- 0:18SPEAKER_03: I did one recently where I had take my shirt off because the guy who makes the recipe takes his shirt off.
- 0:24SPEAKER_03: So I saw that.
- 0:27SPEAKER_02: I also saw that.
- 0:28SPEAKER_03: No, but I wanted to make a joke in it that I was like, uh, I don't know, because I was like, you know, I always get women asking me, like, what do I do for this recipe?
- 0:37SPEAKER_03: And I wanted to, and I just want to, and I just want to say, maybe other people discriminate against you, but not here, not at Plant Slant Industries.
- 0:45SPEAKER_03: So take your shirt off and get in the kitchen.
- 0:47SPEAKER_03: Wow, no, that does not sound good at all.
- 0:50SPEAKER_03: I don't think I can say that.
- 0:52SPEAKER_03: Uh you should do whatever you want because you're a strong, independent woman.
- 0:58SPEAKER_02: He is recording.
- 0:59SPEAKER_03: Saved it, like something like that.
- 1:00SPEAKER_03: But then I was like, also, it's kind of long, and also people probably get mad.
- 1:04SPEAKER_03: So I'm just like, I'm not sure.
- 1:05SPEAKER_04: Welcome to Inmoderation, where we're trying to get Liam canceled.
- 1:08SPEAKER_04: We also found out that he hates beans.
- 1:10SPEAKER_04: So he's been lying to us.
- 1:12SPEAKER_03: This whole time it's it's been just a lie.
- 1:14SPEAKER_03: You know what I the only thing I love is cottage cheese.
- 1:17SPEAKER_02: I thought you didn't like cottage cheese.
- 1:19SPEAKER_03: That's why everything's a lie.
- 1:20SPEAKER_03: No, I actually do love cottage cheese, though.
- 1:22SPEAKER_02: You don't like that it's in everything.
- 1:24SPEAKER_03: I don't like these.
- 1:25SPEAKER_03: Everybody's just sending me these, like, hey, why don't you make a cheesecake with it?
- 1:29SPEAKER_03: Why don't I fucking don't?
- 1:30SPEAKER_03: How about I don't make something that tastes like shit?
- 1:33SPEAKER_03: Why don't uh why aren't you making these these muffins made out of cottage cheese?
- 1:37SPEAKER_03: Because who the fuck makes muffins out of cottage?
- 1:39SPEAKER_03: There's a reason we don't.
- 1:40SPEAKER_03: There's a reason when you go to the bakery aisle, there's not like, oh, and here's the cottage cheese muffins.
- 1:46SPEAKER_03: There's a reason for that.
- 1:47SPEAKER_03: That's why.
- 1:48SPEAKER_03: That's why I don't make them.
- 1:50SPEAKER_03: Hopefully that clears things up.
- 1:51SPEAKER_04: No, you're still gonna get the you you're the cottage cheese hater.
- 1:55SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 1:56SPEAKER_03: And now like I'm working with like good culture, and they took a recent like investment, like a big investment from a company, so I'm getting like all sorts of comments about that.
- 2:04SPEAKER_03: So I was like, well, so that's the thing, because they're little cheese.
- 2:08SPEAKER_03: The good culture is like little cheese.
- 2:10SPEAKER_03: Oh, really?
- 2:10SPEAKER_03: Because there's I talked to I think half of their the people at Good Culture.
- 2:14SPEAKER_03: There's like 30 people that work in the company, the entire company.
- 2:17SPEAKER_03: And so like I talked with half of them about like what's going on, whatnot, because I was like, with this investment, do I want to keep going on with good culture?
- 2:24SPEAKER_03: Because I know people are definitely having issues with it.
- 2:26SPEAKER_03: Like, I get it, because it feels like everything's bought out eventually, right?
- 2:29SPEAKER_03: Like anything, like anything you love, like eventually it's just bought by COVID.
- 2:33SPEAKER_03: Welcome to capitalism.
- 2:35SPEAKER_03: Exactly.
- 2:35SPEAKER_03: So I'm just like, you know, that sucks, but it is also the world we live in.
- 2:38SPEAKER_03: It's not like they were bought by them, they just had investment because you can't fucking find good culture anywhere.
- 2:42SPEAKER_03: The other day I was at the store and people walk by and they're like, Oh, is it here?
- 2:45SPEAKER_03: Is it here?
- 2:46SPEAKER_03: And they walked over and they go, No, it's not here.
- 2:47SPEAKER_03: I looked them dead in the eye, said, You looking for good culture, and they're like, Yep, because that shit's sold out everywhere because it's the best cut of cheese.
- 2:53SPEAKER_06: I I just got news that Inmoderation was bought out by BlackRock.
- 2:58SPEAKER_03: I think we could we'll their listeners will stick around, it's fine.
- 3:01SPEAKER_03: I'm sure they'll have no problems with that.
- 3:03SPEAKER_06: Rob just got sold the private equity.
- 3:05SPEAKER_06: No.
- 3:08SPEAKER_01: My favorites when Liam's always like, I don't know.
- 3:10SPEAKER_03: I have no idea.
- 3:11SPEAKER_01: The podcast happens.
- 3:12SPEAKER_03: I show up when you talk, it goes away.
- 3:15SPEAKER_06: You, the guest, have not spoken yet.
- 3:17SPEAKER_06: You are kind of the listener today.
- 3:19SPEAKER_06: We should probably introduce you.
- 3:21SPEAKER_04: Yeah, well, yeah, because we're moving.
- 3:23SPEAKER_04: Happy belated birthday, Alex, that you were supposed to have be on your last week four, but two people didn't show up.
- 3:29SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 3:30SPEAKER_04: That made the best episode, I think.
- 3:33SPEAKER_02: Do you guys have celebrated my birthday?
- 3:35SPEAKER_02: Hi.
- 3:36SPEAKER_02: I'm 32.
- 3:38SPEAKER_02: Good.
- 3:39SPEAKER_02: Old?
- 3:40SPEAKER_02: I'm not old.
- 3:41SPEAKER_02: I'm very young.
- 3:42SPEAKER_02: I got a lot of life to live still.
- 3:44SPEAKER_02: I got like 60 plus years in each.
- 3:46SPEAKER_04: It's not like you're the youngest one in the room right now.
- 3:48SPEAKER_03: How much life do you have to live?
- 3:49SPEAKER_03: I mean, have you seen the way things are going?
- 3:51SPEAKER_03: That's all that's my question.
- 3:52SPEAKER_02: Yeah, how much life do you want to live?
- 3:54SPEAKER_02: Okay, Mike, you and I have very different views on that.
- 3:57SPEAKER_02: Mike's always like the day I stop joking about that's the day you should worry about me.
- 4:02unknown: Right.
- 4:02SPEAKER_02: I have a lot of life to live.
- 4:04SPEAKER_02: And you know, I'm gonna make the best of this light, this crazy thing called life while we're living in America.
- 4:09SPEAKER_02: But no.
- 4:10SPEAKER_02: Hi, I'm Alex.
- 4:11SPEAKER_02: I've been on this three times.
- 4:13SPEAKER_03: A bunch, doesn't matter.
- 4:14SPEAKER_03: Everybody already knows you.
- 4:15SPEAKER_03: What have you been up to lately?
- 4:16SPEAKER_03: How have you been?
- 4:16SPEAKER_03: How have you been living life?
- 4:18SPEAKER_03: I've been I've been great.
- 4:21SPEAKER_02: It was my birthday last week.
- 4:22SPEAKER_02: Mike came to Austin with me and a bunch of my friends, and we went on a hike.
- 4:26SPEAKER_02: We got barbecue, we sang a bunch of karaoke.
- 4:30SPEAKER_01: First of all, I don't think either one of you would have come if I did invite you.
- 4:34SPEAKER_03: I would not have the trailer, no, it's just funny.
- 4:37SPEAKER_04: I would have wanted to.
- 4:39SPEAKER_02: See, it's a thought that counts, right?
- 4:41SPEAKER_02: I mean, you guys were in there, but I knew I didn't want to put a pressure on you guys to have to say you don't want to come and make you feel bad.
- 4:47SPEAKER_02: So I was just like, it's just easier if I just don't invite you and I'm the bad guy.
- 4:51SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 4:51SPEAKER_02: I was thinking of you.
- 4:52SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 4:53SPEAKER_02: And then uh yeah, just been working, coaching clients, and uh making content that's fun and dancing around and also debunking fitness stuff.
- 5:02SPEAKER_02: It's kind of it, it's my life.
- 5:03SPEAKER_04: The usual, the usual, very uneventful, especially the dancing around part.
- 5:09SPEAKER_03: Yeah, dancing around part.
- 5:11SPEAKER_03: So here's my thing.
- 5:12SPEAKER_03: Because you you talked about like the fitness stuff more on the the women's side of things.
- 5:17SPEAKER_03: And what I've been noticing a lot more in the men's side that's like I feel like kind of connected to to all of that, is this uh recent trend that I've been with the well a trend, I guess it's it's more of just like more popular now, looks maxing.
- 5:32SPEAKER_02: I've I mean you've probably seen like some like all the yeah, like the so is like the the vibes maxing or whatever, the looks maxing.
- 5:38SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 5:39SPEAKER_03: There's so looks maxing is yeah, it's just about like making your face as aesthetically pleasing as possible.
- 5:46SPEAKER_03: And what it basically comes down to is like, hey, you should starve yourself, and then eventually your face will be super chiseled because you'll have no fat on your face whatsoever.
- 5:56SPEAKER_03: That's what the men's looks max is.
- 5:58SPEAKER_03: That's what a lot of it's coming down.
- 5:59SPEAKER_03: I'm not saying that's the entire genre.
- 6:00SPEAKER_03: What I'm saying is that's what a lot of men are doing in order to get to that.
- 6:03SPEAKER_03: Because what is it you need for looks maxi, you need like a strong jawline.
- 6:06SPEAKER_03: How do you get a strong jawline?
- 6:08SPEAKER_03: You eliminate some of the fat along the jawline.
- 6:11SPEAKER_03: So that's what like a lot of.
- 6:13SPEAKER_04: I would have thought it would have been a bone graft.
- 6:15SPEAKER_03: More expensive is the problem.
- 6:16SPEAKER_03: Starving yourself.
- 6:17SPEAKER_02: You don't have to buy many groceries, like it's really easy.
- 6:20SPEAKER_03: It's so cheap to starve yourself, unfortunately.
- 6:23SPEAKER_03: So, yeah, that's what I'm I'm seeing.
- 6:25SPEAKER_03: And like a lot of the like tips and stuff like that really just kind of is is more it's basically just like the pro Anna tips of like, you know, yesteryear or whatever.
- 6:34SPEAKER_03: It's it's coming along like the the same lines, and that's kind of what I've been seeing.
- 6:38SPEAKER_03: It's interesting.
- 6:39SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 6:40SPEAKER_02: Are you asking for my opinion on it?
- 6:41SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I kind of want to know what's yeah, because yeah, you see it like on the women's side where it's like, oh yeah, eat 1200 calories, get super thin, like all of that sort of stuff.
- 6:50SPEAKER_04: Get rid of your cellulite.
- 6:52SPEAKER_02: Which is like almost impossible.
- 6:54SPEAKER_02: Um, but I mean, I think it's just it's unfortunate that it continues to be a conversation too.
- 6:59SPEAKER_02: Actually, I just did a video about Mike Tyson's commercial from the Super Bowl where he's basically saying he wanted to unalive himself because he hated how he looked because he was overweight.
- 7:08SPEAKER_02: And I'm like fudgy.
- 7:09SPEAKER_02: Yeah, you know, he said Americans are fudgy.
- 7:13SPEAKER_03: Fudgy, like, okay, dude.
- 7:15SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 7:15SPEAKER_02: And I'm like, what a weird, how like uninspirational is it to hear someone say that they wanted to unalive themselves because they were overweight?
- 7:24SPEAKER_02: Because obviously, we're already having the conversation about looks maxing and how if you want to look better, you got to starve yourself, and how the most important thing is your looks.
- 7:32SPEAKER_02: And one of the things that I always say is the your looks are the least interesting thing about you.
- 7:37SPEAKER_02: And I always understand that yes, it is the first thing that you see, and so we have to remember that.
- 7:43SPEAKER_02: And so we do make a slight judgment that first moment, but I think it's just a harmful message.
- 7:48SPEAKER_02: I think you should be worrying about just feeling your best.
- 7:50SPEAKER_03: That is just so amplified though, because of social media, right?
- 7:54SPEAKER_03: Because when you scroll, the first thing you see is just a person's like what they look like.
- 7:59SPEAKER_03: So that for social media, you could argue is the most important thing, right?
- 8:04SPEAKER_04: Not just what they look like, what they look like in peak week, right?
- 8:07SPEAKER_03: It's just like so you're like, oh, I don't want to see uh whatever this person, oh, this person looks however I want this person to look.
- 8:13SPEAKER_03: All right, so I'm gonna keep watching their videos.
- 8:15SPEAKER_03: So I think it's really just amplified by that, and that's why a lot of these things like looks maxing or whatever catch on so hard.
- 8:22SPEAKER_03: It's because you're trying to you're trying to capture people's attention.
- 8:25SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I mean, that makes sense.
- 8:26SPEAKER_02: I don't I don't even think it's necessarily about capturing attention, I think it's using insecurities as a driving force for sales.
- 8:32SPEAKER_06: I was actually about to ask you, what are some of the insecurities that get brought up to you?
- 8:36SPEAKER_06: Because speaking of peak week, I've had clients show me pictures of like stage-ready bodybuilders and say that that's what they want to look like.
- 8:44SPEAKER_06: And I have to have a very difficult conversation with them to be like, this person looks like that for a week, and it it's it's not done in a way that you can live like that forever.
- 8:55SPEAKER_06: It's like that that's not an attainable thing unless you want to get into this professionally.
- 9:00SPEAKER_02: It's so weird to me that 10 years later that's still the same conversation because I've literally like when I first started posting on Instagram back in 2016, and that's when I did my bodybuilding show, that's what was really popular is people posting their peak week photos pretty much year round and utilizing those and that being a big conversation and how these are unrealistic expectations.
- 9:21SPEAKER_02: So the fact that that's kind of making a comeback, especially because obviously bodybuilding is so popular right now.
- 9:28SPEAKER_02: And I think that what's important is understanding what's actually a reasonable expectation for your body.
- 9:36SPEAKER_02: And I do think that caring about how you look in a sense is important.
- 9:40SPEAKER_02: Like, yeah, you shouldn't you should try to be well groomed and smell nice, but you don't have to look smacked or kind of you sniff at yourself as crazy.
- 9:51SPEAKER_02: And so I just think it's a really harmful messaging, and it's also misleading.
- 9:54SPEAKER_02: And I mean, a lot of the insecurities that I hear are people just not being skinny enough, people not being pretty enough, people having cellulite, people having belly rolls.
- 10:02SPEAKER_02: It's a lot of the same stuff.
- 10:04SPEAKER_06: Do you have any weird ones that get brought up to you?
- 10:06SPEAKER_06: Especially dealing with like, yeah, like I you work with a lot of women.
- 10:11SPEAKER_06: So it it's uh you know, to be assumed women are getting a lot worse messaging than men and a lot like more little things, because you're more I guess open to buying certain products and trying certain things, whereas men are like, well, that's gay, I don't want to do that.
- 10:27SPEAKER_06: So like there's more, I think, little specific insecurities for women.
- 10:31SPEAKER_02: I'd argue that both are actually equally targeted, just different ways.
- 10:38SPEAKER_06: Oh, we're targeted, yeah.
- 10:39SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 10:40SPEAKER_02: I mean, for me specifically, because I speak so much about like PCOS and hormones, I get a lot of women who message me about like cystic acne, about body hair, um, or like facial hair.
- 10:51SPEAKER_02: So that's a really common conversation.
- 10:53SPEAKER_02: And so those are common.
- 10:55SPEAKER_02: Facial hair is great.
- 10:56SPEAKER_04: I think you'd look good with a nice little goatee.
- 10:59SPEAKER_02: I I mean I grow a little baby mustache because of my PCOS, and I just shave it.
- 11:03SPEAKER_02: It's like a real thing.
- 11:04SPEAKER_02: I was like plucking some of my little black hairs this morning.
- 11:07SPEAKER_04: I think you need to outdo Liam.
- 11:08SPEAKER_04: Yeah, it's not that hard.
- 11:10SPEAKER_02: I was about to say, Liam doesn't have much facial hair.
- 11:13SPEAKER_03: It's not very difficult.
- 11:14SPEAKER_03: You have a little thing right there.
- 11:15unknown: Yeah.
- 11:16SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 11:17SPEAKER_01: It's a tough one.
- 11:18SPEAKER_03: Um, like on the one hand, it's like I'm thinking, like, oh, okay, here's the solution.
- 11:23SPEAKER_03: All right, on social media, uh, nobody can see anyone.
- 11:26SPEAKER_03: Everything's just black now.
- 11:27SPEAKER_03: Everything, we just all talk in the top.
- 11:30SPEAKER_03: Like a phone call.
- 11:31SPEAKER_03: It's like, okay, so let's ignore the problem and not learn to accept our bodies.
- 11:34SPEAKER_03: Let's just hide in shame.
- 11:35SPEAKER_03: There we go.
- 11:36SPEAKER_03: That's the solution.
- 11:37SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 11:37SPEAKER_03: You know, so like, what do we start doing that?
- 11:40SPEAKER_03: What do we exactly?
- 11:42SPEAKER_03: So, what do we do?
- 11:43SPEAKER_03: How do you teach people to, you know, actually learn to, you know, love the body that they're in?
- 11:48SPEAKER_03: Like, that's that's that's such a difficult task when you have all of these trends, especially, you know, that are so popular and you're going to be exposed to a lot.
- 11:58SPEAKER_02: Well, I mean, especially because like my messaging is you'll never hate yourself into a body that you love.
- 12:02SPEAKER_02: I think what's really important to remember is you're truly never going to always love your body or love how you look, especially as a woman.
- 12:09SPEAKER_02: I know that around my Luteal face, like right before my period, I can tell the like the difference between how I feel in my body and in my face and everything compared to how I feel the rest of my cycle.
- 12:21SPEAKER_02: So that makes a big difference.
- 12:22SPEAKER_02: But it's also too important, it's important to set again realistic expectations for ourselves.
- 12:27SPEAKER_02: Saying that you'll never hate yourself into something that you love doesn't mean that you'll never have days that you don't like how you look, or you don't feel good about yourself, or you don't feel confident.
- 12:37SPEAKER_02: It just means that you're gonna have you should have net more days that you feel good, and you shouldn't be, you shouldn't let a bad body image day completely control how you show up.
- 12:49SPEAKER_03: That's an interesting, I I kind of like that where instead of just saying like whatever body you have, that's the body you should learn to love, you kind of also add in there that there's you you might you you won't achieve this perfect body.
- 13:04SPEAKER_03: Like, I don't know.
- 13:05SPEAKER_03: Do you try and teach people either a that like this realistic body is what you should learn to love always, or there's this body you would really like, but you're never we you just can't achieve that.
- 13:16SPEAKER_02: So I would argue I would argue that you can want to change your body while still loving the body that you're in.
- 13:24SPEAKER_02: So that's one argument because a lot of people say that if you like body positivity is telling yourself that you have to love your body, and it's basically breeding complacency and people being over like I I would argue that a lot of the body positivity movement did breed a lot of people in technically unhealthy bodies that were clinically overweight to a point that is not very safe.
- 13:48SPEAKER_02: And people have to remember that you can be unhealthy on either end of the spectrum, you can be very, very skinny, you can be very overweight, and neither one of those are good.
- 13:55SPEAKER_02: You do want to fall more in the medium, and so and that's a range.
- 14:00SPEAKER_02: And then from there, so one, understanding that yes, you can love your body and appreciate what it's doing for you now while still wanting to change it.
- 14:09SPEAKER_02: And so you can have aesthetic goals, you can say you want to lose weight, you can say you want to get stronger, while also recognizing that having an ideal like look shouldn't be your only goal.
- 14:20SPEAKER_02: It should be, it can be a goal where you're like, I want to build more muscle and I wanna, I wouldn't say fit into a specific size, because that's again, that's that's gonna vary from even just the clothes that you wear.
- 14:30SPEAKER_02: Like, I know for me, in one brand, I'm gonna be a different size compared to another.
- 14:34SPEAKER_02: But then it should be, I want to feel strong.
- 14:36SPEAKER_02: I want to be able to get up and have energy in the mornings.
- 14:39SPEAKER_02: I want to be able to do a pull-up.
- 14:40SPEAKER_02: Like just being able to do minimal things, not even minimal, big things like that would be more ideal.
- 14:45SPEAKER_03: Focusing on what you're actually able to do in your body as opposed to what it looks like.
- 14:49SPEAKER_03: I think trying to put more emphasis on that and less on the other one, even if you still have some emphasis on the other one, because yeah, we all want to have some way you look.
- 14:57SPEAKER_03: I think that's kind of like that.
- 14:59SPEAKER_02: Well, and that's the thing is I mean, saying like, oh, I just don't want to have roles, it's like, well, that's not like a super realistic expectation for one.
- 15:06SPEAKER_02: And then two, like it your body's gonna naturally fluctuate for a number of different reasons.
- 15:11SPEAKER_02: And so saying an arbitrary thing like I don't like having stomach rolls or I don't like having arm fat, it's a very like not helpful viewpoint.
- 15:21SPEAKER_03: It is helpful though for the people trying to sell things to get rid of those things that don't actually work at all.
- 15:26SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 15:26SPEAKER_03: If you of course it is uh if you were to create something, Alex, to prey on women's insecurities, what would that be?
- 15:32SPEAKER_03: Well, if you talk to them a lot, what what uh you know would you be like, oh, women always have insecurities about this, but they don't sell enough things to to fix this, even though it doesn't fix this thing?
- 15:42SPEAKER_03: What would you create?
- 15:43SPEAKER_02: Well, are you saying like a pill or are you saying like well, like this gets rid of X?
- 15:48SPEAKER_03: Like, oh, women have like an issue, like, oh, I they they're always talking about how their teeth don't look good, so I'd get to do this to fix their teeth.
- 15:55SPEAKER_03: Obviously, it's not that thing, but I'm giving you an example.
- 15:58SPEAKER_03: It's like, what is you know, like the common things are right, the belly rolls.
- 16:02SPEAKER_03: Is there anything that's not talked about enough that you would prey on in order to make a lot of money?
- 16:06SPEAKER_03: I think if you had to pick one thing, obviously you wouldn't do that thing.
- 16:09SPEAKER_03: I'm asking if you had to pick that, pick a thing, what would it be?
- 16:12SPEAKER_02: The unfortunate thing is I think they're all talked about a lot, and that's like part of the problem.
- 16:16SPEAKER_02: Is I'm like, there's plenty, like there's detox teas, there's like um, oh, there's there's vibration plates, like there's red.
- 16:26SPEAKER_03: But like I'm saying, all of those work to get rid of like fat or whatever.
- 16:29SPEAKER_03: Is there anything I'm wondering, is there anything that I would insecurity that you would prey on, is what I'm saying.
- 16:36SPEAKER_06: You need to invent a new insecurity.
- 16:38SPEAKER_03: Yes, what insecurity would you sort of invent when you're like, hey, oh, like there's this at the top of your lip, you know, we all have that like little connector thing or whatever, like how it like so this is a really like random arbitrary one.
- 16:50SPEAKER_02: Like this isn't actually real.
- 16:51SPEAKER_03: Yeah, this is I'm saying it like that.
- 16:53SPEAKER_02: I like the idea of thinking like my elbow's really ugly.
- 16:55SPEAKER_03: There you go.
- 16:56SPEAKER_03: See, that's what I'm talking about right there.
- 16:59SPEAKER_02: I would be like, your elbow's really ugly, and it really needs to have not no wrinkles.
- 17:04SPEAKER_03: So you sell like a lotion or a cream.
- 17:06SPEAKER_03: What would you what do you think?
- 17:06SPEAKER_03: And it gets rid of it gets rid of the wrinkles, or like a patch they have to wear, like you know, what something like that.
- 17:12SPEAKER_03: I think that's not bad.
- 17:13SPEAKER_03: I hate knees.
- 17:14SPEAKER_03: I think knees are the ugliest thing in the body.
- 17:16SPEAKER_01: I think you've actually said that before.
- 17:18SPEAKER_03: I'm pretty sure I have talked about this before because I hate knees that much.
- 17:21SPEAKER_03: They just look ugly on everyone.
- 17:23SPEAKER_03: Ball sacks, get out of here.
- 17:25SPEAKER_03: Way better looking than knees.
- 17:26SPEAKER_03: Knees are atrocious, and I hate all what is wrong with the knees?
- 17:30SPEAKER_03: They look, I they all like there's just all these little divot.
- 17:33SPEAKER_03: It's like it's in and out, like it's just weird looking.
- 17:36SPEAKER_03: It looks like something you see in an alien movie, uh-huh.
- 17:39SPEAKER_03: You know?
- 17:40SPEAKER_03: Like it looks like you see that, you're like, oh, that's not right.
- 17:43SPEAKER_03: But we've just become accustomed to seeing them so much.
- 17:45SPEAKER_03: We're like, it's normal, but I don't think it is.
- 17:47SPEAKER_03: I it's not normal.
- 17:48SPEAKER_03: I don't like them.
- 17:49SPEAKER_03: Knees bad.
- 17:50SPEAKER_06: Maybe I'm I want to see your knees.
- 17:53SPEAKER_03: You see my knees.
- 17:53SPEAKER_02: I mean, I don't think I don't think he's insecure about his knees.
- 17:56SPEAKER_02: I think he doesn't like them.
- 17:58SPEAKER_06: They look normal.
- 17:59SPEAKER_06: That's awesome.
- 18:00SPEAKER_06: But I just damn those quads.
- 18:02SPEAKER_06: Look at you.
- 18:03SPEAKER_02: I think he just doesn't like the look of them.
- 18:05SPEAKER_02: I hate it.
- 18:05SPEAKER_03: I always forget that you're really all these like bumps in it and shit.
- 18:09SPEAKER_03: Like, what's all that?
- 18:10SPEAKER_03: I don't like it.
- 18:11SPEAKER_03: I don't like it.
- 18:11SPEAKER_04: So you're gonna sell some like knee filler injections?
- 18:14SPEAKER_03: Yeah, so what would what would be the oh that's a good that's a good thing.
- 18:18SPEAKER_03: That's a good that's a good question.
- 18:20SPEAKER_03: Maybe some kind of like wrap that goes over them to cover the hideousness of them.
- 18:24SPEAKER_03: You know what I'm talking about?
- 18:26SPEAKER_01: I like how it's not actually solving the problem.
- 18:28SPEAKER_01: You know, there's a thing called pants.
- 18:30SPEAKER_03: No, and this we never we but in like the summer, you know, it's hot and like you take you wearing shorts.
- 18:35SPEAKER_03: You need something to cover up this atrocity that's happening between your femur and your and your tibia, tibia?
- 18:41SPEAKER_01: Tibia, fibula and tibia, tibia, fibula, fibula, fib fibula, fibula, I'm pretty sure.
- 18:47SPEAKER_03: I'm pretty sure I remember A and P in this.
- 18:50SPEAKER_03: Anyway, um, yeah, so like I think we would need like you know how they have how they have those wraps for like athletes, right?
- 18:58SPEAKER_03: Right?
- 18:58SPEAKER_03: So it's like that, but it's an aesthetic thing.
- 19:01SPEAKER_03: You wear it to cover that up and with something that looks like not like shit, like knees do.
- 19:06SPEAKER_03: That's my that's my pitch.
- 19:08SPEAKER_03: Uh, and so I'm seeking$800,000 for 7% of my company sharks.
- 19:12SPEAKER_03: I leave to you.
- 19:14SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna use all that money to buy a DeLorean.
- 19:16SPEAKER_06: Alex brought up the DeLorean before we did.
- 19:18SPEAKER_01: Because I know I know Liam's lore of wanting a DeLorean without ever actually seeing it.
- 19:26SPEAKER_03: Like stickers or whatever.
- 19:28SPEAKER_02: It is funny to me that that's like Liam's like lore of just never wanting to watch the films.
- 19:33SPEAKER_02: Meanwhile, Mike has the like most insane obsession with Back to the Future that I've ever seen.
- 19:38SPEAKER_02: Like he has a fucking capacitor here.
- 19:40SPEAKER_03: I don't think I've even seen that one.
- 19:41SPEAKER_03: That's really cool.
- 19:42SPEAKER_03: I just got this, it just came in.
- 19:44SPEAKER_03: Uh something to do with the tiny whimey stuff, right?
- 19:47SPEAKER_03: That's from Doctor Who?
- 19:48SPEAKER_03: What's what we're talking about?
- 19:51SPEAKER_01: Okay, okay, okay.
- 19:52SPEAKER_01: I know what I'm doing.
- 19:52SPEAKER_01: Oh, wait, wait, this is back to the future.
- 19:54SPEAKER_01: I know what you're doing.
- 19:54SPEAKER_03: Back to the future.
- 19:55SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 19:56SPEAKER_03: I know what you're doing.
- 20:27SPEAKER_03: Sorry, I got confused.
- 20:28SPEAKER_03: There's big doctors.
- 20:30SPEAKER_03: Listen, they're both old doctors who go pat through time.
- 20:33SPEAKER_03: Like, you gotta give me some slack on that.
- 20:34SPEAKER_02: That's fair.
- 20:35SPEAKER_02: That's fair.
- 20:35SPEAKER_02: That's valid.
- 20:36SPEAKER_02: Same, same but different.
- 20:38SPEAKER_02: Exactly.
- 20:38SPEAKER_06: Um, I my insecurity that I would sell something about is an ironing board for ball sacks.
- 20:44SPEAKER_03: Get them smooth.
- 20:45SPEAKER_03: I was thinking Botox for ball sacks.
- 20:47SPEAKER_03: I was thinking like you just kind of like inject it and then it's good for a while, and then eventually it shrinks back up.
- 20:53SPEAKER_06: And like tighten it up and make it just smooth.
- 20:56SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 20:56SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 20:57SPEAKER_06: This is perfect.
- 20:58SPEAKER_03: I think there's a Chappelle joke about this.
- 21:00SPEAKER_03: I'm pretty sure David Chappelle did a whole bit about making them smooth as eggs.
- 21:04SPEAKER_03: Yeah, no, there was this whole thing.
- 21:06SPEAKER_03: And he's like, I go to the beach and be like, those balls are as smooth as eggs.
- 21:09SPEAKER_03: Like, this whole thing.
- 21:10SPEAKER_03: I remember that was very funny.
- 21:12SPEAKER_03: I think both eggs are Protox.
- 21:14SPEAKER_01: Scrotox.
- 21:17SPEAKER_04: Protox involves injecting Botox into the scrotum to relax muscles, resulting in smoother, larger appearing, and lower hanging scrotum.
- 21:24SPEAKER_03: It's real much.
- 21:26SPEAKER_03: How much?
- 21:27SPEAKER_03: That's my question.
- 21:28SPEAKER_03: Under$500, I'm in.
- 21:30SPEAKER_04: I am attempting to find a price.
- 21:33SPEAKER_03: I'm gonna call them up.
- 21:34SPEAKER_03: Hey, I'm on a podcast right now, and we need to know how much Botox balls cost.
- 21:38SPEAKER_06: Scrotox, scrotal botox typically costs between a thousand and three thousand per session in the United States, with some providers offering treatments starting around 500 to 600, depending on the number of units used.
- 21:51SPEAKER_03: Um, how much do you like?
- 21:56SPEAKER_04: Yeah, but if you come to Canada, it's between 500 and 2,000 Canadian.
- 22:00SPEAKER_04: Alex, how much would you pay to get your balls to vote?
- 22:04SPEAKER_03: That's not where I was going with this.
- 22:05SPEAKER_03: It was like, how much do you prefer your man's balls to be smooth?
- 22:08SPEAKER_03: Is my question.
- 22:09SPEAKER_03: Like, how much would you pay?
- 22:11SPEAKER_01: I'm refraining from making this a wildly inappropriate joke right now.
- 22:16SPEAKER_03: Uh, I would pay, I listen, I pay$500.
- 22:19SPEAKER_03: Where are you at, Mike?
- 22:20SPEAKER_03: Would you pay more than$500 for this?
- 22:23SPEAKER_06: I don't think you can put a price on beauty, Liam.
- 22:25SPEAKER_03: I can.
- 22:26SPEAKER_03: It's$500.
- 22:28SPEAKER_06: We gotta do what we gotta do.
- 22:29SPEAKER_03: No, listen.
- 22:32SPEAKER_03: Like you said, it's all about accepting what you have while also wanting to improve.
- 22:37SPEAKER_02: I understand that, but like, so is it the fact like you don't like that it's like what a little wrinkly?
- 22:42SPEAKER_03: Wrinkly, yeah.
- 22:43SPEAKER_03: No, that's what that's like your knees.
- 22:44SPEAKER_02: You have a thing with wrinkles.
- 22:46SPEAKER_03: I don't, yeah, like the wrinkles, like it's when I'm I'm just going with it.
- 22:50SPEAKER_03: Like I'm just aging.
- 22:51SPEAKER_03: But right now, where I'm at, I don't like, I don't like bumpy, wrinkly knees, and I don't like wrinkly ball sacks.
- 22:56SPEAKER_03: I would reckon it's a good thing.
- 22:56SPEAKER_01: Your face is gonna look like a wrinkly knee and a wrinkly ball sack is a bit older.
- 23:00SPEAKER_03: I'm just gonna I'm going, I'm just gonna go with it.
- 23:03SPEAKER_03: But while right now, where I'm at, I I want the scroll tox, but I'm not paying over$500, so I'm actually not gonna get it.
- 23:09SPEAKER_02: It's not also Okay, dead serious.
- 23:11SPEAKER_02: Would you actually get it?
- 23:12SPEAKER_03: No, but like it's funny.
- 23:16SPEAKER_03: I if it was if there was a way to do it that didn't involve injecting anything, potentially yes.
- 23:21SPEAKER_03: If it was like a what is the purpose of the scroll toxic?
- 23:24SPEAKER_03: It's to like tighten your ball sack, it's to like make it smoother, relax it.
- 23:28SPEAKER_02: And so it's what and if you get like testicular torsion or something?
- 23:33SPEAKER_03: I don't think so.
- 23:33SPEAKER_03: No, it's just to make it so it's less wrinkly, so it's like smooth.
- 23:36SPEAKER_06: Yeah, I'm looking at pictures of it now.
- 23:39SPEAKER_01: Honestly, it it genuinely doesn't look at like Mike search history.
- 23:45SPEAKER_01: Smooth ball sack.
- 23:47SPEAKER_06: It's it's okay.
- 23:48SPEAKER_06: So the smooth as eggs thing, I'm seeing one that does look like an egg.
- 23:52SPEAKER_06: It's it's the difference is not worth paying anything for.
- 23:55SPEAKER_03: All right, I'm disappointed now.
- 23:57SPEAKER_06: Yeah, this isn't a thing where it's like, oh wow, there's some pretty balls.
- 24:01SPEAKER_02: You don't feel like you get pretty balls from it?
- 24:03SPEAKER_06: I'm looking at them.
- 24:04SPEAKER_06: I'm not seeing anything that I would consider to be like, yeah, I'm paying a thousand dollars to get that.
- 24:09SPEAKER_03: I guess that's why we've never heard of it before, because it doesn't work that well.
- 24:13SPEAKER_06: No.
- 24:13SPEAKER_03: I like Alex is like, I would do something with the elbows to make people like that were like, what if you scrolled them?
- 24:20SPEAKER_03: What happens then?
- 24:21SPEAKER_02: That's weird to me that that's like a real thing.
- 24:24SPEAKER_03: That's that's how we do that.
- 24:25SPEAKER_02: It's weird to me that men are insecure about their ball sacks.
- 24:29SPEAKER_03: Does that make sense?
- 24:31SPEAKER_03: Come on, really, that doesn't make a whole lot of that sense.
- 24:34SPEAKER_03: I think that makes perfect sense.
- 24:35SPEAKER_02: No, I mean, like, I understand that there's like stigmas around like penis size and stuff like that.
- 24:41SPEAKER_02: It's right next to your ball sacks being wrinkly.
- 24:43SPEAKER_03: It's connect, it's it's all right.
- 24:46SPEAKER_02: Like, I could see maybe the size of your ball sack or something like that.
- 24:50SPEAKER_02: But like Right.
- 24:51SPEAKER_03: So if you see the size, I think you can understand the wrinkliness.
- 24:54SPEAKER_03: I think you could like people don't like wrinkles.
- 24:57SPEAKER_04: I'd rather they just be internal.
- 24:58SPEAKER_01: Do you guys actually have people who listen to your podcast?
- 25:01SPEAKER_03: I don't know.
- 25:02SPEAKER_03: I agree.
- 25:03SPEAKER_03: So did you know there's like animals that have internal uh testicles?
- 25:07SPEAKER_03: Like uh, what is it?
- 25:08SPEAKER_03: Uh elephants.
- 25:09SPEAKER_03: Elephants don't have ball sacks.
- 25:11SPEAKER_03: It's all in.
- 25:11SPEAKER_02: Could you imagine how big they would be?
- 25:13SPEAKER_03: Oh, maybe that's one of the things.
- 25:15SPEAKER_02: That's the thing with like horses.
- 25:16SPEAKER_03: And but here's the thing we don't know why.
- 25:19SPEAKER_03: Like we I've I've looked at.
- 25:21SPEAKER_02: Probably because that would be like a hazard.
- 25:23SPEAKER_03: Well, so in men, in humans, men, that they're external is because of the temperature.
- 25:29SPEAKER_03: They need to be a little bit colder than the inside of your body.
- 25:32SPEAKER_03: Like they're like two or three degrees colder.
- 25:35SPEAKER_02: Your balls.
- 25:36SPEAKER_03: Yeah, your balls.
- 25:36SPEAKER_03: Your temperature.
- 25:37SPEAKER_02: So that's why when it's cold they shrink.
- 25:39SPEAKER_03: Exactly.
- 25:39SPEAKER_03: Exactly.
- 25:40SPEAKER_03: So it'll be that cold.
- 25:42SPEAKER_03: We're a science.
- 25:43SPEAKER_03: So, like, that's why for sperm production, they need to be on the outside to be a little bit colder.
- 25:48SPEAKER_03: But some animals just have them inside and it still works, they're still able to do it.
- 25:53SPEAKER_03: So it's like, why I guess it's just like evolution was like, eh, nah, we'll just keep them out there.
- 25:58SPEAKER_03: Like, it's fine, it works either way.
- 26:00SPEAKER_03: So we're gonna go.
- 26:01SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 26:02SPEAKER_03: So it's it's I find that I that's something I always found interesting.
- 26:05SPEAKER_04: Evolution has never been kicked in the nuts.
- 26:08unknown: Yeah.
- 26:08SPEAKER_06: Why why has it why have we not just evolved to have sperm that grows at the same temperature as the inside of our body?
- 26:17SPEAKER_03: That's some animals did.
- 26:19SPEAKER_03: Some animals did.
- 26:20SPEAKER_06: Yeah, that doesn't make sense.
- 26:21SPEAKER_03: So, like, why didn't we do that?
- 26:23SPEAKER_03: I don't know.
- 26:23SPEAKER_03: We don't know.
- 26:24SPEAKER_03: That's science, no answers.
- 26:26SPEAKER_03: It's just evolution.
- 26:27SPEAKER_03: Life finds a way, and the way was outside the body.
- 26:30SPEAKER_03: That's you know, where that's where we went with.
- 26:33SPEAKER_03: But I agree, I'd rather have it just inside.
- 26:35SPEAKER_03: Like, let's just do that.
- 26:37SPEAKER_03: Then you don't even have to worry about it.
- 26:40SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 26:40SPEAKER_06: Not scrootox.
- 26:42SPEAKER_06: We're not tightening it up.
- 26:43SPEAKER_06: We're gonna make men insecure about how many balls they have.
- 26:45SPEAKER_06: That's the thing.
- 26:48SPEAKER_02: It's so normalized to have it.
- 26:50SPEAKER_03: It's so normal.
- 26:50SPEAKER_03: I have two.
- 26:51SPEAKER_03: Well, you're gonna say they should have three.
- 26:53SPEAKER_04: I I also think that shredding danger.
- 26:55SPEAKER_04: The more the merrier.
- 26:56SPEAKER_04: Some people have to have one cut out because you know testicular cancer or whatever.
- 27:00SPEAKER_06: Well, I'm saying that this the new standard is three.
- 27:03unknown: Right?
- 27:03SPEAKER_02: That's that's I don't think I think that's harder to do.
- 27:05SPEAKER_02: I think it's very expensive.
- 27:08SPEAKER_03: I don't think we can convince people to have more balls.
- 27:10SPEAKER_02: I think if they're already like insecure about how wrinkly like their two are, you really think they want to manage a three book.
- 27:16SPEAKER_03: Imagine we go to women, like you should have three boobs.
- 27:19SPEAKER_03: I really don't think that's gonna work super well.
- 27:21SPEAKER_02: No.
- 27:21SPEAKER_02: Have we tried?
- 27:22SPEAKER_04: How would you feel about having three boobs?
- 27:24SPEAKER_02: I don't want three boobs.
- 27:25SPEAKER_02: It's it's wildly inconvenient.
- 27:27SPEAKER_03: I mean, the only thing I can think of is then like what's it?
- 27:29SPEAKER_03: Uh what's that Arnold Schwarzenegger?
- 27:30SPEAKER_04: Imagine trying to find cup size, and you've got like three boobs.
- 27:33SPEAKER_03: Oh, I know exactly what you're doing.
- 27:34SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 27:34SPEAKER_03: Total recall with the three the chick with the three boobs.
- 27:37SPEAKER_02: It's I don't, it's just, I mean, for a lot of people already, you have like back.
- 27:41SPEAKER_02: Are you gonna like look up this movie now, Mike?
- 27:43SPEAKER_06: I'm I'm responding to business correspondence.
- 27:46SPEAKER_06: Leave me.
- 27:47SPEAKER_03: This is important to the countries.
- 27:49SPEAKER_02: Don't attack anything.
- 27:50SPEAKER_03: Total recall, three boob chick.
- 27:53SPEAKER_03: What look like?
- 27:55SPEAKER_02: No, because I mean, for a lot of people already, if you have like too big of boobs or whatever, it causes back problems.
- 28:00SPEAKER_03: Whenever I see big boobs, that's honestly my first thought.
- 28:02SPEAKER_03: It's like, wow, your back must like suffer from that.
- 28:05SPEAKER_03: That looks up.
- 28:05SPEAKER_06: Yeah, I go, no, thank you.
- 28:07SPEAKER_03: I don't want to see that.
- 28:08SPEAKER_03: That's what I exactly.
- 28:09SPEAKER_03: Uh word about scrotox.
- 28:11SPEAKER_03: Now I'm off to that.
- 28:12SPEAKER_03: That's what I think.
- 28:14SPEAKER_02: This is more important.
- 28:15SPEAKER_02: That's crazy.
- 28:16SPEAKER_06: But anyway, an extra ball would tighten up the sack.
- 28:19SPEAKER_02: You and the why do you aren't you convinced that they need an extra one?
- 28:22SPEAKER_06: Yeah, I don't know.
- 28:23SPEAKER_06: Because I'm an enterprising individual.
- 28:25SPEAKER_04: I don't think we really need to get above Paul Saladino's sperm count.
- 28:29SPEAKER_04: And an extra testicle would do that.
- 28:31SPEAKER_03: I mean, you what was it?
- 28:33SPEAKER_03: Uh, there was a guy who would take goat testicles and put and surgically put them into men's scrotums.
- 28:38SPEAKER_03: The whole idea was to make them more viral?
- 28:42SPEAKER_03: Viral.
- 28:45SPEAKER_03: Whatever the word is.
- 28:45SPEAKER_03: I don't know.
- 28:46SPEAKER_03: We all know what you're going for.
- 28:47SPEAKER_03: Yeah, you know what I'm the word I'm trying to say.
- 28:49SPEAKER_03: Yeah, no, he literally would take and he would just drop them in there.
- 28:52SPEAKER_03: He wouldn't even connect them to anything.
- 28:53SPEAKER_03: He would just drop them in there.
- 28:54SPEAKER_03: And yeah, so that's what they would rot?
- 28:56SPEAKER_03: Yeah, it's not, it's not great.
- 28:58SPEAKER_03: It wouldn't do anything good in there.
- 29:00SPEAKER_03: Uh, but Lenny would just like pay men to say it worked well and stuff like that.
- 29:04SPEAKER_03: It's a real thing.
- 29:04SPEAKER_03: Yeah, look it up.
- 29:05SPEAKER_03: Oh, he would travel around.
- 29:06SPEAKER_03: He did it to a lot of men.
- 29:08SPEAKER_06: Creating like sepsis bombs in their bodies.
- 29:11SPEAKER_03: It's real, it's it's not good.
- 29:13SPEAKER_03: Because his whole idea was like he saw goats were like always having sex, and he was like, Yeah, totally, this is what men need, just goat testicles.
- 29:20SPEAKER_03: It's very, yeah.
- 29:21SPEAKER_03: There's a whole uh sawbones episode about it.
- 29:24SPEAKER_03: Very funny.
- 29:25SPEAKER_03: Um now that I have Alex here though, for something, an actual serious topic that matters as opposed to just ball sacks and whatnot.
- 29:32SPEAKER_03: I I got tagged of this video a bunch, and I'm curious kind of like your thoughts, because I've been thinking about talking about it.
- 29:39SPEAKER_03: But whenever I talk about this, I always get people on both sides just kind of yelling about it.
- 29:43SPEAKER_03: And so I'm trying to find just like middle.
- 29:45SPEAKER_02: I wonder if this is gonna be a real serious video or not.
- 29:47SPEAKER_03: No, this actually is a serious.
- 29:49SPEAKER_03: I can give you a fake serious one later.
- 29:50SPEAKER_02: No, let's get a serious one.
- 29:52SPEAKER_04: It's whenever he says it's just gonna be a serious thing.
- 29:54SPEAKER_04: I'm like 50-50, it's gonna be serious.
- 29:55SPEAKER_04: That's why I'm like, okay, he's gonna drop something.
- 29:57SPEAKER_03: I can show I I'm I'm happy to show some fake serious ones and just dick around the rest of the episode.
- 30:02SPEAKER_03: But this is an actual serious one I want to get your your thoughts on.
- 30:05SPEAKER_00: Hello, loves.
- 30:06SPEAKER_00: So there was this fitness guy that I would see his videos on TikTok, and he seemed to know what he was talking about.
- 30:11SPEAKER_00: And I was like, let me ask him a question.
- 30:12SPEAKER_00: Maybe he can help me out, right?
- 30:13SPEAKER_00: So I said something along the lines of I'm going through perimenopause, and I really think that it's affecting you trying to maintain my weight.
- 30:18SPEAKER_00: And then he snitched my comment, okay, which I was a little surprised by.
- 30:21SPEAKER_00: And then instead of helping me out, he practically called me a liar.
- 30:24SPEAKER_00: He basically said that it's not perimenopause, it's just me not being on a calorie deficit, and maybe I should try doing that, and I should try exercising more.
- 30:31SPEAKER_00: And if you follow me on Snapchat, you guys know how much I do exercise and how much I really do watch what I eat.
- 30:35SPEAKER_00: He also implied that perimenopause is fake and that we are just using it as an excuse.
- 30:39SPEAKER_00: Because you know he's a woman himself.
- 30:41SPEAKER_00: Anywho, of course, a lot of his followers believed everything he said, and they started bashing me, pretty much calling me lazy, and that maybe instead of complaining I should try harder.
- 30:48SPEAKER_00: And then one of them was like, Obviously, you're a cake page, so maybe stop eating cakes.
- 30:51SPEAKER_03: So not so yeah, that's right, because she makes she's making cakes the whole time.
- 30:55SPEAKER_03: That's like her that's her page.
- 30:56SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 30:57SPEAKER_03: So this is one of those topics that I always see.
- 30:59SPEAKER_03: This is a real thing.
- 31:00SPEAKER_03: See, I brought a real thing.
- 31:01SPEAKER_03: You did.
- 31:02SPEAKER_03: You did.
- 31:02SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I'm proud of it.
- 31:03SPEAKER_06: I always nice job.
- 31:05SPEAKER_03: This one is kind of like tough for me because I want because you we have to uh still abide by like okay, calories do matter.
- 31:14SPEAKER_03: Like, I I I have to like kind of set the ground rules of just like, okay, there's a certain number of calories you you burn because of these things, and if you consume more than that, you will gain weight.
- 31:23SPEAKER_03: If you burn less, you know, burn more than that, you'll lose weight.
- 31:25SPEAKER_03: So, like that that is true.
- 31:27SPEAKER_03: And just right off the bat, I'll get people mad about that because there's some people, there's a lot of people that just don't even believe that, right?
- 31:32SPEAKER_03: Yeah, but at the same time, I need to be like, okay, um because of that, a lot of the gym bros will then just say, well, just eat less and move more.
- 31:42SPEAKER_03: And I'm like, yes, that is technically true, but the information is about as useful as a mesh condom.
- 31:49SPEAKER_03: Like it doesn't actually help very much.
- 31:51SPEAKER_05: Yes.
- 31:52SPEAKER_03: So, like, I I I we, you know, how do I come across to say, like, I'm understanding, I get these things affect how many calories you consume or how many calories you burn, but they don't change the rules of thermodynamics, the thermodynamics of it.
- 32:09SPEAKER_03: So, and I also don't understand what it's like to have PCOS or menopause or like all these things, and it's easy for me to lose weight.
- 32:15SPEAKER_03: So, like, I don't understand what other people are going through, so I need to be, so I'm trying to be understanding, but also saying, like, hey, it does calories do matter, and this is the thing that you need to do.
- 32:26SPEAKER_03: See, that's like a I feel like that's a tough line to walk.
- 32:29SPEAKER_02: So, I mean, it's hard because I mean it's good because you actually your audience is pretty engaged with your videos.
- 32:34SPEAKER_02: So, when you make longer videos, people will usually watch it.
- 32:36SPEAKER_02: And so you kind of have to address everything.
- 32:39SPEAKER_02: You don't have to go deep into it, which is the nice thing, but you could just basically talk about the fact that with peri menopause, it does impact people's hunger cues, it your metabolic health, your sleep, and so many other things that obviously make it more challenging to lose weight.
- 32:54SPEAKER_02: Sleep's a good one.
- 32:56SPEAKER_02: Yeah, because obviously if you're getting poor sleep, because you get like freaking night sweats and it's hard for you to sleep in general.
- 33:01SPEAKER_02: And if your sleep's down, obviously, then your hunger cues are already skewed.
- 33:05SPEAKER_03: Shitty sleep and losing weight do not go to gather weight.
- 33:07SPEAKER_02: Yes.
- 33:08SPEAKER_02: And then obviously, again, if you are already having your hunger cues skewed by your hormones fluctuating, that's just gonna make it worse.
- 33:17SPEAKER_02: And so what's hard is people so you say that, and then you can also say it doesn't change the laws of thermodynamics, but that doesn't mean that weight loss should be your priority or your focus now.
- 33:29SPEAKER_02: So the sometimes that's also what's hard for people to accept and understand is that they'll say they want to lose weight, but it's like, hey, maybe that's actually not the priority right now, and you need to accept that like right now the priority is your health, and that may require you to try to prioritize sleep a little bit more.
- 33:43SPEAKER_02: So maybe you aren't working out as frequently because there's some people who will sacrifice their sleep to go to the gym.
- 33:49SPEAKER_02: Or um maybe it means like going on just more walks and focusing on like stress management, and again, stress management to your food.
- 33:56SPEAKER_02: That's how I view it.
- 33:57SPEAKER_02: Because two things can be true, right?
- 33:59SPEAKER_03: Exactly.
- 34:00SPEAKER_03: And it's how do you get that to come across this show as soon as I do accept that these two things are true, and I'm trying to meet you somewhere in the middle because I know there's a bunch of people on both sides of this that will kind of just yell at each other, but I'll do what I can.
- 34:12SPEAKER_03: But it is kind of tough when someone says, like, hey, no, my goal is weight loss, you know.
- 34:16SPEAKER_03: So like I do want to lose at least, you know, a little.
- 34:18SPEAKER_03: I'm not trying to become a supermodel, but I'm trying to lose a little bit of weight.
- 34:21SPEAKER_03: So then telling them, like, well, you know, don't do, don't do that, like, focus on this.
- 34:26SPEAKER_03: It's like, I I get that, but you also want to be understanding of the person's goals.
- 34:30SPEAKER_03: So, like, yeah, that's just a tough thing.
- 34:32SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I feel like that's it's difficult.
- 34:34SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I mean, but sometimes again, our goals aren't necessarily aligned with actually what's realistic and reasonable in the moment.
- 34:39SPEAKER_02: So, like, it could be your goal to lose weight, but like, is that actually a reasonable ask?
- 34:42SPEAKER_03: And that's because that's the problem, is because it depends on the person so much.
- 34:46SPEAKER_03: So when you make a video, it's just like I kind of have to be like, well, I'm talking to thousands or even millions of people.
- 34:51SPEAKER_03: I'm not talking to a specific person.
- 34:53SPEAKER_03: If you have goals, you kind of need to talk to a dietitian or someone who knows your case specifically.
- 34:59SPEAKER_02: Yes.
- 34:59SPEAKER_04: Well, sometimes the the path to our goal isn't what we think it is either.
- 35:04SPEAKER_05: What do you mean?
- 35:05SPEAKER_04: So if your goal is to lose weight, then focusing on your sleep might actually be the step that helps you to lose weight, not focusing on the exercise.
- 35:17SPEAKER_06: Sleep is such an important part of weight loss that is not discussed enough.
- 35:21SPEAKER_06: I know that on my journey I did not consider sleep even a little bit.
- 35:26SPEAKER_06: Like that was not a factor on my journey at all.
- 35:29SPEAKER_06: And once I started actually like working on my health rather than just my weight, and I realized like, oh, recovery is important.
- 35:37SPEAKER_06: We're not building muscle and motion, we're building it at rest.
- 35:40SPEAKER_06: Uh that's when I really started to make like real changes.
- 35:43SPEAKER_06: What say you, uh sleep medicine man?
- 35:47SPEAKER_03: Sleep.
- 35:48SPEAKER_03: I I there's a reason I got out of sleep medicine.
- 35:51SPEAKER_03: It's sleep's fucking rough.
- 35:52SPEAKER_03: Like when I talk to talk to people, I'm like, I can give you general advice, and then after that, man, like you really just you need to she go get it it checked out because sleep is is when you're struggling, it can be really difficult to figure out.
- 36:08SPEAKER_03: It can be super easy, like a lot of times, like, oh, it's just sleep apnea.
- 36:11SPEAKER_03: But for a lot of people, it's it's a struggle figuring out what's going on, and then there's a lot of it's just something in their life that's stressing them out, some mental health thing, and then they have to go and talk to you know a therapist about it.
- 36:21SPEAKER_03: Like, that's you know, I have to do that.
- 36:23SPEAKER_04: Therapy is an under talked about aspect of actual weight loss, like that's another step that people don't realize could lead to weight loss.
- 36:33SPEAKER_06: That's why I spent so much time talking about the mindset portion of everything, because it's it is under discussed.
- 36:41SPEAKER_06: Not that I'm doing anything particularly novel, but I I I'm diving into topics that I don't see diet dove into in that much depth.
- 36:51SPEAKER_06: Diving into like div I that's see that felt wrong.
- 36:55SPEAKER_06: I was like, is that it?
- 36:57SPEAKER_06: I don't know.
- 36:58SPEAKER_06: I'm still figuring out English.
- 37:00SPEAKER_06: Um, but like just understanding what a habit is and what purpose it serves.
- 37:04SPEAKER_06: I think a lot of people believe that their habits are are rooted in some sort of moral failing.
- 37:09SPEAKER_06: But it's it every habit we have serves a purpose.
- 37:12SPEAKER_06: Overeating served a purpose for me.
- 37:14SPEAKER_06: It was emotional regulation.
- 37:16SPEAKER_06: So weight loss tasked me not just with removing calories, but removing my one method of coping.
- 37:22SPEAKER_06: And that's I think what makes it difficult for a lot of people.
- 37:24SPEAKER_06: Is like, yeah, I understand biologically, mechanically speaking, I have to lower my calories, but in the process, I am removing my one way of like dealing with shit, and I don't know how to replace that.
- 37:37SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 37:38SPEAKER_03: And that's what's like this for you.
- 37:42SPEAKER_03: Like, you need to address that issue.
- 37:44SPEAKER_03: And I think there's something similar to that with a lot of people.
- 37:48SPEAKER_03: So when they ask me, like, how do I lose weight?
- 37:50SPEAKER_03: I can't tell, like, oh, it's so frustrating, because I'm sure you get this, right?
- 37:53SPEAKER_03: Like, oh, just tell me what to eat.
- 37:55SPEAKER_03: Like, I could give you this whole like plan here, but like, shit, is that gonna work for the rest of your life without addressing the reason that this other these other things are happening?
- 38:04SPEAKER_03: Not really.
- 38:05SPEAKER_03: So that's I mean, that's what's stiff.
- 38:07SPEAKER_03: Well, and I think you do a pretty good job of like trying to get that across to people when you when you're talking to large groups of people.
- 38:13SPEAKER_02: Well, it's also why like I'll say like the gym isn't therapy because a lot of people be like, the gym's my therapy, and I'm like, no, it's not, therapy is therapy.
- 38:20SPEAKER_02: Yeah, and so it's important to recognize when we're using things as like a coping mechanism.
- 38:26SPEAKER_02: Um, and I agree that I think therapy is widely underrated, it's also not very accessible for a lot of people.
- 38:31SPEAKER_02: That's the main thing, yeah.
- 38:32SPEAKER_02: Um, but there's a lot of resources out there.
- 38:34SPEAKER_02: Like, I share a lot of books and stuff that I've read.
- 38:37SPEAKER_02: I'm trying to think of once in the other.
- 38:39SPEAKER_03: Yeah, because and then you get people like praying on that.
- 38:41SPEAKER_03: Like, what is it?
- 38:41SPEAKER_03: Better help?
- 38:42SPEAKER_03: That's apparently now that's like all like so.
- 38:44SPEAKER_02: Better help's really hard because they have so many therapists and it's so like cost effective that a lot of the therapists on there aren't really as well trained.
- 38:54SPEAKER_02: And that's not to like knock therapists, just not every therapist is gonna be great.
- 38:57SPEAKER_02: Like, just like every coach isn't gonna be great, like every influencer isn't gonna be great.
- 39:00SPEAKER_02: Like, there's always like it's there's always these different things that it's gonna be a questionable experience, and so you have to go through maybe a couple to find a good one.
- 39:08SPEAKER_02: I I used better help back in like 2020, I think, like when everything was going on in the world, and so it took me a while to find a good one, and then I found a good one.
- 39:16SPEAKER_02: But sometimes people don't want to go through that because obviously it feels like you're kind of wasting time.
- 39:20SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 39:20SPEAKER_02: I think one of the hardest things um is it's funny because like my friends were joking this past weekend.
- 39:26SPEAKER_02: They're like, Have you ever thought about being a therapist?
- 39:28SPEAKER_02: And I'm like, I would never go to school for that, to be honest.
- 39:31SPEAKER_02: And I actually talked to my therapist about it, and she said, I can go through a coaching program to basically be a coach versus like a therapist.
- 39:36SPEAKER_02: And I was like, huh.
- 39:38SPEAKER_02: So I might do that because I think it's interesting, but I digress.
- 39:41SPEAKER_02: I think that a lot of people don't realize that in therapy, most therapists also aren't taught to or told to be uh hold their client more accountable.
- 39:52SPEAKER_02: And so that's something that I've found really interesting with a lot of people who experience therapy.
- 39:56SPEAKER_02: They get a lot of like yes men and a lot of people who are just like appeasing them and saying, like, that's understandable that you feel that way and they normalize it rather than actually holding people accountable to the fact that, like, hey, maybe this wasn't a great thing that happened and you didn't do what actually like aligns with your values or how you want to show up.
- 40:14SPEAKER_02: So we need to hold space for like these are the consequences of your actions.
- 40:17SPEAKER_02: Like, if we talk about coaching, we'll talk about like people being in a calorie deficit.
- 40:20SPEAKER_02: If you're not eating in a calorie deficit, you're not going to lose weight.
- 40:24SPEAKER_02: So we need to hold you accountable to the fact that, like, hey, you did overeat, you didn't follow the plan.
- 40:28SPEAKER_02: And that's okay, it doesn't make you a bad person, but these the consequence of that action is now you are not losing weight in the breaks that you would like to.
- 40:35SPEAKER_02: And so now you have a choice.
- 40:37SPEAKER_02: You either hold yourself accountable or you continue down the same path and get the same result.
- 40:43SPEAKER_02: And so that's where a lot of therapists don't do that for their clients.
- 40:46SPEAKER_02: Well, though, say, like, again, maybe people using the gym as therapy or um coping mechanisms that they have, like constantly leaning into food and like normalizing those things.
- 40:57SPEAKER_06: For me, the like I I wasn't I was at the McDonald's drive-thru sometimes three times a day, and it wasn't because the food is you know particularly delectable or anything.
- 41:08SPEAKER_06: It's it was the looking back now, I'm realizing it was the one place in my life I could ask for something and get it.
- 41:16SPEAKER_06: You know, it like I I I got to exercise choice at the grocery store.
- 41:21SPEAKER_06: I could go and grab anything I wanted, and for those 10-15 minutes or whatever, it I was free.
- 41:28SPEAKER_06: Got to do whatever I wanted.
- 41:30SPEAKER_06: So, you know, when I wasn't crushing two pints of Ben and Jerry's and I was, you know, being good, so to speak.
- 41:37SPEAKER_06: I I had no control over anything else.
- 41:39SPEAKER_06: I was in a bad relationship, I was in bad friendships, uh, my job was very demanding.
- 41:46SPEAKER_04: It's me, I'm the bad friend.
- 41:48SPEAKER_06: It was Rob.
- 41:49SPEAKER_02: This was the one.
- 41:54SPEAKER_02: I think I've like met you at the end of it.
- 41:56SPEAKER_06: Um he texts me in the middle of the night and he goes, You eating anything right now, pork ass?
- 42:00SPEAKER_06: Stop, I'm sensitive.
- 42:02SPEAKER_01: That's the thing I'm sensitive about.
- 42:04SPEAKER_06: That's the thing I'm sensitive about.
- 42:06SPEAKER_01: John Melane is a little bit more.
- 42:07SPEAKER_06: Three in the morning, too.
- 42:08SPEAKER_01: Like, goddamn.
- 42:09SPEAKER_01: It's like, what is it?
- 42:10SPEAKER_01: Middle schoolers are like the meanest because they they'll always like talk about exactly the thing that you're being like actually insecure about.
- 42:17SPEAKER_02: You're like, that's the thing I'm sensitive about.
- 42:19SPEAKER_02: I think what's important though is what you brought up is actually interesting because you said you're in a bad relationship, bad job.
- 42:24SPEAKER_02: Ironically, so obviously, yes, we have to have a job for finances.
- 42:28SPEAKER_02: That makes sense.
- 42:29SPEAKER_02: We maybe are in a relationship that's more difficult to leave.
- 42:32SPEAKER_02: So we need to like hold truths there while also recognizing we do technically have control over certain aspects of these situations.
- 42:39SPEAKER_02: Because I think that again is one of the problems that a lot of us fall into is we feel like a victim and we feel like we're helpless.
- 42:44SPEAKER_02: When the reality is we actually do have more control, again, it might just look different.
- 42:50SPEAKER_02: And so it might not be like you can leave the job right away.
- 42:52SPEAKER_02: Okay, maybe you have to work around your schedule, maybe you have to have more boundaries with friends, or you have to make more sacrifices in this moment to be able to leave that job.
- 43:01SPEAKER_02: So I just I think it's always really important to empower people again, hold you accountable to the fact that there are truths that make things more challenging.
- 43:09SPEAKER_02: But if you're continuing to just say, everything's out of my control, it's like, well, yeah, of course it's gonna sound really fucking easy for you to be like, I can't do anything.
- 43:17SPEAKER_02: But like that's the shitty thing about some of the content that we see online is people will be like, you put uh like I've seen some content creators be like, Well, your problem's your elbow, you like put your fork in your mouth, and like that's the the issue.
- 43:29SPEAKER_02: And people get really mad about that when the reality is we do actually control the food that goes into our mouths, like no matter what, yes, we do.
- 43:36SPEAKER_02: We don't trust we don't control the accessibility that we have.
- 43:40SPEAKER_02: So, like maybe it is harder for us to get quote unquote like good food or like healthier food.
- 43:45SPEAKER_02: Um, and so we have to like hold truth to those.
- 43:48SPEAKER_02: But again, you still always control what goes inside your mouth.
- 43:51SPEAKER_02: No one is forcing you to do anything.
- 43:53SPEAKER_02: And again, yes, there are things that make it more challenging.
- 43:55SPEAKER_02: Like, this is the whole issue is there's so much nuance to it.
- 43:59SPEAKER_02: Like, yeah, like I'm in my luteal phase and I have such bad cravings right now.
- 44:03SPEAKER_02: I've already eaten like half a bar of chocolate and I'm like, oh, it's so good.
- 44:06SPEAKER_02: And I feel like I'm like I feel like a bottomless pit.
- 44:08SPEAKER_02: But then I have to recognize too, like, that's not gonna ultimately align with my goals and it's ultimately not gonna make me feel great.
- 44:14SPEAKER_02: So I continue to like go on a walk, go get a drink of water, and it's not to suppress my hunger, it's to recognize that my hunger cues are currently skewed.
- 44:20SPEAKER_02: So I do ultimately have control over the food that I put in my body, even though it feels a little out of control in the moment.
- 44:27SPEAKER_03: I I like what uh but what uh Mike said though.
- 44:30SPEAKER_03: I just kind of find it.
- 44:32SPEAKER_03: He's yeah, right.
- 44:33SPEAKER_03: I mean that's when dogs are freaking out, someone probably walking by.
- 44:37SPEAKER_03: The dogs are like, Mike's rocks.
- 44:38SPEAKER_03: Well they're talking about your poor cast, I think, is what they're saying.
- 44:42SPEAKER_03: No, I think because what you were saying, like you go to McDonald's, this is a place I could get what I wanted.
- 44:46SPEAKER_03: Like I and I think a lot of things come.
- 44:48SPEAKER_03: Down to that as well.
- 44:49SPEAKER_03: Like you look at, I don't know, like video games or whatever.
- 44:52SPEAKER_03: A lot of these are just like this is where I can control a thing.
- 44:55SPEAKER_03: And that's so it's like it's all of these kind of like little escapes.
- 44:58SPEAKER_03: It's we use all these different things.
- 45:00SPEAKER_03: It's like food is just one of them.
- 45:02SPEAKER_03: So like there's people that you know just like get totally into like a video game or whatever it is, because it feels like the place that they can control things, and it's not until you would, you know, you try and address the actual root cause that you're able to solve the issue.
- 45:16SPEAKER_04: So maybe I'm calling Mike Mike at nine o'clock at night and crying to him.
- 45:20SPEAKER_03: What I'm saying is maybe we should create another one of these things so that people come to us and they have to keep coming back.
- 45:26SPEAKER_03: That's that's my what do you mean?
- 45:29SPEAKER_03: Some kind of freemium game?
- 45:30SPEAKER_03: Some like moderation fortnight.
- 45:32SPEAKER_03: Uh someplace where they feel like they have control over something so they don't actually address the issues in their life and we make a lot of money.
- 45:38SPEAKER_02: You mean like social media?
- 45:39SPEAKER_03: That could be we could we got a following, we can all use this, right?
- 45:42SPEAKER_03: So what are we doing?
- 45:43SPEAKER_02: Technically, that is what people do.
- 45:44SPEAKER_02: People use social media as a cop out of dealing with their shit.
- 45:47SPEAKER_03: But how do we use it to you know?
- 45:49SPEAKER_02: You make money off of social media.
- 45:51SPEAKER_03: We know we want to make more, and we want to get more people addicted.
- 45:54SPEAKER_03: Those two things.
- 45:55SPEAKER_03: How do we do that?
- 45:55SPEAKER_03: Is what I'm saying.
- 45:56SPEAKER_03: Alex, you're thinking small time.
- 45:57SPEAKER_03: I'm trying to think company's mission statement is a problem.
- 46:00SPEAKER_04: We've got this set up.
- 46:01SPEAKER_04: We have a hightail server.
- 46:03SPEAKER_04: You guys just need to come play.
- 46:05SPEAKER_04: Get everybody, get everybody to come play hightail with us.
- 46:08SPEAKER_03: It's such a but that's like an idea.
- 46:10SPEAKER_04: Hightail, we can start putting little uh advertisements for things.
- 46:13SPEAKER_04: Use up my promo code for this.
- 46:15SPEAKER_03: Too small time.
- 46:15SPEAKER_03: Too small time.
- 46:16SPEAKER_03: I need people addicted, and I need them now.
- 46:19SPEAKER_03: I need a bunch of people, lots of them.
- 46:22SPEAKER_03: We need to use our following to make this happen.
- 46:25SPEAKER_06: So all those people with weird-looking knees out there, everybody who's got that weird thing in the middle of their lip, this uh hightail can fix you.
- 46:34SPEAKER_06: When you're smiling, that little thing in the middle is gone.
- 46:37SPEAKER_04: So use our promo code for ScrowTalks.
- 46:40SPEAKER_01: Jesus.
- 46:41SPEAKER_01: Not this is Scro Talks.
- 46:42SPEAKER_03: The problem is like supplements are already so well done.
- 46:44SPEAKER_03: We need to we need to we need to think outside outside the bottle.
- 46:48SPEAKER_06: You know?
- 46:49SPEAKER_06: Outside the bottle.
- 46:51SPEAKER_06: You need to think outside the bottle.
- 46:52SPEAKER_06: Yeah, none of what I said before meant that I couldn't make a change, and obviously I did.
- 46:57SPEAKER_06: I from my heaviest and least in control state, I made all the change that I did.
- 47:03SPEAKER_06: And I made it without any of those things I mentioned that were holding me back changing.
- 47:09SPEAKER_06: It's eventually all those things changed.
- 47:12SPEAKER_06: At a certain like, I'm not at that job anymore.
- 47:14SPEAKER_06: I'm not in that relationship anymore.
- 47:16SPEAKER_06: I don't talk to those friends anymore.
- 47:18SPEAKER_06: That took a long time to get out of that situation.
- 47:21SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 47:22SPEAKER_06: Who's your Jeff?
- 47:23SPEAKER_06: Because fuck Jeff.
- 47:24SPEAKER_06: Who's my Jeff?
- 47:25SPEAKER_06: I've got a lot of Jeffs.
- 47:26SPEAKER_06: That's that's a different episode.
- 47:29SPEAKER_06: In in Rob's solo episode, he talks about a guy named Jeff who's just a terrible, awful piece of shit.
- 47:36SPEAKER_06: Yeah, we should have an episode.
- 47:38SPEAKER_06: Did weren't we gonna do an episode of Inmoderation where we just aired grievances?
- 47:42SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 47:42SPEAKER_04: Uh one of my ideas was, and then when you guys didn't show up that night, I was like, okay, I'm just gonna do it.
- 47:47SPEAKER_06: You did air a grievance.
- 47:49SPEAKER_04: I did.
- 47:53SPEAKER_04: Well, he aired his grievances with Jeff.
- 47:55SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 47:56SPEAKER_04: Um was it three episodes ago now?
- 47:59SPEAKER_04: Uh something like that.
- 48:00SPEAKER_04: They didn't show, and I just did a solo episode.
- 48:03SPEAKER_06: It was so good.
- 48:04SPEAKER_06: If you guys anyone who's listening has not heard that yet, go and listen to Rob's solo episode.
- 48:09SPEAKER_06: I genuinely think it is one of the more fine pieces of uh of content on the on the web, especially if you're dealing with social anxiety or just like a general sense of not fitting in or feeling fully well.
- 48:23SPEAKER_06: Uh I I think it's a really good one to check out.
- 48:25SPEAKER_06: And if you want to hear Rob's.
- 48:35SPEAKER_06: Next time I won't show up.
- 48:36SPEAKER_04: We'll have a just a solo mic episode.
- 48:39SPEAKER_06: That's the the the final we've uh completed the circle.
- 48:43SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 48:44SPEAKER_03: Here's my final if for my solo episode, here's I thought about it.
- 48:47SPEAKER_03: I got up, I got some coffee, I thought about it, and I've decided, I figured out.
- 48:50SPEAKER_03: We start a cult.
- 48:51SPEAKER_03: It always comes back to cults, right?
- 48:53SPEAKER_03: But here's my pitch, hear me out here.
- 48:55SPEAKER_03: We come out and we say we're starting a cult, right?
- 48:57SPEAKER_03: We say this is a cult.
- 48:59SPEAKER_03: And because people like it, it's satire, it's funny, you know, people want to be in on like the joke and whatever.
- 49:04SPEAKER_03: We make merch, it says like I'm in a cult, whatever.
- 49:08SPEAKER_03: And it's and at first there's like no culty things about it, right?
- 49:11SPEAKER_03: It's all just a joke, it's all for fun, right?
- 49:14SPEAKER_03: And then slowly we start adding cult aspects into it, very slowly, to the point where people don't you can't even recognize if it's a joke anymore or if it's a cult.
- 49:24SPEAKER_03: That's my pitch.
- 49:25SPEAKER_03: I think that's what we do.
- 49:26SPEAKER_04: Dude, dude, that's half of Twitch.
- 49:28SPEAKER_04: Literally, half of Twitch is a joke about not being a cult, and it slowly becomes cult.
- 49:33SPEAKER_03: And it works though, right?
- 49:35SPEAKER_04: It works.
- 49:36SPEAKER_03: I mean, I think this is the way we do this.
- 49:38SPEAKER_03: That's that's my pitch.
- 49:39SPEAKER_03: I'm throwing it out there.
- 49:40SPEAKER_06: What's the end goal of this cult?
- 49:42SPEAKER_03: Uh money, power, smooth balls, all the usual stuff.
- 49:47SPEAKER_06: Rocket ship.
- 49:48SPEAKER_06: Is this gonna be one of those calling us?
- 49:51SPEAKER_02: We need to look out for Liam's knees.
- 49:53SPEAKER_06: So this isn't a group suicide thing.
- 49:55SPEAKER_06: This is just no, no, no, no, no.
- 49:57SPEAKER_06: We're not doing this.
- 49:58SPEAKER_03: I I'm not, I mean, maybe.
- 49:59SPEAKER_03: Well, uh, listen, we're leaving that door open.
- 50:01SPEAKER_03: It's not out of the question.
- 50:02SPEAKER_03: It's not out of the question, but that's not the initial goal.
- 50:05SPEAKER_03: It's the it's the normal, boring stuff of money and power.
- 50:09SPEAKER_03: Right.
- 50:09SPEAKER_04: Wait, so this isn't like here's a question.
- 50:11SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 50:12SPEAKER_04: See, okay, me and Mike have a non-suicide pact.
- 50:15SPEAKER_04: Because if one of us has to be here, the other one has to suffer through it.
- 50:19SPEAKER_04: If we both do the cult and drink the Kool-Aid at the same time, does that break the pact or does that nullify the pact?
- 50:27SPEAKER_02: Because you'd still be here.
- 50:29SPEAKER_06: Yeah, we're we're not.
- 50:30SPEAKER_06: I think you and I are not able to do this because of our non-suicide pact.
- 50:34SPEAKER_06: Damn it, Liam.
- 50:36SPEAKER_06: By the way, this is this is established.
- 50:37SPEAKER_06: This isn't isn't a bit.
- 50:40SPEAKER_06: We have spoken about this off camera.
- 50:42SPEAKER_06: Uh, I think I've got to be.
- 50:43SPEAKER_02: The fact that this is not a bit is insane to me.
- 50:46SPEAKER_03: I said, if I have to be here, motherfucker, the new.
- 50:53SPEAKER_03: Think for a moment.
- 50:54SPEAKER_02: It's the fact that he's really like genuinely being like, uh, yep, guess I gotta stay in this world.
- 50:58SPEAKER_03: And I'm like, You really are you surprised?
- 51:01SPEAKER_03: I am the least surprised by that.
- 51:03SPEAKER_03: I gotta be honest with you.
- 51:04SPEAKER_02: I think it's more because like I know Mike, and so I know he's like, again, he literally says, if I ever stop joking about wanting to unalive myself, that's when everyone should worry.
- 51:12SPEAKER_02: And I'm like, you know, maybe that's not like a good way to go about life.
- 51:16SPEAKER_06: When I when I seem like I shouldn't be checked up on, that's when you gotta break into my house.
- 51:20SPEAKER_06: I think that's how a lot of us get through life is humor.
- 51:22SPEAKER_03: That's how I fucking do it.
- 51:24SPEAKER_03: So, you know, yeah with it.
- 51:25SPEAKER_03: Start a cult.
- 51:26SPEAKER_06: I mean, I I've talked on this show a lot about my history with mental health.
- 51:30SPEAKER_06: So the fact that I can laugh about it now is is good.
- 51:34SPEAKER_01: It's good.
- 51:35SPEAKER_01: I'm proud of you.
- 51:35SPEAKER_01: Just don't actually do it, guys.
- 51:37SPEAKER_03: That was like the most like I'm proud of you, I guess.
- 51:40SPEAKER_03: I don't know.
- 51:41SPEAKER_03: Like, seems like I should be.
- 51:42SPEAKER_02: So I mean, to be fair, like I do make jokes that are like they they belong in the group chat.
- 51:47SPEAKER_01: And so, like, Mike knows I get a little dark with my jokes sometimes, but I you know, I keep those in like the group, not on podcasts.
- 51:56SPEAKER_04: Not also making a I also don't make we're all about talking about death.
- 52:01SPEAKER_02: I also don't make a pact.
- 52:02SPEAKER_02: I also don't like, I mean, I'm I'm glad you guys made a pact to stay to stay alive together.
- 52:06SPEAKER_02: What happens if one of you guys gets in like an accident and like you happen to go?
- 52:10SPEAKER_02: Like it's your time.
- 52:12SPEAKER_02: God has chosen this, but now one of you's gone.
- 52:15SPEAKER_02: So are you no you no longer feel like you need to maintain that pact?
- 52:19SPEAKER_06: Well, the other guy didn't do it on purpose, I think.
- 52:22SPEAKER_02: So it's it's like so that's the only way that it would ruin the pact, is like, but then aren't you like, damn, they got so lucky.
- 52:27SPEAKER_06: I just yeah, and then I just have I have to live in in jealousy.
- 52:32SPEAKER_01: Oh, that's the bad joke to make now.
- 52:35SPEAKER_03: Oh, that's horrible.
- 52:35SPEAKER_03: We're not having Alex back here.
- 52:38SPEAKER_04: Too far.
- 52:39SPEAKER_04: Damn, I don't have a I don't have a ooh on my soundboard.
- 52:43SPEAKER_03: Listen, can I be honest?
- 52:45SPEAKER_03: I would love if like Alex said a joke that was so bad it canceled all of us.
- 52:50SPEAKER_03: Because after everything we said, if Alex was the one that said something so bad, it it would be amazing, and I would not be upset.
- 52:57SPEAKER_01: I don't think I could ever come up with something like that bad.
- 53:00SPEAKER_03: Well, like if it did, just if it did, I'd be like, no notes, amazing.
- 53:04SPEAKER_03: We went out in style, and I love it.
- 53:06SPEAKER_06: Yeah, I'm gonna go fight a bear now.
- 53:09SPEAKER_06: Again, what service does it provide for you to go into the woods to fight a bear?
- 53:14SPEAKER_02: Again, he's trying to get closer to his goal.
- 53:16SPEAKER_06: The odds are small, but never zero.
- 53:19SPEAKER_06: Not when you're fighting a bear.
- 53:21SPEAKER_02: He wins and he's like, damn it.
- 53:22SPEAKER_02: Fucking bear, he's angry.
- 53:26SPEAKER_06: Why is he so upset?
- 53:30SPEAKER_01: It was so easy to kill.
- 53:32SPEAKER_01: He's like, I didn't even try.
- 53:33SPEAKER_01: The bear had a heart attack.
- 53:36SPEAKER_01: I scared it.
- 53:37SPEAKER_06: Almost felt kind of bad, punching it in the face.
- 53:41SPEAKER_04: I would provide the bear and take it.
- 53:47SPEAKER_02: Like he would meet the one bear that would like love humans and would like lick him instead of just being like, You're in my territory.
- 53:53SPEAKER_03: If you could be friends with like the uh uh best friends with an animal, what animal?
- 53:57SPEAKER_03: Penguin?
- 53:57SPEAKER_02: I knew exactly I love penguins.
- 54:00SPEAKER_03: You love penguins.
- 54:00SPEAKER_02: I love it.
- 54:01SPEAKER_03: Where would they live with so like with lit the living situation?
- 54:05SPEAKER_02: Okay, now we're getting too tech.
- 54:06SPEAKER_02: Okay, first of all, I'm friends with a penguin, so that's not unrealistic, but now the living situation is.
- 54:12SPEAKER_03: Yeah, when you need logistics conversation, that is the unrealistic part of it, yes.
- 54:16SPEAKER_03: Okay, so what do you do?
- 54:18SPEAKER_02: Uh I don't like the cold, so that does complicate things.
- 54:21SPEAKER_02: So okay, okay, fine, fine.
- 54:22SPEAKER_02: I can be friends with any animal, but it does have to like it requires the living situation to make sense.
- 54:26SPEAKER_02: What if I'm in front of like an elephant or something?
- 54:28SPEAKER_02: Now I need like a mansion.
- 54:30SPEAKER_03: Yeah, yeah, right.
- 54:31SPEAKER_03: So like you gotta pick an animal that kind of that sort of makes sense.
- 54:34SPEAKER_03: Or you can just add into it and say, like, hey, I'm friends with a uh elephant, but I live, yeah, I live in an airport.
- 54:40SPEAKER_06: Are you about to be like a fish needs water?
- 54:43SPEAKER_06: I'm not about to I'm not keeping a fish tank in my house.
- 54:46SPEAKER_06: The fish can deal with it.
- 54:47SPEAKER_02: Penguins, penguins are so cute.
- 54:48SPEAKER_02: I cried when I met a penguin.
- 54:49SPEAKER_02: I thought it was the cutest thing in the world.
- 54:50SPEAKER_03: So like you go visit him, like, yeah, so he like lives up there wherever.
- 54:53SPEAKER_02: Oh, like it's my homie, so like, and we don't live together, but we just see each other like on a case.
- 54:57SPEAKER_03: That's fine too.
- 54:57SPEAKER_03: Yeah, you gotta build this relationship up with this penguin.
- 55:00SPEAKER_02: Okay, yeah.
- 55:01SPEAKER_02: Home homie penguin.
- 55:03SPEAKER_03: You're from the zoo?
- 55:04SPEAKER_03: Like he could live at the zoo and you go check him out, or do you not want him to live at the zoo?
- 55:07SPEAKER_03: Do you love him so much that you're like, I don't want him to be at the house?
- 55:13SPEAKER_02: Oh, yeah.
- 55:14SPEAKER_04: So you just have to convert one of your rooms into the anterior.
- 55:17SPEAKER_02: Like an igloo?
- 55:18SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 55:19SPEAKER_02: Well, to be fair, at the zoo they're not in like they're not in cold.
- 55:23SPEAKER_03: It depends on the penguins.
- 55:24SPEAKER_03: Some penguins I know aren't as um, I want that really puffy penguin.
- 55:28SPEAKER_02: There's like these little ones that always look like they're babies.
- 55:30SPEAKER_03: Really?
- 55:31SPEAKER_03: I only know the I've only seen the baby ones.
- 55:32SPEAKER_03: They like always look like that.
- 55:34SPEAKER_02: Yeah, it's not a puffin.
- 55:36SPEAKER_06: It's not a puffin'.
- 55:37SPEAKER_06: Oh, yeah.
- 55:38SPEAKER_06: You know what I'm talking about though, right?
- 55:39SPEAKER_06: I'm looking at them right now.
- 55:41SPEAKER_02: I like how Pudgy penguin comes up.
- 55:42SPEAKER_06: Is it right next to the smooth balls?
- 55:44SPEAKER_03: Is that what you can do?
- 55:46SPEAKER_06: Right next to that and the woman with three boobs from Total Recall.
- 55:50SPEAKER_03: Is a penguin, a woman with three boobs and smooth balls.
- 55:53SPEAKER_02: Like, imagine this isn't real, I don't think, but imagine just like a cute little baby penguin just like chilling with you.
- 55:59SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 55:59SPEAKER_03: Oh, very cute.
- 56:01SPEAKER_03: I'm not like I'm I'm just asking for you to fill in the context of this question I asked.
- 56:05SPEAKER_03: Not so.
- 56:06SPEAKER_02: I just said I would, I would, I'd be homies with the penguin.
- 56:09SPEAKER_02: I go visit it.
- 56:09SPEAKER_02: We don't have to live together.
- 56:10SPEAKER_02: I like to have some space.
- 56:12SPEAKER_02: I wouldn't say the zoo.
- 56:13SPEAKER_02: I want him to have like a nice home.
- 56:14SPEAKER_02: Not the same.
- 56:15SPEAKER_03: Oh, so he lives in like like the Arctic and you go all the way up there?
- 56:18SPEAKER_02: No, I'm gonna say that he has his own house and it has like a really nice pool and stuff, and he just keeps it a little chilly there.
- 56:23SPEAKER_03: All right.
- 56:24SPEAKER_03: And you can take care of him there too?
- 56:25SPEAKER_03: People helping?
- 56:26SPEAKER_03: He takes care of himself, but you just take care of himself.
- 56:28SPEAKER_02: Okay, the penguin can be friends, but he can't take care of himself now either.
- 56:31SPEAKER_03: Well, you hunt for fish in the house.
- 56:33SPEAKER_03: That's my question.
- 56:33SPEAKER_03: Are you the same?
- 56:34SPEAKER_03: They get him delivered.
- 56:35SPEAKER_03: Okay, oh, he gets Uber Eats.
- 56:37SPEAKER_03: Yeah, he gets like door-dashed fish.
- 56:40SPEAKER_01: That's pretty cool.
- 56:41SPEAKER_03: All right, I'm in the fish.
- 56:42SPEAKER_03: We all get door-dash.
- 56:43SPEAKER_03: You want that?
- 56:44SPEAKER_03: So hard.
- 56:45SPEAKER_03: Was that so hard, Alex?
- 56:47SPEAKER_01: We got there.
- 56:47SPEAKER_01: No, we got there.
- 56:48SPEAKER_01: That was great.
- 56:49SPEAKER_03: I don't know.
- 56:49SPEAKER_03: I think I would I want to be some kind of bird.
- 56:51SPEAKER_03: If it's me, it's gotta be some kind of like oh, falcon or eagle or some shit like that.
- 56:55SPEAKER_03: They like fly off, they see things, they come back down.
- 56:58SPEAKER_03: Like that would be I think that would be really cool.
- 57:00SPEAKER_03: Does he live with you?
- 57:02SPEAKER_03: Oh, for sure.
- 57:03SPEAKER_03: 100%.
- 57:03SPEAKER_02: Does he like deliver letters for you and stuff?
- 57:06SPEAKER_03: He can go out and grab things.
- 57:07SPEAKER_03: Yeah, like he brings me small animals and I pretend that I like like it because you know he's so proud of it.
- 57:13SPEAKER_03: Yeah, he's proud of it.
- 57:14SPEAKER_03: I don't really like the dead mouse that he brings me, but I tell him he did a good job.
- 57:18SPEAKER_02: You're like, I'm proud of you.
- 57:19SPEAKER_03: I'm proud of you, buddy.
- 57:20SPEAKER_03: And then I throw it away discreetly.
- 57:22SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 57:22SPEAKER_03: Yeah, exactly.
- 57:23SPEAKER_03: That's what I'm proud of things.
- 57:24SPEAKER_03: How are you guys doing?
- 57:25SPEAKER_06: I'm just watching Rob break down.
- 57:27SPEAKER_03: That's crazy.
- 57:28SPEAKER_04: I just think about how many times my cats have brought me mice and birds and stuff.
- 57:33SPEAKER_03: Well, like, if I had my own podcast, it would just be this.
- 57:35SPEAKER_03: It would just be like fucking just random, like You're acting like this isn't also your podcast.
- 57:40SPEAKER_03: Listen, we talk about too much normal stuff for this to be my total.
- 57:43SPEAKER_03: If it was like my solo podcast, there would be nothing of substance.
- 57:47SPEAKER_03: Literally nothing.
- 57:48SPEAKER_03: Like last week.
- 57:49SPEAKER_03: I don't even remember.
- 57:49SPEAKER_03: I don't remember last week.
- 57:51SPEAKER_03: 10 topics.
- 57:52SPEAKER_02: Oh yeah, we kind of didn't.
- 57:53SPEAKER_03: I don't even remember.
- 57:54SPEAKER_03: I don't know.
- 57:55SPEAKER_02: So, like when you guys didn't actually have me on the podcast, you guys just bounced around.
- 57:59SPEAKER_06: Yep.
- 57:59SPEAKER_06: Yes.
- 58:00SPEAKER_06: Yeah, sure.
- 58:01SPEAKER_06: We got on at like 11 o'clock at night.
- 58:03SPEAKER_06: And yeah.
- 58:04SPEAKER_06: But today we had a morning, afternoon-ish slot.
- 58:08SPEAKER_06: That's why we were able to get you.
- 58:10SPEAKER_02: Hey.
- 58:11SPEAKER_02: Hell yeah.
- 58:11SPEAKER_06: Hey.
- 58:12SPEAKER_02: You guys didn't even sing happy birthday or anything.
- 58:14SPEAKER_02: Except my request, you didn't sing it.
- 58:17SPEAKER_02: And I also don't like when people sing.
- 58:19SPEAKER_02: We guys actually guys didn't even sing it for my birthday when we were in Austin.
- 58:21SPEAKER_02: I realized I didn't have anyone sing it.
- 58:23SPEAKER_02: But my request would be to sing birthday sex instead of happy birthday.
- 58:26SPEAKER_06: Who's it by?
- 58:27SPEAKER_06: Birthday sex.
- 58:28SPEAKER_02: Um are you guys gonna get like the wiggles?
- 58:31SPEAKER_02: Yeah, that sounds like a wiggle song.
- 58:33SPEAKER_02: The classic wiggle song.
- 58:35SPEAKER_02: Jer, Jer, Jeremy.
- 58:37SPEAKER_02: Oh shit.

- 59:10SPEAKER_03: I know baby.
- 59:10SPEAKER_03: I know like baby shark doo do do do.
- 59:14SPEAKER_02: That song, like, wow, when that gets in my head, I s be stimming.
- 59:18SPEAKER_02: That was me with the thong song, the AI thong song that everyone got really upset about.
- 59:22SPEAKER_02: But like, let me see that thong.
- 59:27SPEAKER_06: I don't know if I've heard that.
- 59:28SPEAKER_02: You haven't heard the AI thong song?
- 59:30SPEAKER_02: There's literally no way you're my friend.
- 59:33SPEAKER_02: There's no way that you and I engage on a regular basis and you don't know this song.
- 59:37SPEAKER_06: I've probably heard you stim this out at some point.
- 59:40SPEAKER_02: I've stimmed the shit out of that song.
- 59:42SPEAKER_02: My friends told me that I have autism because I I hear it.
- 59:46SPEAKER_05: Yes.
- 59:47SPEAKER_02: I heard it.
- 59:48SPEAKER_02: Did you find it?
- 59:49SPEAKER_02: Do you like how he played like a second?
- 59:52SPEAKER_02: Are you playing it?
- 59:53SPEAKER_04: We're all here just looking at Mike.
- 59:55SPEAKER_02: I know.
- 59:56SPEAKER_02: I was like, what did he do?
- 59:58SPEAKER_04: Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.
- 1:00:00SPEAKER_04: No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.
- 1:00:04SPEAKER_04: Let's get us.
- 1:00:04SPEAKER_04: No, no, no, no, no.
- 1:00:06SPEAKER_04: I will mock it.
- 1:00:06SPEAKER_04: Keep doing it.
- 1:00:07SPEAKER_04: Keep going.
- 1:00:07SPEAKER_04: We're gonna have to cut this part out.
- 1:00:09SPEAKER_04: I yeah, I have to, I like legit, I had to mute her because uh YouTube, YouTube will actually strike us for that.
- 1:00:17SPEAKER_02: For an AI cover.
- 1:00:18SPEAKER_02: Oh, that goes scandalous.
- 1:00:21SPEAKER_06: They'll recognize it as someone else's content.
- 1:00:23SPEAKER_06: It doesn't have it once it's posted, it's already under copyright.
- 1:00:26SPEAKER_02: Couldn't handle it.
- 1:00:28SPEAKER_04: She showed the look in that.
- 1:00:29SPEAKER_04: You can get away with playing about like eight seconds of a song.
- 1:00:32SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 1:00:33SPEAKER_02: But if you go for the side, so you hear the voice, did you at least hear it and get memorized by it?
- 1:00:37SPEAKER_02: Okay, great.
- 1:00:37SPEAKER_02: You can cut it.
- 1:00:38SPEAKER_03: That's why in my shorts, I'll like play like when I'm cooking, I'll play like three seconds of a song because I'm like, it's fine, then I can keep moving, but you can't keep playing a song, otherwise they take it.
- 1:00:47SPEAKER_02: So I'm gonna do whatever I want.
- 1:00:48SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 1:00:49SPEAKER_03: Like get us canceled.
- 1:00:49SPEAKER_03: What do you got there?
- 1:00:51SPEAKER_02: Was that was that enough cancel for you guys?
- 1:00:53SPEAKER_02: Did I cancel you guys yet?
- 1:00:54unknown: I know.
- 1:00:55SPEAKER_02: Well I was gonna have to edit that.
- 1:00:56SPEAKER_02: I'm sorry for editing you.
- 1:00:58SPEAKER_02: Bean frustration.
- 1:00:59SPEAKER_06: Oh, it's frustration.
- 1:01:04SPEAKER_04: Oh, I'm thinking about off camera.
- 1:01:07SPEAKER_02: Mike goes, don't actually do it.
- 1:01:10SPEAKER_03: No, I'm just mad.
- 1:01:11SPEAKER_03: Oh, I'll say I'm mad that races have racists have ruined the word beaner.
- 1:01:16SPEAKER_03: I am mad about that.
- 1:01:17SPEAKER_03: They've totally ruined that word.
- 1:01:19SPEAKER_02: Because you want to be a bean lover.
- 1:01:21SPEAKER_02: And that's like, yeah, I get it.
- 1:01:24SPEAKER_03: It would be a fun word, but they've completely ruined it.
- 1:01:27SPEAKER_03: Now it's off to you now, you have to just leave it in the in the e leave it in the void.
- 1:01:31SPEAKER_03: It's gone.
- 1:01:32SPEAKER_02: For your love of beans, I um I very much validate your frustration around this.
- 1:01:37SPEAKER_02: Because I can see where that would be like a nice word for you to be like, I'm a little bit for a lot of reasons, but this is up there.
- 1:01:41SPEAKER_03: This is one of them.
- 1:01:42SPEAKER_03: You guys suck.
- 1:01:43SPEAKER_03: Fuck you, racists.
- 1:01:46SPEAKER_03: I hate you for like many reasons.
- 1:01:48SPEAKER_03: You ruined my bean word.
- 1:01:49SPEAKER_03: But ruin, I hate that.
- 1:01:51SPEAKER_06: I'm starting to think these racists are a couple of bad eggs, you know?
- 1:01:55SPEAKER_03: Well, uh, Leon.
- 1:01:58SPEAKER_06: More I hear about them, the less I like.
- 1:02:07SPEAKER_02: Why do you say that?
- 1:02:08SPEAKER_02: I said, so you go.
- 1:02:09SPEAKER_04: Well, I was like, I've never heard anybody use that in Canada.
- 1:02:13SPEAKER_02: Really?
- 1:02:13SPEAKER_04: And so I looked it up, and like there are businesses that are literally called beaners.
- 1:02:18SPEAKER_02: Oh wow, okay, maybe it is maybe well it's kind of like how in like British people say the C word.
- 1:02:24SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 1:02:25SPEAKER_02: And I'm like, like my British friend, he says it all the time, and we'll be doing voice.
- 1:02:29SPEAKER_03: That's just like that's an adjective for them or whatever.
- 1:02:31SPEAKER_03: Like they put that shit in there.
- 1:02:33SPEAKER_02: Yep.
- 1:02:33SPEAKER_02: And I'm like, ah, I always get a little jump scare, and then I'm like, oh yeah, that's right, you guys just say it.
- 1:02:37SPEAKER_03: Yeah, yeah.
- 1:02:38SPEAKER_02: I was like, I can't overhear it.
- 1:02:39SPEAKER_02: And whenever you say it, he's like, You sound very American.
- 1:02:42SPEAKER_03: Yeah, with the American act, it doesn't, it comes off way different.
- 1:02:45SPEAKER_02: It's like how Mike tells me that I sound like a cop because instead of read, I say like this marijuana.
- 1:02:51SPEAKER_02: I say marijuana.
- 1:02:52SPEAKER_03: Yeah, that's that's what a cop would say.
- 1:02:55SPEAKER_01: And he's that's literally what he says.
- 1:02:58SPEAKER_01: And then he says that.
- 1:02:59SPEAKER_01: Uh no, I just I don't know.
- 1:03:01SPEAKER_01: It's mean like it's marijuana.
- 1:03:04SPEAKER_03: Because I mean, I feel like that's really well.
- 1:03:06SPEAKER_02: Like he was smoking marijuana at my birthday.
- 1:03:09SPEAKER_03: No, it wasn't.
- 1:03:10SPEAKER_03: What are you talking about?
- 1:03:11SPEAKER_02: Do you not want people to know that?
- 1:03:12SPEAKER_02: Do you hide that?
- 1:03:13SPEAKER_02: That's the thing you hide, not that you you're just like wrinkly testicles or whatever, or that not like you have a suicide pact, but like, oh no, not the marijuana.
- 1:03:25SPEAKER_02: Not the marijuana.
- 1:03:26SPEAKER_04: He's he's coming out of the Mr.
- 1:03:27SPEAKER_04: Rogers.
- 1:03:29SPEAKER_02: There's no way.
- 1:03:30SPEAKER_02: There's the fact that people believe you that you're the Mr.
- 1:03:32SPEAKER_02: Rogers of Fitness means that most people aren't on your close friends.
- 1:03:36SPEAKER_06: I just I post a lot of shit posting memes to my close friend's story.
- 1:03:40SPEAKER_02: Yes, you do.
- 1:03:41SPEAKER_06: It's not nothing like offensive or like racist or anything.
- 1:03:45SPEAKER_06: No, no, no.
- 1:03:45SPEAKER_06: Oh, yeah.
- 1:03:45SPEAKER_06: It's just like absurd.
- 1:03:47SPEAKER_02: No, yeah.
- 1:03:48SPEAKER_02: It's just it's unhinged.
- 1:03:50SPEAKER_02: No, you're not like a secret, like powerful human.
- 1:03:52SPEAKER_02: You're just like, you're just kind of funny in the things that you find hilarious.
- 1:03:56SPEAKER_02: Do you really not want people to know that you don't haven't you like been open about the fact that you're not?
- 1:04:00SPEAKER_02: I've talked to yeah, I've just specifically using marijuana as the word right now.
- 1:04:04SPEAKER_06: I hate it so much.
- 1:04:05SPEAKER_04: Is it as soon as I say yes, Texas, I don't remember.
- 1:04:10SPEAKER_02: They have like a weird strain of it here.
- 1:04:12SPEAKER_02: He has flashing lights for cops.
- 1:04:15SPEAKER_04: Because yeah, like obviously it's not a big deal for me, being that it's legal in the entirety of the city.
- 1:04:19SPEAKER_02: It's legal in California, which is where I was born and raised, and I mean Texas now.
- 1:04:23SPEAKER_02: I don't smoke, but I don't use it.
- 1:04:25SPEAKER_02: They have a weird strain of it that I hear is like not as uh good.
- 1:04:29SPEAKER_02: It's like a THC instead of a C B D.
- 1:04:32SPEAKER_06: It's so there's something called the uh the farm bill, which makes hemp legal to farm.
- 1:04:38SPEAKER_06: And THC is a natural byproduct of hemp.
- 1:04:42SPEAKER_06: So it it's if you have hemp derived THC instead of marijuana um derived THC, it's somehow different, even though chemically it's the same.
- 1:04:54SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 1:04:55SPEAKER_06: So you we can have it here in Texas and they sell it like at stores, it's just like it's hemp derived instead of cannabis.
- 1:05:03SPEAKER_06: That would be crazy if they had it at Bucky's.
- 1:05:06SPEAKER_02: You have to go to like a specific like smoke shop or something.
- 1:05:08SPEAKER_06: Yeah, you get it at like a specific like a smoke shop.
- 1:05:11SPEAKER_06: They've got gummies and pre-rolls and everything.
- 1:05:13SPEAKER_06: But it's it's like it's good stuff, it's not like gas station weed where it's like like spice, you know.
- 1:05:19SPEAKER_02: Oh, wow, that's a throwback.
- 1:05:21SPEAKER_02: That brings me back to like high school.
- 1:05:24SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 1:05:25SPEAKER_06: Because I think that's a crazy image that some people have.
- 1:05:28SPEAKER_02: Well, isn't spice like I think it's illegal now.
- 1:05:30SPEAKER_02: I don't think anybody Yeah, I think it's like I think it made people like crazy.
- 1:05:34SPEAKER_06: It yeah, because it was awful.
- 1:05:35SPEAKER_06: It just like used cleaning chemicals and put it onto leaves and sold it to foil bags.
- 1:05:41SPEAKER_02: Yeah, so don't do drugs, kids.
- 1:05:43SPEAKER_03: Don't do drugs, any drugs.
- 1:05:45SPEAKER_03: Yes, join a cult, but don't do drugs.
- 1:05:50SPEAKER_03: In your nuts.
- 1:05:50SPEAKER_04: You can do that.
- 1:05:51SPEAKER_02: Put Botox in your knees.
- 1:05:53SPEAKER_02: Get rid of those wrinkles.
- 1:05:54SPEAKER_03: Listen, I don't give a shit who you are, what you're who what knees you have.
- 1:05:58SPEAKER_03: They're ugly.
- 1:05:58SPEAKER_03: All of them.
- 1:05:59SPEAKER_06: I think Liam's pushing this because he wants to sell the solution.
- 1:06:03SPEAKER_02: I think he actually has like a legitimate distaste for knees.
- 1:06:06SPEAKER_03: I legitimately do, but I will also sell the solution.
- 1:06:09SPEAKER_03: That way it's not a scam or anything.
- 1:06:11SPEAKER_03: That's just I really don't like them, and I'm actually passionate about this.
- 1:06:15SPEAKER_02: I don't know if that makes it not a scam.
- 1:06:17SPEAKER_03: I think it well, listen, it's has nothing to do with like, oh, it improves your joints.
- 1:06:21SPEAKER_03: It's just like, hey, those bitches are ugly, cover them up.
- 1:06:23SPEAKER_02: Yeah, but that's what people online say.
- 1:06:25SPEAKER_02: People are some people are assholes and they'd be like, you're fat and you're ugly, and we need to fix it.
- 1:06:29SPEAKER_02: And that's how they sell things.
- 1:06:31SPEAKER_02: So now you're just preying on people's insecurities and telling people.
- 1:06:33SPEAKER_03: Oh, I pray on the securities, but is it a scam though?
- 1:06:36SPEAKER_03: Because I'm not saying it doesn't do something.
- 1:06:38SPEAKER_03: Like, I'm not saying like it's oh, I get what you're saying.
- 1:06:40SPEAKER_02: Like it's not actually Oh, okay.
- 1:06:42SPEAKER_02: Like it is actually covering your knees, we don't have to see them.
- 1:06:45SPEAKER_03: Yeah, no, I should like it's bad, but it's not a scam.
- 1:06:48SPEAKER_03: My point.
- 1:06:49SPEAKER_02: I I appreciate your logic.
- 1:06:51SPEAKER_02: I appreciate it.
- 1:06:51SPEAKER_02: I stand for it.
- 1:06:52SPEAKER_03: I'm just saying, I don't like the way those look, and you should not let me see them.
- 1:06:55SPEAKER_02: What do you do when you go to like the beach or like a pool?
- 1:06:58SPEAKER_03: I see knees, and it's back.
- 1:06:59SPEAKER_03: And you avoid knees at all costs.
- 1:07:01SPEAKER_03: I see my own knees, and I'm like, ah, shit.
- 1:07:03SPEAKER_04: He walks around handing out pamphlets of his knee wrap cover-up things.
- 1:07:07SPEAKER_03: That would be cool.
- 1:07:08SPEAKER_03: Listen, I think you get some cool ones.
- 1:07:09SPEAKER_03: Like knee wraps could look kind of neat.
- 1:07:11SPEAKER_03: I don't know.
- 1:07:11SPEAKER_03: I think they look cool.
- 1:07:12SPEAKER_03: And I think they could be really fashionable.
- 1:07:13SPEAKER_04: They could be the next big fashion.
- 1:07:15SPEAKER_03: They could there could be some cool shit.
- 1:07:17SPEAKER_03: Like you can put whatever you want on there.
- 1:07:18SPEAKER_03: You want Hello Kitty or some shit?
- 1:07:20SPEAKER_03: Go right ahead.
- 1:07:20SPEAKER_03: Knock yourself out.
- 1:07:21SPEAKER_03: Whatever you're feeling.
- 1:07:22SPEAKER_06: I think we're gonna upgrade this and have it so that we if people want their knees removed, like cotton from fucking King of the Hill, where he just has things connected and you want to screw just nothing left.
- 1:07:35SPEAKER_06: Either straight peg leg or or leave it floppy.
- 1:07:38SPEAKER_06: Dealer's choice, whatever you want.
- 1:07:40SPEAKER_03: They still serve a purpose.
- 1:07:41SPEAKER_03: I'm just saying we cover them up.
- 1:07:42SPEAKER_03: That's listen, it's not that good.
- 1:07:45SPEAKER_03: Yeah, exactly.
- 1:07:46SPEAKER_03: That's what I'm saying.
- 1:07:46SPEAKER_03: You keep them, we just don't see them.
- 1:07:48SPEAKER_06: Hey, listeners, is anybody learning anything?
- 1:07:50SPEAKER_03: Oh, now you ask that.
- 1:07:52SPEAKER_06: Now you ask the question.
- 1:07:54SPEAKER_06: Right in with the most valuable lesson you've learned on an episode of Inmoderation.
- 1:07:58SPEAKER_03: Let us know.
- 1:08:00SPEAKER_03: I doubt we'll get too much.
- 1:08:01SPEAKER_04: They actually do.
- 1:08:02SPEAKER_04: They actually do.
- 1:08:03SPEAKER_04: I've got a couple emails.
- 1:08:05SPEAKER_03: That's nice.
- 1:08:06SPEAKER_04: We're getting emails.
- 1:08:08SPEAKER_03: Well, let us know if next time we've got to.
- 1:08:10SPEAKER_04: Nobody's sent in a picture of the bean DeLorean or the food pyramid DeLorean yet.
- 1:08:14SPEAKER_03: What the hell?
- 1:08:15SPEAKER_03: What are you guys doing?
- 1:08:16SPEAKER_04: But apparently they like us and they learn stuff from us.
- 1:08:19SPEAKER_03: One of these episodes we'll read off some of them.
- 1:08:22SPEAKER_03: That sounds fun.
- 1:08:23SPEAKER_03: We do that.
- 1:08:24SPEAKER_06: Oh, we could do an episode where we'd read user submissions.
- 1:08:27SPEAKER_03: And that way we could be like, look, we do things.
- 1:08:29SPEAKER_03: We don't just dick around constantly.
- 1:08:31SPEAKER_03: There's other stuff involved.
- 1:08:33SPEAKER_03: All right, everybody, glaze us for the next episode.
- 1:08:36SPEAKER_01: Glaze us.
- 1:08:37SPEAKER_04: Here's a new fan mail.
- 1:08:38SPEAKER_04: Um, I really love your content, but your soul patch is hilarious.
- 1:08:44SPEAKER_04: You should shave it off, you ugly motherfucker.
- 1:08:47SPEAKER_03: I'm beginning to think that's not a real email.
- 1:08:50SPEAKER_03: I'm beginning to think that's that's fake.
- 1:08:53SPEAKER_03: But it's probably it's also probably true because I do get that.
- 1:08:57SPEAKER_06: No, it's I think it's good.
- 1:08:58SPEAKER_06: I think it suits you, and I don't think anybody who says otherwise is right.
- 1:09:02SPEAKER_03: Oh, I no, I only do it because it pisses people off.
- 1:09:06SPEAKER_03: It's the internet, and that's good for that.
- 1:09:08SPEAKER_03: Like they're like, they don't lie anything that people have of strong opinions about, it doesn't matter good or bad, that's good for social media.
- 1:09:14SPEAKER_06: I I had something I wanted to say, and I realized I probably shouldn't say it.
- 1:09:17SPEAKER_06: I'll tell you guys later.
- 1:09:19SPEAKER_02: Oh no.
- 1:09:21SPEAKER_02: Okay, Mike, so are you gonna be my Valentine?
- 1:09:24SPEAKER_06: Yes.
- 1:09:24SPEAKER_06: You were gonna say no.
- 1:09:26SPEAKER_06: No, I was I was just I was taken aback.
- 1:09:29SPEAKER_06: Absolutely.
- 1:09:30SPEAKER_02: I asked you before this even started.
- 1:09:32SPEAKER_02: I asked you and Jackson to be my Valentine's, and both of you ignored me.
- 1:09:35SPEAKER_06: I did not see the message.
- 1:09:36SPEAKER_06: I was.
- 1:09:37SPEAKER_02: I sent it again, and I even followed up, and I was like, look at you guys ignoring me, asking to be your Valentine.
- 1:09:43SPEAKER_06: You know what, Alex?
- 1:09:43SPEAKER_06: Yes, I will be your William.
- 1:09:45SPEAKER_02: Did you ask your wife to be your Valentine or does she not really care that much?
- 1:09:48SPEAKER_03: We we don't.
- 1:09:49SPEAKER_03: Uh the the the holidays and stuff we're like, oh yeah, that's a thing.
- 1:09:53SPEAKER_03: Once you have kids, I feel like you're kind of just like, right, stuff.
- 1:09:56SPEAKER_03: I don't know.
- 1:09:57SPEAKER_02: That's fair.
- 1:09:59SPEAKER_02: I do think it's a commercial holiday, and I think that the fact that people expect like Christmas level gifts for it is crazy to me.
- 1:10:04SPEAKER_02: But I do think it's cute to be like, will you be my Valentine?
- 1:10:06SPEAKER_02: and like do stuff like that.
- 1:10:07SPEAKER_02: Like, I'm like, that's nice.
- 1:10:09SPEAKER_03: How much do you want to give into capitalism?
- 1:10:11SPEAKER_03: That's really the question.
- 1:10:12SPEAKER_02: Um, I don't want to give into capitalism, but I want to feel special.
- 1:10:15SPEAKER_06: I donate at least half of my income to Israel.
- 1:10:18SPEAKER_06: Or I just cut out the middleman.
- 1:10:20SPEAKER_06: It's like instead of it going to tell you.
- 1:10:21SPEAKER_02: You guys canceled, but that's well, this episode.
- 1:10:24SPEAKER_03: That's why it would be funny.
- 1:10:25SPEAKER_03: It's this Mike says unhinged shit like this, and then it'd be funny if you came on and then you got us canceled as well.
- 1:10:31SPEAKER_02: I don't think I can even potentially say anything like worse than that.
- 1:10:34SPEAKER_02: I'm Iranian.
- 1:10:36SPEAKER_02: Does that like automatically make me a terrorist?
- 1:10:38SPEAKER_02: Like, I'm confused.
- 1:10:39SPEAKER_02: Is that gonna get us canceled?
- 1:10:41SPEAKER_03: You haven't even given it a thought.
- 1:10:42SPEAKER_03: How if you try and say something worse than that?
- 1:10:46SPEAKER_02: Was it when I just said that?
- 1:10:47SPEAKER_02: I'm Iranian, am I not a terrorist?
- 1:10:49SPEAKER_03: Is that bad?
- 1:10:49SPEAKER_03: No, we need much more we need to go way worse.
- 1:10:52SPEAKER_02: I'm not going worse.
- 1:10:53SPEAKER_06: Next week's guest, Benjamin Netanyahu.
- 1:10:56SPEAKER_02: I I'm sort of like, I don't know.
- 1:10:58SPEAKER_02: In therapy, we've talked about the fact that I take too much accountability and I think I do too many wrong things.
- 1:11:04SPEAKER_02: So I think that me aiming to get you guys canceled would go the complete opposite way because I would say the most like tame thing and be like, because actually, you know what's funny is I was on my friend, I was on my friend's podcast.
- 1:11:15SPEAKER_02: Well, I did say something and I literally was like, Am I gonna get canceled for saying this?
- 1:11:19SPEAKER_02: Because they're uh they were like, You can come to the cookout.
- 1:11:23SPEAKER_01: And I was like, I listen to R B music, and then they were just like, they started like laughing, and I was like, I mean, isn't that like that's like what happens in the cookout?
- 1:11:31SPEAKER_01: We listen to RB music, all these things, and I was like, Am I gonna get canceled for saying?
- 1:11:35SPEAKER_01: They were like, no, that's really not like they were like, that's actually accurate.
- 1:11:38SPEAKER_01: That's what we do at the cookouts, and I was like, Well, yeah, I know I've been.
- 1:11:41SPEAKER_06: I'm still invited, right?
- 1:11:42SPEAKER_06: I can't I'm still invited.
- 1:11:44SPEAKER_01: The worst thing I was doing is I was like hitting up Michael B.
- 1:11:46SPEAKER_01: Jordan and I was like, Are you single?
- 1:11:47SPEAKER_02: But yeah, they haven't posted our podcast episode yet, so I don't know yet.
- 1:11:52SPEAKER_02: We still have to wait.
- 1:11:53SPEAKER_02: Once they post it, then I'm gonna be like, all right, I think they're waiting to post it for like the right time.
- 1:11:57SPEAKER_02: But yeah, if if if Michael and B.
- 1:11:59SPEAKER_02: Jordan and I happen, I'll let you guys know.
- 1:12:00SPEAKER_03: Yeah, that sounds cool.
- 1:12:02SPEAKER_02: I would definitely, I would definitely hard launch that.
- 1:12:04SPEAKER_03: I don't know how he's gonna feel about the penguin, but I hope good.
- 1:12:08SPEAKER_02: I he pegs me as the kind of person who would be down to have like a pet penguin.
- 1:12:11SPEAKER_04: Oh, he's cutting it right there.
- 1:12:13SPEAKER_04: He pegs me.
- 1:12:14SPEAKER_04: I'm cutting it right there.
- 1:12:15SPEAKER_04: That's the end of the podcast.
- 1:12:17SPEAKER_06: It's all of our eyes getting super wide.
- 1:12:19SPEAKER_02: You guys are children.
- 1:12:21SPEAKER_06: Oh uh thank you, Alex Allen.
- 1:12:24SPEAKER_02: I see him being the kind of person who would be very down to have a friend, like a homie penguin.
- 1:12:29SPEAKER_02: If anything, if anything, me getting with Michael B.
- 1:12:31SPEAKER_02: Jordan would probably get me significantly closer to my goals of having a pet penguin.
- 1:12:35SPEAKER_02: He like, I think his celebrity would get me to being have access to something like that.
- 1:12:41SPEAKER_03: You let it definitely let us know.
- 1:12:42SPEAKER_03: And also let us know where people to find people to find you, where to people to find you.
- 1:12:46unknown: No.
- 1:12:47SPEAKER_02: Or are we ending the podcast?
- 1:12:48SPEAKER_02: Bye guys.
- 1:12:49SPEAKER_03: Uh well, we have been going for like, I don't know, like three hours.
- 1:12:52SPEAKER_02: You were 30 minutes late, so you have no concept of time.
- 1:12:56SPEAKER_03: I was waking up.
- 1:12:57SPEAKER_02: The fact that your sleep schedule is still like this is insane to me.
- 1:13:00SPEAKER_03: Your kid having a two-year-old will destroy all of it.
- 1:13:03SPEAKER_02: Well, but isn't your kid gonna have like a weird circadian rhythm if your kids waking up at like 11?
- 1:13:08SPEAKER_03: She oh well, no, she's the it's no, no, it's totally fucked where she wakes up a bunch during the night screaming because she has night terrors.
- 1:13:15SPEAKER_03: And I'm I'm shaking, like, yeah, I'm trying to like.
- 1:13:17SPEAKER_03: Wait, why does she have night terrors?
- 1:13:19SPEAKER_03: Uh, we think bugs, she says.
- 1:13:21SPEAKER_03: Because her father's Liam.
- 1:13:22SPEAKER_03: Or that.
- 1:13:23SPEAKER_02: I didn't mean what the night terrors were about.
- 1:13:25SPEAKER_02: I meant like, why is she having them?
- 1:13:27SPEAKER_03: I well, yeah, that's why is all I know.
- 1:13:29SPEAKER_03: Is like she says bugs.
- 1:13:30SPEAKER_03: She's scared, she's super scared of bugs.
- 1:13:32SPEAKER_03: I have no idea.
- 1:13:33SPEAKER_03: I have to check her room for bugs every night.
- 1:13:34SPEAKER_03: When we go to bed, I'm like, check my room for bugs.
- 1:13:36SPEAKER_03: So I don't know.
- 1:13:37SPEAKER_03: She has just like night terrors, and then she gets up early, so I get up with her, and then I'm up for a while, and then I go back to sleep and I wake up.
- 1:13:44SPEAKER_03: So, like, it's I'm up and down, up and down.
- 1:13:46SPEAKER_03: It sucks, but I make it work.
- 1:13:47SPEAKER_03: Not ideal.
- 1:13:48SPEAKER_03: Yeah, that's what I'm saying.
- 1:13:49SPEAKER_03: You have kids, uh you know, good luck.
- 1:13:51SPEAKER_02: You can all find me at the Alex Allen on Instagram and TikTok.
- 1:13:55SPEAKER_02: It sounds pretentious, but it's because that's the only way my name was available because a lot of people are apparently named Alex Allen.
- 1:14:01SPEAKER_02: Yes, the Alex Allen.
- 1:14:03SPEAKER_02: I am mostly very tame on there, just dance a lot and talk about penguins.
- 1:14:07SPEAKER_02: Liam, you wouldn't know you don't watch my stories.
- 1:14:09SPEAKER_02: You have a very healthy relationship with you.
- 1:14:11SPEAKER_03: I didn't even make stories, I don't even know how to make a story.
- 1:14:13SPEAKER_02: You don't.
- 1:14:14SPEAKER_02: I remember you told me once that if I crashed out, you would like put me on your story.
- 1:14:18SPEAKER_02: Like if I yelled or something.
- 1:14:19SPEAKER_02: I remember that was like one of the first podcast episodes.
- 1:14:22SPEAKER_02: You're like, you don't really get angry.
- 1:14:23SPEAKER_02: Yeah, and I was something I would say.
- 1:14:25SPEAKER_03: I don't remember saying it, but that sounds like something I would say.
- 1:14:27SPEAKER_02: It was like in the first time I think I was on the podcast.
- 1:14:30SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I don't even know how to do it.
- 1:14:31SPEAKER_03: I like I work with like a Tony.
- 1:14:34SPEAKER_03: I don't even know.
- 1:14:35SPEAKER_03: I work with a company that's like because like they'll try and give me brand deals, which I take like two a year, and they're like, What are your stories like frickin' uh what's the metrics?
- 1:14:44SPEAKER_03: I'm like, I don't don't post any zero, none.
- 1:14:47SPEAKER_03: I don't fucking know.
- 1:14:48SPEAKER_02: That's actually even like funnier, but you get good engagement.
- 1:14:51SPEAKER_03: I think so.
- 1:14:52SPEAKER_03: I don't know.
- 1:14:53SPEAKER_03: I just put things into the ether and walk away.
- 1:14:55SPEAKER_02: What a healthy relationship.
- 1:14:56SPEAKER_02: I ordered a brick for that reason.
- 1:14:59SPEAKER_03: It helps.
- 1:14:59SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I have a brick now, and so now I brick my phone and I can't go on social media.
- 1:15:03SPEAKER_03: I have a brick.
- 1:15:04SPEAKER_02: Okay, you're gonna show real brick.
- 1:15:06SPEAKER_02: I knew.
- 1:15:07SPEAKER_02: Is it a mug?
- 1:15:08SPEAKER_06: It's kind of.
- 1:15:09SPEAKER_02: What is that?
- 1:15:10SPEAKER_03: It's a it's a brick.
- 1:15:12SPEAKER_03: It's a brick.
- 1:15:13SPEAKER_03: But it has a handle.
- 1:15:14SPEAKER_03: Yeah, it has a handle, it's a mug.
- 1:15:16SPEAKER_03: It's a brick mug.
- 1:15:16SPEAKER_02: But it doesn't open?
- 1:15:17SPEAKER_03: No, it doesn't.
- 1:15:18SPEAKER_01: Well, it's a brick.
- 1:15:19SPEAKER_02: So it's not a mug, it's just a brick with a handle.
- 1:15:22SPEAKER_03: It's got a hole.
- 1:15:23SPEAKER_02: Oh, wait, what?
- 1:15:24SPEAKER_03: You can't drink out of it.
- 1:15:25SPEAKER_03: You can't drink out of it.
- 1:15:25SPEAKER_02: Yeah, no, that would not be.
- 1:15:27SPEAKER_02: Thank you for poking it.
- 1:15:28SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 1:15:30SPEAKER_02: Stop it.
- 1:15:30SPEAKER_04: For those listening, Liam is fingering the hole in a brick.
- 1:15:33SPEAKER_04: It's a brick.
- 1:15:34SPEAKER_03: And it's got eyes, so it's pretty cool, right?
- 1:15:36SPEAKER_01: It does.
- 1:15:36SPEAKER_01: It's very cute.
- 1:15:37SPEAKER_06: I think it would look better if it had three eyes.
- 1:15:39SPEAKER_02: Oh my gosh.
- 1:15:40SPEAKER_02: Thank you for having me on your podcast.
- 1:15:42SPEAKER_06: Thank you for being on the podcast, Alex Allen.
- 1:15:45SPEAKER_02: I want to harass Liam.
- 1:15:46SPEAKER_06: Thank you for being alive for 32 years.
- 1:15:48SPEAKER_02: Oh my gosh.
- 1:15:49SPEAKER_06: Happy birthday, Alex.
- 1:15:51SPEAKER_02: Thank you.
