- 0:24SPEAKER_00: Wait a minute.
- 0:26SPEAKER_00: Leads a week.
- 0:27SPEAKER_00: You're a week.
- 0:28SPEAKER_00: I've had better.
- 0:30SPEAKER_00: Oh have I got your attention now?
- 0:33SPEAKER_00: Here's your host, Dustin Brohm.
- 0:37SPEAKER_01: What is up, guys?
- 0:38SPEAKER_01: Welcome to episode 285 of the Massive Agent Podcast.
- 0:42SPEAKER_01: I'm your host, Dustin Brohm, here in Salt Lake City, Utah.
- 0:45SPEAKER_01: And today we're going to talk about coming up with ideas for content.
- 0:49SPEAKER_01: If you are a human being, then there's times where you struggle to know what the hell to post.
- 0:54SPEAKER_01: And that always comes as a result of overthinking.
- 0:58SPEAKER_01: So I'm going to walk you through my workflow for how I come up with content ideas, how get how I get my ideas for videos, how I get uh the ideas to do them in the way that I do them, and all of that, because it's this does not need to be so damn difficult.
- 1:12SPEAKER_01: And I'm going to teach you how creating great content can be super easy.
- 1:18SPEAKER_01: You just have to approach it a certain way.
- 1:20SPEAKER_01: I need before we get started, thank you to everyone, every single one of you who donated to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society campaign that we did.
- 1:29SPEAKER_01: Uh that that campaign just wrapped up.
- 1:32SPEAKER_01: It was a it was a two-month charity campaign.
- 1:35SPEAKER_01: And here in Utah, we just raised just shy of$100,000 for uh to help fund research for a cure for childhood blood cancer.
- 1:45SPEAKER_01: Absolutely incredible.
- 1:46SPEAKER_01: We raised just over$96,000.
- 1:49SPEAKER_01: Our team raised uh just over$27,000.
- 1:52SPEAKER_01: And then personally, uh I helped raise just uh around$8,000.
- 1:56SPEAKER_01: So that was pretty cool.
- 1:57SPEAKER_01: Um, I learned something through the process.
- 2:00SPEAKER_01: Raising funds for charity is not easy.
- 2:04SPEAKER_01: It's and and I understand.
- 2:06SPEAKER_01: I mean, every everyone wants to help, but then it's just like, okay, do I contribute to this one or that one or this, or or hey, I'm busy right now, I'll do it later.
- 2:15SPEAKER_01: I totally get it because that's how I act.
- 2:17SPEAKER_01: So I say that just to show my gratitude to every one of you who did take action and who did make a donation.
- 2:25SPEAKER_01: Uh, it every single one of you, it was super, super generous.
- 2:28SPEAKER_01: There was one that came in for$6, and I can't tell you how awesome that is.
- 2:32SPEAKER_01: And then the the largest, the single largest donation was a thousand bucks.
- 2:36SPEAKER_01: Then we had a 750 and a few 500s.
- 2:39SPEAKER_01: So extreme generosity.
- 2:41SPEAKER_01: Thank you guys so much.
- 2:41SPEAKER_01: So if you donated, uh, we're doing that that Zoom training with my mentor Clayton Gitz and with Phil Treadwell and a few others.
- 2:48SPEAKER_01: Neil Dinger is going to be on there, just trying to coordinate the time.
- 2:52SPEAKER_01: Uh, we're hoping it's sometime in this month.
- 2:54SPEAKER_01: Sometimes uh sometime in June, we'll get that out.
- 2:57SPEAKER_01: So stay tuned to your email if you donated to the campaign.
- 3:00SPEAKER_01: And uh and then the winners of the prizes will be announced soon as well.
- 3:07SPEAKER_01: Last chance.
- 3:08SPEAKER_01: So what is this?
- 3:09SPEAKER_01: The I'm recording this on the sixth.
- 3:11SPEAKER_01: You guys are gonna hear this with just a week or so left until Power Day.
- 3:15SPEAKER_01: If you do not have your tickets to Power Day to spend an entire day with me and the night before dinner at my house, working with me, implementing, actually building your business together with me, you need to be there.
- 3:28SPEAKER_01: I've never offered anything like this, especially at this price.
- 3:31SPEAKER_01: Like this, this is insane, actually.
- 3:33SPEAKER_01: So if you if you can get your ass to Salt Lake City, do it.
- 3:37SPEAKER_01: All the details are over at powerdayvent.com.
- 3:41SPEAKER_01: And I highly recommend it.
- 3:43SPEAKER_01: And they're and by the way, tickets still 50% off.
- 3:47SPEAKER_01: Um shit, what's the code?
- 3:49SPEAKER_01: It's uh not over yet 50.
- 3:51SPEAKER_01: The code is not over yet 50.
- 3:53SPEAKER_01: If that doesn't work, just send me a message and and we'll hook you up.
- 3:56SPEAKER_01: And and lastly, um, I'm teasing this a little bit.
- 4:00SPEAKER_01: I am coming out with a new course for realtors on how to use AI to sell more houses.
- 4:06SPEAKER_01: This is gonna be a very in-depth course.
- 4:08SPEAKER_01: There's gonna be a lot of stuff given to you that you can just copy and paste.
- 4:11SPEAKER_01: There's gonna be systems and processes that you can just copy, implement, and then they become automatic because we're talking about AI here.
- 4:18SPEAKER_01: This is really cool shit, but obviously it's going to take some time to build this course out, and stuff is changing all the time.
- 4:25SPEAKER_01: So sometime in the near future, maybe next week, maybe after, uh, we're gonna be doing, we're gonna allow pre-orders, pre-registrations for anyone that wants to get started at a very significant discount compared to what the course will end up being.
- 4:40SPEAKER_01: So stay tuned.
- 4:41SPEAKER_01: Um, and anyone who does pre-register, you're gonna we're gonna include you in the creative process so you can help us uh determine the best format, the best content, what you need in the course versus not.
- 4:53SPEAKER_01: You're gonna be integral, integral.
- 4:56SPEAKER_01: I don't usually use that word, integral in that process and get yourself a hefty discount just by committing soon.
- 5:03SPEAKER_01: So stay tuned.
- 5:04SPEAKER_01: The the massive agent AI course is coming very, very soon.
- 5:09SPEAKER_01: And lastly, you always hear what to do, right?
- 5:13SPEAKER_01: There's a lot of content that says you, you as an agent should do this, you should do this, you should do this.
- 5:17SPEAKER_01: It's it's hard, it's harder to find actually how to do that stuff, right?
- 5:23SPEAKER_01: That there's very few people now.
- 5:25SPEAKER_01: Courses and coaches and stuff like that, obviously, yes.
- 5:28SPEAKER_01: Um, you need to seek out how to do those things, not just, oh, that'd be a good idea to do it.
- 5:34SPEAKER_01: So BAM came out with BAMX.
- 5:36SPEAKER_01: It's this new platform from them where they not only tell you what to do, but how to do it for as little as$10 a month.
- 5:43SPEAKER_01: So there's courses like Canva 101, objection handling, creating uh viral green screen videos, and the ultimate Instagram course by the broke agent himself.
- 5:53SPEAKER_01: Use code MASSIVE to get 10% off uh off of the year.
- 5:57SPEAKER_01: You can learn more and get all the details over at Met Wow, excuse me.
- 6:01SPEAKER_01: Wow, you can learn more and get all the details over at MassiveAgent Podcast.com slash BAMX.
- 6:08SPEAKER_01: And the last announcement for real, next week we're opening up the Massive Agent Society yet again.
- 6:14SPEAKER_01: So if you've been waiting to jump on that for open registration, get ready.
- 6:18SPEAKER_01: We're opening up the society doors once again next week.
- 6:22SPEAKER_01: Let's talk about creating content.
- 6:24SPEAKER_01: There's something that I need you to understand at its foundation.
- 6:28SPEAKER_01: When you are trying to come up with ideas to post, content to record, content to post, you are not inventing some new blockbuster drug.
- 6:37SPEAKER_01: Okay, you're not you're not trying to cure cancer, you're not trying to invent a product that doesn't exist.
- 6:43SPEAKER_01: You're simply educating consumers on what the hell is happening in the real estate world, in the economy, and how they can do what they need to do to move to a new place or to upsize or downsize or you know, real estate investment, they're building a portfolio.
- 7:00SPEAKER_01: This is not rocket science, but some of us make it seem like it is because we overthink the hell out of it.
- 7:07SPEAKER_01: And I know that you're doing that because this is what I do.
- 7:10SPEAKER_01: Now, I've gotten really freaking good at recognizing when I'm overthinking, and then I just zoom out and do what I'm about to explain.
- 7:18SPEAKER_01: But if you are not posting on a regular basis on social media, then you, to a certain extent, are overthinking the shit out of it.
- 7:27SPEAKER_01: Here's what I want you to do.
- 7:29SPEAKER_01: First off, understand that as an agent, you're not reinventing anything that you don't have to come up with uh I hear this all the time, actually.
- 7:38SPEAKER_01: Well, I I don't know.
- 7:39SPEAKER_01: I need to come up with something that I haven't heard online before.
- 7:43SPEAKER_01: Why?
- 7:44SPEAKER_01: Why why are you trying to invent some new concept that's never been spoken about online?
- 7:49SPEAKER_01: First off, is that even fucking possible?
- 7:51SPEAKER_01: Seriously, is that even possible today that you can come up with some entrepreneurship or business or real estate or investment related topic that's never been discussed online?
- 8:03SPEAKER_01: So, first off, that's stupid.
- 8:05SPEAKER_01: That's like trying to seek perfection.
- 8:06SPEAKER_01: What the fuck is that?
- 8:07SPEAKER_01: And then who decides what that is?
- 8:09SPEAKER_01: You may think it's perfect, someone else thinks it's dog shit, right?
- 8:12SPEAKER_01: Or vice versa.
- 8:13SPEAKER_01: So let go of that.
- 8:15SPEAKER_01: Stop trying to create something new that no one's ever seen before.
- 8:19SPEAKER_01: You should literally be doing the opposite.
- 8:21SPEAKER_01: So if you have any creative block whatsoever, and I'm gonna talk about Chat GPT and AI here in a second, because that absolutely eliminates this blank page syndrome where you're like, uh, I don't know what to write, I don't know what to post, I don't know what to do.
- 8:36SPEAKER_01: It eliminates it.
- 8:37SPEAKER_01: But you have to first take the action and have the desire to fix that creative uh that creative block.
- 8:44SPEAKER_01: So you first realize that you should be doing the opposite.
- 8:48SPEAKER_01: You're not trying to come up with some fresh concept worded in a way that no one's ever thought of before, but rather what is working?
- 8:55SPEAKER_01: What do people want to see online?
- 8:57SPEAKER_01: What other types of videos and content are performing well, showing that there's demand for them, and then just doing that.
- 9:04SPEAKER_01: You should literally just be doing what other people are doing.
- 9:08SPEAKER_01: Now, you've there's a book out there called Steal Like an Artist.
- 9:12SPEAKER_01: Okay, and and this is this is cool.
- 9:14SPEAKER_01: This is what I used Chat GPT for just last night.
- 9:17SPEAKER_01: In 10 minutes, and let I think it was more like four minutes, I had not read Steal Like an Artist, but I understood the concept that you know rather than trying to recreate the wheel, you just go copy what someone else is doing.
- 9:30SPEAKER_01: Now, some of you may be thinking, well, I'm not gonna copy.
- 9:32SPEAKER_01: You can't copy someone else's stuff.
- 9:34SPEAKER_01: Hear me out.
- 9:35SPEAKER_01: Okay, I don't mean literally copy, but the concept, the the talking points, the the topic, the the format of the video, all of that.
- 9:44SPEAKER_01: Copy the shit out of it.
- 9:45SPEAKER_01: So I went to Chat GPT.
- 9:48SPEAKER_01: Well, last night I was like, that would be a really relevant book for this for this podcast episode, but I don't have time to read it.
- 9:55SPEAKER_01: What else could I do?
- 9:56SPEAKER_01: Oh, I could just have Chat GPT summarize it for me.
- 9:59SPEAKER_01: So within four minutes, ChatGPT just I just said summarize the book, Still Like an Artist.
- 10:05SPEAKER_01: Boom, it sends out uh it summarized it into 10 different talking points.
- 10:10SPEAKER_01: Here's some of the big ones that that come from this book, Still Like an Artist, 10 Things Nobody Told You About Being Creative by Austin Cleon.
- 10:19SPEAKER_01: I'll mention a couple of these and then we're gonna we're gonna we're gonna elaborate on them because it this content game, becoming a consistent content creator who's getting results on social, this is not rocket science.
- 10:34SPEAKER_01: This should be happening for you if you learn how to quote unquote steal like an artist.
- 10:39SPEAKER_01: If you learn how to take inspiration from what others are doing well and do your own version of it.
- 10:44SPEAKER_01: That's it.
- 10:45SPEAKER_01: Like if you want, you can just turn the fucking podcast off because that's it.
- 10:49SPEAKER_01: Look at what others are doing well, rip it off, like borrow their topic, borrow the the hook, borrow whatever, put your own spin on it, so it's unique content, it's original content, and then put it out.
- 11:02SPEAKER_01: That's the game.
- 11:03SPEAKER_01: Still like an artist.
- 11:04SPEAKER_01: One thing that stuck out to me uh the idea is not to commit plagiarism, but to learn from the work of others, right?
- 11:12SPEAKER_01: Good artists understand that all creative work builds on what came before, and they're open about their influences.
- 11:19SPEAKER_01: Interesting.
- 11:20SPEAKER_01: I've been very open that I've learned a lot.
- 11:22SPEAKER_01: Uh, when I do my talking head videos on social, Neil Dingra taught me everything.
- 11:26SPEAKER_01: I just and he learned it from someone else too.
- 11:29SPEAKER_01: So it's not like he invented the concept.
- 11:31SPEAKER_01: So uh I'm like, okay, cool, I'll do that, and then I put my own spin on it.
- 11:34SPEAKER_01: His personality is very different than mine, and vice versa.
- 11:37SPEAKER_01: So it maybe the format, it may look similar to his videos, but the content itself is completely different because I say things differently.
- 11:46SPEAKER_01: I have different takes, different personality, different energy, all of it, right?
- 11:50SPEAKER_01: So it's not the same shit.
- 11:51SPEAKER_01: It's just inspired by.
- 11:53SPEAKER_01: Number two, don't wait until you know who you are to get started.
- 11:58SPEAKER_01: I love this one.
- 11:59SPEAKER_01: Don't wait until you know who you are to get started.
- 12:02SPEAKER_01: Start creating, and through that process, you'll discover what you're truly about.
- 12:07SPEAKER_01: This is huge.
- 12:09SPEAKER_01: I remember there was a point where I'm like, I really need to build my confidence before I can start putting out video.
- 12:14SPEAKER_01: What I've learned is that there's no way to do that until you start putting out video.
- 12:19SPEAKER_01: If you want to build your confidence in front of the camera, if you want to become a better communicator, if you want to build an audience, first you have to start putting out content consistently, and then that builds the confidence.
- 12:33SPEAKER_01: You don't, you cannot grow into a great communicator.
- 12:36SPEAKER_01: You cannot discover who you are, you cannot build your confidence unless you are doing those things.
- 12:43SPEAKER_01: Most of you have it backwards.
- 12:45SPEAKER_01: You're waiting until you're more confident, you're waiting to build up you want to get rid of the insecurity in front of the camera.
- 12:51SPEAKER_01: And once you do, then you'll start putting out videos on social.
- 12:56SPEAKER_01: That's the opposite.
- 12:57SPEAKER_01: Start putting out videos on social and you will become more confident.
- 13:01SPEAKER_01: You will get rid of the insecurity once you're putting out content on social.
- 13:04SPEAKER_01: That's just how it works, because it's repetition.
- 13:07SPEAKER_01: How are you supposed to get comfortable in front of the camera if you're not in front of the camera?
- 13:12SPEAKER_01: You right?
- 13:13SPEAKER_01: Like you can't learn to drive a car by reading the book.
- 13:17SPEAKER_01: You've got to get behind the wheel and do that shit.
- 13:19SPEAKER_01: This is no different.
- 13:21SPEAKER_01: Hit record and then do it again and again and again, and pretty soon you're comfortable with it.
- 13:25SPEAKER_01: Do you think that I was comfortable the first time I recorded a video?
- 13:29SPEAKER_01: I shared this at the Agent Rice Summit.
- 13:32SPEAKER_01: We played the first video that I ever posted.
- 13:35SPEAKER_01: I was reading a script.
- 13:36SPEAKER_01: I looked like I was 12 years old, because it was like uh eight years ago.
- 13:40SPEAKER_01: I had my fucking uh name tag on from equity real estate, and I was reading a script, and you can see my eyes.
- 13:46SPEAKER_01: It was awful.
- 13:47SPEAKER_01: However, that's where I started.
- 13:50SPEAKER_01: I was not comfortable in front of the camera, but by just being in front of the camera and doing video and and recording Snapchat stories and then Instagram stories, which was very informal.
- 14:00SPEAKER_01: No one expected it to be all fancy and perfect.
- 14:03SPEAKER_01: It's supposed to be shaky, and there's supposed to be, you know, a lawnmower in the background, and the lighting's supposed to be off in stories.
- 14:12SPEAKER_01: People expect it to be like behind the scenes.
- 14:14SPEAKER_01: So that helped me practice being in front of the camera without it being so serious, right?
- 14:18SPEAKER_01: If I if I had never recorded any videos, then I'm then I'm like, oh, I better uh launch a YouTube channel and I'm gonna do great long-form YouTube videos with high quality production value, I would have quit.
- 14:31SPEAKER_01: Because I I that's not the best way.
- 14:33SPEAKER_01: You have to build the confidence first by doing.
- 14:36SPEAKER_01: Last in this list here, summarizing the Steel Like an Artist book, the secret: do good work and share it with people.
- 14:45SPEAKER_01: It's not enough to just create, you need to share your work with others.
- 14:50SPEAKER_01: So I know that there's some advice given out there to agents who are trying to create content and trying to get comfortable that you could record a video and then you don't have to post it.
- 15:00SPEAKER_01: You can just record a video, keep it in your camera roll, record another another video, don't post that either.
- 15:06SPEAKER_01: I I don't disagree with that.
- 15:08SPEAKER_01: But there is a certain point where you do have to start sharing it because that's where the growth comes from.
- 15:14SPEAKER_01: If you just record a bunch of videos and keep them private and no one ever sees that shit, you're not really growing.
- 15:19SPEAKER_01: You may get a little more comfortable in front of the camera, but it's not until you actually put yourself out there that the real work begins, that the real growth begins.
- 15:27SPEAKER_01: So make sure that you are posting and sharing.
- 15:30SPEAKER_01: Now, I told you that I took a lot of inspiration from Neil Dingra and now there Alex Hormozy.
- 15:37SPEAKER_01: I like the style of his videos with the captions and everything like that.
- 15:42SPEAKER_01: What I do whenever I am at a loss for what to post, I just go scroll my Instagram feed.
- 15:48SPEAKER_01: I do, I just go scroll my Instagram feed, but I do it intentionally.
- 15:52SPEAKER_01: I'm looking for videos to get ideas from.
- 15:55SPEAKER_01: Maybe that's the topic.
- 15:57SPEAKER_01: Look, guys, every video that I've ever posted, rip it off.
- 16:01SPEAKER_01: Go steal it.
- 16:02SPEAKER_01: Steal the hook.
- 16:03SPEAKER_01: You could you could say it word for word if you want to.
- 16:06SPEAKER_01: I I've had numerous people take my videos and do their own version, literally word for word.
- 16:13SPEAKER_01: One of one of them, Sean, did a video where uh it's like why you don't need a realtor and why you can just do it yourself.
- 16:21SPEAKER_01: They did it word for word, and I think they got more views than me.
- 16:25SPEAKER_01: Cool.
- 16:26SPEAKER_01: It's because it's not that just because the words are the same, it's not the same video.
- 16:31SPEAKER_01: His personality is different, his delivery is different, his energy, all of it.
- 16:35SPEAKER_01: So when you're scrolling your feed, look, don't just mindlessly do it.
- 16:40SPEAKER_01: You have to be scrolling your feed looking for ideas.
- 16:43SPEAKER_01: And then once you see it, you think, oh, cool.
- 16:46SPEAKER_01: Sometimes it'll be a golf video or a fitness video or a just a general business related one, or uh, you know, someone who's like an Instagram guru, like like uh Brock Johnson or someone like that.
- 16:57SPEAKER_01: They'll do a video in a certain way, and the format gives me an idea of something I can do.
- 17:02SPEAKER_01: And I'm like, oh, I could use that format but with this topic instead.
- 17:06SPEAKER_01: Or maybe they use a certain sound, right?
- 17:09SPEAKER_01: Like, oh, I could use that, but here.
- 17:11SPEAKER_01: Uh, I especially do this with memes.
- 17:13SPEAKER_01: I'll see memes about anything, and I'm like, oh, I can use that, but make it relevant for real estate agents.
- 17:19SPEAKER_01: So whenever you see a meme that I've posted on online, I got the idea from somebody else.
- 17:25SPEAKER_01: You know, I I think maybe once I was like watching a movie or just randomly thought, oh, I could use that with this and then post it.
- 17:33SPEAKER_01: But usually I see someone else do it and I think, oh, I can make it relevant this way.
- 17:37SPEAKER_01: So just do what's working for others.
- 17:41SPEAKER_01: Literally rip off my videos.
- 17:43SPEAKER_01: Take the hooks that I use, take the topics.
- 17:46SPEAKER_01: There's no reason why you should not be borrowing the topics from other people.
- 17:51SPEAKER_01: When you see a video that has done well, if it has 250,000 views, then you better be watching it over and over and over to dissect why.
- 18:01SPEAKER_01: What about it did so good?
- 18:03SPEAKER_01: It's probably numerous things, and and some of it is luck, some of it is absolutely luck.
- 18:09SPEAKER_01: There was a study done where I think it was TikTok, but they posted the same video, literally the same video, six different times, and it performed wildly different every time.
- 18:22SPEAKER_01: One of one of those went completely viral, other times it bombed.
- 18:25SPEAKER_01: So the time that you post it, the the algorithm, like there's so many factors, right?
- 18:30SPEAKER_01: There's so many different factors.
- 18:32SPEAKER_01: But you can still stack the deck in your favor by taking a video that's done very well, and maybe it's about how you don't need 20% down to buy a house.
- 18:45SPEAKER_01: Okay, that's the topic, but that's not the hook.
- 18:47SPEAKER_01: The hook is you can buy a million dollar house for 35 grand.
- 18:51SPEAKER_01: Oh, that's interesting.
- 18:53SPEAKER_01: And then you explain 3.5% down with an FHA loan.
- 18:56SPEAKER_01: You don't need 20% down.
- 18:57SPEAKER_01: So rip that off.
- 18:59SPEAKER_01: Right?
- 19:00SPEAKER_01: Just do it your way.
- 19:02SPEAKER_01: Just go study what other super successful content creators are doing and have done, then do your own version of those things and watch your content crush it.
- 19:13SPEAKER_01: It's very simple.
- 19:14SPEAKER_01: This is not difficult.
- 19:16SPEAKER_01: It just takes determination, it takes effort, and it takes consistency.
- 19:21SPEAKER_01: The good news, the great news, is you control every single one of those.
- 19:26SPEAKER_01: I don't control whether or not you're consistent.
- 19:28SPEAKER_01: I don't control whether or not you have energy on camera, I don't control whether or not you chose a great topic or not.
- 19:35SPEAKER_01: You choose all that shit.
- 19:37SPEAKER_01: That's why, rather than thinking, I hope this does well, just go to a bunch of videos that already have and do your own version of them.
- 19:46SPEAKER_01: Simple.
- 19:47SPEAKER_01: When you're in a creative block, when you don't know what to post, do that.
- 19:51SPEAKER_01: Go scroll your feed intentionally looking for ideas, looking for inspiration, and once you have it, do it.
- 19:57SPEAKER_01: And if you can't record right on the spot when you have that inspiration, what I do is I just have a notepad on my phone.
- 20:03SPEAKER_01: I just use the notes on my iPhone, and I just have this rolling list of video titles and video topics.
- 20:09SPEAKER_01: So if I have an idea to do this this way, make sure that I include this and this is the hook and blah, blah, blah.
- 20:16SPEAKER_01: I write down every single thing that came to my mind because if I can't record right then and there, which is usually the case, I need to come back to it later.
- 20:24SPEAKER_01: I'll probably have forgotten most of it.
- 20:25SPEAKER_01: So every detail you have on the spot, put it in that note.
- 20:29SPEAKER_01: So then when you come back to it, you've got it.
- 20:32SPEAKER_01: That's what I do.
- 20:33SPEAKER_01: So after you do that a few times, pretty soon, when you get stuck, you already have a list of videos that you can go and record.
- 20:40SPEAKER_01: Now, in that moment, I pick one that feels good.
- 20:44SPEAKER_01: I pick one that I feel like I can speak about, that I can have energy about, that um that's interesting to me at that moment.
- 20:51SPEAKER_01: Because sometimes I'm inspired, sometimes I'm not.
- 20:53SPEAKER_01: That's okay.
- 20:55SPEAKER_01: But this is my workflow.
- 20:56SPEAKER_01: This is how it works.
- 20:58SPEAKER_01: It all starts with deciding that you're going to be a consistent content creator.
- 21:04SPEAKER_01: That's it.
- 21:05SPEAKER_01: And then understanding you don't have to make it so damn hard on yourself.
- 21:08SPEAKER_01: It's being done very well by many other content creators.
- 21:12SPEAKER_01: Just go do your own version of what they're doing.
- 21:15SPEAKER_01: Simple as that.
- 21:16SPEAKER_01: That is not plagiarism.
- 21:18SPEAKER_01: That's taking inspiration from someone else's art.
- 21:21SPEAKER_01: That's it.
- 21:22SPEAKER_01: That's how it's done.
- 21:23SPEAKER_01: And by the way, uh, spoiler alert, the people who you're looking at and you're like, wow, that video was so good, they got inspiration from someone else for that video as well.
- 21:34SPEAKER_01: That's it.
- 21:35SPEAKER_01: That's it.
- 21:36SPEAKER_01: Creating content, being a consistent content creator is not difficult.
- 21:40SPEAKER_01: It's it's it's not hard, it's simple, but you have to stay consistent with it.
- 21:48SPEAKER_01: Hope that helps.
- 21:48SPEAKER_01: And hope that little hack for, you know, hey, summarize this book for me on Chat GPT.
- 21:53SPEAKER_01: I love that.
- 21:54SPEAKER_01: I I I mean, because the Cliffs notes, you could do that, but then you gotta read the Cliffs notes.
- 21:58SPEAKER_01: It's like, hey, what's this fucking book about?
- 22:00SPEAKER_01: And then within 30 seconds, you know what, you know the main points of a book.
- 22:04SPEAKER_01: Amazing.
- 22:04SPEAKER_01: Some books you absolutely should read, of course, but in this case, I was like, hey, get like summarize it for me.
- 22:11SPEAKER_01: Chat GPT.
- 22:13SPEAKER_01: Hopefully, guys, we're coming out with this AI course soon.
- 22:17SPEAKER_01: Chat GPT is just the tip of the iceberg.
- 22:19SPEAKER_01: There are so many other platforms and tools and things you can set up to automatically manage a lot of your business.
- 22:26SPEAKER_01: Most of you are being held back because too much is on your shoulders, right?
- 22:30SPEAKER_01: You don't have a true business yet.
- 22:31SPEAKER_01: However, with AI tools that we're going to teach you in this course, you can rather than hiring a bunch of people, you can actually just have one person who knows how to implement this stuff and they build the systems using AI tools, and you have a business running automatically with little to no overhead.
- 22:49SPEAKER_01: It's absolutely incredible.
- 22:51SPEAKER_01: So I pay for Chat GPT plus, it's like 30 bucks a month or something.
- 22:55SPEAKER_01: So then I get GPT 4, and now it's connected to the internet.
- 22:59SPEAKER_01: I know we just did an episode a few weeks ago about how Google Bard is better than Chat GPT because it's connected to Google.
- 23:06SPEAKER_01: Well, uh, ChatGPT just connected with Bing, but you have to have the plugin for it, and it helps if you're a ChatGPT subscriber.
- 23:16SPEAKER_01: So really powerful stuff.
- 23:17SPEAKER_01: This stuff's changing all the damn time.
