In this episode, Bob’nJoyce share diversity interventions that worked during their time with Hannaford and Food Lion. On January 17th, the New York Times had an Op. Ed. that questioned the value of diversity training and suggested that it may cause more harm than good. The Op. Ed. made valid research-based criticism so we felt compelled to share interventions that were transformational and improved company culture.
