  headlines that I want to share with you guys today, both from

  Crime COD. These ones just here we go.

  Police say man strapped dead baby and stroller told mother he
• 2:10
  was sleeping. Authorities say the infant had
• 2:13
  already been dead for hours when the father returned him to his
• 2:16
  mother's doorstep. This brought to us by Jacob

  Charles, Chicago, IL Chicago police say Anthony Evans handed
• 2:25
  over his son's stroller and assured the baby's mother he was
• 2:28
  just asleep, even though the two-month old had already been
• 2:31
  dead for much of the morning. According to the Chicago Sun
• 2:34
  Times, the baby boy had spent a week in the care of his father
• 2:38
  when his mother, 23 year old Kayla Flowers, picked him up on
• 2:41
  April 28th. Believing he was asleep in his
• 2:44
  stroller, she carried him the two blocks back to her home
• 2:48
  before discovering, as she told police, that he was not
• 2:51
  breathing. Flowers, panicked, Flowers
• 2:54
  panicked. Call to Pastor Joe Wizenga of
• 2:58
  Roseland Mission Ministry still echoes in his memory as he
• 3:01
  recounted to the Sun Times. She was shrieking and sobbing,
• 3:04
  crying. My baby's dead.

  They killed my baby. He's black and blue.

  Relatives rushed Case into Roseland Hospital where he's
• 3:11
  pronounced dead 10:30 AM. Crazy, crazy.

  Let's see. This week, Chicago police
• 3:20
  announced the arrest of 23 year old Anthony Evans, who ABC7
• 3:23
  identifies as the man now charged with murder in Cason's
• 3:26
  death. Police said Evans had been taken
• 3:29
  into custody on November 10th. According to Fox 32.
• 3:33
  Chicago prosecutors argued in court that Evans had repeatedly
• 3:37
  struck the infant with closed fists.
• 3:40
  Court documents cited by the station also allege Evans has a
• 3:43
  history of attacking Kayla Flowers.
• 3:45
  Wow. So you can read the rest of that

  you. This one trafficking, as you

  guys know, as we've covered on this channel, there is so much

  trafficking going on that we probably don't even know about.

  I'm thinking specifically of Letcher County where we've got

  women in the jail having to trade sexual favors to people in
• 4:13
  power in order to, you know, be able to go home on house arrest
• 4:16
  and not be under the threat of arrest all the time.

  This kind of stuff happens everywhere, but this is a little
• 4:24
  more beyond the pale. Let's go ahead and read it.

  Headline by Kate Byrd Federal court clears path for sex

  trafficking trial of Alexander brothers.

  Prosecutors say the brothers used wealth, status and drugs to
• 4:36
  lure victims across state lines and international lines.

  Dateline New York. A federal judge ruled that Tal
• 4:44
  oren and Elon Alexander must face most of the charges in a
• 4:47
  federal indictment accusing them of conspiring to drug and SA
• 4:52
  dozens of women over more than a decade.

  ABC News reports that the US District Judge Valerie Caproni

  denied the brother's motion to dismiss.

  Really. And the allegations were

  sufficient to proceed to trial. Well, yeah, I mean, there was an

  indictment. She dismissed 1 attempted sex
• 5:10
  trafficking charge as time barred, but upheld the remaining
• 5:14
  counts, including conspiracy to commit sex trafficking.

  Time barred means the statute of limitations had expired.

  Caproni also rejected defense arguments that the case involved
• 5:26
  only local crimes, noting the allegations span state and
• 5:29
  international borders. Court filings describe victims
• 5:32
  being moved from Martha's Vineyard to New York, Florida
• 5:36
  and Israel. So let's see coming down.

  accused at least one of the Alexander Brothers of SA.

  Prosecutors say 11 new victims have filed civil lawsuits,

  according to the New York Post. So we've got a big, big group of

  victims here. The Alexander brothers remain in

  custody and also face separate state felony charges connected
• 6:03
  to their cousin, Ohad Fisherman. So there are the three brothers

  and glad that the judge ruled that and we'll see what happens

  of the video, right? That they believe that there are

  Why am I having a hard time? There we are, Mickey Stein's,

  her father, who is accused of murdering Judge Kevin Mullins in

  his chamber. We've all seen this video and

  it's shocking to say the very least.

  Judge Mullins was shot 9 times by Mickey Stein's and Mickey
• 9:25
  Stein so far appears to be preparing some sort of insanity
• 9:31
  defense, right? So back to Lila.

  She's saying, hey, there's some videos out there that we believe
• 9:38
  could be helpful to the case. Now, what are these videos?

  If you've been on the channel for any stretch of time, you may

  have seen Elizabeth Jones as a guest on the channel.

  Man, this week went by. She I was going to be a guest on

  her channel. I guess we both got a little

  busy there. But anyway, Kevin Mullins is

  accused now by multiple women, including Sabrina Adkins, who

  did it on a proffer, did it on tape with a Kentucky's attorney
• 10:13
  general's office investigator saying that she had seen videos
• 10:21
  of Judge Mullins having sex with a known woman in his chambers.

  Now, so many people have said that they have seen these videos
• 10:35
  and I always find that if something like this exists, it
• 10:41
  should look at my I am sloppy tonight.

  It should make its way into the public domain.

  It usually would it would be leaked by now.

  Now over this week, because I think what was it Monday that we

  last talked about Judge Mullins, I think it was Monday, we talked
• 11:11
  about the Judge Mullins case in a video titled Where there's
• 11:14
  one, there's 300 and we watched a video.

  In fact, we can we can watch part of it real quick because it

  is it is short. Let me see if I can bring it up

  Found a woman named Jamie Rayburn saying that her mom like
• 11:44
  that. Judge Mullins attempted to get
• 11:47
  to her, but she knew that Judge Mullins had gotten to her mom.

  Let's have a listen. Interview with a woman named

  Jamie Rayburn. She again lived in Letcher
• 11:56
  County. She was in and out of jail along
• 12:00
  with many others in her family. And she talks about their
• 12:03
  history with the judge and also with the sheriff.
• 12:07
  Like how did you first meet the judge?
• 12:12
  So I actually, my first encounter was when I was a
• 12:15
  juvenile, which it wasn't nothing out of the ordinary
• 12:19
  because like I had to go, I was put on like a juvenile probation
• 12:23
  and then I went to juvie. So then later on in life when I
• 12:28
  become of age, I was on drugs and stuff and I ended up doing
• 12:35
  some time in jail. And in 2019 I went and decided
• 12:40
  to get clean and go through the art program.
• 12:42
  And he kind of personally reached out to me within those
• 12:46
  times, like helping me tell me he was proud and stuff.
• 12:50
  But then an indication that kind of alarmed me to know that all
• 12:55
  the rumors I heard my whole life about him as he invited me to
• 12:58
  the seminar in March of 2021, a drug seminar while I was in
• 13:02
  rehab, basically to tell a little bit of like my story.
• 13:06
  And he was just trying to like, I guess make me like a poster
• 13:10
  child. I don't know.
• 13:11
  But he was just trying to share my story and stuff.
• 13:13
  But he was just very weird during that, like before, he was
• 13:18
  just very inappropriate, you know, to me.
• 13:21
  Like, like what happened? Did it?
• 13:23
  Was he calling? Yeah.
• 13:25
  He just told me, like, if I ever needed anything, just to come to
• 13:28
  his chambers, like if I ever got in trouble, that, you know, I
• 13:31
  could come and talk to him, you know?
• 13:33
  But like, as women know what that means, you know what I'm
• 13:37
  saying? And he just made me feel very
• 13:40
  uncomfortable. He just looked at me like a dog.
• 13:44
  When she says US women know what that means, like we don't have
• 13:48
  to spell it out here, but they know what was happening.
• 13:52
  She talked about she'd been hearing rumors her whole life
• 13:56
  the the judge's chambers was a trap.
• 13:58
  That according to what all these women are saying, that once you
• 14:02
  get into those chambers, that's when the full poor, full court
• 14:07
  press comes and Judge Mullins does what the rumors are the
• 14:12
  judge. Now, I'm not saying I know this.
• 14:13
  I'm saying this is what these women are saying, right?
• 14:17
  Try to that. I mean, that is textbook
• 14:19
  grooming At that point, you know, come to the seminar.
• 14:24
  We will tell your story. Hey, if you ever need anything,
• 14:28
  if you ever get in trouble, just come and see me.
• 14:31
  That's textbook grooming. There's more though.
• 14:35
  But most of my story is my mom too, you know?
• 14:39
  That's why I was reaching out, because my mom had a lot.
• 14:44
  She's no longer here anymore, but my mom had the sexual stuff
• 14:51
  with him and all that. Did when you say she's not here,
• 14:54
  did did she pass? And, and we're not going to
• 14:56
  watch the entire thing. You can go back to Monday's
• 14:59
  video to watch the entire thing, but that's basically what
• 15:02
  happened. Is another woman coming forward
• 15:05
  saying, yeah, this is what Judge Mullins did.
• 15:08
  Now, does that mean that Mickey Stein's had the right to go in
• 15:12
  and shoot him dead? Of course not.
• 15:14
  Mickey Stein's is on trial for murder.
• 15:16
  And I don't know if these videos come to light, if it will help
• 15:23
  his case. Maybe in the eyes of a jury,
• 15:26
  maybe the in the eyes of the jury, they'd go, Oh yeah, he had
• 15:29
  every right to do to do that. But what I wanted to report to
• 15:33
  you guys is that over this past week, since I, since I did the
• 15:38
  Monday video, more than one woman has reached out to me
• 15:42
  saying and has text one with me directly back and forth and one
• 15:47
  with my, one of my volunteers back and forth.

  We've texted and we've we've pressed them on it because
• 15:55
  they've said, yeah, these videos exist.
• 15:57
  These videos are going to come to light.
• 15:59
  Yes, the whole thing. And when we press them on it,

  have you seen the video? Well, pretty soon they would say
• 16:05
  the video is going to come to light.

  No, no, no. Have you seen the video?

  And still none of them say that they have seen the video.

  They just, they just know that they exist.

  I don't know what that means if it's just, you know, more rumor

  mill stuff or, or if the video actually exists.

  And I'm kind of I'm kind of between two ways of thinking it.

  One way, like I said before, is if the video exists, you'd think

  we would have seen it by now. And I know that Bryan Enten and

  his producers are working. They've got to be, I don't know

  it. I suspect deeply that Brian and
• 16:51
  his investigators and other investigators are, you know,
• 16:55
  investigative reporters are trying to find those videos so
• 16:59
  far, Bubkus, bubkus, bubkus. So, yeah, that is my, I guess,

  my update on the case of Kevin Mullins.

  the next case that I want to bring you up to date on.

  It is the case of Celeste Rivas Hernandez, the 14 year old girl
• 19:49
  who was a runaway. She went missing and and ended
• 19:57
  up dead hidden in the trunk, the front trunk of a Tesla Model X
• 20:03
  down in Hollywood. So this.
• 20:07
  Article came out about a week ago, but I thought that it was
• 20:10
  important to bring it. Here it is.
• 20:13
  You know what? What might be the punishment for
• 20:16
  somebody who is convicted of concealing the body of Celeste
• 20:21
  Rivas Hernandez? Let me just read a couple
• 20:24
  paragraphs from this. This comes from KTLA.
• 20:26
  Weeks after the body of missing Lake Elsnor teen Celeste Rivas
• 20:30
  Hernandez was found stashed in the front trunk of a Tesla
• 20:33
  linked to rising R&B star David, there are still many questions.
• 20:37
  How did Celeste die? Was it murder?
• 20:39
  Who hid her body in the Tesla? But for all the big questions we
• 20:42
  still don't have answers to, there is one we do.
• 20:45
  LAPD says someone did conceal Celeste's body in that trunk.
• 20:49
  And regardless of the autopsy, that in itself may be a crime.
• 20:54
  By the way, different states have different laws about
• 21:00
  desecration, concealment, things like that.
• 21:03
  I know in New York State, for example, it was only a
• 21:07
  misdemeanor to desecrate a body until Amanda Lynn's Law, which
• 21:13
  was passed in the name of Amanda Lynn Winkowski, one of the first
• 21:17
  cases I ever looked at. Now it is a felony in New York
• 21:20
  State, but I don't know what it is in California.
• 21:22
  It might just be a low level misdemeanor.
• 21:26
  The Los Angeles Police Department tells KTLA today that
• 21:30
  this remains an ongoing investigation and that the news
• 21:32
  release stands on its own. We covered this earlier this
• 21:35
  week and that news release dated September 29th.
• 21:38
  The LAPD states the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner has not
• 21:42
  yet determined the cause or manner of Ms. Rivas Hernandez's
• 21:45
  death. As such, it remains unclear
• 21:48
  whether there is any criminal culpability beyond the
• 21:51
  concealment of her body. RHD is thoroughly hey, they did
• 21:54
  a weird thing. There should be a quote here to
• 21:57
  learn that in 7th grade, RHD is thoroughly examining every
• 22:00
  aspect of this case to uncover the truth and seek justice for
• 22:04
  Celeste and her family. They continue.

  We went to Ktla's legal analyst, Allison Triesel.
• 22:13
  Triesel explains that what might be surprising is that
• 22:16
  concealment and accidental death.
• 22:18
  Here's the answer to my question is only a misdemeanor.
• 22:22
  It is a violation of California Penal Code Section 152.
• 22:25
  The maximum someone can receive in custody for the offense is up
• 22:29
  to one year in county jail and a maximum fine of $10,000.
• 22:34
  And of course they would go through the whole grading
• 22:37
  process. Is this person have any criminal
• 22:41
  record, blah, blah, blah. If it was a first time offense,
• 22:44
  I bet it would be probation. I don't know.
• 22:47
  But so the big question goes back to that autopsy, which
• 22:50
  still, which has still been deferred to rule once and for
• 22:55
  all, how Celeste died. Was it an accident or a murder?
• 23:00
  Another surprise from Triesel. She points out that failing to
• 23:02
  report an accidental death is not a crime in the state of
• 23:05
  California. Therefore, in order to be
• 23:07
  convicted of PC Section 152, the person must commit an overt act
• 23:12
  like moving, concealing, or hiding a body.
• 23:14
  Like maybe stuffing the body in the trunk of a Tesla.
• 23:17
  Other facts still to be determined, was Celeste death
• 23:20
  accidental or not? Who put her body in the Tesla
• 23:23
  and why? As of today, the case is
• 23:25
  ongoing, no suspects have been named and Singer David hasn't
• 23:28
  been accused of any crime. The LA County District Attorney
• 23:32
  confirms that as of November 6th, no case has been presented.
• 23:35
  So, and a lot of that is stuff that we already talked about
• 23:38
  this week, but that whole thing, concealment of a, of a, of an
• 23:42
  accidental death is only a misdemeanor in the state of
• 23:46
  California. Failing to report an accidental
• 23:49
  death is not a crime in the state of California.
• 23:52
  So we could honestly be looking at something here where somebody
• 23:57
  just gets a slap on the wrist and a 14 year old girl is dead.

  That's that's to me unconscionable, but but yeah,
• 24:09
  let's see if you guys are saying anything about this case.

  This is being reported out of the Santa Barbara Independent

  today at 2:38 PM. Melody Buzzer's mother was

  released from custody with the GPS monitor.

  Of course, we knew that was going to happen.

  That's what the judge ruled. Just had to go through the
• 25:45
  process. Top line says Ashley Buzzard to
• 25:48
  appear in court next week after pleading not guilty to false
• 25:51
  imprisonment charge unrelated to daughter's disappearance Written

  by Christina McDermott Ashley Buzzard, the Vandenberg Village

  mother of missing 9 year old Melody Buzzard, will wait for
• 26:02
  her next court appearance outside of jail custody.
