- 0:21Baylee: Hello, everyone.
- 0:22Baylee: Welcome back to this week's episode...
- 0:25Baylee: Man, I just lost words for a second.
- 0:27Baylee: Of Cocktail Minutes.
- 0:28Baylee: This is Bailey.
- 0:30Brianna: And this is Brianna
- 0:31Baylee: This week, I'm just doing my good old grape Just Ingredients electrolytes
- 0:37Brianna: Nice.
- 0:38Brianna: I love that one.
- 0:39Brianna: I'm doing the...
- 0:40Brianna: Have you seen the little Salud Packets?
- 0:44Brianna: It's like a brand.
- 0:44Brianna: It's S-A-L-U-D.
- 0:46Brianna: But they have an immunity one.
- 0:48Brianna: It's like a hibiscus something, but it has elderberry.
- 0:52Brianna: So I just was like, let's just do it this time of year." Yeah.
- 0:57Brianna: 'Cause I feel like the sickness has started.
- 0:59Baylee: Oh my gosh, yes.
- 1:00Baylee: That is for sure.
- 1:02Baylee: Today we are gonna be talking about how women specifically are self-sabotaging without even realizing it.
- 1:10Baylee: These are things that we hear literally all the time, and so if you're like you just called me out," it's because I feel like every woman or mom even specifically, is doing these things.
- 1:23Baylee: And then we're wondering, like, why we can't get results or why we can't result- get results as quick as we want to, why we just feel burnt out all the time.
- 1:33Baylee: So we're gonna out some ways that you may be self-sabotaging and, like, how to actually help yourself.
- 1:41Brianna: Yeah.
- 1:41Brianna: And this is, I think this is common because it's like a default mode.
- 1:46Brianna: You get into it, you get into like your mom mode, and then your default mode is just like self-sabotaging yourself, and then it's you're getting frustrated'cause you can't get the results that you want.
- 1:56Brianna: But it's just like your whole approach that you probably don't even know you're doing.
- 2:01Baylee: Yeah.
- 2:02Baylee: I would say first thing is either not having time for dinner or breakfast, and I see this with breakfast.
- 2:12Baylee: Breakfast, I would say, is more...
- 2:14Baylee: People will skip it and be like,"I just don't have time." You have time, you're just not making the time.
- 2:19Baylee: Make breakfast simple, repeatable.
- 2:23Baylee: it with having meals ready to go and making them beforehand when you do have a little bit more time.
- 2:30Baylee: Make a smoothie every morning, and then it kinda goes to the choose your heart type of thing.
- 2:35Baylee: Some people are like I just don't like smoothies." Okay.
- 2:37Baylee: Then make some eggs.
- 2:39Baylee: I don't have time to cook eggs." Okay.
- 2:41Baylee: Make some overnight oats.
- 2:42Baylee: Not my favorite." you have to pick something instead of just feeling like,"Oh, I can't do anything," and just finding all the excuses not to do things.
- 2:52Baylee: You're just gonna keep staying stuck.
- 2:55Baylee: It doesn't...
- 2:56Baylee: yeah, should you enjoy your food?
- 2:57Baylee: Yes, but it also doesn't have to be the best meal that you have every single day.
- 3:03Baylee: It could just be like,"Okay, it's gonna work, and it's gonna get me through." So just don't skip breakfast.
- 3:10Baylee: Literally, there are so many easy options.
- 3:13Baylee: The Chobani yogurts, they have ones with 30 grams of protein in it.
- 3:17Baylee: Literally do that.
- 3:20Baylee: Grab a cup of fruit and a tablespoon of nuts.
- 3:23Brianna: Yeah.
- 3:24Baylee: Start there
- 3:25Brianna: because I don't think you, people are realizing how crappy you feel starting your day off with not prioritizing yourself with the basic necessity at the beginning of your day.
- 3:34Brianna: That is overwhelm.
- 3:36Brianna: Yeah, your odds are you're making breakfast for your kids, or you're packing their lunches, or you're running around the house making sure they're getting ready.
- 3:43Brianna: Grab a yogurt cup and eat it while you run around the house.
- 3:46Brianna: Grab the Chobani things.
- 3:47Brianna: It could be done.
- 3:48Brianna: Maybe it's not the cutest thing, but it works.
- 3:51Brianna: I would say the other thing too is refusing to make certain things because your kids won't eat it.
- 3:57Brianna: So many moms are like,"I just feel like I'm not getting my vegetables in," or,"I'm not getting this in because if I make that, my kids won't eat it." It's okay to eat something different from your kids, or it's okay to make...
- 4:07Brianna: Yeah, or it's okay to make something and not have everybody eat it, but you can't just not be making healthy things for yourself because other people won't eat it.
- 4:16Brianna: That's just not an option
- 4:17Baylee: it's just gonna make your kids pickier because they're never exposed to it.
- 4:22Baylee: They're...
- 4:23Baylee: it can take kids 14 times of exposure before they even try something.
- 4:27Baylee: So offering things.
- 4:30Baylee: Even put it on your plate.
- 4:31Baylee: They don't have to be forced to eat it, but put it on their plate, offer it.
- 4:36Baylee: But if they're not gonna eat broccoli, give them literally one tiny tree of broccoli.
- 4:40Baylee: You eat your broccoli.
- 4:42Baylee: If your husband's not gonna eat broccoli guess what?
- 4:44Baylee: He's also a grown adult.
- 4:45Baylee: He could choose
- 4:46Brianna: Make something else.
- 4:47Baylee: he would
- 4:48Brianna: Yeah
- 4:49Baylee: You don't have to force him to eat vegetables either and he can make
- 4:52Brianna: But you can eat them.
- 4:53Brianna: Yeah, but you can eat them.
- 4:55Baylee: make the choice to eat them, and it's not that you're preparing a whole nother dinner.
- 5:00Baylee: Really, that should just be a part of your dinner in the first place.
- 5:03Baylee: And I hear that all the time, where it's either the kids won't eat it or no one, my husband won't eat it or empty-nesters, where they're like,"I don't wanna cook a whole dinner because my kids are gone." You s- you still need a whole dinner, not that you're cooking ribeyes and baked potatoes
- 5:23Brianna: doesn't have to be like a whole thing, but yeah.
- 5:27Brianna: And if, this is also common with sports parents, like we're getting home late, I just want something quick, and so I end up going through the drive-through with my kids or grabbing something quick with my kids.
- 5:36Brianna: You can prep something at the beginning of the week, very simple, like brown some turkey, brown some ground beef, make a bowl, and you can have that in the car or you can have that when you get home.
- 5:47Brianna: It doesn't, you don't need to be eating at the exact same times and having the exact same things
- 5:51Baylee: and you also know these sports events are coming up, and do I have sports events right now with my son?
- 5:58Baylee: No, but you're a mom of three.
- 6:00Baylee: You have sports with
- 6:01Brianna: Ja
- 6:02Baylee: and you make it work where you're not always going through the drive-thru.
- 6:05Baylee: Throw something in the Crockpot in that
- 6:08Brianna: Yeah
- 6:08Baylee: super simple.
- 6:10Baylee: And you know what?
- 6:11Baylee: I don't I honestly couldn't tell you the last time we even have gone through the drive-thru.
- 6:15Baylee: It has been a very long time.
- 6:18Baylee: But y- if you are gonna grab something on the go, at least make it a better option.
- 6:23Baylee: Instead of just going full fledge, and McAlister's is something...
- 6:28Baylee: If we need something out and about, we'll grab McAlister's.
- 6:31Brianna: a good one
- 6:32Baylee: and a salad, or a sandwich and a fruit cup.
- 6:34Baylee: We're not going to McDonald's and getting a burger and fries.
- 6:39Baylee: If we're at Chick-fil-A, I'm not getting a chicken sandwich and fries.
- 6:43Baylee: Swap it out and get some fruit.
- 6:45Baylee: Try balance it out better.
- 6:49Baylee: People DoorDash all the time, too, like door dashing pizza or
- 6:55Brianna: DoorDash Chipotle,
- 6:57Baylee: Yeah.
- 6:58Baylee: Like
- 6:58Brianna: or something better.
- 7:00Brianna: Yeah.
- 7:00Baylee: DoorDash a better option
- 7:02Brianna: something better.
- 7:03Brianna: Yeah.
- 7:04Brianna: But that's a big one, and I get it.
- 7:06Brianna: People are busy, but the busy isn't gonna stop.
- 7:09Brianna: That's what I have to tell people if you're waiting for this busy to stop, it's not.
- 7:12Brianna: Or you just need to create a life where you're not busy and you just say no to everything.
- 7:15Brianna: That's a different topic.
- 7:17Brianna: But the next one is wanting perfect workouts.
- 7:20Brianna: I will see women that are like,"I not work out'cause I don't have an hour and a half to do it," or,"I don't wanna be interrupted by my kids," or they're just not okay with the less-than-perfect workout.
- 7:30Brianna: And I would rather you do a less-than-perfect workout more times than waiting for a perfect workout.
- 7:35Baylee: Yes
- 7:37Brianna: could be 20 minutes.
- 7:38Brianna: It could be 30 minutes.
- 7:39Brianna: You can do it split up throughout the day with your kids' interruptions.
- 7:44Brianna: It doesn't have to be this perfect, I have an hour and a half to go to the gym, I have childcare, I'm doing this, I'm not interrupted.
- 7:52Brianna: That would be great, but it's probably not happening.
- 7:55Baylee: I would say too if you're like,"Okay I'm gonna do that, but I'm gonna work out at 4:00 when my kids are getting home from school and they're wanting a snack,"
- 8:02Brianna: ja.
- 8:02Baylee: don't plan it that way.
- 8:04Baylee: Some
- 8:04Brianna: Mmh, mmh.
- 8:05Baylee: works out, yeah, but another thing, too, where I used to work out every day after work that's what worked for me.
- 8:11Baylee: After having Gannon, it just didn't work out anymore.
- 8:14Baylee: It's that's what my time I wanna be with him, it's getting him home from daycare, getting dinner going, we're playing outside we're doing all these things.
- 8:23Baylee: So started my workouts first thing in the morning.
- 8:27Baylee: And so yeah, I had to wake up earlier, and people are always like how do you do that?" You just don't get a...
- 8:32Baylee: You don't give yourself an option.
- 8:34Baylee: You just
- 8:34Brianna: Yeah, you just decide,"I'm gonna work out this time."
- 8:37Baylee: yeah, I would rather work out early in the morning than miss out on getting to play outside in the evening with my kid.
- 8:44Brianna: Угу
- 8:45Baylee: so yeah, does your workout have to be perfect?
- 8:47Baylee: No.
- 8:47Baylee: There has been mornings before where he's woken up, woke up, yeah, woke up during my
- 8:53Brianna: Ja
- 8:54Baylee: and so I either had to cut it short and go grab him, or he came downstairs with me.
- 8:59Baylee: But it doesn't have to be even an hour and a half.
- 9:03Baylee: If you can get a good 30, 45 minutes in, that can still be effective.
- 9:07Brianna: Oh, yeah
- 9:08Baylee: to split it up, again, I wouldn't recommend to plan it like that every day, you could make that work, too.
- 9:15Brianna: Yeah
- 9:15Baylee: I would say is then yes letting your kids dictate your s- dictate your schedule To a certain extent.
- 9:23Baylee: With...
- 9:24Baylee: I'm a very Type A person, so Gannon has always been on a routine for naps and feeding, everything like that.
- 9:33Baylee: It's a little bit more leeway right now because he's two and he's more regulated.
- 9:38Baylee: He's used to it.
- 9:39Baylee: He's just naturally on it now.
- 9:41Baylee: Yeah, when he was a baby we would plan our day around his nap time.
- 9:46Baylee: We wouldn't go do anything if that was his nap time.
- 9:49Baylee: And then I think as kids get older we start to say yes to everything.
- 9:55Baylee: We sign them up for everything, we're like we are at a different activity every single night.
- 10:01Baylee: We don't get home till 9:00." And it's like we're complaining about it, but then we're also like,"I don't have time to take care of myself." I think you have to deci- decide what's gonna work for your family.
- 10:13Baylee: It's either, yeah, we're gonna be at the sports till 9:00 and we're gonna take more effort to pack meals and not do drive-throughs and not eat dinner at 10:00 at night,
- 10:22Brianna: Evet
- 10:23Baylee: while they're at practice, or it's that's not gonna work for me.
- 10:27Baylee: We have two nights a week that they do things, that helps me have more focus on taking care of not only yourself, but also your family, and everyone else feels better, too
- 10:39Brianna: Yeah, you don't have to say yes to everything, and if you want to say yes to everything, it's then making that deal with yourself like,"Okay, in this season of us saying yes to 500 things, this is what these things have to look like for me.
- 10:53Brianna: Do I love it?
- 10:54Brianna: No, but I'm also not budging on giving something like, m- taking something off the schedule." You just...
- 11:01Brianna: But the"I can't do it cause my kids have stuff." Your kids have stuff because you, for the most part, either signed them up or said yes to it.
- 11:09Brianna: So you gotta teach them that time management too, right?
- 11:13Brianna: We do these...
- 11:14Brianna: Yeah, you have to shift a little bit.
- 11:16Baylee: And we get so caught up in doing everything,
- 11:19Brianna: Yeah
- 11:20Baylee: and I'm like, you know what?
- 11:21Baylee: If you're at a season of life where maybe tracking would be helpful, but you're like,"I literally just don't have the mental capacity," but you're also drinking sodas or not having a lot of produce during your day, or only getting 50 ounces of water in there.
- 11:37Baylee: If you're someone who drinks soda, take your soda out, and you're like,"Oh my gosh, it's like my lifeline," it really isn't you.
- 11:42Baylee: It's just a habit,
- 11:44Brianna: Угу
- 11:44Baylee: that's a very easy way to start making changes.
- 11:47Baylee: Take out alcohol.
- 11:48Baylee: Yeah, it's gonna be a social thing.
- 11:51Baylee: Make some swaps.
- 11:52Baylee: That can be an easy way where it's like you can level up your health without feeling like you're not adding anything.
- 12:00Baylee: You're
- 12:00Brianna: No
- 12:01Baylee: taking something out to make it a little bit easier
- 12:04Brianna: You're controlling the controllables.
- 12:07Brianna: That, yeah that's a big one.
- 12:09Brianna: And it kinda goes along with seeing yourself as someone you can take off your list.
- 12:13Brianna: You need to start looking at your health, your goals, the things you wanna do as important as getting your kid to a doctor's appointment, having that work meeting, you wouldn't skip a parent-teacher conference, or taking your doc- your kids to the doctor's, or just not showing up for work, but you'll very easily be like,"Oh, I'm not gonna take that time to prep.
- 12:32Brianna: Oh, I'm not gonna go for that walk.
- 12:34Brianna: I'm not gonna have that workout.
- 12:35Brianna: I'm just gonna skip this." You need to kinda shuffle around this is a glass ball that I also need to keep going, keep juggling.
- 12:43Brianna: I'm not gonna let it fall.
- 12:45Brianna: It's just a mindset shift,'cause I always see so many people take themselves off of, I have a lot of people schedule walks into their workday, and they'll get the reminder, and they're like,"I just moved it to the next day."
- 12:55Baylee: Like I just
- 12:56Brianna: Don't do that.
- 12:57Brianna: It's...
- 12:58Brianna: Even if you're like,"I'm gonna get up and go for a five-minute walk," you have the capacity to do it, and you feel like you don't have the capacity'cause you're so used to defaulting taking yourself off the list, but it's making you feel worse,
- 13:08Baylee: And
- 13:08Brianna: 100%.
- 13:09Baylee: Not comparing yourself so often with everyone.
- 13:11Baylee: People are always"How does this person do it all?" And we're so wrapped up in how this person does it all.
- 13:16Baylee: It's like,"I could never," or,"I'm just lazy.
- 13:18Baylee: I'm not a morning person." You can do all the things you want to do.
- 13:23Baylee: You truly can.
- 13:24Baylee: it's that argument we all have the same 24 hours in the day.
- 13:27Baylee: We all have 24 hours in the day.
- 13:30Baylee: Sure, some people have different types of help, but Or different resources.
- 13:35Baylee: Yes, is it the same 24 hours?
- 13:38Baylee: No.
- 13:39Baylee: Me and you even, we have the same job.
- 13:41Baylee: Overall our jobs are pretty similar.
- 13:43Brianna: Yeah
- 13:43Baylee: work for similar companies across the board, but and we both have 24 hours in our day, obviously.
- 13:51Baylee: We both have husbands.
- 13:52Baylee: But we don't have the same 24 hours in the day.
- 13:55Baylee: Things adjust, but we're not sitting here being like,"Oh my gosh Brianna can do this with her kids," and Brianna's not Bailey can do this with her kid." We're just like, you just do the things, and you find out, and it's okay, yeah, if you need some advice yeah, ask a friend.
- 14:11Baylee: Be like,"Okay, how do you make this easier?" But I
- 14:14Brianna: Ja
- 14:15Baylee: stuck in just comparing our life to other people, we freeze up a little
- 14:21Brianna: Yeah, and I think we compare ourselves to what we think other people are doing.
- 14:26Brianna: The secret is you're not,
- 14:28Baylee: Ja.
- 14:28Brianna: okay?
- 14:29Brianna: Like right now, I'm in a season of life where my kids have sports five days a week.
- 14:33Brianna: There's practice five days a week.
- 14:35Brianna: Monday through Friday they are at something,'cause I have three and they do different things, and I also have something on Saturday and Sunday sports-wise.
- 14:42Brianna: I'm gonna tell you right now, in this fall season, my house is not clean 24/7.
- 14:47Brianna: My laundry is not folded.
- 14:49Brianna: Those are thing-'cause when my kids are going to practice, it's like I could make a dinner and go for a walk, or I could spend an hour and a half cleaning my house and doing laundry.
- 14:58Brianna: I'm not gonna do that.
- 14:59Brianna: It'll be fine.
- 15:00Brianna: It'll be fine.
- 15:01Brianna: If another mom tells me they're not going to bed until 12:30 at min- midnight because they're folding laundry, I'm gonna make them burn their laundry.
- 15:08Brianna: Like w- why are we folding the laundry?
- 15:10Brianna: Go to bed.
- 15:11Brianna: It'll be okay.
- 15:12Brianna: You have these like weird expectations of yourself that odds are you're not gonna be able to do.
- 15:17Brianna: If you're a mom, a working mom, you have more than one thing going on, you're probably not gonna be able to do all the things, and the person who looks like they're doing it all probably is not doing it all
- 15:27Baylee: just, you never know what's going on the other side.
- 15:30Brianna: Ja
- 15:30Baylee: I think, especially in the weight loss world and Ozempic world and everything, everyone is so worried whatever their people are doing,
- 15:38Brianna: Угу.
- 15:38Baylee: but they're not doing the things to take care of themselves.
- 15:40Baylee: I'm like, just start looking at yourself and s- worrying how fast this person's losing weight, how they're losing weight, what they're eating, how they're moving.
- 15:52Baylee: Just stop.
- 15:53Baylee: Worrying about someone else when you can't...
- 15:55Baylee: When you're just stuck figuring out your own
- 15:57Brianna: Yeah.
- 15:57Brianna: It's not gonna do anything for you,
- 15:59Baylee: no
- 16:00Brianna: or pointing out how unfair it is that someone has more time or resources or this, it's not gonna make you magically have them.
- 16:06Brianna: So we gotta kinda get out of your own way, and I think that would, the last one would be, like, the mom guilt of taking time for yourself to do things.
- 16:16Brianna: You're setting the tone for your kids' habits.
- 16:19Brianna: I'm sure all of you want your kids to grow up one day and focus on their health and feel like they have time for themselves and have that healthy balance.
- 16:26Brianna: If Mom's not doing it, they're n- you're not setting a great example for that
- 16:31Baylee: I always think think about how often you tell your kids to go outside and play, and then you sit there on your phone.
- 16:37Brianna: Right
- 16:38Baylee: are always watching, and I think it comes with mom guilt.
- 16:41Baylee: I think there's sometimes work guilt right now, where
- 16:45Brianna: Угу
- 16:45Baylee: so many high...
- 16:47Baylee: Not high-functioning, high-productivity or I don't...
- 16:51Baylee: are getting very...
- 16:53Baylee: I don't know what I'm trying to say.
- 16:54Baylee: But we're getting very invested into our jobs, that it's almost like guilt if we up and walk around.
- 17:03Brianna: Right.
- 17:03Brianna: Like you can't take time.
- 17:06Baylee: a 30-second squat session, not that you have to get up in the middle of office, but if you're...
- 17:13Baylee: Number one, your job le- legally has to give you lunch if you're working that full-time day.
- 17:19Baylee: then we work through lunch, and we just burn ourselves out.
- 17:22Brianna: Yeah
- 17:23Baylee: burn ourselves out in our job, but we won't put that same effort in taking care of ourselves.
- 17:30Baylee: then that's why it's like,"Oh, I'm just burnt out with the food." You're not burnt out on the food.
- 17:34Baylee: You're
- 17:34Brianna: No
- 17:36Baylee: the only thing you're just going head in all feet, whatever.
- 17:42Baylee: Words are really hard today.
- 17:44Baylee: you're just
- 17:44Brianna: You're just going all in to work.
- 17:46Brianna: You're not, yeah, you're not having boundaries.
- 17:49Baylee: yeah, if I have time, I'll work out.
- 17:51Baylee: If I have time, I will make a meal.
- 17:54Baylee: If I have time, I will meal prep.
- 17:56Baylee: If I have time, I will drink my water.
- 18:00Brianna: Yeah
- 18:00Baylee: basic things that we just put on the back burner because we think they're just gonna fall into our lap without changing anything.
- 18:07Brianna: And most...
- 18:09Baylee: work guilt,
- 18:10Brianna: Yep.
- 18:11Brianna: Yeah.
- 18:12Baylee: being a
- 18:13Brianna: And I tell people unless you are fighting a fire op- operating on someone's brain or heart you probably have time.
- 18:22Brianna: It's gonna be okay.
- 18:23Brianna: There is nothing that's gonna happen in that five-minute walk or even 10-minute walk that's gonna be so detrimental to I have to do this right now or the world's gonna fall apart.
- 18:33Brianna: Again, unless you're like, yeah, you're fighting a fire.
- 18:36Brianna: Don't be like,"You know what?
- 18:38Brianna: I'm gonna go take a walk," as this person is their whole body's open.
- 18:41Brianna: No.
- 18:42Brianna: But other than that, it's something you're telling yourself, and then you're so burnt out for the bare minimums.
- 18:48Brianna: We shouldn't be looking at taking a walk, taking a breath break, making a meal as options.
- 18:53Brianna: Those are, like, bare things you need to survive.
- 18:56Brianna: You have time to do it, and I guarantee you your boss is probably okay with you doing that.
- 19:00Brianna: You...
- 19:00Brianna: I've had so many people like,"Hey, talk to your boss.
- 19:03Brianna: What is the expectations?" And every single time they're like,"Yeah, my boss was like,'Why are you doing that?
- 19:08Brianna: Go take a lunch break.
- 19:09Brianna: Go take a walk.'" I'm like,"Okay, so then you're putting this on yourself.
- 19:13Brianna: You gotta stop that or you're never gonna have time for you.
- 19:16Brianna: You're just not."
- 19:17Baylee: You're gonna start hating your job.
- 19:19Baylee: You're gonna be crabby when you get home.
- 19:21Baylee: You're gonna be short-tempered with everyone.
- 19:23Baylee: And then, yeah, it's just oh, we can't do this.
- 19:25Baylee: It's not because of that.
- 19:26Baylee: It's because we're not taking care of ourselves.
- 19:28Baylee: We could handle work a lot better if we took care of
- 19:30Brianna: Ja
- 19:31Baylee: We could be more level-headed with our kids if we were not hangry,
- 19:36Brianna: Right
- 19:36Baylee: like that.
- 19:37Baylee: just start to fall into place a little bit more.
- 19:41Baylee: And so we say all this with and just to bring it all to your attention we do unintentionally self-sabotage.
- 19:50Baylee: It's, we've gotten in a weird place where it's like nutrition and movement and sleep are, like, optional things in life.
- 20:00Baylee: Literally, the basic foundations of being a human
- 20:04Brianna: Yeah, surviving.
- 20:05Brianna: Just keeping your body going.
- 20:07Baylee: Yeah.
- 20:08Brianna: Yep
- 20:08Baylee: that's why everyone feels so sick and gross all the time
- 20:11Brianna: So yeah, this is definitely out of love.
- 20:13Brianna: Maybe some tough love, and it's not that we don't see the frustration and the exhaustion.
- 20:19Brianna: We relate to it, we get it, but there's also some things you have to just decide to do, and it's not that it can't be done.
- 20:26Brianna: You just need to figure out how to do it.
- 20:28Brianna: Yeah
- 20:29Baylee: All right, everyone.
- 20:30Baylee: We will be back next week with a brand new episode.
- 20:33Baylee: We hope this was helpful and helps you just to just think about some things.
- 20:38Baylee: Slow down and be more intentional.
- 20:40Baylee: All
- 20:40Brianna: Right
- 20:41Baylee: Have a great day, everyone.
- 20:43Baylee: Bye.
