- 0:26Brianna: And I'm Brianna.
- 0:27Baylee: This week we're recording a little differently.
- 0:29Baylee: We're doing a fun cocktail hour episode.
- 0:32Baylee: We've been kind of teasing about this for a few episodes, so I'm super excited about it.
- 0:37Baylee: We're not doing mocktails today.
- 0:39Baylee: I have a volley seltzer, the lime ones if you'd like.
- 0:43Baylee: Margaritas.
- 0:45Baylee: This is really good.
- 0:46Baylee: Brianna, what do you do?
- 0:47Brianna: Yeah.
- 0:47Brianna: Josh, you go first.
- 0:49Baylee: I am drinking an ultra, right.
- 0:51Baylee: It's from Seth Weathers down in Georgia.
- 0:55Baylee: It's actually pretty good.
- 0:56Baylee: I don't know if it's his own brewery or what, but it's pretty good.
- 0:59Brianna: Awesome.
- 0:59Baylee: We have two special guests today.
- 1:01Baylee: So this is my boyfriend, Josh.
- 1:03Baylee: It's festive as well.
- 1:05Baylee: Oh yeah, 4th of July.
- 1:07Brianna: And this is my husband Victor.
- 1:08Brianna: So they're our special guests.
- 1:11Brianna: Tonight's gonna be fun.
- 1:12Brianna: I'm drinking a mighty swell.
- 1:14Brianna: It's a seltzer, it's Austin Brewed and really obnoxiously.
- 1:18Brianna: He has an Austin brood as well.
- 1:20Brianna: So I have, which is a, a beer out of Austin,
- 1:24Baylee: Okay.
- 1:25Brianna: so Texas all the way.
- 1:26Brianna: Yeah.
- 1:27Baylee: Is that, is that an ipa?
- 1:28Brianna: yes, one of the few, I'm sorry.
- 1:30Brianna: Correction.
- 1:31Brianna: No, I Amber ale everybody we'll get into it, but she drinks the IPAs, I drink the light beers, she drinks the black coffee.
- 1:40Brianna: I drink the f food lattes.
- 1:42Brianna: Yeah.
- 1:42Brianna: So everyone always gets it mixed up.
- 1:44Brianna: It's one of, they always put the wrong drink at, at restaurants.
- 1:46Brianna: If you do like IPAs, it is actually pretty good cuz it's one of the few beers that we agree on.
- 1:50Brianna: But anyways,
- 1:52Baylee: I'm the foo food drinker.
- 1:53Baylee: I don't really drink beer.
- 1:55Baylee: I hate the taste of beer.
- 1:56Baylee: that's pretty much all I drink.
- 1:58Brianna: What I drink.
- 2:00Brianna: I love it.
- 2:00Baylee: All right, so today's episode, we're just gonna have some fun.
- 2:04Baylee: We're gonna let you guys get to know us a little bit more, get to know more significant others, so we're doing some questionnaires.
- 2:11Baylee: Brianna and I have some prepared for the boys, and they were supposed to come prepared for questions for us, so we'll see.
- 2:18Baylee: Brianna, do you wanna go first?
- 2:19Brianna: Yes.
- 2:20Brianna: Okay.
- 2:20Brianna: And so okay.
- 2:22Brianna: Should we introduce how we met?
- 2:24Brianna: You guys
- 2:25Baylee: Oh.
- 2:25Brianna: You brought that up, Bailey.
- 2:27Brianna: Okay, so we'll go first.
- 2:29Brianna: How long have we been together?
- 2:30Brianna: Long time since 2008.
- 2:31Brianna: You chased after me a long time.
- 2:33Brianna: No, I don't loved me.
- 2:34Brianna: No, actually, Victor was on, we technically met in high school, but didn't start dating until we technically started dating in high school end.
- 2:41Brianna: We knew each other to high school.
- 2:43Brianna: The very end of high school, Victor was on my boys.
- 2:45Brianna: I'll never date list.
- 2:48Brianna: I'll never say never.
- 2:49Baylee: How did he make that list?
- 2:51Brianna: I don't know human.
- 2:52Brianna: I mean, it wasn't human being humble.
- 2:53Brianna: It's not like I had a list of like, oh, guys that I will date, guys.
- 2:56Brianna: I don't know.
- 2:57Brianna: It was just like a, oh, that guy.
- 2:59Brianna: I was just too humble for her.
- 3:00Brianna: Just too so humble.
- 3:01Brianna: Yeah.
- 3:02Brianna: Self-centered was, no.
- 3:06Brianna: So we met in high school.
- 3:07Brianna: We got engaged in 2000.
- 3:10Brianna: It would've been thousand 11.
- 3:12Brianna: Nope.
- 3:12Brianna: 2010.
- 3:12Brianna: 2010.
- 3:13Brianna: End of 2010.
- 3:14Brianna: Got married in 2011.
- 3:17Brianna: So we've been together a while.
- 3:18Baylee: Okay.
- 3:19Brianna: But anyways, yeah, it's, I don't know.
- 3:21Brianna: We're from a a small town, and so everybody kind of knew us and it was like, okay, no, they're not dating.
- 3:25Brianna: And I was like, no, we're dating by the way.
- 3:27Brianna: We're getting married really young, and then by the way, we're having kids.
- 3:29Brianna: It was all very fast.
- 3:31Baylee: Yeah,
- 3:32Brianna: How did you guys meet?
- 3:33Baylee: so we actually met on Tinder Power swiping.
- 3:37Baylee: Yeah,
- 3:39Brianna: Swiping.
- 3:39Baylee: it wasn't like a complete stranger though.
- 3:41Baylee: We kind of knew of each other before we swiped on Tinder, so that was helpful.
- 3:46Baylee: I wasn't going to meet a stranger, but I had came back to Troy after college, so I was back there on a break from school and, and came Josh on Tinder.
- 3:57Baylee: I was back from school as well, and I was swiping right on Tinder per usual, and
- 4:03Brianna: Swiping.
- 4:04Baylee: kinda ran into one that kind of stuck.
- 4:07Baylee: Yeah.
- 4:07Baylee: Lucky guy.
- 4:08Brianna: I love it.
- 4:09Brianna: I feel like there's a lot of success stories with Tinder.
- 4:13Baylee: Yeah,
- 4:13Brianna: I feel like you do more than you don't.
- 4:15Baylee: yes.
- 4:15Baylee: I feel like it's a lot better now than when it first started, I mean, we've been together three and a half years about
- 4:22Brianna: I like it.
- 4:23Baylee: We actually figured out, like after talking about several different things, I was at his high school graduation party.
- 4:29Brianna: How funny.
- 4:30Baylee: I had no idea that was, it was big party.
- 4:34Baylee: Yeah.
- 4:34Baylee: I didn't, cops showed up in about an hour.
- 4:38Baylee: Yeah.
- 4:38Baylee: It was not, it was not good.
- 4:41Brianna: That's funny.
- 4:42Baylee: And I prank called him one time in eighth grade.
- 4:44Baylee: So yeah, I was on a camping trip or something, or my buddies and her and another girl were like, thought it was, they were like all giggly and I guess I was I don't know.
- 4:53Baylee: I know.
- 4:54Brianna: so fun to do the days before caller id.
- 4:56Baylee: Yeah.
- 4:56Baylee: Yeah.
- 4:57Brianna: like 6
- 4:59Baylee: I think it is.
- 5:00Brianna: 69 I think is how you call.
- 5:03Brianna: So don't ever answer that call.
- 5:05Brianna: No one, no one's ever gonna need it anymore, but back in the day, you could have done it.
- 5:10Brianna: Yeah.
- 5:10Baylee: Yeah.
- 5:12Brianna: That's funny.
- 5:12Brianna: So yeah, you guys have actually known each other for a long time and just never knew.
- 5:16Baylee: Yeah.
- 5:17Baylee: Went to different high schools though.
- 5:18Baylee: Yes.
- 5:19Baylee: I went to a small school.
- 5:20Baylee: I graduated with about 40 kids.
- 5:22Baylee: She graduated 600.
- 5:25Brianna: yeah.
- 5:26Brianna: How funny.
- 5:26Brianna: Each other like, graduation party.
- 5:28Brianna: I love it.
- 5:30Brianna: Okay, let's see.
- 5:31Brianna: I'll jump into the questions.
- 5:33Brianna: So first question, what's it like living with a dietician?
- 5:39Brianna: So I have a major sweet tooth.
- 5:41Brianna: Yeah.
- 5:41Brianna: Okay.
- 5:42Brianna: Comes from like my grandma.
- 5:43Brianna: Right.
- 5:44Brianna: It's not always the funnest.
- 5:46Brianna: So she, so we, she's keeps me in check, we'll say that much.
- 5:51Brianna: So living with someone with her expertise, she's always quick to like, look at me and be like, are you balancing that are rebalancing that you don't?
- 5:59Brianna: Right before this, my kids didn't eat all their rice, so I just decided to shovel rice into my mouth and like, she popped out like sometimes it'll like pop outta jars like a gremlin and be like, is that balance?
- 6:09Brianna: Where's your protein?
- 6:10Brianna: It was like an hour ago and he had a giant place.
- 6:13Brianna: It was like mounded of just rice.
- 6:15Brianna: And I was like, are you gonna, I mean you can.
- 6:18Brianna: She's like, that's no, that's not good for your blood sugar.
- 6:20Brianna: Right?
- 6:20Brianna: I was just like, I have to care about that.
- 6:23Brianna: Like final shake together, a protein shake real fast.
- 6:26Brianna: Fine stress eating.
- 6:28Brianna: It works.
- 6:28Brianna: Stress eating.
- 6:29Brianna: So yeah, Josh, you can answer.
- 6:31Brianna: What's it like being with a dietician?
- 6:32Baylee: Well, it is nice having my lunch made basically every day for me because if I didn't, I probably would just fast.
- 6:40Baylee: You'd rather not eat.
- 6:42Baylee: Like I would just rather not eat because it's so much work, honestly, doing it every day or just eat fast food.
- 6:47Baylee: Unfortunately I have a bad, fast food addict and I eat really fast too.
- 6:52Baylee: Like, I'll be driving, like today I was driving back from Iowa and she was griping at me for eating my fries too fast.
- 6:57Baylee: Like
- 6:58Brianna: Yeah,
- 7:01Baylee: Yeah.
- 7:01Baylee: And then like today you wasn't doing, I, I wasn't allowed to get a soda cause I got fries.
- 7:06Baylee: I could only have one or the other.
- 7:08Baylee: How does that, like what He's like, you're not gonna do this.
- 7:13Baylee: Like
- 7:14Brianna: it's like the scales of justice.
- 7:16Brianna: It's like,
- 7:16Baylee: I'm gonna gas station and buy soda.
- 7:19Baylee: Man, I was,
- 7:20Brianna: Like I, I'm probably more strict on you than I am with like clients,
- 7:23Baylee: You told me that I'm pre-diabetic already, so that's That's cool.
- 7:27Baylee: Always a cool comment coming from my girlfriend.
- 7:30Baylee: Well, your dad is too, so I'm trying to help you
- 7:33Brianna: it's a, it's a labor of love.
- 7:35Baylee: I always tell her my body's a temple.
- 7:37Brianna: Yeah.
- 7:38Brianna: What did you say the other day about that?
- 7:39Brianna: Oh, I don't know.
- 7:40Brianna: No, I say so much outrageous things.
- 7:42Brianna: It was like the opposite.
- 7:43Brianna: It was like the trash man or something like that.
- 7:45Brianna: Yeah.
- 7:47Brianna: Opposite problem is Josh, is because I've been food restricted, like through sports and through career choices, I will not let food if it doesn't get outta the way fast enough, it's eaten alive or dead.
- 7:58Brianna: And like he, he has to finish it like our kids' rice.
- 8:01Brianna: Like he scraped all the extra rice off all the plates and was like, gotta eat it.
- 8:06Brianna: Deal.
- 8:06Baylee: Eat.
- 8:07Brianna: So yeah, I'm just a giant garbage disposal.
- 8:10Brianna: I'm the trash man.
- 8:12Brianna: Body's a temp.
- 8:13Baylee: He doesn't waste food.
- 8:14Baylee: I will say that we have those conversations too, where I'm like, the food's not gonna go away.
- 8:19Baylee: Like we don't have to finish the entire plate.
- 8:23Baylee: We can save leftovers.
- 8:24Baylee: Just eat it all right there.
- 8:26Brianna: Just ate it.
- 8:27Brianna: We have tons of ware.
- 8:29Brianna: We do.
- 8:30Baylee: Yeah.
- 8:30Baylee: Toby, I be like on the couch.
- 8:31Baylee: He's like, I'm in so much pain.
- 8:33Baylee: I'm like, stop eating.
- 8:35Brianna: It's almost done
- 8:37Baylee: I've only got a couple bites left.
- 8:40Brianna: the same if I have to reheat.
- 8:41Baylee: Yeah.
- 8:42Baylee: Not a big leftover guy.
- 8:44Brianna: Yeah.
- 8:45Baylee: He does tell people I drug him though, because I sneak vegetables into a lot of our meals.
- 8:50Baylee: Yeah, like my spaghetti and stuff.
- 8:52Baylee: She told me that the other day and I was like, you've been secretly drugging me basically
- 8:56Brianna: This is not consensual.
- 8:57Brianna: She's, she's slipping in the bonds and noodles on you.
- 9:00Brianna: No.
- 9:00Brianna: She'll like, yeah.
- 9:02Brianna: Oh, see?
- 9:03Baylee: I actually don't mind those noodles.
- 9:04Baylee: I like those noodles.
- 9:05Brianna: Yeah.
- 9:06Baylee: those and cauliflower rice.
- 9:08Baylee: I do a lot of that.
- 9:09Baylee: Had no idea.
- 9:10Baylee: She does that in my tater tot casser and I have no idea.
- 9:13Baylee: And she just told me one day.
- 9:14Baylee: I'm like, wow.
- 9:15Brianna: This is not consensual vegetable eating.
- 9:18Baylee: Yeah, this is,
- 9:19Brianna: Yeah, so it's great.
- 9:20Brianna: Basically, you guys like it.
- 9:21Brianna: I'll say it's, it is better than worse.
- 9:23Brianna: Okay.
- 9:23Brianna: I'll say like I'm part of the eighth tongue club.
- 9:26Brianna: Right.
- 9:26Brianna: So I'm over two 50.
- 9:27Brianna: This is something he came up with on his own eighth tongue.
- 9:30Brianna: This is a also, I'm just a bigger dude.
- 9:32Brianna: But I will say it's, I, it's probably hard having your, like, trying to talk to your spouse cuz it's the same way with like workout stuff with you sometimes.
- 9:41Brianna: But, but yeah.
- 9:42Brianna: I don't listen to anything you says about working out.
- 9:43Brianna: Nothing, nothing, nothing.
- 9:44Brianna: She'll be like, Hey, build me this.
- 9:45Brianna: I'm like, cool.
- 9:46Brianna: Do a whole program.
- 9:47Brianna: And she'll be like, don't like it.
- 9:48Brianna: Oh God, it's dumb.
- 9:49Brianna: I don't, no, no.
- 9:50Brianna: Nobody wants to do this.
- 9:52Brianna: You're
- 9:53Baylee: It doesn't work.
- 9:54Brianna: Yeah.
- 9:54Brianna: So I will say though, I get pretty regular blood work and since listening to her, right, like it has been, I'm very like, I like numbers.
- 10:03Brianna: Yeah.
- 10:03Brianna: He's better.
- 10:03Brianna: Better.
- 10:03Brianna: So like, when it was quantifiable for me, I was like, like, okay, fine.
- 10:09Brianna: I, I won't admit that it's working.
- 10:12Brianna: Working, yeah.
- 10:14Baylee: it was actually funny when we moved in together.
- 10:17Baylee: He's dropped pants sizes just from eating what I cook for dinner.
- 10:21Baylee: Yeah.
- 10:21Baylee: Two sizes.
- 10:23Baylee: I belts, jeans.
- 10:27Brianna: A huge financial expense.
- 10:28Brianna: Yeah.
- 10:29Baylee: I've had the same pair pants forever, man.
- 10:32Brianna: I really liked those
- 10:33Baylee: She gets a new outfit every week.
- 10:36Baylee: It's like the Amazon guy knows her by her middle name.
- 10:39Brianna: Well, hey.
- 10:41Brianna: Hey, Bailey.
- 10:42Brianna: Yeah.
- 10:42Brianna: He's the problem with the Amazon.
- 10:45Brianna: Yeah, that would've been a good question.
- 10:46Baylee: See?
- 10:47Brianna: Who's the spender?
- 10:48Brianna: Yeah.
- 10:50Brianna: All right.
- 10:50Brianna: Life of the day.
- 10:51Brianna: Okay.
- 10:51Brianna: All right.
- 10:51Brianna: Who wants to go next?
- 10:53Baylee: So next question kind of going along with that one is, what is the weirdest thing I eat?
- 10:59Baylee: Oh
- 11:00Brianna: You gonna
- 11:01Baylee: the weirdest thing.
- 11:02Baylee: Yeah.
- 11:03Baylee: I don't know.
- 11:03Baylee: Those flax seeds are terrible Chia seeds.
- 11:06Baylee: You don't like those?
- 11:07Baylee: Yeah, those.
- 11:07Baylee: That's, it's like bird seeds, like you might as well just go get some bird feed and just start eating it.
- 11:13Brianna: Sprinkle it.
- 11:15Baylee: It doesn't break down.
- 11:17Brianna: That's the point.
- 11:19Baylee: Yeah, man.
- 11:19Baylee: I can't do'em.
- 11:20Baylee: She had one of those in a smoothie one day and I was, whew.
- 11:24Baylee: He was gagging.
- 11:25Baylee: Be a little dramatic.
- 11:28Baylee: Everyone else likes them though.
- 11:29Baylee: They're a great addition.
- 11:30Baylee: I don't know.
- 11:31Baylee: That's probably the weirdest thing.
- 11:32Baylee: I don't know.
- 11:33Baylee: I don't like, I don't eat anything too crazy.
- 11:35Baylee: No, not too bad.
- 11:36Brianna: Do I get anything weird?
- 11:38Brianna: No, not necessarily.
- 11:40Brianna: But you've done.
- 11:41Brianna: Things I wasn't fond of.
- 11:43Brianna: Like what?
- 11:43Brianna: At first, when she does like again, I like it now.
- 11:47Brianna: Like the first time she started introducing me to where she would blend the cottage cheese.
- 11:52Brianna: Oh yeah.
- 11:52Baylee: Oh yeah,
- 11:53Brianna: Like there's just, there's something inherently wrong about that.
- 11:57Brianna: No, it's not right.
- 11:58Brianna: I'm just like, why would you blend the cottage cheese?
- 12:01Brianna: Cause it makes it smooth.
- 12:02Brianna: Blend the chicken roast snacks.
- 12:03Brianna: Like you don't do that to
- 12:04Baylee: Basically just get some warm milk.
- 12:07Brianna: So, but no, it takes, I'll say it tastes good, but like I said, I, she'd be out there with her blended cottage cheese.
- 12:13Brianna: Her chia seeds must be a an R D thing.
- 12:16Brianna: Yeah.
- 12:16Brianna: I love chia seeds.
- 12:17Brianna: No, but the cottage, it's versatile.
- 12:19Brianna: Yeah.
- 12:20Brianna: I mean Bailey probably won't do it cause you don't do
- 12:22Baylee: Yeah.
- 12:22Baylee: We don't do it.
- 12:23Baylee: Cause I can, I like cottage.
- 12:24Brianna: You can sneak it into spaghetti sauce.
- 12:26Brianna: Pizza sauce.
- 12:28Baylee: Yeah, you do it in pizza sauce, don't you
- 12:30Brianna: Yeah.
- 12:30Brianna: Just like up the protein a bit.
- 12:32Brianna: You can't taste it.
- 12:33Baylee: really?
- 12:34Brianna: Yeah.
- 12:34Brianna: And it's good.
- 12:35Brianna: It tastes good, I promise.
- 12:36Baylee: Yeah.
- 12:36Baylee: We haven't done it cause I can't eat it.
- 12:38Brianna: Yeah.
- 12:38Brianna: Bailey, Baileys, Lac intolerance.
- 12:41Brianna: Bailey's.
- 12:41Brianna: Yeah.
- 12:42Brianna: Just take my word for it.
- 12:43Brianna: It's good.
- 12:43Baylee: Yeah.
- 12:44Baylee: Maybe you can try it on your own one day.
- 12:46Baylee: Yeah.
- 12:47Baylee: Yeah.
- 12:48Baylee: You also, she made something one day, I don't know what kind of syrup it was, but her dad, me and him came in from hunting and he, and he basically kicked her out because she was like, don't ever cook this in my house again.
- 12:58Baylee: It was the worst smelling thing.
- 13:00Baylee: I don't know what it, what was that?
- 13:01Baylee: It was elderberry syrup.
- 13:03Brianna: About that was elderberry.
- 13:05Baylee: Oh man.
- 13:06Baylee: That was brutal.
- 13:07Brianna: it's like for
- 13:08Baylee: It was cause of the ginger man.
- 13:10Baylee: Did it hit you when you walked in that door?
- 13:12Baylee: Probably said, yeah.
- 13:13Brianna: good.
- 13:14Brianna: It's whatever your hunter wants coming back.
- 13:16Brianna: Get out right now, elderberries.
- 13:18Brianna: You know?
- 13:19Brianna: Okay.
- 13:19Brianna: Maybe not the time, but probably need it.
- 13:22Brianna: Probably need it.
- 13:24Brianna: okay.
- 13:24Brianna: Do one of the guys wanna go or do?
- 13:25Brianna: Or do we wanna
- 13:26Baylee: Yeah.
- 13:27Baylee: Do one of your questions.
- 13:28Baylee: I'll go.
- 13:29Baylee: How old would you be if you didn't know how old you are?
- 13:32Baylee: Like how old I feel?
- 13:33Baylee: Yeah.
- 13:35Baylee: 32.
- 13:36Baylee: I don't, I just feel like I get really, I don't know.
- 13:38Baylee: That's like my age group of people that I really like.
- 13:42Baylee: I don't know.
- 13:43Brianna: I'm 30.
- 13:45Brianna: Not great.
- 13:46Brianna: You're not 30, 33.
- 13:49Baylee: Yeah.
- 13:49Baylee: I would say I'm gonna go with 32.
- 13:51Brianna: I like it.
- 13:52Brianna: I feel like that's a good age.
- 13:54Baylee: Yeah.
- 13:54Brianna: I don't know about 33, but I'll tell you in like a month.
- 13:59Brianna: Less than that.
- 14:00Brianna: Oh, no.
- 14:00Brianna: I would be old, old
- 14:03Baylee: I would.
- 14:04Brianna: seventies, eighties, you know?
- 14:05Brianna: I wanna say like not 80, well maybe like 73.
- 14:10Baylee: Okay.
- 14:11Baylee: Do you feel that broken down?
- 14:14Brianna: Yeah.
- 14:14Brianna: 73 precisely.
- 14:16Brianna: I think this last year has been a lot.
- 14:18Brianna: It's been a lot with school, internship, kids, all that.
- 14:22Brianna: I just feel old.
- 14:23Brianna: My dad tells me all that all the time.
- 14:24Brianna: Like, oh Emily this, I'm like, I totally get the whole, you feel as old or you are as old as you feel.
- 14:30Brianna: I feel old.
- 14:31Brianna: I don't plan on staying that age.
- 14:34Brianna: Yeah.
- 14:34Brianna: Telling Rice Crispy or the, what is it, crispy pops or whatever it is in the morning.
- 14:37Brianna: What's that?
- 14:38Brianna: Cereal that snap crackle pop cereal.
- 14:40Brianna: Which you're talking about.
- 14:41Baylee: Krispies.
- 14:42Brianna: Rice Krispies.
- 14:43Brianna: Ok.
- 14:43Brianna: No, you're talking Kris.
- 14:45Brianna: The brand.
- 14:46Brianna: The brand plate.
- 14:46Brianna: No, no.
- 14:47Brianna: Me, me and Josh were on the same wavelength
- 14:48Baylee: Rice Krispies Pop.
- 14:49Baylee: Yeah.
- 14:50Baylee: Yeah,
- 14:50Brianna: Yeah.
- 14:50Brianna: Snap.
- 14:51Brianna: That how your joint sound.
- 14:53Brianna: Well my son did ask me the other day like, mom, your bones are breaking.
- 14:56Brianna: Like when I went to get up, No, kinda just, they're, they're getting there.
- 15:02Brianna: Ok.
- 15:02Brianna: You left.
- 15:03Brianna: Alright.
- 15:04Brianna: So I didn't know I, she wouldn't tell me anything.
- 15:06Brianna: So I had like questions all the way from, mineral Pathways.
- 15:09Brianna: I was like, am I supposed to be asking something intelligent like
- 15:12Baylee: I have no idea either,
- 15:13Brianna: animals?
- 15:14Brianna: Like, so the first one will be a little bit more No, don't do the first one.
- 15:17Brianna: Do the second one.
- 15:18Brianna: Yeah, the second.
- 15:18Brianna: You're not supposed to, I was just, you're letting them know how much you micromanage me right now.
- 15:24Brianna: It's just to her defense.
- 15:26Brianna: Even before this, I was just walking in the house, lost.
- 15:30Brianna: I didn't know what I was even looking for.
- 15:31Brianna: I just felt need to look for something casual.
- 15:33Brianna: She's like, what doing?
- 15:34Brianna: I'm like, I dunno.
- 15:34Brianna: It's pacing.
- 15:36Brianna: It was just a casual thing.
- 15:37Brianna: Alright, so we're going the second one.
- 15:40Brianna: So I have many as we're gonna let define this since the listeners, don't dunno.
- 15:45Brianna: Okay.
- 15:45Brianna: Yeah.
- 15:45Brianna: When I say a toxic trait, I'm talking about something that annoys you.
- 15:47Brianna: Right?
- 15:48Brianna: Right.
- 15:48Brianna: Not like an actual toxic relationship.
- 15:50Brianna: I don't dunno if people know that.
- 15:51Brianna: I dunno.
- 15:51Brianna: People do like, what's your toxic trait?
- 15:52Brianna: Yeah.
- 15:53Brianna: I don't, I don't socialize.
- 15:54Brianna: Okay.
- 15:54Brianna: That's a normal thing.
- 15:55Brianna: Yeah.
- 15:55Brianna: So anyways, so what is your least favorite, favorite toxic trait of mine?
- 16:01Brianna: Like a pet peeve?
- 16:02Brianna: Yeah.
- 16:02Brianna: Things that I do.
- 16:03Brianna: I know there's a li a list of em.
- 16:04Brianna: Oh, it's by far how you drink water easily.
- 16:08Brianna: He'll take it and been Sahara for days.
- 16:13Brianna: And he has to and he's just like, in the middle of the night, he'll reach over.
- 16:18Brianna: Do you have It's just that also my, that's my best friend's pee also.
- 16:22Brianna: Brian hates that.
- 16:24Brianna: See, he actually hated me when we first met each other cuz we were in the back and all he did was hear me chuck outta my water jug.
- 16:29Brianna: And next would be your driving that idiot, which I'm sure Brian would also agree with.
- 16:32Brianna: Yeah.
- 16:34Brianna: Yeah, it's chugging.
- 16:36Brianna: It's the chugging and it's just like the whole gallon at once.
- 16:39Brianna: Just like if you could, you can't open your throat wider.
- 16:41Brianna: If you could, you would.
- 16:43Baylee: Super thirsty.
- 16:44Brianna: Yeah.
- 16:45Brianna: All the time.
- 16:46Brianna: Okay.
- 16:47Brianna: What is your biggest pet peeve about Josh?
- 16:51Baylee: So, okay.
- 16:52Baylee: Don't, there's not a whole list.
- 16:53Baylee: We only got 30 minutes,
- 16:56Brianna: Okay.
- 16:57Baylee: I guess.
- 16:58Baylee: Cause this one is fresh on my mind.
- 17:00Baylee: He doesn't rinse the dishes off before putting them in the dishwasher, bro.
- 17:06Baylee: It's what the dishwasher's for.
- 17:08Baylee: Have you ever seen the commercials of like the, the, like you don't have to rinse the dishes off
- 17:12Brianna: you're working less hard.
- 17:14Baylee: Exactly.
- 17:15Baylee: But there's like chunks of meat on the plate still.
- 17:20Brianna: That's me.
- 17:21Baylee: There's like peanut butter still in the ice, man.
- 17:24Baylee: I just don't want to just scrub it.
- 17:25Baylee: I don't like getting my hands honestly dirty in that sink.
- 17:27Baylee: It's disgusting.
- 17:29Baylee: hate that.
- 17:30Baylee: Yeah.
- 17:31Baylee: Yeah.
- 17:32Baylee: I mean, I'll go play with mud outside rather than that like, like you don't even have to touch the food.
- 17:37Baylee: You just have to run some water down there.
- 17:40Baylee: Didn't you just, why would you not just wash the whole thing?
- 17:43Baylee: Because it just clogs.
- 17:44Baylee: It clogs the filter.
- 17:46Brianna: That's my point is if you're gonnas, you might as well.
- 17:50Baylee: Just put some soap on it and then you're fine.
- 17:52Baylee: Like it's done.
- 17:54Baylee: That takes longer.
- 17:55Brianna: Our house is like a commercial kitchen.
- 17:57Brianna: So those things gotta go in clean, at the right dishes, turnover in our house.
- 18:01Brianna: No, I'll just rewash it.
- 18:02Brianna: I'll be like, oh, you're going back in.
- 18:04Baylee: Yeah, that's what I do.
- 18:05Baylee: Yeah.
- 18:05Baylee: She doesn't believe in paper plates either.
- 18:07Brianna: Yeah,
- 18:07Baylee: paper plates in this house.
- 18:09Brianna: I know.
- 18:09Brianna: We actually had some not too long back and I was like, wow, these are really cool.
- 18:14Brianna: And then I felt bad.
- 18:15Brianna: Those I like, we can't, we can't do it.
- 18:16Brianna: Those are desperate time plates.
- 18:18Brianna: That's when like, it's just hit the fan.
- 18:20Brianna: We just have no energy and it's like, be lucky you got dinner.
- 18:23Brianna: Okay.
- 18:23Brianna: Like I, I wiped the counter off like an hour ago.
- 18:26Brianna: Just it off.
- 18:28Brianna: Like we, we, checked the block, but like the dishes are too much.
- 18:33Brianna: The dishes were though.
- 18:35Brianna: I wish I could get board with it.
- 18:36Baylee: See there's only two of us, so I'm like, we can throw a plate in the dishwasher.
- 18:40Baylee: It'll be fine.
- 18:42Brianna: Yeah.
- 18:42Brianna: A non rinse.
- 18:43Baylee: When we have kids, you can have paper plates.
- 18:46Baylee: Man, paper plates are so easy though.
- 18:47Baylee: You just, I mean,
- 18:49Brianna: It's gone.
- 18:49Brianna: Hold it up.
- 18:51Brianna: And they go to plastic forts while you're at it.
- 18:52Brianna: Like, we, we are not doing any dishes.
- 18:55Baylee: yeah, I went to school with a girl that actually washed her paper plates, like she would rinse'em off because,
- 19:02Brianna: His, his dad rinses out Ziploc bags.
- 19:05Brianna: Yep.
- 19:07Brianna: Reusing Ziploc bags.
- 19:09Brianna: Tortilla like the bags tortillas came in, actually did this day.
- 19:12Brianna: I have to be like, throw it away before Allen sees, cuz I know, he's like, that's a perfectly good bag.
- 19:18Brianna: Yeah.
- 19:18Brianna: You gotta use it at least half a dozen times.
- 19:22Brianna: They're not that expensive.
- 19:23Brianna: Yeah.
- 19:23Baylee: it's funny.
- 19:24Baylee: Yeah,
- 19:25Brianna: Wash paper plates.
- 19:26Brianna: That's a good one though.
- 19:27Brianna: Soggy.
- 19:28Brianna: That's future sociopath.
- 19:30Brianna: But anybody that be like, what if she's listening?
- 19:36Brianna: Well, don't use names.
- 19:38Brianna: Okay.
- 19:40Brianna: From henceforth.
- 19:40Brianna: Her name will be Carol.
- 19:42Brianna: Her name will be Carol.
- 19:44Brianna: Just kidding.
- 19:45Brianna: Okay.
- 19:46Brianna: Let's say who is your celebrity crush?
- 19:51Brianna: Mm.
- 19:51Brianna: Obviously Chris Hemsworth, a hundred percent hands down, walked store the other day.
- 19:58Brianna: He motivates me to go to the gym.
- 20:00Brianna: Motivates me?
- 20:00Brianna: No female celebrity crash.
- 20:02Brianna: Oh gosh, so many.
- 20:05Brianna: Who's my top?
- 20:06Brianna: See, this is, this is not fair cuz now I have to Rolodex the best option.
- 20:10Brianna: I have to like, balance deals.
- 20:12Brianna: I'm like, oh, whoa, whoa, whoa.
- 20:13Brianna: Can't go too high, right?
- 20:15Brianna: Because I have to live with you after this.
- 20:17Brianna: Right?
- 20:17Brianna: Can't go too low.
- 20:19Brianna: Cause then you'll know I'm lying.
- 20:20Brianna: You probably don't even know her name.
- 20:21Brianna: You're gonna ask me what her name is.
- 20:23Brianna: Okay.
- 20:23Brianna: So we'll throw out.
- 20:26Brianna: Yeah.
- 20:26Brianna: Scarlet Johansen.
- 20:27Brianna: We'll go Scarlet Han.
- 20:29Brianna: I knew that one.
- 20:30Brianna: I knew that one.
- 20:31Baylee: Yeah,
- 20:32Brianna: Yeah, she does beat out Natalie Portman it.
- 20:35Brianna: I don't understand your thing with Natalie Portman.
- 20:37Brianna: It's just a Star Wars thing.
- 20:38Brianna: Huge Star Wars nerd.
- 20:39Brianna: Growing up, obviously you only impressionable.
- 20:42Brianna: It's stuck.
- 20:42Brianna: Talking about sociopaths.
- 20:43Brianna: Have you seen Black Swan?
- 20:44Brianna: I'll never look at her the same.
- 20:46Baylee: I've never watched that movie.
- 20:48Brianna: Well, it's a good one, but she's crazy in that.
- 20:51Brianna: Yeah.
- 20:52Brianna: I mean, again, it's probably not her in real life.
- 20:55Brianna: Yeah, yeah.
- 20:55Brianna: You know,
- 20:56Baylee: Probably just asking.
- 20:57Brianna: Yeah.
- 20:58Brianna: He's probably just an guy.
- 20:59Brianna: It's probably not real.
- 21:00Brianna: She probably got paid to do it.
- 21:01Brianna: Just played it really well.
- 21:03Brianna: Real natural.
- 21:05Baylee: right.
- 21:05Baylee: Who's your celebrity crush?
- 21:07Baylee: I don't know.
- 21:08Baylee: Maybe, what's that one girl's name off the bachelor?
- 21:11Baylee: Hannah Ann?
- 21:11Baylee: Yeah, Ann.
- 21:13Brianna: Anna Ann.
- 21:14Brianna: I could see
- 21:15Baylee: It's married now to a Rams player though, so I, they're not married yet.
- 21:18Baylee: They're engaged, so I'd probably never have a chance,
- 21:21Brianna: Hey, engage isn't, it's not solidified.
- 21:23Baylee: yeah, there's still time.
- 21:25Baylee: There
- 21:25Brianna: definitely think, I think Bailey's better though.
- 21:28Brianna: Yeah.
- 21:28Brianna: It's gonna be hard to live the rich life.
- 21:31Brianna: Right?
- 21:31Brianna: I don't know about you, Josh, but my rich life, I'm just trying sugar baby.
- 21:35Brianna: I ain't
- 21:35Baylee: Yes.
- 21:37Baylee: I would be terrible.
- 21:38Baylee: She, I mean, I think she makes a lot of money.
- 21:40Baylee: I mean, Bailey does well, but I think she has a lot of endorsements as well.
- 21:45Brianna: So, oh yeah.
- 21:47Brianna: Victor would have no problem being with like a really ultra
- 21:50Baylee: I could move to California.
- 21:51Baylee: I mean, I don't think I would.
- 21:53Baylee: You'd be fine.
- 21:54Baylee: Yeah, I'd be okay for a little bit.
- 21:56Baylee: You'd a good sugar baby.
- 21:57Baylee: I, I'd invite you over a couple times.
- 21:59Baylee: I mean, you could be like her.
- 22:00Baylee: I dunno, that sounds weird.
- 22:03Brianna: So still, I mean, that's, that's not a bad game plan though.
- 22:07Baylee: Yeah, we'll just secretly use her for her money.
- 22:10Baylee: Okay.
- 22:11Baylee: So she thinks she's the main one, but I'm like the side chick.
- 22:15Baylee: But actually I'm the main one.
- 22:16Baylee: Yep.
- 22:17Baylee: Okay.
- 22:18Baylee: So I did Ashley message, Hannah Ann on Instagram to see if she would wanna guest on our podcast because she does a bunch of like food and stuff.
- 22:26Baylee: So I was like, it'd be fun.
- 22:29Baylee: Oh man.
- 22:29Baylee: I'd.
- 22:30Brianna: I'd faint.
- 22:31Brianna: Is that what you said?
- 22:32Baylee: Yeah, I couldn't make that.
- 22:33Baylee: I, I'd be, I'd be blushing the whole time.
- 22:36Baylee: Would you want to be a guest on that episode too?
- 22:38Baylee: No, I could be embarrassed.
- 22:40Baylee: I couldn't talk.
- 22:42Brianna: Oh my gosh.
- 22:42Brianna: That's funny.
- 22:43Brianna: Yeah, that's a good one.
- 22:44Brianna: I get it.
- 22:44Brianna: I still dunno who you're talking about, but I'll, I'll trust it.
- 22:47Brianna: He doesn't.
- 22:47Brianna: He doesn't.
- 22:49Brianna: What do you do?
- 22:51Brianna: That's all I do with my life study.
- 22:53Brianna: I don't think you do that either though.
- 22:55Brianna: I don't have a lot.
- 22:56Brianna: We have three kids.
- 22:56Brianna: No, I watch tv.
- 22:59Brianna: I know you do.
- 23:01Brianna: You also stay up later than me.
- 23:03Brianna: True, true, true.
- 23:04Brianna: Okay.
- 23:06Brianna: Let's see.
- 23:07Brianna: Bailey, you asked a question,
- 23:10Baylee: do you have a favorite outfit from when you were a kid, like a go-to?
- 23:14Baylee: Looking back, you were six years old and you thought, this is the outfit.
- 23:20Brianna: This is it.
- 23:20Baylee: Dude, honestly, these shorts I got on right now, I've had these high school and I think they're pretty cool.
- 23:27Brianna: I mean, I would pay you for those shorts.
- 23:30Baylee: I tried to get rid of them.
- 23:33Brianna: he's all
- 23:34Baylee: I've had'em since like freshman year of high school.
- 23:37Baylee: They somehow still fit and I just love them.
- 23:39Baylee: They're lacrosse shorts.
- 23:40Baylee: I just think they're random and funny.
- 23:42Baylee: They just have like monsters all over them.
- 23:44Baylee: It looks like a little plankton from SpongeBob.
- 23:47Baylee: I mean, she wouldn't know.
- 23:47Baylee: She wasn't allowed to watch SpongeBob as a kid, but
- 23:50Brianna: Why not?
- 23:51Baylee: yes, I was.
- 23:52Baylee: I just, I wasn't a cartoon person as a kid, like I was saying.
- 23:56Baylee: Saying she was well-educated.
- 23:58Baylee: I was, she was.
- 23:58Baylee: I was 10 years old watching so far.
- 24:00Baylee: She was watching Law and Order probably I was.
- 24:03Brianna: Probably.
- 24:04Baylee: Criminal minds, you should be scared.
- 24:08Brianna: yeah.
- 24:08Brianna: Csi.
- 24:09Brianna: Yeah.
- 24:09Brianna: You watch, I dunno why my dad, let me watch that with him.
- 24:12Brianna: Like, looking back, I'm like, what's dicey?
- 24:15Brianna: You
- 24:15Baylee: they had me close my eyes on like the really bad gross parts.
- 24:19Brianna: like as fast as they could, they're all cupcake.
- 24:23Baylee: Yep.
- 24:23Brianna: Okay.
- 24:24Brianna: What's your go-to?
- 24:25Brianna: What was your, like what's an outfit that you're like, you know what?
- 24:27Brianna: I am fresh right now.
- 24:30Brianna: If I didn't have so trauma, I could probably remember.
- 24:33Brianna: Okay.
- 24:34Brianna: No.
- 24:34Brianna: All right.
- 24:35Brianna: So sixth grade, I feel like it doesn't have to be sixth grade.
- 24:38Brianna: That was so, that was an interesting time period.
- 24:40Brianna: Okay.
- 24:40Brianna: I had bleach, blonde hair, earrings.
- 24:43Brianna: And I wouldn't wear shirts that didn't go below my elbow.
- 24:48Brianna: Just say who you were trying to look with.
- 24:49Brianna: Oh, I was, I was, I wasn't trying, I was Eminem Marshall Mathers.
- 24:53Brianna: Hundred percent.
- 24:55Baylee: Is this why you were on the do not date list?
- 24:57Baylee: Real slim, shady.
- 24:59Brianna: yeah.
- 24:59Brianna: At that time I was living somewhere else.
- 25:01Brianna: Where we grew up.
- 25:02Brianna: That was like her, she, where she grew up was like country and homey, and she's like, she's wisely the warrior.
- 25:08Brianna: She's wisely.
- 25:09Brianna: Mine was a lot more rundown.
- 25:12Brianna: You don't walk on the streets at night kind of thing.
- 25:15Brianna: You avoid them.
- 25:16Brianna: So you just like, Marshall matters.
- 25:17Brianna: So, yeah.
- 25:19Brianna: So it was an interesting time period growing up.
- 25:22Brianna: The pictures are horrendous.
- 25:24Baylee: So did you, did you like to wrap?
- 25:27Brianna: Well, obviously yes, we would, we would do rats in our little apartment complex.
- 25:33Brianna: I wasn't any good, but you know.
- 25:35Baylee: A little, little, little clip.
- 25:37Brianna: Oh no, that was too many years ago.
- 25:39Brianna: Like I said, trauma suppression.
- 25:41Brianna: Trauma suppression.
- 25:42Brianna: That's his go-to trauma suppression.
- 25:44Brianna: I told you that.
- 25:45Brianna: I know the way you told me.
- 25:46Brianna: That's part of my problems.
- 25:48Brianna: Well, I just, think everyone has trauma.
- 25:51Brianna: She's like, do you ever worry that you don't remember much from your childhood?
- 25:54Brianna: I'm like, ah, little buff.
- 25:55Brianna: That's done well so far.
- 25:57Baylee: Eventually
- 25:58Brianna: Yeah, I mean, so far we're good.
- 26:00Brianna: Yeah.
- 26:00Brianna: Haven't seen seen any.
- 26:02Brianna: No, no.
- 26:03Brianna: Spiraling, you know, serial killer tendencies or anything.
- 26:05Brianna: Yeah, no, we're good.
- 26:06Brianna: Yeah, I would know.
- 26:07Brianna: Cause I watch enough shows about, yeah, like I said, you're like popping out jars are secretly watching me.
- 26:12Brianna: Like, I think the other day we talked about that and you're like, you know, if you were a serial killer, like the thing I'd be most upset about is I didn't catch you.
- 26:20Brianna: I would, I'd be very upset with at all.
- 26:22Brianna: I was like, that's why like, I mean, and then the whole killing people thing is absolutely not okay.
- 26:26Brianna: But yeah.
- 26:27Brianna: things first for the right.
- 26:28Brianna: How do I not know?
- 26:29Brianna: No, but how did I not know?
- 26:31Baylee: It would be, honestly, I don't know if I would really pick up on it.
- 26:36Baylee: I'm not super observant.
- 26:37Baylee: Like he would probably tell me he went to the store or something and come back with ice cream and I'd be like, oh, okay.
- 26:42Baylee: She's always on.
- 26:42Baylee: Fine.
- 26:43Baylee: My friends don't let her lie to you.
- 26:44Baylee: Oh, I do.
- 26:44Baylee: Look at that.
- 26:46Brianna: Comes back.
- 26:46Brianna: Meat counter was crazy.
- 26:47Brianna: Sorry.
- 26:48Brianna: Well maybe your victims are at grocery stores, so
- 26:52Baylee: Yeah.
- 26:54Baylee: I don't like the grocery store, honestly.
- 26:55Baylee: It gives me anxiety.
- 26:57Baylee: So
- 26:58Brianna: It is a terrible place.
- 27:00Baylee: he did have a panic attack in Aldi's one time.
- 27:02Baylee: Yeah.
- 27:03Baylee: Don't go to Aldi's on Sunday mornings after church.
- 27:05Baylee: Like,
- 27:06Brianna: just everyone's there.
- 27:07Baylee: and then like she just kind of scrolls off and I'm just in the middle of nowhere, like with the cart, by myself and sh and these, the grandmas are just all looking, looking at me like I'm in the way.
- 27:16Baylee: Like, and I'm like, oh, excuse me.
- 27:18Baylee: Oh, sorry.
- 27:19Baylee: Can you, can you grab that for me?
- 27:22Brianna: Oh, you look tall.
- 27:24Brianna: Can you do me a
- 27:24Baylee: Yeah.
- 27:25Brianna: Yeah.
- 27:26Baylee: Mm-hmm.
- 27:27Baylee: We're good.
- 27:28Baylee: Top shot.
- 27:29Brianna: Yeah.
- 27:30Brianna: See
- 27:31Baylee: All right.
- 27:32Baylee: What's that?
- 27:32Baylee: You got a question?
- 27:33Baylee: Sure.
- 27:34Baylee: Okay.
- 27:34Baylee: Would you break the law for me?
- 27:37Baylee: What kind of law?
- 27:39Baylee: Like felony?
- 27:40Baylee: Would I have to go to jail or can I get away with it?
- 27:43Baylee: No.
- 27:43Baylee: You're gonna jail for 10 years.
- 27:45Baylee: Ugh.
- 27:46Brianna: This is not me trying to think what's a felony.
- 27:48Brianna: That's 10 years.
- 27:49Brianna: She knows I'm alright.
- 27:52Brianna: Grand theft, stuff like that.
- 27:54Baylee: I mean, if it was for a good reason, yes.
- 27:57Baylee: If it was like you wanted to randomly rob a bank when we didn't need to, I'd be like, no, we're not doing that.
- 28:03Baylee: It's a bad idea.
- 28:05Brianna: when we didn't
- 28:06Baylee: So just say like, we have, we're like out on the streets, we're homeless.
- 28:10Baylee: Like we're going to like sleeping, Walmart, trying to at night.
- 28:14Baylee: Yeah.
- 28:15Baylee: You're gonna then break the law for Then we're gonna, we're gonna rob a bank together.
- 28:17Baylee: Yep.
- 28:18Baylee: We're sleep in Walmart.
- 28:19Baylee: That's his plan if we ever end up homeless, dude, how easy would that be?
- 28:22Baylee: You could just go to different stores.
- 28:23Baylee: Like, I, I feel like,
- 28:24Brianna: about it.
- 28:26Baylee: yeah, I seen a guy sleeping in the dog food one time, and my, my hometown actually
- 28:31Brianna: I mean, think about it.
- 28:32Brianna: They have air mattresses, pillows, blankets, food.
- 28:36Brianna: All right.
- 28:36Brianna: Well, come on.
- 28:37Brianna: Aggravated assault with bodily injury.
- 28:41Baylee: He's not worth it.
- 28:42Brianna: Don't be, don't be selfish.
- 28:43Brianna: We have kids You better go
- 28:45Baylee: think about.
- 28:46Brianna: Okay.
- 28:47Brianna: If I,
- 28:48Baylee: Your kids, yeah, but you, your kids are gonna be gone.
- 28:51Baylee: They're, you're gonna lose your kids probably.
- 28:53Brianna: God, that would suck.
- 28:54Brianna: See, can you do it alone?
- 28:58Brianna: I'll go down.
- 28:58Brianna: Should, I'll go.
- 29:00Brianna: I think I, I think I'd commit a crime, but I need to know you're gonna, however, she doesn't, she's not, doesn't think I could do this.
- 29:08Brianna: No, I'm asking do I mean, in, in her defense, I have one bill I'm supposed to pay.
- 29:13Brianna: It's Stacy.
- 29:15Brianna: I dunno.
- 29:15Brianna: I'm always like, what?
- 29:16Brianna: Weird, weird.
- 29:18Brianna: She's like, but here's thing, she's like a, like a human Rolodex.
- 29:21Brianna: Right?
- 29:21Brianna: She just knows everything all the time.
- 29:24Brianna: Like it takes me an hour and a half to build the grocery list cuz I have to like mentally think about everything
- 29:31Baylee: Unless I'm hungry.
- 29:32Baylee: I know
- 29:33Brianna: She like sticks over the computer and she's like, did you get this, this, this, this, this, this, this?
- 29:37Brianna: And I'm like, I'm writing down stuff I missed.
- 29:38Brianna: So we'd have to get a plan so we can agree that we would, I would if I was the better fit for the job.
- 29:44Brianna: And he, yeah.
- 29:45Brianna: Yeah.
- 29:46Brianna: Or we could just switch.
- 29:47Brianna: Yeah.
- 29:47Brianna: Flip a coin.
- 29:49Brianna: I think it's fair thing.
- 29:50Brianna: Yeah.
- 29:50Brianna: Flip a coin.
- 29:51Baylee: Okay.
- 29:52Brianna: Yeah.
- 29:52Brianna: I, I would
- 29:52Baylee: Yeah.
- 29:53Baylee: Depending on the situation,
- 29:55Brianna: Yeah.
- 29:56Brianna: The crime.
- 29:56Brianna: Depending on the crime.
- 29:58Baylee: I think if it was like a need to know, like right now we have to go rob a bank in five minutes, then I would just automatically do it.
- 30:04Baylee: Cause I wouldn't think about the consequences.
- 30:06Brianna: Yeah,
- 30:07Baylee: Cool.
- 30:08Baylee: Let's do it.
- 30:09Baylee: No.
- 30:10Baylee: If you guys see a bank robbery in Maryland Heights,
- 30:14Brianna: Weird.
- 30:14Brianna: I haven't heard from Bailey in a while.
- 30:16Baylee: yeah.
- 30:17Brianna: It's
- 30:18Baylee: It actually happens tomorrow and it's not us when we go to jail.
- 30:22Brianna: To it Still on the loose all really.
- 30:26Baylee: Yeah.
- 30:27Brianna: Okay.
- 30:27Brianna: Ask a question.
- 30:29Brianna: All right.
- 30:29Brianna: We've obviously been together for a hot minute.
- 30:32Brianna: Yeah, right.
- 30:32Brianna: Sometimes they were cold minutes, but, you know, hot minute, there were minutes nonetheless.
- 30:37Brianna: So I watched you go from, wanting to be a nurse, right.
- 30:40Brianna: And I think on one of your previous podcasts, you came back and you were like, this is so deep.
- 30:43Brianna: This one person came back and they're like, there's a nurse that talks about nutrition.
- 30:47Brianna: And you were like, eh, you know, well, I'll say you went to dietetics because it was almost like it was more convenient for our family.
- 30:55Brianna: Yeah.
- 30:55Brianna: It was when you first started traveling.
- 30:56Brianna: Yeah.
- 30:57Brianna: And, and then there was a point at which you became.
- 31:00Brianna: More than just passionate and became like truly passionate.
- 31:03Brianna: Yeah.
- 31:04Brianna: About dietetics in the industry.
- 31:05Brianna: Yeah.
- 31:06Brianna: What point was that for you?
- 31:07Brianna: Oh, when I realized I had a really bad, unhealthy relationship with food.
- 31:11Brianna: That's it.
- 31:12Brianna: Yeah.
- 31:12Brianna: A minute long question for a ten second answer.
- 31:14Brianna: Yes.
- 31:16Brianna: I thought, she's like, I thought, I was like, oh, I love it.
- 31:19Brianna: I love nutrition.
- 31:20Brianna: And then I realized, oh wow, I have such an unhealthy relationship with food and like this is so normalized.
- 31:26Brianna: And then I was like this justice warrior that was like, I have to spread the word.
- 31:31Brianna: What class was that in?
- 31:32Brianna: It wasn't, I don't know how that happened actually.
- 31:36Brianna: All right.
- 31:36Brianna: Wasn't any class San Jose state for the win?
- 31:39Brianna: Yeah.
- 31:39Brianna: Yay.
- 31:41Baylee: You?
- 31:41Brianna: Ima Water.
- 31:42Brianna: Okay.
- 31:42Brianna: Yeah.
- 31:43Brianna: When did you become passionate?
- 31:45Brianna: Yeah.
- 31:45Brianna: The real, when passion became true.
- 31:47Brianna: Passion.
- 31:48Brianna: Yeah.
- 31:48Baylee: Yes, I would say so.
- 31:51Baylee: Like I first got interested because of my dairy allergy, figuring out how much milk was killing my body.
- 31:58Baylee: And then when I truly became passionate about, probably like the weight loss area, was when I started doing metabolisms makeover and just hearing all the different stories and not understanding I.
- 32:09Baylee: How bad relationships are to food.
- 32:12Baylee: I've never really had a terrible relationship with food.
- 32:14Baylee: Yeah.
- 32:14Baylee: There's been some not great things they did, but just hearing other people's stories and being able to help them through that is when I'm like, okay, this is why I want to be a fat loss dietician.
- 32:26Brianna: Yeah.
- 32:26Baylee: Yeah.
- 32:27Brianna: I love that because you do, you do hear all the like, oh my God, I'm actually eating food, and like I love, I feel amazing, and like, yeah, this is, oh, so you get really excited, like you're always so excited.
- 32:40Brianna: Yeah, I feel when you get your, your client win, she always comes and she's like, I feel lucky because I feel like when I was growing up I just viewed work and careers as like something you do cuz you need money and like that's just what you do.
- 32:52Brianna: And I feel like I found my passion and I get to work and something I'm passionate with and that's cool cause I feel like not everybody gets to do that.
- 32:59Baylee: Yeah.
- 32:59Baylee: And I think that's what's hard for us to set our work life boundaries is because we like truly enjoy it.
- 33:06Brianna: It doesn't feel like work sometimes,
- 33:08Baylee: Yeah.
- 33:09Brianna: you know?
- 33:10Baylee: Mm-hmm.
- 33:11Brianna: Yeah.
- 33:12Baylee: Always taking that Snapchat of that meal before our meals, man.
- 33:14Baylee: She's always posting.
- 33:16Brianna: Tax write off.
- 33:17Brianna: Dunno that means write off guy.
- 33:22Brianna: Here's my receipt.
- 33:23Brianna: I
- 33:23Baylee: Yeah.
- 33:24Brianna: use this for work.
- 33:25Baylee: See, that's why we'd never be homeless.
- 33:27Baylee: You just basically write it off.
- 33:29Baylee: Yeah.
- 33:30Baylee: Yeah.
- 33:30Brianna: Bill Walmart.
- 33:32Baylee: Maybe we get a sponsorship.
- 33:34Brianna: off.
- 33:34Brianna: That's like, like the shit's creek.
- 33:36Brianna: The shit's creek.
- 33:36Brianna: David.
- 33:37Brianna: It's a, it's a write off.
- 33:38Brianna: What are you writing?
- 33:40Brianna: I'm writing it off.
- 33:42Brianna: What does that mean?
- 33:43Baylee: off people.
- 33:45Brianna: Yeah, I dunno.
- 33:46Brianna: Just you write it off.
- 33:47Brianna: That's, he's like, that's not how that works.
- 33:50Brianna: Okay.
- 33:50Brianna: Let's see.
- 33:51Brianna: What would be your perfect meal?
- 33:54Brianna: I don't know.
- 33:54Brianna: Changes with the day.
- 33:55Brianna: So I love, obviously pizza and ice cream.
- 33:58Brianna: Yeah.
- 33:59Brianna: Yeah.
- 34:00Brianna: Without a doubt.
- 34:00Brianna: With brownies.
- 34:01Brianna: Yeah.
- 34:02Brianna: So I always love pizza.
- 34:03Brianna: I love pizza.
- 34:05Brianna: And like I said, I have a outta anything in the world.
- 34:08Brianna: Like anything in any, oh, I would fly to New York and Italy just to try their pizzas.
- 34:13Brianna: I mean, one day we will.
- 34:15Brianna: All right.
- 34:15Brianna: They'll be like, where are we going Italy?
- 34:16Brianna: And you're like, you don't wanna go to, I'm like, no, Italy.
- 34:19Brianna: Okay, for pizza, I'm gonna eat some pizza.
- 34:21Brianna: Okay.
- 34:22Brianna: Alright.
- 34:22Brianna: Right.
- 34:22Brianna: I gotta get it from the source.
- 34:24Brianna: Okay.
- 34:25Brianna: Because since moving to Texas, I'll be right back.
- 34:27Brianna: Texas pizza is,
- 34:29Baylee: Not good.
- 34:30Brianna: you don't like it?
- 34:31Brianna: No, I don't.
- 34:32Brianna: See, I'm not just kidding.
- 34:33Brianna: All of Texas listeners, we love Texas all the way along.
- 34:36Brianna: I don't have, I don't, I don't have high standards for pizza, so I haven't really noticed the lack of quality pizza.
- 34:43Brianna: So I'm sorry, but obviously that's not a, was it p h ff family meal, you could like put some cheese sauce.
- 34:53Brianna: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 34:54Brianna: That's my perfect meal.
- 34:55Brianna: Have the salad with it.
- 34:56Baylee: Mm-hmm.
- 34:57Brianna: Add some meat to it.
- 35:00Brianna: Yeah.
- 35:00Baylee: There's some roasted veggies on the side.
- 35:03Brianna: He sound like my father.
- 35:04Brianna: Now, both of you.
- 35:05Brianna: I don't, that was my dad's thing growing up.
- 35:08Brianna: He would always get the taken bakes and he would like cut bell peppers and like all kinds of stuff and he would just, yeah, disrespect.
- 35:18Brianna: You said that, but you gotta where your trauma start.
- 35:23Brianna: My father disrespected pizza by cutting up bread.
- 35:26Brianna: It roast his own chicken and steak and put it on.
- 35:29Brianna: It was, it was actually really good.
- 35:30Brianna: Sounds delicious.
- 35:31Brianna: Delicious.
- 35:31Brianna: My parents didn't do that.
- 35:32Brianna: Yeah, they were like, here's some hot dogs and mac up on cheese.
- 35:35Brianna: We call power food.
- 35:36Brianna: My dad used to call it power food all the time, so we never ate out, never ate fast food.
- 35:42Brianna: It's all homemade steak, chicken, potatoes, and look at how not great that turned out.
- 35:48Brianna: Well.
- 35:48Brianna: It's probably my wrestling growing up.
- 35:52Brianna: Probably where my food too much restriction costs too much now.
- 35:56Brianna: Well it's funny cause we talk about that, like the psychology, I forget who it was, talked about the psychology of food and like that's my go-to whenever I get stressed.
- 36:03Brianna: It's like, that's what I used to always do before tournaments.
- 36:05Brianna: Stuff like in between tournaments you get stressed, eat the, the Hawaiian roll with honey all day.
- 36:11Brianna: It was all I ate.
- 36:12Brianna: He does that.
- 36:13Brianna: He eats plain bread between matches.
- 36:14Brianna: Oh, that's another pet peeve.
- 36:15Brianna: He'll eat a plain piece of bread, not toasted anything.
- 36:18Brianna: He'll put syrup on it.
- 36:20Baylee: Interesting.
- 36:21Baylee: I've never,
- 36:22Brianna: Gross.
- 36:23Brianna: I'm not disrespecting toast right now.
- 36:26Brianna: Well, at that point it's just Okay.
- 36:28Brianna: It hasn't leveled up to toast.
- 36:30Brianna: Josh, what's your semantics?
- 36:31Brianna: What's your perfect meal besides pizza?
- 36:34Brianna: If it's pizza, then
- 36:35Baylee: Oh, probably steak and potatoes and some green beans.
- 36:41Brianna: yu
- 36:42Baylee: But they gotta be like the stringing green beans.
- 36:44Baylee: They can't, the French style, he likes French style green beans.
- 36:47Baylee: The only green beans he'll eat.
- 36:50Baylee: He has a little high maintenance.
- 36:52Baylee: Hey, if I'm eating the veggie, it's gotta be doctored up
- 36:55Brianna: How do you like your green beans?
- 36:57Baylee: a little bit of Montreal and some garlic, onion powder and lots of pepper and a little bit of salt.
- 37:04Baylee: I'm not a big salt guy.
- 37:05Baylee: I do love pepper though.
- 37:07Baylee: She gets mad at me sometimes cause I'll always be in, so I'll be in behind her, like dipping it in there.
- 37:12Brianna: Sorry's,
- 37:13Baylee: I guess I got one.
- 37:14Baylee: Okay.
- 37:15Baylee: You can go.
- 37:16Baylee: If you were a vegetable, what, what would you be and why?
- 37:20Baylee: A zucchini.
- 37:22Baylee: A zucchini, I'd be a zucchini because you can use it for like zucchini bread.
- 37:28Baylee: You can use it as a smoothie.
- 37:30Baylee: You can use it to roast, you can use it as noodles.
- 37:34Baylee: It's very adaptable.
- 37:36Baylee: So you think you have an adaptable personality?
- 37:39Baylee: I like to try.
- 37:40Baylee: It's very hard sometimes.
- 37:42Baylee: Is that since you met me or I feel like I'm more adaptable since I met you.
- 37:48Baylee: You're kind of a, didn't you say you were like a chameleon the other day me, but my family calls me.
- 37:55Brianna: are kind of like that.
- 37:56Brianna: You can make their way into any, it's awesome.
- 38:00Brianna: Yeah.
- 38:00Brianna: I still get confused by zucchini.
- 38:02Brianna: Cucumbers though.
- 38:03Brianna: Obviously my feeling like try snacking on a zucchini.
- 38:07Brianna: Leave that there.
- 38:09Brianna: Okay.
- 38:09Brianna: Relax.
- 38:10Brianna: I think I'd be an artichoke
- 38:12Baylee: Oh
- 38:14Brianna: because they're underrated.
- 38:16Baylee: yeah.
- 38:17Baylee: They're so good.
- 38:18Brianna: They're really good.
- 38:19Brianna: They're kind of a lot of work, but worth it.
- 38:23Baylee: I like that.
- 38:24Baylee: Yeah.
- 38:24Brianna: Yeah.
- 38:25Brianna: And they're, I don't know how this has anything to do with anything, but I like things and I just feel like it's a good dipping vegetable that has nothing to do with why I would be at
- 38:33Baylee: I've never had a fresh one.
- 38:35Brianna: Oh, messing
- 38:37Baylee: I always just do the can.
- 38:38Baylee: How do I eat it?
- 38:40Brianna: You, you peel off the little leaves, eat, boil, eat pickle leaves and eat.
- 38:44Brianna: Scrape your teeth.
- 38:45Brianna: Eat the meat outta it.
- 38:46Brianna: But I don't rabbit.
- 38:46Brianna: Why?
- 38:47Brianna: Why?
- 38:47Brianna: It's called meat.
- 38:48Brianna: That's gross.
- 38:48Baylee: a rabbit.
- 38:49Brianna: Yeah.
- 38:49Brianna: I gotta hook it on your bottom teeth and scrape it off.
- 38:52Brianna: Yeah.
- 38:53Brianna: We grew up in an agricultural community, so like we had just north You were, you were in garlic.
- 38:58Brianna: Just our artichoke.
- 38:59Brianna: So, but we were on the, every year we had the artichoke festival.
- 39:02Brianna: Did we?
- 39:03Brianna: Yeah.
- 39:03Brianna: That was up north.
- 39:04Brianna: Yeah.
- 39:04Brianna: Oh, we did?
- 39:05Brianna: Yeah.
- 39:06Brianna: Well we had some mushroom mushroom festival.
- 39:08Brianna: A garlic festival.
- 39:09Brianna: Yeah.
- 39:09Brianna: We were around a lot of.
- 39:10Baylee: have those.
- 39:12Brianna: It's a really smelly area.
- 39:13Brianna: If you do.
- 39:14Brianna: Yeah.
- 39:15Brianna: Let me tell you, being where the mushrooms are from,
- 39:18Baylee: Yeah,
- 39:19Brianna: I mean, they're grown in poop, so like it doesn't, it just smells bad all the time.
- 39:23Brianna: You're like, oh, you're from the smelly place.
- 39:25Brianna: Like does it smell?
- 39:26Brianna: I don't know.
- 39:27Brianna: It does smell horrible.
- 39:29Baylee: it does.
- 39:30Baylee: Okay.
- 39:30Brianna: But you, it's like, it's like when you don't realize your house smells.
- 39:34Baylee: that's, I'm always so nervous for that.
- 39:35Baylee: Like, people come over and like, what do, what's our smell?
- 39:40Brianna: Yeah.
- 39:41Brianna: She, cause you just throw buckets of bleach on the wall and everything.
- 39:43Brianna: She's like, what if our house smells?
- 39:45Brianna: I'm like, I don't, I don't know.
- 39:46Brianna: Then you the house smell.
- 39:47Brianna: Tell him to go home.
- 39:48Brianna: I dunno.
- 39:50Brianna: You probably invited them over.
- 39:51Brianna: I did.
- 39:51Brianna: I did.
- 39:52Brianna: I did.
- 39:52Brianna: Yeah.
- 39:52Brianna: So what am I doing?
- 39:53Brianna: What do I do now?
- 39:54Brianna: That's probably my next question is how, what?
- 39:56Brianna: Yeah, go ahead.
- 39:56Brianna: Ask your question.
- 39:58Brianna: We good?
- 39:58Brianna: We're done with the vegetables.
- 40:00Brianna: All right.
- 40:00Brianna: So Brianna will actively not tell people what she does, right?
- 40:05Brianna: I'm a justice warrior.
- 40:07Brianna: Like I hear someone say something crazy, I'm like, hold up, homeboy.
- 40:11Brianna: Like, Hey, actually, did you know that?
- 40:15Brianna: Like, like I can't it, but it, I, I will not let it fly, right?
- 40:19Brianna: Like, it just is so wrong.
- 40:21Brianna: And I've walked by tables where like girls are talking about starving themselves and and she just doesn't pitch in.
- 40:27Brianna: I'm like, did you correct?
- 40:28Brianna: I'm not gonna be that.
- 40:29Brianna: She's like, no.
- 40:31Brianna: They'll ask if they want to know.
- 40:33Brianna: Did you tell'em what you do?
- 40:34Brianna: And she's like, they're gonna follow me on Instagram.
- 40:37Brianna: No.
- 40:38Brianna: So with that being said, what as someone who actively tries to not.
- 40:43Brianna: Have people know what she does when people do find out what you do?
- 40:46Brianna: Yeah.
- 40:47Brianna: First part is how does it feel to be, to be compared to a nutritionist?
- 40:51Brianna: Oh yeah.
- 40:51Brianna: And two, what's something that everybody will say to you in person when they meet you and find it out?
- 40:57Brianna: Oh, they, oh, they always are like, I try to eat healthy.
- 41:01Brianna: Like that's like their first thing.
- 41:02Brianna: I try to eat healthy.
- 41:04Brianna: Yeah.
- 41:04Brianna: Or like they'll like walk through like a diet that they've tried or what they try to do or they try not to eat after a certain time or something.
- 41:10Brianna: It's usually like when we're at a restaurant or at a function with food and I'm just like putting food on my plate that they're like saying they try to avoid.
- 41:18Brianna: That's because you're hype the back.
- 41:20Brianna: That's good.
- 41:21Brianna: Like did you know she's, oh hey, did you know she has a master's in human nutrition?
- 41:25Brianna: But honestly, the whole being compared to a nutritionist, I just think that's like people just don't know what dieticians are.
- 41:30Brianna: Like even in the hospital, like even like the nursing staff will be like, did you call dietary?
- 41:35Brianna: Or like, do you work in the kitchen?
- 41:37Brianna: I'm like, but do I.
- 41:39Baylee: Yeah.
- 41:39Brianna: I don't, I don't do that.
- 41:41Brianna: So we're used to it.
- 41:43Brianna: I, at least I'm used to it.
- 41:44Brianna: Disrespect.
- 41:45Brianna: What do people tell you, Bailey?
- 41:47Baylee: So I would say it's like, what should I not be eating?
- 41:52Baylee: That's a very loaded question.
- 41:54Baylee: I got asked the other day, what is one food you will never eat?
- 41:57Baylee: And I said, milk, and they were like, oh my gosh.
- 42:00Baylee: Why?
- 42:00Baylee: I was like, because I'm allergic.
- 42:03Brianna: Allergic
- 42:04Baylee: Yeah.
- 42:04Baylee: That's,
- 42:05Brianna: mana.
- 42:06Brianna: Yeah.
- 42:07Baylee: Yep.
- 42:08Baylee: It's usually, what should I avoid or like something around what should I be eating?
- 42:13Baylee: Or can you just gimme a meal plan?
- 42:15Brianna: yeah.
- 42:16Brianna: No, it doesn't bring me joy.
- 42:18Brianna: Meal plans.
- 42:18Brianna: Yeah.
- 42:19Brianna: Doesn't bring me joy.
- 42:19Brianna: And you're not gonna follow it?
- 42:21Brianna: I won't.
- 42:22Brianna: No.
- 42:22Brianna: So, no,
- 42:23Baylee: I won't, maybe for a few days, but,
- 42:26Brianna: Right.
- 42:27Baylee: and I'll go back to the normal.
- 42:28Baylee: Yeah.
- 42:29Brianna: Exactly.
- 42:29Brianna: There's a
- 42:30Baylee: I would say, Then it's a lot of like giving a rundown of what diet they're currently doing and kind of being like, it's really not that bad, but I'm also super starving.
- 42:39Brianna: Yeah, but I also hate my life and all I think about is cookies, food.
- 42:44Baylee: Yeah.
- 42:44Brianna: You smell this pizza now and walk away.
- 42:47Brianna: I actually, yeah,
- 42:50Baylee: It's always fun at our family dinners, she's always getting questioned by, like, my uncle was literally, he tried to do the, the, the fasting for like, I don't know how many days.
- 42:59Baylee: Days.
- 43:00Baylee: And he's like, man, I'm starving.
- 43:02Baylee: Duh.
- 43:04Baylee: Yes,
- 43:04Brianna: medical donation.
- 43:06Baylee: yes.
- 43:08Baylee: You're really good about, he like is good about correcting people that I'm a dietician, not a nutritionist.
- 43:13Baylee: And yeah, I think you're right.
- 43:14Baylee: I think just people don't know.
- 43:16Baylee: But yeah, we did do the schooling.
- 43:18Baylee: We went six years.
- 43:21Brianna: there's a reason I feel 73,
- 43:23Baylee: Yeah.
- 43:25Brianna: you know.
- 43:26Brianna: I'm not, I'm not 79.
- 43:29Brianna: I hope not.
- 43:30Brianna: I should have.
- 43:32Brianna: I've been duped.
- 43:33Brianna: Well, you're stuck now, I guess.
- 43:37Brianna: Yeah.
- 43:37Brianna: At this point you're, you're not me too much longer, so just it.
- 43:41Brianna: You might up a sugar baby with all my write off.
- 43:46Brianna: I don't even know what that means.
- 43:47Brianna: I'm gonna learn it.
- 43:48Brianna: Okay.
- 43:49Baylee: Do we wanna do, we could probably do like one more question each.
- 43:52Brianna: Ok.
- 43:53Brianna: Josh or Bailey.
- 43:54Brianna: Josh's vegetable version was really good.
- 43:56Brianna: Send it.
- 43:57Brianna: Okay.
- 43:58Baylee: Would you redo our first date?
- 44:01Baylee: No.
- 44:01Baylee: It was pretty funny.
- 44:03Baylee: Our first date, it's consisted of well, I'm not the nicest person.
- 44:09Baylee: Sometimes it, it kind of, this might sound like a rude story at first, but I mean, take it.
- 44:15Baylee: I mean, you're meeting a girl on Tinder, you never know what you're really gonna run into, you know?
- 44:19Baylee: So me and my buddy are up at the bar and I invite her up there and everything I'm having like, Hey, we're having a couple drinks you wanna come up.
- 44:26Baylee: So she has one of her friend's husbands drop her off.
- 44:31Baylee: So I'm also getting dropped off by another guy, which probably didn't look great.
- 44:35Baylee: And I was like, why?
- 44:36Baylee: Yeah, what the heck's going on here?
- 44:38Baylee: And then so we get chatting and I told my buddy, I'm like, if she's like, doesn't look like her profile, like, I'm gonna probably like, we're gonna get outta here, dude.
- 44:47Baylee: Like, I'm not gonna sit here by her.
- 44:49Baylee: Like, and I'm not gonna take her home, obviously.
- 44:51Baylee: So end of the night we ended up kind of hitting it off.
- 44:53Baylee: And then she's also terrible at directions, but she tells me like, she's like, oh, the short way, the long way.
- 45:00Baylee: And I'm said, okay, we'll just go the long way.
- 45:02Baylee: You might as well, you know, whatever.
- 45:04Baylee: And then we end up in some other city, like, I don't even know how we got there, like on these back roads.
- 45:11Baylee: And I'm like, Bailey, we're in a totally different side of town.
- 45:15Baylee: Like, we're not even close to where you said you live and you picked the long way, but you didn't, we, I had to, I go outta town to get a gps because we both didn't know where we ended up.
- 45:28Brianna: all part of the master plan.
- 45:30Brianna: Oh, that's
- 45:31Baylee: I thought she was like trying to kidnap me or something was going on with that other guy.
- 45:35Baylee: Like something weird was gonna happen.
- 45:37Baylee: Like I've seen a lot of movies.
- 45:39Brianna: okay.
- 45:39Brianna: It can happen.
- 45:40Brianna: Take you for all your worth.
- 45:42Brianna: Yeah.
- 45:43Baylee: I really had no idea where I was going the entire time and I was just like left and I knew I was getting farther away from my house, so I knew it was gonna take a long time.
- 45:52Baylee: I didn't know where she lived, being a nice guy.
- 45:55Brianna: Without gps, you probably would've never found out
- 45:58Baylee: No.
- 45:59Baylee: If my phone was dead, we were waiting until the morning.
- 46:01Baylee: Cause I didn't know, I couldn't, I mean, we didn't get home until like four 30 in the morning.
- 46:06Baylee: Yeah.
- 46:07Baylee: On like a Thursday.
- 46:09Brianna: that was the long way.
- 46:10Brianna: Yeah.
- 46:11Baylee: Yeah.
- 46:13Brianna: Thank God you guys didn't start dating earlier.
- 46:15Brianna: Oof.
- 46:16Brianna: MapQuest page.
- 46:17Brianna: You were just talking about this though.
- 46:18Brianna: I didn't write down the direction.
- 46:19Brianna: We didn't have gps when we were dating.
- 46:21Brianna: You printed out a MapQuest.
- 46:22Brianna: We're not that old, but that's true.
- 46:25Brianna: Like the flip phones.
- 46:26Brianna: That was, that was our phone.
- 46:27Brianna: I think we had gps, but I didn't have a phone that had it.
- 46:31Baylee: Was it like the garments?
- 46:33Brianna: Yes.
- 46:33Baylee: razor slide.
- 46:35Brianna: Kathy, was it Kathy?
- 46:37Brianna: No, Susan.
- 46:39Brianna: Susan.
- 46:39Brianna: Which is weird cause that's her best friend's wife.
- 46:41Brianna: Yeah.
- 46:41Brianna: So we had to change the name.
- 46:43Brianna: We were like in the car.
- 46:44Brianna: Me and my best friend, also known as my work spouse, spent a lot of time together and we drive together a lot.
- 46:50Brianna: But like one time, the GPS one, I was like, shut the, shut up Susan.
- 46:54Brianna: Like, and he was just kind of caught off guard and he was like, whoa, what I, my wife like that.
- 46:59Brianna: And like kept, I was like, oh, that's right.
- 47:01Brianna: Your wife's name is Susan.
- 47:02Brianna: I was like, I've always referred to GPS as Susan.
- 47:04Brianna: Don't know why.
- 47:05Brianna: Gotta change it now.
- 47:06Brianna: But it was that black garin.
- 47:08Brianna: Yeah, the suction cup.
- 47:10Baylee: Yep.
- 47:11Brianna: Nice.
- 47:11Brianna: Yeah.
- 47:12Brianna: So cool.
- 47:13Brianna: Yeah.
- 47:14Baylee: I did have one of those.
- 47:16Baylee: If that makes you, mine would never stick to the window.
- 47:17Baylee: It would always just fall off.
- 47:19Baylee: Mm-hmm.
- 47:20Brianna: Holding down the floor, like true.
- 47:22Brianna: My own 88 Dodge Dakota with utility bed or like rock back and forth.
- 47:29Brianna: All rusted.
- 47:31Brianna: Oh my God.
- 47:31Brianna: It was a punishment vehicle.
- 47:32Brianna: Yeah.
- 47:32Brianna: That my dad bought with my money cause I rolled my Bronco.
- 47:36Brianna: What's a sorry for another podcast again?
- 47:39Brianna: Another reason you were on the do not date list.
- 47:40Brianna: Irresponsible.
- 47:43Brianna: No.
- 47:43Brianna: Well our first date was Iron Man.
- 47:45Brianna: Oh, I was, I was gonna say anything.
- 47:47Brianna: I was like, is he gonna remember?
- 47:48Brianna: Cause I had, she's like this cuz again, great memory, not so great.
- 47:52Brianna: She was like, she's waiting.
- 47:53Brianna: She's like rolling it back too.
- 47:55Brianna: She's like, remember?
- 47:56Brianna: Yeah.
- 47:57Brianna: 2008 Iron Man one.
- 47:58Brianna: Obviously it had a really good precedence right before this.
- 48:01Brianna: I was trying to watch Secret Invasion on Disney Plus.
- 48:06Brianna: Okay.
- 48:06Brianna: So anyways, that Big Marvels also a went to big part.
- 48:08Brianna: Our life was cute.
- 48:08Brianna: We went to Ironman.
- 48:10Brianna: It was a little bit awkward cause my ex-boyfriend was there.
- 48:12Brianna: It's weird.
- 48:13Brianna: But anyways, he was too nervous to kiss me at the end, so he like leaned over and like kissed my shoulder and then like went back.
- 48:21Brianna: Keep in mind we're young guys.
- 48:23Brianna: Okay.
- 48:25Brianna: You're like 18.
- 48:26Brianna: Yeah.
- 48:27Brianna: Maybe not so young.
- 48:29Brianna: Back to watching the movie just so stiff, like we're not gonna talk about it.
- 48:34Brianna: We're gonna talk about it.
- 48:35Brianna: But it was cute.
- 48:36Brianna: It was cute.
- 48:36Brianna: Let's see.
- 48:36Brianna: It made me realize, yeah, such took me until Mother's Day to kiss you.
- 48:40Brianna: Yeah.
- 48:41Brianna: It made me realize like you weren't such a jerk like I thought you were.
- 48:44Brianna: So it was a good move.
- 48:44Brianna: It was a good move.
- 48:45Brianna: Good move.
- 48:46Brianna: Nice.
- 48:46Brianna: Played my cards right?
- 48:48Brianna: Yep.
- 48:49Brianna: And then took me what, almost what, three and a half, four years.
- 48:53Brianna: And then I had to baby trap you cuz you're way outta my league.
- 48:56Brianna: So get that.
- 48:57Brianna: It was a little longer than that.
- 48:59Brianna: Five years.
- 49:00Brianna: Oh yeah.
- 49:00Brianna: Five years.
- 49:01Brianna: Yeah.
- 49:01Brianna: Five years together.
- 49:02Brianna: Before we had kids, you just had to keep trapping me until I realized it was a lapse of judgment, which was not part of the plan.
- 49:08Brianna: Take birth control kids.
- 49:10Brianna: I was on birth control.
- 49:11Brianna: Yeah.
- 49:11Brianna: Right.
- 49:11Brianna: No, we talk about not taking birth control.
- 49:13Brianna: Yeah, right.
- 49:13Brianna: Didn't work.
- 49:14Brianna: Learn how to track your cycle.
- 49:16Brianna: We are, we're two time birth control babies.
- 49:20Brianna: One on
- 49:20Baylee: Interesting.
- 49:20Brianna: one on the I uud.
- 49:22Baylee: Huh?
- 49:23Brianna: No, we never got pregnant on the iud.
- 49:25Brianna: That was your, it was like right after Was your girlfriend?
- 49:27Brianna: Yeah.
- 49:27Brianna: I'm just kidding.
- 49:28Brianna: We didn't not get, get pregnant on the I It was like right afterwards.
- 49:31Brianna: She was like, it would've literally right after I'm getting it taken out.
- 49:33Brianna: It's gonna take a few months for We can get pregnant.
- 49:35Brianna: Instantly pregnant.
- 49:37Brianna: Yeah.
- 49:37Brianna: I was like, what happened?
- 49:38Brianna: So it wouldn't change.
- 49:39Brianna: It wouldn't change it.
- 49:41Brianna: I've birth
- 49:44Baylee: Yeah, we have a whole nother episode on that.
- 49:47Brianna: so that of that.
- 49:49Brianna: I've heard of that.
- 49:49Brianna: This was many, many moons ago.
- 49:53Brianna: What was it?
- 49:54Brianna: We're not that old.
- 49:55Brianna: Stop.
- 49:55Brianna: All right.
- 49:56Brianna: All right.
- 49:57Baylee: All right.
- 49:58Baylee: Close
- 49:58Brianna: deal.
- 49:59Brianna: Yeah.
- 49:59Baylee: old.
- 50:00Brianna: Our relationship could almost go get its driver's permit.
- 50:03Brianna: Okay.
- 50:04Brianna: Wow.
- 50:04Baylee: Wow.
- 50:06Brianna: That's, that was disrespectful.
- 50:08Baylee: That's kind of sad.
- 50:10Brianna: Yeah.
- 50:11Brianna: Yeah.
- 50:12Brianna: Well,
- 50:13Baylee: Brianna,
- 50:13Brianna: you
- 50:13Baylee: you wanna ask the last question?
- 50:15Brianna: oh yes.
- 50:16Brianna: My very last question.
- 50:18Brianna: A funny one.
- 50:18Brianna: Do you believe in any superstitions?
- 50:22Brianna: I dunno.
- 50:22Brianna: No, not really.
- 50:23Brianna: I mean, I, there's some things that I don't know if I believe in it, but I'll actively avoid, like, I won't walk under a ladder.
- 50:30Brianna: So you do believe in that superstition?
- 50:32Brianna: No, I just, it's, I'm not gonna f around find out, right.
- 50:35Brianna: Like I don't also why roll the dice?
- 50:38Brianna: Like if I don't have to walk under the ladder, like if it was life or death, I'll go under the ladder.
- 50:41Brianna: So it has to be life or death.
- 50:42Brianna: So it's pretty extreme then.
- 50:44Brianna: Yeah.
- 50:44Brianna: Pretty extreme.
- 50:45Brianna: It's kinda like it's like there's the whole no, like yes you do.
- 50:47Brianna: You also hold your breath around graveyards.
- 50:49Brianna: And he got actually mad at me cuz I was breathing very heavily on purpose to piss him off about it.
- 50:53Brianna: Yeah.
- 50:54Brianna: Well I don't actually believe that a demon's gonna get sucked in my lungs, but I'll do it anyways.
- 51:01Brianna: Ok.
- 51:01Brianna: I'm not here to find out.
- 51:03Brianna: I don't need to be the extra six.
- 51:04Brianna: It's just a ghost.
- 51:05Brianna: But I mean, we elevate it, you know, again.
- 51:07Brianna: Oh well anyways.
- 51:08Brianna: Yeah, that probably violates the rule book that you put in front of me.
- 51:11Brianna: We'll save that story when that recording goes off.
- 51:14Brianna: I dunno.
- 51:14Brianna: But there's a reason why I hold my breath around graveyards.
- 51:16Brianna: Ok.
- 51:17Brianna: Oh well I'm very interested about that.
- 51:19Baylee: Huh?
- 51:20Brianna: Ok.
- 51:21Brianna: That's something new.
- 51:22Brianna: Something new and exciting.
- 51:23Brianna: Driver permit relation.
- 51:24Brianna: I, so anyways, yeah, I just, I don't necessarily believe in him, but, but I do, you know.
- 51:30Brianna: All right.
- 51:30Brianna: Okay.
- 51:31Brianna: Josh, do you have.
- 51:33Baylee: The Black Cat one?
- 51:34Baylee: Yeah.
- 51:35Baylee: I'll Huck Loogie out of the window after that's, I don't know if you've heard of that one, but you're always supposed to spit out your window when before a black cat supposedly walks across your path, you're supposed to spit out your window.
- 51:46Baylee: My uncle's always done it, and I thought it was funny when I was younger, so I always do it.
- 51:50Baylee: I've never heard that.
- 51:51Baylee: And the latter thing, I'll agree with you.
- 51:53Baylee: I'll never walk under a la I'll always kinda like walk.
- 51:56Baylee: I'll avoid it.
- 51:56Baylee: Yeah.
- 51:57Brianna: Alright.
- 51:57Brianna: Right.
- 51:58Brianna: Says No, no, nobody Find out.
- 51:59Brianna: I'm gonna start hawking.
- 52:00Brianna: There's no atheist fox.
