- 0:31Speaker: The practice is so good for one's mental healthiness to prosper in taking small steps of self-improvement, of increasing one's virtue, one's virtuosity.
- 0:47Speaker: We can do this all by ourselves, individually, as a beginning, helping ourselves every day, and practicing in our mindful meditations, our approach to communicating, collaborating, being conciliatory, compromising with any and all other life forms, especially human beings, for the improvement of our kind, of our world, for which we are responsible, stewards of our planet.
- 1:31Speaker: The image we want to convey to the universe, the many civilizations, in my humble opinion, who are curious about this world of ours and our place, humanity's place in it, are watchful historians of many secrets of our universe, yet we do not understand.
- 1:57Speaker: For we are yet children in the span of our universe.
- 2:04Speaker: We have much to learn, we have much to be curious about and hopeful for.
- 2:10Speaker: These are positive imperatives, affirmations, creating a direction.
- 2:17Speaker: This is what we do, moment by moment by moment.
- 2:24Speaker: All of us.
- 2:26Speaker: It is in learning, slowly, surely, when one is meeting adversity to raising one's proverbial head, figuratively speaking, head up and gazing about, gaining a wider perspective.
- 2:50Speaker: This is our goal.
- 2:55Speaker: Mindful meditation, focusing and concentrating on one's physicality, one's foundation, one's heart pumping, one's lungs bellowing, one's body heat emanating, one's body vibrating.
- 3:14Speaker: Awareness of these four different things simultaneously, helping allow oneself to find a moment expanding.
- 3:30Speaker: The universe becomes one.
- 3:33Speaker: We are here now, bundles of miracles.
- 3:41Speaker: The reasoning flows in all directions from oneself.
- 3:47Speaker: One's current, being present, exemplifies the vitality of our universe.
- 3:55Speaker: Ears perked, hearing sounds and sound's potential, eyes, flowing over objects with many, many, different, unique perspectives, colors, nuances, shadows, depth, smells, tastes, and one's body reeling with a cacophony, with a variety of feelings that are occurring simultaneously, both legs being touched by the wind or clothing.
- 4:32Speaker: We are here now, remembering we are bundles of miracles, saying this all day, affirming to oneself, Your Majesty, I am here, a dot, a nodal point of energy in our universe.
- 5:01Speaker: This is here for each, for all, humbled in the realization of this point which we each represent.
- 5:16Speaker: How incredible is this universe, and us are yet what?
- 5:25Speaker: In a positive nature, "aware." We have a width of perspective we are working on enhancing and increasing every day, all the time, whenever we can be fortunate to remember, making the effort to say hello to oneself, give oneself help, a hug, guidance, perspective, wisdom, attain one's virtues of patience, of kindness, compassion, empathy, understanding, and so many more.
- 6:08Speaker: Being here now, we find ourselves stimulated by our physical activities, helping us gain a foundation of strength and durability, of a flowing momentum, help us coordinate, find a sense of continuity as our eighty-six thousand four hundred moments are proceeding through our day.
- 6:44Speaker: Utilizing our virtuosities to remember our human nature, to be understanding of ourselves.
- 7:03Speaker: The chances are very good we are each and all going to make mistakes every day, many mistakes, maybe seemingly only mistakes, but I don't think that's a positive viewpoint versus a negative point, and this in itself is what we are looking for.
- 7:26Speaker: Discrepancies, eddies of confusion.
- 7:31Speaker: Putting our focus on and wanting to have a better understanding of, so we can start making small changes in the way we think.
- 7:44Speaker: This is what we are doing.
- 7:46Speaker: We are changing the way we are thinking.
- 7:48Speaker: The universe is made of the primal energy of creation, it is oscillating up and down.
- 8:00Speaker: Everything made of this primal energy is doing the same.
- 8:10Speaker: Everything is changing in every moment of what we consider time.
- 8:20Speaker: Nudging oneself, taking one's gaze into the distance, in one's aspirations, in one's goals, on the horizon, with one's hand firmly, if not both, on the steering wheel, on the helm, making the best of what we have, seeking to increase that which we are, being thankful for an opportunity to exist in the very first place at all.
- 9:04Speaker: It is not a simple route.
- 9:08Speaker: It is not that one is born "only" by the combination of an egg and sperm.
- 9:16Speaker: And, One is going through gestation for nine months and plopped out of their mother's womb.

- 9:32Speaker: Remember the majesty of life.
- 9:37Speaker: Cousins, please, for us to exist at all, we rely upon our DNA.
- 9:47Speaker: This short period in time just spoken of turns into millions upon millions of years of evolution to be thankful for.
- 10:04Speaker: Just in being alive and whom we are, where we are, why, when, how.
- 10:14Speaker: The music continues for around another minute.
- 10:21Speaker: Expand one's horizons, being positive and virtuous.
- 10:34Speaker: These are admirable. namaste
