Abolishing ICE: Watters pressed El-Sayed on his anti-ICE rhetoric, demanding to know who would deport criminal undocumented immigrants if the agency were abolished. El-Sayed countered that the U.S. successfully enforced immigration policies through the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) long before ICE existed, telling Watters, "We were able to enforce our immigration policies without shooting people in the face."
