- 0:00SPEAKER_00: And out of no, it just whips out like a giant black dildo and just I didn't know what to do.
- 0:04SPEAKER_00: I was just like, I was like, I was just like me and my buddy were just sitting there.
- 0:09SPEAKER_00: We're just like, how do you respond to that?
- 0:10SPEAKER_01: Like, all right, listen up.
- 0:12SPEAKER_01: And no one gets hurt.
- 0:30SPEAKER_00: Tony's gonna get two more tickets on his way home.
- 0:33SPEAKER_00: That's it.
- 0:35SPEAKER_00: All the cops after they fall in.
- 0:37SPEAKER_05: I kind of think that this guest is trying to distract me so I don't pronounce his last name correctly.
- 0:42SPEAKER_00: I think that's what we can do this.
- 0:43SPEAKER_00: JJ, the whole friendship is gonna be on this moment.
- 0:47SPEAKER_05: Okay.
- 0:47SPEAKER_00: I believe in you.
- 0:48SPEAKER_05: Namaste.
- 0:49SPEAKER_05: All right.
- 0:50SPEAKER_05: So this week's guest, and welcome back to another episode, by the way.
- 0:53SPEAKER_00: Uh no one gets hurt.
- 0:56SPEAKER_05: Uh everyone laughs.
- 0:57SPEAKER_05: So our guest this week is Dino Hasanagic.
- 1:01SPEAKER_00: Dude, that was JJ.
- 1:04SPEAKER_05: You want to hear a funny story about my last name?
- 1:06SPEAKER_00: I want to.
- 1:07SPEAKER_00: When I first I met my wife, we've been together since we were 15 years old, and that was my pickup line with girls.
- 1:11SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 1:11SPEAKER_00: I would be like, if you can't say my last name, I get to give you a first kiss.
- 1:15SPEAKER_00: And because like Americans, if it's not Smith, Americans can't say it.
- 1:19SPEAKER_00: They're just like stuck.
- 1:20SPEAKER_00: You break an American down if there's any consonants or vowels in the world.
- 1:23SPEAKER_00: I would have been able to figure that out.
- 1:24SPEAKER_00: No, you because well, the C, in everyone's defense, the C is supposed to have like a little V over it, which announces like C H.
- 1:31SPEAKER_00: Yeah, Americans, but it doesn't really know.
- 1:33SPEAKER_00: But they don't have that.
- 1:34SPEAKER_00: So when we came to the States, we got rid of that little thing over it.
- 1:36SPEAKER_00: So it people will say Hasana gick, which is fair because you wouldn't know that's supposed to say gitch.
- 1:42SPEAKER_05: Uh I don't think any Americans are gonna know what the little That's what I'm saying.
- 1:45SPEAKER_00: Even if it was there, but maybe with like soccer and stuff, like some people might know it and whatnot.
- 1:50SPEAKER_01: So but uh again, if you I'm cultured enough to know that the C at the end of a name like that is itch.
- 1:58SPEAKER_01: No, there you go.
- 1:59SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I mean it's very common.
- 2:00SPEAKER_00: If you know it, if it falls all the bulk most Balkan countries will end with that itch.
- 2:04SPEAKER_00: Yeah, if you hear itch, you know it comes from that region of the world.
- 2:07SPEAKER_05: Like, but how like I mean, Tony, you really think cultured Antonia?
- 2:12SPEAKER_00: She's just like broken.
- 2:13SPEAKER_05: No, no, no, no, no, no.
- 2:14SPEAKER_05: Hold on.
- 2:15SPEAKER_05: That's not now, no.
- 2:16SPEAKER_05: What I was gonna say is uh how arrogant that you thought he wanted to kiss you.
- 2:20SPEAKER_05: I mean, you're like I did.
- 2:21SPEAKER_00: That's the whole point.
- 2:22SPEAKER_00: I don't know what she's trying to imply though.
- 2:24SPEAKER_05: No, because she because you said you said that you would tell girls that if they couldn't pronounce the name, that he would have to give them a kiss.
- 2:32SPEAKER_05: And you said I and then you said I would know how to pronounce the name.
- 2:35SPEAKER_05: So I'm like, that you're are you suggesting that he wanted to kiss you?
- 2:38SPEAKER_01: I mean absolutely, absolutely, yeah.
- 2:39SPEAKER_01: Hell yeah.
- 2:40SPEAKER_01: And I will say this.
- 2:43SPEAKER_00: You would have kiss, dude.
- 2:45SPEAKER_00: 100%.
- 2:46SPEAKER_00: But no, in all fairness, that was the only time I ever tried it was on my now wife when we were 15.
- 2:49SPEAKER_00: And but that was like my whole, I was like, oh, this is gonna be gold.
- 2:52SPEAKER_00: And then it ended turned out being my wife.
- 2:53SPEAKER_01: So it's undefeated.
- 2:55SPEAKER_00: 100%, dude.
- 2:56SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna Hall of Fame with that.
- 2:58SPEAKER_01: Absolutely.
- 2:59SPEAKER_00: That's awesome.
- 3:00SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 3:01SPEAKER_01: That's a uh Dave Chappelle does a uh segment on the Chappelle show called uh Great Moments in Hookup History.
- 3:08SPEAKER_01: Oh yeah?
- 3:08SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that one needs to be nominated for sure.
- 3:11SPEAKER_00: I love it, dude.
- 3:13SPEAKER_00: What's it called?
- 3:14SPEAKER_00: He doesn't do any more sketch shows, though.
- 3:16SPEAKER_00: No, no.
- 3:16SPEAKER_00: No, no, no.
- 3:17SPEAKER_01: I think I think he did like five seasons of Chappelle show.
- 3:20SPEAKER_00: But now you have Key and Peel, and then you have it's all YouTube now.
- 3:23SPEAKER_00: Like all the sketch shows are on YouTube now.
- 3:24SPEAKER_01: Yeah, everything pretty much.
- 3:26SPEAKER_00: Except SNL, but well, SNL, but I don't know.
- 3:28SPEAKER_00: Do you watch SNL?
- 3:29SPEAKER_00: Are you regular with it?
- 3:30SPEAKER_00: No, not really.
- 3:31SPEAKER_00: Yeah, me neither.
- 3:32SPEAKER_01: Like I watched, I I'll watch weekend update.
- 3:35SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 3:36SPEAKER_00: I'll watch the clips on like on Instagram.
- 3:38SPEAKER_00: Or the Rails when I'm scrolling out.
- 3:42SPEAKER_00: And then Saturday night, and then there's like UFC on or something.
- 3:45SPEAKER_00: I'm in bed, but I have two kids now.
- 3:47SPEAKER_00: I'm in bed at like 10.
- 3:48SPEAKER_00: Bro, fucking preach.
- 3:50SPEAKER_00: Seriously, sleep is so so important.
- 3:52SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 3:53SPEAKER_00: You need to sleep.
- 3:54SPEAKER_05: Um, going back to your flooring though, I have to tell you a funny story.
- 3:57SPEAKER_05: So my husband grew up in Alaska, and like as a summer job, and his dad, by the way, was an attorney.
- 4:03SPEAKER_05: And um, that's relevant to the story.
- 4:05SPEAKER_05: So he's doing a summer job with a friend who whose dad does flooring.
- 4:09SPEAKER_05: Okay.
- 4:10SPEAKER_05: And my husband is not construction inclined.
- 4:13SPEAKER_05: Okay.
- 4:14SPEAKER_05: This is not that's not his forte.
- 4:16SPEAKER_05: All right.
- 4:17SPEAKER_05: And apparently they're it's on his first day, and he sees a little chunk of wood next to the blade.
- 4:24SPEAKER_04: Okay.
- 4:25SPEAKER_05: And he decides, I'm just gonna flick it.
- 4:27SPEAKER_05: I'm just gonna flick it away.
- 4:29SPEAKER_05: So then that way, like it's not near the blade.
- 4:32SPEAKER_05: I don't know what component has.
- 4:34unknown: Yeah.
- 4:35SPEAKER_00: Smart.
- 4:35SPEAKER_05: So and he's a tennis player in college too.
- 4:38SPEAKER_05: So hands are important.
- 4:40SPEAKER_05: So he he flicks it and he touches the blade with his finger, and then he's like, ah, so then he starts like going like this, and blue blood is squirting everywhere.
- 4:50SPEAKER_00: Oh yeah.
- 4:51SPEAKER_05: Freshly painted walls.
- 4:53SPEAKER_00: Oh yeah.
- 4:54SPEAKER_00: A little splatter, and you're fucking, I'm gonna do Jackson Pollock on your wall.
- 4:57SPEAKER_00: Get a little aura over here, dude.
- 4:59SPEAKER_00: That is an insane story, though.
- 5:01SPEAKER_05: Yeah, it's well, so so so then the guy was like, Oh my god.
- 5:03SPEAKER_05: And so he's taking him to the hospital.
- 5:05SPEAKER_05: He's like, like, you're gonna be okay, everything's okay.
- 5:08SPEAKER_05: And and I think the guy was more like very concerned that my husband's dad was gonna sue him.
- 5:13SPEAKER_01: Oh, I was wondering when that was gonna come into play.
- 5:17SPEAKER_05: Right, but no, it's more like his dad was like, no, my son should not my dad Jacoby Jacoby, if you guys knew our first ad of the guy.
- 5:25SPEAKER_05: Yeah, his dad was not that kind of an attorney, but his dad um was like, no, it was my son being stupid.
- 5:30SPEAKER_05: That's not your fault.
- 5:31SPEAKER_05: Yeah, his dad was a uh an attorney for the state of Alaska.
- 5:35SPEAKER_05: He was a tax uh oil and gas tax attorney in the 80s.
- 5:39SPEAKER_05: Wow, yeah.
- 5:40SPEAKER_00: Fucking money, money, made sure.
- 5:42SPEAKER_05: Made sure that the uh that the gas companies, uh the whatever the oil companies were paying the proper taxes to the state.
- 5:50SPEAKER_05: One of the best things that I've ever heard.
- 5:52SPEAKER_05: My unfortunately, my father-in-law passed away before I met him, but one of the coolest things my mother-in-law told me that he did is that he would um apply to Houston to deal with the oil companies, whatever, and uh he'd get into the room and he would say, Do you have to make a call?
- 6:08SPEAKER_05: And they'd be like, What?
- 6:09SPEAKER_05: He's like for whatever they were resolving.
- 6:10SPEAKER_05: Yeah, do you have authority or do you have to make a call to someone else?
- 6:13SPEAKER_05: And if they said they said I have to make a call, he would just grab his suitcase or his briefcase and he would leave the room and fly, fly back to Alaska.
- 6:23SPEAKER_05: Because he's like, get me into the room with the person who makes the decisions.
- 6:26SPEAKER_05: I don't don't waste my time.
- 6:28SPEAKER_05: Damn.
- 6:28SPEAKER_05: And I love that.
- 6:29SPEAKER_05: I just think that is so freaking cool.
- 6:32SPEAKER_05: Yeah, yeah.
- 6:33SPEAKER_05: Fuck, yeah.
- 6:33SPEAKER_00: Yeah, he's probably a good husband too.
- 6:35SPEAKER_00: His wife did the same shit to him, probably.
- 6:40SPEAKER_00: Are you gonna be are you the one I need to talk to?
- 6:42SPEAKER_00: And he's like, no, all right, well, get the fuck out of the room and let me talk to your manager, dog.
- 6:47SPEAKER_05: Well, for what it's worth, my mother-in-law does watch the show, so shout out.
- 6:50SPEAKER_05: And uh, yes, she is she's a baddie too.
- 6:53SPEAKER_05: So, yes, yes.
- 6:54SPEAKER_00: But talking about cutting, dude, I don't know, my dad being from the Balkans, he's the craziest dude I've ever met.
- 7:00SPEAKER_00: He cut his own finger almost off.
- 7:01SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 7:02SPEAKER_00: And normal logical thing to do would be like, oh God, like I'm bleeding.
- 7:06SPEAKER_00: He held his finger together and just like walked to the owner of the house and was like, You should take me to hospital now.
- 7:12SPEAKER_00: And like, no tears.
- 7:13SPEAKER_00: That's so on brand, though.
- 7:15SPEAKER_00: So on brand.
- 7:16SPEAKER_00: And then people are like, what's it like raising your house?
- 7:18SPEAKER_00: I'm like, you just don't piss my dad up.
- 7:19SPEAKER_00: Dude cut his finger off and was unbothered by do you think he's gonna give a shit about anything I have to say like in an argument?
- 7:25SPEAKER_00: Like, dude, it's just dude, I don't know.
- 7:27SPEAKER_05: Okay, this no one's supposed to get hurt on this podcast, but I also have a family member who cut their finger off.
- 7:32SPEAKER_00: We're bad group of people, don't hang out with this around song.
- 7:35SPEAKER_00: Your odds of getting your finger chopped is high.
- 7:37SPEAKER_05: So no, so this is my uncle on my Croatian side.
- 7:40SPEAKER_05: So my uncle was riding his bicycle to school, elementary school, and his bicycle chain was loose.
- 7:46SPEAKER_05: So he decided to try to fix it while he was riding his bike.
- 7:49SPEAKER_00: That's smart, yeah.
- 7:49SPEAKER_00: It's just it's called efficient like mid-pedal.
- 7:52SPEAKER_05: Mid-pedal, yeah.
- 7:53SPEAKER_05: Reaching down.
- 7:54SPEAKER_00: That's called I don't know what the word for the high risk, zero reward.
- 7:59SPEAKER_00: There's nothing going well for you in that situation.
- 8:02SPEAKER_05: Multitasker.
- 8:03SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 8:04unknown: Sure.
- 8:05SPEAKER_05: So he thought he fixed it and he's like, Oh, I have a little bit of like loose skin.
- 8:09SPEAKER_05: I just I'm just gonna like and bloop, right?
- 8:12SPEAKER_05: Gets to school and his bone is exposed.
- 8:14SPEAKER_05: He's like, What?
- 8:18SPEAKER_05: So my uncle, so I have a big family, his younger brother had to go back to the field with a bunch of kids and my grandma to try to find said finger.
- 8:27SPEAKER_05: Oh, they found it, put it on ice, reattached it.
- 8:30SPEAKER_05: My Croatian grandfather built some kind of a sling because they told him, you have to have your hand up to like make this work.
- 8:38SPEAKER_05: So my uncle would fall asleep with his hand in a sling that was like hooked to the wall.
- 8:42SPEAKER_05: So that way he had his hand up.
- 8:45SPEAKER_05: And uh it miraculously took, I mean, it was like jacked the rest of his life.
- 8:48SPEAKER_05: But yeah, yeah.
- 8:49SPEAKER_00: Yeah, but now when he puts his hand down, it just stops at 45 and he wasn't allowed in Germany after that in the 40s.
- 8:56SPEAKER_00: Not getting political about it, but grandpa might have fucked him up a little.
- 9:01SPEAKER_05: My grandpa allegedly was here before all of that, which we're which is so weird though, because like like I told you before we move on things like we're very skeptical of like exactly where my grandpa's from because he doesn't pop up in the American census until about like 1943, and allegedly he was born here, but like yeah, how convenient! Yeah, yeah, and I think he would have been born in like 1909 or something like that.
- 9:24SPEAKER_05: So it's like, wait, what?
- 9:25SPEAKER_01: Like this would have made him what fucking 32 in the 40s, yeah.
- 9:29SPEAKER_05: Yeah, something like that.
- 9:30SPEAKER_05: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 9:31SPEAKER_01: And he'd already been married and had a kid.
- 9:33SPEAKER_01: He did some shit, yeah.
- 9:35SPEAKER_01: Yeah, well, I mean, if they gave him records in America, at least he probably ratted somebody out.
- 9:41SPEAKER_00: How they got to America.
- 9:43SPEAKER_00: Your grandpa was a snitch, all right?
- 9:45SPEAKER_00: Full circle.
- 9:46SPEAKER_00: Your grandpa's a snitch.
- 9:48SPEAKER_00: Uh don't bow.
- 9:50SPEAKER_05: And actually, my grandpa messed up his finger when he was working for a place called Tempkin roller bearing, which actually still exists, it's in Ohio.
- 9:58SPEAKER_05: And he got his finger like jammed.
- 10:00SPEAKER_05: And so the rest of his life, his his like middle finger was like this.
- 10:05SPEAKER_05: And so then he he called this a thraskum punum.
- 10:08SPEAKER_05: I don't know, I don't know what that means.
- 10:10SPEAKER_05: And he would use it to knock like the kids, like if you got in trouble.
- 10:14SPEAKER_05: Like on the head?
- 10:15SPEAKER_05: Yeah, he would like your neck, the knuckles like permanent like this, and he'd like whap them in the head.
- 10:20SPEAKER_05: I'm giving you a throstkum punum.
- 10:21SPEAKER_00: That's crazy.
- 10:22SPEAKER_00: He's like throwing up gang signs and the middle finger at the same time.
- 10:25SPEAKER_00: Fuck you.
- 10:26SPEAKER_00: Yeah, exactly.
- 10:27SPEAKER_00: Croatian crisps.
- 10:31SPEAKER_00: That's right.
- 10:32SPEAKER_01: Come tan with those fuckers.
- 10:34SPEAKER_01: That's fucking funny.
- 10:35SPEAKER_01: That's insane.
- 10:35SPEAKER_05: But all the words that my mom can remember that he says are all Russian.
- 10:39SPEAKER_05: So that's what's interesting.
- 10:40SPEAKER_05: Like, so that's why that's what I'm telling you.
- 10:42SPEAKER_05: It's a little suspicious.
- 10:43SPEAKER_00: Your grandpa was a sleeper agent, dude.
- 10:44SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
- 10:45SPEAKER_00: Like a dusty Danyo dude.
- 10:50SPEAKER_05: But I mean, if you think about it, it it's so close to Russia, the Slavic, it's all very like incestuous.
- 10:58SPEAKER_01: So that motherfucker was SS and KGB and CIA.
- 11:04SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and CIA.
- 11:05SPEAKER_00: Fuck yeah, dude.
- 11:06SPEAKER_00: Yeah, you gotta do what you gotta do for your family, dude.
- 11:08SPEAKER_00: That's fucking funny.
- 11:10SPEAKER_05: So you were talking about Dana Hill dolphins, right?
- 11:13SPEAKER_05: Okay, and Dana Hills.
- 11:15SPEAKER_05: Yeah.
- 11:15SPEAKER_05: Oh, where did you go to high school?
- 11:16SPEAKER_01: Elisa.
- 11:17SPEAKER_05: Elisa Viejo.
- 11:18SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah.
- 11:18SPEAKER_01: What is y'all's mascot?
- 11:19SPEAKER_01: A Wolverine.
- 11:20SPEAKER_01: Oh, see, that's savage.
- 11:22SPEAKER_04: Savage.
- 11:22SPEAKER_00: I mean, we still sucked at a lot of sports places.
- 11:25SPEAKER_00: At least I felt going like cool going into that lawn.
- 11:28SPEAKER_00: You are still a Wolverine.
- 11:30SPEAKER_00: Yeah, dude.
- 11:31SPEAKER_05: Dude, I can't believe that you went to Lisa Vieille.
- 11:33SPEAKER_00: Why would you go?
- 11:34SPEAKER_05: No, because that's what we're gonna talk about today.
- 11:36SPEAKER_05: I had no idea.
- 11:38SPEAKER_00: Shut up.
- 11:38SPEAKER_05: I swear.
- 11:39SPEAKER_05: No way.
- 11:39SPEAKER_05: I swear.
- 11:40SPEAKER_00: I mean, I'm not like proud of it, like where I'm like, oh, it's all over my Instagram, but yeah, that's we're at.
- 11:44SPEAKER_05: No, it just happened this week.
- 11:45SPEAKER_00: What are the odds of the thing?
- 11:45SPEAKER_00: What happened to Lisa?
- 11:46SPEAKER_00: So you're talking about.
- 11:47SPEAKER_01: That's fucking crazy.
- 11:48SPEAKER_00: The last time Elisa was in the news was like when the kid like beat his dad with a baseball bat like four or five years ago.
- 11:54SPEAKER_00: Jesus Christ.
- 11:55SPEAKER_00: He was like, What?
- 11:56SPEAKER_00: Is that what you're gonna talk about?
- 11:56SPEAKER_00: No.
- 11:57SPEAKER_00: You're like, that's also my cousin.
- 11:58SPEAKER_00: A little white kid.
- 11:59SPEAKER_00: Of course it's a white kid, dude.
- 12:01SPEAKER_00: Are you kidding me?
- 12:02SPEAKER_00: He was such a good kid.
- 12:03SPEAKER_00: No, he wasn't, dude.
- 12:04SPEAKER_00: He was in his room every night, like on the dark web.
- 12:08SPEAKER_00: He was not a good kid.
- 12:09SPEAKER_05: This is about Julie Molina.
- 12:11SPEAKER_05: This happened this week.
- 12:12SPEAKER_05: This is all alleged.
- 12:13SPEAKER_05: This is an ongoing case.
- 12:15SPEAKER_05: Nothing has been found, like there's been no court uh findings of guilt.
- 12:20SPEAKER_05: So this is just alleged.
- 12:22SPEAKER_05: It's we're in the middle of it.
- 12:23SPEAKER_05: It just can't hit the news last week.
- 12:26SPEAKER_05: Okay.
- 12:26SPEAKER_01: No, no, no.
- 12:27SPEAKER_05: So right, right.
- 12:29SPEAKER_05: Julie Molina.
- 12:32SPEAKER_00: On today's top ten of crimes.
- 12:34SPEAKER_05: Julie Molina, an Elisa Viejo woman and former treasurer of the nonprofit supporting the Elisa Nigel High School football program.
- 12:43SPEAKER_00: I don't know her, but yeah.
- 12:44SPEAKER_05: Well, this just happened.
- 12:46SPEAKER_05: So she was arrested by the FBI uh at our Elisa Viejo home on September 10th, and she was charged with four counts of wire fraud.
- 12:55SPEAKER_00: What was her business?
- 12:56SPEAKER_00: Like, what are they thinking that she was like a part of?
- 12:58SPEAKER_05: She's pled not guilty for the record, but um so basically she it's she div they're alleging that she diverted over$400,000 of money belonging to the nonprofit to her personal expenses.
- 13:11SPEAKER_00: That's not that bad of a deal, dude.
- 13:12SPEAKER_00: I feel like there's but there's there's worse criminals out there.
- 13:14SPEAKER_00: $400,000, dude?
- 13:16SPEAKER_00: I don't know, dude.
- 13:17SPEAKER_00: I'm a I don't know.
- 13:19SPEAKER_00: I don't I don't think con artists should be in trouble.
- 13:21SPEAKER_00: That's a hot take.
- 13:22SPEAKER_00: But if you get got by a con artist, that's on you.
- 13:25SPEAKER_00: If you watch like some of those like con artist movies and whatnot.
- 13:28SPEAKER_01: Well, I'm gonna have to disagree on this one because that money was supposed to be for children, right?
- 13:32SPEAKER_00: Yeah, for the football team.
- 13:34SPEAKER_00: Yeah, let me tell you, our football team sucked.
- 13:37SPEAKER_00: That money wasn't.
- 13:38SPEAKER_00: Maybe that's because they didn't have$400,000.
- 13:41SPEAKER_00: No, I don't even know where she got.
- 13:42SPEAKER_00: Like, who was donating to the$400,000 to our football?
- 13:45SPEAKER_05: I mean, it's probably like probably over time.
- 13:47SPEAKER_05: Yeah, candy sales, car washes.
- 13:49SPEAKER_05: I don't know, but in charge of the city.
- 13:51SPEAKER_01: Do you know the price of a candy bar for some dollars ahead, dude?
- 13:55SPEAKER_01: Give it a couple years, your kids will be in school.
- 13:59SPEAKER_00: I don't know, like our like spirit pack that we had to buy for football season was like a hundred bucks.
- 14:03SPEAKER_00: So I was like, that's a long game.
- 14:04SPEAKER_00: Like she's been doing this for years then.
- 14:06SPEAKER_05: This couldn't have been something that she just like from 2023 to 2025.
- 14:10SPEAKER_05: Uh the federal grand jury is crazy.
- 14:12SPEAKER_00: It's like 200,000 a year.
- 14:14SPEAKER_00: That's what I'm saying.
- 14:14SPEAKER_00: That's kind of quick.
- 14:15SPEAKER_00: Damn.
- 14:16SPEAKER_05: Federal grand jury returned the indictment on September 2nd.
- 14:19SPEAKER_05: The FBI arrested her on September 10th.
- 14:21SPEAKER_05: Uh, this was a nonprofit bank account was in Laguna Hills.
- 14:26SPEAKER_05: She's arrested in her Lisa Viejo home.
- 14:28SPEAKER_05: Uh, I guess her husband didn't know anything about it, allegedly.
- 14:32SPEAKER_00: Uh the McLaren, I thought she just did really good.
- 14:37SPEAKER_00: She was even killing it at Walmart lately, dude.
- 14:40SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 14:40SPEAKER_00: She's checked every receipt.
- 14:44SPEAKER_00: She's a fucking greeter.
- 14:46SPEAKER_01: Like, no, this is completely normal for her salary cap.
- 14:49SPEAKER_01: When there's no one there, she even puts the cards back.
- 14:51SPEAKER_01: Yeah, dude.
- 14:51SPEAKER_01: She's a she's a saint, okay?
- 14:53SPEAKER_01: Give her her money.
- 14:54SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 14:55SPEAKER_05: Yeah, but I think that what's interesting about this is that I don't think she was doing it like in a flamboyant way.
- 15:01SPEAKER_05: My understanding is that she was diverting it towards her mortgage payments.
- 15:04SPEAKER_05: So it was more like low-key.
- 15:06SPEAKER_01: That's kind of following rule number two.
- 15:08SPEAKER_05: I think I know, I agree.
- 15:09SPEAKER_05: I mean, depending on what value of her house was.
- 15:11SPEAKER_05: I mean, yeah, if she's, you know, she's living, she's you said she was in her 50s, right?
- 15:15SPEAKER_01: 56, yeah.
- 15:16SPEAKER_01: So she probably bought a new house or anything.
- 15:18SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 15:18SPEAKER_05: I don't believe so.
- 15:19SPEAKER_05: No.
- 15:20SPEAKER_05: So yeah, they said that she was diverting money from the nonprofit account to cover her own expenses.
- 15:25SPEAKER_05: The large transaction was allegedly uh June 2023, the approximate$130,000 was wired from the nonprofit Laguna Hills account to pay delinquent balance on her home mortgage.
- 15:37SPEAKER_00: Oh, we'll see that's yeah, yeah.
- 15:38SPEAKER_00: So this is uh that was my next question.
- 15:40SPEAKER_00: It's like, do you think this is something that like she pre-planned or kind of just happened like coincidence?
- 15:44SPEAKER_01: That's a that's a good question.
- 15:45SPEAKER_00: You know what I mean?
- 15:46SPEAKER_00: Because it doesn't sound like her crime, like it of I know$400,000 is a lot of money, but it's not like this absurd amount, like millions of considering some of the stuff that we've talked about on the podcast.
- 15:54SPEAKER_01: Yeah, absolutely.
- 15:55SPEAKER_01: So that's what I'm saying.
- 15:56SPEAKER_00: It's like she probably got back on like she got some delinquent notice, probably an eviction notice, and she was like, I have access to this account.
- 16:02SPEAKER_00: Like it was like a situational occurrence.
- 16:04SPEAKER_00: Doesn't sound like she planned to do this, like but$130,000.
- 16:08SPEAKER_05: That's a lot of missed payments.
- 16:09SPEAKER_05: No, no, no.
- 16:10SPEAKER_00: That's what I'm saying.
- 16:10SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she her back was against the wall.
- 16:12SPEAKER_01: She wasn't like$130,000 overdue?
- 16:15SPEAKER_01: I don't know.
- 16:16SPEAKER_01: I'm like$100 overdue on one credit card.
- 16:20SPEAKER_01: They called me four times since we've been here, and now you owe seven thousand dollars in interest.
- 16:25SPEAKER_00: That is crazy about news.
- 16:26SPEAKER_00: I do live in Alisa Viejo, so I don't know where in Alisa her address is, but like she's your neighbor.
- 16:32SPEAKER_00: She yeah, uh, I got you, girl.
- 16:34SPEAKER_00: Um no, but like my grand like my family in Europe will call me about shit that's happening in the States.
- 16:40SPEAKER_00: They'll be like, hey, how are you?
- 16:41SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, good, why?
- 16:42SPEAKER_00: Like, there's a fire in LA, and I'm like, I have no clue there's a fire in LA.
- 16:46SPEAKER_00: I told you.
- 16:47SPEAKER_00: You deadass getting called right now, bro.
- 16:50SPEAKER_00: Suspected spam caller, dude.
- 16:52SPEAKER_01: That's just a hundred percent my credit card company for over a hundred dollars.
- 16:56SPEAKER_01: How many of those credit cards do you have?
- 16:57SPEAKER_01: He's like, there's like 20 of them.
- 16:59SPEAKER_01: I'm like, I have two.
- 17:00SPEAKER_00: There you go.
- 17:01SPEAKER_05: By the way, he's selling some football booster candies.
- 17:06SPEAKER_00: Candy boost.
- 17:06SPEAKER_00: Apparently, dude.
- 17:08SPEAKER_00: I didn't know that was the secret side hustle we should all be doing.
- 17:10SPEAKER_00: You know, I'm gonna start a wrapping.
- 17:11SPEAKER_05: He has some world famous chocolate, each bar is worth$100.
- 17:15SPEAKER_00: Can you seriously might be slaced with something?
- 17:18SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 17:19SPEAKER_00: But it's crazy.
- 17:20SPEAKER_00: I didn't know about that.
- 17:20SPEAKER_00: I mean, that's good.
- 17:21SPEAKER_00: I mean, how am I in Elisa, but I don't hear that?
- 17:22SPEAKER_00: Like, that's kind of well.
- 17:24SPEAKER_05: Your generation doesn't really watch the news, to be fair.
- 17:25SPEAKER_00: So it's so boring.
- 17:27SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that's a good point.
- 17:28SPEAKER_00: Like, it's and it's and it depends on what news channel you watch.
- 17:30SPEAKER_00: I've uh because I go into a lot of people's homes for physical therapy, and a lot of them are is that what we're calling it?
- 17:35SPEAKER_00: Yeah, well, that's what I'm gonna call it.
- 17:37SPEAKER_00: But like, but majority of them are elderly, so they're having the news channel, and it's funny, like I'll go into two different houses, one's watching like a uh like a conservative and the one's watching like a uh uh Democratic or uh liberal side.
- 17:47SPEAKER_00: It's the same news coverage, and uh, and like since I'm in both houses, I just saw the same opinion being completely misdirected.
- 17:54SPEAKER_00: I'm like, that is insane.
- 17:55SPEAKER_00: Like that, like and again, I mean I'm I could care less, like we're all gonna die.
- 17:59SPEAKER_00: Like this politics.
- 18:00SPEAKER_00: Well, it's I mean that's the truth.
- 18:01SPEAKER_00: I mean, I don't know.
- 18:02SPEAKER_00: I it's it's a scary world, but like I don't know.
- 18:05SPEAKER_00: Like, what do you believe anymore?
- 18:06SPEAKER_00: Like, I'm in I'm I don't know this is the right mindset to have, but I'm in a mindset now of like, well, fuck, what is the right way to think nowadays?
- 18:13SPEAKER_00: Like, nothing is real.
- 18:14SPEAKER_00: We live in a simulation.
- 18:15SPEAKER_00: Well, almost, dude.
- 18:16SPEAKER_00: Like, how do you decide what is truthful, what's not truthful, what's actual, like I don't know.
- 18:21SPEAKER_05: What I always find interesting is like when you watch something on the news or like something, a current event, and maybe a friend or a family member that you tend to conversate with on the regular and you tend to agree with each other, maybe not like a hundred percent, a hundred percent, but like ninety percent, ninety percent.
- 18:39SPEAKER_05: And then something will pop up in the news, and then you're like, oh yeah, and then they're like what and then they're the complete opposite, and you're like, oh, what a what hornet's nest did I just step in?
- 18:50SPEAKER_05: You know, that was the pandemic.
- 18:51SPEAKER_00: I met so many, I don't know how you guys are friends group were, but like in the pandemic, we know so many people that stopped talking to each other over vaccinations and over like politics.
- 19:00SPEAKER_00: I'm like, brother, like it's so random.
- 19:03SPEAKER_00: I'm like, just do what you want to do in your own house, and I don't really care.
- 19:05SPEAKER_00: Like, I don't know, like, talk about it.
- 19:07SPEAKER_00: That's the first thing.
- 19:07SPEAKER_00: People didn't talk about it.
- 19:08SPEAKER_00: Now we're getting more divided, I think.
- 19:10SPEAKER_00: This is turning into a political podcast, actually.
- 19:11SPEAKER_01: Yeah, we don't like politics.
- 19:13SPEAKER_00: People don't like to talk to each other about things, and I think that's the death of everything.
- 19:16SPEAKER_00: Like, I don't know, like when people find out my family is Muslim and my wife is Christian, everyone's first question is like, how's that gonna work?
- 19:22SPEAKER_00: I'm like, brother, we celebrate more holidays.
- 19:24SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
- 19:25SPEAKER_00: Like, it's really not that.
- 19:26SPEAKER_00: Getting married, it's been working, obviously.
- 19:28SPEAKER_00: It's like to me, I'm like, it's like me saying, like, I like red and he likes green, and being like, Oh, we can't be friends now, like, why not?
- 19:34SPEAKER_00: Like, how hard is it?
- 19:35SPEAKER_00: Like, it's I don't know, especially with kids now.
- 19:37SPEAKER_00: Everyone's first question is like, What do you can do with them religiously?
- 19:38SPEAKER_00: I'm like, I don't fucking know, dude.
- 19:40SPEAKER_00: Like, if they want to be a Buddhist, they want to be a Buddhist, like whatever they fall into, like but it's not gonna separate us, I don't really care.
- 19:46SPEAKER_00: It's just bring us together.
- 19:47SPEAKER_00: Different opinions bring people together in a good way, absolutely.
- 19:52SPEAKER_05: And and it can work both ways, I think.
- 19:54SPEAKER_05: Sometimes if you are completely polar opposites, it can be like a magnet and it can be problematic.
- 20:00SPEAKER_05: But I think sometimes when you have different set of opinions, it can also bring you closer together.
- 20:04SPEAKER_05: I think sometimes when you're talking to it, it challenges you to uh, you know, your convictions.
- 20:09SPEAKER_05: You either stay with your convictions and you're like, I further believe what I believe, or you know what?
- 20:15SPEAKER_05: Actually, after talking to you, I've moved a little bit.
- 20:17SPEAKER_05: Usually you don't move, but sometimes you're gonna be able to do it.
- 20:18SPEAKER_05: But it opens your eyes, right?
- 20:20SPEAKER_00: I mean, yeah, dude.
- 20:21SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
- 20:22SPEAKER_00: We had a neighbor who is a youth pastor, and I again I was not raised in religion heavily, and my wife being a Christian.
- 20:28SPEAKER_00: So me and him, I'll call them debates, but me and him would literally just sit down and we both had kids, and we'd sit down and have a beer, and then we'd chat, and like we'd have the most off the our wives didn't like going out in public with us because we would have like talks about like abortion, and and he's like, I'm like, okay, well, if a guy raped your wife and she and he'd like, no, if that's God's plan, and I'm like, dude, you can't really think that way.
- 20:46SPEAKER_00: And he's like, No, I do, like, that's a life, and I have to support it.
- 20:49SPEAKER_00: And that's like, and to me, I was like, that's insanity.
- 20:52SPEAKER_00: And but like, we'd have these conversations, and again, did we change I change his opinion or my opinion?
- 20:57SPEAKER_00: No, but like I just started to realize more.
- 20:58SPEAKER_00: I was like, oh wow, he is so given in that, and like that's such a blessing to him.
- 21:02SPEAKER_00: Like, that's like I don't know, I don't know what happens after death.
- 21:05SPEAKER_00: And my wife goes, like, I don't have that stress of dying where I'm always panicked now now that I have kids, I'm like, I don't want to die, I don't want to miss out on life and all this.
- 21:11SPEAKER_00: My wife's like, we'll go to heaven, we'll be together one day.
- 21:14SPEAKER_00: Like, that's just life.
- 21:15SPEAKER_00: Don't stress about it.
- 21:15SPEAKER_05: And it's so weird to look at life in that sense of just like what's not not to like bring it down, but even like the September 11 just happened anniversary, and listening to some of the survivor stories and like the and also listening to the calls of the people that were on the planet.
- 21:30SPEAKER_00: Did you do that museum in New York?
- 21:31SPEAKER_00: I have not now.
- 21:33SPEAKER_00: I cried.
- 21:34SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's it's weird because they'll literally have a room you walk into and it's just the phone calls going on and on and on.
- 21:39SPEAKER_04: And everybody's so calm.
- 21:40SPEAKER_00: Fuck that.
- 21:40SPEAKER_00: It's so calm.
- 21:41SPEAKER_00: Like people are like, I'm about to jump, I love you, like there's no way down.
- 21:45SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna like, I'm gonna.
- 21:46SPEAKER_00: And there's like this one famous clip of a lady who, in her last moment, like she's like at the top of the building, she's about to jump.
- 21:53SPEAKER_00: And like her for her last instinct before she's about to die, is like she's wearing a pencil skirt and she's like flattening out her skirt before she's like.
- 22:00SPEAKER_05: jobs and she wants like still be a lady even in her and I'm like dude I'm gonna get like goop like that's so crazy to think about like what you would do in that moment and just like I don't know well and like there was one where she's like I want you to have a good life I want you to get remarried I want you to like yeah there's a way to have that and they're just so calm and it's just like I can't believe the and there was like I was watching people talk about how like she was stuck in the elevator and they didn't know what had happened because they were in the elevator and um she's like I I made my peace with God she's like I'm 23 years old I'm like okay this is and she's like I felt the pain of my family like how they would feel that I was gone.
- 22:36SPEAKER_00: And she's like but I was at peace and then she's like and then miraculously like we were uh ex you know they were able to rem like leave the elevator and they they survived but it's it's so bizarre like how calm well they say that like giving yourself up to that giving yourself away into into a religio into a god of whatever like religion but like you just have that internal peace right I don't know man this is so can we hold hands while we talk about this I feel a little sad.
- 23:04SPEAKER_05: Can you pronounce his last name if you can't he'll kiss you.
- 23:07SPEAKER_00: Oh Smith right all right pause the podcast you gotta handle some business me okay no that's not funny Tonya stop laughing it's the saddest day in American history I mean I'll remember it to the rest of my life one of them what's the second Pearl Harbor True Pearl Harbor but that you remember but that you physically remember you were you were I was a I was alive so for Pearl Harbor damn you look fantastic you look like in Benjamin Button this shit dude like no but like I'll remember like you know I was only in what first or second grade but I still remember like the teachers I'll never forget it was like the most bizarre thing like everything just stopped she was in first grade in like prohibition so she remembered for sure yeah she yeah what was your first horse's name no but it is it's crazy I mean I think I think comedians we don't make fun of it in the sense of it's a funny thing it's like I don't know when I don't like something I make jokes about it when it's like it's like laughing instead of crying exactly like you have to like it's just that's it I don't know I mean what are you gonna do about it just the world is a fucked up place and I don't know you have kids do you have kids no you have kids but it's just like everyone always says like what made you want to have kids in this day and age with the world that's fucked up and I'm like that's still the best thing I've ever done like I'd still rather have my kid and have them live in this fucked up world than to never have had a kid and never have that experience because like and there's no there's no saying that it won't turn for the better.
- 24:34SPEAKER_00: Who's to say why does it always have to only get worse every day like why can't it turn into a better place?
- 24:38SPEAKER_00: Why can't we make a difference one day and give them something to look forward to so I don't know make it a better place for you and for me and the interhuman race that might let our people cry this is the third worst day in American history Pearl Harbor JJ singing 911 in that order I can carry it too they've all been inside jobs this is crazy pause for real dude I just I just saw bumper sticker sticker it's not conspiracy but it's you know there's stickers that says like I don't know I don't know if there's like a new rule that like new drivers have to put a sticker that says student driver be careful at least I live in a lot of Asian people so maybe they're just warning the rest of the city cancel corner because they're just bad drivers and they don't want to get bad at them but I just saw a sticker there's a sticker that said warning deaf driver what is that why do I need to know that you're a deaf how does that help anyone because if you honk and they don't hear you but I'm behind them so what's my other option crash into them like what is it gonna avoid me knowing that that person is deaf how does that sticker solve any issue better than being a blind driver.
- 25:50SPEAKER_00: That's illegal I mean imagine Tesla's just fucking driving blind people around people looking at one day probably this is fucking funny.
- 26:00SPEAKER_05: Yeah but I don't know dude I just I was just I was literally on my way here I was like that is such a random sticker to let me know you're deaf like how do how how do I help you in this situation who does that sticker help in this situation well I think in that situation it means that they only understand sign language and um giving the bird is sign language so like I'm really good at sign language driving hell yeah like the cops chasing him for 20 miles.
- 26:25SPEAKER_00: He's like I can hear you like there's red and blue lights that was Tonyo's excuse today.
- 26:30SPEAKER_00: I'm a deaf driver I have a picture okay I have proof I did get pulled over on the way here the other night I almost ran somebody off the road that's probably a think it not a say it that's just keep that one with your record right now whatever dog this is long gone now.
- 26:47SPEAKER_01: I don't even remember what kind of car it was but that motherfucker got up behind me and I'm already speeding in the fast lane and there's like three car lanks in front of me so there's nowhere for me to go.
- 26:56SPEAKER_01: He got up on my ass and started flashing his brights and that pissed me the fuck off.
- 27:02SPEAKER_01: Yeah like it don't try to output me daw because I will win every fucking time.
- 27:08SPEAKER_01: So I got over and let him pass and then I got right behind him and got up on his ass and turned my lights my brights on and left it there.
- 27:14SPEAKER_01: No heck yeah you can make on that law Tony I tried to get over one lane because my exit was coming up and he hopped over in front of like right in front of me I almost hit him so I smashed on the gas I went around him and I fucking if he didn't move I would have took him the fuck out damn right you're not gonna play with me on the road I drive better than you do for sure.
- 27:36SPEAKER_01: Facts no I hear JJ's JJ's like no I'm just a nomad thinking about it.
- 27:44SPEAKER_05: I am not an sorry I'm not a Namaste driver.
- 27:46SPEAKER_05: I am like I am I I am petty as hell too oh yeah like if if you if we're in a line and we're waiting and someone's writing on the emergency like side and they're gonna try to and they're gonna try to just oh just let me merge in like I you're never merging in I I I hang my side out a little bit that way they can't merge and then I get honked out I'm like I'm so sorry you gotta wait with the rest of them yeah there's no there's no shortcuts unless you're an ambulance you're not getting a shortcut and then my husband is the nicest he's like so what just let him in like usually usually it's like 99% of the time if you ask nicely I'll let you over you know what I mean I don't think right how do you feel about lane splitting no but that's what I was saying I think I'm fine with that no but I'm saying kissing me off in traffic though because I'm like god damn it I wish I had a motorcycle right now but I'm saying the emergency that is not a nice way to ask that is not like no that's not like oops I didn't realize this was what if they're in a rush well I'm in a rush no what if they're like grandma's dying well maybe my grandma's dying well then to get in the exit lane then you do it too.
- 28:44SPEAKER_05: Yeah but that's you're like I But is it gonna save you any time?
- 28:47SPEAKER_00: I don't know that's my wife Maddie I love you my wife she's always told me she's like is it gonna really affect your life if they get through and I'm like no but that's like that personal vendetta you have in the But how about this?
- 28:57SPEAKER_05: If it if it's one that's one thing now it's two now it's three.
- 29:01SPEAKER_05: Now that does affect me and it and you do see multiple cars behind them because once I see one get away with it then they're gonna do it.
- 29:09SPEAKER_01: But no I get it I mean I don't know I I have changed like she doesn't like me getting mad in front of the girls and like cussing that's different you have kids so now I've also changed that where I'm just like used to like my knee jerk would be like oh you how dare you and now I'm just like whatever dude you you want to get there that bad go ahead I don't really think it's different when you have kids kids in the car crew I have a homegirl named Jay and in her glove box she keeps like a 12 inch purple dildo and she waves it out the window when she that's her road rage no no no she lives in Virginia but that's how she road rages bro like if she if you piss her off in traffic she'll fucking wave her 12 inch dildo I swear to God that happened to me on the 91 a guy in traffic cut I cut him off trying to merge it was my accident and out of no it just whips out like a giant black dildo and he just I didn't know what to do.
- 29:57SPEAKER_00: I was just like I was like I was just like me and my buddy were just sitting there we're just like how do you respond to that like just take out like lube or something but I think yours was it was an invitation I was not interested maybe he couldn't pronounce your last name maybe he was dead he didn't know what was the dildos that was his way of communicating to us this is your grandma that has the dildo who is it my homegirl Jay oh so did she go to WNBA games or I doubt it not many people do.
- 30:34SPEAKER_00: They throw a bunch of they throw dildos on the floor green ones apparently I don't know why they're two spirited ones yeah you have to stay within the colors of the game rude that's right that's right you gotta at least match the jersey that's not that's such a random thing to sneak into and that's pre-planned talk about pre-planned yes the 4000 was not pre-planned this was a vendetta like I'm bringing a dildo to a WNBA basketball game and chugging that thing up it's so nonpro like people don't care enough to fight over it so they probably don't even turn on the metal detectors or the body scanners if it's a plastic dildo it's not going to show up it would on a body scanner well but they don't do body scanners they do metal detectors at WNBA games I'd guarantee you there's a Walmart greeter at the front there the lady who does the Walmart greeting is also there.
- 31:20SPEAKER_00: Hi welcome to the WNBA again let me see your ticket you don't have a ticket please come in we need four people in the ticket we need four people for a quorum the team actually needs some players did you ever see the MRI scan of the person who uh had told the MRI tech that yeah I have no metal in my body no and they had a butt plug in that's a big yeah and the butt plug they thought was just a plastic butt plug but it turned out it was uh fucked up the MRI machine it had it had metal in it yeah and it went it was like a rocket up through their body yeah no no no it doesn't mess up the machine it messes up their body like it's like a rocket because it's a magnet exactly and they almost they could have died yeah but yeah dying via butt plug that's depending on the size like that's bigger than a fucking 45 caliber then there's a guy in New York that had his uh chain on and he got he choked to death because of them right yeah but he wasn't the job to like a necklace okay the butt plug I'm not asking my doctor but you could see it the necklace that's what I'm saying like did you not check him like how the fuck are you going to the doctor with a butt plug to be a stug and she's like I don't know I just haven't shit in a while and they didn't check I guess for her and they're just like maybe take out the butt plug first and you might be a little bit better for you.
- 32:43SPEAKER_05: The guy with the necklace it was his I think it was his wife that was getting the MRI and he decided to go back and they were like no no no no you can't go back there and he decided to go back anyways.
- 32:53SPEAKER_00: That's why there's rules I know yeah well he deserved it yeah now there's a big sign that says like no necklaces he probably sued them and still won dude he's dead in America his wife sued probably no one told us no necklaces I want two million that's probably true in America you can sue anybody for anything apparently that's right that's right I spilled hot coffee on myself ow.
- 33:12SPEAKER_05: It's like yeah it's fucking hot coffee you know what's interesting is I felt the same way and then if you watch the documentary on it it is a little bit different.
- 33:20SPEAKER_05: I mean I had a different take on it post watching the documentary on it because McDonald's had been like warned multiple times that their coffee too hot it was like scalding hot.
- 33:31SPEAKER_00: Yeah but it's still hot coffee.
- 33:32SPEAKER_00: I mean but my first thought is I spill hot coffee isn't gonna be like I'm gonna sue them I'm gonna be like ah this fucking butt out like there's the same lady did you ever see that video where the lady her daughter got burnt by like a chicken nugget I don't know I don't know it was like a few years ago but like she dropped a chicken nugget was too hot or whatnot in a burner this mom's first instinct wasn't to check her daughter out it was let me get my phone out let me record it and be like oh my god it left a burn mark on my daughter you're a terrible mom check in on your kid first check the nuggets that's what I'm saying that's what I'm saying I'm like like my first instinct isn't to sue someone like it's such a I don't know how it is in the rest of the world but I can't imagine you go to like Switzerland and you're like oh I spilled hot coffee and they're like oh come here they'll be like get the fuck out of the courtroom dude like what are you talking about?
- 34:18SPEAKER_05: So McDonald's my understanding it's been a long time since I've but like they were warned repeatedly about these like second third degree burns that were happening and the person had put their cup in between their legs to open up to put like sugar or whatever in it.
- 34:31SPEAKER_00: That's a normal place to put a hot cup of coffee in it put on the table.
- 34:36SPEAKER_05: It was a drive through they were serving this coffee in the drive thru.
- 34:40SPEAKER_05: I think it's reasonable to think that a person is going if they don't have a cup holder I think it's reasonable that they would think I just think it's weird.
- 34:46SPEAKER_05: Like I'm not saying and and they have a warning that says it's hot coffee.
- 34:49SPEAKER_05: I don't know.
- 34:50SPEAKER_05: I'm just saying the person had third I think third degree burns and yeah they had very expensive medical bills.
- 34:57SPEAKER_05: I mean I don't know if you if you're covered my medical bills I'm cool with that say cover my bills I'm saying like if the comp but you also have to there's punitive damages to teach a lesson like you can't yeah and I think McDonald's did the analysis and McDonald's like okay we understand that this is a risk yeah but we want to serve hot coffee.
- 35:14SPEAKER_00: Yeah because a double edge sorted yeah a double edge sorted you get lukewarm coffee and you get a Karen pissed off at you like where's my hot coffee and right damned if you do damned if you don't ever I don't know I think human intellect needs to take place every once in a while it's just I mean I'm just saying it's an interesting documentary I what's it called I think I I'll look it up and find it for you but yeah I I definitely thought the way you thought and then I watched it and I I would say I shifted my position up two million dollars in in damages is insane.
- 35:41SPEAKER_05: I don't I don't know what it was I don't remember I thought I'm pretty sure it was a few million or something like that.
- 35:46SPEAKER_00: Like that's what's crazy to me I'm just like people want that's a quick free so now everyone's gonna do everything is hoping to do something that you can sue someone but it also it's interesting because it depends on where you sue.
- 35:57SPEAKER_05: So like uh if you sue in California versus suing in Mississippi versus Texas like the juries are very different.
- 36:04SPEAKER_05: Yeah and civil versus criminal versus well civil's where you're gonna get the money for suing oh you don't get it in I mean criminal's different it's gonna be a restitution situation but like with your money what you're talking about the like the coffee is not criminal that would be civil okay um but like the it will also a fact this is interesting um some corporations will decide not to put a headquarter uh business in a certain state because they know that the jury laws are such that they're in the favor of the plaintiff and so they know that they if they put their corporation headquarters in that state like they have a less of a chance of like if they have if they are sued.
- 36:41SPEAKER_05: And then it's also they choose where they put their um business corporation headquarters for tax purposes so it's very interesting like there's a lot going on.
- 36:50SPEAKER_00: Businesses are smart they're gonna save the dollars yeah if they want to stay in business.
- 36:53SPEAKER_00: Well and the big businesses and there you go that's it that's how we end it.
- 36:58SPEAKER_05: Yeah um but going back to Miss Molina and Aliso uh you were saying like you're not that like whatever about scams or frauds or whatever.
- 37:09SPEAKER_05: Okay.
- 37:09SPEAKER_05: Let's just put it in this perspective though like yeah it was only it was only$400,000 or whatever, right?
- 37:14SPEAKER_05: That's because she got caught right I mean if she didn't get caught and she kept being the booster yeah for that team like it could be well I'm not necessarily saying I'm happy she did it.
- 37:24SPEAKER_00: I'm not saying like I'm pro being a con artist I don't I wouldn't even put her in a con artist kind of oh well kind of I mean I think it but sh allegedly allegedly but I don't again my bigger question is did she go into this where I'm gonna scam them or was it like oh she was on back due on mortgage payments and then she saw this opportunity present itself where she was like I could take this money I think that differentiates it because I feel like it was a crime of opportunity.
- 37:48SPEAKER_00: I think it was a crime of opportunity not a she didn't become the booster up front knowing oh I'm gonna eventually smuggle this money and then she did.
- 37:55SPEAKER_00: Correct but I'm saying so she is a I think a lot of money theft like I'm talking more so like have you watched like Tinder Swindler?
- 38:04SPEAKER_00: Oh yeah of course like where the guy's like oh I'm like this billionaire oh front me 30 grand I'll pay you back like I don't know I don't my wife could call me for 30 grand I'd be like no we don't have 30 grand like I'm sorry like what did you get yourself into like I don't know you willingly just because you assume someone's rich and you give them money with the assumption give it back how do I I don't feel bad for you like I don't know where again when I get a spam call and they say hey your IRS is overdue you pay me in$500 in target gift cards I'm not like that's legit I'm like no that's scam but you're young think about a 90 year old that's like getting that phone call and they're like oh my gosh or like when someone's like grandma I'm in jail like I need bond money and they're like oh my gosh like I'm gonna call the parents but grandma doesn't know and she's hardstrings you know what I mean I don't know they need more bulk than parents and my dad would be like let them rot when I hear from Dino himself I'll call it like I don't know like yeah there I don't know it's just wild to me that like people just are willing to give money or do something but I think people get very creative in how they do it and this person's a mom so she's probably like oh a mom would never do that and her kid probably plays on the football team so she would never steal from her own kids' football program right yeah let's be clear I don't agree with what she did.
- 39:20SPEAKER_00: It sounds like you do I'm just I'm not upset with what she did.
- 39:23SPEAKER_00: I'm just saying I'm not saying she should have done it but I'm just saying yeah she was just again I don't really put her in the con artist I think I'm I'm gonna stick on that that she did it out of opportunity and putting her back in the well what do you think should be the penalty for that a gunshot wound to the forehead I don't know extreme she'll be dead then pay the money back so you're saying death penalty everything like at least every million everything falls back on the death no pay it back move on don't let her be a booster she's a shitty person move on like he's like it's not that big of a deal but death penalty no fucking death penalty is wild um but no pay it back make her pay double I don't know and just move FBI is insane over$400,000 for I did I thought FBI dealt with like big fish like yeah that's not a small fish yeah that's that's like a medium fish yeah that's an I mean like I mean I'm thinking like drugs are reasonably small drug cartels and like stuff like that is like FBI and like terrorists I'm also certain she probably didn't pay the taxes on it.
- 40:25SPEAKER_01: I don't know about tax a nonprofit it's non-taxable right no no no but her income yeah she obtained it though and I don't know if you're aware of this but in the IRS like rules or whatever you have to declare income from illegal means so if you make ten thousand dollars in a year selling dope you you gotta pay the taxes on it dog really yeah how'd they know you made the 10k I mean spending so the trackers so that's why what's interesting is the fact I'm very white and like clean cut out on any of them just like dude I make my money I pay my taxes up front and I just live my life so but allegedly um I don't make enough money to rob anyone don't my brother works for the RS but what's interesting is that because she was paying her mortgage I would argue that that's actually probably more easily findable by the FBI because it's a it's an actual account all of a sudden she just deposit 130 grand.
- 41:22SPEAKER_05: They're like that's suspicious versus if she was just throwing it away on you know like a Gucci pair of loafers or like you know dang uh fancy dinners.
- 41:33SPEAKER_00: Well do you think you're a lawyer right do you think she'll end up in prison over it?
- 41:35SPEAKER_00: I play one on TV but um this is the TV I picked up on but do you think yeah do you think or will it just be more like restitution money and then I think it's gonna prote I think it's gonna be multiple I think um does she plea out like does she plead yeah or does she fight it right um if she pleads then she'll probably get a reduced sentence she's probably a first time offender.
- 42:03SPEAKER_05: I don't do criminal law but I mean this is my analysis.
- 42:06SPEAKER_01: Is it federal or is it state?
- 42:07SPEAKER_05: This is gonna be state I believe yeah I believe it's state even though FBI is involved.
- 42:12SPEAKER_05: You know I'm not sure um you said this was around here in California I don't think she'll do it anytime no it's federal my apologies it is federal she's going again federal Antonio's verdict well it's it's a uh she was falsifying bank records too so that's it's more complex than it is just that she took the 400 right because she was giving bank records to the boosters showing like my understanding allegedly she was giving these documents to the boosters being like oh everything's accounted for like whatever um but yeah no I so I think uh my thought is that is assuming she there's no one else in the thing that she can rat on assuming that um and assuming her husband doesn't know that this was going on I think that and she's being a first time offender if she pleads she's probably there will definitely be restitution so she has to pay it back and then I think she'll probably maybe two years would be my guess and probably serve a yeah she would do like half of yeah yeah that's my thought that sounds that sounds pretty accurate I think that's great.
- 43:12SPEAKER_00: Do you get put in prison with the people that do the same crimes as you it really depends because what if you just get put with a murder and like dude I just but like I don't know like what that would be the craziest in the county jail that can happen uh my one of my first celllies when I was in the county had like 652 years or some shit.
- 43:32SPEAKER_01: Jesus Christ Yeah for shooting his wife in the head yeah he was chill as fuck I never had any issues with him.
- 43:38SPEAKER_01: Do people care what other people did in prison and stuff or are they just like whatever just do your time move on or they actually like would you if if you're suspected of being like a child molester or something the very first thing is like either produce your paperwork or like get the fuck out or we're gonna fuck you up.
- 43:55SPEAKER_00: Get the fuck out of prison.
- 43:56SPEAKER_01: Well you have to call the guard in there and tell him you feel Fucking unsafe, and then you have to be like Dino's making me feel unsafe, or JJ's making me feel like you have to name somebody.
- 44:07SPEAKER_01: Whoa.
- 44:07SPEAKER_01: Yeah, but they'll pull you right the fuck up out of there.
- 44:10SPEAKER_05: I have a question.
- 44:11SPEAKER_05: So I understand that for child molestation.
- 44:14SPEAKER_05: Okay, but what if it was someone who killed a kid?
- 44:16SPEAKER_05: Is that the same like level?
- 44:18SPEAKER_05: Or is child molestation totally?
- 44:21SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
- 44:21SPEAKER_01: I never in my opinion would be like When I was in the county, there was actually a Marine in there who accidentally shot his two-year-old in the head while he was cleaning his gun.
- 44:32SPEAKER_01: Was the story.
- 44:34SPEAKER_01: Anyways.
- 44:41SPEAKER_01: But nobody really fucked with him.
- 44:43SPEAKER_01: Obviously, because he's a fucking a Marine and probably fucking kill you, but like with his hands.
- 44:49SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 44:49SPEAKER_01: But I I mean if it's an accident.
- 44:51SPEAKER_01: Or his smile is one thing.
- 44:53SPEAKER_01: If you did it intentionally, especially like nowadays, where like if you kill a child uh intentionally, they'll put your fucking trial on TikTok to see what's going on.
- 45:07SPEAKER_01: I was thinking about that lady.
- 45:08SPEAKER_01: Yeah, so everybody's gonna know.
- 45:10SPEAKER_05: If it's a man who kills their kids.
- 45:14SPEAKER_01: Well, yeah, if it's a woman, she'll get away with it.
- 45:18SPEAKER_01: Uh that's our subject.
- 45:20SPEAKER_05: Yeah, we're not talking about people that get murdered or killed or whatever.
- 45:24SPEAKER_05: But I'm not gonna do that.
- 45:25SPEAKER_00: Again, we're going back, we don't condone any of these activities.
- 45:28SPEAKER_05: Obviously not.
- 45:29SPEAKER_05: No.
- 45:30SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
- 45:30SPEAKER_00: No one said it yet.
- 45:32SPEAKER_00: You said allegedly 47 times, but that hasn't been mentioned once.
- 45:37SPEAKER_05: Well, technically, no one's supposed to get hurt, but I'm asking in terms of like retroactively, like in your experience, if like I'm saying if it's like you said the Marine that allegedly killed his kid the way he did.
- 45:49SPEAKER_05: I'm I'm separating it from like a molestation situation and then a kill.
- 45:53SPEAKER_05: I'm talking about like just straight up like someone who killed a kid right now.
- 45:56SPEAKER_01: Intentionally, yeah, you're you're gonna be aware of it.
- 45:58SPEAKER_05: You're gonna it's the same level of treatment of like pretty much molesting a kid.
- 46:01SPEAKER_05: Okay, that makes I mean that makes sense.
- 46:02SPEAKER_05: It makes sense.
- 46:03SPEAKER_05: So that's insane.
- 46:04SPEAKER_05: Yeah, yeah.
- 46:06SPEAKER_05: But yeah, it's gross.
- 46:07SPEAKER_05: I don't know.
- 46:08SPEAKER_00: I don't, yeah, I just fucking I don't my wife loves those murder documentaries and shit and like the crime shit, and like I just and it's crazy because she'll like say like she has like nightmares and sleeps bad after.
- 46:16SPEAKER_00: I'm like, why do you watch it?
- 46:17SPEAKER_00: She's like, I the second it turns on, I'm like, I'm out.
- 46:20SPEAKER_00: Like I've seen enough.
- 46:21SPEAKER_00: I don't want to watch it.
- 46:22SPEAKER_00: Like I'm not interested in Jeffrey Dahmer or Clancy or whatever that guy's name.
- 46:27SPEAKER_00: She's like, this is so cool.
- 46:28SPEAKER_00: Um there's nothing cool about it.
- 46:29SPEAKER_05: Like I don't know.
- 46:31SPEAKER_05: I'm pretty sure I've heard someone have a joke adjacent to this.
- 46:35SPEAKER_05: Otherwise, I think I would love to do something along these lines.
- 46:38SPEAKER_05: But it's like, yeah, my my poor husband.
- 46:39SPEAKER_05: I'm like, uh, like he'll be asleep and then he wakes up.
- 46:43SPEAKER_05: He's like, and then she was killed by her husband when he strangled her.
- 46:47SPEAKER_05: And he's like, What are you watching?
- 46:49SPEAKER_05: I'm like, oh, just murder.
- 46:49SPEAKER_05: It's like it's like 11:30 at night.
- 46:51SPEAKER_05: He's like, what are you doing?
- 46:53SPEAKER_00: Just premeditating.
- 46:55SPEAKER_00: No, taking notes.
- 46:58SPEAKER_00: Write that down.
- 47:00SPEAKER_05: No, he killed her.
- 47:02SPEAKER_05: He killed her, not she killed him.
- 47:04SPEAKER_05: But but but like, or it could be she killed him too.
- 47:07SPEAKER_05: But it's just funny because he's like, What why are you watching?
- 47:09SPEAKER_05: Like, I'm like, this is just something like what I like to watch.
- 47:11SPEAKER_05: He's like, this is horrifying.
- 47:15SPEAKER_00: I'm like, I'm not in the mood to sleep now, dude.
- 47:17SPEAKER_05: I think it's for me, it's more of like being aware of all the different ways that someone can get but they're out there.
- 47:25SPEAKER_05: Like, I don't know.
- 47:25SPEAKER_00: I I'm blissfully ignorant to it.
- 47:27SPEAKER_05: Like, I don't know, like yeah, the last time you were scared, you were probably 10 years old.
- 47:31SPEAKER_00: No, it was like last night my wife yelled at me, dude.
- 47:34SPEAKER_05: No, but scared for your life?
- 47:36SPEAKER_05: The last when is the last time you two were scared for your life?
- 47:39SPEAKER_05: Well, besides prison.
- 47:40SPEAKER_05: I mean, like, because you're you guys are both big guys, right?
- 47:43SPEAKER_05: So, like, you probably are like 11 years old.
- 47:45SPEAKER_00: No, no, my buddies will do stupid shit because I'm the big guy, because they'll think like Dino's here, so like they'll get into like someone's face at a bar.
- 47:51SPEAKER_00: I'm like, why are you getting in there like, well, then you can do it?
- 47:53SPEAKER_00: I'm like, I'm peacefully in this corner doing nothing wrong.
- 47:55SPEAKER_05: But have you ever been scared walking to your car at night?
- 47:58SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 47:59SPEAKER_05: Okay, that's come on.
- 48:00SPEAKER_01: I've been in some pretty sketchy neighborhoods in LA, dude, with uh some pretty sketchy amounts of drugs on me.
- 48:06SPEAKER_01: Well, that's not why, but yeah.
- 48:07SPEAKER_00: So I got a nice ass.
- 48:09SPEAKER_00: Like, I'm very concerned all the time.
- 48:12SPEAKER_00: Allegedly.
- 48:12SPEAKER_00: Not allegedly.
- 48:14SPEAKER_00: I'll shove the fucking camera.
- 48:15SPEAKER_00: I'll drop that dun to on you guys.
- 48:19SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
- 48:19SPEAKER_00: Like, I'm more scared, not for me, but for my wife.
- 48:23SPEAKER_00: Like, I almost never let my wife go.
- 48:25SPEAKER_00: Like, this is terrible sounding, but like at nighttime, she will like want something from the store.
- 48:29SPEAKER_00: We live in a very safe area, but like I'm just like, no, I'll go.
- 48:32SPEAKER_00: Like every time.
- 48:33SPEAKER_00: Like, I'm so paranoid something happening to her with the she's with the girls.
- 48:36SPEAKER_00: Like, I'm always like, she's like, I'm gonna Target.
- 48:38SPEAKER_00: I'm like, that's where they're gonna get you, is in the Target parking lot.
- 48:41SPEAKER_00: They'll they'll trick you out.
- 48:42SPEAKER_00: Target for a reason.
- 48:43SPEAKER_00: Yeah, target.
- 48:44SPEAKER_00: And she's just like, because she's so like, we live in such a nice area.
- 48:47SPEAKER_00: Like, we're blessed to have she was raised in Laguna Nigel, and we live in an area where that's not your forefront.
- 48:52SPEAKER_00: But for me, I'm just like, I don't trust anyone.
- 48:54SPEAKER_00: And she's just like, I am safe, no one's gonna come after me.
- 48:56SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, no, everyone wants you.
- 48:57SPEAKER_00: You're you're beautiful.
- 48:58SPEAKER_00: Don't you see it?
- 49:00SPEAKER_05: No, you're worth it.
- 49:01SPEAKER_05: You can take Dino out of the Muslim culture, but you can't take the Muslim culture out of Dino.
- 49:05SPEAKER_00: Yes, you can.
- 49:07SPEAKER_00: You only see her eyes.
- 49:08SPEAKER_00: I only let her eyes shine.
- 49:10SPEAKER_00: Sometimes if it's hot to let her ankle slide.
- 49:15SPEAKER_00: But she's gotta have long socks.
- 49:19SPEAKER_00: We just cut the hole around the ankle bone just so you know what I'm working with.
- 49:24SPEAKER_05: For the record, Dino's parents are Muslim.
- 49:26SPEAKER_05: That's why that's that's allegedly.
- 49:28SPEAKER_01: Now you can say, like they go to the beach, she's gotta wear pasties on her ankle.
- 49:33SPEAKER_01: Let them dogs out for her, dude.
- 49:35SPEAKER_05: No, but yeah.
- 49:38SPEAKER_05: So that's all I have.
- 49:38SPEAKER_00: Not that kind of Muslim.
- 49:39SPEAKER_05: That's how I have on Molina.
- 49:41SPEAKER_05: Uh, we don't know what she's gonna plead to, we don't know anything else, but I just thought that's pretty freaking crazy.
- 49:47SPEAKER_00: It is crazy, dude.
- 49:48SPEAKER_00: That was that was insane.
- 49:50SPEAKER_00: It's crazy.
- 49:50SPEAKER_00: I'm assuming it's Eliso High School then that she was taking.
- 49:52SPEAKER_05: I think it was Elisa.
- 49:53SPEAKER_00: It says Elisa Oviejo High School.
- 49:55SPEAKER_05: No, I think it was Elisa Nigel.
- 49:56SPEAKER_00: Oh, sorry, that's the high school.
- 49:57SPEAKER_00: Lisa Nigel, that's our high school.
- 49:59SPEAKER_00: That's crazy.
- 50:00SPEAKER_00: That's crazy, dude.
- 50:01SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
- 50:02unknown: I don't know, man.
- 50:03SPEAKER_00: There's no way her husband doesn't know.
- 50:04SPEAKER_00: That's all I'm gonna say off the record, dude.
- 50:05SPEAKER_05: Like, yeah, it's always interesting when the spouse doesn't know because it's like, oh, all of a sudden we're not past due on anything.
- 50:11SPEAKER_00: Oh did your income change?
- 50:13SPEAKER_00: No, we just magically paid it all off.
- 50:15SPEAKER_05: Right, right.
- 50:16SPEAKER_05: Tony, what do you got for us this week?
- 50:17SPEAKER_01: Uh have you ever been to jail?
- 50:20SPEAKER_01: Fuck no.
- 50:20SPEAKER_01: This is my biggest fear.
- 50:21SPEAKER_00: I'll tell you a story about jail.
- 50:22SPEAKER_01: You don't think you would make it?
- 50:23SPEAKER_01: Oh, please.
- 50:24SPEAKER_00: I w my parents took us to uh Alc uh uh Alcatraz when we were like I was seven or eight years old.
- 50:31SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 50:31SPEAKER_00: That experience traumatized me so much that like I am so paranoid that I'm gonna like do something accidentally, like run a kid over that like runs out in front of my car or something.
- 50:41SPEAKER_00: Like that it's been my fear.
- 50:43SPEAKER_00: I cried.
- 50:43SPEAKER_00: There's photos of it to this day.
- 50:44SPEAKER_00: My mom and dad have it somewhere.
- 50:46SPEAKER_00: I'm bawling, like they it's like the full emerging experience.
- 50:48SPEAKER_00: Like they put you behind the bars and you have the headphones on and they tell you all about Alcatraz, like, oh, this is where this murderer was, or whatever.
- 50:53SPEAKER_01: Oh, I'd have an absolute fucking panic attack.
- 50:55SPEAKER_00: I was in shambles to the day where like I still like every time like my wife is like, let's go to San Francisco.
- 51:01SPEAKER_00: I am 31 years old now.
- 51:02SPEAKER_00: I'm like, I don't want to go back to San Francisco, dude.
- 51:04SPEAKER_00: Like I am trauma.
- 51:05SPEAKER_00: So it's always been like not with that hair.
- 51:07SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 51:08SPEAKER_00: I'm never going back.
- 51:09SPEAKER_00: I'm never I've always been it's an irrational fear of mine of like going to prison, especially because like I've heard stories of like, oh, a kid ran out in front of a car and that's still manslaughter and you hit them and whatnot.
- 51:18SPEAKER_01: And like 17 hard minutes.
- 51:21SPEAKER_05: Dude, seriously.
- 51:22SPEAKER_05: No, I'm saying you don't want to go back to San Francisco with that hairstyle and that ass, right?
- 51:26SPEAKER_00: So that's why I do want to go back to San Francisco.
- 51:28SPEAKER_00: That's the only reason she keeps offering San Francisco, dude.
- 51:30SPEAKER_00: Specifically one month up the year, though.
- 51:33SPEAKER_00: June.
- 51:34SPEAKER_00: June, yeah, June.
- 51:35SPEAKER_00: She's like, I'm like, I'm always down for June, dude.
- 51:38SPEAKER_05: Well, that teddy bear on your arm.
- 51:40SPEAKER_05: I mean, it says some stuff.
- 51:41SPEAKER_00: That is, that's for my wife.
- 51:42SPEAKER_00: Don't be hating.
- 51:42SPEAKER_00: She has a honeypot and I have a teddy bear.

- 51:53SPEAKER_01: Make it a question.
- 51:54SPEAKER_01: One question.
- 51:54SPEAKER_01: All right.
- 51:55SPEAKER_01: A life or death situation here.
- 51:57SPEAKER_01: Perfect.
- 51:57SPEAKER_01: All right.
- 51:58SPEAKER_01: If you get the question right, you'll live.
