This session guides the listener into a private mental theatre where old traumatic memories play on a screen. Adam directs the listener to manipulate the memory as a film director and editor: changing sound, colour, speed and perspective until the emotional charge fades. Rising above the theatre, the listener sees a through-line connecting past painful events, reframing them as “lucky escapes” that protected rather than punished.
