Transcript
- 0:01Well, hello there, my friend and welcome.
- 0:04Listen, it has been forever since we have had an update on
- 0:10the case of the murder of Judge Kevin Mullins.
- 0:14I'm looking for the right buttons here.
- 0:16The Letcher County, Kentucky judge who was shot and killed by
- 0:22the Letcher County Sheriff Mickey Stein's in his in his
- 0:27chambers. We've covered this case at
- 0:30length and tonight we are going to welcome back Elizabeth Jones
- 0:35from Hillbilly Crime to talk about the latest couple of
- 0:38things that have happened in the case.
- 0:40So hopefully that interests you and if it does, stick around.
- 0:58This video contains mature themes and discussions intended
- 1:01only for adult audiences. Viewer discretion is advised.
- 1:07Hello there again, my friend. Welcome back to another true
- 1:10crime conversation with me, Gavin Fish, where we cut through
- 1:12the fluff and sensationalism of true crime.
- 1:15We get down into the nitty gritty, and the case that we're
- 1:18covering tonight has both nitty and gritty to the extreme.
- 1:24And I'm really excited to welcome Elizabeth Jones back to
- 1:27the channel. She's going to be joining us in
- 1:29just a bit. But before we get to that, let's
- 1:32get started with headlines. True crime headlines, how?
- 1:42All right, we've been covering this case all week, the murder
- 1:46trial of Brian Walsh. She was on murder for or on
- 1:49trial for the murder of his wife Anna, because of the Kevin
- 1:54Mullins case. I, I just, I called an audible.
- 1:57We got to cover the Kevin Mullins case.
- 1:59It's a case that we're deep into.
- 2:00But let me read a couple of headlines.
- 2:03This coming to us from WCVB. Brian Walsh trial updates.
- 2:09Jurors shown hacksaw, hatchet tools from case evidence
- 2:16Dateline Dedham, Mass Hand tools, including a hatchet and a
- 2:20hacksaw, were entered into evidence Friday in the murder
- 2:23trial of Brian Walsh, the Massachusetts father accused of
- 2:26killing and dismembering his wife.
- 2:28Let me mute that. The Cohasset man is accused of
- 2:34killing and dismembering on a Walsh 39 around New Year's Day
- 2:38in 2023. Prosecutors allege that Brian
- 2:41Walsh disposed of his wife's remains in dumpsters around the
- 2:44area. Heather Sullivan, a retired Mass
- 2:46State MSP trooper, was on the stand as prosecutors entered
- 2:51into evidence a series of hand tools found during the search of
- 2:54dumpsters at the Swampscott apartment complex.
- 2:58The retired trooper, who worked in crime scene services, said
- 3:00she took photos that were previously shown to the jury
- 3:05after her. Yeah, she was asked to open a
- 3:07series of evidence bags, pull out tools so that actual tools
- 3:11were shown to the jury. Very dramatic, I'm sure, for the
- 3:16jury, but that was the main thing that happened today.
- 3:19Oh, the other thing that happened today was what's his
- 3:22bucket? What's his name?
- 3:25The former. What is his name?
- 3:29The former Massachusetts State trooper from the Karen Reed
- 3:33case. I don't remember his.
- 3:34I don't want to remember his name, but he was mentioned
- 3:36today. Anyway, moving on to the case of
- 3:40Anna Kepner. You guys remember Anna Kepner is
- 3:45the 18 year old Titusville, FL girl who died was murdered on a
- 3:51Carnival cruise ship last month. This one brought to us by Fox
- 3:57News written by Michael Ruiz, friend of the show Good Guy.
- 4:01Title says stepbrother could be charged in Anna Kepner's
- 4:05Carnival cruise death, according to a lawyer.
- 4:07Dateline Melbourne, the attorney for Anna Kepner's stepmother,
- 4:11acknowledged that her 16 year old stepson may soon face
- 4:15charges. Her 16 year old stepson?
- 4:18No, it's her son. I thought.
- 4:19Anyway, at the state or federal level in connection with the 18
- 4:22year old cheerleader's death aboard a Carnival cruise ship
- 4:26last month, quote, we're not sure what the FBI is going to
- 4:30do, said Millicent Athanasen, attorney for Chantelle Kepner.
- 4:35Whether he's going to be charged federally or whether they're
- 4:37going to turn it over to the state.
- 4:39The FBI's Miami office is leading the investigation and
- 4:42has not publicly identified any suspects or announced any
- 4:46charges. The remarks came during an
- 4:49emergency custody hearing in an ongoing dispute between Anna's
- 4:52stepmom and her ex-husband, Thomas Hudson.
- 4:55Both parents in court filings, have referred to their 16 year
- 4:57old son and a stepbrother as a suspect in the death and the
- 5:02subject of the FBI probe. So at least we've got it.
- 5:05We've got it on record from an attorney for Misses Kepner that
- 5:10that, yeah, TH could be facing charges.
- 5:14No idea when that's going to happen though.
- 5:16And that's killing me. OK last headline for the day
- 5:19coming to you from Crime COD which you guys should go check
- 5:23out for Sydney. This comes to us from down
- 5:27under. 4 Sydney men charged an alleged satanic child abuse ring
- 5:34Dateline Sydney 4 men in Sydney have been charged with
- 5:37possessing and distributing C Sam as part of an international
- 5:42network that allegedly used satanic symbols and rituals.
- 5:46Dude this is reminding me of like Nexium right?
- 5:49Of course, there were no children involved to my
- 5:51knowledge of Nexium, but detectives executed search
- 5:55warrants across the city on November 27th as part of a long
- 5:58running investigation into the online distribution of the C Sam
- 6:03videos. The arrests were announced
- 6:05Monday by the NSW Police forces Sex Crime Squad.
- 6:10Let's let's name these guys Landon Germanotta Mills, Stuart
- 6:14Woods, Riches, Andrew Mark Andrews Sandecki and Benjamin
- 6:18Raymond Drysdale, as reported by the AP.
- 6:23So yeah, crime does not stop at the US borders, right?
- 6:28This is a part of the human experience.
- 6:31There are those that are just willing to do terrible, terrible
- 6:33things and it just kills us. But those are your headlines,
- 6:39true crime headlines, bum. OK, back to the case at hand,
- 6:51the case of Judge Kevin Mullins. Let's welcome back to the show.
- 6:57I need to unmute this. Sorry about I I had you muted.
- 7:00Elizabeth Lizeth Jones, Hillbilly Crime.
- 7:05Thank you for holding. Me, you've got a new look to the
- 7:08old home studio there. Yeah, so my friend Jenny, you
- 7:14know, my lawyer friend Jenny, she gave her office up finally
- 7:20down there on Main Street, right across from the courthouse.
- 7:25So we went down and moved her out and she gave me this big
- 7:30nice fancy desk. Noise, yeah.
- 7:33Moving on up in the world. Does it feel like you're an
- 7:36executive now? Oh my gosh, I feel like.
- 7:39A real girl. That's pretty fun.
- 7:46Yeah. Well, listen, I got and I shared
- 7:50it with you. I think you probably already had
- 7:51it because you've got your finger on the pulse down there.
- 7:54But I got a document yesterday from the courts.
- 7:59I got to pull up the right place.
- 8:01Where am I going? Here we are.
- 8:04That is an order denying a motion by Mickey Stein's team.
- 8:11Let me see if I can zoom in on this just a little bit, denying
- 8:14a motion to unseal the KCPC evaluation.
- 8:18Can you kind of give us some background on why did they want
- 8:21to unseal this? What was it?
- 8:23What is the KCPC evaluation? Well, we really don't know why
- 8:28they were wanting to unseal it because we don't know what part
- 8:32of it they were wanting to use. But the judge has denied that
- 8:39and said you cannot use anything out of it for the bond hearing.
- 8:44So they had put in a motion and requested to have part of this
- 8:51unsealed so that they could use it for the bond hearing.
- 8:55Now I don't know why they they never did say and now it looks
- 8:59like they're not allowed to say. So what was the KCPC evaluation?
- 9:03What is it? Oh, so they, for Mickey Stein's
- 9:08defense, were going with a mental health defense and so
- 9:13they were not saying that. They were not questioning his
- 9:19competency to stand trial. They were question it.
- 9:24They wanted him to be evaluated by the doctors down there to see
- 9:31what his state of mind was at the time of the crime.
- 9:36Right. And did you see the the article
- 9:39that that he said that he was he did it, but he didn't mean to.
- 9:45No, what? What?
- 9:46What article was that? Well, let me, let me just send
- 9:52it to you real fast. Alright.
- 9:56And it it was in the where Judge Mullins's wife sued the Letcher.
- 10:05Yeah, General. Deputies, it apparently came out
- 10:10of that and. By the way, that's not a federal
- 10:14case, that's a state case. I haven't been able to find it
- 10:16yet. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 10:19So let me send you this. I've got it right here.
- 10:24It must have been to Gavin, all right.
- 10:35Are you texting or emailing? Yeah, I sent it to your text
- 10:38messages. OK, Yeah.
- 10:41Ex sheriff says he killed judge but didn't do it intentionally.
- 10:48Right. But I I don't have that
- 10:50paperwork so. OK, let me see if I can bring it
- 10:54up on screen here real quick. Give me a second.
- 10:58What you're doing, I mean 9 slugs in the guy, but I didn't
- 11:08do it intentionally. Right.
- 11:10I didn't mean it was an accident.
- 11:15Let's see. Well, last night on my show, we
- 11:19went over that and we read the 15 page denial of whatever it
- 11:29was to to dismiss the case. And then tonight we are going to
- 11:34read the bond hearing. Ah OK.
- 11:37When is the bond hearing happening?
- 11:39Has it happened? I don't think it's been
- 11:41scheduled yet. Former Electric County Sheriff
- 11:44Sean Mickey Stein's acknowledged in a lawsuit that he killed
- 11:46District Judge Kevin R Mullins, but said he did not do so
- 11:49intentionally. Statement was part of an answer
- 11:52to a wrongful death lawsuit filed by Mullins widow seeking
- 11:55damages from him and from three deputies she claims should have
- 11:59stopped Stein's quote. Defendant admits to shooting
- 12:02Judge Kevin Mullins in his chambers.
- 12:04Defendant denies he did so intentionally as he lacked the
- 12:07capacity to intend the actions alleged in plaintiff's
- 12:11complaint. To the extent further response
- 12:14is required, defendant denies at this time.
- 12:16The answer says OK. That was a but that was a
- 12:20mouthful. Yeah, it's a lot blah blah, for
- 12:23sure. Yeah, 'cause that's the other
- 12:27thing that happened here is that we've got this lawsuit from
- 12:29Kevin Mullen's widow. A widow, yeah.
- 12:34Yeah, who? Who?
- 12:36It's basically a wrongful death suit against Stein's and three
- 12:39other, which basically, I mean, wasn't there a lawsuit from
- 12:44Mickey Stein's wife kind of in a similar did?
- 12:48Has she filed a lawsuit on this? Not that I know of, but but I I
- 12:55might not be the first one to know about something like that.
- 13:02That's funny. You're you're kind of persona
- 13:05non grata down there in Letcher County right now, right?
- 13:09Well, you know, not everybody can have a really cool accent
- 13:14and and I don't know. I think you got a cool accent.
- 13:20Well, thanks. Thanks.
- 13:21I think so too. Yeah, that's pretty funny.
- 13:25The so I was reading the document.
- 13:30Let me let me bring it back up here real quick.
- 13:34I was reading this document. It's, it's a 26 page document
- 13:43and basically says, no, it's, you may not, you may not unseal
- 13:48this evaluation. And then it goes on to show, I
- 13:53mean, just like every legal filing, there's like 93 pages
- 13:56of, of stuff, right, that has previously been filed and so
- 14:01forth. But I thought that this was
- 14:03interesting. This is the last page.
- 14:06It says the defendant seeks to unseal the KCPC evaluation and,
- 14:10quote, introduce portions of the psychological evaluation at an
- 14:14evidentiary bond hearing to support his defense and ensure
- 14:17the court has a full and fair understanding of the relevant
- 14:20facts. However, a bail hearing is not a
- 14:23trial rehearsal subject to Kentucky Rules of Evidence in
- 14:27the case law, upon request for bail, a defendant may testify
- 14:31and call witnesses to show the proof is not evident or the
- 14:35presumption is not great that he committed murder.
- 14:37The narrow issue of the hearing is whether the facts adduced by
- 14:41the Commonwealth, notwithstanding the
- 14:42contradiction of them by the defendant's proof, warrant the
- 14:45conclusion that the proof of guilt is evident or presumption
- 14:49of guilt is great. Any proof which may exist and be
- 14:53used to contradict the Commonwealth's facts naturally
- 14:56exists apart from the sealed KCPC evaluation.
- 15:00In case law, KCPC sealed evaluation, or portions thereof
- 15:03may not be introduced into evidence at the bail hearing.
- 15:05So he's like, hey, this is a narrow reason that we're meeting
- 15:09here. We're talking about Bond.
- 15:11And so you don't need it in fact, and it's and the law
- 15:16doesn't allow it anyway. So you just need to present your
- 15:20proof. Outside of that, I got to figure
- 15:23that the that the Bartleys kind of knew that this was going to
- 15:29be the way it was going. You know what I think they were
- 15:33doing? Can I say what I think they're
- 15:36doing? That's.
- 15:38Why you're here I think. Now I could be wrong of course,
- 15:43but seeing what happened last time that they responded to
- 15:52something, they attached the grand jury testimony.
- 15:58They did. So if they would have unsealed
- 16:01this, I just think that maybe they would have attached that to
- 16:05something to which would have been able to get it out into the
- 16:10public in a leaking way, you know what I'm saying?
- 16:13Yeah, they just, they are. They're.
- 16:15Smart. It's strategy.
- 16:18And they do seem to be trying this in the court of public
- 16:22opinion more than they're trying it in actual court, right?
- 16:27Well, they're smart. They are, yeah.
- 16:29Yeah, they're because if you think about it, all these
- 16:32courthouse people, they're all old stuffy know it alls that
- 16:37think that you know, they have been stuck in the the way that
- 16:42the that everything is always ran and the world is changing.
- 16:47The world is changing all the way around the criminal justice
- 16:51system, and it's kind of still been stuck in the same way.
- 16:55It's been going for quite some time.
- 16:57Like we didn't just wake up one day.
- 17:00And, you know, all this corruption that we're talking
- 17:03about, you know, this isn't just happening in Eastern Kentucky,
- 17:07but Eastern Kentucky is kind of one of the last places in the
- 17:11world to get moderate. You know, like they're still
- 17:14smoking in the courthouse, you know what I'm saying?
- 17:16They still control, you know, they're still back in the old
- 17:20days, you know, in, in some sense.
- 17:24And the Bartleys are young, they're hip.
- 17:29They know about TikTok, they know about Snapchat.
- 17:33They know how to use those platforms.
- 17:36And they also know that, you know, the world of true crime
- 17:41and the world of, you know, the way that people get their
- 17:45information today has changed so much.
- 17:50Yeah, well, this reminds me what has happened, by the way, real
- 17:57quick over in the over in the live chat guys, it really helps
- 18:01me if you put GF in any question that you want me to see it
- 18:06highlights it and I I can see that my mods are having the
- 18:11night nightbot remind you this. But please, please, please, even
- 18:15if you've already put in a question, I promise you I can't
- 18:18see it unless you put GF in the question in the comments.
- 18:21So please do that. I'd really love to answer any
- 18:24questions that you guys have. But what your comment,
- 18:27Elizabeth, it, it reminds me that it reminds me that there is
- 18:35a motion still pending right where the prosecution is asking
- 18:41for a change of venue. Yeah.
- 18:44Has that been has that been decided yet?
- 18:48Not one bit. We or I haven't heard anything
- 18:51about it. This is strange because
- 18:54typically it's the defense. It's like, hey, I want my client
- 18:56to get a fair shake. We need a change of venue.
- 18:59But in this case, it's the opposite.
- 19:01The the prosecution is saying in order to have a fair trial, we
- 19:07need to get out of Fletcher County.
- 19:08I don't think that that really holds all that much water
- 19:11though, because I mean, this is all over the state.
- 19:15It's all over the world. Yes, it is.
- 19:18Well, that's, that's a perfect example of what I was trying to
- 19:23explain earlier. You know, the criminal justice
- 19:26system has been so used to 1 certain way and you got to thank
- 19:30everybody that works in it, whatever their role is.
- 19:34You know, they've just gotten used to it being the way that
- 19:37it, it's been always. And now things are starting to
- 19:41change. You know, they've got tick
- 19:44tockers that are lawyers. There's one in particular that
- 19:47I'm thinking of, and she has just waged war on the family
- 19:52court system. You know, yeah, like all of her
- 19:56Tik Toks, you know, she is blasting the corruption and the
- 20:03wrong, you know, the misconduct of these judges.
- 20:07You know, and these other attorneys, honey, she has made a
- 20:11name for herself. And, you know, I watch her
- 20:15sometimes and people are saying the same things to her that they
- 20:18say to me. You know, please be careful.
- 20:21You know, are you, are you, you know, fearful for your life.
- 20:24And it's that I said, you know, 20 years ago, I probably would
- 20:28be dead already. But the world has changed so
- 20:32much now, you know, Plus, you know, I don't drink, so I'm not
- 20:37not going to no bars at night. I'm not, you know, out on the
- 20:41road at night, period, unless we're coming to or from a ball
- 20:44game. And I've got a vehicle full of
- 20:47kids with me all the time, you know, big basketball players.
- 20:51So try me if you want to, I guess you know, and you're going
- 20:57to have to, you're going to have they're going to anybody.
- 21:01Like if somebody was to actually come to hurt me at my home or
- 21:05something, you're going to go past 100 cameras, You're going
- 21:09to go past a school that's surrounded by cameras and every
- 21:14camera about, you know, door camera, whatever, you're going
- 21:18to get caught. Yeah, there there was a case,
- 21:21there was a case out in western Pennsylvania near Spartansburg,
- 21:24Pennsylvania, which is full on deep Amish country.
- 21:29It just, and what had been happening was there had been
- 21:34break insurance like burglaries in all these Amish farms.
- 21:38And, you know, nobody had connected what it, what was
- 21:43going on there. I I happened to be in, you know,
- 21:46I was reporting on the story. So I was in Sparty and I was
- 21:49talking with the people that own the hardware store and there
- 21:52happened to be a couple of Amish folks in there and they started
- 21:55telling me about it. Yeah, there's this rash of
- 21:58burglaries, right? So I go back to the Pennsylvania
- 22:01State Police, they call them public information release
- 22:04reports and start finding reports of burglaries out there
- 22:09in Crawford County near Spartansburg.
- 22:11Go back to Spartansburg and I say, is this person Amish?
- 22:16Is this person Amish? Is this person Amish, Right.
- 22:18And I was able to tie together like 11 robberies that it or
- 22:24burglaries that it happened there, right.
- 22:26OK, so then what happened was in the course of a burglary, a man
- 22:32thought he had the place cased and he goes inside and a young
- 22:36mom, pregnant, 8 1/2 months pregnant with two little kids
- 22:40aged 3 and or four and two, something like that.
- 22:44And he slits her throat, kills her.
- 22:47OK, now, and and of course, when I when I was reporting on this
- 22:51and talking about these connected burglaries, the
- 22:54suspect's family is like, well, there goes that Gavin Fish
- 22:57connecting things that have nothing to do with it.
- 23:00He eventually, eventually pleaded guilty because yeah,
- 23:04yeah, he definitely was. Guilty.
- 23:07Yeah, I, I was the one that connected those things publicly.
- 23:10Now, the police, of course, were connecting those things behind
- 23:13the scenes for sure. Anyway, at his preliminary
- 23:17hearing, living out in the middle of podunk, nowhere, Amish
- 23:21country, no electricity kind of place, they had him on camera
- 23:27everywhere. Everywhere there was like there
- 23:31was a sportsman's club out there that had cameras just, and there
- 23:36were, there were like hunting cameras, right?
- 23:40There was a, there was a gas station.
- 23:42There was, you know, and it's along the kind of gas station
- 23:46that has one lonely pump and then like 5 horse, you know,
- 23:49ties, you know, what do they call those?
- 23:52I can't remember that you tie your horse too.
- 23:54But yeah, like, you cannot go anywhere in the modern world
- 23:58without being caught on camera. You just can't.
- 24:02Every home in America has a doorbell camera or you know,
- 24:07something now. And so, you know, if, if
- 24:11somebody wants to do that, you know, then they're gonna get
- 24:15caught. And so, you know, look at Mickey
- 24:18Steins. Mickey Steins were here today
- 24:21because Mickey Steins, you know, I don't know whether he
- 24:24remembered that camera was there or not.
- 24:26He could have just got been so mad and just wasn't even
- 24:30thinking about that until after it was over.
- 24:33And then was like, oh shit, that cameras.
- 24:37Oh dear. You know, I mean, he walked down
- 24:39the sidewalk. That could have been a very real
- 24:42thing. Him try to get away with it and
- 24:44get get out of there and then realize they they've got the
- 24:48camera. Yeah, I, I, I'm still, as you
- 24:51know, I'm a professional waffler, so I waffle back and
- 24:54forth on all this all the time. I do too.
- 24:59But do you think he was crazy in that moment?
- 25:05No. No.
- 25:06You don't. No, I don't.
- 25:09No, I'm starting to think I've always thought this really.
- 25:15But I've kept an open mind, you know, because I, I haven't like
- 25:20drilled down on one thing and been real, you know, they're all
- 25:25focused on this. I don't have no dog in the fat.
- 25:27So I don't care what the truth is, you know, it is what it is.
- 25:31I just want the truth to be out, yeah.
- 25:33Yeah, I think that there was just so much stuff and I think
- 25:40he thought that he was getting ready to go down alone.
- 25:43I think he thought that, you know, they were maybe grooming
- 25:50is might be the wrong word, Charming maybe trying to charm
- 25:56him into, you know, Oh, Mickey, it'll be all you're going to be
- 26:00all right, man. You're not going to run again
- 26:02anyway. You know, you just go ahead and
- 26:04do this and then it'll be over with.
- 26:06And, you know, maybe he thought he was the only one that was
- 26:09going to go down. And I could see myself sitting
- 26:12across the desk from the person that I knew all this stuff on,
- 26:17you know, that I knew he had done all this stuff.
- 26:20And basically the only reason I was in the position I was in is
- 26:23because of him doing his stuff. Couldn't stop doing his stuff.
- 26:28I, you know, I might be a little bit upset, too.
- 26:31Dude, you're getting ready to get away with everything, and
- 26:35I'm gonna go down this, you know, this ain't fair.
- 26:38This ain't right. Yeah.
- 26:40I mean, I don't know. Yeah, I'm, well, it's again, I
- 26:43waffle back and forth. I, when I first saw the video of
- 26:46him being interviewed by the by the state police in the
- 26:54beginning, I was like, dude, OK, this guy's 20 years in law
- 26:57enforcement. He knows, he know, he knows how
- 27:01to act crazy. He's seen it like a million
- 27:03times, right? And, and so in the beginning I
- 27:06was like, maybe. But when he is too afraid to go
- 27:11down the stairwell and then later on in the cop car in, you
- 27:17know, as he's being transferred out to out to the other jail,
- 27:22it's like, I don't know, man. I don't know if that can be an
- 27:25act. Well, I think that the paranoia
- 27:28was real, but just because you have paranoia and he was scared
- 27:32of going down that stairwell doesn't mean he's crazy.
- 27:36You know, he could. Now, I do believe that the
- 27:42threats were real. I feel like, you know, I don't
- 27:45think that he just went and did this, you know, just 'cause he
- 27:48got mad, you know, I think that it was a perfect storm of all of
- 27:55the stress and the pressure that was around him, you know, and
- 27:59only he knows what he's sitting on in the.
- 28:05Truth. Only he knows that we don't have
- 28:09any idea what he knows on other people.
- 28:11And what he don't, nobody knows but him.
- 28:14Yeah. So, you know, we might not can't
- 28:18even understand or even comprehend the kind of secrets
- 28:24that he knows. Yeah, I don't know, man.
- 28:29I don't know, This is this is a case, man, this Hey, what's been
- 28:35happening with Miss Little Miss Lila Stein's on TikTok and stuff
- 28:43like that. Is anything else come out on
- 28:45that? Well, I don't follow her.
- 28:49I never have. The only time I got something is
- 28:53if somebody had send it to me, you know, or something.
- 28:57So I haven't really been paying attention.
- 28:59She's come to a couple ball games, you know she.
- 29:04Have you talked to her yet? No.
- 29:06Why not? I don't want any part of that
- 29:10fish. Oh dude, I'd be all over it.
- 29:14I. Would not me?
- 29:15All over it. Not me, not at all.
- 29:20It is. Is this just don't want to be
- 29:22seen publicly talking with her or or something?
- 29:26Oh, no, no, I just, I'm not a reporter of fish.
- 29:30Everybody kind of gets that confused and mistaken.
- 29:34They keep trying to stick me in a box of, you know, stick me
- 29:38with a title and then they get upset when I'm, you know, they
- 29:43you're not a reporter. No, I'm not.
- 29:45I don't like to interview people because I get stutter over my
- 29:50words. You know, I, I kind of, I, I
- 29:54blank out when I get nervous and I don't know what to say.
- 29:58And so I would rather watch an interview and then we'll talk
- 30:04about it. Yeah, no, I hear that.
- 30:07And and you're right. I mean, you're right.
- 30:09I, I am more of a reporter Bent. And I if, if I saw Lila Stein's
- 30:15500 yards away from me, I would run toward that and I would want
- 30:19to talk to her because I, this is one of those cases where I
- 30:28kind of feel like justice was meted out.
- 30:31I don't, I'm, I'm not. I feel like there's so much
- 30:36evidence that has come out pointing to the fact that for
- 30:42years Kevin Mullins was essaying women that I don't mind.
- 30:48And now this is horrible because again, professional waffler,
- 30:52right? Professional waffler here.
- 30:54But it's horrible because I don't like prison justice.
- 30:58I don't, I don't like vigilante justice.
- 31:00But on the other hand, dude, if there are hundreds of victims
- 31:04out there, some of them probably don't even consider this.
- 31:08Some there's themselves victims. They don't understand the power
- 31:12imbalance. They don't understand just how
- 31:15wrong morally, ethically, legally that behavior is.
- 31:20I, I think that there are probably hundreds.
- 31:22And, and so I understand, I guess I understand what
- 31:28happened. And I kind of feel like I you're
- 31:31not. And as a reporter, you're not
- 31:33supposed to, you're not supposed to take sides, right?
- 31:37But I'm kind of on Mickey Stein's side on this.
- 31:42So a lot of people are, a lot of people are.
- 31:46I'm not on anybody's side because they both treated me,
- 31:50you know, like I didn't exist. So I don't have any, you know,
- 31:55like I said, I don't have any dog in the fat.
- 31:59I just, you know, I, we still don't have any proof or evidence
- 32:05on Mullins with anything. You know, nobody's come out and
- 32:08brought anything concrete on him.
- 32:11It's all. But I mean, even though we are,
- 32:12everybody knows he was a dirtbag.
- 32:14I mean, everybody just knows it. And around here, and I say I use
- 32:20that word because it's been used to me so many times by so many
- 32:24different people. That's not my word.
- 32:27That's what community members have said to me.
- 32:30You know, Yeah, we don't think that what Mickey did was right.
- 32:34But you know, regardless of whether there's proof out there
- 32:38on the judge or not, he was still a dirtbag and everybody
- 32:41knows it. Well, people reach out to me and
- 32:45they will say stuff like I've seen the video that like Sabrina
- 32:52Adkins talks about in her proffer.
- 32:54There's that. There's video proof of Judge
- 32:56Mullins having sex in his chambers with a woman from the
- 33:00jail, right? That's, that's the implication.
- 33:04And people will say I've seen the video.
- 33:06OK, do you have the video? Well, no, when did you see it?
- 33:13And, and they become really, really defensive.
- 33:15And I'm just asking basic reporter questions, right?
- 33:18Like, OK, I've got my skeptical hat on.
- 33:21I, I don't, my skeptical hat is, is on my lamp right there.
- 33:24But I'm putting on my skeptical hat and like a couple of them
- 33:29have said, hey, this video is coming out.
- 33:31And I would say, have you seen it?
- 33:33Well, no, I haven't seen it, but I know it exists.
- 33:35Well, how do you know it exists? And so for I don't know, I don't
- 33:40know how many people I've talked to, texted, actually talked on
- 33:44the phone with, in this case, probably probably more than a
- 33:47dozen. That all says, yeah, the video
- 33:50is there and it's going to come out.
- 33:52Oh, have you seen it? No.
- 33:53Or yes, I have. OK.
- 33:55Can you provide it to me? I just really can't do that, you
- 33:58know? So I don't know that the video
- 34:02really exists. Exactly.
- 34:04Fish. Exactly.
- 34:07So, you know, I, I found myself, you know, through experience,
- 34:14trial and error, I found myself on the backside of eating that
- 34:23hook, line and sinker, right? And then get on the other side
- 34:30of it and start seeing, OK, well, some of this stuff ain't
- 34:35lining up. You know, some of this ain't
- 34:40panning out once you start digging, right?
- 34:45And people will feed you something very convincingly,
- 34:50right? Yes.
- 34:51And then you go spend 3 hours researching and digging on this
- 34:57thing and then find out, oh, you know, really mistaken.
- 35:06You know, there you can see where they, they see or you can
- 35:11kind of see once you do the research and get in there and
- 35:14dig, you can kind of see why they think that they why they
- 35:19think what they do. But here's what has boiled down.
- 35:26This is what I have deducted from a situation, one specific
- 35:31situation I'm thinking of. You know, a lot of times people
- 35:37don't know what all comes with stability.
- 35:42Like they don't, they think, Oh my parent, my dad was a
- 35:46millionaire, you know, my dad was a drug dealer, he was a big
- 35:49time drug dealer. So I know he had millions in the
- 35:52bank, you know, I know he did. He had to have.
- 35:56Well then you go, you find like 5 bankruptcies, you know, and
- 36:02there everybody in town had been suing them in small claims
- 36:06court. You know, they don't have as
- 36:09much. Nobody's got that kind of money.
- 36:11You know, I don't care what kind of drug dealer you are, they're
- 36:13not wealthy. Drug dealers are not wealthy.
- 36:17I mean, you might, we call them mommy used to call it holler
- 36:21poor holler rich. You know, you get holler rich
- 36:24like the Beverly Hillbillies, you know, and then you don't
- 36:29have you get a big bunch of money and you just blow it and
- 36:34you don't use it and invest it and do something with it that
- 36:39will make more money. You know how many people got big
- 36:43settlements, black lung settlements and stuff like that
- 36:46around here? Great big chunks of money and
- 36:50it's gone. It's gone.
- 36:52I mean, they might have bought them a double wide or, you know,
- 36:54bought them a vehicle and family.
- 36:57You got tons of family then that you're helping out.
- 37:00Yeah. They come to you like this,
- 37:02right? Yeah, and.
- 37:04Addiction and then everybody wants to be a drug dealer.
- 37:08Everybody thinks I'm going to take that money and I'm going to
- 37:11buy this and I'm going to flip it.
- 37:14And then I'm going to take that money and I'm going to go get
- 37:17another and then I'm going to flip it.
- 37:19And then, you know, and that is how that's the kind of business
- 37:24minds that you have here, because you don't have
- 37:27education, you don't have people who are educated, you know, you.
- 37:31And it doesn't even matter if they are educated.
- 37:34Look at me. Look at me.
- 37:37I had a master's degree and couldn't do a damn thing with it
- 37:39because of who I was or who I wasn't, you know, And so I'm not
- 37:46the only one. Back in the 80s and the 90s,
- 37:50this place was packed. You couldn't go to the football
- 37:55field in neon and it I mean, it was standing room only, cars jam
- 38:02packed in there everywhere. I mean, take two hours to get
- 38:06everybody cleared out, you know, I mean, it was, there was just
- 38:09people everywhere. Now we can't even have a
- 38:12football team at our school because we don't have enough
- 38:15kids to play. Yeah.
- 38:18You know, people have left and one of the other things like
- 38:22this mess that I've had here in Jenkins, just like with my
- 38:27neighbors and the cops, like they don't support taxpaying
- 38:34good people that you know, you think, well, they're going to,
- 38:37they've got a career they're going to be building.
- 38:40You know, they're going to spend a lot of money here.
- 38:42They're going to invest here. They're going to want to keep
- 38:44their family here. They're going to, you know, you
- 38:46want those kinds of people. Those are the kinds of people
- 38:48that you want. No, they're back in the meth
- 38:52dealers. They're out here supporting, you
- 38:54know, the people that are taking over all of our property and you
- 39:00know, they don't, they don't care.
- 39:02They don't care. I mean, I've fought the chief of
- 39:05police and the mayor over this mess here out behind me, took
- 39:09over half my property, not just mine.
- 39:12Now they're taking over what they took over the graveyard
- 39:15back there across the Creek. And trust me, since I've started
- 39:20my show, I cannot tell you how many people have reached out to
- 39:24me over property thefts like, and they used the court to do it
- 39:29like fraudulent deeds, people going and, and signing deeds
- 39:34over forging signatures on them and people losing their property
- 39:39because somebody forged something and took it up there.
- 39:43And then nobody's got no money to hire an attorney.
- 39:47And when your lawyer's in on it all, when your law, when your
- 39:51own lawyer is in on it all. Now that's the kind of organized
- 39:56crime that I'm talking about and I've been talking about.
- 40:00And do you think Mullins was was part of that sort of stuff too?
- 40:03I think they've all been in on it from as far back as you can
- 40:09go. I I just like I said, I can't
- 40:12even tell you how many stories that I've gotten that I've just
- 40:17been sitting on, you know, I don't go tell them.
- 40:20I don't put them on my show, you know, because you can't prove
- 40:24none of it. You can't prove none of it.
- 40:28Like one family that was here, this woman had adopted a, a son
- 40:36and he moved away. He grew up, moved away.
- 40:41Well, whenever the mom and her husband passed away, allegedly
- 40:48the sister of the mom was just pissed off because her estate,
- 40:54that was her sister's estate and no way should that adopted kid
- 40:59get all of her sister's money. Well, it was told to me that
- 41:04they went and gave a certain lawyer $500.
- 41:07Now, this was way back 30 years ago.
- 41:09This wasn't, you know, just recently.
- 41:11So $500 thirty years ago was a lot of money and changed the
- 41:17wheel and that boy didn't even know that he was in it, you
- 41:22know, so he didn't know to contest it.
- 41:25Didn't show up, so lost by default, right?
- 41:31How many of those things you think have had has happened over
- 41:34the years? You know, I mean, Jenny, my
- 41:40friend is an attorney. So she know she and she's been
- 41:43doing a whole lot of like federal work.
- 41:45She's been doing a whole lot of other stuff.
- 41:48And so she's kind of guided me and shown me how to look for
- 41:54things and how to see things. And one of the things that I I
- 42:01found through working with somebody else too, was there
- 42:05were so many, so many cases in appeals, appeals cases that had
- 42:13one particular judge and one particular lawyer in common,
- 42:18over 100 cases in. Appeals.
- 42:21And it was for summary judgments.
- 42:25And so somebody would, this one particular lawyer would file
- 42:29these cases asking for a summary judgment of, say, $8500, and
- 42:37this judge would grant it, but he would grant 10,000.
- 42:43I'm just using that as a number. I'm making it up as a, you know,
- 42:47a fake example. He would grant it for and now
- 42:54mind you, this person was, no, they were not even entitled to
- 42:59this money. They, they were not entitled to
- 43:01it to begin with, right. And which is one reason why
- 43:04we're in appeals or why we're finding these in appeals.
- 43:08And but the judge would grant it just grant a summary judgment
- 43:1210,000 And so they would win it. Well, then the cases that we're
- 43:18finding, they're not from people, individuals.
- 43:24They're from hospitals. They're from insurance
- 43:26companies. They're from other people who
- 43:31have lawyers. Yeah, So they can afford to take
- 43:35it. So how many of them didn't go to
- 43:37appeal? Yeah.
- 43:39So how many didn't go to appeal if we found over 100?
- 43:43Wow. So I mean.
- 43:44In this county. Just in Letcher County, this.
- 43:47County with this one judge and this one attorney.
- 43:52So before we finish off this conversation, because I want to
- 43:55get to our last segment, which I think is going to be great.
- 44:02What, what, what comes next in the Mickey Stein's prosecution?
- 44:06I guess we got a bail hearing coming up sometime, but Kentucky
- 44:11courts just have a real hard time.
- 44:13Like I can't find anything scheduled.
- 44:16I guess what, what what comes next?
- 44:19I don't know if the Bartleys even, you know, I mean, I, of
- 44:25course I, I don't talk to them, so I have no idea what they're
- 44:31thinking or doing or of course, you know, but I think that they
- 44:36know, they pretty much know they ain't nobody giving him a bomb.
- 44:40Even if the judge says OK, I'm like, you know, I, I, well, the
- 44:46one temporary judge, the female who was appointed for some one
- 44:53of the days in the process, she was, she had said I made a
- 44:59statement that she was, you know, she wasn't, she didn't
- 45:05like not giving people a bond. You know, I, she didn't care
- 45:09what they did. She just, she didn't think that
- 45:11that was fair or let me take that back.
- 45:14Not that she didn't care what they did.
- 45:16She didn't say that, but you know what I'm saying, that she
- 45:22doesn't think that anybody should not have a bond, whatever
- 45:26it was she said to that effect. Well, she took a lot of heat for
- 45:31that. I mean, people were outraged and
- 45:36I think that she just didn't want to have to deal with that
- 45:40after she saw how much people responded to it on both sides of
- 45:46the fence. You know, you had people on both
- 45:48sides of the fence that was responding to it and she didn't
- 45:52even take it up. Then whenever she came back, she
- 45:55was like, I think I'm going to let the trial judge deal with
- 45:58this. She didn't even.
- 46:04That's funny. OK, well, I guess we will find
- 46:07out as it happens, right? OK, I've got a new segment right
- 46:14now. Here's the deal with this
- 46:16segment. It is called 3 Questions.
- 46:19Before we begin the segment, these questions are for you.
- 46:22Now, they typically come in from my viewers for me, but I have
- 46:27kind of taken what some viewers have asked and I have
- 46:31editorialized a little bit to point to you.
- 46:33OK, so, so people who have asked those questions, I will.
- 46:39I will answer them too eventually.
- 46:40OK. But here's the deal.
- 46:43I can't tell you what the question.
- 46:45It could be about anything because nothing is off the
- 46:47table. Everything is on the table.
- 46:49And it's not necessarily about your channel true crime Kevin
- 46:54Mullins It could be anything. But you have to solemnly promise
- 46:58that you are game to answer any question that you get you in
- 47:04truth or. Dare I'm truth all the way?
- 47:07All right, here we go. It's three questions with Gavin
- 47:16Finn, POW. OK, Elizabeth Jones, Let's
- 47:21bring. I love.
- 47:22That first question, here we go. You ready?
- 47:24You like you like the production value there.
- 47:27I do. I do.
- 47:28Yeah. OK.
- 47:29First question for Elizabeth Jones.
- 47:31Hillbilly Crime, by the way, guys, if you have not subscribed
- 47:34to Hillbilly Crime, you need to subscribe to Hillbilly Crime,
- 47:38OK. How many subscribers do you have
- 47:40now and? We got over 26,000 I think and
- 47:46I'm going to be doing my show as soon as we get done with this.
- 47:49I haven't scheduled it yet, but as soon as we get done with this
- 47:52I'll schedule mine and mine will probably be at 7:30.
- 47:55So head on over there. Good.
- 47:56OK, First question is what drives you to keep covering
- 47:59stories even when pressure gets personal and local?
- 48:02I know what you told me, that you're in a bit of a, what would
- 48:08we call it, a scuffle, a tiff between yourself in the local
- 48:15paper. Well, I don't know if it's If
- 48:21so, why? What drives you to keep covering
- 48:24stories even when the pressure gets personal and local?
- 48:27Because I have to pay my bills and I have to have a job.
- 48:32And I planned this two years before I ever started it.
- 48:39This did not just pop up out of, you know, overnight.
- 48:47So the the timing with the with the Kevin Mullins case was just.
- 48:51God. Yeah, just all right, so.
- 48:55He shot, he shot, he shot Kevin six days after I started my
- 49:00first show. Wow, wow man.
- 49:07So just kismet. There it was.
- 49:10It was meant to be. And God has prepared me for this
- 49:16all my life. All of the rejection, all of the
- 49:20isolation, all of the disappointment, all of the
- 49:24failure that I have had all my life, the last 15 years, my life
- 49:31turned around. And so, you know, that prepared
- 49:38me. I'm not easily broken.
- 49:42And that prepared me for this. You know, like now when I see
- 49:47him pull these moves that they think are just going to, you
- 49:50know, I'm going to go out and put a, you know, that's what
- 49:55they think I'm going to do. They're just going to destroy
- 49:57me. Honey, I love it.
- 50:00You bring it on. If that's the best you got, Come
- 50:03on. That is, well, that's a good
- 50:05attitude because I'll tell you what, in, in my life, the times
- 50:11when I, I've had two pretty deep depressive episodes, I, I, I
- 50:18wasn't clinically like diagnosed or anything, but two times where
- 50:21I've gotten really down and it has been when I've gotten, I've
- 50:27had to face failure, right? It's just been really tough.
- 50:31And it seems like with you, that is the motivating factor, right?
- 50:37Push. Push on through it.
- 50:39Hey, you know what I just realized?
- 50:41They're called hitching posts. That's what they're called
- 50:43hitching posts. Sorry.
- 50:45That one was not going to let. I wasn't going to let it go.
- 50:48OK, What were you gonna say? I.
- 50:51Don't remember that's. OK.
- 50:54All right. Let's move on to the second
- 50:55question because this is 3 I need to bring up guys any if you
- 50:59want to ask three questions sometimes of me, sometimes of my
- 51:03guest, e-mail them to three questions at gavinfish.com.
- 51:05Three questions gavinfish.com. It's spelled out THR EE and and
- 51:10I don't get all that many questions.
- 51:12I think people are afraid to ask that.
- 51:15They don't know it. It's still new.
- 51:17You'll get more. Well, you know what one of the
- 51:19questions was yesterday full on it was boxers or briefs.
- 51:24I've I've had I've had one question that was what is the
- 51:28appropriate quantity of lovemaking sessions a couple
- 51:31should have in a week? What was the answer?
- 51:36Depends. On how old you are, early you
- 51:41newlywed because in that case like 50.
- 51:46If you're my age, it's like 0. Yeah.
- 51:53Do you have prostate cancer? Yeah.
- 51:55Negative. All right, All right, question
- 51:57#2 what is the most unexpectedly funny moment you have
- 52:03experienced while And I? It says reporting, but I want
- 52:07to, I want to follow your lead here.
- 52:09You're not a reporter, but you are telling stories.
- 52:12So what's the most unexpected funny moment you've experienced
- 52:15while you've been telling a serious story?
- 52:19Well, I still do it and I really should try not to, but I'll be
- 52:26having a real serious story up. You know, we'll be watching
- 52:30something, but at the same time I'm trying to go through my
- 52:33comments, you know, and a lot of times our people are having
- 52:39conversations that don't have anything to do They're.
- 52:44Just chatting. Yeah.
- 52:45Oh yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 52:48I mean, we have a real community just like you do.
- 52:51I mean, I love it. I love it.
- 52:53But I'll get over there into some of those comments, into
- 52:57some of those conversations, those side conversations, and
- 53:00I'll notice they're over there on the screen.
- 53:02It's talking about all this serious stuff.
- 53:05And I'm sitting here like grinning and laughing and going
- 53:09on. I'm like, oh God, I bet.
- 53:10Well, you're talking. I sometimes have to give the, I
- 53:14have to give the disclosure to my audience that, hey, I take
- 53:18crime serious, I take victims serious.
- 53:22I take victims families very seriously.
- 53:24I do not take life or myself seriously.
- 53:28You got to laugh, man. You got to laugh.
- 53:30And I have a. Kind of an odd sense of humor.
- 53:33Do you what? What is a give me an example of
- 53:37like who is a comedian that speaks to you like that?
- 53:40That will make you laugh. A comedian?
- 53:45Well, Katt Williams, George Carlin.
- 53:49Oh, I see. OK, yeah, you kind of kind of
- 53:52the brainy stuff. Yeah, yeah.
- 53:55Good stuff all. Right, I really like George
- 53:58Carlin. I like Carlin too.
- 54:00I like Carlin. He he seemed he was a he was an
- 54:05astute. Well, I guess most comedians
- 54:07are. He was just a very good observer
- 54:10of the ridiculousness of the human condition, right?
- 54:14Like he was. He was really good at that.
- 54:16OK, third question. What is one thing that makes you
- 54:20feel strong every time you do it?
- 54:24What is one small thing that makes you feel strong every time
- 54:28you do it? Oh, What is one small thing that
- 54:34makes you feel strong? When I apologize, when I admit.
- 54:42When I admit I'm wrong. Yeah.
- 54:46Because every time I do, I feel, I can feel that, you know, I I
- 54:50feel that strength when I do it. But you don't feel it unless you
- 54:56do it. It's a hard thing to do.
- 55:00It is a difficult thing to do it.
- 55:02It gets easier with practice. It does like the other day.
- 55:07Yeah, Sorry, go ahead. No.
- 55:09Go ahead. The other day I'd kind of got
- 55:12into it with another mom over our kids.
- 55:16Our kids were fussing with each other.
- 55:20And I came, I didn't know his mom, you know, or nothing.
- 55:26But I kind of, I came in on 10 and she came in on one and I
- 55:35stayed at 10 and she stayed at 1:00.
- 55:40And I was like, what's going on here?
- 55:45Because I, I, I've experienced so many people that I thought
- 55:51were my friends, but obviously they weren't ever my friends.
- 55:56But they chose the Matt Butler ultimatum.
- 56:00They chose him and not me. And so I really, I don't know
- 56:07who's friend or foe anymore sometimes.
- 56:09So I walk around with the scowl just waiting, you know, in
- 56:14defense mode because I don't know if you're going to smile at
- 56:18me or if you're going to cuss me out.
- 56:20But if you're going to cuss me out, I'm going to bark right
- 56:24back. You know, I'm not going to take
- 56:26it. And you know, I told you I've
- 56:29been to, I was chased around by the judge's wife and I barked
- 56:33right back at her. It sure didn't go the way she
- 56:36thought it was going to go. And oh, but, but Butler's wife,
- 56:41honey, I bark right back at you. You know, it didn't go the way
- 56:45that she thought it was going to go either.
- 56:47And you know I'll give you what you give me.
- 56:51Well, what happened then with this, with this mom who gave you
- 56:53one out of 10? Oh.
- 56:56Well, I just, I had to me, I had, I came down to A5 and then
- 57:02I came down to a four and she just kept staying at 1:00.
- 57:06And then I felt this big, you know, and I was like, I'm so
- 57:09sorry, man. I am so sorry.
- 57:14And I have respect that I've not had for many in this in my
- 57:21entire life. I've got more respect for her.
- 57:25And I don't even know her and I've not spoke to her since
- 57:28either. But you know still.
- 57:30Yeah, that whole admitting that one is wrong as actually
- 57:34empowering because it allows you to kind of be self, it allows
- 57:40you to be introspective to to kind of I call them personal
- 57:44inventories. I do them every week, every
- 57:46Sunday I do an inventory of myself.
- 57:48How did this week go? How did I do and you know what I
- 57:52I give myself out of boys when I feel like I really did a good
- 57:55job and and I lash myself. I give myself mental, you know,
- 57:59flagellation when I when I feel like I've done poorly.
- 58:04I'm not like I'm not down on myself.
- 58:07I mean, you got to extend grace to yourself too, but when you
- 58:10recognize the, the, the times that you have fallen short and
- 58:15if you're able to apologize for those things and make those
- 58:18things right, it really is self healing, right?
- 58:20It really does. It does help.
- 58:23You know something else I did last night?
- 58:27I sat down and I took all of my analytics for which me and you
- 58:36need to have a talk soon, hopefully after this show if you
- 58:40have a few minutes. Yeah, I got it.
- 58:42Before mine so I don't and I don't have mine scheduled yet so
- 58:46it's OK, we can talk for as long as we need to.
- 58:49But I took all my analytics and I put them into my ChatGPT and
- 58:58you know, I've been using ChatGPT for the whole time that
- 59:02I have been working on my show, but I've been using it to like
- 59:09teach, show me how to how to do this Shopify, like it helped me
- 59:13build my my merch store. It helped me connect everything.
- 59:17Like I didn't know the, the, you know, the just the computer
- 59:22stuff, you know, you have to connect this to that and you
- 59:25have to do this. And I just didn't know any of
- 59:28it. And so that's what I used my
- 59:30ChatGPT for, right, was to help me get all of this going.
- 59:34And you have to know what to ask it to do.
- 59:39That is correct. The right questions, You have to
- 59:41know how to prompt it to get what you need.
- 59:45And if you're not asking the correct way, it's going to give
- 59:50you an answer, but it's not going to give you the answer
- 59:54that you really need if you don't know how to ask.
- 59:59And so I've just through trial and error and experience usage
- 1:00:04practice, I've been putting all this together.
- 1:00:07Well, I never thought about doing that, using it for that
- 1:00:12yet. And I, I followed your lead.
- 1:00:15I asked you if you paid for it. And you were like, yeah, I use
- 1:00:20it every day. And I was like, all right, I'm
- 1:00:23going to do it. I'm going to do it.
- 1:00:24So I pulled the trigger on it. And now I've got my Pro 2.
- 1:00:28And I put all my analytics in it last night.
- 1:00:31And honey, I tell you what, you just, I had no idea that I had
- 1:00:39accomplished as much as what I had.
- 1:00:44Like one of my boy's friends came in today and he's like, you
- 1:00:47got 26,000. He's like Mr. Beast didn't even
- 1:00:51have that in his first year. And I was like.
- 1:00:54What? And he was like, yeah, Mr. Beast
- 1:00:57only had like 8000, his first year.
- 1:01:00You're like 12 year old kids, right?
- 1:01:02And they know all of this stuff. And so I'm really trying to, but
- 1:01:11I've really, honey, I'm learning, I'm learning more than
- 1:01:19and I have it on just on my Facebook in the last week.
- 1:01:24I've just from, from tweaking things here and there and using
- 1:01:30my ChatGPT and, and asking it to help me figure out how to do
- 1:01:34this and how to do that and how to do this.
- 1:01:37I have made more money this week on Facebook than I have in the
- 1:01:43last six months. Wow.
- 1:01:46Well, I, I don't mean to brag here, Elizabeth, but on Facebook
- 1:01:50last month, yeah, I made like 15 bucks.
- 1:01:54Well, that's what I wanted to talk to you about because I
- 1:01:56figured it out, Gavin. OK, well, let me wrap up the
- 1:01:59show real quick. Thank you very much for joining
