- 0:00Speaker: Let's get playing.
- 0:01Speaker: Finding a comfortable posture, undisturbed, allowing oneself to being more receptive, to being more understanding of what's going on, listening and feeling, even seeing inside of ourselves, visualizations of our being, a glowing mass of energy.
- 0:26Speaker: As this is what we actually are.
- 0:29Speaker: It is a question of perspective.
- 0:32Speaker: Every day, that one does not naturally come to these kinds of conclusions, meditation, practice, structured thinking can help us deliver ourselves in such a way as to become more aware.
- 0:53Speaker: This is mindful meditation, planting seeds of encouragement into ourselves, making ourselves more virtuous, seeking virtuosity, humility, gratitude, compassion, empathy, kindness are a few wonderful virtues, patience, discipline, objectivity are all wonderful, fabulous, important qualities to assume.
- 1:33Speaker: Assuming these qualities helps bring them into greater focus and being.
- 1:43Speaker: This is another name for practice.
- 1:47Speaker: It is what we are doing all the days of our lives, how well, how poorly, or oftentimes how ignored.
- 1:58Speaker: It is a vigil, a level of receptivity, to hearken to what your mind is traversing, because your mind is going to give us ideas.
- 2:19Speaker: It plants seeds all the time, all kinds of seeds.
- 2:25Speaker: Some seeds will be filtered out because they are to your mind, your tenets, your sense of obligations and responsibilities, untenable and out of the question, or out of reach, or ignored.
- 2:47Speaker: We make decisions in every moment of our lives.
- 2:52Speaker: Now, realizing this continuity which we share, we can come to further conclusions with a little bit of effort.
- 3:06Speaker: We can change, we can nudge, we can lean against different moments or transitions of time, of the flowing momentum of life itself.
- 3:20Speaker: We have this ability, we can accomplish.
- 3:27Speaker: This is positive thinking or negative thinking, or being unprepared to be either way, just ignoring.
- 3:38Speaker: Oftentimes, this is what's going on.
- 3:54Speaker: Decisions are not being made.
- 3:58Speaker: Effort is not being spent in evaluating what's going on.
- 4:06Speaker: Mindful meditation is an evaluation of one's be-ing.
- 4:11Speaker: What am I feeling now?
- 4:14Speaker: Feeling doing this with me, humming, feeling inside of one's chest vibrating, spreading throughout one's entire breadth and length, one's bloodstream, energizing further one's own blood.
- 4:42Speaker: Is this not energy?
- 4:48Speaker: Is muscular energy, is vibration not energy?
- 4:54Speaker: Of course it is.
- 4:56Speaker: There is seriousness, too, in one's daily practice and effort.
- 5:14Speaker: A constant vigil to grow, becoming more.
- 5:21Speaker: An effort is being made.
- 5:24Speaker: Can do this through one's breathing.
- 5:26Speaker: We know this.
- 5:27Speaker: One's greater awareness of one's breathing is a beginning to then say, hey, I'm going to go deeper into my own physiology, this foundation we're speaking about, this evolutionary tale of creation, and consider what's next....
- 5:50Speaker: maybe one's pulse, because it is also something more easily verified and appropriately visible for us to work with.
- 6:01Speaker: The undulations our body is going through as the pulses work their way up and down.
- 6:11Speaker: And so on and so forth, whatever one feels through one's five senses is added, a bonus.
- 6:21Speaker: You feel your skin, you feel the warmth, the texture, the placement, gravity pulling us down.
- 6:31Speaker: All of these things in just a motion, in a moment.
- 6:36Speaker: It is this way, it is God calling, it is the prayer that is always being said.
- 6:44Speaker: But.
- 6:47Speaker: one must live it.
- 6:49Speaker: Pay attention.
- 6:51Speaker: Be receptive to.
- 6:53Speaker: It's everything.
- 7:18Speaker: There is nothing which is not of this.
- 7:21Speaker: It is like one's body.
- 7:24Speaker: If somebody pinches your skin, you feel it.
- 7:27Speaker: Okay.
- 7:27Speaker: What does this mean?
- 7:30Speaker: I don't know.
- 7:32Speaker: So we have our breathing, we have pulsing, we have the feeling of temperature or of anything on our skins.
- 7:42Speaker: Touch.
- 7:44Speaker: Taste and smell.
- 7:46Speaker: Okay.
- 7:47Speaker: Sight.
- 7:48Speaker: Hearing.
- 7:49Speaker: What are we hearing?
- 7:51Speaker: Do we hear the potential of sound in our minds?
- 7:55Speaker: I hope so.
- 7:57Speaker: Listening to the resonance of creation, the potential, the oscillation of energy.
- 8:09Speaker: The air, the air before your eyes, before your nose, flowing through your lips or nostrils.
- 8:18Speaker: This air.
- 8:19Speaker: We are breathing, sustaining ourselves with life, oxygen, energy, translated into thirty-seven trillion cells.
- 8:30Speaker: This is whom we are.
- 8:32Speaker: Remember.
- 8:35Speaker: Looking deeper into one's fundamental foundation.
- 8:44Speaker: Right?
- 8:44Speaker: This is what we're doing when we're learning to practice more deeply and to come to some groove or some self-path or journey of our consideration to come into higher states of realization, conversation, be open, to be witnessing, curious and joyful, glad, positive, seeking more self-improvement.
- 9:12Speaker: What have we left?
- 9:15Speaker: Let us not forget the shuddering, shimmering majesty of these thirty-seven trillion cells, celebrating, exclaiming a reverence for, appreciation of life as an organism.
- 9:37Speaker: The music's continuing for another minute, reflecting, thinking about these things.
