This session guides the listener into a desert visualisation to release feelings of unworthiness and rejection. Ancestors appear in a circle, naming the listener’s true patterns rather than the labels others have projected onto them. The elder reframes the habit of putting people on pedestals as a misplaced longing for self-worth, and reframes the listener’s mind wiring (creativity, obsession, focus) as an asset rather than a disorder.
