- 0:00Why is no contact so powerful to get your ex back?
- 0:04Why does it raise your ex's interest level?
- 0:08Why does it make you more attractive?
- 0:10Well, stay tuned and you'll find out.
- 0:12Hi, this is Lucia with the Art of Love.

- 0:17you get your ex back and to get over your ex.
- 0:20Welcome back no contact army. Have you been a good little
- 0:24soldier? Well, if you have, then you've
- 0:26stayed in no contact with the help of my app Silencio, and you
- 0:31can find the link to that underneath every single video
- 0:33and podcast. And if you too would like to
- 0:36join our beautiful no contact army, all you have to do is hit

- 0:45And to read our manual, go to nocontactsecrets.com where you
- 0:49can read 2 free chapters before you purchase the book.
- 0:52OK, so why do you become more attractive when you do no
- 0:56contact? Well, think of it this way.
- 1:00Just as your ex is now more attractive and desirable to you
- 1:05because they stepped away from you, you also become more
- 1:09attractive when you take a step back.
- 1:13And that step back for the person who was dumped, probably
- 1:16you, means that you do not attempt to contact your ex.
- 1:22Because everyone who breaks up with someone, they expect
- 1:26resistance from their ex and they expect them to contact them
- 1:30at some point. And when you go against that,
- 1:33we'll call it a natural law, you instantly become more attractive
- 1:37because your ex is going to wonder why.
- 1:40Why did you not fall in line and do what 99% of people naturally
- 1:44do after a breakup? Well, little do they know that
- 1:47you joined the no contact army. That space creates desire.
- 1:54When someone doesn't need you, that's attractive.
- 1:58Everyone has a desire to be free.
- 2:01And when you feel that someone needs you, you feel a loss of
- 2:05freedom because now you have to take that other person's
- 2:08feelings into consideration. You're not totally free to do
- 2:11what you want. And of course, that's fine when
- 2:14you're in a relationship, but when your interest has gone down
- 2:19or when you're no longer with that person, their neediness, in
- 2:24this case, continuing to contact them, it feels like a prison.
- 2:28And when you're not needy, after you've been dumped, you become
- 2:32more attractive because now the person feels free when they
- 2:35think about you, they're not thinking, oh God, is he going to
- 2:38call me again? Is she going to text me again?
- 2:40You're not doing anything. So they're going to feel great,
- 2:44at least in the beginning, but then they're going to start to
- 2:48get curious and they may even feel guilty for dumping you.
- 2:52So they'll reach out to find out what the heck is going on.
- 2:56And this is when the bread crumbs start.
- 2:58And if you've been listening to me for a while, then you know
- 3:01that we don't respond to bread crumbs.
- 3:04And in fact, I did a whole video on bread crumbs and I will put
- 3:07the link on YouTube in the upper right hand corner.
- 3:11When you do no contact and you leave your ex alone, the
- 3:14unspoken message that you're sending is that you are no
- 3:18longer relying on them for your happiness or validation.
- 3:23You may want them in your life, but you don't need them.
- 3:27This is attractive because it shows inner strength and we all
- 3:31want to be with someone who's mentally and emotionally strong
- 3:34instead of someone whose feelings we constantly have to
- 3:37babysit and walk on egg shells. And someone who isn't always
- 3:42available has a magnetic pole. So by stepping back and leaving
- 3:47them alone, you're giving them a chance to recognize your value
- 3:51in their life. And they can't do that if you're
- 3:54still in touch after the breakup.
- 3:57Distance raises desirability. That's why long distance
- 4:02relationships are often very exciting, because you don't have
- 4:06access to that person 24/7. You can't just drive over to
- 4:09their house at the spur of the moment, so when you're you are
- 4:14no longer answering their texts or calls, your value goes up.
- 4:20By being and no contact, you're showing that you're not needy
- 4:25because neediness always repels, whether it's in business or
- 4:28personal relationships, and constantly needing approval or
- 4:32validation pushes people away. So the more that you take a step
- 4:36back and just let things happen naturally, the more likely you
- 4:40are to get the outcome you're looking for, which in this case
- 4:43is to get your X back by creating space.
- 4:49When you're stepping back, you're also creating desire.
- 4:52It shows that you know your worth and you're comfortable
- 4:55with the space that currently exists between you and your X.
- 4:59When you take a step back, you allow your X to take a step
- 5:02forward. You give them a chance to miss
- 5:05you and recognize your value, and when that happens,
- 5:08attraction is inevitable. Your ex can't help but be more
- 5:12attracted to you, even if outwardly it would seem that
- 5:15they still feel the same about you and don't want to have
- 5:18anything to do with you or very little to do with you.
- 5:20But meanwhile, we don't know what's simmering under the
- 5:23surface. Being able to go no contact and
- 5:26stay in no contact. It shows emotional restraint.
- 5:30You can't control your emotions, but you can control the
- 5:34reactions to your emotions. However, most people have not
- 5:37learned how to do this and are very reactive.
- 5:41That's why people often hate to break up with their partner in
- 5:46person because they anticipate an emotional confrontation and
- 5:50they want to avoid that, especially if they're an
- 5:52avoidant. However, if you controlled
- 5:56yourself when your ex broke up with you and continued to do
- 5:59that after the breakup by leaving them alone and giving
- 6:03them the breakup, that instantly makes you more attractive.
- 6:07And as I mentioned in my video about my breakup titled well, my
- 6:11breakup, I'll put the link in the upper right hand corner.
- 6:15When the guy broke up with me, I immediately answered with a text
- 6:18saying I agreed with a breakup and I wished them the best.
- 6:23And guess who reached out two weeks later?
- 6:25No it wasn't me, it was him. So not being reactive and
- 6:31stepping back is a sign of strength.
- 6:33And who doesn't want to be with someone who's strong right?
- 6:36They can't help but respect you and your ex can't be attracted
- 6:39to you and want you back unless they respect you.
- 6:44There's many people who would have gotten their ex back if
- 6:47they had just shut up and left them alone instead of constantly
- 6:52hounding them to get back together, but unfortunately they
- 6:54didn't and they ruined their chances.
- 6:57So the person who's calm and in control is very magnetic, and
- 7:02when you go no contact and stick to it, that's exactly what
- 7:06you'll be. The great thing is that the more
- 7:09you practice restraint in all aspects of your life, the easier
- 7:13it is to do that way. The next time someone breaks up
- 7:17with you, hopefully there won't be a next time, but if there is,
- 7:20then you wouldn't dream of being reacted reactive.
- 7:24You'll actually be proactive, accept a breakup with class and
- 7:29dignity, wish them well, and it's quite possible that they
- 7:34will immediately start to regret breaking up with you.
- 7:36Because we can't help but be naturally drawn to people who
- 7:40are so self assured that they can handle a breakup like that.
- 7:44And the number one quality that people look for in a partner is
- 7:48confidence. Nothing shows confidence more
- 7:51than being rejected and willingly accepting the
- 7:55rejection rejection and walking away in silence.
- 7:59What you're doing is you're sending the silent message that
- 8:02your value does not depend on someone's approval and presence
- 8:06in your life. And this especially holds true
- 8:09if you have an anxious attachment style and you were
- 8:12anxious and needy in the relationship.
- 8:14Your ex is going to wonder what the heck happened all of a
- 8:17sudden. Whereas before you couldn't stay
- 8:19away from them and now you're not needy.
- 8:22And that curiosity will make them reach out sooner rather
- 8:26than later. And if you then ignore their
- 8:29messages, unless it's something significant, their desire and
- 8:33attraction for you can only go up.
- 8:37It's like you're a totally different person.
- 8:39They'll ask themselves who are they, what happened?
- 8:42I don't even recognize them anymore.
- 8:44And it's funny because my coaching clients, I tell them
- 8:48what to say when they're texting with an X and if they have to
- 8:51interact with them. And more often than not, the X
- 8:55will say something like, why are you acting weird?
- 8:58Why are you acting like this? I've never heard you talk like
- 9:00this before. They're confused because, well,
- 9:05it's not their X's words that they're reading or hearing.
- 9:08It's my words through my client. But hey, they don't know that.
- 9:11So they're confused and they start to question themselves and
- 9:15whether they made the right decision and breaking up.
- 9:18And that's the first step to getting back together.
- 9:21When it comes to relationships, the less you need someone, the
- 9:24more likely they are to want to stay with you or to come back.
- 9:29As I've mentioned in another video before, the two guys who
- 9:32wanted to marry me were the guys I did the least for.
- 9:36I was never needy in any sense of the word.
- 9:39I never complained about how much or how little time we spent
- 9:42together because I'm always busy doing my own thing.
- 9:45And the only reason we broke up was because I was the one who
- 9:48didn't want to commit. It's a law of human nature that
- 9:52people value what's not easily obtainable.
- 9:56And when you do no contact and don't respond to bread crumbs,
- 10:01you're no longer easily obtainable.
- 10:04And yes, I know they broke up with you and don't want you
- 10:07anymore. However, in the back of every
- 10:10dumper's mind, they feel that they could easily get their X
- 10:14back if they wanted to. So by staying silent, the
- 10:17message you're giving is that no, you're actually not so
- 10:21easily attainable anymore. You're no longer a sure thing.
- 10:25And I think that has a lot to do with ego.
- 10:27It's like, what? How dare you not be available
- 10:30for me at the drop of a hat when I'm the one who dumped you?
- 10:33I'm going to change your mind and you're going to give back to
- 10:35being that person who needed me and wanted me.
- 10:38You're now a challenge. So when you're dating someone,
- 10:44what is more intriguing, someone who constantly bombards you with
- 10:49texts every day, or the person who rarely texts or calls?
- 10:54You're going to be interested in the second person, the one who
- 10:56rarely texts or calls not because of what they say and do,
- 11:01but because of what they don't say and do.
- 11:04We're just naturally attracted to people who don't need us.
- 11:08The second person isn't clawing for attention and approval, so
- 11:13they come across as a blessing, not a burden.
- 11:16And hey, who couldn't use more blessings in their life, right?
- 11:21So remember, the less you chase, the more you attract.
- 11:26When you make yourself hard to access, you become more
- 11:29desirable. So stop giving your time,
- 11:32energy, and attention to just anyone, especially someone who
- 11:37dumped you. When you're not attached to the
- 11:39outcome, the outcome often falls in your favor.
- 11:43The universe favors the bold. So get out there, be bold, and
- 11:50stay in no contact until your ex says something significant.
- 11:55And now I'd like to hear from you.
- 11:56How long have you been in no contact and how is it going?
