- 0:00SPEAKER_01: On this episode, I'm going to go over the only two things that agents need to become masters at.
- 0:04SPEAKER_01: All the other stuff, all the other tactics and strategies, and all the little details.
- 0:08SPEAKER_01: That's all kind of bullshit.
- 0:10SPEAKER_01: Like it's not nearly as important as mastering these two key pillars.
- 0:14SPEAKER_01: If you want to be a successful agent and have a great career.
- 0:18SPEAKER_00: The massive agent podcast.
- 0:21SPEAKER_00: We need generation tips and strategies to give you more leads and sell more homes.
- 0:26SPEAKER_01: I love to buy houses.
- 0:27SPEAKER_01: I like to sell houses.
- 0:31SPEAKER_00: Wait a minute.
- 0:32SPEAKER_00: The leads are weak.
- 0:35SPEAKER_00: I've had better, better.
- 0:37SPEAKER_00: Oh have I got your attention now?
- 0:40SPEAKER_00: Here's your host, Dustin Broome.
- 0:44SPEAKER_01: What's up, guys?
- 0:45SPEAKER_01: Welcome to the Massive Agent Podcast, episode 288, I believe.
- 0:50SPEAKER_01: No, 278.
- 0:51SPEAKER_01: Yeah, getting ahead of myself here.

- 0:58SPEAKER_01: It's going to be a short and sweet episode.
- 1:01SPEAKER_01: And I'm going to go over two main, two key pillars that realtors need to master in order to thrive.
- 1:08SPEAKER_01: If you're stuck, if you're struggling, if you're brand new and you're just trying to get your career off the ground, if you've been in this game for a long time and you're comfortable, but you want to go to a whole new level.
- 1:18SPEAKER_01: This is for any agent at any level.
- 1:20SPEAKER_01: You need to master these two things.
- 1:22SPEAKER_01: And if you're not a master, maybe you're a master of one, but not the other, you're struggling.
- 1:28SPEAKER_01: Or at least you're very limited.
- 1:30SPEAKER_01: You're not reaching that full potential for damn sure.
- 1:33SPEAKER_01: So I'm going to explain exactly what these two key pillars are, these two things that you must master in order to thrive in real estate.
- 1:40SPEAKER_01: If you're new to the show, welcome.
- 1:42SPEAKER_01: My name is Dustin Brome, your host.
- 1:44SPEAKER_01: I am here in Salt Lake City, Utah, where spring has finally officially started, for the love of God, the longest winter of my life, I swear.
- 1:52SPEAKER_01: But sun is out to warming up, riding around the neighborhood with the kids on our bikes, our new bikes.
- 1:59SPEAKER_01: I'll actually have a story about that a little bit later.
- 2:01SPEAKER_01: But um things are good.
- 2:02SPEAKER_01: Life is good.
- 2:03SPEAKER_01: It really is.
- 2:04SPEAKER_01: Thank you for listening.
- 2:06SPEAKER_01: Let's jump into it.
- 2:07SPEAKER_01: Um, guys, next week, I want to let you know, next week, Wednesday, April 26th, I'm doing a videos that attract clients training.
- 2:16SPEAKER_01: Now, this is totally free.
- 2:17SPEAKER_01: I'm going to walk you through exactly how to how to do videos that will actually attract you business.
- 2:25SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 2:25SPEAKER_01: There's a proven formula to this.
- 2:27SPEAKER_01: This is not, it's not like, you know, hey, let's try this and see if it works.
- 2:31SPEAKER_01: Let's try this to see if it works.
- 2:32SPEAKER_01: There's a proven formula that has been figured out.
- 2:35SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 2:35SPEAKER_01: And I'm going to show you exactly what that formula is.
- 2:38SPEAKER_01: It starts with picking topics that people actually want to watch.
- 2:42SPEAKER_01: People who are strangers that don't know you yet, that this is how you grow your audience and get new people to follow you and eventually hire you.
- 2:50SPEAKER_01: It starts with the topics.
- 2:51SPEAKER_01: What are you doing the videos about?
- 2:53SPEAKER_01: But equally as important is what do you say in the first three seconds?
- 2:58SPEAKER_01: Do you hook them?
- 2:59SPEAKER_01: Are you are you saying something in the first three seconds that's going to actually grab their attention?
- 3:03SPEAKER_01: And there's a formula to this as well.
- 3:06SPEAKER_01: And then certain formats of video work better than others.
- 3:08SPEAKER_01: And then there's the lighting and there's the camera.
- 3:10SPEAKER_01: And you know, do you need a fancy camera?
- 3:12SPEAKER_01: Do is your iPhone sufficient?
- 3:14SPEAKER_01: Do you need a mic?
- 3:14SPEAKER_01: All of that stuff.
- 3:15SPEAKER_01: I'm going to be going over the formula to create videos to attract clients.
- 3:20SPEAKER_01: Like I said, totally free.
- 3:22SPEAKER_01: All that we ask is that you make a donation of any size to LLS, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society fundraiser that I'm I've committed to raising, helping them to raise$100,000 by June 2nd to help fund the research to end childhood blood cancers like leukemia, non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
- 3:42SPEAKER_01: I've seen these diseases uh devastate lives, devastate families.
- 3:48SPEAKER_01: As a parent of two kids, I'm sick of it.
- 3:50SPEAKER_01: And so I decided that I can do what I can do.
- 3:54SPEAKER_01: And I this is a this is a cause that is near and dear to my heart.
- 3:58SPEAKER_01: So to that end, it's all all we're asking is you make any donation of any kind.
- 4:03SPEAKER_01: Whatever you're able and willing to do, um do that, and and the training's totally free.
- 4:07SPEAKER_01: All right.
- 4:08SPEAKER_01: So, and oh, by the way, just by donating to LLS, to the Leukemia, sorry, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society um through our fundraiser, um, you're gonna be entered to win some pretty big prizes.
- 4:21SPEAKER_01: Okay, but between now and June 2nd, I'm giving away a free year to the Massive Agent Society, my coaching program, okay, a full year for free.
- 4:30SPEAKER_01: And in addition, uh a year, sorry, a month of one-on-one private coaching with me.
- 4:38SPEAKER_01: One on one private coaching that I only do right now.
- 4:40SPEAKER_01: I I'm only working with four agents.
- 4:42SPEAKER_01: I'm actually looking for one more.
- 4:44SPEAKER_01: Um, if you want to find out how that works and you can apply to work with me one on one, just go to Massive Agent Podcast dot com slash private and you can uh apply there.
- 4:55SPEAKER_01: But I'm giving that away for free um to anyone that donates.
- 4:59SPEAKER_01: So all you need to do to to register for this training, this completely free training on April 26th is go to Massive Agent Podcast dot com slash training.
- 5:09SPEAKER_01: Massive Agent Podcast.com slash training, register for free.
- 5:13SPEAKER_01: It'll have a link to to make a donation uh of any size, whatever you're able to do.
- 5:19SPEAKER_01: What's really cool is if you do it on your phone, you can use Apple Pay.
- 5:21SPEAKER_01: They make it super simple.
- 5:22SPEAKER_01: So bing bang boom, Apple Pay, and you know, within a few seconds you've made your donation, you get a receipt right away to send to your CPA because, oh, by the way, uh a nice bonus to being charitable and philanthropic, had to throw in a big word, so I sound smart.
- 5:40SPEAKER_01: The the upside to being philanthropic is you can deduct those charitable donations on your taxes.
- 5:46SPEAKER_01: So send that receipt over to your CPA immediately.
- 5:48SPEAKER_01: It's just a good business move to do.
- 5:51SPEAKER_01: Now, real quick, if you can't step away from your business for even a weekend uh without everything just completely falling apart, you have a problem.
- 5:59SPEAKER_01: You don't really have a business now, do you?
- 6:02SPEAKER_01: You have a job.
- 6:03SPEAKER_01: You own your own job.
- 6:04SPEAKER_01: Now, luckily you call the shots in that job, but if you remove yourself from the equation, it all falls apart, right?
- 6:10SPEAKER_01: There's no closings that are happening, no clients are being serviced, no homes are being sold.
- 6:15SPEAKER_01: That's a problem.
- 6:16SPEAKER_01: If you want to one day have an actual real estate business, you'd have to start moving away from everything being on your shoulders.
- 6:23SPEAKER_01: And you have to put systems in place.
- 6:25SPEAKER_01: You have to start putting systems in place.
- 6:27SPEAKER_01: Hopefully, you heard last week's episode, episode 277 with Jason Duncan.
- 6:32SPEAKER_01: Amazing.
- 6:32SPEAKER_01: Make sure you go listen to that after this one, uh, because that we really dive deep on how to start making those moves towards setting yourself up as a business to where you are not required anymore, but your business is growing, thriving, you have a great lifestyle, great income, time freedom, all the stuff, all the reasons we got into real estate in the first place, if we're being totally honest.
- 6:53SPEAKER_01: But it starts with putting systems in place.
- 6:56SPEAKER_01: The best place for every agent to start, for any agent to start, is with follow-up boss.
- 7:01SPEAKER_01: Follow up boss is the CRM of choice of damn near all the top agents in the country because it's so much more than just a CRM.
- 7:08SPEAKER_01: Calling it a CRM honestly is kind of lazy because it does so much more.
- 7:12SPEAKER_01: It does so much more than just keeping track of your contacts and sending text message drip campaigns.
- 7:17SPEAKER_01: It's so much more than making notes about your past clients and all that.
- 7:21SPEAKER_01: It's literally a platform to build and structure your real estate business on top of.
- 7:26SPEAKER_01: And because you're a listener of the Massive Agent Podcast, they're gonna give you follow up boss will give you a 30-day free trial and they don't even ask you for your credit card.
- 7:34SPEAKER_01: No payment, no payment info required whatsoever.
- 7:37SPEAKER_01: They just want you to try it.
- 7:39SPEAKER_01: They're so confident that it that it is the solution that you need.
- 7:42SPEAKER_01: Just go to MassiveAgent Podcast.com slash follow up boss to start your trial today.
- 7:48SPEAKER_01: And lastly, you need to stay on top of what's happening in the market.
- 7:52SPEAKER_01: Not only that, how do you communicate that to your clients?
- 7:55SPEAKER_01: Do you know what to say?
- 7:55SPEAKER_01: Do you know what's about to happen?
- 7:57SPEAKER_01: Do you know what is expected to happen in the housing market?
- 8:01SPEAKER_01: And if so, are you a are you educating and advising your clients properly?
- 8:06SPEAKER_01: To look, you could nerd out for three hours a day on CNBC and Barons and like, you know, Housing Wire, BAM, all these places trying to decipher this yourself, or you could get the cheat code.
- 8:18SPEAKER_01: The cheat code is called KCM.
- 8:20SPEAKER_01: That's the cheat code.
- 8:21SPEAKER_01: Keeping current matters.
- 8:22SPEAKER_01: You can get a free trial of KCM today by going to try KCM.com slash BAM.
- 8:28SPEAKER_01: All right, let's talk about the two main things that agents must master in order to have a thriving real estate career.
- 8:34SPEAKER_01: In order to have any shot at financial freedom, any shot at wealth, any shot at having an actual business, you need to be masters at two things.
- 8:43SPEAKER_01: So, number one, this is something that I didn't learn quick enough in my career.
- 8:47SPEAKER_01: It took me a while.
- 8:49SPEAKER_01: Uh, despite being told that this was the case, I didn't understand it until about three or four years into my career.
- 8:57SPEAKER_01: And and even then, it was an uphill battle to learn how to do that thing.
- 9:01SPEAKER_01: So, number one, agents must learn to be a marketing master.
- 9:05SPEAKER_01: Reason being, the best marketer wins, not the best agent.
- 9:10SPEAKER_01: I used to think that I had to be the best agent.
- 9:14SPEAKER_01: Like the I used to think the most successful agents, the agents that were selling all the homes, they were the best agents.
- 9:20SPEAKER_01: Well, look, they're not the they're not the worst, of course.
- 9:23SPEAKER_01: You have to have a you have to be good.
- 9:25SPEAKER_01: You you have to do a great job for your clients.
- 9:28SPEAKER_01: Obviously, that's a given.
- 9:30SPEAKER_01: No shit.
- 9:31SPEAKER_01: However, I thought that was all that it took.
- 9:34SPEAKER_01: The best agent, the one that knows all the contracts and knows all the addenda and knows all the you know creative ways of structuring this and that, and you know, blah, blah, blah.
- 9:42SPEAKER_01: I thought that was all that it took until I started to hear that wait, that agent they sold 400 homes, and wait, they're getting some uh supposedly they're not even that good at what they do.
- 9:54SPEAKER_01: Well, that's weird.
- 9:54SPEAKER_01: How does that work?
- 9:55SPEAKER_01: How are they selling so many homes?
- 9:57SPEAKER_01: And then I realized, holy crap, it's because they're master marketers.
- 10:00SPEAKER_01: They're not the best agents, they're the best marketers.
- 10:03SPEAKER_01: They're seen everywhere.
- 10:04SPEAKER_01: They're on billboards, they're on pop-up ads, they're like they're they're on um, you know, Facebook ads in your feed.
- 10:11SPEAKER_01: They're everywhere.
- 10:12SPEAKER_01: You have to become a master marketer.
- 10:15SPEAKER_01: Marketing is the art of being seen, being found, being visible, and then building credibility for yourself and your business and your brand when people see you.
- 10:24SPEAKER_01: It's not enough that you're just seen.
- 10:26SPEAKER_01: It's not enough that you're that you're heard.
- 10:29SPEAKER_01: You actually have to build credibility for yourself.
- 10:31SPEAKER_01: You have to be likable.
- 10:32SPEAKER_01: Okay, you could be super credible, but if people think you're an asshole or a douchebag, they're not gonna hire you.
- 10:37SPEAKER_01: If they think you're unrelatable, if they think you're fake, they're not gonna hire you, even if they find you credible.
- 10:43SPEAKER_01: So you have to do all of these things in your marketing.
- 10:45SPEAKER_01: Now, this is one of the, you know, we're gonna be talking about a big chunk of this, a major component to this in that videos that attract clients training that we're doing on April 26th.
- 10:55SPEAKER_01: So again, make sure you register massive agentpodcast.com slash training for that.
- 11:01SPEAKER_01: Totally free.
- 11:02SPEAKER_01: Uh, but your marketing, if you're not a master marketer, people don't know that you exist.
- 11:09SPEAKER_01: See that this is why being the best agent is is worthless if no one knows you exist.
- 11:16SPEAKER_01: For example, if you know every single line of the contract, it's memorized, you know every addenda, you have you have all the market stats memorized, all this stuff, but yet you have no one to help.
- 11:27SPEAKER_01: You have no one, no buyers, no sellers to actually implement all of that knowledge and expertise.
- 11:33SPEAKER_01: It's worthless.
- 11:34SPEAKER_01: It's completely worthless.
- 11:36SPEAKER_01: You need to be found, you need to be seen.
- 11:40SPEAKER_01: People need to see you in their news feed when they're scrolling, and they need to see it over and over and over.
- 11:44SPEAKER_01: They need to see you and your brand or your logo or your face or whatever in the outfield of the high school baseball team.
- 11:51SPEAKER_01: They need to see you in their in their son's high school football um what do you call it?
- 11:57SPEAKER_01: I was gonna call it a yearbook program, the the football program thing.
- 12:00SPEAKER_01: You need to have ad space there.
- 12:01SPEAKER_01: You need to have, you need to be showing up in their mailbox on their doorstep, you need to be showing up in their inbox, you need to be like all these places, okay?
- 12:08SPEAKER_01: Now look, if if you're like, oh my God, I just tell me one thing to do, don't get overwhelmed.
- 12:13SPEAKER_01: I'm just trying to paint the picture.
- 12:14SPEAKER_01: I'm not saying you have to do all these things at once.
- 12:16SPEAKER_01: I'm trying to paint a picture of the importance that you are omnipresent, that you and your brand and your offering what you do, that you are seen over and over and over by the people that you want to hire you.
- 12:30SPEAKER_01: So you must be a master marketer.
- 12:33SPEAKER_01: Let go of this thought or this need to be the best agent.
- 12:36SPEAKER_01: Because honestly, who the hell even decides who the best agent is?
- 12:40SPEAKER_01: Like, what are the criteria for best agent?
- 12:43SPEAKER_01: How do you how do you measure that shit?
- 12:44SPEAKER_01: Right?
- 12:45SPEAKER_01: Like, is there like a panel, like a committee that you must go in front of and they deem you the best based on these 147 different what stupid, right?
- 12:56SPEAKER_01: No, just become a master marketer, get yourself seen everywhere as often as possible by as many people as possible, and you will thrive.
- 13:06SPEAKER_01: Now, you'll only thrive, you could have all that dialed in, but if you don't have number two, you're screwed.
- 13:13SPEAKER_01: Or you may not be totally screwed, but you're dramatically limiting any progress, any success, any upside that you'll ever have.
- 13:19SPEAKER_01: You're gonna have a ceiling to the amount of homes you sell, the amount of money you make, the amount of growth you can have in your business.
- 13:26SPEAKER_01: Number two, mindset.
- 13:29SPEAKER_01: You have to master your mindset.
- 13:32SPEAKER_01: Mindset is a catch-all term for what do you believe?
- 13:36SPEAKER_01: Right?
- 13:36SPEAKER_01: What do you want?
- 13:37SPEAKER_01: Do you believe you're capable of something or not?
- 13:40SPEAKER_01: Uh to what level are you capable?
- 13:42SPEAKER_01: Like, and here's the thing: do you if you have a goal to make a million dollars a year, but yet inside you really only believe, or you really only need, you really only want a hundred K a year, you're never gonna hit a million a year.
- 13:57SPEAKER_01: You there's so many things that have to happen inside your head in order to reach a million dollars a year.
- 14:02SPEAKER_01: It's not necessarily the tactics, because look, let's be honest, there's a lot of people in this industry that make a million dollars a year that are no better than you, they're no smarter than you, they're no more better looking, they're no more articulate, they're they're no more likable, they're no more anything.
- 14:18SPEAKER_01: Sometimes they're much less so than you.
- 14:21SPEAKER_01: Sometimes they're much less capable than you.
- 14:23SPEAKER_01: However, they have extreme confidence, they have extreme desire for the results they have, and they expect that of themselves.
- 14:33SPEAKER_01: They expect it.
- 14:35SPEAKER_01: A book that I've read, um oh nice.
- 14:39SPEAKER_01: Actually, I have it on the on the desk here.
- 14:40SPEAKER_01: So if you guys are watching on YouTube, Secrets of the Millionaire Mind by Thar Vecker.
- 14:44SPEAKER_01: Absolutely life-changing book.
- 14:47SPEAKER_01: Secrets of the Millionaire Mind by Thar Vecker.
- 14:49SPEAKER_01: Do you guys know about the Massive Agent Book list?
- 14:52SPEAKER_01: Like my reading list for agents?
- 14:54SPEAKER_01: I hope you know about this.
- 14:55SPEAKER_01: If you don't, Massive Agent Podcast.com slash book list.
- 15:01SPEAKER_01: 98% sure that's the right link.
- 15:03SPEAKER_01: Yeah, massive agentpodcast.com slash book list, and there's 30 or 35 books that I've personally read and recommend for every real estate agent.
- 15:13SPEAKER_01: And this is one of them.
- 15:14SPEAKER_01: So if you guys have looked at that, if you're on our email list and get those and you know about the book list, Secrets of the Millionaire Mind is where I'd start because it teaches you about the financial thermostat.
- 15:25SPEAKER_01: Uh let me try to let me do my best to illustrate the financial thermostat.
- 15:30SPEAKER_01: All right, and this works not just with finances, but with with anything that you're seeking, like anything, anything that is beyond where you're currently at and you're trying to get to, there's a thermostat.
- 15:40SPEAKER_01: Your expectations, your average.
- 15:42SPEAKER_01: Okay, that that there's the book that I'm reading right now, Average Sucks by Michael Burnoff.
- 15:48SPEAKER_01: He's been on the podcast before.
- 15:49SPEAKER_01: Um, average sucks describes how we all have this average.
- 15:53SPEAKER_01: It it they describe the same concept, these two books describe the same concept in different ways, which is beautiful.
- 16:00SPEAKER_01: So read them both from MassiveAgent Podcast.com slash book list.
- 16:04SPEAKER_01: It just takes you over to our Amazon list with all those books, grab them on Kindle or Audible or grab the physical copy, whatever you want to do, make make it easy for you in the Amazon list.
- 16:14SPEAKER_01: Anyhow, if you are seeking a million dollars a year in income, but yet your financial thermostat is set for$70,000 a year, your expectations of yourself, all of your desires, all of that, like what are you gonna settle for?
- 16:30SPEAKER_01: You're never gonna reach a million dollars a year.
- 16:32SPEAKER_01: Now, you could have something happen where you have a great year, and boom, like let's say your financial thermostat is set to 70 degrees, okay,$70,000 per year.
- 16:41SPEAKER_01: Something can happen where you have a big year, and maybe you make 120, you make you make 190,000, whatever.
- 16:46SPEAKER_01: The thermostat goes it goes way high.
- 16:48SPEAKER_01: But when the thermostat is set, what happens?
- 16:51SPEAKER_01: It kicks the AC on and it brings that temperature right back down.
- 16:55SPEAKER_01: What happens in real life when you have the breakout year, but your mindset is not ready, you have not done the deep work on yourself, you have not.
- 17:04SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna give you some exercises here in a minute that we teach in the massive agent society that will make a major difference.
- 17:09SPEAKER_01: They're so simple, you might think they're cheesy, you might even think there's no way that they're this simple, but they are.
- 17:15SPEAKER_01: I'll I'll go over those here in a second.
- 17:17SPEAKER_01: But the financial thermostat, you have a breakout year, your thermostat's set to 70, but you make 190 that year.
- 17:25SPEAKER_01: Well, you're gonna start doing things subconsciously, bad decisions, you know, you're gonna make a bad investment, you're gonna piss some money away spending when you shouldn't, you know, all of a sudden you're gonna do a bunch of stuff to bring, you're gonna let your foot off the gas in your business, right?
- 17:40SPEAKER_01: You get comfortable and you're like, you know what, I feel good, I'm comfortable, I'm doing well.
- 17:44SPEAKER_01: And pretty soon you stop doing the things that got you that breakout year where you made 190K, you stop doing those things and you bring yourself right back down to 70.
- 17:53SPEAKER_01: That's how it works.
- 17:55SPEAKER_01: So, in order to raise that thermostat up to a million, well, you've got some work to do.
- 18:01SPEAKER_01: You have to work on the desire.
- 18:04SPEAKER_01: You your subconscious needs to crave the results that you seek.
- 18:09SPEAKER_01: There are ways to do that, but it takes work.
- 18:12SPEAKER_01: And honestly, it's it's kind of fun.
- 18:14SPEAKER_01: So, and let me just say this: if at this point you're thinking, oh, okay, we're getting a little woo-woo here, we're getting a little overboard.
- 18:23SPEAKER_01: You maybe you think, oh, this is I'm gonna feel stupid, I'm gonna feel uncool.
- 18:28SPEAKER_01: Being broke and struggling is pretty fucking uncool.
- 18:32SPEAKER_01: It is.
- 18:33SPEAKER_01: Uh not going after your full potential, not even trying to reach your full potential, that's not cool.
- 18:40SPEAKER_01: That's lame as shit.
- 18:42SPEAKER_01: And your kids are watching, for God's sakes.
- 18:43SPEAKER_01: Your kids are watching you settle when you know and they know that you're capable of so much more.
- 18:49SPEAKER_01: How do you know?
- 18:50SPEAKER_01: How do they know?
- 18:50SPEAKER_01: They see it everywhere.
- 18:52SPEAKER_01: They see people driving Lamborghinis, they see people driving Ferraris, they see people living in these giant houses and flying private jets to their family vacation and you know, or to their second or third home, and they're like, how come those people have them and we don't?
- 19:06SPEAKER_01: You don't think kids recognize that shit?
- 19:10SPEAKER_01: They you're if you are a parent, your kids need to see you striving for success.
- 19:15SPEAKER_01: They need to see you doing the hard work.
- 19:17SPEAKER_01: That maybe that's meditation, maybe those are cold plunges, maybe that's getting uh blood work every three to six months, so you get your health dialed in, so your energy is on point and your confidence goes through the roof.
- 19:28SPEAKER_01: Maybe you get your ass to the gym and you you physically look and feel better, so your confidence goes through the roof, and that fuels more results.
- 19:36SPEAKER_01: That's how it's worked in my life when I finally got my shit together in late 2020, physically, finally got the six pack that I had back in high school, and I've kept it ever since.
- 19:44SPEAKER_01: Oh, by the way, uh, which is not nearly as hard as you think.
- 19:50SPEAKER_01: But once you do that work, once you man, it it just becomes normal.
- 19:59SPEAKER_01: It becomes normal.
- 20:01SPEAKER_01: You need to do some of these things, but once you do them and you continue doing them, they become normal for you.
- 20:07SPEAKER_01: So what you're gonna find, I I know I I quickly like shifted um you know where we're going with this, but but it's important.
- 20:14SPEAKER_01: You're gonna find that once you become the type of person that can make a million dollars a year, if that's your goal, it's gonna feel normal once you hit it.
- 20:24SPEAKER_01: Because once you hit it, you're gonna be like, well, yeah, no shit.
- 20:26SPEAKER_01: Of course I did, because that's what you expect.
- 20:28SPEAKER_01: Your average has been increased, your financial thermostat has been increased.
- 20:33SPEAKER_01: You raised it from 70 to a million.
- 20:36SPEAKER_01: That's how it works.
- 20:37SPEAKER_01: So when if you expect 70k a year and then you actually get it, is it like, oh my gosh, the clouds part, you know, glitter shoots out everywhere, and like, you know, horns are trumpeting or whatever the fuck?
- 20:51SPEAKER_01: No, you're just like, yeah, of course.
- 20:53SPEAKER_01: Of course.
- 20:55SPEAKER_01: That's how it's going to feel when you hit a million as well when you do this work.
- 21:00SPEAKER_01: So you've got to become a master of the mindset.
- 21:04SPEAKER_01: We spend probably over half the time in the massive agent society, my coaching group, reprogramming, you know, helping you guys to reprogram your minds.
- 21:13SPEAKER_01: I do this work myself personally, and part of it is you write your goals down every morning.
- 21:18SPEAKER_01: Write your goals down every morning, and here's how I do it.
- 21:21SPEAKER_01: I, Dust and Brome, earn a hundred thousand dollars per month by August 31st, 2023, or whatever.
- 21:30SPEAKER_01: You're very specific.
- 21:31SPEAKER_01: You state that in the future this is fact, because then as you're saying it, if you're like, I'm a millionaire, but you're not, you know, you're you know you're full of shit.
- 21:38SPEAKER_01: So you have to state it as a future fact and put a deadline on it.
- 21:42SPEAKER_01: You write that down every day, every morning, and if you do it every night, too, twice a day, it is the repetition in your subconscious mind that is driving you to get those things.
- 21:52SPEAKER_01: Your subconscious mind steers the ship.
- 21:56SPEAKER_01: Your subconscious mind steers the ship, and your subconscious mind drives the thing.
- 22:00SPEAKER_01: Or floats it or whatever you do with ships.
- 22:03SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 22:03SPEAKER_01: It moves it forward.
- 22:06SPEAKER_01: That's what's going to get you there, is your subconscious.
- 22:08SPEAKER_01: So your subconscious has to believe, or it has to, it has to want that thing so bad that it's going to attract all the resources and attract the people, attract the tactics, if maybe that's what you need.
- 22:21SPEAKER_01: It's not all about information and tactics, guys.
- 22:23SPEAKER_01: A lot of you guys know exactly what to do.
- 22:25SPEAKER_01: And you're doing the same shit that others who make a million dollars a year are doing, but it's not clicking for you.
- 22:30SPEAKER_01: It's because your brain's broken.
- 22:32SPEAKER_01: You don't, you don't believe you deserve it.
- 22:34SPEAKER_01: You don't really want it.
- 22:36SPEAKER_01: You think you do, but then once you hit a certain level, you let your foot off the gas and you're comfortable.
- 22:41SPEAKER_01: You're settling.
- 22:42SPEAKER_01: So you write your goals down and then spend some time right afterwards visualizing as specifically and as vividly as possible what it feels like to have that thing.
- 22:53SPEAKER_01: Something I did when we first got our Tesla a couple years ago is I would visualize waking up in the morning, going downstairs, making coffee, grabbing my coffee, getting the kids and their lunches and backpacks and everything, going to get in the car, walking down the hallway, opening the door into the garage, opening the door for my daughter so she can hop in.
- 23:13SPEAKER_01: My son's too big for that, so he just jumps right in.
- 23:15SPEAKER_01: We get in the we get in the Tesla.
- 23:17SPEAKER_01: I imagine how it feels, the little T logo on the steering wheel, rolling the window down, wind blowing, what music I'm listening to, the kids laughing in the back.
- 23:26SPEAKER_01: I it became so vivid for me, that visualization before I had it, that my subconscious mind didn't know that that was not real.
- 23:37SPEAKER_01: When you do it over and over and over and as vividly as possible, your subconscious thinks that it happened and it wants it again.
- 23:45SPEAKER_01: That is the power of visualization and stating your goals every single day.
- 23:50SPEAKER_01: Repetition is what matters.
- 23:51SPEAKER_01: You can't just do it once.
- 23:52SPEAKER_01: You can't just do it once a week.
- 23:54SPEAKER_01: You've got to do it every single day.
- 23:56SPEAKER_01: And then visualize as vividly as possible what it's going to feel like exactly when you have the thing.
- 24:01SPEAKER_01: So I imagine taking my kids to school in the Tesla, the white model Y, long range with white seats, with uh you know blacked-out emblems.
- 24:11SPEAKER_01: Like I was as specific as possible.
- 24:13SPEAKER_01: I've since raised my goals.
- 24:15SPEAKER_01: My next goal is much bigger.
- 24:18SPEAKER_01: But that's what I that's just an example of that.
- 24:20SPEAKER_01: Now, here's another exercise you can do.
- 24:22SPEAKER_01: You need to start moving towards abundance thinking.
- 24:26SPEAKER_01: Thinking abundantly takes effort because over time we've been programmed to settle for the reasonable choice.
- 24:33SPEAKER_01: Or, for example, I don't know how many of you guys have ever been here, but you go to a restaurant and you look on the right side.
- 24:40SPEAKER_01: You look at the right side of the menu first and let the price determine what you order.
- 24:45SPEAKER_01: Now that's pretty shitty.
- 24:47SPEAKER_01: I've been there though.
- 24:48SPEAKER_01: Like I know exactly what that life is like.
- 24:52SPEAKER_01: And you may think, oh, this is just being prudent.
- 24:54SPEAKER_01: This is just being responsible, like this is good, you know.
- 24:57SPEAKER_01: But what you're teaching yourself, what you're training yourself is that you're you're not worth what you actually want.
- 25:04SPEAKER_01: That you have to settle for something less than what you want.
- 25:06SPEAKER_01: Now, look, if you want the chicken and it's only 20 bucks and the steak is 45, cool.
- 25:12SPEAKER_01: That's fine.
- 25:14SPEAKER_01: But you know what we're talking about here.
- 25:16SPEAKER_01: Usually you go to you go to a restaurant and you see, oh shit, that Wagyu isn't is 105 bucks.
- 25:21SPEAKER_01: Um, I really want that, but I'm gonna go for this uh this other one that's only$73.
- 25:28SPEAKER_01: I'll go for that one.
- 25:29SPEAKER_01: Is it really going to put you in the poorhouse to spend an extra 30-something bucks to get the Wagyu steak so you feel awesome?
- 25:38SPEAKER_01: You see what I mean?
- 25:39SPEAKER_01: You you need to start going for what you want within reason to train yourself that you deserve it and that that's just how you operate.
- 25:49SPEAKER_01: You get what you want.
- 25:51SPEAKER_01: If you don't, you're then you're settling and you're teach you're literally teaching yourself, and you've been doing this for decades.
- 25:57SPEAKER_01: You've been doing this for decades.
- 25:59SPEAKER_01: One little decision after another, after another, you've trained yourself to settle for less than what you actually want.
- 26:07SPEAKER_01: So the restaurants are key when you're grocery shopping.
- 26:11SPEAKER_01: This is super easy and doesn't even cost that that much more money when you're grocery shopping.
- 26:16SPEAKER_01: You're looking at Tide Pods rather than saying, you know, I really want the Tide Pods because their branding and their marketing is amazing and they're the best, but then you're like, yeah, but these store brand ones, these Kirkland signature ones are four bucks less, I'll go for those.
- 26:29SPEAKER_01: Again, that may be a what you think is a good financial decision.
- 26:33SPEAKER_01: You're saving four dollars, but you've just taught yourself that you can't that you don't deserve what you want.
- 26:40SPEAKER_01: So get the damn Tide Pods next time.
- 26:43SPEAKER_01: It's an extra four bucks.
- 26:44SPEAKER_01: Or if you're looking at organic this and non-organic, get the frickin' organic.
- 26:48SPEAKER_01: I mean, first off, because you need to for health reasons, it's eat organic for God's sakes, whenever you can, if you have any desire to live a healthy life, uh, do that.
- 26:59SPEAKER_01: But go for the organic.
- 27:01SPEAKER_01: These are not things that are gonna cost you an extra thousand dollars when you go grocery shopping.
- 27:04SPEAKER_01: Maybe it costs you an extra 20, maybe an extra five, maybe an extra 35, I don't know.
- 27:10SPEAKER_01: But my God, that's investing in yourself.
- 27:13SPEAKER_01: And once you start to get the thing you want, the sky opens up.
- 27:18SPEAKER_01: You start to realize that, huh, I just I just bought the bike that I wanted.
- 27:22SPEAKER_01: Like I just did this personally.
- 27:23SPEAKER_01: Got my wife a bike, I got one that was four times more expensive, I don't need it.
- 27:28SPEAKER_01: I'll probably never actually use it off-road.
- 27:30SPEAKER_01: It's a specialized stump jumper with rear suspension, matte black.
- 27:35SPEAKER_01: I've always wanted that bike.
- 27:37SPEAKER_01: And I just fucking bought it the other day.
- 27:39SPEAKER_01: I don't necessarily need it, but I'm like, you know what?
- 27:41SPEAKER_01: I could save$600 and get get one that, you know, a little less, but damn it, I want this one.
- 27:46SPEAKER_01: So I did.
- 27:47SPEAKER_01: And guess what happened?
- 27:48SPEAKER_01: My income went up quickly.
- 27:50SPEAKER_01: I noticed that extra money got replaced quickly.
- 27:54SPEAKER_01: Abundance opens up the sky.
- 27:56SPEAKER_01: Abundance opens up this river, this this flow of of wealth, of resources, of happiness, of all the things.
- 28:07SPEAKER_01: But it starts with training yourself to act abundantly.
- 28:12SPEAKER_01: One more quick thing you can do, desire has to be a big part of this too.
- 28:16SPEAKER_01: You need to start thinking like a kid again.
- 28:18SPEAKER_01: Not thinking about what's financially responsible, what you can afford, what fits within the budget, but put down on a list a hundred things that you want, a hundred material things.
- 28:27SPEAKER_01: And do not think about how much it costs.
- 28:29SPEAKER_01: If you want a private island, put it there.
- 28:31SPEAKER_01: If you want an amusement park in your backyard, put it on there.
- 28:34SPEAKER_01: If you want whatever, put it on there.
- 28:37SPEAKER_01: Think like a kid again without the filter, without the limiting beliefs, without the limitations.
- 28:43SPEAKER_01: You do these things over time.
- 28:45SPEAKER_01: I swear to God, I promise you, you will start to manifest the results that you actually want, and it will feel completely normal to you.
- 28:52SPEAKER_01: So, in summary, you must, in order to be a wildly successful agent and create serious success and serious wealth, you need to be a master marketer.
- 29:02SPEAKER_01: You need to master marketing, you need to master mindset.
