Transcript
- 0:02Well, it's Friday and that means we're going to do our weekly
- 0:06recap. There's been a lot going on in
- 0:09true crime and there's been a little bit going on behind the
- 0:13scenes with yours truly as I have been reporting on some of
- 0:18these stories. Tonight we're going to be
- 0:19talking about the case of Kevin Mullins, the case of Celeste
- 0:23Rivas Hernandez. We're going to talk about Melody
- 0:25Buzzard a little bit. We're going to talk a little bit
- 0:27about Caitlin Tracy, Brian Walsh, Brian Koburger.
- 0:31We got a lot to talk about. Stick with me.
- 0:46This video contains mature themes and discussions intended
- 0:49only for adult audiences. Viewer discretion is advised.
- 0:55Hello there, my friend, and welcome back to the channel
- 0:58where we like to cut through the fluff and sensationalism of true
- 1:02crime and get down into the nitty gritty of the cases that
- 1:06affect all of us. My name is Gavin.
- 1:08Thank you for being here for this discussion.
- 1:10I see a lot of you on the live chat already.
- 1:12We we're already going strong. Tell me where you're from.
- 1:16So I know where everybody is coming in from, where you're
- 1:19tuning in from. I, I know of course that we got
- 1:24Western Pennsylvania in the house, we got Virginia in the
- 1:27house. I'm sure we've got, we got
- 1:30people from all over the place. So tell me where you're from.
- 1:34Where do I start on this? You know what, you know what,
- 1:39let's just start with headlines. Let's get on into true crime
- 1:48headlines. OK, I've only got a couple of
- 1:52headlines that I want to share with you guys today, both from
- 1:55Crime COD. These ones just here we go.
- 2:03Let's let's see what is being reported on crime COD.
- 2:06Police say man strapped dead baby and stroller told mother he
- 2:10was sleeping. Authorities say the infant had
- 2:13already been dead for hours when the father returned him to his
- 2:16mother's doorstep. This brought to us by Jacob
- 2:19Charles, Chicago, IL Chicago police say Anthony Evans handed
- 2:25over his son's stroller and assured the baby's mother he was
- 2:28just asleep, even though the two-month old had already been
- 2:31dead for much of the morning. According to the Chicago Sun
- 2:34Times, the baby boy had spent a week in the care of his father
- 2:38when his mother, 23 year old Kayla Flowers, picked him up on
- 2:41April 28th. Believing he was asleep in his
- 2:44stroller, she carried him the two blocks back to her home
- 2:48before discovering, as she told police, that he was not
- 2:51breathing. Flowers, panicked, Flowers
- 2:54panicked. Call to Pastor Joe Wizenga of
- 2:58Roseland Mission Ministry still echoes in his memory as he
- 3:01recounted to the Sun Times. She was shrieking and sobbing,
- 3:04crying. My baby's dead.
- 3:06They killed my baby. He's black and blue.
- 3:08Relatives rushed Case into Roseland Hospital where he's
- 3:11pronounced dead 10:30 AM. Crazy, crazy.
- 3:18Let's see. This week, Chicago police
- 3:20announced the arrest of 23 year old Anthony Evans, who ABC7
- 3:23identifies as the man now charged with murder in Cason's
- 3:26death. Police said Evans had been taken
- 3:29into custody on November 10th. According to Fox 32.
- 3:33Chicago prosecutors argued in court that Evans had repeatedly
- 3:37struck the infant with closed fists.
- 3:40Court documents cited by the station also allege Evans has a
- 3:43history of attacking Kayla Flowers.
- 3:45Wow. So you can read the rest of that
- 3:47on crimecod.com. The next one I want to share for
- 3:51you. This one trafficking, as you
- 3:56guys know, as we've covered on this channel, there is so much
- 4:01trafficking going on that we probably don't even know about.
- 4:06I'm thinking specifically of Letcher County where we've got
- 4:09women in the jail having to trade sexual favors to people in
- 4:13power in order to, you know, be able to go home on house arrest
- 4:16and not be under the threat of arrest all the time.
- 4:19This kind of stuff happens everywhere, but this is a little
- 4:24more beyond the pale. Let's go ahead and read it.
- 4:26Headline by Kate Byrd Federal court clears path for sex
- 4:30trafficking trial of Alexander brothers.
- 4:32Prosecutors say the brothers used wealth, status and drugs to
- 4:36lure victims across state lines and international lines.
- 4:41Dateline New York. A federal judge ruled that Tal
- 4:44oren and Elon Alexander must face most of the charges in a
- 4:47federal indictment accusing them of conspiring to drug and SA
- 4:52dozens of women over more than a decade.
- 4:55ABC News reports that the US District Judge Valerie Caproni
- 5:01denied the brother's motion to dismiss.
- 5:03Really. And the allegations were
- 5:04sufficient to proceed to trial. Well, yeah, I mean, there was an
- 5:07indictment. She dismissed 1 attempted sex
- 5:10trafficking charge as time barred, but upheld the remaining
- 5:14counts, including conspiracy to commit sex trafficking.
- 5:17Time barred means the statute of limitations had expired.
- 5:22Caproni also rejected defense arguments that the case involved
- 5:26only local crimes, noting the allegations span state and
- 5:29international borders. Court filings describe victims
- 5:32being moved from Martha's Vineyard to New York, Florida
- 5:36and Israel. So let's see coming down.
- 5:41You can read the whole article. But more than 60 women have
- 5:43accused at least one of the Alexander Brothers of SA.
- 5:46Prosecutors say 11 new victims have filed civil lawsuits,
- 5:50according to the New York Post. So we've got a big, big group of
- 5:58victims here. The Alexander brothers remain in
- 6:00custody and also face separate state felony charges connected
- 6:03to their cousin, Ohad Fisherman. So there are the three brothers
- 6:13and glad that the judge ruled that and we'll see what happens
- 6:18with that case moving forward. And that is?
- 6:28True crime headlines. All right, people chiming in.
- 6:33We got Houston, TX in the house. Lopez Island, WA, Lake Tahoe.
- 6:37Sharky, Sharona. Good to see you.
- 6:39My old part of my old stomping grounds.
- 6:42We got the Tar Heel State. We got Jacksonville, FL New York
- 6:45City should be showing these. Clearwater, FL, North Carolina
- 6:49North Carolina Central Kentucky Why isn't it showing Pitts?
- 6:54Pittsburgh, PA Arroyo Grande, CA North Idaho Long Island, New
- 7:02York. Glad you're here.
- 7:04We got a lot of people Friday night from the Indiana Ohio
- 7:08State line, says Kiki. And we got a lot of them.
- 7:13Matthew West says if only Brian Koburger knew what kind of stud
- 7:16he really was. Oh, dear, Oh, dear.
- 7:19Matthew West says, I swear, some of these women that go after
- 7:21these men in prison. Almost sickening.
- 7:24Yeah. We're going to talk about Brian
- 7:25a little bit. We got Kentucky in the house.
- 7:28We got the San San Jose Bay. So San Jose.
- 7:31You're from the Bay Area. San Jose.
- 7:33Very cool. Glad you are here.
- 7:37Let's see if there's anybody else.
- 7:39Austin, TX, Brisbane, Australia, Nova Scotia.
- 7:43Yeah, we got an international show tonight, guys.
- 7:46All across the fruited plains and all across the world, from
- 7:50Down Under all the way up to our neighbors to the north.
- 7:54Our friendly, friendly neighbors to the north.
- 7:56Glad you're all here. OK, let's dig into this, shall
- 8:00we? I want to remind you guys about
- 8:04a video that Lila Stein's made. What's it been a week ago?
- 8:12Something like that. Let me bring this up.
- 8:15Give me a second. When was this was this was one
- 8:19week ago. Hopefully you guys are going to
- 8:22be able to hear this. I think I think she's pretty
- 8:24soft spoken, but we're going to give this a go.
- 8:27Let's just have a listen one more time to to this video from
- 8:30Lila Steinz. Dave.
- 8:32There are some inappropriate videos, text messages, and other
- 8:37pieces of evidence that could really help my dad.
- 8:40If you live near or if you live far and my dad has ever helped
- 8:45you in any way, now would be the time to reconsider and maybe
- 8:51show him some kindness. So that is the that is the gist
- 8:55of the video, right? That they believe that there are
- 8:58some videos out there showing inappropriate behavior that
- 9:01could be helpful to the case in favor of the defendant.
- 9:07Why am I having a hard time? There we are, Mickey Stein's,
- 9:10her father, who is accused of murdering Judge Kevin Mullins in
- 9:16his chamber. We've all seen this video and
- 9:18it's shocking to say the very least.
- 9:20Judge Mullins was shot 9 times by Mickey Stein's and Mickey
- 9:25Stein so far appears to be preparing some sort of insanity
- 9:31defense, right? So back to Lila.
- 9:34She's saying, hey, there's some videos out there that we believe
- 9:38could be helpful to the case. Now, what are these videos?
- 9:40If you've been on the channel for any stretch of time, you may
- 9:44have seen Elizabeth Jones as a guest on the channel.
- 9:46Hopefully we'll have her back soon.
- 9:48Man, this week went by. She I was going to be a guest on
- 9:51her channel. I guess we both got a little
- 9:52busy there. But anyway, Kevin Mullins is
- 10:01accused now by multiple women, including Sabrina Adkins, who
- 10:07did it on a proffer, did it on tape with a Kentucky's attorney
- 10:13general's office investigator saying that she had seen videos
- 10:21of Judge Mullins having sex with a known woman in his chambers.
- 10:28Now, so many people have said that they have seen these videos
- 10:35and I always find that if something like this exists, it
- 10:41should look at my I am sloppy tonight.
- 10:44It should make its way into the public domain.
- 10:51It usually would it would be leaked by now.
- 10:54Now over this week, because I think what was it Monday that we
- 11:01last talked about Judge Mullins, I think it was Monday, we talked
- 11:11about the Judge Mullins case in a video titled Where there's
- 11:14one, there's 300 and we watched a video.
- 11:18In fact, we can we can watch part of it real quick because it
- 11:22is it is short. Let me see if I can bring it up
- 11:28here. Brian Anton doing some terrific
- 11:32investigative journalism. Newt.
- 11:37Found a woman named Jamie Rayburn saying that her mom like
- 11:44that. Judge Mullins attempted to get
- 11:47to her, but she knew that Judge Mullins had gotten to her mom.
- 11:51Let's have a listen. Interview with a woman named
- 11:54Jamie Rayburn. She again lived in Letcher
- 11:56County. She was in and out of jail along
- 12:00with many others in her family. And she talks about their
- 12:03history with the judge and also with the sheriff.
- 12:07Like how did you first meet the judge?
- 12:12So I actually, my first encounter was when I was a
- 12:15juvenile, which it wasn't nothing out of the ordinary
- 12:19because like I had to go, I was put on like a juvenile probation
- 12:23and then I went to juvie. So then later on in life when I
- 12:28become of age, I was on drugs and stuff and I ended up doing
- 12:35some time in jail. And in 2019 I went and decided
- 12:40to get clean and go through the art program.
- 12:42And he kind of personally reached out to me within those
- 12:46times, like helping me tell me he was proud and stuff.
- 12:50But then an indication that kind of alarmed me to know that all
- 12:55the rumors I heard my whole life about him as he invited me to
- 12:58the seminar in March of 2021, a drug seminar while I was in
- 13:02rehab, basically to tell a little bit of like my story.
- 13:06And he was just trying to like, I guess make me like a poster
- 13:10child. I don't know.
- 13:11But he was just trying to share my story and stuff.
- 13:13But he was just very weird during that, like before, he was
- 13:18just very inappropriate, you know, to me.
- 13:21Like, like what happened? Did it?
- 13:23Was he calling? Yeah.
- 13:25He just told me, like, if I ever needed anything, just to come to
- 13:28his chambers, like if I ever got in trouble, that, you know, I
- 13:31could come and talk to him, you know?
- 13:33But like, as women know what that means, you know what I'm
- 13:37saying? And he just made me feel very
- 13:40uncomfortable. He just looked at me like a dog.
- 13:44When she says US women know what that means, like we don't have
- 13:48to spell it out here, but they know what was happening.
- 13:52She talked about she'd been hearing rumors her whole life
- 13:56the the judge's chambers was a trap.
- 13:58That according to what all these women are saying, that once you
- 14:02get into those chambers, that's when the full poor, full court
- 14:07press comes and Judge Mullins does what the rumors are the
- 14:12judge. Now, I'm not saying I know this.
- 14:13I'm saying this is what these women are saying, right?
- 14:17Try to that. I mean, that is textbook
- 14:19grooming At that point, you know, come to the seminar.
- 14:24We will tell your story. Hey, if you ever need anything,
- 14:28if you ever get in trouble, just come and see me.
- 14:31That's textbook grooming. There's more though.
- 14:35But most of my story is my mom too, you know?
- 14:39That's why I was reaching out, because my mom had a lot.
- 14:44She's no longer here anymore, but my mom had the sexual stuff
- 14:51with him and all that. Did when you say she's not here,
- 14:54did did she pass? And, and we're not going to
- 14:56watch the entire thing. You can go back to Monday's
- 14:59video to watch the entire thing, but that's basically what
- 15:02happened. Is another woman coming forward
- 15:05saying, yeah, this is what Judge Mullins did.
- 15:08Now, does that mean that Mickey Stein's had the right to go in
- 15:12and shoot him dead? Of course not.
- 15:14Mickey Stein's is on trial for murder.
- 15:16And I don't know if these videos come to light, if it will help
- 15:23his case. Maybe in the eyes of a jury,
- 15:26maybe the in the eyes of the jury, they'd go, Oh yeah, he had
- 15:29every right to do to do that. But what I wanted to report to
- 15:33you guys is that over this past week, since I, since I did the
- 15:38Monday video, more than one woman has reached out to me
- 15:42saying and has text one with me directly back and forth and one
- 15:47with my, one of my volunteers back and forth.
- 15:50We've texted and we've we've pressed them on it because
- 15:55they've said, yeah, these videos exist.
- 15:57These videos are going to come to light.
- 15:59Yes, the whole thing. And when we press them on it,
- 16:01have you seen the video? Well, pretty soon they would say
- 16:05the video is going to come to light.
- 16:06No, no, no. Have you seen the video?
- 16:09And still none of them say that they have seen the video.
- 16:16They just, they just know that they exist.
- 16:18I don't know what that means if it's just, you know, more rumor
- 16:22mill stuff or, or if the video actually exists.
- 16:26And I'm kind of I'm kind of between two ways of thinking it.
- 16:33One way, like I said before, is if the video exists, you'd think
- 16:38we would have seen it by now. And I know that Bryan Enten and
- 16:44his producers are working. They've got to be, I don't know
- 16:47it. I suspect deeply that Brian and
- 16:51his investigators and other investigators are, you know,
- 16:55investigative reporters are trying to find those videos so
- 16:59far, Bubkus, bubkus, bubkus. So, yeah, that is my, I guess,
- 17:08my update on the case of Kevin Mullins.
- 17:13Let's see what you guys are saying over here before I move
- 17:15on. Matthew West saying I would have
- 17:20rather seen Kevin Mullins in jail waiting trial.
- 17:23Yeah, me too. Me too.
- 17:29And Matthew says I've seen another woman come forward about
- 17:32Judge Mullins. I've just been behind this week.
- 17:35Yep. Let's see.
- 17:40Not sure what this comment is. Oh, Emmy saying, yeah, Joel and
- 17:47I do overlap. You're talking about surviving
- 17:50the survivor. We do overlap.
- 17:51And maybe maybe, you know, there are a couple of channels that I
- 17:54really, really love where we have set times.
- 17:58I know that Josh Ritter has a set time that he does it.
- 18:03Joel has a set time that he does it.
- 18:04I have a set time that I do it. Maybe maybe we need to get,
- 18:12maybe I need to move forward a little bit.
- 18:15I don't want to I don't want to like land on Josh, but it would
- 18:20be great to not be on Joel's time either.
- 18:24Yeah, Garth mean that says I really like to watch Brian and I
- 18:30I think Brian does terrific work, does terrific work.
- 18:35See if there's anything striving for Titus 2, says Gavin.
- 18:39Maybe they know they exist because they know they were
- 18:41taped. That's possible that that's a
- 18:46very good. It's a very good comment.
- 18:51Another one, people who might have videos are probably being
- 18:54threatened. Yeah.
- 18:55But here's the thing about that. And listen, if you were a person
- 18:59that has this video and you're watching this right now, the way
- 19:04for the threatening to stop happening is to just release the
- 19:09video. It's just to get it out there.
- 19:12You feel like you have leverage now, but you would have safety
- 19:16once it's done. I think that's just my opinion.
- 19:21Shay says I do a great job. Thank you and happy anniversary.
- 19:25Yes, Wednesday will be our 26th anniversary.
- 19:28Thank you very much. All right, so let's move on to
- 19:35the next case that I want to bring you up to date on.
- 19:39I need to find the right button. There we go.
- 19:43It is the case of Celeste Rivas Hernandez, the 14 year old girl
- 19:49who was a runaway. She went missing and and ended
- 19:57up dead hidden in the trunk, the front trunk of a Tesla Model X
- 20:03down in Hollywood. So this.
- 20:07Article came out about a week ago, but I thought that it was
- 20:10important to bring it. Here it is.
- 20:13You know what? What might be the punishment for
- 20:16somebody who is convicted of concealing the body of Celeste
- 20:21Rivas Hernandez? Let me just read a couple
- 20:24paragraphs from this. This comes from KTLA.
- 20:26Weeks after the body of missing Lake Elsnor teen Celeste Rivas
- 20:30Hernandez was found stashed in the front trunk of a Tesla
- 20:33linked to rising R&B star David, there are still many questions.
- 20:37How did Celeste die? Was it murder?
- 20:39Who hid her body in the Tesla? But for all the big questions we
- 20:42still don't have answers to, there is one we do.
- 20:45LAPD says someone did conceal Celeste's body in that trunk.
- 20:49And regardless of the autopsy, that in itself may be a crime.
- 20:54By the way, different states have different laws about
- 21:00desecration, concealment, things like that.
- 21:03I know in New York State, for example, it was only a
- 21:07misdemeanor to desecrate a body until Amanda Lynn's Law, which
- 21:13was passed in the name of Amanda Lynn Winkowski, one of the first
- 21:17cases I ever looked at. Now it is a felony in New York
- 21:20State, but I don't know what it is in California.
- 21:22It might just be a low level misdemeanor.
- 21:26The Los Angeles Police Department tells KTLA today that
- 21:30this remains an ongoing investigation and that the news
- 21:32release stands on its own. We covered this earlier this
- 21:35week and that news release dated September 29th.
- 21:38The LAPD states the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner has not
- 21:42yet determined the cause or manner of Ms. Rivas Hernandez's
- 21:45death. As such, it remains unclear
- 21:48whether there is any criminal culpability beyond the
- 21:51concealment of her body. RHD is thoroughly hey, they did
- 21:54a weird thing. There should be a quote here to
- 21:57learn that in 7th grade, RHD is thoroughly examining every
- 22:00aspect of this case to uncover the truth and seek justice for
- 22:04Celeste and her family. They continue.
- 22:10We went to Ktla's legal analyst, Allison Triesel.
- 22:13Triesel explains that what might be surprising is that
- 22:16concealment and accidental death.
- 22:18Here's the answer to my question is only a misdemeanor.
- 22:22It is a violation of California Penal Code Section 152.
- 22:25The maximum someone can receive in custody for the offense is up
- 22:29to one year in county jail and a maximum fine of $10,000.
- 22:34And of course they would go through the whole grading
- 22:37process. Is this person have any criminal
- 22:41record, blah, blah, blah. If it was a first time offense,
- 22:44I bet it would be probation. I don't know.
- 22:47But so the big question goes back to that autopsy, which
- 22:50still, which has still been deferred to rule once and for
- 22:55all, how Celeste died. Was it an accident or a murder?
- 23:00Another surprise from Triesel. She points out that failing to
- 23:02report an accidental death is not a crime in the state of
- 23:05California. Therefore, in order to be
- 23:07convicted of PC Section 152, the person must commit an overt act
- 23:12like moving, concealing, or hiding a body.
- 23:14Like maybe stuffing the body in the trunk of a Tesla.
- 23:17Other facts still to be determined, was Celeste death
- 23:20accidental or not? Who put her body in the Tesla
- 23:23and why? As of today, the case is
- 23:25ongoing, no suspects have been named and Singer David hasn't
- 23:28been accused of any crime. The LA County District Attorney
- 23:32confirms that as of November 6th, no case has been presented.
- 23:35So, and a lot of that is stuff that we already talked about
- 23:38this week, but that whole thing, concealment of a, of a, of an
- 23:42accidental death is only a misdemeanor in the state of
- 23:46California. Failing to report an accidental
- 23:49death is not a crime in the state of California.
- 23:52So we could honestly be looking at something here where somebody
- 23:57just gets a slap on the wrist and a 14 year old girl is dead.
- 24:00That's that's to me unconscionable, but but yeah,
- 24:09let's see if you guys are saying anything about this case.
- 24:12I want to make sure. Julie Martino asks, Are they
- 24:20still waiting for talks to come back?
- 24:22I think that we are inferring that that we're inferring that
- 24:25they're waiting for talks toxicology to come back.
- 24:29But I don't know that we know that.
- 24:31I can't remember specifically when I talked with Joseph Scott
- 24:37Morgan about this. You guys can check that video
- 24:39out on the channel. We talked about it briefly after
- 24:42talking about Kata Scott. Kata Scott, he he communicated,
- 24:51he said that talk toxicology would probably pay play a big
- 24:55role in determining what happened to Celeste.
- 25:04Let's see if there's anything else.
- 25:07Oh, I'm stuck here. Let me go back.
- 25:11Yeah. OK, so, so no other questions
- 25:14there. So let me move on to case number
- 25:18three that I want to cover tonight, which is Melody
- 25:21Buzzard. There is an update today in that
- 25:27case that I want to bring you guys.
- 25:30This is being reported out of the Santa Barbara Independent
- 25:34today at 2:38 PM. Melody Buzzer's mother was
- 25:38released from custody with the GPS monitor.
- 25:41Of course, we knew that was going to happen.
- 25:42That's what the judge ruled. Just had to go through the
- 25:45process. Top line says Ashley Buzzard to
- 25:48appear in court next week after pleading not guilty to false
- 25:51imprisonment charge unrelated to daughter's disappearance Written
- 25:55by Christina McDermott Ashley Buzzard, the Vandenberg Village
- 25:59mother of missing 9 year old Melody Buzzard, will wait for
- 26:02her next court appearance outside of jail custody.
- 26:05Buzzard will return before the judge on November 19th.
- 26:09The 26th anniversary of the of the union between yours truly
- 26:14and my snuggly bear, my one and only the love of my life.
- 26:17Kimberly Fish for a preliminary hearing.
- 26:22Buzzard was arrested. I'm curious if they will waive
- 26:25that though. We'll see.
- 26:28Buzzard was arrested on the 7th, later charged with one count of
- 26:31felony false imprisonment by violence with aggravating
- 26:34factors. Aggravating factors on a crime
- 26:36can raise the severity of the punishment.
- 26:38Court documents state that Buzzard unlawfully violated the
- 26:41personal liberty of Tyler S Brewer, a legal document.
- 26:45Assistant law enforcement said the arrest was not directly
- 26:48related. Let me zoom in on this so you
- 26:50guys can see this a little bit better.
- 26:54Not directly related to her daughter's disappearance.
- 26:57Buzzard has pleaded not guilty to the charge at her November
- 27:0012th arraignment this past Wednesday in Santa Maria.
- 27:04At the arraignment, Judge John McGregor of the Superior Court
- 27:07of Santa Barbara released Buzzard with AGPS tracking
- 27:09device. Judge McGregor also issued a no
- 27:12contact order. She can't contact Brewer.
- 27:17Judge McGregor has a loud buzzer to appear in civilian clothes
- 27:20provided by the defense while in court.
- 27:23Defendants have the right to appear in civilian clothes in
- 27:25order to not prejudice a jury against them.
- 27:29OK, there, there wasn't a jury, but OK.
- 27:31While the charges are not directly related to Melody's
- 27:34case, they do seem connected to the 9 year old's disappearance
- 27:36in a social media post. Oh, let's open this up.
- 27:43This is on X. Oh, yeah, I saw this.
- 27:53Yeah, we went over this. Doesn't matter.
- 27:55OK, Where was I? Brewer, the alleged victim, said
- 28:01he contacted Buzzard to offer assistance in locating Melody.
- 28:04He identified himself as a legal document assistant, process
- 28:07server, mandated reporter, and perceived officer of the court,
- 28:11and therefore reported concerning communication and
- 28:13inconsistencies to law enforcement.
- 28:18Yeah, and we went over this. So yeah, to this.
- 28:25Let's see if there's anything else.
- 28:28Anyway, the the update is that Ashley Buzzard has been released
- 28:32from jail for now with GPS monitoring and we will keep our
- 28:37eye on this case. Let's see.
- 28:44Going to your comments, Shay says Gavin, you make your
- 28:47channel different because you interact with us and care about
- 28:49us. You are special.
- 28:50Well, thank you Shay. I, I care.
- 28:52I do care about you guys. See if there's anything else.
- 29:03And he says there's another update.
- 29:05Let me see if I can find it real quick.
- 29:07Let me let's bring melodies. If something happened over the
- 29:15last hour or so, I'm not seeing anything that happened in the
- 29:24last hour. Yeah, it doesn't that that's the
- 29:32only update that I that I have been able to locate myself.
- 29:35Emmy. OK, I wanted to bring up Caitlin
- 29:41Tracy just in our in our roundup just because we talked about
- 29:45this case last night. This is a horrific case where
- 29:49this beautiful 36 year old woman fell to her death, apparently 24
- 29:56stories down the stairwell of a Chicago high rise.
- 30:01And her husband, her name is Caitlin Tracy.
- 30:03Her husband, Adam Bakarink, has been charged in her murder about
- 30:07a year after. If you want to know a little bit
- 30:12more about the story, we covered it in pretty good depth
- 30:15yesterday, so you can just check out yesterday's video.
- 30:19If you're on the podcast, you can check out yesterday's
- 30:20podcast. I haven't been able to locate
- 30:25any update on the case since then.
- 30:27I, I would imagine that we are now in the, in the kind of wait
- 30:32and see stage. He was, he was charged in her
- 30:36murder about two weeks ago, a little over 2 weeks ago.
- 30:39We should start to see some preliminary hearings.
- 30:41We should start to see some movement in court.
- 30:44But I do think that it is going to be nice and slow.
- 30:47But I did want to bring up that case.
- 30:49OK, the next case that I want to bring up and I don't think I
- 30:52have. Do I have anything on here?
- 30:57I do. There we go.
- 31:00The murder of Anna Walsh. The murder of Anna Walsh.
- 31:05The suspect in this case is also a husband.
- 31:10His name is Brian Walsh. Here is a picture of the two of
- 31:13them at their happy nuptials. They're nuptials.
- 31:17Judging from what happened, we're not nearly as happy as the
- 31:20happy nuptials that my wife and I enjoyed almost 26 years ago.
- 31:26Today was 26 years ago on Wednesday.
- 31:30But yeah, Mr. Walsh has been charged in her murder.
- 31:34And our update here is that he has been found competent to
- 31:39stand trial. A judge ruled Friday that Brian
- 31:41Walsh. Let's zoom in on this a little
- 31:44bit so you guys can see it better.
- 31:47A Massachusetts man accused of killing his wife and
- 31:49dismembering her body is competent to stand trial after
- 31:52undergoing a medical evaluation. When was this written?
- 31:56I think this was today. Walsh spent 40 days at
- 32:00Bridgewater State Hospital and a report from a doctor concluded
- 32:03that Walsh is competent and ready to stand trial, Judge
- 32:06Diane Frenieri said during Friday's hearing.
- 32:10Walsh's trial was initially scheduled to begin last month,
- 32:13but for Neary delayed proceedings over concerned about
- 32:15concerns about his mental health, according to Fox News.
- 32:18His trial will now begin December 1st.
- 32:22Now this is in the state of Massachusetts, which means it
- 32:24should be live streamed. Maybe that is something that we
- 32:28will cover here on the channel if you guys are interested.
- 32:31Walsh is facing multiple charges including murder and misleading
- 32:34a police investigation. He has pleaded not guilty to all
- 32:38charges. Anna Walsh, 39 Here's Anna was
- 32:44last seen in her Cohasset home between 4:00 AM and 5:00 AM on
- 32:47New Year's Day in 2023. Her husband Brian reported her
- 32:52missing three days later. Anna's body has never been
- 32:56found. Police arrested Brian on January
- 33:008th, 2023 for misleading police. Additional charges were filed
- 33:04later. During the hearing, Fernieri
- 33:07also denied a defense motion for a change of venue.
- 33:12The defense argued that the case has received extensive and
- 33:14prejudicial pretrial publicity, contending that the jury pool
- 33:18had been tainted, thereby impacting Walsh's right to a
- 33:20fair trial. Just work harder during Vaudir
- 33:23man. Fernieri said the defense
- 33:25submitted evidence of local and national coverage of the case
- 33:27beginning after Anna's disappearance over 2 years ago
- 33:30and continuing to the present day.
- 33:32Quote. Although the media coverage has
- 33:34been extensive and somewhat graphic given the nature of the
- 33:36crimes charged, it has also been primarily factual, describing
- 33:40the events in question, the charges against the defendant,
- 33:43court proceedings in this case in the defendant's criminal
- 33:46history. So there you go.
- 33:49So that's what we that's what will happen.
- 33:53So the final trial conference is scheduled for Monday.
- 33:56So what is that? The 17th jury selection is
- 34:00expected to start the next day. I wonder if they think they will
- 34:03get a jury in that day. So 39 year old Anna Walsh, whose
- 34:08body has never been recovered, is getting one step closer, I
- 34:11believe to to getting justice. Let's see, let me go back to
- 34:23what you guys are saying real quick.
- 34:28Joanne, Marie and Gavin. So people can get away with so
- 34:30much. There's no real consequence for
- 34:31someone who could possibly cause another someone's death and
- 34:35cover up. How encouraging for people with
- 34:37nefarious intentions. Yeah.
- 34:39It's actually extremely difficult to solve crimes.
- 34:43It is. That's just the nature of of
- 34:45things. I I, for one, am extremely
- 34:47grateful for the men and women who dedicate their lives to to
- 34:50doing it, not only solving them, but prosecuting them as well and
- 34:55defending the defendants. Like the the system, while
- 34:59flawed, is I think the best in the country or the best in the
- 35:02world. And but it's, it's just terribly
- 35:05difficult to solve crimes. Sharky Sharona getting back over
- 35:14to Melody's case, can't law enforcement say, show us Melody
- 35:18or go to jail like they did with Lori Valo?
- 35:21The answer to that question is, I don't know.
- 35:23It really depends on the state. It really depends on the state.
- 35:28And I don't know if California has the California legislature
- 35:33has empowered law enforcement to do that in in the in the Golden
- 35:36State. I don't know.
- 35:40Yeah. Oh, you guys are talking about
- 35:44my reading voice. I still want him to read Junie B
- 35:47Jones, but I take the wonky donkey as a substitute.
- 35:50OK. OK.
- 35:51You guys want me to read your bedtime stories?
- 35:53That's funny. Melissa saying hope she is found
- 35:57soon. Of course.
- 35:57Yeah, I we all share your sentiment there.
- 36:01M says she tried to rent a car twice after she got out of jail.
- 36:06OK. I haven't.
- 36:07I haven't heard that in AI, haven't heard that in a official
- 36:13publication. Emmy says hoping by Monday, if
- 36:17Melody is not produced, Ashley will be arrested.
- 36:19That's what was said today on Joel's show.
- 36:21OK, I I hope so, too. Don Louise Gavin.
- 36:28When the mother left the jail, they reported law enforcement
- 36:30gave her 72 hours to produce Melody.
- 36:33Let me see if, because I if that is.
- 36:38Yeah, I I haven't found that in any, any report.
- 36:42Oh, wait a minute. Let me go back.
- 36:44Go back. Let's see.
- 36:57Yeah, it doesn't. It doesn't report that in the
- 36:59latest stuff that I've that I've seen.
- 37:02I hope it is the case, but I haven't seen, I haven't seen
- 37:06that report, so I can't report on it.
- 37:10Let's see anything you guys are saying about Brian Walsh.
- 37:14Let's see. Mooney would like me to stream
- 37:17it if the trial is streamed. Do a little watch party.
- 37:21OK. Yeah, I don't.
- 37:27Let's see. Shay says.
- 37:29I have a very soothing voice and I'm so nice.
- 37:32Well, thank you. Thank you very much.
- 37:35There are people that have known me for longer than you that
- 37:37would disagree. You know what though?
- 37:44We all grow. We all learn and grow.
- 37:47I would say when I was a younger person, I wasn't.
- 37:50I, I, I wasn't the, the nicest. I was AI was kind of a class
- 37:58clown, kind of a tease. I still am kind of a tease.
- 38:02Oh, you know what we're doing right now, guys?
- 38:11Yeah, we're doing a tangent. I I am still kind of a tease.
- 38:15But you know, you know, you're loved by me if you are teased by
- 38:19me. I've never I never tried to be
- 38:23malicious or anything, but it did come off as that when I was
- 38:25a younger person. But thanks for bringing that up.
- 38:32Let's see Dom's mom 13 months. Loving the new segments and fun
- 38:39graphics. Also watched and loved your
- 38:41quantum mixtape interview. Thank you.
- 38:43I was you know, he his his persona on his channel is Candy
- 38:49V, but that is one of my closest friends that I have known for
- 38:53years and years and years. My buddy Kenny.
- 38:57He he's such a talented interviewer.
- 39:03I I would love his channel to just take off and get 10 million
- 39:06subscribers. I would love it.
- 39:08He's such a talented interviewer and so good at asking probing
- 39:14questions and making you feel completely at ease as you're
- 39:17being asked the hard questions. If you guys haven't seen quantum
- 39:20mixtape, go check that out. It's I I really enjoyed, I
- 39:26really enjoyed the interview and and he is the reason that I've
- 39:29kind of brought up the three questions segment at the end of
- 39:34the show. I've been doing it for a little
- 39:35while anyway. So yeah, thank you for being a
- 39:39fanatic for 13 months. And yes, please, everybody
- 39:44listen to Don's mom. Go check out parts one and two
- 39:47of Quantum mixtape. That was really, really fun to
- 39:50do. All right, let us, where are we
- 39:55at? One more story that I want to
- 39:58update you guys on before we get into three questions, and that
- 40:02is Brian Koburger. This is being reported by the
- 40:07New York Post. Let me zoom up so you guys can
- 40:10see it. Dateline today at 11:18 Eastern,
- 40:17so about 9 hours ago. Cold blooded killer.
- 40:22Oh man, they don't, they don't pull any punches in the New York
- 40:25Post, right? It's pretty, pretty yellow
- 40:27journalism. But anyway, it was ordered to
- 40:29fork over some of the nearly $30,000 in donations he's
- 40:33received from twisted supporters to pay back his victims families
- 40:37a court in a court loss on the 3rd anniversary of his
- 40:40horrifying quadruple murder. Koeberger had argued last week
- 40:45that he was unable to pay $27,000 in additional
- 40:48restitution to the families of two of the four University of
- 40:51Idaho students he butchered in their off campus home in 2023.
- 40:55But a judge tossed out his poverty plea Thursday, noting
- 41:00that the confessed murderer received hundreds of donations
- 41:03from supporters and family members totaling $28,360.00, the
- 41:07Idaho Statesman reported. However, he was only ordered to
- 41:12pay an additional $3000 to families of two of his victims,
- 41:16Madison Mogan and Kaylee Gonzalvez, to cover the cost of
- 41:19the women's urns. The full amount saw it was
- 41:22shaved after the defense successfully argued that Idaho
- 41:26restitution does not cover travel and hotel expenses, which
- 41:30had bumped up the price tag. He'd already been ordered to pay
- 41:32$29,000 to the victims of Zana Kernodle and Ethan Chapin.
- 41:37Koeberger, who turns 31 next week, has received nearly enough
- 41:41through donations to cover the amount of restitution already
- 41:43ordered, Judge Steven Hipler wrote in his decision.
- 41:46While these funds may no longer be available to the defendant,
- 41:49it is foreseeable that he will continue to receive donations in
- 41:52the future. Which is sick, just sick.
- 41:56Particularly giving that much of the donated amounts came from
- 42:00his family, he added. Hipler also said the murderer
- 42:03can get himself a job in prison to earn money.
- 42:06Yeah, Hitler wasn't having it, was he?
- 42:09Not having. Koeberger, who is behind bars
- 42:12serving 4 consecutive life sentences, was also ordered to
- 42:15pay more than $300,000 in fines as part of his guilty plea that
- 42:19included the 29,000 in restitution to the families of
- 42:22Kernodle and Chapin, but not for Gonsalves and Morgan Koeberger.
- 42:27Blah blah blah blah blah. Yeah.
- 42:30So I mean, goodness news, goodish news, not good news.
- 42:36There's no good news in this in this case.
- 42:39But do I have I don't think I have a I've got so many cases
- 42:49that I can load up that is not not one that I have on top of me
- 42:54to show. You know what, though, I can
- 42:55show our victims by just scrolling down here are our
- 42:58victims right here. So yeah, that is Coburg.
- 43:04Let's see what you guys are saying over here.
- 43:09We've got a hello from England. Welcome, Liz.
- 43:13Karen. Glad you're here.
- 43:17Dom's mom says I think his channel will take off.
- 43:20Great vibes over there. I hope so.
- 43:22Sand Baby Stitches says your tangents are perfect for us with
- 43:25a DHDI follow you perfectly. Hopefully I I've gotten a couple
- 43:28comments saying that they were a little little too loud, a little
- 43:31too blurry when I when I played my little theme songs.
- 43:36So I've I've turned them way down.
- 43:37Hopefully nobody's like jumping out of their skin after after I
- 43:41go on a tangent, see if there's anything else over here.
- 43:47Don Louise says I'm pleased the judge is doing what the law
- 43:50allows him to do. I watch the hearing.
- 43:52Good on you. Good on you for that.
- 43:55OK. That is our that is our update
- 44:00or recap for the week on the cases that we have been
- 44:03following. I think we probably will do a
- 44:06watch party on the Brian Walsh trial.
- 44:09If it is live stream, which I think it will be, it's in
- 44:13Massachusetts and it's a case of I guess national interest.
- 44:19So we will probably be doing that.
- 44:22Don Louise says, also in England, in Lancashire.
- 44:26Lancashire, love the theme songs.
- 44:30And Emmy says happy wedding anniversary, have been married
- 44:33for 14 years. Thank you very much, Emmy, and
- 44:35congratulations to you as well. All right, let us go on to three
- 44:40questions. It's three questions with Gavin
- 44:44Fish. I feel like it needs to end with
- 44:53a yo or a snap or something I don't know.
- 44:55But if you want to submit a question to me it could be on
- 44:59any topic. Everything's on the table,
- 45:02there's nothing off the table. I do try to stick away on my
- 45:05channel from religion and politics, but if enough
- 45:08questions come in I will just ignore those questions.
- 45:13So far the questions have been pretty good.
- 45:14One, one came in and it was couched in, in Christianity,
- 45:20which I don't mind at all at all.
- 45:27So I, I will answer. I will answer any question that
- 45:30you give me. Just send me e-mail the
- 45:31questions to three questions at gavinfish.com.
- 45:34I may want to change this format a little bit so that I'm not
- 45:39prepared with knowing the questions ahead of time.
- 45:42Because one of the great things about hanging out with Kenny
- 45:45and, and playing three questions was that I, I even asked him
- 45:49when he said, you know, do you consent to three questions?
- 45:52I said, well, what are the kinds of questions?
- 45:54And he was like, no, no, no, you got to take a leap of faith,
- 45:57man, got to take a leap of faith.
- 45:59And I, I feel like that's missing in the segment.
- 46:02But, but we're going to, we're going to do it this way for a
- 46:07little while. I don't want to, I don't want to
- 46:09put anything on to our mods. They work so hard during the
- 46:14live streams anyway. But I mean, if we did something
- 46:16where I don't know, we'll try this on for size.
- 46:19If we did something where you guys could use a different, a
- 46:24different, maybe a QQQ or something like that.
- 46:28For the three questions with Gavin Fish and one of my mods,
- 46:31Autumn or Mooney or Robin could slack me the question, the three
- 46:35questions that they choose so that I get them bang and I don't
- 46:39have time to think about them. That might be better.
- 46:42I don't know. We're going to we're we're we'll
- 46:44stick with this for now, but I don't want to give more work to
- 46:48people that already volunteer so much.
- 46:50They they give so much. So let's, let's just stick with
- 46:54this for now. All right, first question says,
- 46:58how would you handle it if one of your children came to you and
- 47:01told you they were gay? And would you attend the wedding
- 47:05as a Christian if it went that far?
- 47:07This and in the, I think the subject line of the e-mail was
- 47:11this might be a hard one or a controversial one.
- 47:14This is not a hard one at all. If one of our children came to
- 47:18us and said we're gay, I'm gay and I'm in love with so and so
- 47:21and we're getting married, we would love them.
- 47:23We would squeeze them. We would nothing would change.
- 47:27And of course we would be very supportive.
- 47:29One of the I remember, I don't want to give away anybody's
- 47:36story, but when our oldest daughter was in grade school,
- 47:43because Kimberly and I only have two recipes for children.
- 47:47We make feisty academic girls and we make sweet, sweet boys.
- 47:56Those are the only recipes that we have.
- 47:58OK, feistiness and sweetness and all of our kids, all of our kids
- 48:04have been very intelligent, particularly our girls are
- 48:10academic. And so our oldest daughter was
- 48:13the first of our children to be I guess invited into what they
- 48:20called rapid learners back then. Back then it was in California
- 48:24and it was a, it was a stand alone class for the, the smart
- 48:30kids. Actually, it's not the smart
- 48:32kids, it's the rapid learners, right?
- 48:35Because everybody learns differently.
- 48:37Anyway, the one of the teachers that she was going to have was a
- 48:43man that I have known. I mean, he, he was in my
- 48:47brother's grade. You know, I, I've known him
- 48:49forever. He grew up in my faith
- 48:51tradition. He is gay and so many people in
- 48:55my faith tradition were like I can't I can't send my child what
- 48:59what if they get Mr. so and so? Like what the crap kind of
- 49:04attitude is that you know how awesome he is and who cares and
- 49:08who cares. So since you couched this as a
- 49:13Christian in in a Christian way, the one of my favorite stories
- 49:20from the New Testament is the story that we've all heard of
- 49:23the prodigal son. Right now, I'm not saying the
- 49:26gayness has anything to do with the prodigal doesn't have
- 49:28anything to do with that. But when when the prodigal
- 49:33returned, his father saw him from far off and he ran to him.
- 49:39And in maybe one of the most beautiful and poetic verses in
- 49:46the Bible, it describes him falling on his neck and kissing
- 49:49him. That is exactly how I feel every
- 49:54time I see one of our children. I just love them so much that I
- 50:01just want to fall on their necks and kiss them.
- 50:05And it doesn't seem to matter what choices they make, who they
- 50:10are, what, what interests they have.
- 50:14It just doesn't matter. Every time I see them, I want to
- 50:17fall on their neck and kiss them.
- 50:19And, and that, that just does not change, period.
- 50:24Period. So that's how I answer that
- 50:27question. Question #2 if you could
- 50:33instantly master one crafter hobby that takes years to learn,
- 50:36which would you pick and what would you do with it first?
- 50:40Easy, OK, if I could master a craft, it would be the piano.
- 50:48And you know what this kind of a crappy question not calling you
- 50:51crappy. It's kind of a dumb question
- 50:54because you can master anything with about 10 minutes a day.
- 51:00You don't have to dedicate every hour.
- 51:02There are people that do and are are amazing, but I could I could
- 51:08be a very good pianist by just dedicating 10 minutes a day to
- 51:13the piano. But as the question was asked,
- 51:16if I could instantly master a craft or a hobby that takes
- 51:20years to learn, I would choose playing the piano.
- 51:23Now what would I do with it? First, I would join a band.
- 51:27I've never once been in a band ever.
- 51:30Well, in 4th grade I was in the school band playing the trumpet.
- 51:34And that's not really being in a band, right?
- 51:37I would love love to be in a band So, but I'm just not good
- 51:42enough. Like you know how yesterday
- 51:46sometimes I'm asked this question.
- 51:47What are is there anything you don't do?
- 51:50Gavin Right. I my personality is such that I
- 51:54just have lots of interests and I like to I like to do different
- 51:57things. You know, what I'm really
- 51:59interested in doing right now is setting up a dark room in our
- 52:01house and going back to developing film.
- 52:05I got, I got, I have my old 35mm camera and I got a new old 35mm
- 52:13camera while I was back in California.
- 52:16And I thought, wouldn't this be fun to get back into black and
- 52:19white photography. And I have the perfect room.
- 52:22I have the perfect room to set up a darkroom.
- 52:25And darkrooms are easy. It's not, it's not that
- 52:27difficult to set up a darkroom. So like I, I'm a person that
- 52:31just, I just flipped from one thing to the other.
- 52:34And so I never really get good, like really good.
- 52:38I never master very much. I would say that I have mastered
- 52:41photography. I'm a master of portraiture
- 52:43photography. I'm very good.
- 52:46But but that is something that I never let go of.
- 52:49I started when I was 13 years old and I was taught well.
- 52:54And then I was, you know, it's been 30 years since I've been in
- 52:58a laboratory. But I think that I think that
- 53:02with a dark room, I'd be able to man, this is a tangent, but I
- 53:07I'd be able to get my skills back.
- 53:09I mean, I was trained at a very good program in high school and
- 53:12then I interned with Vince Errant, who was Ansel Adams lab
- 53:17tech like I I was very good in the lab.
- 53:19So any who why would oh, see tangent.
- 53:25Dang it, that has nothing to do with what I was talking about.
- 53:34Any who I do play music like the theme song that the simple
- 53:39little theme song to this to this channel was composed by me.
- 53:43I like to arrange music. You know, at my at my wife's
- 53:48grandfather's funeral, I arranged an old Christian hymn,
- 53:53changed it from, you know, a 3/4 time signature to A4 four time
- 53:59signature. Changed it all up, wrote
- 54:01harmonies and performed it with, with our daughters.
- 54:05I, I, I really, really love music and I do play instruments.
- 54:08I play the guitar and then pretty much the roots
- 54:11instruments, right? I play the ukulele pretty well.
- 54:13I play the dulcimer pretty well. You know, I, I, I plunk along on
- 54:20the mandolin and the banjo and stuff like that.
- 54:23But because I'm a person that I just get I, I I don't dedicate
- 54:29my life to to that thing. Anyway, short answer, piano.
- 54:35I play in a band and like a like a club.
- 54:38Like that'd be fun. That'd be fun to just play in a
- 54:41band at a club. I would love that.
- 54:46Yeah, there there are also some things that I meant mastered
- 54:48right. You can't let me hide this.
- 54:52Robin says you master fly in a plane Yeah and I have I have
- 54:57several 1000 hours behind the yoke of a plane, single engine
- 55:01land, single engine sea, multi engine land.
- 55:05And I've got different, different ratings, but that I
- 55:11think, I think photography, portraiture, not just general
- 55:16photography, I think portraiture and, and flight are kind of the
- 55:23two hobbies that I'm, I would say that I excel at.
- 55:27I'm really good at. I'm also a very good driver.
- 55:33Like I'm a very good driver talking like cars.
- 55:38I've spent some time I've, I've raced on the Nurnbergering.
- 55:44I've yeah, but I think those two are probably the ones that I am
- 55:49best at. Do I play the hammer dulcimer?
- 55:51I don't. I play the Appalachian dulcimer
- 55:53though. Got one of those in my music
- 55:55room. In our music room we've got a
- 55:59Broadwood and Sons 1880 grand piano.
- 56:03It's about 11 feet long. It has 85 keys, so before they
- 56:07started manufacturing them with 88 keys.
- 56:10We have got a Lowry church organ.
- 56:13We've got several ukuleles in there.
- 56:16We've got several acoustic guitars, we've got a dulcimer,
- 56:20we've got several electric guitars, we've got a bass, and
- 56:26we all kind of play on all of them.
- 56:29But I've never played the hammer dulcimer.
- 56:31I have not. I play the Appalachian dulcimer.
- 56:34Good question, though. We're sidetracked.
- 56:37Let's go 'cause we're on three questions with Gavin Fish.
- 56:43And that question #3 is if you could tour any building in the
- 56:46world with full unrestricted access, what place would I
- 56:50choose? Any building in the world, what
- 56:57place would I choose? You know, I've been to, I've
- 57:03been to so many cool places. Let me think about this, because
- 57:13there, I've been to castles, I've been to palaces, I've been
- 57:17to, you know, buildings of government.
- 57:27You know, where I've never been is like I, I've been to Hans
- 57:31Christian Andersen's childhood home.
- 57:33I've been to his adult home right there in Copenhagen.
- 57:38I've never been to Dickens home. I think that would be cool, But
- 57:44a building that I with unfettered access, oh, it would
- 57:51be a dam. It would be like Hoover Dam or
- 57:58or the lock system at the Panama Canal, you know, something that
- 58:03has switches and levers, you know, buttons maybe.
- 58:08Yeah, I think it'd probably be Hoover Dam.
- 58:11That'd be so cool to tour something just so unique, right?
- 58:16That would be a lot of fun. I love it.
- 58:19I love it. Good questions, guys.
- 58:21So send your questions to Three Questions at gavinfish.com and
- 58:26maybe I will answer one of your questions.
- 58:28This isn't Joy, it's three questions with Gavin Fish.
- 58:39Yeah, something like that. OK, a couple a couple more
- 58:41comments before we go. And he says I play Backstreet
- 58:44Boys music on the keyboard. Nice, Very nice, Phoenix Rising
- 58:50said. Aha.
- 58:51Gavin got here just in time to hear the real reason you're
- 58:54growing long hair and you want to be a rock star.
- 58:56Yeah, I want to be an aging hair receding, overweight rock star.
- 59:03That's I I want to be David St. Hubbins great comment a couple.
- 59:13Let's see. Vexatious parrot.
- 59:15Oh, oh, how how mysterious. A vexatious parrot.
- 59:22I want no vexes upon me. Vexatious parrot.
- 59:26OK, saying the Vatican that now you've thought this through that
- 59:31that is a good choice. That is a good choice.
- 59:35I was thinking of places that that I've been, that I've really
- 59:38enjoyed. You know, in 2024, I was in
- 59:43London and I took one of our daughters with us and we went to
- 59:47the English Museum. Oh, my goodness.
- 59:51To to be to be behind the scenes of the English Museum would be
- 59:56amazing. Some place with deep history.
- 59:58The Vatican would be a great place.
- 1:00:01Oh, yeah, yeah. I'm trying to think.
- 1:00:07In some place with you know, there is a there is a temple in
- 1:00:14India. What is the name of that temple?
- 1:00:18Hold on huge Sikh temple in India.
- 1:00:31What's it called? Oh, it's called the Golden
- 1:00:35Temple in in Amrit * Punjab. Man, I would love to see that
- 1:00:43place. I would love to see that place.
- 1:00:47Oh, my goodness. Yeah.
- 1:00:49So something with just really, really, really deep history
- 1:00:52would just be a blast. So much fun.
