- 3:10[SPEAKER_01]: Like
- 3:11[SPEAKER_01]: This episode is phenomenal.
- 3:14[SPEAKER_01]: Let me give you a little background on Dane.
- 3:16[SPEAKER_01]: He's the founder and CEO of Crohn's Colitis Lifestyle and a holistic nutritionist specializing in reversing Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.
- 3:26[SPEAKER_01]: Dane's story ignited through a life-threatening case of Crohn's incolitis, which nearly took his life in December 2014, and since then he is committed his life to natural healing.
- 3:39[SPEAKER_01]: and he has remained surgery and medication free while eliminating IBS symptoms.
- 3:45[SPEAKER_01]: You guys this is unheard of.
- 3:47[SPEAKER_01]: If you have gut issues in IBS or Crohn's disease, whatever, most people, they go to the doctor, they say, yeah, this is what you have.
- 3:55[SPEAKER_01]: We can scope you, whatever, and then they're given medication.
- 3:58[SPEAKER_01]: And then that's what they're supposed to do in live with for the rest of their life.
- 4:02[SPEAKER_01]: and the medication doesn't fix it.
- 4:04[SPEAKER_01]: It is a band aid.
- 4:05[SPEAKER_01]: And two day, Dana and his team of specialists in coaches, they've created thousands of success stories for reversing IBD symptoms using his signature shield program.
- 4:18[SPEAKER_01]: and his international IBD consulting firm.
- 4:22[SPEAKER_01]: It's one of the few organizations in the world that only treat IBD.
- 4:27[SPEAKER_01]: And seeing roughly a hundred plus international IBD cases a week, despite any unique needs.
- 4:34[SPEAKER_01]: Like his team has just been so successful working with IBD clients, despite surgery, age, medication, past experiences, dieting preferences, extreme cases,
- 4:45[SPEAKER_01]: World location or culture.
- 4:47[SPEAKER_01]: I mean his passion, it is it's so unique from his experience and the Nietzsche and the field of IBD, it's empowered him to create unparalleled value for real, long-term symptom relief for those suffering.
- 5:03[SPEAKER_01]: from inflammatory bowel disease.
- 5:06[SPEAKER_01]: So yes, that is the main hub, the main topic of this in a way, but we go into like the strategies to create change, whether you suffer from this or not.
- 5:18[SPEAKER_01]: The mistakes people are making.
- 5:19[SPEAKER_01]: Like there are so many times in this episode where Dana's like, right this down, dude, when he says that, you grab a pen and you write it down.
- 5:28[SPEAKER_01]: Like he's just that incredible this episode.
- 5:32[SPEAKER_01]: I got choked up a couple times.
- 5:34[SPEAKER_01]: I got chills down my spine I had goosebumps on my arms because Dana's just so passionate and you're gonna learn so much even if you're going yeah I don't have I be as well.
- 5:43[SPEAKER_01]: I don't or IBD.
- 5:44[SPEAKER_01]: I don't I don't suffer from this like it's still great information that you need to hear about how you can live your best life ever

- 6:54[SPEAKER_00]: Thank you so much for having me, Melissa.
- 6:55[SPEAKER_00]: I'm so grateful to be here.
- 6:57[SPEAKER_01]: Again, hopefully we're going to deep dive get real life changing results and get some actual takeaways we can use and now you guys before we hit record, I was telling them like the last time you were on well, I said 2003 was October of 2023.
- 7:11[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, and oh my god, I'm sure your life has changed so much since then I know mine was I was like, oh, I was a rough time for me.
- 7:21[SPEAKER_00]: That's a good one.
- 7:23[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 7:23[SPEAKER_01]: You have I think just one child that now you have three.
- 7:26[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, it feels like ten.
- 7:28[SPEAKER_01]: Wait.
- 7:29[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I feel like so much.
- 7:30[SPEAKER_00]: It's crazy.
- 7:31[SPEAKER_00]: You know, we're we're seven months pregnant with our third son.
- 7:34[SPEAKER_00]: Three boys.
- 7:35[SPEAKER_02]: Oh my god.
- 7:36[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, my wife just, you know, it was like crying like we got to come over that other boy name.
- 7:42[SPEAKER_00]: I don't get my girl to do hair and make up with this is sad.
- 7:45[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, are you guys going to have any more?
- 7:47[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, don't ask us that.
- 7:48[SPEAKER_00]: We're seven months pregnant.
- 7:49[SPEAKER_00]: You know, like all parents know, it's like, oh, right, right.
- 7:53[SPEAKER_00]: We're, it's like, don't touch that.
- 7:54[SPEAKER_00]: Go back to bed kids sick.
- 7:56[SPEAKER_00]: And there's a baby rolling around in my stomach.
- 7:58[SPEAKER_00]: We know we want it.
- 8:00[SPEAKER_00]: We want to have a fourth.
- 8:01[SPEAKER_00]: We would love to have the girl.
- 8:03[SPEAKER_00]: I just think we have to see how, you know, what God has in store for us in the next year too, and we'll see.
- 8:08[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I get you on the three.
- 8:10[SPEAKER_01]: I have three girls and, you know, but at the time, I got to the third girl.
- 8:14[SPEAKER_01]: I was just like, I speak girl.
- 8:16[SPEAKER_01]: I can do this.
- 8:17[SPEAKER_01]: Like, would you throw things off now?
- 8:20[SPEAKER_01]: Like, okay, fine.
- 8:22[SPEAKER_01]: But yeah, I was always told before, like, two feels like 200, three feels like 10,000.
- 8:29[SPEAKER_01]: And it's
- 8:30[SPEAKER_01]: I'm sure I don't know if it's because you're just outnumbered at that point, but you're going to handle it.
- 8:35[SPEAKER_01]: So very well.
- 8:36[SPEAKER_01]: I know and you know, I always think about this to like your kids are so lucky to have you guys and to have your knowledge and their little guts are just going to grow up so beautifully.
- 8:48[SPEAKER_00]: Oh man, I'll tell you what.
- 8:50[SPEAKER_00]: I'm that's one thing that we could totally dive into is helping kids be healthy.
- 8:53[SPEAKER_00]: My kids have zero signs of inflammatory bowel disease, Crohn's colitis, perfect bone.
- 8:58[SPEAKER_00]: I look at my son's bowel movement, and I'm jealous.
- 8:59[SPEAKER_00]: I'm like this kid.
- 9:00[SPEAKER_00]: They didn't put this in a, you know, it's some kind of resort, like the perfect looking bowel movement.
- 9:05[SPEAKER_00]: It's like it's just unbelievable.
- 9:07[SPEAKER_00]: And then my second son, his name's Caden Caden loves.
- 9:11[SPEAKER_00]: You know what's the favorite thing right now?
- 9:12[SPEAKER_00]: Southground.
- 9:13[SPEAKER_00]: Oh my god, I can't get 50% of our community to consider sour crowd.
- 9:18[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, he just, he just turned to last month, he chumps it.
- 9:21[SPEAKER_00]: Daca, Daca, give me, you know, he loves this stuff.
- 9:25[SPEAKER_00]: And he's got, man, he's got such a strong gut.
- 9:27[SPEAKER_00]: You can just tell, he's, we just, we took everything that I wish and I go, man, this happened with my food system, these antibiotics, these, you know, you know, putting this stuff in my body.
- 9:36[SPEAKER_00]: And we just started to make really small decisions with local doctors,
- 9:40[SPEAKER_00]: And how we do our healing home, there is no gluten in the house, everything's organic, 85% of what we eat is homemade, and it's not just because we were lucky.
- 9:47[SPEAKER_00]: We built that right.
- 9:49[SPEAKER_00]: That's something people realize like seven years ago, I was saying, no, no, no, I don't want that car.
- 9:54[SPEAKER_00]: I want that age spot.
- 9:55[SPEAKER_00]: No, I know.
- 9:56[SPEAKER_00]: I don't need that perfect shirt and clothes vacation.
- 10:00[SPEAKER_00]: I want a sauna and I want a whole house water system and I want good air filtration.
- 10:04[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, most the majority of our time energy money has gone into creating a healing home and building system so we can continue to eat very good and feel our best.
- 10:12[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, I completely agree.
- 10:14[SPEAKER_01]: Like, I was just telling someone the other day, I'm like, my money and my kids in my home, it's not spent on clothes.
- 10:20[SPEAKER_01]: Like, and, you know, having teenagers in girls, it's all about like the name Brandon stuff.
- 10:25[SPEAKER_01]: And we recycle, we reuse, we thrift.
- 10:28[SPEAKER_01]: My money goes into things that are gonna heal their body.
- 10:31[SPEAKER_01]: Like the red lights that we have.
- 10:32[SPEAKER_01]: There is our water, their food, like all of our food.
- 10:37[SPEAKER_01]: And it's so cool because they're so young and you are developing their taste buds.
- 10:42[SPEAKER_01]: And I tell you what, keep that going because my growth, my oldest is 20.
- 10:47[SPEAKER_01]: Like don't even ask how that happened.
- 10:50[SPEAKER_01]: But her taste buds now still they don't drink pop or soda they can't handle certain things like that even carbonation they're like it's burning I've tried to get them to try organic stuff like just taste what carbonation feels like and it burns them they're like how do people drink this for fun and it's so cool to see what they
- 11:12[SPEAKER_01]: what they gravitate towards.
- 11:14[SPEAKER_01]: They stopped at like my oldest place college and volleyball and they give them money.
- 11:18[SPEAKER_01]: And then they stop at a place to go get food or whatever and they go into the grocery store or the fast food next door.
- 11:24[SPEAKER_01]: And she's in the grocery store trying to find an organic yogurt and a granola to put in it and things like that.
- 11:30[SPEAKER_01]: And then she comes out and busts with all this stuff and she's like, mom, everyone knows that Taco Bell.
- 11:34[SPEAKER_01]: And just all this junk and she's like, I'm just in there on my own, she's like, but I could never eat that.
- 11:39[SPEAKER_01]: So you're gonna love it when they're older.
- 11:42[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, man.
- 11:43[SPEAKER_00]: I had a plan.
- 11:44[SPEAKER_00]: I was working with she was diagnosed with all sort of cloud issues.
- 11:45[SPEAKER_00]: She was a D1 volleyball player and she was 19 years old and they'd be on the bus.
- 11:50[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 11:50[SPEAKER_00]: They're on the bus.
- 11:51[SPEAKER_00]: Everyone's in McDonald's.
- 11:52[SPEAKER_00]: And you know, she was getting blood, mucus, diarrhea, 12 bloody by Wednesday.
- 11:57[SPEAKER_00]: We got her symptoms free, surgery free, medication free.
- 12:00[SPEAKER_00]: And then she was getting picked on the bed because she wouldn't eat that way.
- 12:03[SPEAKER_00]: And
- 12:03[SPEAKER_00]: ticked on like, oh yeah, yeah, but the Joe can't eat this won't do that.
- 12:07[SPEAKER_00]: But she was, she was just taken everybody to town.
- 12:11[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, in the gym, her energy was amazing.
- 12:13[SPEAKER_00]: We had her on electrolytes, Elcarnantine, mitochondria, cellular.
- 12:16[SPEAKER_00]: She was beyond sick.
- 12:17[SPEAKER_00]: She was thriving and she was crushing the competition because she's not drinking.
- 12:23[SPEAKER_00]: She's not eating crap food.
- 12:24[SPEAKER_00]: She's eating very specific meals.
- 12:26[SPEAKER_00]: High admins of fermented foods that we worked up.
- 12:28[SPEAKER_00]: God and polyphenols, God in certain resistance starch is prebiotic soluble fibers, bowel movements looking great.
- 12:33[SPEAKER_00]: And all of a sudden, she's stronger, she's faster, she's got better reaction time, she's awake, she's keen, she's a need caffeine.
- 12:40[SPEAKER_00]: So just remember that the worst thing ever happened to you guys can become the best because it's the conditioning to become your best self.
- 12:47[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, amen.
- 12:48[SPEAKER_01]: That can be applied to everything, just like your health, but like if you own a abusive relationship, but you know, escaping out of something like that, like it's your worst thing, yeah, it can be absolutely life-changing for you.
- 13:00[SPEAKER_01]: The best thing to happen to you.
- 13:02[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I mean, if someone goes, I talk to some people in the go, you can take any, let's take you, take finances, you take marriage, you take health.
- 13:08[SPEAKER_00]: There's a three categories, we're all gonna, you know, love life, health.
- 13:11[SPEAKER_00]: Mindful.
- 13:12[SPEAKER_00]: whatever got you wealthy, healthy, or in love.
- 13:15[SPEAKER_00]: If you stop doing it, those things will stop working.
- 13:18[SPEAKER_00]: You can't stop saying, I love you, right?
- 13:20[SPEAKER_00]: You can't stop date night.
- 13:21[SPEAKER_00]: You can't stop eye con.
- 13:23[SPEAKER_00]: You can't stop listening.
- 13:24[SPEAKER_00]: You can't stop eating clean, right?
- 13:26[SPEAKER_00]: You know, you can have celebration meals, right?
- 13:28[SPEAKER_00]: You can just, you know, it's what's the norm.
- 13:31[SPEAKER_00]: You have to create the norm.
- 13:33[SPEAKER_00]: So you have to divorce the life that got you sick.
- 13:36[SPEAKER_00]: Got you sick and right, sick and marriage, sick and wealth, sick and health.
- 13:41[SPEAKER_00]: And then when it starts working, you can't stop.
- 13:43[SPEAKER_00]: What got you there?
- 13:44[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 13:44[SPEAKER_00]: But don't let that get you overwhelmed because then it's one of those things when you say, look, I'm able to be in balance with this new life.
- 13:53[SPEAKER_00]: Like the way I see you constantly exercising, taking care of the kids.
- 13:56[SPEAKER_00]: You're in balance with it.
- 13:57[SPEAKER_00]: You found where other people, they got to pay a trainer all of this money, get dragged to the gym by their ankles.
- 14:02[SPEAKER_00]: something switched in you were now you find balance and love in that process with the form of the process and find balance in this new in harmony in this new way of living and something that was the gasoline for me to fuel for that was this idea that you know what it was a lie to begin with this is fake food this is a fake relationship with the phone you know this is not real this is not how life was done and when I got that in my mind I kept conditioning to then say no I want this new life that's over there it's that's not real
- 14:29[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 14:30[SPEAKER_01]: I'm so glad you're saying that because as we dive into more about, you know, everything that you've been through, how people can change.
- 14:38[SPEAKER_01]: There is hope.
- 14:38[SPEAKER_01]: I know there will be a point where people are listening to this going like, God, do I have to do all that?
- 14:43[SPEAKER_01]: Like, it's so much.
- 14:45[SPEAKER_01]: And it'll seem overwhelming.
- 14:47[SPEAKER_01]: So I love hearing that like how worth it it is and how much you fall in love with the process and the end result.
- 14:53[SPEAKER_01]: And then it becomes something like you have to keep doing it to get the life that you want and you want it too.
- 14:59[SPEAKER_00]: That word, underline that.
- 15:01[SPEAKER_00]: Everyone write this down.
- 15:02[SPEAKER_00]: Stop doing what you need to do and start doing what you want to do.
- 15:04[SPEAKER_00]: But the question is, why do you want it?
- 15:07[SPEAKER_00]: Well, I want to drink.
- 15:08[SPEAKER_00]: Why?
- 15:08[SPEAKER_02]: Yes.
- 15:09[SPEAKER_00]: I want to sleep because I'm tired.
- 15:10[SPEAKER_00]: Why?
- 15:10[SPEAKER_00]: Because you're not getting the right cellular production and your adrenals are off.
- 15:15[SPEAKER_00]: And you're not creating rhythms off.
- 15:17[SPEAKER_00]: So you're not getting that natural energy.
- 15:19[SPEAKER_00]: I have zero caffeine in my life.
- 15:20[SPEAKER_00]: I was up at 450 this morning, partially because of a child.
- 15:25[SPEAKER_00]: This is me a little odd this year.
- 15:27[SPEAKER_00]: I'm just going to get back now.
- 15:29[SPEAKER_00]: We're human, we're bringing it back, bring the temperature down there today, right?
- 15:32[SPEAKER_00]: We're not, you know, it's so, but the idea is is, I also want to say this, it didn't happen overnight for me.
- 15:38[SPEAKER_00]: I've been doing this for 12 years and it's my job.
- 15:40[SPEAKER_00]: So don't think you have to do the same.
- 15:42[SPEAKER_00]: But if you can just take three takeaways from today, and say, I want that and I think I can get in balance making this light shift.
- 15:50[SPEAKER_00]: You know, it took when I knew I should get become gluten free when I actually became gluten free was a few years difference.
- 15:56[SPEAKER_01]: Really.
- 15:57[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I mean, I got sick.
- 16:00[SPEAKER_00]: I got started getting sick at 19.
- 16:02[SPEAKER_00]: First blood and stool cramping pain diagnosed with ulcerative colitis at 22 and then by that on my 27th birthday.
- 16:09[SPEAKER_00]: I was I'm 62.
- 16:11[SPEAKER_00]: I was 120 pounds.
- 16:13[SPEAKER_00]: Oh my god.
- 16:14[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 16:14[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 16:15[SPEAKER_00]: You're a tough guy.
- 16:17[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 16:18[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 16:18[SPEAKER_00]: And, you know, tall.
- 16:19[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, I was walking around before that at 185, right now I'm about 190.
- 16:23[SPEAKER_00]: If I'm real lean, like 7% body fat, maybe 178 or something like that, I can't drop.
- 16:28[SPEAKER_00]: I was on 200 milligrams of infused medicine.
- 16:31[SPEAKER_00]: I was already remicaded with some working on the Tivio method trex eight.
- 16:36[SPEAKER_00]: I was on four different antibiotics.
- 16:38[SPEAKER_00]: I was on a T-PN feeding tube wreck because I couldn't eat.
- 16:41[SPEAKER_00]: not time.
- 16:42[SPEAKER_00]: You know, I had been reading about food and diets and probiotics.
- 16:48[SPEAKER_00]: You know, my family, we were trying.
- 16:50[SPEAKER_00]: We probably spent $50,000, $60,000 by time between $22,000 and $23,24.
- 16:57[SPEAKER_00]: fly to this hospital, insurance doesn't cover this.
- 17:00[SPEAKER_00]: Let's try these organic foods.
- 17:01[SPEAKER_00]: Let's try these supplements.
- 17:02[SPEAKER_00]: Let's meet this Natchepet doctors.
- 17:03[SPEAKER_00]: Meet this chiropractic doctor.
- 17:04[SPEAKER_00]: Let's go over here to this different, I tried this different medication.
- 17:07[SPEAKER_00]: That insurance doesn't cover the whole thing.
- 17:09[SPEAKER_00]: So it was very easily spent that.
- 17:10[SPEAKER_00]: And after that, I was more sick than when I started.
- 17:13[SPEAKER_00]: So we can get overwhelmed with this.
- 17:15[SPEAKER_00]: And there's a lot out there where we can blow through time, energy, and money.
- 17:19[SPEAKER_00]: Our three currencies to create the life we want.
- 17:22[SPEAKER_00]: Time, energy, and money.
- 17:23[SPEAKER_00]: By the way, the least valuable actually is the money.
- 17:26[SPEAKER_00]: Most valuable is your time in energy.
- 17:28[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 17:29[SPEAKER_00]: So if there's low on resources of money, be resourceful with your time in energy.
- 17:33[SPEAKER_01]: I believe it.
- 17:34[SPEAKER_01]: There are so many kids, and I say kids, meaning like not just little kids, but teenagers, 19, 20, 22.
- 17:42[SPEAKER_01]: And maybe that's because I'm around a lot of them with my kids and sports and they're starting this.
- 17:47[SPEAKER_01]: They're like my stomach hurts all the time.
- 17:50[SPEAKER_01]: They eat and they immediately have to wear the bathroom.
- 17:52[SPEAKER_01]: They're like shit and they're brains out, like immediately.
- 17:54[SPEAKER_01]: And my daughters keep telling me like, Mom, so and so they want to know what probiotic you're on.
- 17:59[SPEAKER_01]: They want to know what you're doing for this stuff.
- 18:01[SPEAKER_01]: like, you guys got help is not like my thing, but they want to know.
- 18:06[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm just like, really this is happening to her now too.
- 18:09[SPEAKER_01]: This is happening to her and they're like, yeah, then the parents are just taking them, you know, right to gastroenterology and they're just, I think they're just hoping to figure out what's wrong.
- 18:20[SPEAKER_01]: They don't know that there's someone out there like you.
- 18:24[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 18:25[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, you've helped and fixed and got people on the right path.
- 18:28[SPEAKER_01]: What like over a thousand people.
- 18:31[SPEAKER_00]: thousands to three.
- 18:33[SPEAKER_00]: We see about 200 and we've got two natural path doctors on staff.
- 18:36[SPEAKER_00]: We've got two chiropractic doctors, one registered nurse.
- 18:39[SPEAKER_00]: We've got an IBD specialist in London in Canada, U.S. We speak Spanish, French.
- 18:45[SPEAKER_01]: That's amazing.
- 18:47[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, we've been this is I haven't had much of a life Melissa in the last like five year.
- 18:50[SPEAKER_00]: It's like kids work health and studying like, you know, it's like, what happened to the days when I was out and Greece for the two weeks getting in and looking good like we deserve this baby.
- 19:02[SPEAKER_00]: Let's go on over here.
- 19:04[SPEAKER_00]: Man, I'm like, oh, I'm in it.
- 19:05[SPEAKER_00]: I'll be back.
- 19:06[SPEAKER_00]: It'll be back.
- 19:07[SPEAKER_00]: But it'll come back.
- 19:07[SPEAKER_00]: It'll come back.
- 19:08[SPEAKER_00]: So it's.
- 19:09[SPEAKER_00]: I would say this, and we can go into how we can support parents to and some simple takeaways for the kids and all that, but we're seeing a large amount of young kids.
- 19:17[SPEAKER_00]: We had a six year old, a woman signed up for six year old, I think yesterday in our program, and it's not easy.
- 19:22[SPEAKER_00]: It's not like we're, I mean, this is stuff where what we do is very hard, we don't really have much competition in the world because we're taking the path less taken.
- 19:31[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 19:31[SPEAKER_00]: So I just want to say to everyone, like, this is very much a passion project and passion mission, like we, you know, each person we see we do private coaching a minimum of three months private.
- 19:42[SPEAKER_00]: So it's not a scalable system where it's like a million groups and everyone, everyone take these food, okay, all right, everyone take these supplements, okay, and now we don't do that.
- 19:50[SPEAKER_00]: everything is customized to each person.
- 19:52[SPEAKER_00]: But to give some takeaways, we commonly see people are doing wrong.
- 19:55[SPEAKER_00]: That is affordable, effective, and you can start doing today and especially with kids.
- 20:00[SPEAKER_00]: Number one is start focusing make a list of what you can stop doing before you make a list of what you start doing.
- 20:06[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, because stopping is so much easier than starting.
- 20:10[SPEAKER_01]: Example, like fast food?
- 20:12[SPEAKER_00]: There you go.
- 20:12[SPEAKER_00]: That could be one.
- 20:13[SPEAKER_00]: Just question.
- 20:13[SPEAKER_00]: You could name all five right now on the people go.
- 20:15[SPEAKER_00]: It's the conviction that you're want to stop it, yeah.
- 20:18[SPEAKER_00]: If your health is on the line, and you're saying, I'm getting blood.
- 20:22[SPEAKER_00]: I'm getting urgency.
- 20:23[SPEAKER_00]: I'm getting cramping.
- 20:24[SPEAKER_00]: I'm getting constipation.
- 20:25[SPEAKER_00]: I'm getting acne.
- 20:26[SPEAKER_00]: I'm getting bloating.
- 20:27[SPEAKER_00]: I can't.
- 20:28[SPEAKER_00]: I'm so tired.
- 20:29[SPEAKER_00]: I can't even stay awake during class.
- 20:31[SPEAKER_00]: These are all usually common with food allergies.
- 20:34[SPEAKER_00]: Now, what you have to understand is one symptom can be connected to all sorts of stuff.
- 20:40[SPEAKER_00]: Like some will say, well, what's the most common symptoms that I have parasites?
- 20:43[SPEAKER_00]: Well, most of the symptoms people will say could be also from Epstein Barvirus, or could be from mold or bacteria overgrowth.
- 20:50[SPEAKER_00]: And so if you're looking at a symptom on the first thing you can do is get out of your body's way.
- 20:54[SPEAKER_00]: So once that you can do right now is stop drinking municipal water, start drinking clean reverse osmosis water out of glass.
- 21:02[SPEAKER_00]: No plastic if you're buying a solar water bottle.
- 21:05[SPEAKER_00]: I don't care how much pH, alkaline, hydrogen, don't care.
- 21:09[SPEAKER_00]: If it's been stored in a piece of plastic for a month or two, it's most likely toxic.
- 21:13[SPEAKER_00]: Get clean water.
- 21:14[SPEAKER_00]: Just see how simple this is.
- 21:16[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to bring my water with me or I'm going to get a system.
- 21:19[SPEAKER_00]: So I spent a bunch of money on my system at my house.
- 21:21[SPEAKER_00]: I got a triple filtered water system under it.
- 21:24[SPEAKER_00]: Then I have a whole house water system.
- 21:25[SPEAKER_00]: So I shower and clean water.
- 21:27[SPEAKER_00]: I bath my kids and clean water.
- 21:29[SPEAKER_00]: If you can just say, I'm going to tackle clean water this year.
- 21:32[SPEAKER_00]: That could be a big one on the right there.
- 21:34[SPEAKER_00]: So in some, if you want to go even farther and you've been really sick, you could even consider getting your own water distiller, drink distilled water.
- 21:41[SPEAKER_00]: Now, I have one 150 bucks on Amazon just type in water distiller, make you want to still water and add your own minerals back.
- 21:47[SPEAKER_00]: And some people in the function world will say, that is the only way to get rid of the radioactive compounds in water that's still found in reverse osmosis water.
- 21:55[SPEAKER_00]: So there's a little bit of a debate there.
- 21:57[SPEAKER_00]: So clean water could be one.
- 21:58[SPEAKER_00]: Here's a second one.
- 21:59[SPEAKER_00]: If you really want to fix your gut health and do it in a way, remember that you're not spending a lot of time energy and money.
- 22:05[SPEAKER_00]: Those are the currencies want you to stop snacking people go, oh, yes, that doesn't cost me anything.
- 22:11[SPEAKER_00]: It's actually saving me time and it takes less energy to not open anything.
- 22:14[SPEAKER_00]: But mental discipline, Dane, move, that's tough.
- 22:17[SPEAKER_00]: That one was a big game changer that I had to work on.
- 22:20[SPEAKER_00]: I had to divorce this, because every time I was stressed, I go for the chips, I go up the crackers.
- 22:25[SPEAKER_00]: And that adds to your grocery bill, that adds time.
- 22:27[SPEAKER_00]: It doesn't help your six back, it doesn't help your skin, it doesn't help brain fog, it doesn't help sex drive.
- 22:31[SPEAKER_00]: What does the cracker help?
- 22:33[SPEAKER_00]: Nothing, it helps the addiction is all.
- 22:35[SPEAKER_00]: So that's another one where you could say, well, how do you want to spend and what do you want to work?
- 22:40[SPEAKER_00]: Somewhere you have to do something uncomfortable to get a result.
- 22:42[SPEAKER_00]: So these are actually the easy to do that cost less time energy and money.
- 22:46[SPEAKER_00]: And so snack and what I would say is you can start by saying, okay, I'm going to give myself, let's say, massage ships.
- 22:51[SPEAKER_00]: Those are my favorite chips.
- 22:52[SPEAKER_00]: Three ingredients made with beef towel.
- 22:54[SPEAKER_00]: They go through nicks, ten civilization that gets rid of any mold and gets rid of any lectins from the corn.
- 22:59[SPEAKER_00]: And it's a 100% organic corn, which is a big problem in America.
- 23:03[SPEAKER_00]: And A. S. A. K. Mossage ships are the best chip I've seen on the planet.
- 23:07[SPEAKER_00]: And I interviewed the owner and I was just flabbergasted by how far he went to make this channel.
- 23:12[SPEAKER_00]: He didn't miss that.
- 23:13[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, it's $12 a bag.
- 23:15[SPEAKER_00]: I'm like, well, first of all, you shouldn't be snacking so much.
- 23:17[SPEAKER_00]: And yes, it's $12.
- 23:18[SPEAKER_00]: It's $5 more.
- 23:19[SPEAKER_00]: You give five bucks for this, that and the other older town.
- 23:21[SPEAKER_00]: It's not like a difference between $600 and $1000.
- 23:24[SPEAKER_00]: That's okay.
- 23:25[SPEAKER_00]: Now we got to think about it, right?
- 23:26[SPEAKER_00]: So what you could do is say, take the snack you usually have and just try to have it only with the meal.
- 23:32[SPEAKER_00]: That's stage one.
- 23:33[SPEAKER_00]: Don't have it until it's actually time to eat.
- 23:37[SPEAKER_00]: And that will start conditioning your spirit, just like getting on the treadmill.
- 23:42[SPEAKER_00]: I love not doing leg day, you just got to start and you'll suddenly go, I'm not hungry.
- 23:47[SPEAKER_00]: I've only had probiotics this morning, water with a little bit of antivirus because everyone in the house is sick right now.
- 23:53[SPEAKER_00]: So I'm just chugging those antivirus, you know, immune boosters, shodaki mushroom, stragillus, ashbagonda.
- 23:59[SPEAKER_00]: So that's it, and I'm not hungry, and I've got great energy.
- 24:02[SPEAKER_00]: So, and no caffeine, because I've worked in the cicadian rhythm.
- 24:05[SPEAKER_00]: So after some time your body will start to go, this feels good, my stomach is light and calm.
- 24:11[SPEAKER_00]: Man, you're not going to lose on your muscles.
- 24:12[SPEAKER_00]: I promise you'll be okay.
- 24:14[SPEAKER_00]: And then I'll sudden your belly calms down.
- 24:16[SPEAKER_00]: Your skin looks better.
- 24:17[SPEAKER_00]: The bags and your eyes start to get better.
- 24:18[SPEAKER_00]: Because your body's able to process all this stuff.
- 24:21[SPEAKER_00]: It takes energy for your body to process food.
- 24:24[SPEAKER_01]: Well, and you got to think about that actual meal that you're eating like your actual breakfast or lunch or dinner that better count if you're not snacking like that that is the a high protein high new nutrition value meal to launch to a man I love that I love it's going to because now you're hungry now you're like wait I didn't have the 15 crackers before lunch and this that the other in the bar and the granola it's like I know hungry I need something so you got to be prepared you're right.
- 24:50[SPEAKER_00]: So now remember that if you want something different in your life, you have to get uncomfortable.
- 24:55[SPEAKER_00]: If it was comfortable, your smart brain would have already thought of how to do it.
- 25:01[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 25:01[SPEAKER_00]: So what we do is we spin around with the same comfortable thoughts until something switches in us or we're willing to go outside of the box, which is the uncomfortable zone.
- 25:10[SPEAKER_00]: So seek discomfort in a smart way.
- 25:12[SPEAKER_00]: These are little, very safe ways.
- 25:15[SPEAKER_00]: So what's the risk of
- 25:18[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, I think people media would be like, but I'm hungry.
- 25:21[SPEAKER_01]: Like, and I'm going to be jumpy and hangry.
- 25:23[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, but let's say, but a lot of people are asking right now, they should do a parasite cleanse.
- 25:27[SPEAKER_00]: Well, there's risk in that.
- 25:28[SPEAKER_00]: There's risk.
- 25:29[SPEAKER_00]: You could hurt.
- 25:29[SPEAKER_00]: You could forget your bot, and you could release all sorts of toxins in the bio films.
- 25:32[SPEAKER_00]: We can go advance if you guys want to go advanced.
- 25:34[SPEAKER_00]: But what is the risk of stopping to stack?
- 25:37[SPEAKER_01]: not zero.
- 25:39[SPEAKER_00]: What's the upside?
- 25:40[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, everything.
- 25:41[SPEAKER_00]: Val, rest, potential mitochondria fixing.
- 25:43[SPEAKER_00]: The gut lining getting calmer down, symptoms releasing, better energy, like less glucose spikes.
- 25:48[SPEAKER_01]: I would say your glucose is going to be constantly spiking.
- 25:51[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 25:51[SPEAKER_00]: So this is how you start training your brain.
- 25:53[SPEAKER_00]: Get the pen and paper.
- 25:54[SPEAKER_00]: Don't just think it right now, guys.
- 25:56[SPEAKER_00]: If you want to change your life, take pen to paper.
- 25:58[SPEAKER_00]: This, this works the spiritual shifts you need.
- 26:02[SPEAKER_00]: You got to get it from your brain.
- 26:03[SPEAKER_00]: You
- 26:03[SPEAKER_00]: and you've got a literally condition it into the spirit.
- 26:07[SPEAKER_00]: How many times do you hear people say, I know but I know but means it's stuck in the head.
- 26:12[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, that's it.
- 26:13[SPEAKER_00]: That's it.
- 26:13[SPEAKER_00]: That's something means I know but means it's stuck in the head.
- 26:15[SPEAKER_00]: You got to get in the spirit as someone who worked at Papa Johns in eight pizza four days a week.
- 26:20[SPEAKER_00]: 8 McDonald's and had a lot of that.
- 26:23[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, my background, I'm a Virginia boy.
- 26:25[SPEAKER_00]: We didn't Oh, I did was fast food until my 20s Melissa.
- 26:29[SPEAKER_00]: Like this was not something that oh, when I was 14, no, no, my entire life fast food trying to gain weight, build muscle, do sports.
- 26:37[SPEAKER_00]: You know, ego, I went to school in South Carolina.
- 26:40[SPEAKER_00]: All right, we were talking to, we were playing beer poem, we were out at the beach, we were having fun.
- 26:45[SPEAKER_00]: So I had to deal with all that while I was having blood and the stool, cramping, while I was dealing with the shame of what's wrong with me, and I'm talking none of my friends have this.
- 26:52[SPEAKER_00]: So when the spiritual journey, I have had to go from the absolute left side of the spectrum to the right, and I'm telling you, make it make sense in your head, then start conditioning to the spirit, and then don't allow people around you to have empathy for you, because you're winning.
- 27:06[SPEAKER_00]: You put that trash, if it's a guy, man, you put that trash in your body, you know, I'm gonna catch it, like, I'm gonna leave you in the dust.
- 27:13[SPEAKER_00]: So that's that kind of energy, I might play with that.
- 27:16[SPEAKER_00]: As a girl, how many times girls do you go out the dinner and the conversation is, oh my God, I'm so bloated.
- 27:22[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I'm so puffy under my eyes.
- 27:23[SPEAKER_00]: What is this?
- 27:24[SPEAKER_00]: I need bowtocks, I need this, I need that, no, no, no.
- 27:26[SPEAKER_00]: What if you went there and you start doing these things and you're like, I actually feel no bloating.
- 27:30[SPEAKER_00]: My skin's clear, I need less makeup.
- 27:32[SPEAKER_00]: The pair have been free, whatever.
- 27:33[SPEAKER_00]: I don't even need it.
- 27:36[SPEAKER_00]: Oh my God, what's your secret?
- 27:37[SPEAKER_00]: Who did you see?
- 27:38[SPEAKER_00]: No, I actually just stopped this, this, and this, and I'm feeling see, it's easier for us to enroll each other.
- 27:43[SPEAKER_00]: And once one person's doing it, everyone does it as a new norm.
- 27:46[SPEAKER_00]: Like brush your feet.
- 27:47[SPEAKER_01]: Well, I have to add into their two because it is really hard for people to be not with everyone else.
- 27:54[SPEAKER_01]: It's hard to be the black sheep in a sea of white.
- 27:57[SPEAKER_01]: That's why we see that I've seen that take people off course.
- 28:01[SPEAKER_01]: They start to change.
- 28:02[SPEAKER_01]: They start to lose weight.
- 28:03[SPEAKER_01]: They start to look good and then they go out to dinner with other girlfriends and they're like, oh my god, you're getting so skinny.
- 28:07[SPEAKER_01]: Like, what are you doing in like that?
- 28:09[SPEAKER_00]: They're like, oh, they're like, oh, he, yeah, low to you.
- 28:13[SPEAKER_00]: Like, a taggingizing.
- 28:14[SPEAKER_01]: it makes them like slowly start cutting back because they're like, oh, I'm on the outside.
- 28:19[SPEAKER_01]: I'm different.
- 28:21[SPEAKER_01]: Like, ooh, I don't know if I like that.
- 28:22[SPEAKER_00]: So I don't know.
- 28:23[SPEAKER_00]: You're leading.
- 28:23[SPEAKER_00]: You're leading.
- 28:25[SPEAKER_00]: Yes.
- 28:26[SPEAKER_00]: And give them a hug.
- 28:27[SPEAKER_00]: Here's another one.
- 28:28[SPEAKER_00]: And this is an obvious one, but let's talk about the same example you just said because this one was hard for me.
- 28:32[SPEAKER_00]: Stop alcohol.
- 28:34[SPEAKER_00]: If we've all heard it, we all know it, but let's practice right now going from the head to the brain, okay, or to the heart.
- 28:39[SPEAKER_00]: So, thank you.
- 28:40[SPEAKER_00]: This was why do I need alcohol, okay, and then these are my limiting beliefs, because if I don't have alcohol, I won't be fun, and they won't invite me out anymore.
- 28:47[SPEAKER_00]: If I don't have alcohol, I won't have those funny moments, we'll laugh about next week at dinner.
- 28:51[SPEAKER_00]: If I don't have alcohol, I'll be too weird and uncomfortable to kiss the guy or kiss the girl or get on on the dance floor.
- 28:58[SPEAKER_00]: Those are the main reasons I drank alcohol.
- 29:00[SPEAKER_00]: So, I'm 140 pounds with a cane.
- 29:03[SPEAKER_00]: This is real story.
- 29:04[SPEAKER_00]: I'm 140 pounds and I'm using a cane because I had to re-learn how to walk.
- 29:07[SPEAKER_00]: I was housebound for a year.
- 29:08[SPEAKER_00]: Crohn's disease and also of class nearly killed me.
- 29:10[SPEAKER_00]: That's why I do what I do.
- 29:11[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, we get real results for real people.
- 29:13[SPEAKER_00]: We only specialize in IBD because we've actually gone through it.
- 29:17[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm sitting there and I'm out with friends.
- 29:19[SPEAKER_00]: And I started saying it's time I need to attack these limiting beliefs.
- 29:23[SPEAKER_00]: So I identified the beliefs of why I needed alcohol.
- 29:25[SPEAKER_00]: I knew if I had it, I might end up in an ER room.
- 29:28[SPEAKER_00]: So this wasn't a joke anymore, but I didn't want to feel disconnected to my friends.
- 29:31[SPEAKER_00]: Cause when you're really, really sick in your housebound, you are very lonely.
- 29:35[SPEAKER_00]: So I'm like, no, I'm going to get ready to go see my friends for an hour.
- 29:38[SPEAKER_00]: Like, I'm just going to go out and I'm going to see him.
- 29:40[SPEAKER_00]: I don't care how skinny I am.
- 29:41[SPEAKER_00]: They're going to make they're going to see me and look at me.
- 29:42[SPEAKER_00]: Why don't I don't care?
- 29:43[SPEAKER_00]: I just need to be around people right now.
- 29:44[SPEAKER_00]: I've been in this house for three months.
- 29:46[SPEAKER_00]: And I go out to go to the bartender and I say, can I get a water with ice and give me a lemon on top and can give me one of the black straws.
- 29:54[SPEAKER_00]: And I go up next to everyone and I'm holding my glass like this.
- 29:57[SPEAKER_00]: And I told no one, I'm not even, I was just sit in my water.
- 30:00[SPEAKER_00]: And then the music started coming on and I just got the courage to start putting my hand up at the year in dancing.
- 30:07[SPEAKER_00]: And put my friend, I hit my arm around my friend and said, yeah, we end what's up?
- 30:11[SPEAKER_00]: How are you?
- 30:13[SPEAKER_00]: And all the sudden I felt like I kind of broke out of my shell.
- 30:15[SPEAKER_00]: And all of a sudden I was hugging.
- 30:16[SPEAKER_00]: I was laughing.
- 30:17[SPEAKER_00]: I was catching up.
- 30:18[SPEAKER_00]: I was reminiscing.
- 30:20[SPEAKER_00]: and I had a great time and it was only 10.30.
- 30:23[SPEAKER_00]: And then all of a sudden, instead of making it to 2am, where everyone gets real drunk, you know the high?
- 30:27[SPEAKER_00]: You're like, oh, and then it gets bad.
- 30:28[SPEAKER_00]: You know, I'm like, let me get out of here before it's back, because I'm too sick, I need to get home.
- 30:32[SPEAKER_00]: So I contemplate my friends, have the conversations I wanted to have, talked about it, and I started realizing,
- 30:37[SPEAKER_00]: I could have better conversations and I started realizing what I actually wanted to talk about with these people, why are we friends and then I went home and I felt sleep and I had social connection.
- 30:46[SPEAKER_00]: I laughed, I smiled, I danced, I didn't feel like a sick person in that moment, no one gave me a hard time and I felt connected and I didn't do anything that hurt my body.
- 30:55[SPEAKER_01]: You got everything you needed, you filled your cup without the alcohol.
- 30:59[SPEAKER_00]: I took what was good for me and I loved the rest.
- 31:03[SPEAKER_00]: Yep, try it guys.
- 31:04[SPEAKER_00]: And this is how you win.
- 31:05[SPEAKER_00]: Just look at it.
- 31:06[SPEAKER_00]: Just identify why you need something that's bad for you.
- 31:10[SPEAKER_00]: We're not robots.
- 31:11[SPEAKER_00]: See, I was not a limiting belief.
- 31:12[SPEAKER_00]: If I get rid of all this, I'll be a monk and I'll be a robot.
- 31:16[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, and I'll just be this weird in my life.
- 31:18[SPEAKER_00]: I won't have a good life, you know?
- 31:20[SPEAKER_00]: It's like that yellow people a lot of people haunt hold on to and I just started realizing I just like, let's testless.
- 31:26[SPEAKER_00]: Can I have?
- 31:27[SPEAKER_00]: a great memory sober.
- 31:29[SPEAKER_00]: Now, because when I was young, the limiting belief was prom night, what was I doing?
- 31:36[SPEAKER_00]: Every birthday?
- 31:37[SPEAKER_00]: What was I doing?
- 31:37[SPEAKER_00]: Christmas?
- 31:38[SPEAKER_00]: Think it was drunk, it was acting stupid, it was doing things.
- 31:41[SPEAKER_00]: It was all these different things.
- 31:43[SPEAKER_00]: And I said, I need to be able to make a memory while getting healthier.
- 31:47[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 31:47[SPEAKER_00]: Can I do both?
- 31:48[SPEAKER_00]: And a lot of people are doing that right now.
- 31:49[SPEAKER_00]: You see this trend of not drinking this trend of eating good and this trend of going right free this trend of seeing an aspect doctor and in taking supplements.
- 31:58[SPEAKER_00]: It's like right you miss people are doing it now, you know, so it's um that's where I think if you can get that part now we can go one by one by these other things you can take away so alcohol the snacking.
- 32:10[SPEAKER_00]: Can I go to bed at a certain time?
- 32:12[SPEAKER_00]: Can be really good.
- 32:13[SPEAKER_00]: Here's another one, try 20 minutes a day of actually going outside, walking in the real sun and try to get your feet in the ground.
- 32:20[SPEAKER_00]: This is gonna help if you have a drainage problem.
- 32:22[SPEAKER_00]: So this is a great foundation if you believe that you have toxins like heavy metals.
- 32:27[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, mold toxins or environmental toxins stuck in your body, causing cellular damage, autoimmune disease,
- 32:34[SPEAKER_00]: chronic fatigue, headaches, and so what happens is we have some of us about 25-30% of us give or take have certain genetic issues where we don't detoxify well.
- 32:44[SPEAKER_00]: Detoxify is a big word that's thrown around which is possible.
- 32:46[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, it is.
- 32:47[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 32:48[SPEAKER_00]: Your body's ability to release toxins.
- 32:50[SPEAKER_00]: Let's simplify.
- 32:51[SPEAKER_00]: How do you release toxins?
- 32:52[SPEAKER_00]: Well, PML, you poop them out, you sweat them out.
- 32:55[SPEAKER_00]: Your body moves the toxins through the lymphatic system.
- 32:58[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 32:58[SPEAKER_00]: That's where you get a lymphatic massage.
- 33:00[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 33:01[SPEAKER_00]: And the liver kidneys.
- 33:02[SPEAKER_01]: What about jumping, rebounding?
- 33:04[SPEAKER_01]: I've heard so much about trampolining, you know, and a good that is for the lymphotic system.
- 33:10[SPEAKER_00]: Let's use you as an example, because you're so good at this.
- 33:14[SPEAKER_00]: You are dedicated to your exercise and movement.
- 33:17[SPEAKER_00]: And what it's done is made you're probably your lymphatic system a rock star.
- 33:20[SPEAKER_00]: When you move your lymphatic system moves.
- 33:22[SPEAKER_00]: So lymphatic system is a system that moves adjacent to the blood vessels in your body.
- 33:27[SPEAKER_00]: And it helps to get extra fluids, toxins, things that need to be expelled from the blood.
- 33:32[SPEAKER_00]: And move them to then be metabolized and you know, move through the body to be excretes what I'm saying.
- 33:38[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, and so that's a biochemical process that we need.
- 33:42[SPEAKER_00]: So when we become too stagnant, the lymphatic system gets stagnant, and then we tend to get overwhelmed with toxins.
- 33:48[SPEAKER_00]: We can't move or now we can't clean the blood as well.
- 33:50[SPEAKER_00]: So the lymphatic system works along with the kidneys and liver in that process.
- 33:54[SPEAKER_00]: So when you are rebounding, you're helping to remove the lymphatic system.
- 33:58[SPEAKER_00]: When you're in a sauna, you're helping to remove lymphatic system.
- 34:01[SPEAKER_00]: When you lift weights, you're helping to remove the lymphatic system.
- 34:07[SPEAKER_01]: That's true, I've never thought of it that way.
- 34:09[SPEAKER_00]: So you've got to move for the limb.
- 34:12[UNKNOWN]: Yeah.
- 34:13[SPEAKER_01]: Hey, Bob and my fam, I have a question for you.
- 34:15[SPEAKER_01]: Are you the kind of person who crushes it at work?
- 34:17[SPEAKER_01]: Show's up for your family, checks off every to-do list.
- 34:20[SPEAKER_01]: But when it comes to your fitness, your energy and your confidence, it feels like something's missing.
- 34:24[SPEAKER_01]: You might be doing the workouts listening to all the right podcasts.
- 34:27[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, you are listening to this one.
- 34:28[SPEAKER_01]: But deep down, you know you're just kind of going through the motions and you're done playing small in this area of life.
- 34:34[SPEAKER_01]: That's exactly why I created Fit Mind Coaching.
- 34:36[SPEAKER_01]: My private one-on-one program for high-achieving women and men who are ready to level up.
- 34:41[SPEAKER_01]: This isn't just another fitness plan, this is about building the body and the mindset to match the life you're working so damn hard for.
- 34:47[SPEAKER_01]: Because success in business means nothing if you're hiding in hoodies avoiding mirrors or dragging through your day with your energy.
- 34:54[SPEAKER_01]: 4.
- 34:54[SPEAKER_01]: Showing up on Zoom meetings, feeling good from the chest up, but praying no one ever sees what's going on below the screen.
- 35:00[SPEAKER_01]: We're talking about fat loss, muscle building, and real confidence that bleeds into every area of your life.
- 35:05[SPEAKER_01]: Your boredom, your bedroom, and your parenting.
- 35:07[SPEAKER_01]: You want it all?
- 35:08[SPEAKER_01]: Good.
- 35:09[SPEAKER_01]: You should have it all.
- 35:10[SPEAKER_01]: Let's go!
- 35:11[SPEAKER_01]: Click the link in the show notes and book your free call with me today.
- 35:13[SPEAKER_01]: Let's build the strongest, most confident version of you inside and out.
- 35:17[SPEAKER_01]: You're ready for more, and I'm ready to show you how, back to the show.
- 35:21[SPEAKER_00]: Now, there are different people with different problems.
- 35:23[SPEAKER_00]: So when you do move guys, that's why you feel better.
- 35:26[SPEAKER_00]: That's why you get clear.
- 35:27[SPEAKER_00]: A lot of times, it's toxin overload, making us depressed, anxious, overwhelmed.
- 35:32[SPEAKER_00]: So when I see a lot of these issues with people, where I'm saying, I don't know what it is.
- 35:36[SPEAKER_00]: I'm a normal person, but I feel bipolar.
- 35:38[SPEAKER_00]: I feel depressed.
- 35:38[SPEAKER_00]: I'm anxious.
- 35:39[SPEAKER_00]: I can't sleep.
- 35:40[SPEAKER_00]: I'm usually thinking there are some sort of toxin load that this person's body can't probably process.
- 35:46[SPEAKER_00]: So I want to start with a foundation of supporting your drainage pathways and then scale it based on what you personally need.
- 35:53[SPEAKER_00]: So a foundation can be re-bounding, okay?
- 35:56[SPEAKER_00]: So things you can do today to help support talks and load.
- 35:59[SPEAKER_00]: If you're going to get into clinical remission of anything, this is a foundation.
- 36:02[SPEAKER_00]: I don't care who you see.
- 36:04[SPEAKER_00]: This is a must.
- 36:05[SPEAKER_00]: This is a principle of healing that everyone agrees with.
- 36:09[SPEAKER_00]: The ability to release toxins, okay?
- 36:11[SPEAKER_00]: If I did drainage pathways we talked about, but a foundation of that,
- 36:14[SPEAKER_00]: has to do things that have low risk and high reward.
- 36:17[SPEAKER_00]: And remember, we talked about things you could do like today, just did or cheap, okay.
- 36:22[SPEAKER_00]: So you wanna take that same principle as you start getting on the offense.
- 36:26[SPEAKER_00]: So earlier in this podcast, we said, start with what you're not doing.
- 36:30[SPEAKER_00]: As that works, now we're gonna start with, how do we get on the offense?
- 36:34[SPEAKER_00]: What are you actually going to do?
- 36:35[SPEAKER_00]: The key to start what you're going to do is I want you to start with things that have very low risk and high reward.
- 36:40[SPEAKER_00]: So an example of that is, what is the risk of getting in a bath, a hundred and four degree bath?
- 36:45[SPEAKER_00]: Most of us can handle that.
- 36:46[SPEAKER_00]: We're in our house, don't slip.
- 36:49[SPEAKER_00]: Someone who's very sick actually might get their skin, my turn red, they start flush, they get a headache, and they feel dizzy after the bath.
- 36:55[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, that's a sign that your detox pathways are really clogged up.
- 36:58[SPEAKER_00]: So I might start with rebounding, risk walks outside.
- 37:02[SPEAKER_00]: grounding with natural sunlight, all will help move toxins, just brisk walking, okay, even help reduce lower risk of cancer, just brisk walking 25 in today, okay, because of the metabolic issues around cancer.
- 37:13[SPEAKER_00]: So that's a perfect example.
- 37:14[SPEAKER_00]: So we can do a bath.
- 37:16[SPEAKER_00]: Now I can start adding in 140 degrees with Epson salt.
- 37:19[SPEAKER_00]: Can I do 10 minutes?
- 37:20[SPEAKER_00]: Can I do 20 minutes?
- 37:21[SPEAKER_00]: Can I then do a castoral package for 20 minutes?
- 37:24[SPEAKER_00]: Like Queen of Thrones castoral pack?
- 37:26[SPEAKER_00]: Can I do the rebounding like we talked about the walking?
- 37:29[SPEAKER_00]: Now I want to go to more moderate advanced.
- 37:31[SPEAKER_00]: Can I start doing sauna?
- 37:32[SPEAKER_00]: Can I go from 160 degrees to 175?
- 37:34[SPEAKER_00]: And actually get into a dry sauna where the clinical research shows all cause mortality could by 40% through a sauna.
- 37:42[SPEAKER_00]: Let's see what I'm actually to know this.
- 37:43[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, so we could go off on sauna.
- 37:45[SPEAKER_00]: I would say the best way to help your body detoxify toxins is a dry sauna that's between a hundred and seventy five degrees and two hundred degrees.
- 37:53[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 37:54[SPEAKER_00]: If you were new to this, you know, consider a infrared sauna at 140 degrees, 160 degrees and slowly work up five minutes, 10 minutes.
- 38:01[SPEAKER_00]: You're also going to want to make sure you take a lot of electrolytes with the water, not just water.
- 38:04[SPEAKER_00]: We have to get a electrolyte.
- 38:06[SPEAKER_00]: I would also recommend B vitamins to help, you know, because as you're flushing things out at a cellular level, you want to replace that with minerals, trace minerals, B complex at the full late niacin, B, P5P, B6 version, things like this.
- 38:19[SPEAKER_00]: So now what you're doing is you're increasing the heart rate, increasing blood flow, and then your pores are releasing all the sweat that's hearing a lot of the toxins from what, from the chemtrails and the clouds.
- 38:31[SPEAKER_00]: from the gas, the gasoline and the cars, from the cities.
- 38:35[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, anything in the air?
- 38:37[SPEAKER_00]: Your body would start to release that through the skin.
- 38:39[SPEAKER_00]: This is how you get beautiful skin.
- 38:40[SPEAKER_00]: Melissa, do you want to see me visually?
- 38:41[SPEAKER_00]: I never wash my face.
- 38:43[SPEAKER_00]: I know that sounds gross.
- 38:44[SPEAKER_00]: I don't wash my face.
- 38:45[SPEAKER_00]: I just, you know, wash your face either.
- 38:47[SPEAKER_00]: I use an oil.
- 38:49[SPEAKER_00]: I use like essential oils.
- 38:50[SPEAKER_00]: I get a different for girls.
- 38:52[SPEAKER_00]: But like I used to have.
- 38:53[SPEAKER_00]: I was covered in cystic acne, covered it.
- 38:56[SPEAKER_00]: And I was like, Gina, this is that, because when I was chronically sick, what the doctors never told me was, I couldn't release the toxins.
- 39:03[SPEAKER_00]: Right, so Bell's a ballad and one and that in the toxic or low guys, it's not just the air food and water.
- 39:09[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 39:10[SPEAKER_00]: A great book on this is the toxic solution by Dr. Joseph Pizorno.
- 39:14[SPEAKER_00]: That was right.
- 39:15[SPEAKER_00]: The toxin solution.
- 39:16[SPEAKER_00]: He's going to tell you all about air food and water in the problem.
- 39:18[SPEAKER_00]: All right.
- 39:19[SPEAKER_00]: So that's a great one if you want deep dive.
- 39:21[SPEAKER_00]: But when you were like, let's take this idea of toxic problems, when you have IBD, I'm almost certain you have calonic dyspiosis that can also transform into small intestine fungal overgrowth or bacteria overgrowth.
- 39:33[SPEAKER_00]: Once they call this proteobacteria,
- 39:36[SPEAKER_00]: Proteo-bacteria is inflammatory bacteria that releases certain toxins called endotoxins that are acutely inflammatory the entire body, or extremely inflammatory with your IBD.
- 39:46[SPEAKER_00]: And so this overgrowth, think of an imbalance.
- 39:49[SPEAKER_00]: This imbalance releases, think of like a gas in your body that your body is just getting your coffin in it, your future fight in it.
- 39:55[SPEAKER_00]: And then if you have poor detox pathways, oh, now your body's just... Yeah.
- 40:00[SPEAKER_00]: acne, headaches, hair loss, fatigue, cramping, bloating, urgency, swelling of your hands, feet, legs, the swelling is usually poor lymphatic.
- 40:09[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 40:09[SPEAKER_00]: He's swelling your feet, hands, a lot of lymph work to be good.
- 40:12[SPEAKER_00]: Swilling under your nose and your eyes, swelling here, could also be poor lymph.
- 40:17[SPEAKER_00]: So,
- 40:18[SPEAKER_00]: These are all signs, so now I've got the air food and water problem.
- 40:21[SPEAKER_00]: Now I've got the toxins from Candida, the toxins from proteobacteria, releasing endotoxins, the big scary word, the big nerdy word there is called Leipopolysaccharide, LPS.
- 40:33[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, and we can actually test for this, Melissa.
- 40:35[SPEAKER_00]: So, and LPS has been shown to pretty much cause every disease known to man, so if I can keep your LPS low, I know that your chance of any disease is going down.
- 40:43[SPEAKER_01]: Wow, is that blood of urine, stool?
- 40:45[SPEAKER_00]: Well, the two tasks you're going to take, the gut zoomer by vibrant America has something called LPS antibody.
- 40:52[SPEAKER_00]: And that will check the stool usually if you want to really know something you need to check urine, blood, and stool.
- 40:58[SPEAKER_00]: You're going to check all the way for the LPS.
- 41:00[SPEAKER_00]: Then I like the wheat zoomer.
- 41:02[SPEAKER_00]: which just happens has an LPS and Zonulin telling us that Licky Gut is getting into the bloodstream, LPS getting the bloodstream, and it's on a gluten allergy test by vibrant America, called the Wheat Zumer by vibrant America.
- 41:13[SPEAKER_00]: So those two specifically can tell me a lot about LPS.
- 41:16[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 41:17[SPEAKER_00]: And...
- 41:18[SPEAKER_00]: But else we'll tell you is the amount of proteobacteria.
- 41:20[SPEAKER_00]: So in the gut sumer, I can see the amount of phyllo microbiota.
- 41:24[SPEAKER_00]: Think of the clusters.
- 41:25[SPEAKER_00]: Like if I was looking at the United States, how many people are tall?
- 41:28[SPEAKER_00]: How many people are short?
- 41:29[SPEAKER_00]: How many people are this age, this gender?
- 41:31[SPEAKER_00]: And so that's kind of like the colonies, right?
- 41:33[SPEAKER_00]: Proteobacteria is like your robbers and bad guys.
- 41:35[SPEAKER_00]: You want that under 10% in your gut somer, all right?
- 41:39[SPEAKER_00]: So a lot of people who have severe issues, they're going to have a 15, 17 inch, okay, you have a lot of LPS.
- 41:46[SPEAKER_00]: You've got a lot of endotoxin, colonic dyspiosis.
- 41:49[SPEAKER_00]: This is probably going to cause IBS constipation, irritability, skin reactions, poor sex drive, poor energy, like you're just going to feel terrible with that, right?
- 41:56[SPEAKER_00]: Especially if you have poor liver function.
- 41:58[SPEAKER_00]: So if your body can't process those toxins and your liver's not over here working over time,
- 42:02[SPEAKER_00]: Like, you know, really go not it, you're going to feel very bad.
- 42:06[SPEAKER_00]: So the proteobacteria, I can see the percentage in that one stool.
- 42:09[SPEAKER_00]: Now I like to check a few different tools over a year or a year and a half just to get a good average, you know, because our bodies change.
- 42:16[SPEAKER_00]: So.
- 42:17[SPEAKER_00]: As we go over this, that's the idea of drainage that there's like what's going on with pathogens, what kind of toxins are they releasing, what's going on with our gut lining microbiome, what's going on with our liver health or kidney health, and if you're not sweating, you're not detoxing very well and that you're not moving.
- 42:32[SPEAKER_00]: You're not detoxing very well.
- 42:34[SPEAKER_00]: So there's two things you want to do today to help with longevity.
- 42:38[SPEAKER_00]: It's going to be moving your body.
- 42:40[SPEAKER_00]: and it's going to be sweating.
- 42:42[SPEAKER_01]: So adding.
- 42:42[SPEAKER_00]: And if you can get the movement up like you're, you know, that HRV up to that 60, 70% for at least 10 minutes, you know, 10 to 15 minutes, three times a week, that's going to really help with that.
- 42:55[SPEAKER_00]: Which is called like a hear Moses.
- 42:57[SPEAKER_00]: So a type of stress on your body that makes you stronger because you really want to increase your VO 2 over time.
- 43:01[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 43:02[SPEAKER_00]: Oxygen you get into the blood.
- 43:04[SPEAKER_00]: the less hapoxia, the less inflammation, the less cancer, the less senescent cells.
- 43:10[SPEAKER_00]: That's why I do hyperbaric oxygen chamber.
- 43:12[SPEAKER_00]: That's why I spend my money on my age bought is that forget the car.
- 43:15[SPEAKER_00]: Give me a truck right?
- 43:16[SPEAKER_00]: A American truck and give me an age bought.
- 43:18[SPEAKER_00]: Dundee, you keep that fancy European thing.
- 43:21[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 43:21[SPEAKER_00]: No, I just want a truck bed and an age bought.
- 43:23[SPEAKER_00]: I'm good.
- 43:24[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, that's funny.
- 43:24[SPEAKER_01]: I've been doing son and now for three, three times a week, 20 minutes.
- 43:29[SPEAKER_01]: Good.
- 43:30[SPEAKER_01]: What's
- 43:30[SPEAKER_01]: How do I don't even know if they keep it in off the look today?
- 43:33[SPEAKER_01]: I go to the one in the gym.
- 43:34[SPEAKER_00]: 175 is where it gets clinical.
- 43:36[SPEAKER_00]: We don't know under that.
- 43:37[SPEAKER_00]: We just know that's what's been studied mostly in Europe and some of the northern hemisphere countries.
- 43:42[SPEAKER_00]: That's where the best research is.
- 43:43[SPEAKER_00]: 175 the 200.
- 43:45[SPEAKER_00]: Guys, it is true.
- 43:47[SPEAKER_00]: Where an ice pack on the boys.
- 43:49[SPEAKER_00]: It will hurt your sperm count.
- 43:52[SPEAKER_01]: Really, so sit down and put right underneath the.
- 43:55[SPEAKER_00]: What I do, okay, so here's another one you can do.
- 43:57[SPEAKER_00]: If you want to spend some money on something, that's good.
- 43:59[SPEAKER_00]: I know, there's we could go on.
- 44:00[SPEAKER_00]: So there's a few things right here that everyone wants to do.
- 44:03[SPEAKER_00]: The number one thing as far as the PFA's, the chemicals get rid of any polyester underwear.
- 44:08[SPEAKER_00]: women men alike.
- 44:10[SPEAKER_00]: The most absorbable place in your body is the genitals.
- 44:14[SPEAKER_00]: You need to get a hundred percent cotton, okay?
- 44:18[SPEAKER_00]: No fake fabric.
- 44:19[SPEAKER_00]: If you want to wear a nice shorts and this that and the other just make sure you have organic cotton as the underwear.
- 44:25[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 44:26[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, so I wear only organic cotton box or briefs.
- 44:29[SPEAKER_00]: I know there's a company out there called Nads.
- 44:30[SPEAKER_00]: I think they should change the name of their company personally.
- 44:32[SPEAKER_00]: But NADS, it's all organic cotton.
- 44:36[SPEAKER_00]: And, you know, there's a few out there.
- 44:38[SPEAKER_00]: I think there's immense shorts.
- 44:39[SPEAKER_00]: It's called, I think it's forgetting RIV.
- 44:43[SPEAKER_00]: I-A-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R
- 45:09[SPEAKER_00]: They might be right, or you might be wrong, because we don't know how spermicide affects your overall health.
- 45:17[SPEAKER_02]: Great.
- 45:17[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, so I don't know.
- 45:18[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know.
- 45:19[SPEAKER_00]: Everyone can leave it there if you want to do that.
- 45:21[SPEAKER_00]: But 175 to 200 degrees is one of the best things you can do, because you're sweating.
- 45:26[SPEAKER_00]: Your heart rates going up.
- 45:27[SPEAKER_00]: Your pumping blood, and you know what else?
- 45:28[SPEAKER_00]: Your pumping is the lymphatic system.
- 45:30[SPEAKER_00]: So the lymphatic system loves rebounding.
- 45:33[SPEAKER_00]: It loves jumping, moving.
- 45:35[SPEAKER_00]: It loves exercise.
- 45:36[SPEAKER_00]: It loves the sauna.
- 45:39[SPEAKER_00]: So these are all things that you say I don't care what your disease is.
- 45:43[SPEAKER_00]: This is not just about inflammatory bowel disease.
- 45:45[SPEAKER_00]: This is about optimizing human health.
- 45:47[SPEAKER_02]: Yes.
- 45:48[SPEAKER_00]: So put this into, this is another trick into a condition.
- 45:50[SPEAKER_00]: This right this down because it's going to help you.
- 45:52[SPEAKER_00]: As we said earlier, that we have to get an idea from our head and we've got a condition it into our heart, into our spirit.
- 45:58[SPEAKER_00]: It's not about trying to heal out of fear.
- 46:02[SPEAKER_00]: It's not about just getting rid of the sickness.
- 46:05[SPEAKER_00]: It is about becoming the best version of yourself.
- 46:08[SPEAKER_00]: Write that down and then write the statement under it.
- 46:10[SPEAKER_00]: What I do to heal these symptoms is the exact same thing I want to do for longevity and life optimization.
- 46:19[SPEAKER_01]: Boom!
- 46:20[SPEAKER_00]: same thing.
- 46:21[SPEAKER_00]: That's a mic drop.
- 46:22[SPEAKER_00]: It's a mic, is it?
- 46:24[SPEAKER_00]: It's the same thing.
- 46:25[SPEAKER_00]: If I'm here, if you had all the money, no problem, people take care of your kids, you're healthy.
- 46:30[SPEAKER_00]: What would you want to do?
- 46:31[SPEAKER_00]: Would you want to get a six back and look rocking?
- 46:33[SPEAKER_00]: Be as good looking as possible, have a great cardio, have great energy, not need caffeine.
- 46:39[SPEAKER_00]: Guess what?
- 46:40[SPEAKER_00]: It's the same thing.
- 46:41[SPEAKER_00]: You want to yell 40 at 60?
- 46:44[SPEAKER_00]: What's different?
- 46:45[SPEAKER_00]: If you come to me and you say, Dane, I want you to help me look young and great and get my skin looking good.
- 46:50[SPEAKER_00]: And I don't want to need caffeine or a great energy.
- 46:52[SPEAKER_00]: I want to have great libido.
- 46:53[SPEAKER_00]: I want to travel and feel good.
- 46:54[SPEAKER_00]: I want to be able to not get bloating anymore and just have normal bowel movements that we're about to bathroom.
- 46:59[SPEAKER_00]: And I
- 46:59[SPEAKER_00]: You've never been diagnosed with a disease.
- 47:01[SPEAKER_00]: It'd be the same thing.
- 47:02[SPEAKER_00]: I'd say, what are we doing with drainage toxins?
- 47:04[SPEAKER_00]: Because you're breathing in every day.
- 47:06[SPEAKER_00]: What are we doing with mitochondria, energy, and cellular performance?
- 47:09[SPEAKER_00]: What are we doing to strengthen your gut lining?
- 47:11[SPEAKER_00]: What are we doing to optimize your microbiome?
- 47:13[SPEAKER_00]: What tests have you done to even see where these levels are?
- 47:17[SPEAKER_00]: Yep.
- 47:17[SPEAKER_00]: don't care if you have no diagnosis.
- 47:19[SPEAKER_00]: So anyone who's sick right now just realize that you're winning for who you even want to be when you reach your goal.
- 47:24[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, but you're already dialed in.
- 47:26[SPEAKER_00]: See that's advantage.
- 47:27[SPEAKER_00]: I have over one who everyone who gives me a hard time if they ever give me a hard time at dinner or I see people out there like, you know, we meet other parents of the kids and they're like, hey, come over, have pizza and I look at them.
- 47:36[SPEAKER_00]: I go, I don't need pizza.
- 47:38[SPEAKER_00]: They're like, why not?
- 47:39[SPEAKER_00]: I don't be like, where do I begin?
- 47:40[SPEAKER_00]: I'm like, well, I'm just like, well, I just, you know, I'm just a clean eater.
- 47:45[SPEAKER_00]: You know, I'm just a clean eater.
- 47:46[SPEAKER_00]: We like, you know, food from the earth type stuff.
- 47:48[SPEAKER_00]: And I'll eat pizza, guys.
- 47:49[SPEAKER_00]: If you want to see, I'm not scared of the food.
- 47:52[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 47:52[SPEAKER_00]: You'll be a thousand bucks.
- 47:54[SPEAKER_00]: And I'll eat an entire Papa John's pizza.
- 47:57[SPEAKER_00]: Chugs, I won't do the alcohol, but if I, if I really, and you guys didn't believe me, I did an entire large pizza right now, have a six-pack of beer and go run five miles.
- 48:05[SPEAKER_00]: And I'd be fine.
- 48:06[SPEAKER_00]: Because my gut strong, if the handle back damage one time, shield, that's why I call my program shield.
- 48:11[SPEAKER_00]: Like it's not about, if you can't handle Kinoa, is your gut really strong?
- 48:16[SPEAKER_00]: Hey, it's like, are you really, if you can't handle food, yeah, there's more work to be done.
- 48:22[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 48:22[SPEAKER_00]: So eventually, we want to get on the offense.
- 48:24[SPEAKER_00]: So what's going to make you live long?
- 48:26[SPEAKER_00]: What's going to have you get energy?
- 48:27[SPEAKER_00]: Great skin, no bloating, all the things you want.
- 48:30[SPEAKER_00]: You have to get on the offense eventually.
- 48:32[SPEAKER_00]: But that's all the same thing is fixing the gut.
- 48:34[SPEAKER_00]: It's all the same, it's fixing disease.
- 48:36[SPEAKER_00]: So realize that if you're sick and you're having to do this, and you say, why me?
- 48:41[SPEAKER_00]: I hate this, why is God doing this to me?
- 48:43[SPEAKER_00]: I want you to put this thought in there and say, I'm becoming the person that I want to become anyways, and I'm going to have such an advantage as we continue to move forward, because I already divorced this fake life-fake reality.
- 48:57[SPEAKER_00]: Yes.
- 48:58[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm going to help lead those I love in this life, in my children we better for it.
- 49:02[SPEAKER_00]: My parents as they get older are going to be better for it.
- 49:04[SPEAKER_00]: those I love will be better and I will hold space for them in this journey because if I'm I'm going to stand in the new norm you are not alone in this norm we are out there yes you are not alone in saying I want better restaurants I want better water I want cleaner air I don't want fake food anymore I'm willing to work for it I'm willing to put my time my energy my money right my three currencies into this
- 49:30[SPEAKER_00]: You are not alone.
- 49:31[SPEAKER_00]: And when you get around people like that, your life will change.
- 49:34[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, and happen is now I hang out with a lot of people who are like me.
- 49:38[SPEAKER_00]: It's not weird anymore.
- 49:39[SPEAKER_00]: There is no gluten or alcohol in my house.
- 49:42[SPEAKER_00]: There is no processed dairy.
- 49:43[SPEAKER_00]: I got raw fermented yogurt in there that I made.
- 49:46[SPEAKER_00]: I got homemade fermented foods.
- 49:49[SPEAKER_00]: I got sprouted, stone grounded nut butters.
- 49:53[SPEAKER_00]: right over there.
- 49:54[SPEAKER_00]: People are like, where am I?
- 49:56[SPEAKER_00]: And that's just years of like we build the system.
- 50:00[SPEAKER_00]: We make sense how what kind of time does it take?
- 50:03[SPEAKER_00]: What kind of money does it take?
- 50:04[SPEAKER_00]: Where do we get just slow down?
- 50:06[SPEAKER_00]: What do you want?
- 50:07[SPEAKER_00]: Now, I just said something that overwhelms a lot of viewers, but just come back and just say, what am I not going to do right now?
- 50:13[SPEAKER_00]: Pick what am I not going to do?
- 50:14[SPEAKER_00]: That's right.
- 50:15[SPEAKER_00]: And who am I going to connect with on it and where am I going to get my love and support because it's hard to get it from your mind to your heart if you don't get spiritually balanced.
- 50:24[SPEAKER_00]: So Melissa, when you started working out because you're really are at any a plus at this, can you can you can you share with others how you did this like how did there's no way you woke up one day to all I just love late day I love core I love doing one sprints and like feel like I'm going to puke after this treadmill.
- 50:40[SPEAKER_00]: And then doing it day in month out year in tech eight out like how did you get there mentally because I think that's the takeaway for the gut health and the food that people will start to condition and see
- 50:53[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, when I got to the point after my third third child and I realized I had my like breaking moment where I was on my basement floor and I was trying to do P90X and like do all these things.
- 51:07[SPEAKER_01]: Exactly, I thought he was gonna do what this is gonna give me back and my stomach was so big.
- 51:13[SPEAKER_01]: You know, my I wasn't from because I just had a baby.
- 51:16[SPEAKER_01]: She was like almost one and it was hitting the top of my thighs when I was doing mountain climbers.
- 51:22[SPEAKER_01]: What is that feeling?
- 51:24[SPEAKER_01]: And I was like, oh my God.
- 51:27[SPEAKER_01]: And it just, it's something that day just snapped in my head.
- 51:31[SPEAKER_01]: And I was like, this isn't who I want to be.
- 51:35[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not comfortable in this body.
- 51:37[SPEAKER_01]: I didn't feel good.
- 51:38[SPEAKER_01]: I had the dark circles under my eyes.
- 51:40[SPEAKER_01]: I had the bags.
- 51:41[SPEAKER_01]: I think I looked older than I did when I was 18.
- 51:44[SPEAKER_01]: You know, like there were just so many things, but something snapped in me that day.
- 51:48[SPEAKER_01]: And I was like,
- 51:49[SPEAKER_01]: I deserve more than this.
- 51:50[SPEAKER_01]: My kids deserve more than this and to have a mom that hates her body and, you know, and it just broke me and it was from that moment on, I was like, what do I need to do different?
- 52:00[SPEAKER_01]: What do I need to stop doing that I know isn't helping me?
- 52:04[SPEAKER_01]: And then I just reprogrammed everything.
- 52:06[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like, okay, what am I eating?
- 52:09[SPEAKER_01]: How am I training and working out?
- 52:10[SPEAKER_01]: Why am I trying to shove this circle peg into a triangle hole right now?
- 52:15[SPEAKER_01]: Why aren't you working?
- 52:16[SPEAKER_01]: And I had to I just had to reevaluate everything and start from scratch.
- 52:19[SPEAKER_01]: I'd pretend like I knew nothing.
- 52:22[SPEAKER_01]: And then start building again.
- 52:24[SPEAKER_00]: So take away as I want everyone to do to start conditioning the life you want right now.
- 52:28[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, remember the answers there.
- 52:30[SPEAKER_00]: You just have to face it and stay in the pocket with it.
- 52:33[SPEAKER_00]: And not just go look for another answer and read another thing.
- 52:36[SPEAKER_00]: Stay here.
- 52:37[SPEAKER_00]: Stay with us, okay?
- 52:38[SPEAKER_00]: Something snap.
- 52:39[SPEAKER_00]: That means it went from a mind to a heart.
- 52:41[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 52:42[SPEAKER_00]: You cannot buy spiritual energy.
- 52:44[SPEAKER_00]: You can pay a personal trainer $2 million.
- 52:46[SPEAKER_00]: They cannot get you in shape.
- 52:48[SPEAKER_00]: You have to do it.
- 52:49[SPEAKER_00]: You have to be the one to get the heart rate up and take the action.
- 52:51[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 52:52[SPEAKER_00]: There are certain things you cannot buy.
- 52:53[SPEAKER_00]: So it has to become spiritual.
- 52:55[SPEAKER_00]: It has to come.
- 52:56[SPEAKER_00]: And I use the word spiritual like the word like, get in your heart, get it out of your mind.
- 52:59[SPEAKER_00]: Now, what you know, but what you feel, what you believe.
- 53:01[SPEAKER_00]: It has to become a belief system.
- 53:02[SPEAKER_00]: Something snapped where Melissa changed her belief system right there.
- 53:06[SPEAKER_00]: And what happened was,
- 53:07[SPEAKER_00]: Fitness had to become a priority, and it wasn't.
- 53:11[SPEAKER_00]: She was lying to herself.
- 53:12[SPEAKER_00]: She had a lot of other things that were taking priority.
- 53:15[SPEAKER_00]: And that's why she said, well, I just only have 20 minutes.
- 53:17[SPEAKER_00]: So I'm only going to go and do the P90X at home, try to do it in 20 minutes because I got dinner and I got the kids and I got my husband and all these things.
- 53:22[SPEAKER_00]: And so what happened, something snatched and said, nope, no more, we're rebuilding my lifestyle.
- 53:27[SPEAKER_00]: So, as you rebuild, I want you to take that pen and paper and write, what are the top three priorities in your life?
- 53:34[SPEAKER_00]: What do you want them to be?
- 53:35[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, now for me, my will be family, okay, health, business, God, okay.
- 53:42[SPEAKER_00]: Now, if you look at those,
- 53:44[SPEAKER_00]: If something is taking precedence over those, then you're lying to yourself because you don't have the desire to make it a value or a priority yet.
- 53:53[SPEAKER_00]: It has to become a priority.
- 53:54[SPEAKER_00]: Now that is hard.
- 53:56[SPEAKER_00]: I hear a lot of people right now.
- 53:57[SPEAKER_00]: But, Dane, I don't have the time that I don't have the money I don't energy, okay?
- 54:00[SPEAKER_00]: Then you have to get resourceful.
- 54:02[SPEAKER_00]: So, write this down.
- 54:02[SPEAKER_00]: When resources are low, you must become resourceful.
- 54:06[SPEAKER_00]: So, Melissa had the same excuses beforehand, but she got resourceful because the desire
- 54:12[SPEAKER_00]: she said, no, that's why you have to start with what you're not doing.
- 54:16[SPEAKER_00]: Take back your time, take back your money, take back your energy, save it in the currency vault, and save it up for it's going into my gut health.
- 54:25[SPEAKER_00]: It's going into my physical fitness.
- 54:27[SPEAKER_00]: It's going into my marriage.
- 54:29[SPEAKER_00]: It's going into my personal happiness, so I'm not depressed anymore.
- 54:32[SPEAKER_00]: I, I'm canceling that subscription and out relationship of canceling that time and energy suck.
- 54:38[SPEAKER_00]: I'm canceling that stupid thing we don't need to be buying anymore, start with what you're not doing.
- 54:42[SPEAKER_00]: Save it all up because you've now got it and you're in your your faith and your belief.
- 54:46[SPEAKER_00]: And then deposit it.
- 54:47[SPEAKER_00]: Save it all up like you're buying a car.
- 54:49[SPEAKER_00]: There we go.
- 54:50[SPEAKER_00]: Now I've got my one hour.
- 54:51[SPEAKER_00]: Now I've got my hour and a half.
- 54:52[SPEAKER_00]: Now, and that's what she did is something switched where she just went and just rearranged it.
- 54:57[SPEAKER_00]: And that's what happened to me.
- 54:59[SPEAKER_00]: If I could give a person a people listening, I was sick for four years trying natural medicine before I got any results.
- 55:05[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, we were higher number one.
- 55:06[SPEAKER_00]: I was doing diets, but my heart wasn't in it, Melissa.
- 55:09[SPEAKER_00]: It was my mom pain.
- 55:10[SPEAKER_00]: I was a kid.
- 55:11[SPEAKER_00]: I complain moms run around in circles trying to fix their kids.
- 55:15[SPEAKER_00]: That's how life works.
- 55:16[SPEAKER_00]: So I was the planning complaining kid and I had a lot to complain about.
- 55:18[SPEAKER_00]: I was almost now.
- 55:20[SPEAKER_00]: So mom's spin around in circles.
- 55:22[SPEAKER_00]: Dad's completely lost way over his head.
- 55:24[SPEAKER_00]: What even prunes is, sisters, what are they going to do?
- 55:27[SPEAKER_00]: Significant other, just, I don't know, 22 years old.
- 55:30[SPEAKER_00]: Something snapped after years of failure.
- 55:32[SPEAKER_00]: Why just, like you said, I walked in.
- 55:34[SPEAKER_00]: I had lost control by bowel movements.
- 55:36[SPEAKER_00]: I had had about 15 bowel movements that day.
- 55:38[SPEAKER_00]: I was flown out to Utah to do this job to make some money, so I could do not move back home with mom.
- 55:42[SPEAKER_00]: And I closed the door.
- 55:43[SPEAKER_00]: And I remember this moment, like you remember that moment?
- 55:45[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I closed the door and something snapped.
- 55:47[SPEAKER_00]: And I said, I'm not leaving this house until I've got a plan.
- 55:51[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not leaving.
- 55:52[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not making money.
- 55:53[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not taking a job.
- 55:54[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not leaving because I'm tired of being I'm done being sick.
- 56:00[SPEAKER_00]: Being healthy now takes presence or everything.
- 56:03[SPEAKER_00]: I did enough kids.
- 56:04[SPEAKER_00]: I was young.
- 56:05[SPEAKER_00]: I could make space for that.
- 56:06[SPEAKER_00]: But something snapped.
- 56:07[SPEAKER_00]: And then the first thing I did is get resourceful.
- 56:10[SPEAKER_00]: I built a healing journal.
- 56:12[SPEAKER_00]: And I just said, I'm going to keep track of everything I eat every symptom I have for 40 days.
- 56:18[SPEAKER_00]: And I saw one, Jesus, 40 days, 40 nights that inspired me.
- 56:22[SPEAKER_00]: There was a comedy movie back in the day called, 40 days.
- 56:24[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, yeah.
- 56:25[SPEAKER_00]: It was absent it.
- 56:26[SPEAKER_00]: So I needed some laughter in there.
- 56:27[SPEAKER_00]: I was like, all right, well, here we go.
- 56:28[SPEAKER_00]: We're going to 40 days, 40 nights, here we go.
- 56:30[SPEAKER_00]: Because to me, it felt like that to be glued free and no alcohol.
- 56:33[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, that's right.
- 56:34[SPEAKER_00]: Was.
- 56:34[SPEAKER_00]: So I was like, I'm going to basically try to, and I'm my head.
- 56:37[SPEAKER_00]: I was like, all right, I'm going to do like the burning bush, the in the desert for 40 days.
- 56:40[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm just going to do this.
- 56:42[SPEAKER_00]: And within 40 days, I mean, my life changed.
- 56:44[SPEAKER_00]: Big time, I did prayer and purpose every day and every day.
- 56:46[SPEAKER_00]: I just woke up and said, what can I do that can't hurt can only help?
- 56:49[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to take massive accountability for everything.
- 56:51[SPEAKER_00]: I only ate what I cooked.
- 56:52[SPEAKER_00]: I didn't know what to eat Melissa, but I only ate what I cooked.
- 56:54[SPEAKER_00]: All of a sudden I got data and data and I saw last Thursday, verse this Tuesday, verse, you know, what I'm going to do one Friday and my life changed and it was and I had every excuse and listen to me guys on this because this is I want I need to break through your limiting beliefs.
- 57:08[SPEAKER_00]: I could easily enroll everyone on why I failed.
- 57:12[SPEAKER_00]: and everyone would agree with me, especially when you have an incurable chronic disease that you've been to the best doctors with.
- 57:19[SPEAKER_00]: You know how easy it was me to create a reality where everyone agreed with me.
- 57:23[SPEAKER_00]: Yes.
- 57:24[SPEAKER_00]: Because it wasn't my fault, and I'm a victim, right?
- 57:27[SPEAKER_00]: And I lost my life in poor pain, and everyone was ready to give me my roses.
- 57:32[SPEAKER_00]: How many of you around you have enrolled?
- 57:34[SPEAKER_00]: Everyone around you, that this is your life, and they're accepting it because your excuses are strong enough.
- 57:40[SPEAKER_00]: something has to snap.
- 57:42[SPEAKER_00]: It doesn't matter if the world agrees with you.
- 57:44[SPEAKER_00]: Do you agree with it?
- 57:45[SPEAKER_00]: Does your spirit accept this?
- 57:48[SPEAKER_00]: If you don't get on fire, if you don't get goosebumps from that, if it doesn't make your taryide and say, I'm done, you won't get the result.
- 57:56[SPEAKER_00]: You have to be the engine.
- 57:57[SPEAKER_00]: You have to be the fire.
- 57:59[SPEAKER_00]: You got to get to a place where you say I'm done and then it's going to be uncomfortable and then you're still going to doubt and then you're still going to worry and then you're still going to wake up the day with concern.
- 58:06[SPEAKER_00]: But as long as you take action, despite the feelings you will win.
- 58:11[SPEAKER_00]: Muhammad Ali felt scared, but he went out there.
- 58:14[SPEAKER_00]: Martin Luther King felt like he was in your shot, but he still went out there and made the speech.
- 58:18[SPEAKER_00]: You know, greatness has not done on feelings.
- 58:20[SPEAKER_00]: It's done on actions, despite feelings.
- 58:23[SPEAKER_00]: When I said I'm done being sick, you don't think I woke the next morning seeing blood in the stool and cramping and looking in the mirror at 122 pound man who's losing his life, told he's got to do a full-collectomy.
- 58:32[SPEAKER_00]: I just made it.
- 58:33[SPEAKER_00]: It was just one foot.
- 58:35[SPEAKER_00]: in front of the other despite the feelings.
- 58:38[SPEAKER_00]: And I needed a safe place to get my thoughts right.
- 58:40[SPEAKER_00]: So my mind didn't overwhelm us.
- 58:42[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, like a hurricane.
- 58:43[SPEAKER_00]: That's journaling.
- 58:43[SPEAKER_00]: I love that you're talking about that.
- 58:46[SPEAKER_00]: If anyone wants my journal in the show notes, okay, completely free just for everybody.
- 58:50[SPEAKER_00]: This is the same journal I use to heal.
- 58:51[SPEAKER_01]: Awesome.
- 58:52[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, like I can't stress enough to my clients like how powerful journaling is and putting your thoughts down somewhere and training and like putting down your sets and your reps and how you felt and all of it.
- 59:02[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like if you're not doing that, you're doing it blind.
- 59:05[SPEAKER_01]: You're taking away a tool that's going to help you in it.
- 59:08[SPEAKER_01]: But we have apps and we can put things on our phone and you're like, no, you're missing the power of the pen.
- 59:14[SPEAKER_00]: Well, you're missing your missing accountability that this is what matters most, because when it matters most, you don't need, you don't allow an excuse to be there for failure.
- 59:23[SPEAKER_00]: If you don't know what you did last Thursday and you don't know what you did this Thursday, you don't, you're not in control.
- 59:28[SPEAKER_00]: You're not self empowered.
- 59:30[SPEAKER_00]: So you have to understand, and it's double checking your work.
- 59:34[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, would you not double check your accounts work who says you owe you $40,000 to the government?
- 59:39[SPEAKER_00]: No, let's look at that.
- 59:40[SPEAKER_00]: Let's look at each number, each rep here, and let's make sure I actually owe all this money.
- 59:45[SPEAKER_00]: So it's the same thing.
- 59:46[SPEAKER_00]: It's like, no, if you have a mission in your life, you have to look at it and say, I am accountable.
- 59:51[SPEAKER_00]: This is my responsibility.
- 59:53[SPEAKER_00]: What am I doing?
- 59:54[SPEAKER_00]: And if you're getting bored, you're not seeing the value in it, then sit down and rewrite, why am I doing this?
- 59:59[SPEAKER_00]: What is my goal to this?
- 1:00:01[SPEAKER_00]: You know, and it can be any of those things, but you no one is going to be able to heal you.
- 1:00:06[SPEAKER_00]: I think I leave someone with this.
- 1:00:07[SPEAKER_00]: I know we're out of time.
- 1:00:08[SPEAKER_00]: No one is going to be able to heal you as better as well as you can heal you.
- 1:00:13[SPEAKER_00]: No one can heal you like you can heal you.
- 1:00:15[SPEAKER_00]: Not more, Kaiman, not Papa, not me.
- 1:00:18[SPEAKER_00]: Alyssa, no one can heal you like you.
- 1:00:21[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe God is the only one.
- 1:00:23[SPEAKER_00]: You are the one with the intuition.
- 1:00:24[SPEAKER_00]: You are the one creating the reality.
- 1:00:27[SPEAKER_00]: You are the one knowing how you feel in every millisecond of this life.
- 1:00:31[SPEAKER_00]: You are the one deciding where to live, what to eat, what to buy, who to be friends with, it's your decision.
- 1:00:39[SPEAKER_00]: You want partners around you who are in power of the life that you want, find partners that have integrity, that you can grow with, but it is you, you are the leader, you are the CEO, and we all work for you.
- 1:00:53[SPEAKER_01]: Amen.
- 1:00:53[SPEAKER_00]: Once that happens, you're no longer a victim.
- 1:00:55[SPEAKER_00]: Everything is in control with you to a certain part, besides that, let God, besides that, do what you can, control what you can than let God, but there is so much more that you can do.
- 1:01:06[SPEAKER_00]: and you can ask for, you can pray for, you can meditate on.
- 1:01:08[SPEAKER_00]: And do you put one foot in front of the other?
- 1:01:10[SPEAKER_00]: I promise you, you will get results.
- 1:01:11[SPEAKER_01]: You will.
- 1:01:12[SPEAKER_01]: For it reminds me of the Mal Robbins always says, like, no one's coming to save you.
- 1:01:17[SPEAKER_01]: Only you can step up for you.
- 1:01:19[SPEAKER_00]: And as much as we love each other, right?
- 1:01:21[SPEAKER_00]: Friend comes over, makes you bone broth, gives you a hog, listens to all your problems.
- 1:01:25[SPEAKER_00]: And our later, right?
- 1:01:26[SPEAKER_00]: Even with the best friend in the world, the best mother, right?
- 1:01:28[SPEAKER_00]: Our mothers do this for us a lot.
- 1:01:29[SPEAKER_00]: Like there are a lot times our best friend.
- 1:01:31[SPEAKER_00]: Well, after an hour, then what?
- 1:01:32[SPEAKER_00]: You feel comforted, but you actually feel better?
- 1:01:35[SPEAKER_00]: know you feel weaker.
- 1:01:36[SPEAKER_00]: When someone coddles my victim hood, I actually feel weaker.
- 1:01:41[SPEAKER_00]: Yep.
- 1:01:42[SPEAKER_00]: Sometimes you know what I need now.
- 1:01:44[SPEAKER_00]: I just need someone to listen to me rant, get it out of my body, get it out of my head, and then I've got to go take action.
- 1:01:51[SPEAKER_00]: So whenever I need a moment to displer things, right, this is a big game changer if you're ready to work on your mindset, because you need to condition your mind, like condition your legs, your muscles, your aim, all that.
- 1:02:01[SPEAKER_00]: For every problem that you enroll somebody in,
- 1:02:04[SPEAKER_00]: Melissa, this happened.
- 1:02:05[SPEAKER_00]: I can't do it.
- 1:02:06[SPEAKER_00]: Three kids is too hard and she's going, yeah, I know, you'll be okay.
- 1:02:09[SPEAKER_00]: For every problem you enroll someone you love and you have to give them one to three potential solutions.
- 1:02:16[SPEAKER_00]: They don't give you the solutions.
- 1:02:18[SPEAKER_00]: They give you feedback on your potential solutions.
- 1:02:22[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 1:02:23[SPEAKER_00]: That's you're all, you're gonna stop waiting for people to tell you potential solutions come with potential solutions.
- 1:02:30[SPEAKER_00]: If they've got a better one, great, but you need to
- 1:02:34[SPEAKER_00]: This happened to my kid, this happened to my life, this happened to my job.
- 1:02:37[SPEAKER_00]: Here's what I'm thinking I'm going to do about it.
- 1:02:39[SPEAKER_00]: What do you think?
- 1:02:41[SPEAKER_01]: I love that.
- 1:02:41[SPEAKER_01]: That is such a great perspective to have and like to be able to do and to change your conversations.
- 1:02:47[SPEAKER_00]: Mmm, your friends will love you.
- 1:02:48[SPEAKER_00]: They'll want to pick up the phone.
- 1:02:49[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 1:02:50[SPEAKER_00]: If you're constantly victim, you know it's like, oh, I don't want to bother with my problems.
- 1:02:53[SPEAKER_00]: You don't want to bother with your problems because you're not bringing possible solutions.
- 1:02:57[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 1:02:58[SPEAKER_00]: And your mind's not, you don't have enough space to even listen to them.
- 1:03:02[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 1:03:03[SPEAKER_00]: It's got to be balanced.
- 1:03:04[SPEAKER_00]: That's why we go into a shell.
- 1:03:05[SPEAKER_00]: We get depressed.
- 1:03:06[SPEAKER_00]: Depress means I'm in a prison and there's no ways out.
- 1:03:09[SPEAKER_00]: Hard means I'm going up a hill, but I still see a little light.
- 1:03:12[SPEAKER_00]: We need to get out of depressed and get at least hard where there's light and the way you have to do that is you got to practice speaking potential solutions.
- 1:03:21[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 1:03:22[SPEAKER_00]: And then condition with the friend or the family, the potential solution.
- 1:03:26[SPEAKER_00]: That's what they can really help.
- 1:03:28[SPEAKER_02]: Yes.
- 1:03:29[SPEAKER_00]: You say one or two things.
- 1:03:30[SPEAKER_00]: And they go, you know what?
- 1:03:31[SPEAKER_00]: I think this option is what you said.
- 1:03:32[SPEAKER_00]: I think you're right.
- 1:03:33[SPEAKER_00]: I think this is what I would do.
- 1:03:35[SPEAKER_00]: I think this is what you should do.
- 1:03:36[SPEAKER_00]: This is where you should put your time energy and money.
- 1:03:37[SPEAKER_00]: I know it's hard.
- 1:03:38[SPEAKER_00]: I'm here for you.
- 1:03:39[SPEAKER_00]: But this sounds like a really good decision.
- 1:03:41[SPEAKER_00]: I agree with you.
- 1:03:42[SPEAKER_00]: Now, oh my god, do you feel the energy right now?
- 1:03:44[SPEAKER_00]: Melissa, just agreed.
- 1:03:45[SPEAKER_00]: I'm telling Melissa about a problem.
- 1:03:46[SPEAKER_00]: Melissa goes, I agree with you and I go, yeah, it is hard.
- 1:03:49[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm working through it.
- 1:03:50[SPEAKER_00]: I feelings are feelings.
- 1:03:51[SPEAKER_00]: I can't change feelings.
- 1:03:53[SPEAKER_00]: It's no what I need to do.
- 1:03:55[SPEAKER_00]: And now I'll just need to deal with my feelings and maybe go on a run or get in a sauna or do some prayer and purpose or read or go get some sunlight.
- 1:04:01[SPEAKER_00]: But I'm gonna take action on that.
- 1:04:03[SPEAKER_00]: Thanks for holding space for me.
- 1:04:04[SPEAKER_00]: And thanks for validating.
- 1:04:06[SPEAKER_00]: What I think is the next move I appreciate you.
- 1:04:08[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 1:04:08[SPEAKER_00]: She's going, oh, it was great, that was it.
- 1:04:12[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, I should do that too.
- 1:04:13[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 1:04:14[SPEAKER_00]: Now she's not overburdened.
- 1:04:15[SPEAKER_00]: I don't worry about it.
- 1:04:16[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not feeling like I'm being an overburdened tour.
- 1:04:19[SPEAKER_00]: She's not drained in her own life.
- 1:04:20[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 1:04:21[SPEAKER_00]: You with kids, you can listen to your group.
- 1:04:22[SPEAKER_00]: And so much, you're like, I got three kids.
- 1:04:24[SPEAKER_00]: I can only listen so much.
- 1:04:26[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 1:04:26[SPEAKER_00]: Right now we're being better for each other.
- 1:04:28[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 1:04:28[SPEAKER_00]: Teaching and now we're creating a reality.
- 1:04:30[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 1:04:30[SPEAKER_00]: On the outcast, no, you're creating a new reality with ever around you to focus on solutions, but you still make space for the problems.
- 1:04:36[SPEAKER_01]: Oh my god, that's so good and so good.
- 1:04:40[SPEAKER_01]: I love that.
- 1:04:40[SPEAKER_01]: Oh my god, Dean, where can people find you?
