• 0:25
Speaker: Filling one's day with these moments, these precious moments of our lives to be fostered and remembered.
• 0:41
Speaker: This is what practice is, why we develop ourselves all day.

Speaker: We are here now, bundles of miracles.
• 0:57
Speaker: We've remembered whom we are.
• 1:00
Speaker: Focusing upon this very instant, we have a sense of growing awareness, of heightening perspective, awakening into our world, into ourselves, into our possibilities, our sensibilities, or being receptive to more, breathing, pulsing, exuding warmth, heat from our bodies, other energies too.
• 1:42
Speaker: Shimmering, our cellular structures are vibrating.
• 1:51
Speaker: Thirty-seven trillion cells, allowing oneself to settle down, settle in, calm, peaceful, tranquil, feeling an expansiveness, bringing on a sense of grace, feeling a sense of reverence for what's taking place, a sense of astonishment, that as far away as we might think ourselves as being, we are this close.
• 2:35
Speaker: It is the tip of one's nose, and it is what is one's perspective to what one sees.
• 2:45
Speaker: Are you looking out or are you looking in?
• 2:49
Speaker: Or are you looking every which away?
• 2:54
  Speaker: Being here now.
• 2:58
  Speaker: Bundles of Miracles.
• 3:05
Speaker: It is humbling to recognize the majesty of creation, of recognizing oneself, because we are intrinsically part of it, made of creation's energy, and a result of fourteen billion years of evolution.
• 3:30
Speaker: We are the result of this.
• 3:32
Speaker: We are the finest hour of creation as every moment proceeds and flows into the next.
• 3:42
Speaker: Being here now, in your own magnificence, your majesty, in your own calm, peace, and grace, allowing oneself to be aware of one's heat, one's bodily creation, transformation of muscular into thermal energy, flowing through one's body, cascading out of one's heart, doing this in one's mind, visualizing yourself, radiating with energy.
• 4:32
  Speaker: It's only the truth.
• 4:35
  Speaker: It won't hurt.
• 4:37
  Speaker: Radiating.
• 4:39
Speaker: Finding this is growing in one's being, in your thoughts, in your thinking, your visualization is becoming more clear and more sharp, more alive, more awake, as we're becoming more aware, as each moment cascades into the next.
• 5:05
Speaker: Having a sense of continuity, a sense of flowing awareness of all of this, wise understanding, calm, awareness of all of these things, being inside oneself, feeling warmth, feeling the textures of one's skin, putting one's fingers and thumbs, palms together flat, and feel in between, feeling the contact of one's skin, the pressures that are different in different places, feeling more deeply, and you can be practicing every day, practicing just anywhere and any time of being aware, of being more awake, of being more open, of being a greater witness, receptive to humility, a great virtue to acquire.
• 6:48
Speaker: It helps affirm our role as a witness.
• 6:58
Speaker: We are more aware of the depths and complexities, the broadness of being, of life, of experience, giving us an opportunity to consider things in a neutral environment.
• 7:19
Speaker: How better to make determinations upon what one sees than to be neutral, not anything but this, if you please.
• 7:40
Speaker: It is better, not with anger and sorrow or with joy, but with just a sense of neutrality, of seeking to learn, to experience in a sense of equanimity.
• 8:04
Speaker: Here then lies a greater degree, a greater ability to formulate self-nurturing and self-improving practices, acquiring virtues, affirmations, goals.
• 8:30
Speaker: It is a continual process.
• 8:38
Speaker: It is like one's breath or one's flowing pulse or one's shimmering energy.
• 8:46
Speaker: These are all flowing in time, in space.
• 8:52
  Speaker: Right now.
• 8:56
Speaker: The earth spins at a thousand miles an hour.
• 9:00
Speaker: It moves around the sun at a quarter of a million miles an hour.

• 9:16
  Speaker: The earth is spinning.
• 9:18
Speaker: And you have different seasons of the year.
• 9:21
  Speaker: Why is this happening?
• 9:23
Speaker: Because you're at different distances from the sun's surface, from the warmth, like that which is emanating from oneself.
• 9:34
Speaker: In some ways, we are like mini-suns.
• 9:38
Speaker: We all are each filled with the godliness of creation, each of us.

• 10:51
  Speaker: Because of evolution.
• 10:57
Speaker: In a word, the drama begins to unfold more than fourteen billion of our years ago.
• 11:06
Speaker: And you and I have an idea more or less of how it goes, how it's gone, where we're at today. Science and recorded history, of course, have helped us find and understand our past and our present better.
• 11:28
Speaker: So this is a bonus for those living today.
• 11:32
Speaker: The immensity of creation begins to unfold before us in our minds, in our visualizations, in our thoughts, our thinking, expanding, more aware, humbled.

• 12:02
  Speaker: The air is energy.
• 12:05
Speaker: The oxygen we breathe is energy.
• 12:10
Speaker: The oxygen-laden blood that is curling through your blood streams is energy going to feed thirty-seven trillion cells right now.
• 12:31
Speaker: As these words linger in the air, as these words leave my lips, it is occurring.
• 12:43
  Speaker: Thankful.
• 12:46
Speaker: We have a chance to live, to breathe, pulse, exude heat, shimmer with life's majesty.

• 14:13
Speaker: Not for fifteen minutes a day, but for fifteen hours while we're awake.
• 14:22
Speaker: And we'll bring it into our sleep.
• 14:25
Speaker: Being here now, we are bundles of miracles, humbled by the immensity of creation and thankful.
• 14:38
Speaker: The music's continuing for another minute, please.
