- Jessica Figueroa: Good morning, everyone. Good morning. Did you wake up this morning and spend a couple of minutes maybe singing to the Lord, maybe singing your favorite praise song? I hope you did. Today I have a story to share about my oldest daughter who is somewhat of a new driver. So when she first got her permit, if you've been through this, it is terrifying to teach someone new how to drive. She would not turn right on red. So we just had to sit there and when we were in the right hand lane and People would honk at us. We're we live in South Florida, so we're not the friendliest driving area of Florida. And there was a lot of people that would wave to us, but with just one finger. We experienced a lot with her as a new driver. So I did finally invest, or a friend actually gave me one of those magnets that said, New driver expect sudden stops. And isn't that the truth? Because with a new driver on the road, when you tell them to merge, they hear break. When you tell them to break, they hear nothing. It's very unpredictable. So we all know this. So what we can buy is magnets that you can put on all sides of your car to warn everyone around you that there is a new driver driving. And what this warning does is warn people that it might be erratic or not what you expect, but please be patient. And then I was thinking, wouldn't it be nice in life if we could wear magnets? You know, couldn't wouldn't it be nice if you could wear a magnet that said, going through a divorce, please be friendly. What if your magnet could say, just lost someone I loved? Please be gentle with me. What if your magnet could say, Today was a really long week? I need a break. What would your magnet say if you could tell the people around you in a way that said, Hey, I just need a little reprieve? So just for today, we are going to try to imagine what other people's magnets might say when we encounter them. And we experience less than pleasantries, the old wave with one finger. We're gonna just wonder. I wonder what their magnet says. I wonder if they could tell their surrounding world today something, what would it be? What would they want to share? And let's consider that we all have our times when we have a magnet that we would put on us that says, I just need a little grace today. And thank goodness for God's grace, right? I'll see you guys tomorrow.
