- 0:00[SPEAKER_01]: Well, the nervous system has two main states.
- 0:03[SPEAKER_01]: We're just going to make it really simple, right?
- 0:04[SPEAKER_01]: It's either in fighter flight or it's in rest and digest.
- 0:07[SPEAKER_01]: And when the nervous system is in fighter flight, it literally regulates every process in the body.
- 0:12[SPEAKER_01]: It's like, you know, your pupils die late, you know, you're producing more cortisol, like all of the blood flow goes to like the, you know, the muscle so that you can like run from the bear or the tiger.
- 0:20[SPEAKER_01]: And this is what happens for a lot of people chronically.
- 0:23[SPEAKER_01]: And so what's happening is that a lot of that vital energy is going away from the organs that are supposed to,
- 0:30[SPEAKER_01]: Like, digest your food, which means like making stomach acid, creating bile, creating pancreatic enzymes, like all of these processes are basically being put on pause when you're in fight or flight.
- 0:54[SPEAKER_00]: Welcome to the Bond Life Podcast where fitness, vines, and real talk collide.

- 2:29[SPEAKER_00]: One-on-one will come up with a plan and you guys, as always, if I'm not a fit for you, we have so many amazing guests and coaches
- 2:36[SPEAKER_00]: on just this episode or not this episode on this podcast alone, there is someone that I can guide you to if I am not a fit or we can get you going in the right direction, but you have to take the steps to want the change.
- 2:48[SPEAKER_00]: You have to be the one that's willing to show up, have the hard conversation and be like, okay, what do we do with this information?
- 2:54[SPEAKER_00]: And that's what I'm here to help you do.
- 2:56[SPEAKER_00]: This conversation today goes kind of hand in hand with us because you have to take action.
- 3:00[SPEAKER_00]: You have to be responsible for your own health.
- 3:02[SPEAKER_00]: And today we have Eva Huffdon.
- 3:04[SPEAKER_00]: She's a certified holistic health coach, a neo-emotional release and detox practitioner, and she's the founder of the realignment method.
- 3:12[SPEAKER_00]: So she guides individuals in reconnecting with their true essence by bridging science, quantum physics, emotional healing, spirituality, like all together.
- 3:22[SPEAKER_00]: and through a unique integration of advanced detox protocols, mineral balancing, somatic and emotional release work, could nervous system regulation and subconscious reprogramming, she helps uncover and resolve the root causes of physical symptoms and emotional imbalances.
- 3:39[SPEAKER_00]: So today's episode goes right along with that.
- 3:42[SPEAKER_00]: It's like diving in, figuring out uncovering what is really going on.
- 3:46[SPEAKER_00]: And then seeing what is the best route for you to take because I'm going to tell you right now.
- 3:51[SPEAKER_00]: Staying where you're at is not the answer, especially if it's not working.
- 3:55[SPEAKER_00]: I can't tell you how many people I see all the time showing up at the gym.
- 3:59[SPEAKER_00]: They're doing the same exact thing.
- 4:01[SPEAKER_00]: They're having the same conversation with their trainer, their transgender and the same exact thing.
- 4:05[SPEAKER_00]: I'm like, what are we doing?
- 4:06[SPEAKER_00]: This is the definition of insanity.
- 4:07[SPEAKER_00]: We keep showing up, doing the same thing, expecting different results.
- 4:11[SPEAKER_00]: And that is not the answer.
- 4:12[SPEAKER_00]: So if what you're doing, let's say you guys heard in January and you're one of those people that are showing up, right?
- 4:18[SPEAKER_00]: And nothing is really changing.
- 4:20[SPEAKER_00]: That's a problem.
- 4:21[SPEAKER_00]: That's something that needs to be addressed because how much longer are you going to keep doing something that's not producing the results that you want and sometimes like the work that Ava does you go deeper.
- 4:33[SPEAKER_00]: Sometimes there's we talk about this right away in the beginning like the foundation is super rocky.
- 4:38[SPEAKER_00]: There isn't a foundation that's smooth and solid that we can build off of.
- 4:43[SPEAKER_00]: And so sometimes you think you need to start at level three and we're like, oh no, we got to go down to like negative three.
- 4:49[SPEAKER_00]: That's where we start to do the work and then build up from there.
- 4:53[SPEAKER_00]: So this conversation, it's so empowering because she and powers her clients to achieve deep holistic healing.
- 5:00[SPEAKER_00]: Like,
- 5:00[SPEAKER_00]: lasting transformation and alignment on physical, mental, emotional, spiritual levels and you guys know that is what I am all about.
- 5:08[SPEAKER_00]: So this conversation, it's it's just perfect timing.
- 5:10[SPEAKER_00]: And this conversation aligns with everything that this podcast stands for, but bringing all of the pieces together.
- 5:19[SPEAKER_00]: And we have done several episodes on trauma and healing and doing things deeper and within.
- 5:24[SPEAKER_00]: And I keep having these conversations because I've said this before.
- 5:28[SPEAKER_00]: you never know what episode you're going to hear and it's gonna stick or you never know what guess comes on and you hear that message loud and clear even though you heard it several times before or maybe there a person that you need to work with.
- 5:41[SPEAKER_00]: I am all about sharing the love.
- 5:43[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe I'm not a fit but she is.
- 5:45[SPEAKER_00]: Hey, whatever gets you the results and living your best life ever, that's what I'm about.
- 5:51[SPEAKER_00]: So we are going to keep having these conversations.
- 5:53[SPEAKER_00]: We are, I'm going to keep just pounding it into your head of the different levels you have to hit to create lasting change for life.
- 6:00[SPEAKER_00]: Alright, so you're ready to dive in because we're talking about the nervous system.
- 6:04[SPEAKER_00]: We're talking about true healing and I think you guys are going to love this episode.
- 6:08[SPEAKER_00]: As always, please rate and review this podcast.
- 6:10[SPEAKER_00]: Give us five stars if you feel appropriate.
- 6:12[SPEAKER_00]: Leave a review if you haven't done that yet, please do so.
- 6:14[SPEAKER_00]: And also make sure you're following the show.
- 6:16[SPEAKER_00]: Like, subscribe.
- 6:17[SPEAKER_00]: A lot of people are like, oh no, I just go and listen and they don't like subscribe.
- 6:20[SPEAKER_00]: And that does a lot of things for the show.
- 6:22[SPEAKER_00]: It's extremely helpful.
- 6:24[SPEAKER_00]: But again, go to the show notes.
- 6:25[SPEAKER_00]: There's always different ways to work, and there's always little baby steps that you can take to help you move forward.
- 6:32[SPEAKER_00]: It doesn't have to be as big of a jump as you think, but that first step is the hardest.
- 6:36[SPEAKER_00]: All right, everyone, enjoy the show.
- 6:43[SPEAKER_00]: Hey everyone, welcome to the bomb life podcast.
- 6:47[SPEAKER_00]: Today we have Ava who've done welcome to the show, Ava.
- 6:51[SPEAKER_00]: Thank you so much, I'm so excited to be here.
- 6:53[SPEAKER_00]: You guys, we've had to like cancel this recording like several times now like on my end on her end.
- 6:59[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm like, you know what, I'm just gonna trust that this is gonna happen when it's meant to happen.
- 7:04[SPEAKER_00]: And I think this is like a perfect time of year to talk all things like nervous system regulation, the detoxing like everything that you cover with emotional release like everything I think it's going to be a perfect time of year for that.
- 7:19[SPEAKER_00]: Absolutely.
- 7:19[SPEAKER_00]: So, you're a holistic health coach.
- 7:22[SPEAKER_00]: You are a neo-emotional release and detox practitioner, which you're going to have to explain to me what that is and you're the founder of the realignment method.
- 7:32[SPEAKER_00]: You're also the host of the realignment podcast.
- 7:35[SPEAKER_00]: You've done a lot.
- 7:36[SPEAKER_00]: You have a busy, busy life, for sure.
- 7:39[SPEAKER_00]: Definitely.
- 7:40[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, it's been a journey, for sure.
- 7:43[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, isn't it?
- 7:44[SPEAKER_00]: It's like a marathon.
- 7:46[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, yeah.
- 7:47[SPEAKER_01]: It's like a full-time job.
- 7:48[SPEAKER_00]: Oh my god.
- 7:49[SPEAKER_00]: It truly is.
- 7:50[SPEAKER_00]: So, okay, I got to know first.
- 7:52[SPEAKER_00]: What's a neo-emotional release practitioner?
- 7:56[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, so neo-emotionarylies, they actually have an institute in Europe.
- 8:00[SPEAKER_01]: So a form of somatic work.
- 8:01[SPEAKER_01]: So they kind of blend like somatic work, which is a lot of body-based healing, emotional release work.
- 8:07[SPEAKER_01]: And then they also kind of include psychosomatics, certain breath techniques, craniosic role.
- 8:13[SPEAKER_01]: So it's like a blend of modalities into one.
- 8:16[SPEAKER_00]: OK, OK, first question for you.
- 8:18[SPEAKER_00]: How did you get into this?
- 8:20[SPEAKER_00]: Like, how is this Ava's world and what you do
- 8:26[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I mean, much like probably a lot of people that you have on, you know, I ended up having a very tumultuous journey myself that kind of like forced me on the past.
- 8:34[SPEAKER_01]: So started off when I was very young.
- 8:36[SPEAKER_01]: I always had like tons of like held issues from like good issues to depression and anxiety.
- 8:42[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, no doctors could really figure out what was wrong with me.
- 8:44[SPEAKER_01]: Like, all my labs were always off.
- 8:46[SPEAKER_01]: Like, I was always the kid that had to stay home from school for multiple years at a time.
- 8:51[SPEAKER_01]: Like, really, really painful periods.
- 8:53[SPEAKER_01]: Like, basically everything that could go wrong with my body was off.
- 8:56[SPEAKER_01]: And when one thing was resolved, it was the next.
- 8:59[SPEAKER_01]: And so I was just kind of on that path of just...
- 9:02[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, like my parents trying to figure out, you know, like, okay, conventional doctors don't work.
- 9:06[SPEAKER_01]: Let's get her to the holistic doctors, which would work sometimes with a wooden, and so it was right when I was about 15, 16, that I got scouted for modeling.
- 9:15[SPEAKER_01]: And at that time, I was just thrown into that industry, put on all the different diets, and like, wreck my gut even more.
- 9:22[SPEAKER_01]: And so eventually it just forced me out to this path of like, okay, I need to like, research and figure out what's wrong with me myself.
- 9:28[SPEAKER_01]: And so that really led me onto the path of like,
- 9:31[SPEAKER_01]: Cibo, or I got labeled with IBS and got all like the, you know, the umbrella diagnoses that really don't mean anything.
- 9:39[SPEAKER_01]: And so through that journey and just being really fortunate of like finding articles because at the time like now you can find everything on Instagram and on chat you've been to you know, but at the time it's like what do you do you look on Google like I have got issues, you know, so I was very fortunate to like find a lot and experiment with myself and my own body and eventually.
- 9:58[SPEAKER_01]: Found detoxification and like doing cleanses and things that like really helped my body heal Which would help to an extent, but it wasn't until COVID 2020 and this is at a time that I was modeling in New York I was like running on cortisol.
- 10:13[SPEAKER_01]: I was drinking four cups of coffee a day doing two workout classes and you know eating healthy and just avoiding all the foods that I knew would make me bloated and and like tired and fatigued and I Eventually like
- 10:26[SPEAKER_01]: When the whole world stuff that I realized like, oh my gosh, like my whole life has built on like adrenaline and like cortisol and running and doing and so I was fortunate enough to spend all of COVID and another lens of my parents like got a little place in nature and
- 10:42[SPEAKER_01]: just started diving in and like meditating and like found nervous system regulation and just like really figuring out why my body was always in fighter flight and from that perspective like I really really deeply like went until like meditation really reprogramming
- 10:58[SPEAKER_01]: the way that my body was interpreting the world and that in and of itself had the most massive shift for me in my health at the time, but then as soon as the world started picking up again and we started picking up again, I was right back where I started and so that really kind of push me into the world of okay, it's important to do these practices daily and to understand okay, how can I actually support my nervous system not just from like a
- 11:25[SPEAKER_01]: Meditation and breath work perspective, but actually from like a nutritional standpoint and to make sure that like, right, my body gets all the nutrients that it needs so that it doesn't feel like it's in fighter flight.
- 11:37[SPEAKER_01]: And so that was kind of my journey for a long time and that I'm having really deep into detoxification when way overboard ended up in the urgent care and almost killed myself doing that, which was another big learning learning part of my journey.
- 11:49[SPEAKER_01]: And that like let me on to two years of
- 11:52[SPEAKER_01]: basically completely, you know, taking space from the whole holistic health space and just focusing on like emotional work, semantics and like getting a lot of like the PTSD from this near death experience out of my body and that is basically a lot of the work that I come by now is like doing, you know, physical work, detoxification, all of it, like, yeah.
- 12:15[SPEAKER_00]: all together.
- 12:16[SPEAKER_00]: I can't believe how many things have happened to your life that led to you exploring like a new path.
- 12:22[SPEAKER_00]: And you say the word detox, and I am sure that there are so many people listening going like, oh my god, yeah, I detox.
- 12:28[SPEAKER_00]: And like, you know, tell me more about that.
- 12:30[SPEAKER_00]: What did you do?
- 12:30[SPEAKER_00]: But the fact that you almost killed yourself?
- 12:34[SPEAKER_00]: I always wonder how many people push it almost too far and are creating more problems from like the detox protocol that they're following, you know, then if they just want to done nothing at all, can we talk briefly on detox and like why it could be actually making you even more sick?
- 12:53[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, so I think basically 99% of the whole detox and holistic health space in general looks at things from a very like surface level view.
- 13:02[SPEAKER_01]: So they see, for example, oh, I have liver congestion, I have a parasite, I have candida, I have sebo or whatever the thing is.
- 13:09[SPEAKER_01]: And there, you know, we're so wired to believe that we make those things wrong.
- 13:13[SPEAKER_01]: We're like, okay, the parasites bad, the candida is bad, I need to kill it or I need to get it out of the body.
- 13:18[SPEAKER_01]: And so almost a kind of in a reactive
- 13:21[SPEAKER_01]: Excuse me, respond.
- 13:22[SPEAKER_01]: We say, okay, let's go kill it.
- 13:23[SPEAKER_01]: Let's go on a parasite cleanse or a juice fast or whatever it is.
- 13:27[SPEAKER_01]: And what we're actually doing is not looking at the body that essentially created the conditions over time for those parasites or for the liver congestion to kind of occur.
- 13:37[SPEAKER_01]: Basically, 99% of the time, people who have those pathogens who express symptoms are people who have a very rocky foundation, right?
- 13:47[SPEAKER_01]: They're living on mineral depletion.
- 13:51[SPEAKER_01]: The nervous system is already in stress.
- 13:52[SPEAKER_01]: The adrenals are depleted.
- 13:54[SPEAKER_01]: There's like hypothyroidism.
- 13:55[SPEAKER_01]: And so what they're now doing is just adding more stress by doing all these like fancy biohacking techniques and fasting and all these cleanses and so they wonder why they feel better and then feel worse, you know, through to six months later again.
- 14:08[SPEAKER_01]: And so that is really what shift to my whole perspective of like, oh, like if our foundations off, like if we are depleted in minerals, which we all aren't right, like not just because our soils are depleted, but also because when we are
- 14:21[SPEAKER_01]: in fighter flight like when we're on our screens all day our bodies are burning through minerals like our output of like mineral loss is so high because you know like we're running on cortisol and testosterone and like we're exposed to like non-native EMFs all the time which burns through minerals and so now
- 14:36[SPEAKER_01]: anything that we're doing is from a depleted state and the the way that I look at detoxification just like I look at you know how trauma is released from the body it only happens when the body feels safe and so what we're doing is we're trying to write we're trying to pull something from a body that doesn't feel safe and what does the body do it locks up right it's like oh
- 14:58[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not going to allow any nutrients and or any toxins out because I'm in the state of like, you know, it's not safe.
- 15:05[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 15:05[SPEAKER_01]: So yeah, it's it's super powerful to work with people and it's usually shift their whole world view because I often get clients with a laundry list of supplements that are like my functional doctor told me to take all these things and I was like, but you're not feeling better.
- 15:19[SPEAKER_01]: So, you know, like, right.
- 15:20[SPEAKER_00]: No, I completely can relate to like the whole locked up part in like a body that feels unsafe, even in like the health and fitness space.
- 15:29[SPEAKER_00]: That I'm in with my clients because I'm in your right.
- 15:32[SPEAKER_00]: It starts with that foundation because I'm like, look, if you're not okay in all areas of your life with.
- 15:38[SPEAKER_00]: your relationships with your parent, with your partner, with your kids.
- 15:42[SPEAKER_00]: And that's all like clogging up your pipes and your body.
- 15:45[SPEAKER_00]: What makes you think your body's going to feel safe enough to do the work to build muscle, but then also let go of fat.
- 15:52[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, it doesn't happen.
- 15:53[SPEAKER_00]: it's all connected.
- 15:55[SPEAKER_00]: And if you have been starving your body, you know, for whatever reason, maybe just overworked, maybe you actually do have some type of disorder going on.
- 16:03[SPEAKER_00]: And now you're like, hey, body, trust me.
- 16:05[SPEAKER_00]: We're going to do this.
- 16:07[SPEAKER_00]: And I need you to let go of like three percent body fat for me.
- 16:09[SPEAKER_00]: Your body is going to be like, bitch, are you kidding?
- 16:13[SPEAKER_00]: I like it.
- 16:13[SPEAKER_00]: No, you haven't been feeding me probably for 10 years and now you want me to give and that I like when you said locked up I'm like, oh my god.
- 16:21[SPEAKER_00]: Yes.
- 16:22[SPEAKER_00]: Yes completely can relate.
- 16:23[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, it's exactly what you're saying right like I have a lot of clients come to me They're like, I want to lose weight and I'm like, okay, exactly what you're saying like you've been chronically underfeeting You're completely depleted the body is gonna hold on to anything that it can and it's like
- 16:36[SPEAKER_01]: Even again, like from a trauma perspective, like I've had clients who after they finally feel safe enough to release a lot of the stored emotions, it's like the fat also comes off because it's like there's no interconnected right people just don't talk about this like if you go to any gym right now and just, you know, that strong start up a conversation with a trainer they're like they're not going to this isn't part of their protocol for their client.
- 16:59[SPEAKER_01]: No, they're just calories in calories.
- 17:01[SPEAKER_01]: I used to be that way.
- 17:01[SPEAKER_01]: And I thought it worked.
- 17:02[SPEAKER_01]: And it's simply, right to me.
- 17:04[SPEAKER_00]: Same.
- 17:05[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 17:05[SPEAKER_00]: And then it takes so long to get your body into a state of trust and to regulate your hormones again and to bring down the cortisol levels because it gets used to it.
- 17:15[SPEAKER_00]: That the only way it knows how to function.
- 17:17[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, absolutely.
- 17:18[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 17:19[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, I can change.
- 17:20[SPEAKER_01]: Totally really there like I was doing you know calorie counting and like focusing on macros and always like chronically Underfeeding myself and over overworking my body for like so many years and then when I actually started like What I do now is like mineral balancing protocols with clients where we actually just like optimize their minerals and some clients who haven't been in a depleted state
- 17:41[SPEAKER_01]: their body instantly responds, they start dumping heavy metals and parasites.
- 17:44[SPEAKER_01]: For me, it was like a year of just getting my minerals back to a level because I've been chronically, you know, underwriting myself.
- 17:52[SPEAKER_01]: And like it was so fascinating to see that where I was like, oh, my body is just like needing like all the rest for like a year and just like absorbing, absorbing, like nourishing myself.
- 18:01[SPEAKER_01]: And now it feels safe to start dumping metals.
- 18:04[SPEAKER_01]: It's like fast doing to look at that.
- 18:06[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, can we talk about, I think I saw it on like one of your sheets or preparing and you were saying or maybe it was a really made, I don't know, I've been stalking me a lot lately, and you were talking about how you can't heal if you're in survival mode, I don't know, maybe I maybe I saw it on a sheet or something and I was just like, oh my god, that is so true and you can't heal a body you hate either.
- 18:29[SPEAKER_00]: you know about as you feel like isn't performing for you or isn't doing what you want your body is it's not going to listen but that nervous system regulation it's just the foundation of everything can we talk on that and why you know it's so important to get out of just survival mode and not just surviving but thriving in the space that you're in.
- 18:50[SPEAKER_01]: Well, the nervous system has two main states.
- 18:53[SPEAKER_01]: We're just going to make it really simple, right?
- 18:55[SPEAKER_01]: It's either in fighter flight or it's in rest and digest.
- 18:57[SPEAKER_01]: And when the nervous system is in fighter flight, it literally regulates every process in the body.
- 19:02[SPEAKER_01]: It's like, you know, your pupils die late, you're, you know, you're producing more cortisol, like all of the blood flow goes to like the, you know, the muscle so that you can like run from the bear or the tiger.
- 19:10[SPEAKER_01]: And this is what happens for a lot of people chronically.
- 19:14[SPEAKER_01]: And so what's happening is that a lot of that vital energy is going away from the organs that are supposed to,
- 19:20[SPEAKER_01]: Like, digest your food, which means like making stomach acid, creating bile, creating pancreatic enzymes, like all of these processes are basically being put on pause when you're in fighter flight.
- 19:30[SPEAKER_01]: So this could even happen, like, let's say you're eating dinner and you're having an argument with your boyfriend or your spouse, your partner.
- 19:36[SPEAKER_01]: And suddenly like all of that vital energy goes to the extremities away from the organs and so now your meals actually now properly digesting and you're wondering why you feel bloated and heavy and like all these things right and so when that happens over time the limbic system actually has this and there's theory that's called like a cell danger response which essentially explains how when that
- 19:59[SPEAKER_01]: trigger that fighter flight that like fear response get turned on for long enough, which can be through right it can be emotional.
- 20:05[SPEAKER_01]: It could be you presenting your environment as not safe.
- 20:08[SPEAKER_01]: It could be physical if you're exposed to like molds or you're like chronically exposed to specific toxins.
- 20:13[SPEAKER_01]: It could be a physical injury that your body is like really overwhelmed with.
- 20:17[SPEAKER_01]: So it doesn't really matter what the source of the right or dangerous, but it is essentially
- 20:23[SPEAKER_01]: kind of puts the cells on lockdown.
- 20:25[SPEAKER_01]: So the cells actually have this alarm system where they can alarm nearby cells as well to also tell like, hey, put everything on halts like there's danger going on, which is also what we see a lot of people with his to mean response, muscle activation syndrome thinks like that.
- 20:38[SPEAKER_01]: Because the whole body is in that like what we said, the lockdown state.
- 20:41[SPEAKER_01]: So it's literally like nutrients don't enter into the cell, but they also don't leave the cell, meaning that a lot of the toxins are like not actually able to leave.
- 20:49[SPEAKER_01]: And that's on top of already what's happening by like you're not producing enough bio, which is how our toxins leave.
- 20:54[SPEAKER_01]: and as not adjusting our food and what happens if we don't properly digest our food is that the body actually allows like this is the way that I look at it from a terrain theory lens is that we all have candida and or gut, for example, or certain microbes or you know parasites, we're never going to be fully parasite-free.
- 21:11[SPEAKER_01]: The thing is is that when we are full of toxins,
- 21:15[SPEAKER_01]: Waste because our body is in fighter flight and not focus on actually properly digesting our food or eliminating it.
- 21:21[SPEAKER_01]: Those pathogens are going to actually be consuming a lot of those toxins and that excess waste and therefore are going to multiply.
- 21:28[SPEAKER_01]: Right, so we're actually feeding a lot of these pathogens and in a way the body is always in balance.
- 21:34[SPEAKER_01]: Meaning that if your like your digestion isn't working optimally for 10, 20 years because you're chronically in fighter flight.
- 21:41[SPEAKER_01]: then again, like all of those pathogens are going to take up a lot more space, which then also create more toxic load because they also produce toxic byproducts that stress out your nervous system even more.
- 21:52[SPEAKER_01]: So now it's like it's a toxic loop that we can't really get out of until we regulate ourselves and the regulation in and of itself sometimes with clients can actually allow the digestion to take, you know, to start working again for you to start to eliminate toxins.
- 22:06[SPEAKER_01]: Sure.
- 22:06[SPEAKER_01]: So I have people sometimes with nervous system regulation alone or emotional
- 22:11[SPEAKER_01]: have massive detox symptoms because the body starts to work again and it starts to just detox yeah these toxins and so you know all of those Instagram influencers and like blogs and whatever it is that tell you to like buy these detox supplements it's like you know if you just get into the place where you're exiting a relationship that doesn't line for you where you're leaving a job that does you know that stresses you out or you're actually just taking more space to be in nature like that is the real medicine that we need above
- 22:38[SPEAKER_01]: any of the supplements in the first place, you know, like they can be helpful.
- 22:41[SPEAKER_01]: I use them in my programs, but very strategic way when the body is ready and actually able to use the supplements, right?
- 22:49[SPEAKER_00]: It's so fascinating to me.
- 22:50[SPEAKER_00]: All of this, you know, and one of the biggest things I had so like inflammation markers come back and stuff and, you know, I started researching and I'm like, what can I do?
- 23:00[SPEAKER_00]: What am I missing?
- 23:01[SPEAKER_00]: And I know nervous system regulation was a big thing for me,
- 23:06[SPEAKER_00]: for three times a week only 20 minutes and if you dive in holy shit you can really see like seven days a week go for 40 minutes watch your heart rate until it's like in the one sixties and I'm like oh my god if you really wanted to take things next level there are protocols in place for you to do it but I'm like no
- 23:27[SPEAKER_00]: What is the basic like just help me stay healthy like bring inflammation down stress my system but not in a crazy way three times a week 20 minutes my liver tests came back in three months like completely cleared
- 23:47[SPEAKER_00]: Exactly.
- 23:48[SPEAKER_00]: Exactly.
- 23:49[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, did you start this?
- 23:50[SPEAKER_00]: I'm like, no, I didn't actually, I actually didn't, and again, people don't talk about this stuff either.
- 23:57[SPEAKER_00]: Like, yeah, I know.
- 23:58[SPEAKER_00]: Just conversations that aren't happening and I try and do as many episodes as I can because I'm always like, you never know what guest is going to come on, what they're going to say that's going to resonate with you.
- 24:09[SPEAKER_00]: That's going to like finally make that light go on and just be like, oh, this is what I'm missing.
- 24:16[SPEAKER_00]: Hey, Bob and my fam, I have a question for you.
- 24:18[SPEAKER_00]: Are you the kind of person who crushes it at work?
- 24:20[SPEAKER_00]: Shows up for your family, checks off every to-do list.
- 24:23[SPEAKER_00]: But when it comes to your fitness, your energy and your confidence, it feels like something's missing.
- 24:27[SPEAKER_00]: You might be doing the workouts listening to all the right podcasts.
- 24:30[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, you are listening to this one.
- 24:31[SPEAKER_00]: But deep down, you know you're just kind of going through the motions and you're done playing small in this area of life.
- 24:36[SPEAKER_00]: That's exactly why I created Fit Mind Coaching.
- 24:39[SPEAKER_00]: My private one-on-one program for high-achieving women and men who are ready to level up.
- 24:44[SPEAKER_00]: This isn't just another fitness plan, this is about building the body and the mindset to match the life you're working so damn hard for, because success in business means nothing if you're hiding in hoodies avoiding mirrors or dragging through your day with your energy.
- 24:57[SPEAKER_00]: Or, showing up on Zoom meetings feeling good from the chest up, but praying no one ever sees what's going on below the screen.
- 25:03[SPEAKER_00]: We're talking about fat loss, muscle building, and real confidence that bleeds into every area of your life.
- 25:08[SPEAKER_00]: Your boredom, your bedroom, and your parenting.
- 25:10[SPEAKER_00]: You want it all?
- 25:11[SPEAKER_00]: Good.
- 25:12[SPEAKER_00]: You should have it all.
- 25:13[SPEAKER_00]: Let's go.
- 25:14[SPEAKER_00]: click the link in the show notes and book your free call with me today.
- 25:16[SPEAKER_00]: Let's build the strongest, most confident version of you inside and out.
- 25:20[SPEAKER_00]: You're ready for more, and I'm ready to show you how back to the show.
- 25:24[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, so we use the term nervous system regulation.
- 25:28[SPEAKER_00]: All righty, like several times, can you explain like for dummies?
- 25:32[SPEAKER_00]: What exactly that means?
- 25:34[SPEAKER_00]: So our listeners go, oh, okay.
- 25:37[SPEAKER_00]: I kind of knew what that meant, but like now this makes sense.
- 25:40[SPEAKER_00]: Mm-hmm.
- 25:41[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, that's a great question.
- 25:42[SPEAKER_01]: Like how am I going to explain this?
- 25:44[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, it's a really easy way.
- 25:45[SPEAKER_00]: It's like someone asking me like how do I lose weight?
- 25:47[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, okay.
- 25:47[SPEAKER_01]: Well in a really easy way, right?
- 25:49[SPEAKER_01]: Like we like I said we have really two states the nervous system which is always interpreting signals Right?
- 25:54[SPEAKER_01]: Like it literally runs everything if you've ever seen an image of the nervous system if you haven't Google it It's like I think they have this like weird image of like a brain with like all these tentacles
- 26:04[SPEAKER_01]: on it, like it's literally, you know, the nerves going into every part of your body and it's just electrical signals going off constantly.
- 26:10[SPEAKER_01]: And the way that, again, like the part of the brain, like the limbic system is the one that's kind of interpreting, right?
- 26:17[SPEAKER_01]: The safety, non-safety, like, is it safe?
- 26:20[SPEAKER_01]: Is it dangerous?
- 26:21[SPEAKER_01]: And so our way when we work with nervous system regulation, a lot of the work that we're talking about is actually limbic system works.
- 26:28[SPEAKER_01]: We're reprogramming
- 26:32[SPEAKER_01]: to interpret certain things as safety.
- 26:35[SPEAKER_01]: And you can do this by all sorts of things.
- 26:37[SPEAKER_01]: Like, you know, using your breath is one of them, because like breath really regulates the nervous system.
- 26:42[SPEAKER_01]: Our heart rate therefore is also deeply connected, right?
- 26:45[SPEAKER_01]: And so there's even like eye exercises that you can do to kind of like,
- 26:49[SPEAKER_01]: help, you know, reprogrammed the brain in that sense.
- 26:52[SPEAKER_01]: And so for me, when I talk about nervous system regulation, I think I mentioned it previously, I'm not just talking about like, all you have to like do breath working ground yourself.
- 27:00[SPEAKER_01]: Like they can be helpful tools, but if there's something deeper, consistently triggering that nervous system, which oftentimes can be, right, stored emotions, or even like, if as a young child's, you know, your environment wasn't safe, and you became hyper vigilant, because it's like there's always, you know, you're scanning for threats 24-7.
- 27:18[SPEAKER_01]: you have to learn to reprogram that otherwise the nervous system's always going to be on.
- 27:23[SPEAKER_01]: And then on top of that, you know, things like structural misalignment can be massive, because if like nerves are being pressed upon because like your jaws misaligned or like there's stuff in the cranium, like a lot of those things can actually really really have a mass of impact on the nervous system as well.
- 27:38[SPEAKER_01]: And then of course like toxins can stress out the system so much.
- 27:42[SPEAKER_01]: A lot of heavy metals have an affinity for the brain and nervous system.
- 27:46[SPEAKER_01]: So that's
- 27:48[SPEAKER_01]: Like that's also another pet peeve of mine into detox space because people are just like, oh, I tested my metals and it came back negative.
- 27:54[SPEAKER_01]: Well, you actually can't test your metals.
- 27:57[SPEAKER_01]: So, you know, we're told that when you do a lap test like blood or hair that you should be able to see all of that.
- 28:02[SPEAKER_01]: But the reality is that the body is very intelligent as well as these metals, right?
- 28:07[SPEAKER_01]: Like they like to store in specific places.
- 28:09[SPEAKER_01]: So cap me in for example, accumulate in the kidneys.
- 28:12[SPEAKER_01]: So you're never going to see that in the blood, right?
- 28:14[SPEAKER_01]: You might test and say, oh, I don't have.
- 28:15[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 28:16[SPEAKER_01]: Capmea, I don't know, I don't know, I don't have mercury, but based on the way that we all live our lives, which is in a toxic world nowadays, we all have elevated levels of these metals, especially if you have certain exposures, and that can severely irritate the nervous system, and it can actually displace vital elements like zinc and other minerals from these receptor sites.
- 28:36[SPEAKER_01]: And so what I like to look at with nervous system regulation is, okay, from a physical,
- 28:45[SPEAKER_01]: What all needs to be in place for this specific person, for those alarm bells to go off, and for certain people, that's mostly emotional, right?
- 28:53[SPEAKER_01]: It's again like retraining the brain to perceive that you're actually safe, and if you're constantly living in this state of like, I don't have enough money, I need to work harder, like that's constantly turning those triggers on and on and on.
- 29:06[SPEAKER_01]: And if you then actually, right, this is why somatic work is so powerful, if you get to the reason why that belief is in the body in the first place and actually reprogram it and learn to actually see, oh, I'm safe, right, I can regulate myself and there's so many different ways to do that, like EMDR, EFT tapping, I'm like, you know, a lot of like,
- 29:26[SPEAKER_01]: believe reprogram works.
- 29:28[SPEAKER_01]: I have no therapy, right?
- 29:29[SPEAKER_01]: There's all these ways to do that.
- 29:31[SPEAKER_01]: That can actually shift the nervous system and how you perceive threats in, like, instantly.
- 29:37[SPEAKER_01]: There's literal ways for people to kind of come in and out of a session and have an entirely new system and entirely new perception.
- 29:44[SPEAKER_01]: So, I don't know if I just explained it in it.
- 29:46[SPEAKER_01]: easy way or a hard way, but you did.
- 29:48[SPEAKER_00]: Well, no, that's necessary.
- 29:49[SPEAKER_00]: Like one way to explain it, but I'm sure there's people listening right now thinking like, and I just love playing doubles out of the kit, but they're like, no, I just have anxiety.
- 30:00[SPEAKER_00]: Like it's stressful.
- 30:02[SPEAKER_00]: This is, you know, I don't have time to do this and, you know, and a lot of people just pop a pill.
- 30:07[SPEAKER_00]: They're like, well, I'm just going to be on anti-xiety meds or anti-depressant or, you know,
- 30:12[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, I must have ADHD and then just pop a pill and they're not stopping to think about what the heck is going on in their brain and the patterns that are still there that's not helping them.
- 30:23[SPEAKER_00]: And is this one of the reasons why like people think they're doing like everything right?
- 30:27[SPEAKER_00]: And then everything like symptoms return.
- 30:29[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, it's 100% that because especially like, I mean, I was dealing with anxiety and panic attacks for a very long time and especially when I started detoxing heavy metals from again, my brain and nervous system like has they were leaving the body, I was like, oh, this is the source of my anxiety like it's literally like when we look at our mineral ratios and the heavy metals in the body.
- 30:52[SPEAKER_01]: They actually are the thing that's creating the neurochemistry in the brain, right?
- 30:56[SPEAKER_01]: It's like it's really literal, like even copper toxicity is associated with the same neurotransmitters as fear.
- 31:01[SPEAKER_01]: And so are you actually having fear or are you just copper toxic?
- 31:05[SPEAKER_01]: And this is what we see a lot in women with a history of hormonal birth control, a copper IVD.
- 31:10[SPEAKER_01]: People that have been vegan or vegetarian for multiple years, which is extremely high in copper.
- 31:14[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, like I just had my partner actually, he was vegan for 10 years before we started dating.
- 31:19[SPEAKER_01]: I was like, okay, we're done with that.
- 31:21[SPEAKER_01]: So he ended up transitioning and then through the mineral balancing program dump like a massive amount of copper and he like his nervous system literally, even the way he thinks how he interprets things and he had a lot of like,
- 31:32[SPEAKER_01]: scarcity and always fear in hyper vigilance, and then he went through this massive copper dump.
- 31:37[SPEAKER_01]: And on the other side of it, there's like so much safety and regulation.
- 31:41[SPEAKER_01]: And so it's like, is it really like, do we really have anxiety?
- 31:45[SPEAKER_01]: Or are we all just exposed to all these toxins that literally mess with the brain chemistry?
- 31:50[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, exactly.
- 31:51[SPEAKER_00]: You know, you have the realignment method.
- 31:55[SPEAKER_00]: So it's it's four different pillars.
- 31:57[SPEAKER_00]: I need to know about this.
- 31:58[SPEAKER_00]: I need to know about this method.
- 32:00[SPEAKER_00]: How it works.
- 32:01[SPEAKER_00]: And I guess first off, like, how did you create it?
- 32:04[SPEAKER_00]: Is this like, you know, just the end result of everything that you're learning and it compiled into this one method?
- 32:11[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, exactly.
- 32:12[SPEAKER_01]: So I, you know, it started off with me just like as a health coach and focusing on detox work and I was like this, like it doesn't get me the results that I won't with clients like they feel better, but then like, you know, it's like again that trap that a lot of other practitioners, I think fall into where it's like, yeah, you clear up someone symptoms and then they get other symptoms returning like a few months later.
- 32:30[SPEAKER_01]: And so when I, you know, saw what worked for me and I started applying that to my practice, it was like, oh, wow, like this really, really, you know, this is where we get like those cases that come from doctor to doctor that don't have any answers that just don't get results from like feeling horrible to feeling amazing within like, you know, three to six months, which is.
- 32:49[SPEAKER_01]: just still blows my mind.
- 32:50[SPEAKER_01]: And the way in which I combine it is like a very like thought of methodical way of like helping people through the body.
- 32:58[SPEAKER_01]: So we have what's called a natural drainage funnel right?
- 33:00[SPEAKER_01]: We start at the colon and we work our way up to the liver and from there we go into like deeper, deeper work if it's like someone that does have
- 33:08[SPEAKER_01]: parasites, right?
- 33:09[SPEAKER_01]: Like do we do a mineral balancing protocol and then potentially do a little bit of parasite work at the back of it?
- 33:14[SPEAKER_01]: But we always focus on the nervous system first.
- 33:16[SPEAKER_01]: So we basically do nervous system regulation work, emotional release work, mineral balancing work, and detoxification work, all.
- 33:24[SPEAKER_01]: throughout the program.
- 33:25[SPEAKER_01]: But it really depends on where does someone come in and what are they making issues.
- 33:30[SPEAKER_01]: So like when I do my intake intakes with my clients or in the group programs, I have coaches who do the intakes who have trained with me over the last couple of years and
- 33:39[SPEAKER_01]: when they go through an intake session rather than just saying okay well what are your symptoms okay you know what if you try to hear your supplements it's like okay you know what's your relationship to your mom and dad what do your beliefs about these things like how what do you do for work right like how stressful is your day how do you wake up every morning like what are the thoughts running on your mind because if we look at the entire like the entire view that you have of the world and
- 34:01[SPEAKER_01]: If we change that, right, because again, it's just you aligning even to the possibility that your body can heal, that can shift more than like any sort of protocol can and then sometimes from there like off clients who live in like rural Australia who like it takes you know weeks for them to get their supplements.
- 34:19[SPEAKER_01]: It's like all of their symptoms clear up just from doing the mindset work some meditation and then like changing their diet a little bit.
- 34:26[SPEAKER_01]: and they're like, oh my gosh, like I've done all these protocols and this is the thing that works and they haven't even done, you know, they haven't even touched us on the internet.
- 34:34[SPEAKER_01]: So it's, yeah, that's crazy.
- 34:36[SPEAKER_00]: And I love that you bring you like every single element together.
- 34:41[SPEAKER_00]: So what does that look like?
- 34:42[SPEAKER_00]: Like tell me about your program and how people can work with you.
- 34:46[SPEAKER_00]: So is it one-on-one coaching?
- 34:48[SPEAKER_00]: Do you meet once a month, once a week?
- 34:50[SPEAKER_00]: Like you have the supplement line, do you work with other companies?
- 34:53[SPEAKER_00]: Like give me big picture what it looks like to work with you and your company.
- 34:57[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, absolutely.
- 34:58[SPEAKER_01]: So I have two different ways that people work with us, usually, either in one-on-one or group.
- 35:02[SPEAKER_01]: One-on-one, I work with a very, very select amount of people, which I love because it's super high touch.
- 35:07[SPEAKER_01]: And I love doing the somatic work.
- 35:10[SPEAKER_01]: And in sessions, we'll have like, sometimes like ancestral work that we're doing, or past live regressions that are coming through, like we're going very deep in the world.
- 35:17[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, I love it.
- 35:18[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, which is great.
- 35:19[SPEAKER_01]: So like, that's, you know, like, I have really, really high touch, like mentorship and one-on-one containers, but the majority of my practice is in,
- 35:26[SPEAKER_01]: Group slash one on one format.
- 35:27[SPEAKER_01]: So people come in.
- 35:28[SPEAKER_01]: They get assigned a one on one coach, again, who's trained with me for the last few years.
- 35:32[SPEAKER_01]: And then we do group calls.
- 35:34[SPEAKER_01]: We have group calls twice a week.
- 35:36[SPEAKER_01]: Some are specifically somatically focused.
- 35:38[SPEAKER_01]: So I have emotional release practitioners on my team, who will guide people through those somatic journeys, on live calls.
- 35:44[SPEAKER_01]: We also have recorded versions of that.
- 35:46[SPEAKER_01]: And then I do weekly guided sessions where we still get one on one touch point.
- 35:51[SPEAKER_01]: So our community aspect is really, really big there.
- 35:54[SPEAKER_01]: So, yeah, people come into the program, you know, we do a full intake, they get an entirely personalized protocol and they get kind of get a timeline, right?
- 36:01[SPEAKER_01]: Like based on their entire history, like, what do we project?
- 36:04[SPEAKER_01]: How long is it going to take us to get them from point A to point B?
- 36:07[SPEAKER_01]: And then onwards, right?
- 36:08[SPEAKER_01]: And so we, we kind of see, okay, like, this person has all these gut issues, they have a lot of nervous system stuff, maybe have mass activity, like activation syndrome, they have histamine,
- 36:17[SPEAKER_01]: response or like, you know, all sorts of sleep issues, maybe they're going to be in phase ones, what I call like the phasem, which we really work on the nervous system and the gut, like we're stabilizing the system.
- 36:28[SPEAKER_01]: We work on that maybe four to six weeks.
- 36:31[SPEAKER_01]: Once they're stable and they feel like their suggestions better, they sleep better, they have more energy, then we go into like the liver detox practices, like maybe adding in some
- 36:39[SPEAKER_01]: retroviral support, you know, I work with clients who have either gotten the vaccine or like gotten a lot of worse post-COVID and so we do some spike protein detox and then we can go into like mineral balancing.
- 36:50[SPEAKER_01]: So that entire journey is personalized.
- 36:53[SPEAKER_01]: So I don't have people go through the same program.
- 36:55[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, roughly like I'll rotate in similar supplements, which I don't have my own supplement yet.
- 37:00[SPEAKER_01]: Line up, but I work with other companies who are deeply deeply distressed.
- 37:03[SPEAKER_01]: And then from there, we kind of see like, okay, how is this person responding?
- 37:07[SPEAKER_01]: Like, do they want to continue this journey?
- 37:10[SPEAKER_01]: Do we kind of make changes?
- 37:11[SPEAKER_01]: And then within that, they have monthly check-ins with their one-on-one coach as well.
- 37:15[SPEAKER_01]: So, yeah, it's like, you know, everyone's fully fully supported through that program.
- 37:19[SPEAKER_01]: So it's basically like one-on-one slash group hybrid coaching that I feel like we're
- 37:25[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 37:25[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 37:26[SPEAKER_00]: No, that makes sense because some people do need that one on one attention.
- 37:30[SPEAKER_00]: And like, oh, do I?
- 37:31[SPEAKER_00]: In your, especially when you look at people and you're like, I mean, the group would be great, but like, I see so many things going on that we need to dive into.
- 37:39[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, really?
- 37:39[SPEAKER_00]: Like, yeah, you and I need to, uh, like sit down one on one.
- 37:43[SPEAKER_00]: anyone listening right now look what would you if someone's listening because i'm again playing devil's advocate and i know we have a wide variety of ages at listen men and women and some of them are price sitting here listening going i mean this all sounds great but like does that's really
- 37:58[SPEAKER_00]: impact my health like do I really have these things going on like and they're kind of on the fence about like I don't want to say a believer but like you know really absorbing this information what would be your piece of advice to them or like what would a question be that you would ask them to ask themselves you know like you know I'm putting you on the spot and stuff that's great is great I think one thing that I always ask people right it's like
- 38:23[SPEAKER_01]: asking themselves if like even if they feel like they're operating at 90% of their capacity, which probably the most of your listeners aren't.
- 38:30[SPEAKER_01]: Like most people are like operating at 60.
- 38:32[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, it's pretty to 60% of their capacity.
- 38:35[SPEAKER_01]: Even if you feel like you operate at 90 or even at 60, right?
- 38:38[SPEAKER_01]: Like imagine what it would be worth to you to operate 10% even just 10% better, right?
- 38:44[SPEAKER_01]: And like to have more energy to like be present in your relationships to function and work, like
- 38:48[SPEAKER_01]: that's the one financial piece that I always talk about with people and also that I've seen in myself.
- 38:53[SPEAKER_01]: Like, even if I wasn't sure something was going to work for me, but I had this inclination of like, maybe I can get like 5% more energy from this or like 5% you know, my gut's going to feel 5% better or whatever it is.
- 39:04[SPEAKER_01]: Like, it always
- 39:06[SPEAKER_01]: like duplicated my investment if not 10x it right because it's like the way that again the way that we think that we are because our entire view of ourselves and our personality again is built on this foundation of like how our minerals function in like the toxic load in our body like you know and that's the thing like give give the example of my partner you know when we met he was immobilized he wasn't working he was always hit to intense brain fog fatigue like just wasn't really making any money because like he just
- 39:36[SPEAKER_01]: And now, you know, he's just like working like 12 art days.
- 39:39[SPEAKER_01]: There's just like complete night or day difference.
- 39:43[SPEAKER_01]: And so what I usually ask people, it's like, if there's any part of your life, whether it's relationally or your health or business, that you feel like, oh, there's room to grow here.
- 39:53[SPEAKER_01]: And again, like that's basically the entire system that we've built because we're just increasing your vital energy like your life for this energy that's all we're doing right if you want to say like oh it's you know my energy still in because of parasites or heavy metals or just because I'm
- 40:08[SPEAKER_01]: Again, my nervous system is out of whack, or I'm always living in scarcity.
- 40:13[SPEAKER_01]: All of those things we address in the program, not always simultaneously, but in a step by step approach.
- 40:20[SPEAKER_01]: If you feel like there's room to grow, it's worth the investment.
- 40:22[SPEAKER_01]: I don't see why you would join.
- 40:27[SPEAKER_00]: I totally agree.
- 40:28[SPEAKER_00]: I completely agree.
- 40:29[SPEAKER_00]: There's just areas of our life that we can't handle on our own.
- 40:38[SPEAKER_00]: And yeah, I am a big believer in letting go of any shame or guilt around it, like, what's wrong with me?
- 40:46[SPEAKER_00]: Why am I broken?
- 40:47[SPEAKER_00]: Why can't I just do this by myself?
- 40:49[SPEAKER_00]: It's like, there's so much more to it, you know, than you realize it's such that that's actually such a good point.
- 40:55[SPEAKER_01]: I had a client bring that up recently and she was like,
- 40:57[SPEAKER_01]: Like how do I function without you?
- 40:59[SPEAKER_01]: Like I need you, you know, and like she felt bad about it.
- 41:02[SPEAKER_01]: She was like feeling shame.
- 41:03[SPEAKER_01]: And I was like, there's a reason that I have three to five mentors at a time.
- 41:07[SPEAKER_01]: You know, it's like, I operate.
- 41:08[SPEAKER_01]: It's such a high like functioning, you know, it's like I'm operating in business.
- 41:12[SPEAKER_01]: I'm holding space for so many clients.
- 41:14[SPEAKER_01]: That means that I'm going to need that much support.
- 41:17[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, everything that I'm holding.
- 41:18[SPEAKER_01]: And like I've tried to do like a couple years at a time.
- 41:22[SPEAKER_01]: I was like, I'm going to do it all myself and all the things and like.
- 41:24[SPEAKER_00]: I don't grow half as fast if I don't have the mirrors to point me out on the ways in which I'm self-sabotaging or like not keeping myself accountable for things so yeah completely agree If a where can people find you where can they follow you we're gonna put everything in the show notes too But give it give it all to us where can we get you?
- 41:44[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, so I share a lot of free information, mostly on my social media, so it's at ava.hoft.
- 41:51[SPEAKER_01]: So first on last name, there's always, or there's also a free masterclass, I think that we'll put in the show notes as well.
- 41:57[SPEAKER_01]: So this masterclass really breaks everything down.
- 42:00[SPEAKER_01]: Like, if you are listening and you're like, well, well, this work for me, because I have XYZ.
- 42:04[SPEAKER_01]: I'm going through all of those steps of, you know, kind of breaking things down, and my potentially things haven't worked for you, then passed in that masterclass.
- 42:11[SPEAKER_01]: It's about an hour.
- 42:12[SPEAKER_01]: It's
- 42:12[SPEAKER_01]: Super, super worth watching that.
- 42:14[SPEAKER_01]: And then there's also, you know, all of the information on my programs on the website, which is linked in my Instagram bio as well or just okay for us on last name.com.
- 42:21[SPEAKER_00]: Perfect.
- 42:22[SPEAKER_00]: Perfect.
- 42:22[SPEAKER_00]: This was amazing.
- 42:24[SPEAKER_00]: Like, I am so glad that we finally got to connect and we made this work.
- 42:28[SPEAKER_00]: This was a gift.
