- Jessica Figueroa: Hello, everyone. Welcome back to the Just For Today podcast. My name is Cindy. I'm so excited to be here with you. So, just for today, we at the end of the day, and I hope you're listening in the morning. At the end of the day, we are going to write something down. So if it's morning time, I want you to go grab like a pen and a paper and put it on your nightstand. And then at the end of the day, I just want you to write down a memory. We only remember this tiny, tiny portion of our lives. And some things are worth remembering. So getting in the habit of writing that memory down. Now I know we all have phones and we all have pictures and we can scroll through, and the pictures are another way to remember. But sometimes the picture doesn't tell you that really funny thing that happened. Like you know those times when you laugh until you cry? Every time something makes you laugh until you cry, unless it's at someone else's expense, even though sometimes that's funny, you should write that down. Because just the memory of laughing so hard will bring you joy and make you to laugh again. And maybe you won't laugh until you cry again, but you will laugh thinking and the pleasure you have. What if you just made like a laugh journal of every time you did that and you wrote it down? But at the end of the night tonight, we're gonna write down a memory of the day, of the week, or something. And I want it to be something great, something fun. Because even if you think there's no way I will forget this, you probably will. And there's a lot of great things worth remembering. And let's not rely on just our pictures to tell the story of our life. Let's rely on our words too. Just for today, at the end of the day, I want you guys to write something down before you go to bed. Something great that's happened. I'll see you guys tomorrow.
