Transcript
- 0:02SPEAKER_01: Hello, welcome to our podcast, Real Talk Real Healing.
- 0:06SPEAKER_01: Today we're gonna have more of a dialogue conversation.
- 0:09SPEAKER_01: We really wanted to review the last six months, guys.
- 0:12SPEAKER_01: We've been here, we've been recording episodes, we've been showing up, we've been doing all the things, and we really just wanted to have a conversation of like what's been working, what hasn't been working, what's going well, what has helped us, and all the things in between.
- 0:26SPEAKER_01: And as we've been reviewing our last six months, we're going through our calendar, we're writing down little things that we've had happen, and something that we're talking about is really special.
- 0:35SPEAKER_01: We are gonna be bringing back something that is so near and dear to our heart that we created a couple years to go together.
- 0:42SPEAKER_01: It's gonna be an amazing opportunity to like work with us to go deeper on everything we've been talking about the last six months in a community.
- 0:49SPEAKER_01: So I'm so excited to share that with you when the time is right.
- 0:52SPEAKER_01: We'll share a little bit more at the end of this podcast, but we are so excited to dive in today.
- 0:58SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 0:59SPEAKER_00: And a big thing that we just want to share again, our podcast is we're coming back to the to the title.
- 1:04SPEAKER_00: Like our it is real talk, real healing for a reason.
- 1:08SPEAKER_00: Like, this is why we like recording these episodes with little life updates and like what we're actually going through.
- 1:14SPEAKER_00: So we can show you a little bit of behind the scenes that like just because we're the healers and we're doing all the work and we know a lot of tools doesn't mean that we're like dismissed from all of the healing and the hard stuff, you know.
- 1:29SPEAKER_00: So we're gonna share a couple of lessons that we've learned over the last six months as we both helped each other go through the calendar, reminded each other of a couple of things that just really happened that we can be really proud of and also be like, wow, I forgot that happened.
- 1:42SPEAKER_00: Like, and just the progress that we've made over six months, we just underestimate and we forget.
- 1:48SPEAKER_00: I think because we're so in like this fast time, you know, where we're just like do the next thing and show it on Instagram and do-da-da.
- 1:58SPEAKER_00: Like, again, this is why we're we're about real talk, real healing.
- 2:01SPEAKER_00: Let's slow down, look back and see what actually worked for us, what actually happened over the six months, which it reminded me of also another thing that we created before and we do every year, um, called Energy Renew.
- 2:15SPEAKER_00: And we love to share this in the beginning of the year because it's like, how often do we actually look back at all of our calendar and our pictures and like see what actually happened over the last year?
- 2:26SPEAKER_00: So this is your invitation as we go into the last quarter of the month of the year, um, going into 27, 27, which is so crazy, and it's already October.
- 2:35SPEAKER_00: I'm like, what the heck happened to this year?
- 2:37SPEAKER_00: Um, so we're gonna look back, we're gonna be looking back for a few months and just kind of sharing on our heart what's coming up for us, and just maybe you can do the same thing and reflect back to see what's what you're celebrating, what's helped you, what's holding you back.
- 2:51SPEAKER_00: So for both of us, since we do this energy renew every year and multiple events around the new year and like setting that energy, we both pick words for our year.
- 3:01SPEAKER_00: And maybe you're with us on that, or maybe you haven't tried it yet, totally fine.
- 3:06SPEAKER_00: I do always say, and I I host a one in person, I also do one virtually with Desi.
- 3:11SPEAKER_00: So my other friend is always like, be careful what you ask for.
- 3:14SPEAKER_00: And that's what I'm really seeing a lot of right now in all the things that are coming up.
- 3:21SPEAKER_00: And my word was bold, and it came in really early last year, and I was like, okay, bold is it.
- 3:26SPEAKER_00: That's it.
- 3:27SPEAKER_00: Like, I gotta, I gotta do it.
- 3:29SPEAKER_00: And I'm just seeing it over and over and over again of like, am I showing up boldly?
- 3:34SPEAKER_00: Am I showing up fully committed, two feet in?
- 3:37SPEAKER_00: Because I realized after the last last couple months that I'm like, wow, things weren't working out for me before because I was never two feet in.
- 3:45SPEAKER_00: I was never fully committed because I just didn't trust myself.
- 3:48SPEAKER_00: I did not trust myself to follow through, to believe in myself, to really be boldly and be my true self.
- 3:55SPEAKER_00: So, over the last six months, I think the biggest lesson is like really trusting myself and being bold and like who I truly am.
- 4:03SPEAKER_00: I have, um, of course, along with creating our podcast six months ago, which is also insane.
- 4:09SPEAKER_00: So, we're celebrating everything about that because we've been showing up behind the scenes.
- 4:15SPEAKER_00: You guys don't know what happens, you know, behind the scenes of podcasts.
- 4:19SPEAKER_00: We have to talk about it pretty like every week.
- 4:22SPEAKER_00: We, of course, the recording is the fun part, but we gotta talk about ideas.
- 4:27SPEAKER_00: Our prep in order to even launch this thing was definitely extensive, and we had no idea what we're doing, but we kept figuring it out along the way.
- 4:35SPEAKER_00: And we're just so proud of that.
- 4:38SPEAKER_00: And at the around the same time, I went through a big grief.
- 4:42SPEAKER_00: Um, we went through a really close loss in our family, which was my boyfriend Steve, his sister passed suddenly, very unexpectedly, and it really rocked our worlds because it was just a really hard thing.
- 4:55SPEAKER_00: And I was literally like, again, I'm careful what you ask for because I was literally telling Desi, like, okay, I'm ready to go in, let's do this podcast, let's do this.
- 5:04SPEAKER_00: And I really want my business, you know, I really want to help people and do all these things.
- 5:08SPEAKER_00: And, you know, we are coaches at the end of the day, and we have to be able to hold our own self in order to help our clients.
- 5:14SPEAKER_00: And it was like this happened, and I was like, oh, okay.
- 5:17SPEAKER_00: Now I get to really be in the grief and really get to, you know, be a little tested of like, how am I gonna hold somebody else?
- 5:24SPEAKER_00: And how how can I help somebody in this situation, or really just understand it, you know, from a hindsight point of view.
- 5:31SPEAKER_00: And, you know, Desi got to hold me in it and we use it for the podcast.
- 5:34SPEAKER_00: And, you know, of course, as always, if any grief that you deal with, whether it's, you know, a super personal loss or not, we it hold it stays with you, any kind of grief.
- 5:45SPEAKER_00: So it's really learning and and just looking back on the lessons um, you know, that you learn throughout it and and how to move forward.
- 5:52SPEAKER_00: And and also, of course, since I love signs, I love synchronicities and signs and angel numbers and all the things.
- 6:00SPEAKER_00: And something that's really I've learned over the last six months as well, is my intuition is so much more clear now.
- 6:07SPEAKER_00: And I can really tap in a little bit more now of like signs and spiritual stuff.
- 6:15SPEAKER_00: I'm like, oh, okay, like I'm opening up my channel even more right now, which is really freaking cool too.
- 6:20SPEAKER_00: You can go ahead and share, why don't you share your word and a little bit of what's what what you're learning and and celebrating as well.
- 6:28SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 6:28SPEAKER_01: Well, I love all that for you too, because you you really have shown up so much boldly than you ever have before.
- 6:34SPEAKER_01: And it really has uh been a big shift for you in the direction that you've been wanting to go.
- 6:40SPEAKER_01: And so it's like, oh, wait a minute.
- 6:41SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that's right.
- 6:42SPEAKER_01: This stuff does work when you do it, right?
- 6:44SPEAKER_01: Show up and we do the practices and we work through the shadows and we commit to it and all the things.
- 6:49SPEAKER_01: And so I went with a very fun word, I feel like, because it was opportunities.
- 6:54SPEAKER_01: I quit my corporate job in January of this year, and I yeah, right, crazy uh wanted lots of opportunities, and I definitely got opportunities.
- 7:05SPEAKER_01: I would love more business opportunities, but some of the opportunities they got were like going to Alaska, which was such a blessing.
- 7:12SPEAKER_01: My flight was paid for, my um room was paid for, and it was just such a great opportunity to go see another part of this beautiful country.
- 7:21SPEAKER_01: And not only did I get invited there, it was at a beautiful resort, and uh they had PMF beds and they had these CBD beds and they had all these this salt root room cave room, salt room cave, yeah.
- 7:35SPEAKER_01: Um which was just so cool.
- 7:37SPEAKER_01: It was all this, all these healing modalities that I got to go and experience, and so that was a great opportunity.
- 7:43SPEAKER_01: I also was invited to be a facilitator in Rocky Point in Mexico with breath work, which was so fun and so cool.
- 7:50SPEAKER_01: So I was able to do that in June, and so I had all these little things happening, not even little hat, all these things happening back to back.
- 7:57SPEAKER_01: So, in between all that, that was like May, June, and yeah, there's a lot of things that happened in June, a little bit in July.
- 8:04SPEAKER_01: But the biggest thing that I was doing behind the scenes in my business was planning an eight-day live event called Sacred Return, and that definitely pushed me to so many freaking edges.
- 8:15SPEAKER_01: I've never done it before.
- 8:16SPEAKER_01: I had guest speakers come on, I had to create things I've never created before.
- 8:21SPEAKER_01: I had to show up in ways that I never show show have have showed up so far, right?
- 8:25SPEAKER_01: When you're putting on a big event like that, when you're running something behind the scenes, and then you have to show up for it, right?
- 8:31SPEAKER_01: So it's like, okay, cool, I have all the people, but now I have to get, I have to actually show up and lead this thing for eight days, which I'm like, yeah, I probably won't do an event like that that long for free going forward because there was so much behind the scenes, and it was a great learning curve for me.
- 8:47SPEAKER_01: Uh, Lisa and I signed up for this program, and they actually have like a 10-day and it's like twice a day.
- 8:53SPEAKER_01: So I did modify it a little bit, and it was such a big expansion into the business owner that I want to be and how I want to run my business truly.
- 9:02SPEAKER_01: And it was it was exhausting.
- 9:03SPEAKER_01: Something that's been changing with me over the last several months is uh my hormones have been changing, things around my cycle have been changing so much, and so there's been like all this layer added layers of like stress and tiredness and fatigue and just feeling unmotivated that I've never actually experienced before.
- 9:20SPEAKER_01: So it's been challenging for sure.
- 9:22SPEAKER_01: And then while I was running Sacred Return, I got a text message from my father, and we had just spent the weekend boating with my family, which we've done for the last like 10 years.
- 9:33SPEAKER_01: Every year on Father's Day, we do this boating trip.
- 9:36SPEAKER_01: And I triggered my dad somehow, somehow, I don't know why.
- 9:41SPEAKER_01: There was no yelling, there was no cursing, there was no fighting, there was like nothing that's happened in the past before, but I got a really long text message from him in the middle of Sacred Return.
- 9:49SPEAKER_01: Well, I'm running this huge event, uh, that he no longer wants to speak to me anymore.
- 9:54SPEAKER_01: He brought up something from 25 years ago and just said he didn't know no longer wants to speak to me again.
- 9:59SPEAKER_01: And I was no reason, no conversation, no nothing.
- 10:04SPEAKER_01: Just I got a text message.
- 10:06SPEAKER_01: And of course, at first I'm like, I'm reading it and I'm like, I don't even know what he's talking about.
- 10:10SPEAKER_01: Like my response to him, like, is this even meant for me?
- 10:13SPEAKER_01: Because I don't know what this is about.
- 10:15SPEAKER_01: Um, and so yeah, that was just like really expanded me even more because I had to show up that night and I had to teach and I had to put into practice everything that I had been teaching into that moment, into those feelings, into that trying to wrap my head around it, like all the things that come up with it.
- 10:34SPEAKER_01: And I would have to say, like, overall, I'm so grateful that I've been doing this work.
- 10:38SPEAKER_01: I am so grateful that I have the tools.
- 10:40SPEAKER_01: I'm so grateful that I've done so much healing around my childhood with my parents and everything, because that would have spent sent most people on like a downward spiral, like 100%.
- 10:51SPEAKER_01: And for me, it was like, okay, like I processed the emotions, I cried it out for a minute, I let it go in the sense of his experience doesn't mean that I'm a bad person.
- 11:01SPEAKER_01: It doesn't mean that I did something wrong, like he's perceiving it a certain way.
- 11:05SPEAKER_01: His little boys really hurt.
- 11:07SPEAKER_01: I could have so much compassion for him, so much understanding.
- 11:10SPEAKER_01: And at the same time, like, you don't treat your adult daughter like that.
- 11:15SPEAKER_01: You don't send a text message saying that you're never gonna speak to them again.
- 11:18SPEAKER_01: Like to me, I can't wrap my head around like how do you not have a conversation?
- 11:23SPEAKER_01: But if we know like our parents and how they are, I feel like sometimes they get like a pass, right?
- 11:27SPEAKER_01: Like, oh, well, that's just how they are, so it's okay.
- 11:30SPEAKER_01: And I was just having that long conversation actually with my sister-in-law this last weekend when I was there, and she's like, Well, don't you feel like everybody kind of we kind of give passes to like certain people for certain things?
- 11:41SPEAKER_01: Like, and she kind of started naming some things, and I'm like, Yeah, but like you're not a jerk about it, right?
- 11:47SPEAKER_01: Like, like when you when people are like when you do something like that, like you know, we do give passes to people that we love and stuff, right?
- 11:53SPEAKER_01: And we accept them for who they are and stuff, but there it has to come a certain point where there's a boundary where like that isn't okay.
- 11:59SPEAKER_01: And so we were just having those long conversations and stuff.
- 12:02SPEAKER_01: So I actually saw him.
- 12:04SPEAKER_01: Um, he never responded to my text message, by the way.
- 12:06SPEAKER_01: Um, and I saw him and I was like, hey dad, what's up?
- 12:09SPEAKER_01: Like, I don't have any problems, like, I don't know what's going on with you.
- 12:12SPEAKER_01: You didn't communicate what I did, didn't give me a chance to apologize or have a conversation about what I said or what I did.
- 12:19SPEAKER_01: And I just realized he has a hurt little boy, and so yeah, I'm just kind of like, Well, we're just gonna go about our lives.
- 12:24SPEAKER_01: And so that was a really big thing that happened for me um during the summer.
- 12:31SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
- 12:32SPEAKER_00: And I mean, you had to like grieve through it too, like even though it wasn't technically an actual loss, it was at the same time, like your body, like any any trauma that happens for us, we either hold it on and repress it or we allow ourselves to feel through it.
- 12:48SPEAKER_00: So, exactly what you said, like I am so glad exactly the same thing, like that we have these tools.
- 12:53SPEAKER_00: Because again, if I didn't have them in order to go through my grief that was happening, I I had to go through it in a way and then also be able to hold everyone else too, because I knew the tools, so like I wanted to become more regulated to hold them because it was more personal to them, right?
- 13:09SPEAKER_00: You know, so I had to try to hold it together sometimes, and even though it affected me as well, but you know, in certain ways and everything, but it's it's that's what these tools are for that we know and and why we got into this work because life life is life and you know, we don't get you know, we don't get a pass, we never know when it's gonna happen.
- 13:29SPEAKER_00: And you gotta have the tools in order to support yourself and to have that safety, whether it's with yourself or whether it's with somebody else or a therapist or a coach, you gotta, you gotta be able to um regulate yourself in some kind of way.
- 13:47SPEAKER_00: Because again, then everything else is affected.
- 13:49SPEAKER_00: If you exactly it's a ripple effect, you know, and this is what I've been sharing a lot on my instant shift.
- 13:54SPEAKER_00: I've been saying, like, what are you doing things from?
- 13:56SPEAKER_00: Are you doing things for love or from love?
- 13:58SPEAKER_00: Because that is two different energies.
- 14:00SPEAKER_00: Very if and I've noticed this a lot more.
- 14:02SPEAKER_00: It's like when I'm doing using my intuition or not, and it's like intuitive again, I'm coming from my heart space, I'm coming from an inspired energy and excitement energy versus the scarcity and the fear and the doubt, because that is going to cause something completely different.
- 14:17SPEAKER_00: And you think of like I've been saying this too, like you think of the energy that and everything that you're doing, it's like little waves, like the invisible Wi-Fi signal or radio signal that's like going out.
- 14:27SPEAKER_00: Like every single thing you do, it's literally an effect.
- 14:31SPEAKER_00: So just think about that.
- 14:34SPEAKER_00: It is, yeah.
- 14:36SPEAKER_01: Well, I was like telling you this weekend, I was like, I was out in the wild with people that I, you know, I don't normally go into these settings, and I'm just listening to these people and just listening to what they're going through and what they have happening in their life.
- 14:47SPEAKER_01: And it's like, yeah, we're all going through so much.
- 14:50SPEAKER_01: Like nobody is alone in what they are going through.
- 14:53SPEAKER_01: And I know as a collective, we're purging and we're healing and we're moving through things, and then uh individually, we're also purging and going through things, and all these things are coming to the surface so that we can heal them, right?
- 15:05SPEAKER_01: And like me and Lisa are so passionate about what we do because we know how much this has changed our life because no matter what, stuff something's gonna happen.
- 15:12SPEAKER_01: So we might as well try to go through it as gracefully as we can.
- 15:15SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah, exactly.
- 15:17SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I think I think the biggest thing to like the you know, the lesson that I learned this year is like really being bold and trusting myself and like really listening to my intuition.
- 15:27SPEAKER_00: Like that's been the biggest thing as we were talking about.
- 15:29SPEAKER_00: I'm like, oh yeah, that's right.
- 15:30SPEAKER_00: Like I have been saying that a lot more lately.
- 15:32SPEAKER_00: Like my intuition is coming in so clear.
- 15:35SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I love it.
- 15:36SPEAKER_00: A part of that is, and and Desi, of course, is one of my besties, and also like we do things together, so we talk all the time and we're always like check checking in with each other, like, what's going on?
- 15:46SPEAKER_00: How are you feeling?
- 15:47SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, I was telling I've been telling her that I wanted to give up alcohol, and she's like, you know, like, yeah, it's it'd be really fun when you decide to like change that relationship.
- 15:57SPEAKER_00: And you know, she's told me like so many times that she like is really conscious of when she's drinking and checking with her body, does this feel good, does it not, and like really setting that intention beforehand.
- 16:07SPEAKER_00: And I was finally like over the summer, you know, and May is such a busy month for us.
- 16:12SPEAKER_00: We have celebration after celebration.
- 16:14SPEAKER_00: And I was like, I knew I I've been pulled because I've been having conversations about like alcohol just does not serve me right now.
- 16:21SPEAKER_00: And I finally was like, okay, like I really want to hit that point.
- 16:24SPEAKER_00: Like, I think I need to hit that point of being sober, like not like sober per se, like just giving it up because I know it's not good for me.
- 16:32SPEAKER_00: And finally, at the end of the summer, I'm like, yeah, I'm done.
- 16:34SPEAKER_00: I'm done with starting over.
- 16:36SPEAKER_00: And it it is alcohol, but it's actually all of the bad habits that I have.
- 16:40SPEAKER_00: It actually is not just alcohol.
- 16:42SPEAKER_00: Alcohol is like just like one of the most common, like, you know, bad habits.
- 16:47SPEAKER_00: But other habits, other bad habits of, you know, I just don't want to start over anymore.
- 16:51SPEAKER_00: Like I'm like literally looking back at six months ago, started my trifecta alchemy certification, finishing it up now.
- 16:58SPEAKER_00: And the literally one of the things I said on the opening call was like, I'm tired of my own bullshit.
- 17:02SPEAKER_00: Like I'm tired of my own excuses.
- 17:04SPEAKER_00: I'm over it.
- 17:05SPEAKER_00: I don't want to be in the same place.
- 17:06SPEAKER_00: Like I'm taking a chance on myself.
- 17:09SPEAKER_00: I'm risking financially, you know, of course, and also my time to change things.
- 17:16SPEAKER_00: And I learned so many practices.
- 17:18SPEAKER_00: I was, I was learned to be more grounded.
- 17:21SPEAKER_00: Again, like all these tools are really I'm seeing the shifts because I'm working with my own energy and I created a program out of it.
- 17:28SPEAKER_00: I created, you know, other things.
- 17:30SPEAKER_00: I've been able to get myself out of it or just be more conscious and aware.
- 17:34SPEAKER_00: And I think the the biggest thing was leading to the things that I was done with.
- 17:40SPEAKER_00: I was done with saying that like I'm done with it, but not really actually being done with it.
- 17:45SPEAKER_00: So, you know, in August, me and my boyfriend decided, okay, we're done with alcoholic.
- 17:50SPEAKER_00: I think we're, I think we're ready to like finally commit to our own health journey because we're both trying to like lose weight and feel good about ourselves.
- 17:56SPEAKER_00: My boyfriend, if you haven't been here and and um if I haven't shared in a while, he got a work injury, a work-related injury, and basically got forced to retire.
- 18:05SPEAKER_00: And we're still going through the whole pension situation.
- 18:07SPEAKER_00: So that's been stressful, and like he's just not himself fully because it's something hard to deal with, like mentally and physically, like you're dealing with something that you have no control over.
- 18:17SPEAKER_00: And we're both like, why do we keep doing this for ourselves when we say we want something and we just don't fully commit to it?
- 18:23SPEAKER_00: And so we we went all in finally, and I feel the most clear, most intuitive, and just you know, and maybe not happy all the time, but like I just feel like I can tap into a better energy.
- 18:36SPEAKER_00: And because of that, again, that's the ripple that's happening.
- 18:39SPEAKER_00: I'm talking to more people, I'm I'm getting more clients, I'm I'm getting out of my comfort zone.
- 18:44SPEAKER_00: I did a photo shoot recently and I met some really cool people, you know.
- 18:48SPEAKER_00: I did some events and other things that I like are out of my comfort zone.
- 18:52SPEAKER_00: I um have an opportunity to teach and sub at a new yoga studio, which has been feeling so good and so fulfilling.
- 18:59SPEAKER_00: Like so many things um that are happening that uh it's a testament to my energy right now, and a testament to what my intuition is telling me because again, I'm listening to my intuition, I'm listening to the energy, and it's not easy, it's not easy saying no, especially when my family literally has a bar in their basement and we call it the L bar, and it's like we go over there for all the events, and it's so tempting to drink, or they're like, come on, don't have a shot.
- 19:25SPEAKER_00: And I'm just like, no, I'm not drinking.
- 19:27SPEAKER_00: Like, and they they do respect it, but they also like still try to tempt me, you know.
- 19:32SPEAKER_00: So it's like it's just one of those things that it's really hard to stay in your power all the time.
- 19:36SPEAKER_00: And that's like the biggest thing is being bold, being my power, and like listening to my intuition has not been an easy ride for the last six months, but it's really worth it, it's really worth it.
- 19:46SPEAKER_00: And I can I can definitely say that like more in hindsight now.
- 19:50SPEAKER_01: I love that for you.
- 19:51SPEAKER_01: Yeah, just seeing the shifts and seeing the change in you and how it's really made such a big difference.
- 19:57SPEAKER_01: It's just so cool to like see the work working, and it's so funny because people are like, What do you mean you don't drink?
- 20:02SPEAKER_01: Like at the party that I was at.
- 20:03SPEAKER_01: I was like, Yeah, I haven't drinked since like August, and they're like, What?
- 20:06SPEAKER_01: They almost like follow all of their seats.
- 20:08SPEAKER_01: And I'm like, Yeah, I'm like, Yeah, it's okay, like it's fine.
- 20:11SPEAKER_01: And I did drink and actually didn't feel too bad.
- 20:14SPEAKER_01: I took some like vitamins.
- 20:15SPEAKER_01: Uh, I'm like swear by these vitamins last time.
- 20:17SPEAKER_01: I it was my cousin's 40th, so like you always drink.
- 20:21SPEAKER_01: And so I took some before and I took some during, and I did, I was, I was tired, I was really tired, but I wasn't hungover.
- 20:27SPEAKER_01: And I did the same thing uh over this weekend for my other friend's 40th birthday.
- 20:31SPEAKER_01: Like, me and her used to freaking get wasted together, okay?
- 20:35SPEAKER_01: Um, and so I was like vibing, and I was fun, but I was like being cautious too, because I'm like, oh, I don't want to like, I don't want to be hungover.
- 20:41SPEAKER_01: I still I was at my family's and you know, I was you know on vacation and stuff, and so it's like, but there was a big part of me that just really wanted to like just go hard, and I was like, no.
- 20:49SPEAKER_01: So I was very intentional.
- 20:51SPEAKER_01: I like uh didn't like baby little tequila shots, and then I was having some um champagne, but I was like drinking a lot of water, and then like I I was like, okay, I'm gonna stay late, and so I'm gonna drink a little more.
- 21:02SPEAKER_01: And then I was like, but I started getting a little bit of a headache, and I was like, okay, well, that's my body's way of saying like no, you know, and then the next morning, like I slept in, I got home late, I slept in, I wasn't hungover the next day, I was tired, which you know, staying up till two o'clock is just already late for me.
- 21:18SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah.
- 21:19SPEAKER_01: So it's just it's just interesting, you know, just seeing how the dynamics change.
- 21:23SPEAKER_01: But, anyways, it was just so fun being around like that, like, oh, that old me, that old I had so much fun.
- 21:28SPEAKER_01: Our bodies can metabolize all the drinks, and like you know, when you're used to drinking, you just drink, and anyway, so um, I'm just so proud of you, and you've done such an amazing job, and I just love to see like really how it's really transformed your life in so many ways.
- 21:42SPEAKER_01: So, love that for you.
- 21:44SPEAKER_01: Thanks.
- 21:45SPEAKER_01: So, for me, I really these last few months have been a struggle.
- 21:49SPEAKER_01: Like, I really have felt this dip in my energy.
- 21:53SPEAKER_01: I am so much less motivated, and I think the biggest lesson for me in these last like couple months is like having so much grace.
- 22:00SPEAKER_01: For myself.
- 22:01SPEAKER_01: And one thing that I always tell my clients that I need a reminder of is like, don't make your feelings wrong.
- 22:07SPEAKER_01: And I was just uh assigned a one-to-one client, and like the first thing I was telling her is just like, don't make your feelings wrong.
- 22:13SPEAKER_01: They're okay.
- 22:14SPEAKER_01: Don't make any meaning about them.
- 22:15SPEAKER_01: And it was such a reminder for me too, because like I know me and Lisa have talked about it before.
- 22:19SPEAKER_01: When you're in this work, you kind of just forget of all the things that you learned.
- 22:23SPEAKER_01: And you know, all the tools that we have at our fingertips and stuff, because they just become either normal or they just kind of go in the back burner, and then you're like, oh, wait a minute.
- 22:30SPEAKER_01: Yeah, this stuff actually works.
- 22:32SPEAKER_01: So bringing that back to the forefront of just like having so much grace for myself.
- 22:35SPEAKER_01: And so I feel like I haven't made a whole lot of quote unquote progress with things that I'm wanting to do.
- 22:41SPEAKER_01: Um, but I've also felt really uninspired in my business.
- 22:44SPEAKER_01: And I have felt this like more of a dread because not only I love what I do, I love helping women heal their inner child, and I love helping women do breath work so that they can be more aligned with their children and their nervous systems and their house and like coaching them and and guiding them.
- 23:01SPEAKER_01: I love that, and that feeds my soul.
- 23:03SPEAKER_01: And also, there's this whole other portion of selling landing pages, ads, marketing, social media, like all this stuff that like I didn't really know came along with this dream that I wanted to follow.
- 23:16SPEAKER_01: And I just found myself getting really mundane in it, and so I've done a little pivot over the last like honestly like 30 days, and I'm like, okay, I already make this content.
- 23:25SPEAKER_01: There's all these different ways to make money on the internet these days, right?
- 23:29SPEAKER_01: There's so many different streams of income, and I'm like, I'm a manifesting generator in human design.
- 23:33SPEAKER_01: And if you don't know about that, that's a very multi-passionate being, and we are supposed to follow what lights us up.
- 23:40SPEAKER_01: And honestly, it just wasn't lighting me up anymore.
- 23:42SPEAKER_01: I'm still coaching, I'm still supporting my clients, I'm still taking on clients.
- 23:46SPEAKER_01: That doesn't change, but I started pivoting into this use G C, which is user-generated content where you make like a reel for, I don't know, a water bottle, right?
- 23:56SPEAKER_01: And you're like, do you see these people all the time on your feeds, right?
- 23:59SPEAKER_01: They're talking about a product.
- 24:00SPEAKER_01: You can tell that it's not like a professional, it's not an influencer, and they pay you for these videos.
- 24:06SPEAKER_01: And so I'm like, well, if I'm already doing content, this kind of makes sense for me.
- 24:10SPEAKER_01: So I've done some pivoting.
- 24:11SPEAKER_01: Um, I saw I started making videos and doing all the things behind the scenes, which again that comes along with mundane tasks too.
- 24:19SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 24:19SPEAKER_01: Emailing the brands, waiting for them to get back to you, getting the products, all the things, anyways.
- 24:23SPEAKER_01: But today I did my first UC UGC photos, which was so fun.
- 24:28SPEAKER_01: Um I just felt inspired after.
- 24:30SPEAKER_01: Like I had this whole download come in.
- 24:32SPEAKER_01: I took like a whole minute video where I just yapped in front of the camera, which I haven't felt that in so long.
- 24:37SPEAKER_01: And I was almost in tears of like how uncreative and uninspired I've been feeling over the last several months.
- 24:45SPEAKER_01: And I was just like, oh my God.
- 24:46SPEAKER_01: I remember like when we first started our healing journey, I just connected one of my very, very old Instagrams to my memories on Facebook, and I'm watching myself, little Desi, talking with her ums and her things and all these stuff, and like, oh my gosh, and like, yeah, but like I was inspired.
- 25:03SPEAKER_01: I was sharing, I was just like so on fire to like give my downloads and everything out into the world.
- 25:09SPEAKER_01: And I felt a little glimpse of that coming back online, and that just felt so good.
- 25:13SPEAKER_01: So I think the biggest lesson for me, if something is not lighting you up, if it's feeling mundane, how can you pivot?
- 25:19SPEAKER_01: How can you find something else in your life that will give you some excitement, that'll bring some newness, that will help you get your creative juices flowing, is probably something that I am wanting to do more of.
- 25:32SPEAKER_01: And so that's been really big for me.
- 25:35SPEAKER_01: I just went to the OBGYN yesterday and I'm getting like a full blood panel.
- 25:39SPEAKER_01: I'm so, so, so excited for this.
- 25:40SPEAKER_01: I cannot wait to get my blood working.
- 25:43SPEAKER_01: Someone would be excited to get you cracked me up.
- 25:46SPEAKER_01: I'm like, there has to be answers.
- 25:48SPEAKER_01: Why I'm feeling this way.
- 25:49SPEAKER_01: There has to be.
- 25:50SPEAKER_01: So then, of course, I got into this scarcity yesterday, and I was like, what if nothing comes wrong?
- 25:55SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 25:57SPEAKER_01: You know, I'm trusting that it's all gonna work out.
- 26:00SPEAKER_01: And like, you know, at the end of the day, like sometimes we don't want to go to the doctor, we don't want to do the hard thing.
- 26:05SPEAKER_01: I know I push I pushed it off way longer than I should have.
- 26:08SPEAKER_01: I'm so glad that I took the action.
- 26:10SPEAKER_01: I'm so excited to get my blood work done.
- 26:12SPEAKER_01: Um, and so like if you were a girly out there and your body is changing, I mean, I'm gonna be 41 in one month.
- 26:18SPEAKER_01: Oh my gosh, how did that happen?
- 26:20SPEAKER_01: Um, yeah, and you know, it's okay that we're changing and things are are changing, right?
- 26:26SPEAKER_01: We gotta be advocates for ourselves.
- 26:28SPEAKER_01: We gotta like do the things that, you know, um that sometimes feel uncomfortable, which is, you know, not if we're seeing a doctor, like I just had a friend that did a pre-menopause consultation and the doctor was like, you're too young.
- 26:41SPEAKER_01: And as she's talking, just kept cutting her off, and then basically was like, Okay, we'll go ahead and just put you on birth control.
- 26:46SPEAKER_01: And she's like, No, like you're not listening to me.
- 26:49SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it was she had a really uh I was so mad for her because she's been dealing with this for so long.
- 26:55SPEAKER_01: Um and it happened to be on the same day I went to my OB, so I got like a PA, right?
- 27:00SPEAKER_01: When she's younger, and so she's like, Okay, we'll just go ahead and put this under pre-menopause in her in your chart and we'll get it all your hormones checked, and like she's getting my thyroid check, my hormones, my iron that I know is low and everything.
- 27:11SPEAKER_01: And she was like, sure, no problem.
- 27:13SPEAKER_01: It's like more of that, right?
- 27:15SPEAKER_01: And so, yeah, my friend, she did get a complaint, she is going to somebody else.
- 27:18SPEAKER_01: Um, but it was just like sometimes we just have to advocate for ourselves more.
- 27:22SPEAKER_01: So wherever you're at, if you're feeling discouraged in your health or just feeling like I don't know any answers or I don't know what to do, just take like the first easiest step, is what I would say.
- 27:31SPEAKER_01: And sometimes it feels like the hardest step, and then we're like, oh, why didn't we do that sooner?
- 27:35SPEAKER_00: Yeah, for sure.
- 27:37SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's so crazy that we we we do tend to put off things that we think are just like too overwhelming or too complicated.
- 27:46SPEAKER_00: But we like also, like we were just talking about, like we create the drama, we create the complicatedness, self-sabotaging, yeah.
- 27:54SPEAKER_00: We sabotage, we procrastinate on things, and this is like day-to-day tasks, even right?
- 27:59SPEAKER_00: Like it's like the cleaning of the little things, or you know, whatever, and just like, oh, I don't want to do that, but like it takes two seconds, you know, like that it does not take as long as we make it out to be, or like even the doctors like it's like well, a lot of it too is because we we tend to default to negative, we tend to default to this this uh thought, right?
- 28:21SPEAKER_00: That it that is the self-tabotage, is the procrastinating, is the negative piece.
- 28:26SPEAKER_00: So it is where we have the choice to shift it.
- 28:30SPEAKER_00: We have the choice to be like, oh, actually, like like you said, what if I do go to the doctor and I get mud work and then I get some answers?
- 28:37SPEAKER_00: You know, like well, then all of it's worth it.
- 28:39SPEAKER_00: Yeah, you know, but it's like instead we we tend to be like, well, I don't want to go to the doctor's because what if they tell me nothing's wrong and and whatever, like or what if they tell me something really bad is wrong too, right?
- 28:51SPEAKER_00: For sure.
- 28:52SPEAKER_00: Worst case scenario, yeah.
- 28:53SPEAKER_00: I know my dad, my dad's been injured for probably over a year now.
- 28:58SPEAKER_00: I don't even know.
- 28:59SPEAKER_00: My mom jokes with him because he like like it's like a he thinks it's partially knee or like inner thigh or hamstring or something, and he like limps a little bit and we're like, come on, you gotta get it checked out.
- 29:12SPEAKER_00: And he's like, I'll be fine, or I'm gonna oh yeah, I'm gonna get it checked out.
- 29:15SPEAKER_00: And it's like, come on, like this is why, you know, we we don't do the hard things.
- 29:20SPEAKER_00: It's because we're nervous, or because you know, we're not sure, or we don't trust the source, you know.
- 29:26SPEAKER_00: It's like, but it you don't know until you know, you know, so you know, a lot of no, you know.
- 29:34SPEAKER_01: Well, it's just like lit healing isn't linear, right?
- 29:36SPEAKER_01: Like, I when we first started our coaching certification and everything, all these downloads, all these breakthroughs, all this like wanting to use my voice and speaking out and stuff, and like I haven't been feeling that lately and stuff, and so it's like we don't want to anticipate things going wrong, and also we want to be ready for those things if they do go wrong, you know, and so like having so much just like grace for ourselves and stuff, and it's been so fun doing this uh podcast, coming together with Lisa gives us opportunity to come together and talk and like bring so much light and stuff to the world.
- 30:08SPEAKER_01: It's been really, really fun.
- 30:10SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 30:10SPEAKER_00: That's a that's a big thing for me too.
- 30:12SPEAKER_00: Like I remember back back when we did our certification, our one of our our co-coaches or uh that was in there, um, she said the one meditation or something that breath work, whatever we did, she was like, We because I think do you remember when we had to like touch each other or like be right next to each other one time on the floor, like when we were doing breath work?
- 30:33SPEAKER_00: Do you remember that?
- 30:34SPEAKER_00: And I think I we were next to each other.
- 30:36SPEAKER_00: I don't remember if we had to touch each other or how it was like we like a hand or a foot or something like that.
- 30:41SPEAKER_00: And so I think we were like partners, and she was like, Oh, no, it was um okay uh Michaela got it, yeah, and and she was like, I like because I had red hair, short red hair then, and it was like bright, and she was like, You're the flare, like you gotta be the light, like and so I always come back to that, and she reminds me it every once in a while too.
- 31:03SPEAKER_00: But it's like, why I like I've been my light for so long, you know, since then, like, and because I just didn't trust myself, and also like now I'm also around so much more of similar, like-minded people in these certifications and masterminds with my mentor, and of course, Desi, me and you are talking weekly and doing the podcast, so it's like, of course I know what I'm saying.
- 31:24SPEAKER_00: Of course, I like it's the validation and the proof.
- 31:27SPEAKER_00: And my my coach says this now to me because I'm like, well, like now what do I do?
- 31:30SPEAKER_00: And she was like, You're getting all the proof.
- 31:32SPEAKER_00: What are you talking about?
- 31:33SPEAKER_00: Like, why are you why are you de doubting yourself?
- 31:36SPEAKER_00: Why are you second guessing?
- 31:37SPEAKER_00: It's like, yeah, maybe it's not where we want it to be right now, you know, but we're we're focused on the wrong part of it.
- 31:43SPEAKER_00: We're focused on, you know, the lack of it versus the opportunity or the you know the lightness of it.
- 31:49SPEAKER_00: But it's like we just gotta keep from being around people, I think that get you and and see you in this light is one of the biggest lessons as well this last six months.
- 31:59SPEAKER_00: Because I, you know, obviously talk to Desi and we reflect a lot to each other even before this, as we were talking about things.
- 32:05SPEAKER_00: I'm like, girl, you did have a lot of opportunities.
- 32:06SPEAKER_00: What are you talking about?
- 32:08SPEAKER_00: I was like, I did.
- 32:09SPEAKER_00: But we do, we need to reflect that to people.
- 32:11SPEAKER_00: And when I went to the photo shoot, um, it was a witchy one.
- 32:15SPEAKER_00: I brought my crystal crown that we got together in Sedona.
- 32:18SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and I was like, look at all things.
- 32:19SPEAKER_00: They were like, oh my god.
- 32:20SPEAKER_00: They were just like hyping me up.
- 32:22SPEAKER_00: I've never met any of them.
- 32:23SPEAKER_00: And they were like, Yes, wear it all.
- 32:26SPEAKER_00: We love the crown, wear it all the time.
- 32:28SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, it took it gave me a moment of like, oh, I could wear it all the time.
- 32:32SPEAKER_00: Like, why don't I wear it all the time?
- 32:34SPEAKER_00: Like, that is me, the crystals and the switchiness and the, you know, it's like we just forget, we just dim our light so much because of whatever happened.
- 32:43SPEAKER_00: And this is why we have these tools.
- 32:44SPEAKER_00: This is this is, and this is why we have the reflections of other people around us to either support us or show us what we don't want, you know, because that happens too of being like, oh, okay, like you don't support me in that way.
- 32:56SPEAKER_00: So like maybe we can still be friends, but I'm gonna lean over to this when I need this, you know.
- 33:02SPEAKER_00: So it's really building yourself up in that way, especially when you're like an entrepreneur or doing things like that we're doing, or if you're a mom, find moms, other moms that you know are supportive of you and can resonate with you and don't just complain because I think that's the biggest thing that we get stuck in is like complaining and then staying the victim and staying in the doubt and staying in the things like that.
- 33:25SPEAKER_00: Is going to keep you keep you in that ripple effect and in that frequency that is going to cause more of that.
- 33:31SPEAKER_00: Life is going to reflect that back to you if you stay in it, versus you know, listening to this or listening to other things that are going to gift you lift you up, changing your frequency and changing your energy every single day is so so so important.
- 33:49SPEAKER_00: What would you say?
- 33:49SPEAKER_00: What else do you do daily now that's been helping you?
- 33:53SPEAKER_01: Yeah, honestly, I have been praying and I've been yeah, I've been dropping a grounding cord every morning that's actually been feeling so good.
- 34:02SPEAKER_01: I'm like, wait a minute, why aren't I doing this on the regular?
- 34:04SPEAKER_01: I do it for like all my meditations uh for my clients and stuff.
- 34:07SPEAKER_01: So I've been doing that, and then I've been doing um it's not sage, but I have some other bundles, um, like cedar, and I think you got me one that I really like.
- 34:15SPEAKER_01: That what is that one?
- 34:16SPEAKER_01: That was uh like you no, not Euclid.
- 34:18SPEAKER_01: Maybe it is a cedar one.
- 34:18SPEAKER_01: I think yeah, I think it was a cedar one, yeah.
- 34:20SPEAKER_01: I have like cedar eucalyptus, I have my Pala Santos and stuff.
- 34:24SPEAKER_01: So I've been cleansing and clearing away, and I've been pulling like one of my cards that have like a prayer at the end of it because I've been feeling like prayer's been hard for me, and like asking my divine team to help me has been a little challenging for me.
- 34:37SPEAKER_01: And I swear, as soon as I do, I have like all these signs and all this stuff.
- 34:40SPEAKER_01: I'm like, duh.
- 34:41SPEAKER_01: Um, so I've been doing like a prayer with them.
- 34:42SPEAKER_01: So I've just honestly all that can take me anywhere from like five to seven minutes.
- 34:45SPEAKER_01: I'm keeping it so simple, even though I have a lot more time in the mornings, like I've been tired lately.
- 34:50SPEAKER_01: So I've honestly just been letting myself sleep in.
- 34:52SPEAKER_01: I like getting up at like 5 30, 6 o'clock to start my mornings and start my days, but like I needed more sleep.
- 34:57SPEAKER_01: So I'm like, okay, yeah, how can I give myself more grace?
- 35:00SPEAKER_01: And how can I do what I need to do and like still like get get my sleep in and stuff.
- 35:04SPEAKER_01: So that's definitely been helping me a lot.
- 35:07SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that's perfect.
- 35:08SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and I think that's what it is.
- 35:10SPEAKER_00: I think it's also giving yourself grace in the season that you're in, right?
- 35:13SPEAKER_00: Like depending on what season you're in, like you, you know, with for you right now, like you're just like things are a little harder, and I'm gonna give myself grace.
- 35:20SPEAKER_00: And you know, we we tend to want to be productive all the time because that's kind of what we're taught.
- 35:26SPEAKER_00: Um, so we're learning differently.
- 35:28SPEAKER_00: But I I that's what another reason I use astrology for that reason.
- 35:31SPEAKER_00: Like, you know, I'm I know we have Venus Retrograde currently, which I did the podcast episode on.
- 35:36SPEAKER_00: And for me, right now it's like a big reflection on money for me because it's in we're going into Scorpio season, which is not gonna stop.
- 35:45SPEAKER_00: So it's like I can I can, you know, lean into those practices.
- 35:49SPEAKER_00: I can lean into what's coming for me necessarily, and not that I can predict anything that's gonna happen, absolutely not, but it just gives me a little more ease of using the practices that I need to balance things out.
- 36:01SPEAKER_00: So, like right now, I've been like working with and I have these micro shift sessions where I'm going to support clients in doing how, like, what needs to be balanced right now?
- 36:10SPEAKER_00: What emotion are you feeling?
- 36:12SPEAKER_00: What's coming up for you?
- 36:13SPEAKER_00: And then we practice it, we do a practice together that is going to allow you to find that balance to keep coming back to because I think that's the most important thing is just having something to like kind of give you an anchor throughout the day, you know, like that prayer, like the synchronicities, like the whatever it is.
- 36:29SPEAKER_00: And I love pulling cards too.
- 36:30SPEAKER_00: And I I think cards are such an easy way to like tap into your own energy, see what's going on, see what you need validated, and then just really trusting what you need in that moment.
- 36:41SPEAKER_00: Like, again, I've been doing my intuition, and all of a sudden I found myself starting to jog on the treadmill, and now I'm running outside, which I'm like, who am I?
- 36:49SPEAKER_00: Because this one me.
- 36:51SPEAKER_00: Like that happened to me.
- 36:53SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that happened to me.
- 36:54SPEAKER_01: I was like, I never liked running.
- 36:56SPEAKER_01: What am I doing on this bike?
- 36:57SPEAKER_01: What am I doing?
- 36:57SPEAKER_01: What am I doing on the treadmill?
- 36:58SPEAKER_01: Like, I actually enjoy this.
- 37:00SPEAKER_01: Like, I didn't know that was gonna be part of my healing.
- 37:02SPEAKER_00: No, exactly.
- 37:03SPEAKER_00: I'm like, who is this?
- 37:04SPEAKER_00: This morning actually, since it's so dark.
- 37:07SPEAKER_00: I went to the park because I got outside and it was warmer this morning, thank God.
- 37:10SPEAKER_00: The last two days, and you could see the stars still because it was like, you know, it's darker.
- 37:15SPEAKER_00: So I saw the stars and the moon, and I was like, I'm going to the park because like it's way more open because there's more trees right around our house.
- 37:21SPEAKER_00: I went to the park and it was just so beautiful.
- 37:23SPEAKER_00: It was just like I saw the stars and the moon, and then the sunrise started happening.
- 37:26SPEAKER_00: So then I started the color seeing the colors of the sky, which I love.
- 37:29SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, wow, I needed that like so much more than like I realized.
- 37:33SPEAKER_00: And I was like, I'm so glad I listened to my intuition to go to the park.
- 37:36SPEAKER_01: Right?
- 37:36SPEAKER_01: Yeah, get into nature, get your feet on the ground.
- 37:39SPEAKER_01: That's like literally the most healing thing you can do.
- 37:41SPEAKER_00: Mm-hmm.
- 37:42SPEAKER_00: For sure.
- 37:44SPEAKER_00: Okay, so we wanted to share quickly as we end our episode is that so we shared in the beginning that we have a special opportunity coming up to work with us in a container that is gonna be healing, but also supportive, also something to really help you elevate in a way.
- 38:12SPEAKER_00: So this one we we did this a couple years back, um, and we had a couple of we had a group of ladies go through it, and they're still in our world here and there, and we just love looking back to seeing what they said about when they joined us for this.
- 38:31SPEAKER_00: So I'm gonna read you one because it's right along with what we are talking about with intuition and everything.
- 38:38SPEAKER_00: So the one thing someone said at the end of the program that we did together was the best thing about this mastermind was the support.
- 38:50SPEAKER_00: And then another person said, Not only do I enjoy working with Desi because they worked with her before, but having Lisa also run the mastermind along with Desi was just a treat.
- 39:00SPEAKER_00: They work so well together, and I enjoyed the collaboration very much.
- 39:03SPEAKER_00: Learning to discern between my intuition and my fears was definitely one of my biggest goals, and I now am at a place where I can navigate which is speaking to me, even if I don't like the answer, which is so good funny and so for all of us, because again, my intuition's been speaking to me, but do I want to listen to it all the time?
- 39:23SPEAKER_00: No, right, but it just validates when you do listen to it, like that you cannot go wrong when you listen to your intuition.
- 39:32SPEAKER_00: And we are figuring out some dates, figuring out what we want to create with this, because it won't be the exact same from when we did this before.
- 39:41SPEAKER_00: So we're gonna have some details before we share exactly what's happening.
- 39:45SPEAKER_00: But I'm sure if there's a few of you listening that have been in this container, you can already put together what we're talking about.
- 39:52SPEAKER_00: And we're just super excited because something that we love is working together.
- 39:57SPEAKER_00: Me and Desi are like, whenever we have to do a solo podcast, we're like, wait, we have to do a solo one.
- 40:03SPEAKER_01: Right?
- 40:04SPEAKER_01: No, it's so true, it's so fun because it's like it's easy, right?
- 40:07SPEAKER_01: And it's like, okay, if something's easy, like let's do more of it.
- 40:10SPEAKER_01: So that's why we created a podcast.
- 40:11SPEAKER_01: So now we have to do more of it every week.
- 40:13SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 40:14SPEAKER_00: And again, you know, we're listening to intuition, like we're following each other.
- 40:17SPEAKER_00: And the fun thing that has happened recently when I use astrology to understand both of us have Mars and Aries, and um, we both have it in the seventh house of our chart.
- 40:30SPEAKER_00: Um, so we both have it in the area that is um for partnerships and that that Mars is a planet of or sorry, yours not is yours isn't in Aries, mine's Aries.
- 40:43SPEAKER_00: I think yours is the opposite, but we both have it in the seventh house.
- 40:46SPEAKER_00: Perfect.
- 40:47SPEAKER_00: So it's it's but it's the motivation.
- 40:50SPEAKER_00: It's our motivation, it's our discipline, it's kind of our masculine energy, Mars.
- 40:54SPEAKER_00: So it's like the going for it.
- 40:55SPEAKER_00: And of course, we can be a little impulsive and just figure it out later.
- 40:59SPEAKER_00: And for us, we got to do that with a partner, with some kind of partner.
- 41:02SPEAKER_00: It motivates us a little bit more in the seventh house because it rules partnerships and and balance and all of that.
- 41:08SPEAKER_00: So it's that energy that we just go for it and we figure it out.
- 41:13SPEAKER_00: And that's exactly what's happened with podcast and you know, a lot of our containers that we have done.
- 41:18SPEAKER_00: We've done quite a few.
- 41:19SPEAKER_00: We did energy, um, what was it called?
- 41:22SPEAKER_00: Energy jump start.
- 41:23SPEAKER_00: Oh, energy jumpstart, energy renew.
- 41:25SPEAKER_01: Energy renewal.
- 41:26SPEAKER_01: I feel like something else in between there.
- 41:28SPEAKER_00: We've done gratitude challenges together.
- 41:29SPEAKER_00: Oh, and we did so many things.
- 41:30SPEAKER_00: Manifested this challenge.
- 41:32SPEAKER_01: Oh, yeah, manifested, and then we did the chakra series as well.
- 41:36SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 41:36SPEAKER_00: So we've done quite a few things together, and it's fun every time because we just get to like explore what we both know and infuse it together, and we obviously just balance each other out with a lot of our energy, and we can, you know, it's even though we we of course the universe messed it up that we are not neighbors, but at least we know each other.
- 41:57SPEAKER_00: Um, at least we met each other and we get to do life together moving forward, especially the fun things that we get to support people, support clients, and support other women that we know and we feel you, and we just love sharing the tools that we know because again, the tools are so important to navigate life.
- 42:15SPEAKER_00: Yeah, amen.
- 42:16SPEAKER_01: Well, we're so excited for when that time comes to invite all of you to it.
- 42:20SPEAKER_01: We will be doing our our energy renew at the beginning end of the year.
- 42:24SPEAKER_01: We kind of flip flops back and forth where we will be reviewing our year and all the good things.
- 42:29SPEAKER_01: And so if you enjoyed today's episode, please share with your friends, like, comment, all the things.
- 42:35SPEAKER_01: We appreciate you guys so much for being here, for listening, for going along on this journey for us, and we're forever grateful.
- 42:41SPEAKER_00: Thank you, and talk to you next time.
