- Jessica Figueroa: Hey listeners, we get better by doing the little things that add up to the big things. So that's why we spend a couple minutes together every day thinking about something we could do just for today to make our lives better. So one of the things we're gonna do just for today is we are not gonna spend any money today that we didn't plan to spend at the start of the day. So if you woke up today. You had things you had to spend money on. Maybe there was something you need to purchase somewhere you need to go. But today we are not going to spend anything else. So that means we're not going to stop and get that cup of coffee. We're not going to run to Target and get something. We're not going to online shop later tonight. Because if you didn't make a plan for it before you woke up, today we are not going to buy it. This exercise simply teaches us to be intentional with our money, to have intention around our money. Because if we don't have intention, then we don't know where it goes. When we don't know where it goes, then it's not going where we're planning for it to go. So just for today, we are not going to spend any money on anything that we did not plan to buy today. You guys can do this. We do this together. And again, we're just doing that for today.
