- 0:00Speaker: I see all good people now.
- 0:03Speaker: It includes you and me.
- 0:07Speaker: Allowing one's words to be savored as they pass through one's lips, down all the way in the foundation of your lungs, in your heart, in the spaces in between, space everywhere, allowing one to expand beyond your own physical frame, beyond heat-imanating body we name as ourselves, being here, expanding in this way, one's energy, like the heat of your body, energy of mind, allowing this to expand, perceive more, being more receptive and open, genuine, authentic, a witness, objective observer of everything one can.
- 1:05Speaker: Allowing oneself to settle, being calm, peaceful, at ease, tranquil, feeling a dawning sense of grace, feeling the brightness of being alive, feeling oneself, feeling one's physicality is a flowing momentum of one's energy.
- 1:37Speaker: Grasping, applying oneself to.
- 1:44Speaker: Not secondary, not tertiary, primal way to be our natural, DNA-derived physical being.
- 2:06Speaker: You want to know who you are.
- 2:11Speaker: If you define yourself by a society, then you are that age.
- 2:18Speaker: If you want to define yourself by your physical being, then you are billions of years old.
- 2:27Speaker: It is a choice one can make if one is aware.
- 2:31Speaker: Being aware, then we feel this energy oscillating back and forth and ending up outside of our own physical self, our skin, our largest organ.
- 2:48Speaker: It is the heat disseminated into the atmosphere.
- 2:52Speaker: It is a result of the muscular activity of one's heart, lungs, diaphragm.
- 2:57Speaker: It keeps us consistently at almost a hundred degrees Fahrenheit.
- 3:03Speaker: Pretty amazing, right?
- 3:05Speaker: And here we are.
- 3:09Speaker: If you have your five senses, your hearing, your sight, your taste, your smell, your feeling, utilizing them and making sure they are close by, being playful, being curious, and saying hello to them, recognizing them, being astonished, being in awe for having these capabilities in the first place.
- 3:38Speaker: Remember the power in awe, in humming, even the word awe.
- 3:55Speaker: Try it.
- 4:02Speaker: Here we are, bundles of miracles.
- 4:15Speaker: Just said we were billions of years old.
- 4:18Speaker: You may not be thinking in this way, but that doesn't change the shape or nature or form of whom we are.
- 4:24Speaker: We are the results of our DNA.
- 4:27Speaker: It is one egg and one sperm that joined together to form a cell.
- 4:32Speaker: In this cell is the combined DNA from your mother and father.
- 4:37Speaker: Here we are.
- 4:38Speaker: This is one's evolution, one's heritage, one's parents, grandparents, great grandparents, all in a roll through time, a flowing river of time, which we are swimming also in.
- 4:57Speaker: Reaching out with this energy we have been manifesting in both directions, from what just was to what is about to be.
- 5:07Speaker: Being calm, feeling the current, the flowing momentum of one's being, of one's consciousness, breathing slower, deeper, longer.
- 5:30Speaker: Heightening one's awareness in one's body, one's feeling of one's heart squeezing one's pulsing.
- 5:45Speaker: Feeling the undulation of one's whole body as this pulse caresses arteries and veins or physical being, being aware of this one's heat is easy, one's pulse, practice, one's breathing, practice, one's shimmering majesty, practice.
- 6:16Speaker: These different attributes we can become aware of, and I'm saying practice after them is because one needs to further one's own investigation into who you are, whom am I?
- 6:34Speaker: Why am I?
- 6:36Speaker: What am I?
- 6:38Speaker: When am I?
- 6:40Speaker: Where?
- 6:41Speaker: And how am I here in these moments?
- 6:46Speaker: This is mindful meditation.
- 6:48Speaker: Think of each one of these.
- 6:50Speaker: Take a pad of pencil and write down your questions and your answers and your thoughts.
- 6:57Speaker: Organize!
- 7:00Speaker: While you're humming for all.
- 7:09Speaker: What is it?
- 7:43Speaker: There is so much to know.
- 7:45Speaker: There is so much going on simultaneously, being in a state of awe in one's awareness, shimmering, tingling with awareness of one's life's energy.
- 8:01Speaker: Your body is thriving with the recurrent offering of oxygenated blood to your cells.
- 8:13Speaker: They are being well fed inside and are celebrating.
- 8:17Speaker: Not once in a while.
- 8:20Speaker: Eighty-six thousand four hundred times in each day, in every moment, they are celebrating life.
- 8:29Speaker: And you're feeling it now.
- 8:33Speaker: Not even, perhaps, even if you are unaware of the feeling.
- 8:43Speaker: Step close to me, and I can feel it.
- 8:47Speaker: Because it is just being an open mind.
- 8:50Speaker: Your whole body is vibrating with energy.
- 8:56Speaker: Just accept the truth and realize it.
- 9:01Speaker: It's not necessarily easy to do.
- 9:05Speaker: It's not necessarily hard.
- 9:08Speaker: But I can reflect back that when I was trying to find my pulse in my early mindful meditation experiences, I literally had to connect my two fingers from one hand to the wrist crease on the opposite hand underneath one's thumb to find my radial artery.
- 9:32Speaker: I couldn't feel it, otherwise.
- 9:32Speaker: I didn't have the sensibility.
- 9:34Speaker: The window was closed, the door was closed as well, and I just didn't have a receptivity to it.
- 9:43Speaker: And this can be an obstacle to overcome.
- 9:47Speaker: Being aware of it is a major part of that.
- 9:51Speaker: Just as an aside, humble before this magnificence, we are a part of, thankful for having an opportunity to be alive.
- 10:16Speaker: Music continues for another minute.
- 10:20Speaker: Enjoy.
- 10:21Speaker: Pondering.
