEAKER_00: It keeps growing, the machine keeps going, keeps going, keeps going.
- 19:25SPEAKER_00: So if you have all the personal touches, if you're personally reaching out and you're reminding people every damn day that you exist, and social content is doing the same thing and it's teaching them and it's expanding your audience and reaching new people, and then you have YouTube building that machine, oh my God.
- 19:43SPEAKER_00: But you you have to commit to just doing it.
- 19:45SPEAKER_00: Not to doing it for a month, not to doing it for three months, not to doing it for six months, but just doing it.
- 19:50SPEAKER_00: And just take it one damn day at a time.
- 19:54SPEAKER_00: One day at a time.
- 19:56SPEAKER_00: If you're serious about the YouTube, go back and if you've already listened, listen again.
- 20:00SPEAKER_00: If you haven't yet, go listen to episode 308 with Owen Video, the masterclass on YouTube for real estate agents.
- 20:08SPEAKER_00: It is everything you need to know.
- 20:10SPEAKER_00: It's a pro it's a proven blueprint.
- 20:12SPEAKER_00: I almost screwed that up.
- 20:14SPEAKER_00: A proven blueprint that if you just follow for long enough and then keep doing it and keep doing it, you will succeed.
- 20:22SPEAKER_00: You will get business from it.
- 20:23SPEAKER_00: You pair that with the other two personal touches and social content.
- 20:27SPEAKER_00: You can't fail.
- 20:29SPEAKER_00: But you have to start doing these things right fucking now.
- 20:33SPEAKER_00: You can't wait until after the new year and then wonder why your your Q1 was slow and sucks.
- 20:39SPEAKER_00: People are gonna hit the ground running come January 1st.
- 20:43SPEAKER_00: They are the it's sometimes there's tax reasons, sometimes there's also some people get new like there's a million different reasons, but most of which is people just don't want to do that shit during the holidays.
- 20:55SPEAKER_00: People are also like, hey, I have a New Year's resolution to buy a house or to to upgrade or downsize or whatever.
- 21:03SPEAKER_00: And they start the ball rolling.
- 21:05SPEAKER_00: So make sure that when they start the process, which they already have, they see you everywhere.
- 21:12SPEAKER_00: Make sure that you become unforgettable and you will become hired so damn often, it'll blow your blow your mind, and you will have one of the best years you've ever had.
- 21:22SPEAKER_00: And then this is the big if, and well, this will happen eventually.
- 21:26SPEAKER_00: But if it happens in 2024, if interest rates drop from seven to six, buyers will be coming out of the woodwork.
- 21:34SPEAKER_00: If they drop even lower than that to five and a half or whatever, we're going to have an explosion of buying activity.
- 21:41SPEAKER_00: It's gonna, it's gonna get ridiculous.
- 21:43SPEAKER_00: So, are you gonna wait for that to happen before you start doing these activities?
- 21:47SPEAKER_00: Because you're gonna lose out to all those who are starting today.
- 21:51SPEAKER_00: Well, who already started.
- 21:54SPEAKER_00: 2024 starts today.
- 21:56SPEAKER_00: Make a commitment to yourself to do the activities that will get you business and that will lead to long-term success in this industry, because there's a lot of agents that are they're just not able to cut it right now.
- 22:12SPEAKER_00: And look, if this is you, if you need to temporarily go drive for Uber or DoorDash or take a second job while still working, still do it, still building your machine, but you're doing what what it takes to get some extra income in, I respect the shit out of you for that.
- 22:27SPEAKER_00: But those that are just throwing their hands up and saying, I've tried everything, which anyone that says they've tried everything has not tried everything.
- 22:33SPEAKER_00: Like 100% of people that say that they've tried everything has not tried everything.
- 22:39SPEAKER_00: Those are the people that I feel bad for, but they're just it's it's not meant for them.
- 22:44SPEAKER_00: This this business is not meant for them because this is a business, right?
- 22:47SPEAKER_00: This isn't just a job.
- 22:48SPEAKER_00: If you want a job, go work for a team, give them 60% of your deals, and just show up and like and that's fine if that's what you want.
- 22:56SPEAKER_00: But this podcast is for entrepreneurs.
- 22:58SPEAKER_00: Entrepreneurs with real estate licenses.
- 23:02SPEAKER_00: Speaking of which, we had a lot of entrepreneurs with real estate licenses show up at our massive agent team walkthrough the other day.

- 23:26SPEAKER_00: It's a it's an agent success accelerator system.
- 23:30SPEAKER_00: And you with with the right mindset, an entrepreneurial mindset that wants to build a business, you plug into what we've what we've done, what we all have as a as a group, and do the work.
- 23:44SPEAKER_00: Just like everything we talked about today, you're you're you're guaranteed to succeed.
- 23:48SPEAKER_00: And I see it every day with our agents, and it's fucking awesome.
