Transcript
- 0:00SPEAKER_00: You can't open up social media right now without hearing that this is the worst real estate market of all time.
- 0:06SPEAKER_00: It's the hardest market to be an agent in.
- 0:09SPEAKER_00: And I'm going to tell you today and break down why that is the biggest bunch of you will hear all year and why I think this could actually be the best time to be an agent.
- 0:19SPEAKER_00: The massive agent podcast.
- 0:27SPEAKER_00: I love to buy houses.
- 0:28SPEAKER_00: I like to sell houses.
- 0:32SPEAKER_00: Wait a minute.
- 0:33SPEAKER_00: Leads a week.
- 0:35SPEAKER_00: You a week.
- 0:36SPEAKER_00: I've said better.
- 0:38SPEAKER_00: Oh, have I got your attention now?
- 0:41SPEAKER_00: Here's your host, Dustin Brohm.
- 0:46SPEAKER_00: What is up, guys?
- 0:47SPEAKER_00: Welcome to episode 459 of the Massive Agent Podcast.
- 0:50SPEAKER_00: I am your host, Dustin Brome in Salt Lake City, Utah.
- 0:54SPEAKER_00: I am back from New Brunswick, Canada.
- 0:56SPEAKER_00: I was up there last week.
- 0:58SPEAKER_00: Amazing things happening with an incredible group of agents in New Brunswick, Canada, New Brunswick, Canada, specifically with Real.
- 1:05SPEAKER_00: I was up there for a launch party and this big event they did.
- 1:08SPEAKER_00: Incredible.
- 1:09SPEAKER_00: Big stuff is happening in the small province of New Brunswick, but I'm glad to be back because right now I'm seeing absolute panic from agents.
- 1:21SPEAKER_00: And look, I don't even blame you because you can't open your phone, you can't open social without seeing that this is the hardest market ever.
- 1:30SPEAKER_00: It's the hardest market to succeed in.
- 1:32SPEAKER_00: If you're not selling any houses, it's not your fault, it's the market's fault.
- 1:35SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 1:36SPEAKER_00: I understand.
- 1:37SPEAKER_00: Let's start with me acknowledging the fact that there are some headwinds in the market.
- 1:45SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 1:45SPEAKER_00: Let me pull up my little Gemini recap here.
- 1:48SPEAKER_00: So this is why there's so much negative news about the market.
- 1:54SPEAKER_00: And stay tuned because I'm going to tell you why I think this is actually the reason.
- 1:57SPEAKER_00: All of these are the reason why it's so great to be an agent right now and what you should specifically be doing if you're feeling pressure, if you're feeling discouraged, if you're feeling like, holy shit, this is really freaking hard.
- 2:10SPEAKER_00: We're going to get there.
- 2:10SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 2:11SPEAKER_00: So let's start with setting the table.
- 2:13SPEAKER_00: Record low sales volume.
- 2:15SPEAKER_00: Supposedly, there are fewer homes being sold this year than any time in the last 30 to 40 years.
- 2:21SPEAKER_00: Okay, we're at a 30-year low on homes being sold across the board nationwide.
- 2:26SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 2:27SPEAKER_00: Not good.
- 2:28SPEAKER_00: That's not great.
- 2:29SPEAKER_00: There's the rate lock-in.
- 2:31SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 2:31SPEAKER_00: People who have a 2%, 3%, 4% interest rate have a very hard time swallowing that if they were to sell their house and buy a new one, they're going to have to do it at 7.5% rates.
- 2:43SPEAKER_00: I understand why some of them are hesitant to do that.
- 2:46SPEAKER_00: And by some I mean most.
- 2:47SPEAKER_00: Totally get it.
- 2:48SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 2:49SPEAKER_00: So there's that.
- 2:50SPEAKER_00: We've got peak prices, and affordability is just getting worse because of inflation and you know all this stuff happening.
- 2:57SPEAKER_00: Uh we've got, I mean, constrained supply is keeping the median home price.
- 3:04SPEAKER_00: Uh I'm reading my notes here.
- 3:05SPEAKER_00: Constrained supply keeps median home prices near record highs, pricing out first-time buyers whose market share has dropped to a historic low of 24%.
- 3:14SPEAKER_00: Uh, not good.
- 3:15SPEAKER_00: And then according to Gemini, agent market saturation.
- 3:18SPEAKER_00: Over one and a half million licensed agents are competing for a severely shrunken pool of transactions, leaving the average agent with fewer than three deals a year.
- 3:26SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 3:27SPEAKER_00: Let's let's just take those all at face value.
- 3:30SPEAKER_00: And because I'm not, I'm not disputing them at all.
- 3:32SPEAKER_00: All right.
- 3:32SPEAKER_00: Here's the thing: you're really not competing with one and a half million agents.
- 3:38SPEAKER_00: Most agents do not do what it takes to be successful in this business.
- 3:45SPEAKER_00: And they won't.
- 3:46SPEAKER_00: And there's incredible churn that happens.
- 3:48SPEAKER_00: I should probably do a follow-up question here.
- 3:50SPEAKER_00: Like, how many new age, like what's the agent churn like?
- 3:54SPEAKER_00: That's increasing.
- 3:55SPEAKER_00: There's a lot of churn happening because people come in and they they're not willing to do, or they they just aren't doing the activities consistently enough to stay, to get and stay busy.
- 4:07SPEAKER_00: Now, you may be in that boat.
- 4:09SPEAKER_00: You may be at a place where, like, holy shit, my pipeline is totally dry.
- 4:12SPEAKER_00: Well, uh, getting the pipeline full again, it I think it actually may be the best time ever to do it.
- 4:20SPEAKER_00: But but here's what the headwinds are.
- 4:22SPEAKER_00: Okay, aside from the the four things that I just read off to you, like that's real shit.
- 4:27SPEAKER_00: Why do you have to buy into the fact that it's tough for you?
- 4:31SPEAKER_00: Because homes are still being sold.
- 4:36SPEAKER_00: Over four million homes nationwide are being sold this year.
- 4:39SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah, that's down.
- 4:40SPEAKER_00: It's less than than usual.
- 4:42SPEAKER_00: But there's still a ton of homes being sold.
- 4:44SPEAKER_00: I want you to go into your MLS and just look at the last day.
- 4:48SPEAKER_00: Look at all the new homes that hit the market, look at the homes that have been sold, and remember there are two sides to every transaction.
- 4:56SPEAKER_00: So every home being sold, two agents can win.
- 4:59SPEAKER_00: Two agents can participate.
- 5:01SPEAKER_00: There's also this belief that that we we hear all this stuff about inflation and affordability and uh like not to discount that, because that's all real shit.
- 5:12SPEAKER_00: But look, if if you're telling yourself the story that nobody's buying, nobody's selling, you are so full of shit.
- 5:19SPEAKER_00: Not everyone's broke.
- 5:22SPEAKER_00: Not everyone's broke.
- 5:23SPEAKER_00: If there are still homes being sold, if there's still homes being purchased, a lot of it is because people want to.
- 5:32SPEAKER_00: I in 2022, yeah, 2022, sold my house with like a 3.2% rate, or maybe it was a 2.8%, I can't remember, and got into my current house with an 8.5% bank statement loan.
- 5:46SPEAKER_00: And prices were inflated during that year.
- 5:51SPEAKER_00: Why?
- 5:53SPEAKER_00: Because I wanted my family and I, we wanted to upgrade our living situation.
- 5:58SPEAKER_00: We wanted a better neighborhood, we wanted a nicer house, we wanted more space.
- 6:02SPEAKER_00: I was just willing to pay more for it.
- 6:04SPEAKER_00: And guess what?
- 6:05SPEAKER_00: Like, I'm not, I'm not the super rich, wealthy person or whatever, but but there's a lot of people out there who can.
- 6:11SPEAKER_00: Not everyone's broke.
- 6:13SPEAKER_00: There are people who still want to move.
- 6:15SPEAKER_00: You just need to show them the tools that are going to make it a little bit cheaper or easier, or or show them that the house that they want actually can exist.
- 6:23SPEAKER_00: And here's how I can get it for you.
- 6:25SPEAKER_00: Please don't buy into this narrative that everyone's broke and nobody's buying.
- 6:30SPEAKER_00: That's complete bullshit.
- 6:32SPEAKER_00: Again, go to your MLS, look at the homes sold yesterday, and then do it again tomorrow and the next day.
- 6:38SPEAKER_00: And there's two sides to every deal.
- 6:40SPEAKER_00: Who says you can't be one of those agents selling those homes?
- 6:43SPEAKER_00: Why?
- 6:44SPEAKER_00: The only reason that you wouldn't be is if you've convinced yourself that the market is so tough that the headlines are true for you personally, and that everyone's broke and nobody's buying.
- 6:56SPEAKER_00: Both are complete garbage.
- 6:58SPEAKER_00: So just because the national stats are down, that things are tight, that some people are having a hard time, that a lot of people are having a hard time, doesn't mean that that has to be your reality.
- 7:10SPEAKER_00: If you if you believe that you're not getting into the right rooms and into the right circles with the right agents, because I am working with and connected to so many agents that are having their best year ever.
- 7:23SPEAKER_00: There's a lady in Florida who's been an agent for I think eight months, and she's on track to sell like 35 or 40 homes this year.
- 7:32SPEAKER_00: And like I talked to her the other day, and she's like, she's like, I feel like I feel like I like I'm half asking it.
- 7:40SPEAKER_00: And she's been very surprised to hear that other agents aren't having the same experience.
- 7:47SPEAKER_00: So it's all about the actions that you take, what you do with your time, and and the the the quality of what you put out there.
- 8:02SPEAKER_00: People are still buying homes.
- 8:03SPEAKER_00: There's two sides to every deal, okay?
- 8:07SPEAKER_00: It's just it's crazy that so many of you have convinced yourself that and maybe even like unconsciously, subconsciously, but you're like, wait a minute.
- 8:19SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's a little bit hard right now.
- 8:20SPEAKER_00: It's a little like, you know, people are just like sitting on their hands and waiting.
- 8:24SPEAKER_00: And then you hear the national news and you hear the statistics and you hear the commentary, and you're like, oh my gosh, I'm justified in the fact that I'm slow right now.
- 8:33SPEAKER_00: I'm justified in it.
- 8:35SPEAKER_00: And you almost use it as a crutch.
- 8:37SPEAKER_00: Please realize that now this has always been true and this will always be true.
- 8:43SPEAKER_00: Oh, by the way.
- 8:44SPEAKER_00: And this is where I think the huge opportunity is while so many agents are discouraged and leaving the industry, like some of some really good friends of mine, some great agents have left real estate because they they just can't make a living in it anymore.
- 8:59SPEAKER_00: And so with all of that happening, if you refocus and get engaged and surround yourself with agents who are winning in a big way so that you can just kind of like follow it, follow their lead and do what they're doing, you create your reality.
- 9:16SPEAKER_00: You're the one who decides if you're going to be successful or not.
- 9:20SPEAKER_00: Not the, not the media.
- 9:22SPEAKER_00: It's complete crap.
- 9:23SPEAKER_00: So, what specifically should you do if you're like, you know what?
- 9:27SPEAKER_00: I'm I'm tired of this pessimism.
- 9:29SPEAKER_00: I'm tired of feeling like I'm failing.
- 9:31SPEAKER_00: I'm tired of feeling like I'm having this big down year, but what should I do instead?
- 9:35SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 9:36SPEAKER_00: The messaging that you need to get out there, before I say this, I think it's a bad idea for agents to just put out content that's tone deaf and not address the elephant in the room, which is the lack of affordability, right?
- 9:51SPEAKER_00: That that is a problem.
- 9:54SPEAKER_00: You've got to acknowledge that what people are feeling is real.
- 9:57SPEAKER_00: If you pretend that what they're feeling isn't, they're they're not gonna want to listen to you.
- 10:01SPEAKER_00: Because it's like you're you're just not acknowledging what they believe is the case, that what they are experiencing.
- 10:08SPEAKER_00: So instead you disagree with them.
- 10:10SPEAKER_00: Yes, I know this.
- 10:11SPEAKER_00: Just come out and say, this is probably one of the worst times to buy a house.
- 10:16SPEAKER_00: But if you have to or want to, because there's a lot of people who want to and can, if you need to, here's how to make it more affordable.
- 10:26SPEAKER_00: Here's how to make it less expensive.
- 10:28SPEAKER_00: Here's the big problem.
- 10:30SPEAKER_00: Rates are super high, homes are still expensive, blah, blah, blah.
- 10:35SPEAKER_00: But you have the solution.
- 10:36SPEAKER_00: And so you need to become the person who acknowledges the pain, acknowledges the problem, and then shows the solutions to it.
- 10:44SPEAKER_00: The solutions are, well, affordability tools.
- 10:48SPEAKER_00: So maybe that's working with a builder who's offering certain builder incentives that makes the loan like a better interest rate, or they're willing to pay closing costs or all those things.
- 10:59SPEAKER_00: Awesome.
- 11:00SPEAKER_00: Show people that that exists.
- 11:01SPEAKER_00: Teach them that that exists, show them where to do it.
- 11:05SPEAKER_00: Assumable loans.
- 11:06SPEAKER_00: Teach people about assuming someone else's loan.
- 11:10SPEAKER_00: And by the way, if you're a listing agent and you have a seller with a low interest rate, you better be checking to see if that's an assumable loan.
- 11:17SPEAKER_00: And if it is, that is an asset just like an updated kitchen.
- 11:21SPEAKER_00: Having an assumable loan with a low rate is possibly even more of an asset than a fully finished basement or an updated kitchen.
- 11:30SPEAKER_00: Because that means a buyer can get into it at that rate.
- 11:35SPEAKER_00: Maybe it's 3.5%.
- 11:38SPEAKER_00: Huge savings.
- 11:39SPEAKER_00: And you should market the shit out of that if you're the listing agent.
- 11:41SPEAKER_00: And as a buyer's agent, you should be looking for those opportunities.
- 11:45SPEAKER_00: Teach buyers about the concept of assuming someone else's loan who already has a great rate.
- 11:51SPEAKER_00: Talk about seller paid rate buy downs.
- 11:54SPEAKER_00: So I'm I'm now a licensed loan officer with one real mortgage.
- 11:59SPEAKER_00: And so something that we that I've been seeing a lot over the last week is one of our internal loan officers is quoting rates in the fives right now.
- 12:07SPEAKER_00: And she's getting uh, because they're getting sellers to pay a surprisingly low amount to buy down the rate to make it so the buyer has a much lower payment, meaning they can just pay less for the house they want or they can afford more house.
- 12:23SPEAKER_00: But you've got to teach them that these options and tools are available.
- 12:27SPEAKER_00: Be the affordability advisor for your community.
- 12:31SPEAKER_00: Not just I'm the agent trying to tell everyone, hey, it's it's always a good time to buy or sell.
- 12:35SPEAKER_00: It's not always a good time to buy or sell.
- 12:38SPEAKER_00: It's it's not.
- 12:40SPEAKER_00: This is a great example.
- 12:42SPEAKER_00: This current environment is a great example that it's not always a great time unless you need to or you freaking want to.
- 12:48SPEAKER_00: So the people who need to or want to, you need to be their affordability advisor and guide.
- 12:54SPEAKER_00: Teach them about the rate buy downs.
- 12:56SPEAKER_00: Something that OneRail Mortgage did recently was if you did a loan through through us, they gave you a free 1.0 buy down, meaning that for the first year, the interest rate would be 1% less.
- 13:07SPEAKER_00: How incredible is that?
- 13:08SPEAKER_00: So that's just like an added incentive.
- 13:10SPEAKER_00: We're not currently offering that.
- 13:11SPEAKER_00: That's just an example.
- 13:12SPEAKER_00: Uh, I mean, we we do some other stuff, but look for those incentives and then communicate that to buyers because that's you know what their biggest hangup is.
- 13:23SPEAKER_00: You know that affordability uh it is their biggest hangu.
- 13:27SPEAKER_00: So then address it and show them that you have a freaking solution.
- 13:31SPEAKER_00: This is where agents are screwing up.
- 13:34SPEAKER_00: And where they're screwing up is your opportunity.
- 13:37SPEAKER_00: Become the affordability advisor.
- 13:39SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that's really good.
- 13:40SPEAKER_00: I just came up with that on the spot.
- 13:42SPEAKER_00: It's not even on my notes, but be the affordability advisor for your whole community.
- 13:48SPEAKER_00: And my hell, they're going to respect you.
- 13:51SPEAKER_00: They're going to like you, they're going to feel like they owe you something because you you showed them this great solution to their biggest problem right now.
- 13:58SPEAKER_00: But if you're, I'm going to speak now to the agents who are really struggling.
- 14:03SPEAKER_00: And there are a lot of them, and I get it.
- 14:05SPEAKER_00: Part of it's a mindset, mindset shift.
- 14:07SPEAKER_00: But look, I know that maybe what you have been doing in the past to get busy and to get business may not be working, or it's just not working as well.
- 14:16SPEAKER_00: I acknowledge that.
- 14:18SPEAKER_00: I will give you that.
- 14:19SPEAKER_00: If that's the case, you really have two choices.
- 14:24SPEAKER_00: You could just continue withering and you're going to have to go find another job outside the industry.
- 14:30SPEAKER_00: And if that's what you want to do, that's cool.
- 14:32SPEAKER_00: I respect it.
- 14:33SPEAKER_00: But if you want to not just survive, but thrive as an agent and turn this ship around to have your best year ever and set up 2027 to be your even even bigger, then you have to do something freaking drastic.
- 14:47SPEAKER_00: I heard of an agent the other day who's doing a hundred open houses in a hundred days.
- 14:52SPEAKER_00: A hundred open houses in a hundred days.
- 14:55SPEAKER_00: Pretty ridiculously unreasonable and drastic, don't you think?
- 15:02SPEAKER_00: Well, yeah.
- 15:04SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 15:04SPEAKER_00: That's kind of the freaking point.
- 15:06SPEAKER_00: Maybe it's not a hundred, but like, why can't you?
- 15:10SPEAKER_00: If you have no nothing going on, then that means you have time to go do an open house a day, every day for the next 30 days.
- 15:18SPEAKER_00: Why can't you do an open house a day?
- 15:20SPEAKER_00: And it doesn't have to be four or five hours long.
- 15:22SPEAKER_00: Go do a two-hour open house every day for the next 30 days.
- 15:26SPEAKER_00: I guarantee you, you will stimulate so many new conversations and contacts and confidence in yourself and just that activity will lead to clients and will lead to business.
- 15:37SPEAKER_00: It can't not.
- 15:39SPEAKER_00: It can't not, which if you like that double negative means it certainly can.
- 15:46SPEAKER_00: Please, if you're struggling, don't just let it get worse by the fricking day.
- 15:51SPEAKER_00: You're not alone.
- 15:52SPEAKER_00: And there are people, there are agents who are absolutely thriving, and you just need to get around more of them.
- 15:59SPEAKER_00: Because if all of if you see all of your friends doing something, you're gonna be like, oh, cool, like that's that's normal.
- 16:05SPEAKER_00: But if you're hanging out with a bunch of other agents that are struggling and complaining and commiserating, then you're then you're the like if there's five of them, then you're the sixth.
- 16:18SPEAKER_00: You choose your own adventure in this business.
- 16:22SPEAKER_00: You choose your own adventure in business, but but in this, in in the real estate business, you decide you may have to do some drastic, uncomfortable, all-out shit, some brute force shit to re-stimulate your business and get going again.
- 16:36SPEAKER_00: But my hell, please don't buy into this narrative that agents cannot be successful.
- 16:42SPEAKER_00: Most agents out of the 1.5 or whatever the hell it says, 1.5 million, most of them never sell houses, anyways.
- 16:50SPEAKER_00: That's including people who just have a license.
- 16:53SPEAKER_00: You're really only competing with yourself here.
- 16:56SPEAKER_00: There is there is so much business to go around.
- 16:59SPEAKER_00: Two sides to every transaction.
- 17:01SPEAKER_00: There's deals happening every single day in your market.
- 17:06SPEAKER_00: You just have to do the activities that get yourself that get yourself that business that attracts those clients.
- 17:16SPEAKER_00: The biggest hack ever is spending time with people who are winning.
- 17:20SPEAKER_00: Because if you spend your time with five other winners, you're gonna be the sixth.
- 17:25SPEAKER_00: But far too many of us, far too many of you, look, I've done this in the past.
- 17:30SPEAKER_00: Okay, but that's why I say we.
- 17:32SPEAKER_00: But I'm talking to you right now.
- 17:34SPEAKER_00: Far too many of you are spending time with the wrong people that are pulling you down and you don't realize it.
- 17:41SPEAKER_00: They're just dragging you down a little bit.
- 17:44SPEAKER_00: They're stealing your energy, stealing your optimism, stealing your fire a little bit.
- 17:49SPEAKER_00: And pretty soon you get to a place you're like, fuck it, am I gonna have to leave real estate?
- 17:52SPEAKER_00: Damn it, no.
- 17:55SPEAKER_00: This is also a great time.
- 17:57SPEAKER_00: I was not planning on talking about this today, but why?
- 18:01SPEAKER_00: Why are you spending, like, why are you giving your brokerage$30,000 a year,$50,000,$100,000?
- 18:07SPEAKER_00: I know agents that have that gave their old brokerage over$200,000 a year because you have no cap and your fees and splits are outrageous.
- 18:16SPEAKER_00: Why?
- 18:18SPEAKER_00: Look at where your money is going and start cutting some damn costs.
- 18:22SPEAKER_00: Sometimes that's a brokerage change.
- 18:24SPEAKER_00: Sometimes it's leaving a team that's not really doing anything for you.
- 18:26SPEAKER_00: Sometimes you need to join a team so that you can, instead of doing five deals a year, do 30.
- 18:35SPEAKER_00: But reassess your expenses.
- 18:37SPEAKER_00: Make sure I want you to reassess your expenses and I want you to make better, more intelligent investments that will lead to the growth, the resources, the training, the formulas, the blueprints that are going to give you more business in the future.
- 18:57SPEAKER_00: I'm not saying to like not invest in courses or training or coaching or whatever.
- 19:01SPEAKER_00: Just be smart about it.
- 19:04SPEAKER_00: And then like you can cut all your expenses and like, you know, get rid of some subscriptions here or there and all that.
- 19:11SPEAKER_00: The biggest expense that I see agents have is what your brokerage takes.
- 19:16SPEAKER_00: So if you're sp my broker, look, this is not supposed to be a pitch.
- 19:20SPEAKER_00: At real,$12,000 and you cap.
- 19:23SPEAKER_00: You pay the brokerage$12,000 and you're capped for the year.
- 19:26SPEAKER_00: You keep 100% minus a small transaction fee of$285 per deal.
- 19:31SPEAKER_00: And then once you've sold 25 to 30 homes, we give you, we we give you a$12,000 in stock back.
- 19:38SPEAKER_00: So like a lot of agents are getting paid to be here.
- 19:43SPEAKER_00: My point being, this is not supposed to be a real pitch.
- 19:45SPEAKER_00: It's just an example that if you're if you're giving your brokerage more than$12,000 a year, why?
- 19:55SPEAKER_00: In this environment, if you can, if you can keep more of the money you're making, if you can get more juice out of the squeeze, why wouldn't you do that?
- 20:04SPEAKER_00: This is why I went and got my mortgage license, why I'm doing the one real mortgage opportunity, so that I can earn more off every transaction that's happening.
- 20:11SPEAKER_00: And I can help agents at all brokerages, it's not just for real agents.
- 20:15SPEAKER_00: I can help, I can help you earn on the mortgage that's happening in the deals you're already doing.
- 20:21SPEAKER_00: So even there are ways, the reason I say that is there are ways to increase how much you keep and how much you make without even doing any more deals.
- 20:32SPEAKER_00: Let's say this year and next year you do the same number of deals.
- 20:35SPEAKER_00: Well, you could be making much more per deal.
- 20:38SPEAKER_00: Why wouldn't you at least explore that in this environment?
- 20:40SPEAKER_00: Why wouldn't you explore that in any market?
- 20:44SPEAKER_00: But now, especially if you really are like struggling and you're seeing, you know, some shrinkage in your business and whatnot, I cannot think of a better time to explore other income streams, other ways of squeezing more out of the same transactions and what to invest in to get a hell of a lot more transactions.
- 21:04SPEAKER_00: And that's all up to you.
- 21:06SPEAKER_00: Some of you are going to listen to this and you're going to be like, oh, that sounds great, and then do nothing.
- 21:10SPEAKER_00: I hate to say it because this sounds harsh, but then then you deserve what happens next.
- 21:15SPEAKER_00: You deserve the struggle because you weren't willing to do what it takes to not struggle.
- 21:20SPEAKER_00: This is not difficult.
- 21:22SPEAKER_00: It's not, it's not complicated.
- 21:26SPEAKER_00: There's times that might be hard, but they're they're simple.
- 21:29SPEAKER_00: Simple, simple solutions, simple problems.
- 21:32SPEAKER_00: You may go through some hard times, may have to do some hard stuff, but damn it, this isn't this is not a complex thing.
- 21:40SPEAKER_00: My the reason why I've been doing this podcast every freaking week, even when burned out and uninspired, for eight and a half years, is because I want you to win.
- 21:50SPEAKER_00: And I partner with agents every single day with the one purpose, one goal is to help you grow and succeed and win.
- 21:59SPEAKER_00: Because in my business model, that's how I make money.
- 22:02SPEAKER_00: I just want you to win.
- 22:04SPEAKER_00: So no matter what, like please just like do some soul searching here.
- 22:09SPEAKER_00: Hopefully, I've I've given you some new ideas of things that you could explore.
- 22:12SPEAKER_00: Like if you if you're selling at least six buy sides a year, you can explore the mortgage option that I that I'm doing.
- 22:18SPEAKER_00: Like more than happy to send you some information if you want.
- 22:21SPEAKER_00: Again, I'm just trying to show you that your current reality does not have to be your current reality forever.
- 22:32SPEAKER_00: It does not have to be your future reality.
- 22:35SPEAKER_00: There are agents that are attaching mortgage and starting to earn from mortgages while their clients get better pricing, better rates, better, better loan options, better like faster closing, all of it.
- 22:47SPEAKER_00: And you can make an extra half a percent.
- 22:49SPEAKER_00: As long as you're selling at least six, six buy sides a year, you can do stuff like this.
- 22:55SPEAKER_00: Switch switch brokerages, uh like join a team or or leave a team, cut some expenses, invest in coaching, invest in in a you get the point.
- 23:09SPEAKER_00: You get to choose your own adventure, and I hope you choose the most epic adventure possible that leads to the most frickin' income for you and your family.
- 23:18SPEAKER_00: Please share this episode with someone who needs to hear it.
- 23:21SPEAKER_00: Please help me reach more agents who need this message now more than ever.
- 23:27SPEAKER_00: Share this with them.
- 23:29SPEAKER_00: Share this on socials, share this in Facebook groups, but help me reach as many new as many agents as possible with this.
- 23:36SPEAKER_00: And I'll keep coming back every week with a new episode for you.
- 23:39SPEAKER_00: Thank you so much for listening.
- 23:40SPEAKER_00: Take care.
