- 0:18Speaker 2: and most authentic version of yourself.
- 0:20Speaker 1: We help you shed the shame, grow to a new level.
- 0:23Speaker 1: We're gonna laugh, cry, and talk about the topics everyone
- 0:26Speaker 1: else is too afraid to talk about.
- 0:28Speaker 2: Get ready for your next level of self.
- 0:31Speaker 1: Hello everybody, Welcome back to she Rises. Today's episode is
- 0:35Speaker 1: all about our health update. It's a new year. We
- 0:37Speaker 1: actually started implementing some new things last year to improve
- 0:40Speaker 1: our health. And whenever we do health episodes, our downloads
- 0:43Speaker 1: go through the roof, so we know you guys always
- 0:45Speaker 1: super curious and super interested in what we're doing. And
- 0:47Speaker 1: things are changing and trialing, and I love hearing this
- 0:49Speaker 1: kind of stuff too, because I love hearing recommendations and
- 0:52Speaker 1: if there's another thing that I can incorporate to help
- 0:54Speaker 1: you feel better, look better, longevity, more energy, but asleep,
- 0:58Speaker 1: Like I'm all for my algorithm on TikTok is just
- 1:00Speaker 1: like health related and we love that. So that's what
- 1:02Speaker 1: we're going to dive into. But before we get into it,
- 1:04Speaker 1: we've both got a shit of the week. What is yours?
- 1:06Speaker 2: My share is a little bit random. So it's just
- 1:08Speaker 2: an app called deepop.
- 1:09Speaker 1: Oh, I love people. If you haven't heard of it.
- 1:12Speaker 2: It's just an app that you can use to resell
- 1:14Speaker 2: your clothing and buy clothes and buy clothing, so you can.
- 1:17Speaker 2: But honestly, when I've went on there, you mentioned to
- 1:19Speaker 2: me one time, You're like, oh, why don't you just
- 1:21Speaker 2: like have a look on deepop Because I needed a
- 1:22Speaker 2: dress really last minute and I couldn't find one, So
- 1:25Speaker 2: I went on there and I'm like, yes, I want
- 1:27Speaker 2: to buy a dress for forty dollars. It's like that
- 1:29Speaker 2: is valued it two hundred and fifty or three hundred dollars.
- 1:31Speaker 1: Of course I want that.
- 1:32Speaker 2: So yeah, I've actually got a couple of our dresses
- 1:35Speaker 2: up there, one from the TikTok Awards.
- 1:37Speaker 1: From our last photos, from our last heavy ones yep.
- 1:39Speaker 1: And I think, like us, we were at once and
- 1:41Speaker 1: then we're ready to sell it off through you get
- 1:43Speaker 1: it cheaper and it's still pretty much brand new. Yeah,
- 1:46Speaker 1: even for shress as hens, I went shopping for a
- 1:48Speaker 1: purple dress. There was no fucking purple dresses anywhere apparently,
- 1:51Speaker 1: Purple's not a cool color, it's not a defending color.
- 1:53Speaker 1: But on deep pop purple dresses and there's so many.
- 1:55Speaker 1: It's so smart too. Yeah, because you can do it
- 1:56Speaker 1: by category two. Yeah, I mean, I know you can
- 1:58Speaker 1: do that on shops too. But also you're not a
- 2:00Speaker 1: paying full price. Yeah. I got a brand new Cookiye dress,
- 2:03Speaker 1: this purple one, and I got it for twenty had
- 2:05Speaker 1: the tag on it, so it would have been at
- 2:07Speaker 1: least one hundred dollars. I got twenty bucks. I was like, bargain,
- 2:10Speaker 1: not me. Going to have a look for BALI floating later,
- 2:12Speaker 1: So we should mine is Velocity Active were now, as
- 2:15Speaker 1: you guys know, I had my own Active Red company
- 2:17Speaker 1: for eight years. I had Toned for four years and
- 2:19Speaker 1: a rebranded to Baseline, and it was quite hard to
- 2:22Speaker 1: transition into trying new brands. And I was looking for
- 2:24Speaker 1: something to replicate Baseline. Couldn't find anything. And I think
- 2:28Speaker 1: it's because we designed everything. We had an in house designer,
- 2:32Speaker 1: We custom did our own fabric. We were not one
- 2:34Speaker 1: to just slap our label on a pair of shorts,
- 2:37Speaker 1: which I know a lot of companies do. And good
- 2:39Speaker 1: on you. Whatever the markup's amazing, you do you, but
- 2:41Speaker 1: I wanted ours to be really really different, and mine
- 2:43Speaker 1: was very support focused, so a lot of our bras
- 2:46Speaker 1: are very high support. We had three different waistband options
- 2:49Speaker 1: like Ultra Support, Medium support, and Core support Wow. So
- 2:51Speaker 1: we were very inclusive and I felt like we were
- 2:54Speaker 1: very different to any other brand on the market, which
- 2:56Speaker 1: I was very proud of. So when I couldn't find
- 2:58Speaker 1: anything that replicated it, I thought I'd just try something new,
- 3:01Speaker 1: and I started following the owner of Velocity on TikTok.
- 3:04Speaker 1: His name is Millie, and I just really resonate with
- 3:06Speaker 1: her journey and the struggles in business and trying to
- 3:09Speaker 1: grow an active red brand, and I really liked her
- 3:11Speaker 1: energy and vibes. I bought us set and I loved it.
- 3:13Speaker 1: Very different debates signe not super high support, and it's
- 3:15Speaker 1: very that seamless kind of material but very flattering, and
- 3:18Speaker 1: so many bright colors, which I love bright colors. And
- 3:21Speaker 1: it's just be more sexy which I never really worn.
- 3:23Speaker 1: Kind of sexy active where I suppose but minimal backs
- 3:26Speaker 1: and still got the adjustable strips over someone like me
- 3:28Speaker 1: who has a bigger bust. I can still find it
- 3:29Speaker 1: quite supportive and it's just really comfy and cute. So
- 3:32Speaker 1: and I now work with them, which is really cool
- 3:34Speaker 1: because I got offered to work with a lot of
- 3:36Speaker 1: brands when I close down my company, the office sort
- 3:37Speaker 1: of flying in and got sent a lot of active
- 3:39Speaker 1: rand I just would never put my name up to
- 3:41Speaker 1: something that wasn't up to my standard. And I work
- 3:44Speaker 1: with them, and I have a code if you guys
- 3:45Speaker 1: want to use that ashy, but I got really nice.
- 3:49Speaker 2: They've got really great colors. Yeah, it is really nice too, flattering. Yeah, yeah, fun.
- 3:53Speaker 2: We love good active where we do more actively more.
- 3:57Speaker 1: All right, let's get into it. So health where I
- 4:00Speaker 1: even start?
- 4:01Speaker 2: Oh my gosh, I feel like we've been on an
- 4:02Speaker 2: absolute journey in the last like twelve Yes.
- 4:05Speaker 1: Actually I think it kind of started with me starting
- 4:08Speaker 1: to work with our Nutch path Tash, who we had
- 4:10Speaker 1: on our podcast last year as well. It was a
- 4:12Speaker 1: time to get my bloods done and just see where
- 4:14Speaker 1: everything was at. And I was also spotting for a
- 4:16Speaker 1: week leading up to my periods. I felt like I
- 4:18Speaker 1: had my period for like two weeks out of the month,
- 4:21Speaker 1: and I wasn't sleeping very well, and I just felt
- 4:24Speaker 1: like I needed some support, but I didn't know what,
- 4:27Speaker 1: and I was taking certain supplements that I found out
- 4:30Speaker 1: I didn't need. For example, zinc I was overloaded and
- 4:33Speaker 1: zinc my body, which if you're overloaded and zinc, it
- 4:34Speaker 1: can affect your copper. I was not absorbing iron, and
- 4:38Speaker 1: I had a lot of blood stagnation. My liver was
- 4:41Speaker 1: really struggling, which I was a bit naive to think
- 4:43Speaker 1: that liver was for people that drank alcohol. No, it's
- 4:46Speaker 1: naturally what you think though. Yeah, it's just like very
- 4:49Speaker 1: heavy stress related. So even though mentally I can hold
- 4:52Speaker 1: a lot of stress, my body was showing signs of
- 4:55Speaker 1: not holding it. And I've been through two brain surgeries,
- 4:58Speaker 1: so my nuch path alone was like, that alone is
- 5:00Speaker 1: a lot for your body to go through being in hospital,
- 5:03Speaker 1: or the stress, that worry, the anxiety, I said it,
- 5:06Speaker 1: it's a lot of recovery. So we did all my
- 5:08Speaker 1: bloods and I got on a bunch of herbs and
- 5:09Speaker 1: a bunch of supplements, and like four months later, I'm
- 5:12Speaker 1: no longer spotting go. He's better there, I'm sleeping a
- 5:14Speaker 1: little bit, better, lives improved, I'm back on zinc supplements,
- 5:19Speaker 1: and stagnation's great, still not absorbing iron. So I'm on
- 5:23Speaker 1: a couple of other different things to help with that.
- 5:25Speaker 1: And yeah, I'm feeling really good with her. And I
- 5:28Speaker 1: recommended her to you, yes, which you're really loving as well,
- 5:31Speaker 1: but you went to her for different reasons.
- 5:33Speaker 2: I did so in general, like, my body really struggles
- 5:37Speaker 2: to process gluten. The year before twenty twenty five, I
- 5:40Speaker 2: had like a skin response in my body, which was
- 5:42Speaker 2: the first time I'd actually had it like that. I
- 5:43Speaker 2: had like a rash all over my stomach and all
- 5:45Speaker 2: over my back.
- 5:46Speaker 1: Do you remember the full body one? The full body
- 5:48Speaker 1: after the breakup.
- 5:49Speaker 2: After the breakup and around the time where I did
- 5:51Speaker 2: like a public speaking thing and there was just that
- 5:53Speaker 2: period of time was like a big stresser for me. Yeah,
- 5:55Speaker 2: And so I noticed it really come out in my body.
- 5:58Speaker 2: And then following this last year, so twenty twenty five,
- 6:01Speaker 2: I definitely pushed it a lot with gluten. This year,
- 6:02Speaker 2: I was definitely pushing it and feeling like, oh little fine,
- 6:06Speaker 2: I'll be able to handle it. My stomach and handle
- 6:07Speaker 2: it. It can break it down, It's fine. Turns out it can't.
- 6:10Speaker 2: Like ever since I got back from Bali this last trip,
- 6:13Speaker 2: which was September twenty twenty five, my skin started to
- 6:16Speaker 2: really flare up whilst I was over there. And mind you,
- 6:18Speaker 2: this was about probably a good six months of loosely
- 6:21Speaker 2: eating gluten from having gone from nothing, you know, maybe
- 6:25Speaker 2: having it once on a dinner very rarely, so it
- 6:28Speaker 2: was consuming it more. When to BALI my skin started
- 6:31Speaker 2: to react. I noticed my whole scalp was like so
- 6:34Speaker 2: like scally and flaky, worse than it had ever been before,
- 6:37Speaker 2: probably like what it was when I was a little girl,
- 6:38Speaker 2: which was a long time ago. And then I would
- 6:41Speaker 2: notice my piasis was really coming out in my skin
- 6:44Speaker 2: on my chest, my back, behind my ears and all
- 6:47Speaker 2: the places that it would normally come out, but it
- 6:48Speaker 2: was just it just wouldn't go away this time. Normally
- 6:51Speaker 2: bringing around it might come out and get triggered for
- 6:53Speaker 2: a little bit and then it would suppres and it
- 6:55Speaker 2: would go back down to be fine again. So I'd
- 6:56Speaker 2: kind of be like, oh, yeah, it's all good, YEA, I
- 6:58Speaker 2: know something's still inflamed in my body now, because I
- 7:00Speaker 2: still have it now, which means from September to now,
- 7:03Speaker 2: which is January, it hasn't gone away. And so my
- 7:06Speaker 2: body internally, I know is so like systematically inflamed, and
- 7:11Speaker 2: so I wanted to hire Tash to kind of get
- 7:12Speaker 2: an idea of what's kind of going on. And so
- 7:15Speaker 2: we did some testing, and you know, there were a
- 7:17Speaker 2: few things and few markers that were like quite really low,
- 7:20Speaker 2: like things like iron and zinc for me, were really low.
- 7:23Speaker 2: Like she was saying, like mine was at like subpar levels,
- 7:27Speaker 2: like really really bad in comparison to what they should be.
- 7:29Speaker 2: So she's like, Tiana, to be honest, it makes sense
- 7:32Speaker 2: that this is coming out in your skin because of
- 7:33Speaker 2: these levels are quite low. And then also because this
- 7:37Speaker 2: last year is I feel like it's been like high
- 7:38Speaker 2: stress levels. Yeah, it's been an amazing It was an
- 7:40Speaker 2: amazing year, but a lot of stress, expending my capacity,
- 7:44Speaker 2: taking on more work, taking more responsibility, all those sorts
- 7:46Speaker 2: of things. So I think that plus also personal things
- 7:49Speaker 2: contributed to all of that. Yeah, But by doing like
- 7:52Speaker 2: all the testing and stuff like that, she's helping me
- 7:54Speaker 2: on zinc iron. I'm also taking my herbs, which is amazing,
- 7:57Speaker 2: which is going to be helpful for my liver, for
- 8:00Speaker 2: my skin, for overall inflammation, just overall information. Yeah, to
- 8:04Speaker 2: actually like, oh that's right, leaky gut. I've got leaky gut. Yeah,
- 8:07Speaker 2: so to help like rebring the lining of my stomach
- 8:10Speaker 2: wall back together so it's really like strong and permeable.
- 8:14Speaker 2: So that's kind of what I've been working up at
- 8:15Speaker 2: the moment with Tash.
- 8:16Speaker 1: So far, so good.
- 8:17Speaker 2: Don't love the taste of herbs, but I love it process.
- 8:20Speaker 2: I know it's not the nicest thing to drink first
- 8:22Speaker 2: thing in the morning, but you do what you gotta do.
- 8:24Speaker 1: It's interesting we're both not absorbing iron because we both
- 8:27Speaker 1: eat a lot of meat. But she said to me,
- 8:30Speaker 1: she thinks the reason why hope I don't butcher this.
- 8:32Speaker 1: Steve Watles explained to me the other day, the reason
- 8:35Speaker 1: why I'm not absorbing iron is because I'm not creating
- 8:38Speaker 1: enough stomach acid to break everything down. So because I'm stressed,
- 8:42Speaker 1: my body puts more energy into coping with the stress
- 8:44Speaker 1: rather than digesting my food and absorbing the iron. So
- 8:47Speaker 1: now I'm on a digestive enzyme and another supplement that's
- 8:51Speaker 1: more easily absorbed to help iron. I think, so when
- 8:55Speaker 1: your body's stressed, it can like just put its focus
- 8:57Speaker 1: somewhere else rather than to digesting your food. Yeah, that
- 9:00Speaker 1: makes sense. Yeah, because I eat a shit ton of meat. Yeah,
- 9:03Speaker 1: I do. You definitely don't. I could literally live off
- 9:06Speaker 1: red meat and I freaking love it, more red meat
- 9:08Speaker 1: than anything.
- 9:09Speaker 2: She also did say that you were very high levels
- 9:11Speaker 2: of iron. Yeah, you were taking iron supplement as well.
- 9:14Speaker 2: She said to stop taking it, yes.
- 9:15Speaker 1: Just not absorbing it. Well, yeah, the skin thing is
- 9:18Speaker 1: really interesting. Oh my gosh, this was strange. They say
- 9:21Speaker 1: that who you hang out with and you start to
- 9:23Speaker 1: take on their their stuff. I have never had crisis
- 9:27Speaker 1: in my whole entire life. And the week before the
- 9:30Speaker 1: TikTok Awards, I've got crisis my neck and I didn't
- 9:33Speaker 1: know it was. I went to was like, what is
- 9:35Speaker 1: this and she's like, Babe, that's crisis. That's what I get.
- 9:37Speaker 2: I'm like, what the fuck is Like, I've never had
- 9:39Speaker 2: this ever.
- 9:40Speaker 1: I had X mom when I was a little girl.
- 9:41Speaker 1: I called Mum and told her about it. She's like, yeah,
- 9:43Speaker 1: I used to get X math so bad, like really
- 9:45Speaker 1: really badly, but I've never had crisis. It was all
- 9:47Speaker 1: over my neck and then a little bit under my arms.
- 9:50Speaker 1: And then I took timric. Yeah, capsules, which are not
- 9:53Speaker 1: meant to be taking because I'm on blood finners and
- 9:55Speaker 1: turmeric thinder of blood as well. But it cleared up
- 9:57Speaker 1: within a week, which was so good. And I spoke
- 9:59Speaker 1: to Tasha. I had a natural pathetic appointment with her
- 10:01Speaker 1: the week after and I told her what happened, and
- 10:03Speaker 1: she goes, yeah, it's not often sorice as clear as
- 10:05Speaker 1: that fast, but you've had obviously an immune response and
- 10:08Speaker 1: then your body's cleared it quite quickly.
- 10:09Speaker 2: It's so good, Just very lucky. Yeah, we were talking
- 10:12Speaker 2: about it. We were making jokes about it. She's like,
- 10:14Speaker 2: I think this is for Ciba. I'm like, oh, baby,
- 10:16Speaker 2: just want to be on the journey with me. Just
- 10:17Speaker 2: don't have sourrises with me, surrice together, stay together, day together.
- 10:21Speaker 1: But yeah, it was just so strange.
- 10:23Speaker 2: I never heard you talk about your skin ever, and
- 10:25Speaker 2: then it was just like these little spots that were
- 10:26Speaker 2: coming up, and it's just interesting.
- 10:28Speaker 1: It also has been a stressful year, very stressful.
- 10:30Speaker 2: The last couple of months leading up to the end
- 10:32Speaker 2: of last year was a lot like we had lots
- 10:35Speaker 2: of projects going on, lots of responsibility, you know, things
- 10:38Speaker 2: like that, So it makes sense like stuff too.
- 10:41Speaker 1: We were both going through personal things that we were
- 10:43Speaker 1: just like digesting and processing. And we both felt really tired, fatigue, fatigue, stress,
- 10:49Speaker 1: bit of brain fog. So it was good. And then
- 10:52Speaker 1: we've been talking about going on peptides for a while,
- 10:55Speaker 1: like looking at all these tiktoks and going down that
- 10:57Speaker 1: rabbit hole. And it's very regulated in America and very
- 10:59Speaker 1: popular in America, and not many people are talking about
- 11:01Speaker 1: it here. No, but what peptides can do incredible. It's amazing.
- 11:07Speaker 1: Like literally everything that you would want to improve, there's
- 11:10Speaker 1: a peptide for it. Now, before anyone comes and asks
- 11:13Speaker 1: us who were going to where we're getting them from?
- 11:15Speaker 1: How much like we don't want to answer that, And
- 11:16Speaker 1: I'm so glad we haven't because we're already not super
- 11:19Speaker 1: happy with who we're going with. We think he might
- 11:21Speaker 1: be kind of overcharging us and maybe overdosing us potentially potentially.
- 11:26Speaker 1: We'll tell you about it an essay. Yes we talk
- 11:28Speaker 1: about it, but yeah, both leading up to surgery very soon,
- 11:31Speaker 1: we just wanted to do as much as we could
- 11:33Speaker 1: to bring down an inflammation in our body to help
- 11:35Speaker 1: our body recover a lot better. It's good for anti aging,
- 11:38Speaker 1: it's good for injuries. Like a lot of people that
- 11:40Speaker 1: get sporting injuries. We'll use peptides and must way mustle
- 11:43Speaker 1: recovery sleep. I'm the one that helps my sleep skin,
- 11:46Speaker 1: because your sleep has not been the best in surgery. No,
- 11:49Speaker 1: it really hasn't. And you know another thing too, Actually,
- 11:51Speaker 1: now you brought that up my last natchro pathic appointment.
- 11:54Speaker 1: My natch press said I think I know why your
- 11:56Speaker 1: sleep might not be amazing. I was like, why tell me,
- 11:58Speaker 1: because I'm very restless, and she goes, it's your asp
- 12:01Speaker 1: and your blood thinner. It can actually fuck with your
- 12:03Speaker 1: melotonin levels. So I'm so excited to get off those
- 12:07Speaker 1: I literally cannot wage because I honestly think you'll see
- 12:10Speaker 1: a massive improvement in your sleep. Yeah.
- 12:11Speaker 2: So interesting because for the longest time it was like,
- 12:13Speaker 2: what is impacting my sleep? It's like you're waking up
- 12:15Speaker 2: a couple of times to night or having a disrupted sleep.
- 12:18Speaker 2: And it's been a bit ever since surgery. Yeah, it
- 12:20Speaker 2: makes so much sense.
- 12:21Speaker 1: Yeah, I've been on bloodins ever since my surgery, and
- 12:23Speaker 1: I feel like since I found out about this whole thing,
- 12:25Speaker 1: it's just been like shit, and obviously my nervous system
- 12:28Speaker 1: as well. Yeah, I'm really excited to get off those.
- 12:30Speaker 2: Yeah, see maybe you're out like a light all the
- 12:32Speaker 2: way through.
- 12:33Speaker 1: Yeah, So a peptide journey.
- 12:34Speaker 2: Yeah, it's been really interesting. So we really want to
- 12:37Speaker 2: support our bodies. And yeah, just even for the inflammation
- 12:39Speaker 2: that's showing in my body now, it makes me nervous
- 12:42Speaker 2: going into surgery because I just want to make sure
- 12:44Speaker 2: that my body can support the surgery in the best
- 12:46Speaker 2: way that it can and I want to prep it
- 12:48Speaker 2: now for that. And I know you're the same too,
- 12:50Speaker 2: So we kind of looked into peptides. We started doing
- 12:52Speaker 2: a bit of research on like, what are some really
- 12:55Speaker 2: good peptides based on what it is that we're looking for, Yeah,
- 12:57Speaker 2: like cell regeneration, muscle recovery, body repair, inflammation, health especially,
- 13:03Speaker 2: So there are actual peptides that you can take pure
- 13:05Speaker 2: for gut lining healing, which is exactly what I'm needing
- 13:08Speaker 2: and what I'm looking for. So we went down this
- 13:10Speaker 2: journey found someone and yeah, now we're here.
- 13:13Speaker 1: Yeah, so you found a guy on TikTok and we
- 13:15Speaker 1: were like absorbing his content for ages and then we
- 13:18Speaker 1: asked you asked him who he got his peptop that's right,
- 13:21Speaker 1: And so yeah, we booked him with this doctor and
- 13:23Speaker 1: said the ones we wanted to, and he pretty much
- 13:25Speaker 1: prescribed us all the ones we wanted I've been on
- 13:27Speaker 1: them for about a month now. You have been on
- 13:30Speaker 1: them for maybe about two weeks. Two weeks. So how
- 13:33Speaker 1: you put it in is through a needle, so we
- 13:35Speaker 1: have to inject ourselves every day, which is not fun.
- 13:37Speaker 2: Yeah, you have to administer it through the belly fat.
- 13:40Speaker 2: But yeah, but belly fat's better. Inchulin needles, so they're
- 13:44Speaker 2: very small, only about like a centimeter long.
- 13:47Speaker 1: Yeah, very fine needle. I'm on four different types. You're
- 13:50Speaker 1: on four as well.
- 13:51Speaker 2: We'll run you through the stack that we're taking. This
- 13:53Speaker 2: is not medical advice, no, a recommendation or a suggestion
- 13:57Speaker 2: by any means. This is simply just what we have
- 13:59Speaker 2: research based on what we want to need.
- 14:01Speaker 1: And we're already going to be coming off two with them.
- 14:03Speaker 2: We are.
- 14:03Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 14:04Speaker 2: Yeah, So basically what we're on is BPC one five seven.
- 14:08Speaker 2: We're on NAD plus CJC one two nine five and
- 14:13Speaker 2: thymus and beta, which the abbreviation of that is TV
- 14:16Speaker 2: five hundred. Yes, so all of those play a role
- 14:19Speaker 2: in terms of reducing inflammation. Michael Recovery anti aging cell regeneration,
- 14:24Speaker 2: all the things that we've.
- 14:25Speaker 1: Mentioned recovery injuries.
- 14:27Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, specifically the BPC one five seven and training
- 14:31Speaker 2: recovery and the thymus and beta which is a TV
- 14:33Speaker 2: five hundred. So those two are the ones that I
- 14:36Speaker 2: think are going to be like the best for us
- 14:38Speaker 2: in terms of helping everything and supporting everything that we're doing.
- 14:41Speaker 2: And we actually just spoke with our doctor this morning, yeah,
- 14:43Speaker 2: and he was saying, you know that all of those
- 14:46Speaker 2: stack is really going to support you know, our body
- 14:48Speaker 2: recovering before, during, and after our surgeries as well.
- 14:52Speaker 1: However, there has been some side effects, so that's why
- 14:55Speaker 1: we don't feel comfortable recommending anyone yet or like telling
- 14:58Speaker 1: you to go on. And this is literally just opp
- 14:59Speaker 1: journey because we're very open and honest with where we're at.
- 15:02Speaker 1: But yeah, we've both had some reactions. So I'll talk
- 15:05Speaker 1: about mine first. When I inject, I get a lump
- 15:08Speaker 1: and it gets so itchy and so red, and there
- 15:11Speaker 1: discolouration of my skin and irritation and it just feels yucky,
- 15:16Speaker 1: like it doesn't feel good, which we've now found out
- 15:19Speaker 1: the what does it CJC that one is the most
- 15:22Speaker 1: common one to have an allergic response and irritation. So
- 15:26Speaker 1: I've not taken that for two days and I have
- 15:28Speaker 1: no itching, no lumps, no nothing. So I feel like,
- 15:30Speaker 1: for me, I don't know if I want to go
- 15:32Speaker 1: back on that. I think I might try microdoes they
- 15:34Speaker 1: do half them out, That's what he recommended this morning.
- 15:36Speaker 1: And then I have honestly not felt anxiety. I reckon
- 15:41Speaker 1: well over five years, I've felt disregulated, and I've felt
- 15:45Speaker 1: sad and frustrated and all the emotions, but actual on
- 15:48Speaker 1: the verge of feeling like I can't get my breath
- 15:50Speaker 1: under control. I couldn't tell you the last time. This
- 15:52Speaker 1: is coming from someone who used to suffer from crazy
- 15:54Speaker 1: panic attacks, and you were about to come over. I
- 15:58Speaker 1: was sitting on the laptop trying to do something that
- 15:59Speaker 1: was frustrating me because I couldn't fucking figure out how
- 16:02Speaker 1: to do this thing, and Steve's home, the kids weren't there,
- 16:05Speaker 1: and I just like felt my heart just beating really fast,
- 16:09Speaker 1: and my hands were a bit shaky, and I almost
- 16:11Speaker 1: felt like I couldn't take a full breath. And I
- 16:14Speaker 1: put in some like calming music as I kept working,
- 16:17Speaker 1: and I started to tear up, and I was like
- 16:18Speaker 1: Oh my gosh, what's happening. You're fine, keep working, gona
- 16:21Speaker 1: get this task done, just like thinking was a moment.
- 16:23Speaker 1: Then I actually went into Steve and I'm I don't
- 16:25Speaker 1: normally feel like I need to co soothe with someone,
- 16:27Speaker 1: but I felt like I needed his help to calm
- 16:30Speaker 1: me down. And I just went and I said, I
- 16:32Speaker 1: feel really panick and I feel like anxious. I started
- 16:34Speaker 1: to cry. It's like, babe, what's coming up? Are you okay?
- 16:36Speaker 1: And I was like, no, I don't know. There's nothing wrong.
- 16:38Speaker 1: There's nothing wrong with a frustrating thing is that Let's
- 16:40Speaker 1: go lay down. When I lay down in Tyler's roomcause
- 16:42Speaker 1: there's so much sunlight, and then we put on the
- 16:44Speaker 1: meditation from Rise and Side. I thinn went for five minutes,
- 16:47Speaker 1: but did that and felt so much better, like so
- 16:50Speaker 1: much calmer. And then you came over brought me flowers.
- 16:52Speaker 1: It's just like my favorite chocolate. But we didn't know
- 16:55Speaker 1: this was a symptom. My doctor didn't want us about this,
- 16:57Speaker 1: and it wasn't until I got on a phone call
- 16:59Speaker 1: with my ntch path last week and she goes, oh,
- 17:00Speaker 1: I'm just curious, like I know you're taking PEP tibes
- 17:02Speaker 1: and that's all good. You can do that alongside what
- 17:04Speaker 1: we're doing. How can I just ask, have you been
- 17:06Speaker 1: feeling anxious, more heightened, more reactive, on edge, snappy? Is
- 17:13Speaker 1: any of those kind of symptoms coming forward for you?
- 17:15Speaker 1: And I was like, oh my gosh, yes, I've been
- 17:17Speaker 1: feeling so on edge. Initially felt like I was going
- 17:19Speaker 1: to have an anxiety tack last week. And she's like, Okay,
- 17:21Speaker 1: I just want to let you know that this is
- 17:22Speaker 1: a I've done a lot of research into what you're
- 17:24Speaker 1: doing and this is a very common response. It does
- 17:26Speaker 1: elevate your heart rate, and it's a lot for your
- 17:29Speaker 1: body to be processing through active in a lot of
- 17:31Speaker 1: growth hormones, and it's a lot, and you're taking four
- 17:34Speaker 1: different ones, which is also quite a big stack for
- 17:36Speaker 1: someone who's never done peptide before. And I felt instant
- 17:40Speaker 1: relief of just like that's where I felt like that
- 17:41Speaker 1: because I'm like, I can handle a lot what's going on,
- 17:44Speaker 1: Like I feel like I've got such a big tool
- 17:46Speaker 1: belt that I don't get anxious anymore. And it's not
- 17:48Speaker 1: that I'm superhuman or exempt from feeling anxious, but I
- 17:51Speaker 1: just knew something wasn't right and I couldn't figure out
- 17:53Speaker 1: what it was. So it's been interesting to navigate that.
- 17:56Speaker 1: I'm hoping. I do feel better at the moment. I
- 17:59Speaker 1: don't feel anxious, but I'm just conscious that if it
- 18:01Speaker 1: comes up to know what it's from.
- 18:03Speaker 2: Yeah, to not think that there's something under line going on,
- 18:05Speaker 2: it's just like triggering your body to respond in that way.
- 18:08Speaker 1: Yeah, so super interesting. Hey, like you can't do these
- 18:12Speaker 1: willy nilly, You've really got a research and it's trial
- 18:15Speaker 1: and testing. Like, my reactions have been completely different to
- 18:18Speaker 1: your the way your body's responded, So what's happened to
- 18:20Speaker 1: your body?
- 18:21Speaker 2: Oh? So ever since we started taking the peptides, I
- 18:24Speaker 2: noticed my allergies have been really bad. And like, I'm
- 18:26Speaker 2: not one to get allergies super bad, but I have
- 18:29Speaker 2: noticed it over the years, like in certain seasons and
- 18:31Speaker 2: things like that, it'll pop up every now and again.
- 18:34Speaker 2: And since taking the peptides, like as she's always commenting,
- 18:37Speaker 2: oh my gosh, baby, you're so sneezy lately, like you know,
- 18:39Speaker 2: swiffly sneezy, sniffully sneezy, and yeah, it's just been really interesting.
- 18:43Speaker 2: So I noticed as I was taking them, I was
- 18:46Speaker 2: getting worse, and it was getting It wasn't just my
- 18:48Speaker 2: nose anymore or like sniffling, it was like my eyes,
- 18:51Speaker 2: like you know, oh, actually, remember when I was taking
- 18:53Speaker 2: photos of the beach and.
- 18:54Speaker 1: I was crying evening and it was a bit bright,
- 18:57Speaker 1: but normally I'm sensitive eyes and my eyes can't look
- 18:59Speaker 1: at the sun. And you're sweet, but you're when she
- 19:02Speaker 1: was like, oh it's bright, I thought you'd been dramatic,
- 19:03Speaker 1: but then I came closer to you and there's water
- 19:06Speaker 1: like literally pouring out of your eye.
- 19:08Speaker 2: Literally, I was crying like it was just my eyes
- 19:10Speaker 2: were leaking on the beach. See it was bright. I
- 19:13Speaker 2: don't know the sun anyway, That never happens to me.
- 19:16Speaker 2: It's just I was feeling really sensitive that day. And
- 19:19Speaker 2: so there was one time where I had administered it
- 19:22Speaker 2: one morning, like on a yeah, a couple days ago,
- 19:25Speaker 2: and what happened was immediately I cried straight away. So
- 19:28Speaker 2: I had that response when my eyes were leaking and
- 19:31Speaker 2: I was sniffling and sneezing, and I honestly like I
- 19:33Speaker 2: couldn't even hold a conversation with my sister because I
- 19:36Speaker 2: was that had happened. Two days later, I did it again,
- 19:41Speaker 2: but this time I administered it really fast and apparently
- 19:43Speaker 2: not supposed to do that, apparently supposed to do it slow.
- 19:45Speaker 1: But I was in a.
- 19:46Speaker 2: Rush, so I was trying to get it done. And anyway,
- 19:48Speaker 2: as soon as I did it, I got this huge rush,
- 19:51Speaker 2: like this huge rush and this feeling of like heat
- 19:53Speaker 2: over my body, and I had to lie down because
- 19:55Speaker 2: I coud feel my legs were tingling a bit. I
- 19:57Speaker 2: was kind of like losing my weight, so I like
- 19:59Speaker 2: lied on my bed. My sister was in my room.
- 20:01Speaker 2: She was curling her hair and we were talking, and
- 20:02Speaker 2: I was like wait, wait, wait, like I'd need to
- 20:04Speaker 2: just like stop looking for a second.
- 20:05Speaker 1: I need to take a breath.
- 20:07Speaker 2: So I was like laying on my bed and I
- 20:08Speaker 2: was taking big deep breaths in because I felt like
- 20:11Speaker 2: my heart rate was so fast and like so heightened,
- 20:14Speaker 2: as if I just like run a marathon or something,
- 20:16Speaker 2: or literally like a bear was chasing me.
- 20:18Speaker 1: I looked in the mirror. My whole face was.
- 20:20Speaker 2: Red bass sunburl like tomato, like I'm not exaggerating, like
- 20:24Speaker 2: full red head neck decleotage, my skin, everything. And it
- 20:28Speaker 2: took me a good forty minutes for my body to
- 20:31Speaker 2: cool down anyway. So I told my doctor about this
- 20:34Speaker 2: response to my nurse and she basically said, that is
- 20:37Speaker 2: the CJC. So CJC apparently is like really really good
- 20:41Speaker 2: on paper, but in terms of when you actually do
- 20:44Speaker 2: administer it, it can give you side effects because if
- 20:47Speaker 2: you're sensitive, you're more prone to an allergy response when
- 20:50Speaker 2: it comes to that specific one. She's like, it's pretty
- 20:52Speaker 2: known for it. People do respond differently. It doesn't mean
- 20:55Speaker 2: that anything bad or wrong is happening. It just means
- 20:57Speaker 2: that your body reacts very sensitively to that specific one.
- 21:01Speaker 2: And I just remember thinking like, oh my gosh, I
- 21:03Speaker 2: don't think I should be taking this, Like, for one,
- 21:05Speaker 2: can't handle my eyes crying all of the time, my
- 21:07Speaker 2: nose sniffling, and then also getting dizzy. Then I literally
- 21:10Speaker 2: need to lie down for three minutes. So yeah, that
- 21:13Speaker 2: was a really interesting response. But ever since then, which
- 21:16Speaker 2: has only been a couple of days now, I stopped
- 21:18Speaker 2: taking the CJC and I'm only on the rest of
- 21:20Speaker 2: the stack and I feel perfectly fine. I actually feel
- 21:22Speaker 2: probably the best that I've felt on the peptides, probably
- 21:25Speaker 2: now moving up now that I don't have that allergy response.
- 21:29Speaker 1: Yeah, and they're very expensive, like what we've paid, which
- 21:32Speaker 1: we've now spoken to someone else and they were just like,
- 21:34Speaker 1: oh my god, you did not pay that, you go overcharged. Yeah,
- 21:37Speaker 1: so we're just doing a lot more research into it,
- 21:40Speaker 1: further research, speaking to more people, looking at other places
- 21:43Speaker 1: that we can get it from, getting their advice, and yeah,
- 21:46Speaker 1: I think moving forward, I'll probably just stay on the
- 21:48Speaker 1: BP one five to seven, yeah, and the NAD plus
- 21:51Speaker 1: and then you'll stay.
- 21:52Speaker 2: On BPC one five seven, NAD plus and the TV
- 21:56Speaker 2: five hundred. Yeah. Yeah, it's interesting too because I think
- 21:59Speaker 2: it's a lot Obviously, our bodies have never handled something
- 22:01Speaker 2: like this before. Yeah, so to go on a stack
- 22:03Speaker 2: of four to five peptides one go instead of just
- 22:06Speaker 2: doing one or cycling through one and then switching and
- 22:09Speaker 2: changing like obviously we're still learning as we go as well,
- 22:12Speaker 2: and we're learning more about each of them and how
- 22:14Speaker 2: they work and how.
- 22:15Speaker 1: They support the bodies.
- 22:16Speaker 2: So yeah, we also learning all the finer details about
- 22:19Speaker 2: how to do it properly and effectively too, whilst doing
- 22:21Speaker 2: it safely.
- 22:22Speaker 1: He also prescribed as something which we both have not
- 22:24Speaker 1: opened or taken yet. No, it is very conversial, but
- 22:27Speaker 1: when he first recommended to you. We both freaked out.
- 22:30Speaker 1: I was like, oh my gosh, you can't do that.
- 22:31Speaker 2: Da da.
- 22:32Speaker 1: But then he explained that this certain I supposed drug
- 22:35Speaker 1: in microdosing is amazing for information. In high dosing, it's
- 22:39Speaker 1: a drug to make you lose weight, but in micro
- 22:41Speaker 1: dosing at worgeculuse weight, it was just to help with information.
- 22:44Speaker 2: So it would bit like a really Honestly, from the
- 22:47Speaker 2: get go that he mentioned it, I had just was
- 22:48Speaker 2: like my intuition was just like, no, don't take that,
- 22:50Speaker 2: because the actual thing that he prescribed is Munjaro. Now
- 22:54Speaker 2: I don't know if you know what that is. I
- 22:55Speaker 2: don't really know too much about it, but they kind
- 22:57Speaker 2: of went in the category diabetic drug. Yeah, they put
- 22:59Speaker 2: it in the same category as of zempic. Yeah, so
- 23:02Speaker 2: it's basically for diabetics with type two diabet or something
- 23:06Speaker 2: like that.
- 23:06Speaker 1: Too much about it.
- 23:07Speaker 2: Yeah, and it helps with weight loss anyway, he basically
- 23:10Speaker 2: said the same thing. Actually just said, like he said,
- 23:11Speaker 2: in really microdoses, I really like it because it helps
- 23:14Speaker 2: you inforammation, But in high doses overall, I don't really
- 23:16Speaker 2: like it.
- 23:17Speaker 1: And I'm like, first of all, I'm.
- 23:18Speaker 2: Not taking that that doesn't seem safe. Yeah, and I
- 23:21Speaker 2: just didn't feel comfortable. I didn't know enough about it,
- 23:22Speaker 2: didn't feel safe taking it. I was like, I don't
- 23:24Speaker 2: know what the side effects of this is going to
- 23:26Speaker 2: be or how it's going to impact my body. So
- 23:28Speaker 2: I was like, better to just stay away. So it's
- 23:29Speaker 2: literally sitting.
- 23:30Speaker 1: I don't know why we didn't take it off when
- 23:32Speaker 1: we got the bill, we just kind of were a
- 23:33Speaker 1: bit excited and just like paid for it. But then
- 23:35Speaker 1: it both arrived and we're like, oh, we're not taking this. Yeah,
- 23:37Speaker 1: it's like sitting in average and I haven't even opened
- 23:40Speaker 1: like the actual plastic of it.
- 23:41Speaker 2: No, but you know, both of us, I feel like
- 23:42Speaker 2: we have a really good relationship with our body and
- 23:45Speaker 2: I'm not prepared to take something that may potentially impact
- 23:48Speaker 2: my relationship my body in getting the outcome, fueling it,
- 23:52Speaker 2: protecting it in the way that it is, if.
- 23:54Speaker 1: It's going to have something that's going to mess with it.
- 23:55Speaker 1: It feels like it is way a medical drug rather
- 23:58Speaker 1: than a peptide.
- 23:58Speaker 2: Yeah, which are very different things, Yes, very different things. Yeah,
- 24:02Speaker 2: very different purpose, very different outcome different, It's very different. Yeah,
- 24:06Speaker 2: the compounds are different, yes, yeah, so.
- 24:09Speaker 1: That's where we're at. My psiriasis is gone, hasn't come back,
- 24:12Speaker 1: although sometimes when my ten comes off, I feel like
- 24:14Speaker 1: it gets a bit dry and I'm get worried to
- 24:16Speaker 1: come back. Yeah, you're a hydrated girly though. Yeah, like
- 24:19Speaker 1: big on the hydration products and the water and then
- 24:22Speaker 1: our training routine. So last year, for about six months
- 24:25Speaker 1: we started training with George once a week and then
- 24:27Speaker 1: we went twice a week. Yeah, we were doing upper
- 24:29Speaker 1: and lower and you still do a bit upper. I
- 24:32Speaker 1: do too lower And he's been incredible. Our forms improved,
- 24:35Speaker 1: our strengths improved, we're hitting peebs, we've got that accountability,
- 24:39Speaker 1: absolutely loving it. The one thing we do miss is pilates. Yeah,
- 24:43Speaker 1: so we wanted to go back to pallarts this year
- 24:45Speaker 1: and the studio that we go to has just now
- 24:46Speaker 1: that it's closing down. So we're very sad about that.
- 24:49Speaker 1: So rude, but the pilates is really good for core strength,
- 24:52Speaker 1: for posture and just activating those little muscles that don't
- 24:54Speaker 1: get worked or awakened in the bigger compound movements that
- 24:57Speaker 1: waits do. But we've been walking a lot big on
- 24:59Speaker 1: our steps just for mental health and.
- 25:01Speaker 2: Recovery, and I've been on the stepper, You've been on
- 25:03Speaker 2: the stepp right Bill a relationship with the step of guys.
- 25:06Speaker 1: She's fit.
- 25:08Speaker 2: I used to hate it, and the reason why I
- 25:09Speaker 2: wanted to do is because I'm like, this feels like
- 25:11Speaker 2: a really tedious machine to me. I don't enjoy it.
- 25:14Speaker 2: I don't love it, I don't whatever. Anyway, For the
- 25:16Speaker 2: last like eight weeks especially, I feel like I've been
- 25:18Speaker 2: going on it anywhere between like three to four times
- 25:20Speaker 2: a week, and I just like, I've learned to love it.
- 25:23Speaker 2: I honestly, if I'm having a bad day or I'm
- 25:25Speaker 2: feeling heightened emotions, I go, and you bet I'm battling
- 25:28Speaker 2: those thoughts on the stepfer And then afterwards I get
- 25:30Speaker 2: that in Dolphins Rush where I feel so good and
- 25:33Speaker 2: then I'm like, wow, I just did something that felt
- 25:35Speaker 2: really hard even when I didn't want to, and I'm like,
- 25:38Speaker 2: I love that part of it. It's so good, so good.
- 25:41Speaker 2: But yeah, we really wanted to bring back pilates and
- 25:43Speaker 2: dancing and dancing I know, hope, but it's like we
- 25:45Speaker 2: don't know how to fit the spit into our routine.
- 25:48Speaker 1: Still figuring that out. I shouldn't tell you. So. I
- 25:50Speaker 1: used to do contemporary and jazz when I was a
- 25:51Speaker 1: little girl, and it was just my outlet. It's my
- 25:53Speaker 1: two favorite styles of dancing, and the dance teacher I
- 25:56Speaker 1: had her contemporary also had some sharp jazz movements in
- 25:59Speaker 1: the flow of contemporary movements. Yeah, and I really really
- 26:02Speaker 1: miss it. And I've been following this girl on Instagram
- 26:04Speaker 1: and she's such a bug, so beautiful, and she's a dancer,
- 26:07Speaker 1: and I just had this urge to message her I
- 26:08Speaker 1: think it's with it yesterday and I was like, do
- 26:10Speaker 1: you do private sessions? I would love to learn a
- 26:12Speaker 1: contemporary dance again. Oh, I love that. I don't know
- 26:14Speaker 1: when I'm going to fit in. I'm really scared of
- 26:16Speaker 1: getting injured. And I've basically said to it, it's been
- 26:17Speaker 1: twenty years since I've done contemporary. But I've got this
- 26:20Speaker 1: Tailors Swift song that I really really love that I've
- 26:22Speaker 1: only listened to recently, and I just want to I
- 26:24Speaker 1: want to move and feel through emotions through dance again,
- 26:27Speaker 1: because it was honestly a savior for me going through
- 26:29Speaker 1: my child or my teenage yers and stuff with my dad.
- 26:31Speaker 1: Dancing was just like my outlet the time I got
- 26:33Speaker 1: to escape everything that was upsetting me. So I just
- 26:36Speaker 1: would have really tapped back into that. And she said, yes,
- 26:38Speaker 1: we're going to hung out of a studio, and oh
- 26:39Speaker 1: I love that. No exciting, so exciting. I mean, I'm
- 26:42Speaker 1: really scared. I've said to her like I'm a beginner,
- 26:45Speaker 1: Like she's incredible and she teaches incredible dances. I'm like,
- 26:48Speaker 1: teach me like I'm a two year old, Like go
- 26:50Speaker 1: back to beginners really slow, and I want to injure myself.
- 26:53Speaker 1: This isn't the ego, but I just want to go
- 26:55Speaker 1: through the journey and just learn to move again. So
- 26:57Speaker 1: I'm really excited for that. So fine, I know how
- 26:59Speaker 1: much you love dance. I love dance. And also this
- 27:01Speaker 1: Tailor Swift song random, but I think I've played it.
- 27:04Speaker 2: She it's called dress I think you have, but I
- 27:06Speaker 2: don't remember the lyric.
- 27:07Speaker 1: I think it's from her Reputation album. I don't know
- 27:09Speaker 1: how the fuck I missed this song. It is one
- 27:11Speaker 1: of my favorite Tailor Stift song just behind enchanted. Oh yes,
- 27:15Speaker 1: this song, I just I don't know what it is.
- 27:17Speaker 1: It's the lyrics, it's the vocals, it's the tune. Of
- 27:20Speaker 1: the music. It's the flow of it all takes you
- 27:22Speaker 1: on this like love story. It's just beautiful. So see
- 27:25Speaker 1: how listen to it, listen to dress and that's I'm
- 27:26Speaker 1: going to dance. Oh my god.
- 27:27Speaker 2: We'll have to do a follow up when you do
- 27:29Speaker 2: your class, I know, let us know how.
- 27:31Speaker 1: You go film like me going through the process, like yeah,
- 27:33Speaker 1: start to beginning, big cool content that would be killed
- 27:35Speaker 1: for me to look back on. We want to fit
- 27:37Speaker 1: in two strength sessions, dancing, pilates and walking, so it's
- 27:42Speaker 1: our health update. But otherwise still just taking normal supplements
- 27:45Speaker 1: like I'm on magnesium. We take our electrolytes. Fiber, fiber, yes,
- 27:50Speaker 1: zinc yes, zinc. Fiber is something not a lot of
- 27:53Speaker 1: people are really focused on. But if you're not eating
- 27:55Speaker 1: enough fiber, which I was not because I was just
- 27:57Speaker 1: so meat focused, it really impacts your hormones and your digestion, bloating, energy, sleep,
- 28:03Speaker 1: like literally everything. So having a good fiber supplement is
- 28:06Speaker 1: absolute game change. It makes all the difference. It really does. Yeah,
- 28:09Speaker 1: you know that feeling after doing a really good pooh
- 28:11Speaker 1: like that after you've had fiber so satisfying the best
- 28:15Speaker 1: I know. If people get it off coffee, I don't,
- 28:16Speaker 1: but fiber, I'm like, yes, it feels good. It's so good.
- 28:20Speaker 2: No, it's just like you know that your body is
- 28:22Speaker 2: working the way that it's meant to, or even like
- 28:23Speaker 2: for someone like me where I feel like if I
- 28:25Speaker 2: eat gluten or something like that, I feel like my
- 28:27Speaker 2: stomach is totally off and then everything else is impacted too.
- 28:30Speaker 1: Yeah, like I know that I don't have that. It's
- 28:32Speaker 1: so good. I was actually quite high in estrogen which
- 28:34Speaker 1: was impacting my body and the spotting and everything, and
- 28:38Speaker 1: fiber actually binds the extra estrogen and you can pull
- 28:41Speaker 1: it out. That's why I had to be on it
- 28:43Speaker 1: every single day, whereas now she said, just have it intuitively.
- 28:46Speaker 1: But now that we've fixed that hormone issue, you won't
- 28:47Speaker 1: need it as much. Try and eat it more. But yeah,
- 28:50Speaker 1: it literally pulls the excess and like you pull it out. Wow, crazy,
- 28:54Speaker 1: the body is amazing. It's incredible. Hey, so cool. Yes,
- 28:57Speaker 1: all right, guys, that's a little update.
- 28:59Speaker 2: If you got any questions, we'll update you as well
- 29:01Speaker 2: on the peptide journey and how we go. Yeah, I
- 29:03Speaker 2: think we'd like to talk about this a little bit more.
- 29:05Speaker 2: But once we've had enough time on it, yeah, because
- 29:07Speaker 2: it's still quite new. We're still figuring it out and
- 29:10Speaker 2: working it out and being and witnessing the impacts and
- 29:12Speaker 2: also the benefits of actually doing peptides.
- 29:15Speaker 1: So I'm sure we'll have much more to say on
- 29:17Speaker 1: it when we feel that. And just know, I know
- 29:19Speaker 1: influencers can have a bad rap for just promoting anything,
- 29:22Speaker 1: but I like, I won't put my name to anything
- 29:23Speaker 1: unless i'm fully one hundred percent yes, I would recommend
- 29:26Speaker 1: this to you guys, to my friends, to my family.
- 29:28Speaker 1: I've had a few message being like, why don't you
- 29:29Speaker 1: just share you got them from? Because I don't fully
- 29:31Speaker 1: know if I recommend them yet. Yeah, I haven't fully
- 29:33Speaker 1: got through the other side where I'm like, wow, I
- 29:35Speaker 1: feel amazing, these are working. This is the doctor that
- 29:38Speaker 1: I trust. We won't recommend anything unless we are one
- 29:41Speaker 1: hundred percent lover and feel comfortable recommending it to you. Guys.
- 29:44Speaker 2: We haven't gone from start to figure journey.
- 29:46Speaker 1: We're kind of still like at the beginning, so you
- 29:48Speaker 1: guys just coming along the journey with us.
- 29:50Speaker 2: I just wanted to update you and keeping the loop.
- 29:52Speaker 1: Yes, all right, guys, we'll I hope you have a
- 29:53Speaker 1: beautiful rest of your day and we'll see in the
- 29:55Speaker 1: next episode. Bye bye,
