- 1:25today on worth yourself. Thanks, Jennifer. I'm excited
- 1:27to be here. It's okay. We almost always
- 1:29start with a backstory in yourself. So share
- 1:31with us how you came to this point
- 1:32in your journey? Yeah. So I started yoga
- 1:36healer dot com in in early days. Like,
- 1:392001,
- 1:41San Francisco, I was
- 1:43training as an medicine practitioner and as a
- 1:46I yoga.
- 1:47Teacher, which were both, like, 2 year program.
- 1:49So it was like before, like, the weekend
- 1:51workshop via a yoga teacher kind of training.
- 1:54And I
- 1:56found that I was a content creator. So,
- 1:59like, back before we had those words, I
- 2:01would naturally create tip sheets and things for
- 2:03my
- 2:04friends and. You know, basically found that
- 2:07I had a knack for simplifying
- 2:10ancient wisdom in a way that people could
- 2:12benefit in their just day to day experience.
- 2:14Like they could incorporate things daily that would
- 2:16make a big difference
- 2:18fast forward a few years later. And I
- 2:21found by about 20 10:20 12. Other wellness
- 2:24pros were asking me why I was successful.
- 2:27And so then I started to shared, like,
- 2:29the behind the scenes of how you
- 2:31how do you grow your wellness business?
- 2:34I found that most wellness pros are not
- 2:35centered on on results. They're centered on variance.
- 2:38Mh and that if they could become a
- 2:40little bit more results focused in their business
- 2:42model that that would greatly
- 2:45advantage both them enjoying the impact of Of
- 2:48their work, but they also set their clients
- 2:50were actually, like, not just you know,
- 2:53signing up for an experience, but but more
- 2:55of to solve, like, really deep problems. Mh.
- 2:57And and that's different than teaching or that's
- 2:59different than being a practitioner. So all that
- 3:02grew into Wellness Pro academy. Very nice. And,
- 3:04you know, that that discovery of the... That
- 3:06it needed to be results focused, and that
- 3:08translated not just for your clients, but also
- 3:09for yourself as a business.
- 3:11Brilliant. And I know you you mentioned to
- 3:13me earlier that you just hired 5 new
- 3:15employees. You just had a birthday yesterday. You're
- 3:17an Avid skier, you're a Mountain biker, your
- 3:18surfer
- 3:19you know, you run this online wellness community,
- 3:21you host your own podcast. You've written 8
- 3:23books over the last 9 years. How do
- 3:25you do all of this?
- 3:28You know, I have had a lifestyle driven
- 3:31business the whole time, which means that
- 3:33I lead from my lifestyle. And so that
- 3:36actually has opened up an enormous amount of
- 3:38time. I mean, we'd all do have 24
- 3:40hours in a day, but most of it
- 3:41using really differently. And what I found early
- 3:44early days as a... Are your vi medicine
- 3:46practitioner?
- 3:48Where does my unique genius intersect the marketplace.
- 3:50And and when I'm in that, I'm in
- 3:52a flow state. And there's a lot of
- 3:54ways to work. Mh. I'm very
- 3:57impact driven. I have a lot of ambition.
- 3:58I've always had a lot of ambition for
- 4:00for impact, I found that if It I
- 4:02couldn't scale, my impact, like what was I
- 4:04doing? Mh. And I find that the books...
- 4:07Either books are so efficient away because they
- 4:09are very internally
- 4:12rewarding, Like, they're a way of going into
- 4:14the deepest work. They're very much sa symbolic.
- 4:17Mh type work there also a way that
- 4:19I don't have to repeat myself. So Mh.
- 4:21I can say, like chapter 3 and get
- 4:23a whole community
- 4:25adopted to chapter 3. Right? Mh.
- 4:27No much lower leverage. And then if they
- 4:29can adopt their communities to chapter 3. Yeah.
- 4:32Well, and I love what you were saying
- 4:33about it. It's a system. You know, go
- 4:35go here, go here to chapter 3 and
- 4:36and we're teaching the same thing. Does that
- 4:38make sense to people and clearly it helps
- 4:40you be scalable.
- 4:42I wanna go back to what you're seeing
- 4:43is a second go about finding where your
- 4:45genius intersect the market. I wanna I wanna
- 4:47talk about your book how to scale your
- 4:48wellness business.
- 4:49Because in it, you talk about making that
- 4:51impact and reaching as many people as possible.
- 4:53So leveraging your expertise and your convictions to
- 4:56make yourself the go to wellness authority. Like,
- 4:58you talk about, authentically building a club around
- 5:01your expertise. Can you talk about that a
- 5:02little bit? Yeah. And I just wanna I
- 5:04just wanna say 1 thing to you right
- 5:05off the bat because some people I know.
- 5:07I mean, I just know wellness this pros
- 5:08inside out a because I am 1 of
- 5:10you. We haven't seen and.
- 5:12I'm being because I've been working with Office
- 5:14Pros for 20 years. Some of us are
- 5:16meant to do really deep work with a
- 5:18small group of people, and I just wanna
- 5:19honor that first and foremost. And then others
- 5:21of us are more like me where it's
- 5:22like, the more the the more the mer,
- 5:25and we really do wanna work with big
- 5:26numbers. Most wellness pros have no idea how
- 5:28many people they wanna impact. Mh. Wellness Pro
- 5:30academy, we help Wellness pros of all
- 5:32shapes and sizes. I mean, everything from, like,
- 5:35the most
- 5:36woo
- 5:37energy, healer to a functional medicine or, you
- 5:40know, how do we develop a club around
- 5:42their unique expertise around their vibe, around their
- 5:44convictions and around their habits?
- 5:46Everything is lead from lifestyle. So we want
- 5:48wellness pros to be in integrity with who
- 5:51they are and what they're here to do,
- 5:52both from their, you know, for some people,
- 5:54they have 5 degrees.
- 5:55You know, backing up their wellness wisdom for
- 5:57other people,
- 5:58it's very experiential. Mh right. And we don't
- 6:01say that 1 is better than the other.
- 6:02It's like, if you can guide your people
- 6:04to results, that's how we're gonna judge you.
- 6:06Right? Right? And so then the club model
- 6:08what we find with that is this it's
- 6:10pretty simple concept to understand. It's like if
- 6:12you have a community of belonging and becoming
- 6:14if you have a club that a very
- 6:16specific kind of person wants to be in
- 6:17to get your results they don't actually wanna
- 6:19leave. Mh. So once they find it, they
- 6:20find also
- 6:22people they can grow with. We call that
- 6:23a growth group. Right? So your club is
- 6:25a growth group, and then having an annual
- 6:27subscription. That's a serious enough investment for people
- 6:30to be invested. Yeah. So that's it. You
- 6:33know, it's like, wisdom habits, convictions and then
- 6:35vibe is the other thing it's, like, at
- 6:37if you read Sally Hogs head, I'm sure
- 6:39you have.
- 6:40Her whole personality, Mh. Typing system, how you
- 6:43fa.
- 6:44So I'm a I'm a big fan of
- 6:47her
- 6:48thought leadership around, like, if you can accurately
- 6:52portray other people's experience of you. Mh. Right?
- 6:55It just makes it easier. Yeah. That makes
- 6:57perfect sense. And I know you've studied Alex
- 6:59from and, you know, the whole idea of
- 7:00building a club and building that community and
- 7:02offering more value. I would love to hear
- 7:04if you have some practical tips and this
- 7:06goes right along with, you know how you
- 7:07you encourage people to be more ambitious. How
- 7:10can you effectively communicate your value proposition? So,
- 7:13like, you do that very well You articulate
- 7:15it very clearly, but a lot of wellness
- 7:16practitioners have difficulty.
- 7:18Like you said, their support. They're thinking of
- 7:19everybody else. How do they articulate their own
- 7:21value prop. I mean, it takes us... It
- 7:24honestly takes us 3 months. Which
- 7:27right. Yep. Because they come in and they
- 7:30have a mix of certifications and they identify
- 7:32with their certifications. Mh. I or through more
- 7:35than their value proposition. So if they don't
- 7:37know the end results they can guide someone
- 7:38into. They don't know their value prop exactly.
- 7:40They don't Right? So then it's like, what
- 7:42is their offer? Mh. It's like, okay. Now
- 7:44we're gonna we're gonna take your offer, and
- 7:46we're gonna implement it. And it's still gonna
- 7:47take us a couple months.
- 7:49To identify more with. Mh. Okay. I will
- 7:52adopt the club model, and I'm gonna guide
- 7:54people to results through, you know, through an
- 7:56experience where they have time
- 7:58Yep. I mean, we're changing our brain.
- 8:01Mh. Right? To be a much better leader.
- 8:02Mh. Be a much better guide to people
- 8:04to results, and that's where we do
- 8:07experience the true value. Right? Of like, wow.
- 8:10I can I can lead from my lifestyle?
- 8:11I can mh from my conviction. I can
- 8:13lead from me and my own personality. I
- 8:15don't have to be somebody else.
- 8:16I can lead from my wellness expertise. Mh.
- 8:19Right? And you're gonna get better at guiding
- 8:21people to results. And then when you meet
- 8:22someone you're like, oh, my gosh. The only
- 8:24way I can help you. Is you're in
- 8:26my club. Mh. The only way I can
- 8:27guide you to results is if you're in
- 8:29my club. So that proposing of the value,
- 8:32right? What is The only way I can
- 8:33help you is to get to the specific
- 8:35end results that this person in front of
- 8:36me means prospect wants to get to. Mh.
- 8:39I propose I can get you there if
- 8:41you're in my club because I'm already delivered
- 8:43this value and I have all these member
- 8:44stories.
- 8:45And then, you know, of course, the this
- 8:47idea of of enjoying the journey, not necessarily
- 8:49knowing what the outcome is. You've done a
- 8:51really fantastic job of finding opportunities to to
- 8:53scale your business. Like, looking for those things
- 8:55that people were leaning into and places that
- 8:57you could leverage your expertise how can how
- 9:00can practitioners do that? How do we identify
- 9:02opportunities to to scale what we're doing? I
- 9:04mean, to me it all goes down to
- 9:06the business model. So most people have a
- 9:09dollar... Like, I I call transactional. So most
- 9:11people come to us with a transactional business
- 9:13model, meaning that
- 9:14they're
- 9:16their client patient or students to the end
- 9:18results of the client patients students want that
- 9:20the Wellness pro most wants to guide them
- 9:22to because they have a transactional business model,
- 9:24which means that the they're paying by the
- 9:26service or they're paying by the product. Right?
- 9:28So it's not a business model that creates
- 9:31the community of belonging and becoming or something
- 9:35can actually get even... It's why all what
- 9:37happens. I mean, I've been doing this for
- 9:39so long. And I'm like, my club thrive
- 9:41members that have been into 2 to 3
- 9:43years
- 9:44Like, they can they can x the results
- 9:47the longer they're in their in the club.
- 9:49Mh. No one's taking on that
- 9:52responsibility.
- 9:53Mh. I'm saying like, hey, let me sit
- 9:55down and really figure out what's going on
- 9:56with you. Let me really figure out what
- 9:57you're gonna need over the next year or
- 9:592.
- 10:00To experience what you're gonna wanna experience next
- 10:02in your life. And let me and let
- 10:04me package, Like, let me create an offering
- 10:08Right? That's actually gonna get you there. What
- 10:09where I'm gonna commit to getting you there
- 10:11as the Wellness pro. And you're gonna commit
- 10:13to getting there with your investment. And well,
- 10:15we goes back to what you're saying earlier
- 10:16about trading time for money as opposed to
- 10:19coming up with a system in a process
- 10:20that's going to get results. So I love
- 10:22that. Yeah. And of those that don't think
- 10:24they're doing it because they're offering a course
- 10:25or program. They don't realize that, well, what
- 10:28happens when it ends. Mh. Right? Now that
- 10:31person who's built this bond,
- 10:33maybe with a group. Right? In a community,
- 10:36maybe met their new best friends, maybe actually
- 10:38had a true
- 10:39mentor, guide, leader.
- 10:41Alright, Kate, I'm hoping our listeners are beginning

- 11:53I'm back here on the worth salt podcast
- 11:55with Kate S, author entrepreneur and highly successful
- 11:57wellness practitioner. So, Kate, can you elaborate on
- 12:00your view of the role of habits both
- 12:02in achieving wellness goals and in successfully scaling
- 12:04a business. Yeah. Absolutely. So habits is the
- 12:07core of my work and all I'll just
- 12:10tell a quick story about how I figured
- 12:12this out.
- 12:13Early days as an medicine practitioner and a
- 12:16yoga teacher yoga studio owner, and I started
- 12:20in 2002 offering the yogi detox, which still
- 12:23exists at yogi detox dot com. And I
- 12:26found that people joining a 3 week detox
- 12:28where we focused on... We basically
- 12:31rewire someone's daily habits and seasonal habits. Mh
- 12:34So I've got all this 1 on 1
- 12:35work. And then I've got this, like 3
- 12:37week habit change group work. Now, all my
- 12:391 on 1 work involved habit evolution. Right?
- 12:41Like, we need to change these habits in
- 12:43order for you to feel better.
- 12:45But also take these, you know, take these
- 12:46supplements
- 12:47and follow the specific diet and blah blah
- 12:50blah blah. So what I found is, like,
- 12:523 week detox,
- 12:54was massive evolution. Like massive breakthroughs. Mh. I
- 12:57was like holy cow like it creates this
- 13:00community.
- 13:01Around habits. And these people have breakthroughs and
- 13:03they change
- 13:04how they are with each other. They keep
- 13:06their habits up. You know, even between detox
- 13:08Like, yeah, They've totally slide in backtracking and
- 13:10all that, but they kinda on the back
- 13:12of their mind what works for them. So
- 13:13my work just kept coming back to habits
- 13:15habits habits,
- 13:16I... For the first
- 13:18I don't know. 20 years was in the
- 13:21habits of Circadian rhythm, And what they brought
- 13:23me to was the habits of the primal
- 13:25habits
- 13:25this people say they want the science they
- 13:27don't. Mh. Right. They just wanna know that
- 13:29someone knows what the science is. Mh. You
- 13:30just wanna know, like, what are the habits
- 13:32I'm supposed to be doing. Yeah. And that's
- 13:34primal habits and the habits before agriculture. So
- 13:36those are the habits that I do. They're
- 13:37the habits of why I have so much
- 13:38focus and so much free time and autonomy.
- 13:41In my life. Why my child? Like, yesterday,
- 13:44we were... Was my birthday. We snow into
- 13:46a hot spring at a waterfall.
- 13:49And, you know, she She was honestly in
- 13:51the cold water as much as the hot
- 13:52water. Like, she's automated cryo therapy as a
- 13:5516 year old. Mh.
- 13:56She does cryo therapy every day, at least
- 13:58once a day. She intermittent fast. She's automated
- 14:01the primal habits. And she has so much
- 14:03autonomy over her life. She's a 4 student.
- 14:07She, you know, without honestly very much effort.
- 14:09And she does what she wants to do.
- 14:11She... I've raised her primarily, like, beyond Mister
- 14:14aca, you know, beyond and, like, these are
- 14:16the basic things to do.
- 14:18Yeah. Yeah. I love that. And going back
- 14:20to what you're saying about how habits, people
- 14:22with the habits actually have more success than
- 14:24those who are, you know, paying into giant
- 14:26transformations. So
- 14:27how can wellness practitioners sort of create that
- 14:30system to transform client habits and get them
- 14:32to success? I mean, that's what we do
- 14:33in the business. Like that's that's why we've
- 14:35gonna the is, like, we know that our...
- 14:37We are an ultra social species. This is,
- 14:40like, the data's is in on this, Like,
- 14:41humans are an ultra social species. You pick
- 14:42up the habits of the people you're around.
- 14:44So if your family has, you know, say
- 14:47you're buying more processed food, you're picking up
- 14:49more pizzas to go or whatever, you're kind
- 14:51of, you know, in the, like, I'm busy
- 14:53all the time I don't have enough time.
- 14:54Right? Then Mh. The loser are, the habits
- 14:57that you're prop
- 14:59around.
- 15:00So what we find in the club models
- 15:02is if wellness pros can... And we we
- 15:05do this with them in their offer. Is
- 15:06like, we figure out what are the habits
- 15:08that'll actually get their clients to results. What
- 15:10are the habits that they wish they personally
- 15:12had more integrity with. And we build the
- 15:14club around their habits. And then and then
- 15:15we do a lot
- 15:17of coaching around
- 15:19habit evolution science or behavioral science of, like,
- 15:21how do you how do you get a
- 15:23group of people to, You know, both slowly
- 15:25and steadily Kai, change their habits, but also
- 15:28have would I call great leaps forward? Let's
- 15:30let's dig in a little bit on on
- 15:31the Clubs idea. You know, in your your
- 15:34offering you talk about, you know, wellness those
- 15:35professionals can triple their profits without increasing overhead.
- 15:38I'm sure everyone listening is thinking, how how
- 15:40do I do this? So how how how
- 15:42is that done? How do you teach people?
- 15:43Yeah. So, I mean, at Wellness Pro academy,
- 15:45it is a club. For wellness Pros where
- 15:47we have this 6 step system. So the
- 15:50first the first is offer. Like, we figure
- 15:52out what is what is in your club
- 15:54offer, then
- 15:55to is club, like how we're gonna build
- 15:57your club. We've we've used school since before
- 16:00Alex Mo invested in Sam Evans company. We
- 16:02were, extremely early.
- 16:04Into school and into even Sam Evans consulting
- 16:07programs, etcetera. We kinda grew up on
- 16:10on on that. Mh. So that's number 2,
- 16:13and then 3 sales for leads, 5 coaching,
- 16:15wellness coaching and 6 systems, and we... It
- 16:18takes us you know, depends on the Wellness
- 16:20pros. Some some wellness pros come in, they
- 16:22already have an email list. They already have,
- 16:23you know, a book down clientele, and they're
- 16:25just looking for they're looking for scale. Others
- 16:27come to us, and they've got, like, 25
- 16:29offerings and there's, like 2 people in each
- 16:31kind thing
- 16:32all over the board, and they have, like,
- 16:33a little bit of a following in Instagram
- 16:35and, you know, a couple hundred people on.
- 16:37So we we're like, hey, just plug and
- 16:39play this stuff in. Mh. Focus on leads
- 16:41and sales, start coaching. Right? As you start
- 16:44coaching your members in your club, you're gonna
- 16:45find out what they actually need. Then
- 16:47build your content right now. Yeah.
- 16:50More reason to reinvent the Whale. Might as
- 16:51well lean into what we know works for
- 16:53sure. Yeah. Exactly. Exactly. And then you just
- 16:55get really good
- 16:57transformation. Mh. If you're with people jumping in
- 16:59the freezing cold water, it's way easier to
- 17:02do it together then it is alone. If
- 17:04everyone's doing it's easier to get Absolutely.
- 17:06I'm wondering a little bit about, more experienced
- 17:09practitioners and you you alluded to this and
- 17:11varying levels that people come to you. But
- 17:12how do more experienced practitioners
- 17:15optimize profitability and sustainability. Once they've sort of
- 17:18been through? Because you like you're saying, you
- 17:19know, we're always by your side, we're gonna
- 17:20guide you through. So how do you get
- 17:22when you
- 17:23optimized everything. How do you get to that
- 17:24point of profitability and sustainability? It's scalable Because
- 17:27they're either gonna to scale of scarcity or
- 17:29they're gonna... You know, or they're gonna scale
- 17:32more basically, more people in transformation. They're gonna
- 17:35scale with marketing. Mh. So 1 or the
- 17:37other. Right? So say they're, you know, an
- 17:39in demand hot in demand functional medicine doctor
- 17:42and their club 10, you know, 10 k,
- 17:43and they wanna work with 20 people that's,
- 17:45you know, that's a 200 k business, say
- 17:47they decide they wanna work with 40 people.
- 17:49Now they have a know, it's like, it
- 17:50just scales. Mh. Right? And so it's already
- 17:53a Vip offering that that they have. Mh.
- 17:55That our clubs become networks. So they're also
- 17:58a people set. Like Wellness Pro had made
- 18:00the power in there is like, you are
- 18:01hanging out in a collaborative leadership experience
- 18:04with a hundred other wellness pros.
- 18:06Right? Mh. And as we're teaching them that
- 18:08model. They naturally are like, oh my gosh.
- 18:10I get it. I'm experiencing it, we model
- 18:12everything we teach. At of clubs arrive on
- 18:15this pro academy? So all they have to
- 18:16think of is, like, how's Kate doing it?
- 18:18Or what are they... What am I already
- 18:19experiencing over here? And then they get to
- 18:21collaborate
- 18:22I love that. Alright, Kate, Fantastic insight. It's
- 18:24time for another quick break while be right
- 18:26back after this. Pace salt Nation, you're listening
- 18:28to the Worth salt podcast. I'm Jennifer Oracle.
- 18:30And today, I'm talking with Kate film about
- 18:32how you can successfully scale your wellness practice.
- 18:34We'd love to hear how you're creating mindset
- 18:36and habits essential to grow and scale, so
- 18:38be sure to join us over on Instagram,
- 18:40Linkedin or Facebook and let us know how
- 18:41you're positioning your practice to take advantage of
- 18:43growth opportunities.
- 18:46Kate, you have such an impressive body of
- 18:47work that I'm sure many of our listeners
- 18:49will want to explore it.
- 18:51But you're known for your ability to grow
- 18:52your audience and you're following to build your
- 18:54many enterprises. So how do you cultivate and
- 18:57maintain that sense of community within this this
- 18:59wellness space? I'm very clear
- 19:02on my convictions?
- 19:04Around wellness. I'm very clear on my daily
- 19:06habits that that I I do and I
- 19:09aspire to. You know, if all my clubs,
- 19:11I'm a member, as well as a leader.
- 19:13Right. And so based on
- 19:15based on that, I can just speak from
- 19:17the experience, and I can speak from my
- 19:19members experiences. Mh. And what that does is
- 19:22it creates a community of belonging and becoming.
- 19:24So we're... It's a it's a... You know,
- 19:26whether you're on my email newsletter you listen
- 19:27to my podcast or you're on 1 of
- 19:29my free Facebook groups, it's like,
- 19:32there's something in here that there's a vibe
- 19:34that there's a reason to tune in. Mh.
- 19:37So then when people meet me, they're just,
- 19:39like, oh, my gosh. Exactly like I expected
- 19:41you. Mh. You know, it's like, I've only
- 19:43heard that for over a decade, and I'm
- 19:44like, oh, that's good. Because we've all met
- 19:47people that are different in person they are
- 19:49online. Mh. And it's it's unsettling. Definitely. Well...
- 19:53And I'm wondering that authenticity that plays in
- 19:55there. Any advice on navigating
- 19:57the challenges of this this industry because there
- 19:59are a lot of people who don't walk
- 20:00the talk So how do we how do
- 20:02we navigate that? Oh, my gosh. It's like,
- 20:03you know, I find, like, client repel is
- 20:09And I, you know, I grew up in
- 20:10a very classical classical yoga system, which I
- 20:13feel like had its own client repel, which
- 20:15is like, where you put yourself in a
- 20:16pedestal.
- 20:17Or you put the teachings on a pedestal,
- 20:19and they become... It becomes so fragile because
- 20:21first of all, then you have impostor syndrome
- 20:24because you're not you know you can't be
- 20:26in integrity with perfection because you're not because
- 20:28you're human. Right? And because you're not willing
- 20:30to call yourself out, and and I've seen
- 20:32it in coaching Wellness pros for well over
- 20:34a decade It's like, the ones that
- 20:36can't shake the, like, this is how I
- 20:38wanna appear. They may just can never get
- 20:41a gathering. They can't create a following. Mh.
- 20:44You know? And then. They find that, you
- 20:47know, there's, like, 1 or 2 people that
- 20:48are kinda just like them.
- 20:50That are trying to do this perfection. Mh.
- 20:52So the more you're trying to portray yourself
- 20:54as, like, the perfect picture of health or
- 20:56the perfect picture of This or that. Like,
- 20:59the more you're gonna lose in the marketplace.
- 21:01Yeah. And I honestly think as a society,
- 21:02we're we're moving away from that idea of
- 21:04influencers who have cultivated this particular way of
- 21:06being and definitely leaning into people who are
- 21:08more authentic who who are really there with
- 21:10us and and understand what what we've been
- 21:12through. Yeah. Yeah. Exact. But that's a whole
- 21:15their. Of of understanding and that's what you
- 21:18lead from. Mh. Brian? And so you can
- 21:20tell this... You can tell those stories from
- 21:22that place. I could've have written which is
- 21:23Cancer Journal
- 21:24in my twenties thirties or forties. Like, that
- 21:26was my 50 year old book. There's just
- 21:28no no doubt. I had to cross a
- 21:30threshold. Yeah. In order to do that. So
- 21:32I just advised too if, like, you are
- 21:33a younger Wellness pro, have some respect for
- 21:36the aging process. Again, we're back to community
- 21:39of belonging and becoming. Mh. You know, so
- 21:41if you're sharing from Wellness the raw experience
- 21:44without AAA deeper cultivated
- 21:47timeless wisdom, Like, it's not gonna work that
- 21:49way either. I know.
- 21:51So, yeah,
- 21:52Yeah. But you make a really good point
- 21:54about crushing that threshold, you know, into your
- 21:55fifties where you've
- 21:57you've gotten to that point where you do
- 21:58have that wisdom that perspective that someone who's
- 22:00younger might not and and we all need
- 22:02to respect to that. So I... I definitely,
- 22:04you've you've named a few of your websites
- 22:06and locations that people can find more information,
- 22:08but if I wanna know more about you
- 22:10about your online communities, books any of the
- 22:12many things that you offer, where can we
- 22:13go online? Yeah. So for wellness Pros looking
- 22:16for Wellness Pro business stuff, Go to? Wellness
