  Speaker: Good morning.
• 0:01
Speaker: You want to know where we are?
• 0:03
Speaker: You've settled down and come to a comfortable posture, undisturbed.
• 0:10
Speaker: You are doing this now.
• 0:12
Speaker: You are finding yourself thinking about your body, about your senses, your sensitivity, your increasing receptivity to what's going on.
• 0:24
Speaker: These are the events filling our moments, being here now, presently, together as one.
• 0:32
Speaker: Being in this moment shared by eternity.
• 0:38
Speaker: Thinking about this as one expands one's visualization of our consciousness beyond our own minds, our own bodies, allowing in all directions of one's energy to grow.
• 0:53
  Speaker: And it grows quickly.
• 0:55
  Speaker: Let it go.
• 0:56
Speaker: Let it and help it propel itself to the furthest reaches it can go, through one's atmosphere, whatever is close by, one's environment, through the sky and the soil, the sea, allowing it to grow.
• 1:15
Speaker: Higher and higher does it go, deeper and deeper through our earth, through the center of the earth, where it is molten, to the other side, and to the sky again, and into what we consider to be outer space.
• 1:32
Speaker: And from there, much quicker than the speed of light, does our awareness flow. Allow it to grow. In a flickering moment, we go from here to as far as we have ever known or been able to see with the James Webb or the Hubble telescopes.
• 1:54
Speaker: We are here now, a bundle of awareness of miracles, made through countless iterations of something called evolution, of the increasing complexity of creation, how it has begun as one explosion of energy and now has differentiated into so much more.
• 2:21
Speaker: This seemingly is what's going on.
• 2:26
Speaker: Here we are, upon this humble planet Earth, somewhere in the suburbs of the Milky Way galaxy.
• 2:36
Speaker: We are here presently considering ourselves, breathing, breathing this atmosphere that is constantly changing and shifting and moving, breathing.
• 2:53
Speaker: From whence has this air come?
• 2:57
Speaker: We are breathing right now, you and me thinking about the moisture and the air rising and subsiding into the sea, into the land, into the environments everywhere, as clouds, as dust, as everything is moving in the air.
• 3:23
Speaker: Being here together, we have come to raise our spirits and seek self-improvement, awareness, to better help ourselves realize and accept our limitations and our possibilities, our fundamental foundations and our dreams, our goals.
• 3:53
Speaker: Where are we now, each of us?
• 3:56
  Speaker: Looking at everything.
• 4:01
  Speaker: Where can I improve?
• 4:04
Speaker: Where do I find weaknesses?
• 4:09
Speaker: Where do I find strengths?
• 4:13
Speaker: Where do I find opportunity?
• 4:17
Speaker: Whom we are in the moment, either more or less negative or more or less positive in our orientation, in our feelings, in our emotions.
• 4:29
Speaker: It is not necessarily one's own cause.
• 4:33
  Speaker: Nothing is.
• 4:36
Speaker: Everything is shared by a world filled with responsibilities.
• 4:42
Speaker: Every culture, civilization, spiritual tradition, form of government has its roots in mankind's decisions.
• 4:54
Speaker: It is a shared responsibility we find ourselves in.
• 4:59
  Speaker: Being here now aware.
• 5:05
  Speaker: Breathing.
• 5:08
  Speaker: Pulsing.
• 5:10
Speaker: Feeling one's heat also emanating simultaneously, all three.
• 5:16
  Speaker: With one's heart squeeze.
• 5:30
Speaker: Around sixty times every minute, every moment.
• 5:36
Speaker: How many times a day?
• 5:40
Speaker: Around ninety thousand times every day.
• 5:43
  Speaker: Pulses with muscular activity.
• 5:46
Speaker: It is the basis of one's warmth, of one's emanation of muscular energy being created.
• 5:55
Speaker: Lungs rise, diaphragm rise, and subside.
• 6:03
  Speaker: It is the same.
• 6:05
Speaker: These two physiological processes are responsible by and large for the steadiness and the continuation of our body's heat.
• 6:17
Speaker: Our mammalian character, warm-blooded animals.
• 6:23
  Speaker: Remember whom we are.
• 6:27
Speaker: We are bundles of miracle, but we are still of the earth.
• 6:32
Speaker: Oftentimes in the past we have been told that we are super special.
• 6:37
  Speaker: And this is true.
• 6:41
Speaker: What has led to sometimes a sense of egotism and confusion is that this is a half-truth.
• 6:54
Speaker: Everything, from the smallest to the largest, is just as special as mankind.
• 7:06
Speaker: In fact, mankind is made of the most basic elements.
• 7:12
Speaker: In fact, everything when we get down to the brass tacks is the same.
• 7:22
Speaker: The world, solar system, galaxy, creation.
• 7:27
Speaker: This dimension of our universe, of being, of awareness is fabricated all in the energy of creation, expanding upon this planet Earth at a million miles an hour, moving away from whence we have come.
• 7:54
Speaker: Fourteen plus or minus billion years ago.
• 8:00
Speaker: Being in one's breathing, pulsing, heating, and shimmering with life energy, body, a Homo sapien, being here now, being alert through one's ears, even with one's eyes closed, if they are, to the nuances of one's optic nerve and the receptors in one's brain.
• 8:30
Speaker: Visualizing, thinking, listening, interpreting, communicating, having a dialogue with Zz.
• 8:45
Speaker: It is a glorious and wonderful feeling to feel oneself radiating energy and being receptive at the same time.
• 9:09
Speaker: It is a wonderful opportunity of allowing oneself to be a radiance of being alive.
• 9:22
Speaker: Because this is what's happening, 24-7.
• 9:27
Speaker: To acknowledge and to give space and time for this often forgotten characteristic we have, when it's constant.
• 9:40
Speaker: We can learn to be more aware.
• 9:43
  Speaker: This is practice.
• 9:45
Speaker: Feeling this, feeling one's body tremoring with ecstasy.
• 9:51
Speaker: It is always inside, as is one's pulse, one's heat, one's breath, one's awareness, one's potential.
• 10:09
Speaker: Being here now, practicing every day, all day.
• 10:20
Speaker: It is not a practice, it is a birth, a beginning, and it is a beginning that begins in every new moment.
• 10:34
  Speaker: Rise, grow, nourish, flow.
• 10:44
Speaker: We flow through these physiological processes.
• 10:49
Speaker: It is also why they are so important.
• 10:52
  Speaker: They flow.
• 10:54
Speaker: They are continuity from one moment to the next.
• 10:59
Speaker: And this is what we want.
• 11:04
Speaker: We are looking for guidelines, suggestions, helpers, tools to help us carry our mental capacity, our minds, our thoughts, our moments, "from the last through the present to the next," flowing, glowing, even more so.
• 11:32
Speaker: That not only is one flowing, but one is glowing in heightened perceptivity, receptivity, acceptance, harmony, grace, humility, appreciation, gratitude for even having a chance of being a part of our human race.
• 11:59
Speaker: It is all of these things shining with the radiance of one's own self-revelation, one's own illumination, realization, this is what we have shining in thine own self.
• 12:23
  Speaker: Be true, authentic.
• 12:28
Speaker: We are here now, bundles of miracles, humbled by the immensity of creation, and thankful just for being.
