Latest / Tea Time w/Amie & Bev / Episode #232: Holy Shit, Holy Shift
Transcript
- 0:02Speaker 1: Hey, everybody, welcome to tea time with Amy and Bev.
- 0:05Speaker 1: What's happening, girl?
- 0:07Speaker 2: I was just trying to hit the buttons just right,
- 0:09Speaker 2: you know, hit the button. Yeah, don't like, you know,
- 0:13Speaker 2: hitting the buttons, triggering, you know, doing all those kind
- 0:16Speaker 2: of things, putting, putting YouTube a chest tonight because they're
- 0:18Speaker 2: supposed to meet at a certain time and you're calling
- 0:21Speaker 2: me up. I just happened to walk in the house
- 0:23Speaker 2: and grab the I just happened to look over if
- 0:25Speaker 2: my it is divine timing, I'm telling you, because I
- 0:28Speaker 2: didn't have my phone on me. When I'm half the time,
- 0:30Speaker 2: I don't have my phone on. So I laid it
- 0:33Speaker 2: down on the side table and I was just walking
- 0:37Speaker 2: in through the front door and looked over my phones
- 0:39Speaker 2: all lit up and it's I'm trying to look at
- 0:41Speaker 2: it called cock eyed and it says Amy, and I'm like, oh,
- 0:45Speaker 2: and all these these thoughts and all these emotions and
- 0:47Speaker 2: feelings went through me and such a so fast. It
- 0:50Speaker 2: was so fast. I was like, oh shit. And I
- 0:52Speaker 2: get in the bathroom and I'm like, oh, I got
- 0:55Speaker 2: to hurry up, and Free was like, what are you doing?
- 0:56Speaker 2: I said, we're supposed to be doing tea time. So anyway,
- 1:03Speaker 2: you know, I was checking the steep. I was going
- 1:05Speaker 2: to trigger you, and here we are, and I'll just say,
- 1:09Speaker 2: for the record, you look very nice today. You actually really,
- 1:12Speaker 2: I'm not just saying that, but you do look really nice.
- 1:14Speaker 2: Your hair looks nice, your earrings look nice. With the
- 1:18Speaker 2: the shirt or blouse you have on, just looks nice.
- 1:21Speaker 3: All blame it on the lighting. My my cheesy uh
- 1:27Speaker 3: lamp desk lamp.
- 1:31Speaker 1: I don't have one of those special you know, ring
- 1:34Speaker 1: lights or anything yet. So hey, if I look good, great,
- 1:38Speaker 1: I got my salt lamp over here, highlighting.
- 1:41Speaker 2: That's right, that's right, because it's a vibrational thing. It's
- 1:45Speaker 2: all about vibrations and frequency.
- 1:47Speaker 3: Yeah, I'll receive it all. I will receive it all.
- 1:50Speaker 3: It's been a great day as.
- 1:53Speaker 1: Far as like feeling lifted up. I had the opportunity
- 2:00Speaker 1: to lead a meeting today of an organization I'm in
- 2:04Speaker 1: and I got a few compliments after that. So you know,
- 2:10Speaker 1: when when somebody does something and you enjoy it, say
- 2:14Speaker 1: something to them like compliment them, give them an out,
- 2:18Speaker 1: a boy, pat on the back, something, because that does
- 2:20Speaker 1: lift their spirits. And even though I've said this before,
- 2:27Speaker 1: I'm not living with the need of those compliments because
- 2:31Speaker 1: it's going to be a matter of how I felt
- 2:33Speaker 1: about it and how I felt I did.
- 2:35Speaker 3: And I felt good about it. I was I was good.
- 2:41Speaker 1: But then I had a handful of people tell me
- 2:44Speaker 1: you did a really good job. So I'm like, thanks,
- 2:47Speaker 1: so and it was a it was very heartfelt and
- 2:51Speaker 1: I received it, and which is huge because you know,
- 2:55Speaker 1: when we're talking about these things, I compare myself to
- 2:59Speaker 1: who I used to be and in years past. First
- 3:02Speaker 1: of all, I would not have led a meeting. Let's
- 3:04Speaker 1: just make that very clear. I would not be in
- 3:07Speaker 1: front of a group of women, and we're talking about
- 3:11Speaker 1: twenty to twenty five women.
- 3:13Speaker 3: No way in hell would I be doing that.
- 3:15Speaker 1: So that, first of all, is huge. But to receive
- 3:20Speaker 1: a compliment, to be acknowledged, to be seen, to be heard,
- 3:26Speaker 1: to be given that, you know, kudos, wouldn't. I would
- 3:30Speaker 1: not have known how to receive that. So it's just
- 3:33Speaker 1: again as we've talked about before, is each of each
- 3:38Speaker 1: of these experiences are indicators for where I'm at with
- 3:41Speaker 1: myself and just keep moving forward and doing the best
- 3:47Speaker 1: they can in the moment and just keep getting better
- 3:50Speaker 1: at it.
- 3:50Speaker 3: So that's exciting to me.
- 3:54Speaker 2: But it is exciting right now is exciting?
- 3:57Speaker 3: Yeah, so.
- 4:01Speaker 2: Gosh, and I'm just just even thinking about it. Sometimes
- 4:03Speaker 2: you might be in a position where you can't tell
- 4:05Speaker 2: somebody you know right away. Maybe maybe it's while they're
- 4:08Speaker 2: doing the speech right you don't you don't get an
- 4:10Speaker 2: opportunity afterwards, but you can still send it with feeling,
- 4:13Speaker 2: with energy. It's just sending it. And that goes back
- 4:15Speaker 2: and reminds me of when I would say before I
- 4:18Speaker 2: would put my hand on my heart because it just
- 4:20Speaker 2: seems like it would activate it, which is a nice
- 4:22Speaker 2: way of spirit. Let me know, this is another way
- 4:25Speaker 2: that's beneficial for me because it's my focus has been
- 4:27Speaker 2: a lot, really is making sure my heart's open. And
- 4:30Speaker 2: it's like we really know by how we're how we feel.
- 4:33Speaker 2: How are you reacting to the person that's in front
- 4:35Speaker 2: of you, How are you reacting to the phone call
- 4:37Speaker 2: or you're getting or how you're just how you're responding.
- 4:40Speaker 2: You know, you not even have to be a reacting,
- 4:42Speaker 2: but it's how you're responding to things. Are you do
- 4:45Speaker 2: you feel sharp? I mean, it's really just checking in
- 4:47Speaker 2: myself because nothing, nothing that happens in our experience is
- 4:50Speaker 2: a bad thing. It just happens in our experience to
- 4:52Speaker 2: let us know where we're at to kind of it's
- 4:54Speaker 2: almost like driving, you know, riding that boat down the stream.
- 4:57Speaker 2: It just lets us know what's ahead so we can
- 4:59Speaker 2: navigate around on it. That's all.
- 5:02Speaker 1: Yeah, it's been a great day. Like I just feel
- 5:07Speaker 1: like I'm on kind of a cloud nine type of
- 5:09Speaker 1: thing and I'm just slowing today.
- 5:13Speaker 2: That's awesome.
- 5:15Speaker 1: I mean, there's been some some hiccups and that's all
- 5:20Speaker 1: they were, and just moved through it and it's been
- 5:26Speaker 1: very very interesting nice.
- 5:30Speaker 2: So I like it.
- 5:33Speaker 1: I know me too, uh you know again, comparing to history,
- 5:40Speaker 1: most of my days were wrapped up in anger and
- 5:46Speaker 1: being bitchy and didn't give care about anybody. Really lack
- 5:52Speaker 1: of compassion for sure.
- 5:56Speaker 2: So it's really, I.
- 6:02Speaker 1: Say, uplifting. I just I don't know what the word
- 6:05Speaker 1: is at this moment. Refreshing there it is. It's very
- 6:08Speaker 1: refreshing to feel this other side of the fence. And
- 6:19Speaker 1: it's not all green grass, you know, the green grass
- 6:21Speaker 1: is better on the other side. No, it's not about that.
- 6:25Speaker 2: No, it's all about like a different perspective. It's it's
- 6:27Speaker 2: almost as if you're seeing things from a higher perspective.
- 6:31Speaker 2: You're just you're looking at it from a higher energy.
- 6:33Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 6:34Speaker 1: Yeah, So it's been very, very good. And and before
- 6:43Speaker 1: we got on, before we started recording, I was explaining
- 6:46Speaker 1: to BEV that I just got back from vacation, which
- 6:50Speaker 1: was great. It was like ten days and I came
- 6:53Speaker 1: back knowing I had a full schedule, and then I
- 6:58Speaker 1: just committed to do some fit something else in. But
- 7:02Speaker 1: it's something that's important, not doing it out of an
- 7:05Speaker 1: obligation or people pleasing. It's something of importance, and so
- 7:11Speaker 1: I did commit to that. And it's not about complaining
- 7:18Speaker 1: of the things that are coming or happening or coming
- 7:21Speaker 1: up that creates this full schedule, because I did it.
- 7:27Speaker 1: I scheduled these things. I committed to these things. So
- 7:31Speaker 1: there's no reason for me to be upset or frustrate
- 7:36Speaker 1: or irritated with anybody else on which I'm not. I'm
- 7:40Speaker 1: not even frustrated with myself. It's time management and just
- 7:45Speaker 1: learning to navigate those events and being mindful to give
- 7:53Speaker 1: myself some time to regroup and take a breath.
- 7:57Speaker 3: So when BEV was a little bit late, are required.
- 8:00Speaker 3: I was just sitting.
- 8:01Speaker 1: I was like, all right, I can't breathe for a
- 8:05Speaker 1: little bit.
- 8:05Speaker 2: So it's so nice. That's so nice, And it also
- 8:09Speaker 2: kind of reminds me when I was on my way
- 8:13Speaker 2: home today. There was an accident off or something happened
- 8:16Speaker 2: earlier today. It was around I guess ten or something.
- 8:18Speaker 2: That's with what time we were not or what time
- 8:21Speaker 2: was noticed from here when the traffic was stopped. So
- 8:25Speaker 2: I mean, I didn't know anything about it, but it's
- 8:27Speaker 2: still been stopped. And it's like there was a person
- 8:28Speaker 2: that was right off the side of the road, and
- 8:30Speaker 2: I asked if they needed help or you know, guidance,
- 8:32Speaker 2: because they're they're on a dirt road and a nice vehicle.
- 8:35Speaker 2: I could see where it was from, and it's like
- 8:37Speaker 2: you're you're driving out these dirt roads and you're only
- 8:39Speaker 2: on the nice part right now. So it's like, but
- 8:42Speaker 2: it's recognizing we all get into this hurry about things,
- 8:45Speaker 2: and see, as soon as I realized I was not timely,
- 8:49Speaker 2: at least not on the timely that I thought I
- 8:51Speaker 2: should be, I felt bad and I rushed in here.
- 8:54Speaker 2: But it's like there's reasons that stuff like this happens.
- 8:57Speaker 2: I wasn't supposed to Like I could sit and beat
- 8:59Speaker 2: myself up up, but I wasn't supposed to be on
- 9:02Speaker 2: with you right then. That's just the fact from my perspective. Now,
- 9:06Speaker 2: from someone else's perspective, they might think, well, that's just
- 9:09Speaker 2: ridiculous and that's not true, and it's not. But I
- 9:13Speaker 2: really do feel like everything is divine times. It really is.
- 9:16Speaker 2: We have we have such an idea we projected all
- 9:19Speaker 2: day long, that we have expectations that things should be
- 9:22Speaker 2: a certain way, and we've got to meet all these
- 9:24Speaker 2: desires and do all this stuff, and slowly by the
- 9:26Speaker 2: end of the day. A lot of times people have
- 9:29Speaker 2: left themselves behind and they're so busy running on fumes
- 9:32Speaker 2: to take care of everybody else, we just don't stop
- 9:34Speaker 2: and recognize sometimes when you get stuck in traffic like that,
- 9:38Speaker 2: it's fretty to get that breath, and instead we can
- 9:41Speaker 2: start picking up on everybody's energy if it's all around us,
- 9:44Speaker 2: and then that doesn't feel good because there's so much
- 9:47Speaker 2: emotions that are going on there and we all do it,
- 9:50Speaker 2: whether we recognize it or not. We do, And.
- 9:53Speaker 1: Who's to say I could be I could have sat
- 9:56Speaker 1: here and been irritated because you know, stuff to do bad?
- 10:01Speaker 3: Where are you right?
- 10:02Speaker 1: I could have been doing that. But here's the thing
- 10:05Speaker 1: that's my story. Your story could have been. Maybe you
- 10:09Speaker 1: had something come up and it's an emergency and you
- 10:11Speaker 1: had to tend to that. You're not looking at your
- 10:13Speaker 1: phone worried about me thinking about tea time, You've got
- 10:15Speaker 1: something else that needs your attention. So knowing that it's
- 10:22Speaker 1: not just about me, and to think of all the possibilities,
- 10:29Speaker 1: do I want to think the worst?
- 10:30Speaker 3: Absolutely? Not No.
- 10:34Speaker 1: However, most of the time, when somebody is running behind
- 10:39Speaker 1: or doesn't show up, there's something else that has gotten
- 10:42Speaker 1: their attention of urgency, and so we create our If
- 10:50Speaker 1: I was to say here and be irritated, we would
- 10:52Speaker 1: I would have created my own suffering. Really, when I
- 10:58Speaker 1: had the opportunity to take a break with everything I've
- 11:02Speaker 1: had going on, and.
- 11:05Speaker 3: And why do I want it?
- 11:08Speaker 1: So? Really, it's like, why do I want to create
- 11:12Speaker 1: that stress in my body when I have the opportunity
- 11:16Speaker 1: to breathe and take a moment to relax. So we
- 11:23Speaker 1: have these options, and I think people forget about that.
- 11:28Speaker 2: Yeah, because it's so easy to build on the story
- 11:30Speaker 2: about the person not showing up. And it's like, when
- 11:32Speaker 2: you said that, it's not about me. It's like, it's
- 11:36Speaker 2: recognizing because that happens to me still sometimes and sometimes
- 11:40Speaker 2: it's I got to recognize again, it's not about me.
- 11:43Speaker 2: So I was like, not like, I don't read the
- 11:44Speaker 2: reminder sometimes for myself because I'm recognizing. When you said that,
- 11:48Speaker 2: I was like, yeah, because I've been there, and I
- 11:51Speaker 2: know I've even been there recently. It's not like I've
- 11:53Speaker 2: been there. It's not like it was like ten years ago.
- 11:56Speaker 2: So it's like I've kind of walked that path quite
- 11:59Speaker 2: a few times. But the thing is that we just
- 12:02Speaker 2: don't stay there. We don't stay there because what good
- 12:05Speaker 2: is it? Just how does it serve you by suffering?
- 12:08Speaker 2: It doesn't why would you punish yourself? No, you just
- 12:11Speaker 2: show up and do better.
- 12:14Speaker 1: And and and so on another viewpoint of this, it
- 12:20Speaker 1: just popped up. It's not what I was what I
- 12:22Speaker 1: was doing. But another viewpoint of this is so to me,
- 12:27Speaker 1: and I say this all the time, every experience is
- 12:30Speaker 1: a learning experience. There's something to be learned. So the
- 12:34Speaker 1: other side of that could be that, okay, I'm here,
- 12:40Speaker 1: I'm on time, and I have a lot going on,
- 12:43Speaker 1: and the other person is late.
- 12:45Speaker 3: So what if I'm getting.
- 12:49Speaker 1: Annoyed by that, which, by the way, I didn't. I
- 12:52Speaker 1: don't want you to think I did. But if I
- 12:55Speaker 1: was to sit here and get annoyed by that, then
- 12:57Speaker 1: the learning experience could be don't make other people wait
- 13:01Speaker 1: on me. So if be on time, respect other people's time,
- 13:07Speaker 1: because you know what it's like when somebody's not respecting
- 13:10Speaker 1: your time.
- 13:11Speaker 3: So that's just.
- 13:12Speaker 1: Another viewpoint, but looking at it from a learning perspective
- 13:19Speaker 1: of if you don't like to be annoyed because somebody's
- 13:22Speaker 1: not mindful of your time, then don't do that to
- 13:29Speaker 1: other people. So it's still a way to be better
- 13:34Speaker 1: in yourself. If you find it is something that's annoying you,
- 13:40Speaker 1: that makes sense.
- 13:41Speaker 2: Yeah, it makes sense.
- 13:42Speaker 1: It makes sense, And that's where that's how I've done
- 13:45Speaker 1: a lot of my growth. Something happens and I notice
- 13:48Speaker 1: how I feel about it. I'm like, Okay, this is
- 13:52Speaker 1: how I feel about it in this situation. So I
- 13:54Speaker 1: want to do my best in not having other people
- 13:59Speaker 1: feel that way about me. So then I would make
- 14:02Speaker 1: my adjustments. Whether it's my attitude, my tone, my body language,
- 14:07Speaker 1: the words I'm using, you know, any any component that
- 14:13Speaker 1: was frustrating or irritating to me, I would take note
- 14:18Speaker 1: in myself, is that showing up in me? And if
- 14:19Speaker 1: it is, then I would I would change it in me,
- 14:25Speaker 1: or I would be more mindful as to when I
- 14:28Speaker 1: showed up in conversations or experiences to.
- 14:34Speaker 3: Have be very aware.
- 14:37Speaker 1: So it's just that's how I've trained myself and it's
- 14:41Speaker 1: just a continuous thing for me, and that's that's what
- 14:44Speaker 1: has worked for me for a very long time.
- 14:46Speaker 2: So it's nice, you know, something kind of I don't
- 14:50Speaker 2: know if it's even relative really, but something it's.
- 14:54Speaker 3: Kind of be what I always talk about.
- 14:55Speaker 2: Whatever we talked about. There's no we know that, there's
- 14:58Speaker 2: no screenplay the whole thing, like we're not this is
- 15:01Speaker 2: the guys.
- 15:02Speaker 1: Sorry, sorry, Like I don't edit these videos are anything.
- 15:06Speaker 1: The way it's recorded is the way it goes out.
- 15:09Speaker 2: So I get it. I love it. Yeah, but it's
- 15:13Speaker 2: like one of the things that been shown to me.
- 15:15Speaker 2: You know, we take things so seriously and we always
- 15:18Speaker 2: go look at trying to figure out the depth of
- 15:19Speaker 2: word or that situation or problem come from. I mean
- 15:21Speaker 2: I do. I'm saying we, but I do. I have
- 15:24Speaker 2: done that, thinking that I need to get to that space,
- 15:27Speaker 2: and then realizing what I've been being shown recently is
- 15:31Speaker 2: like if you just think about it as a chakra,
- 15:33Speaker 2: but even beyond that as an energy center, it's just
- 15:37Speaker 2: out of balance. If we're thinking too much, that's just
- 15:40Speaker 2: out of balance. If my feed are constantly aching or
- 15:45Speaker 2: something's going on with them, I'm not grounded. Like there's
- 15:47Speaker 2: so many basic things that when we look at things
- 15:50Speaker 2: just by feeling things, and it's like, that's kind of
- 15:52Speaker 2: what's been shown to me recently. It's like we're we're
- 15:55Speaker 2: we get so tuned into things that we're not. We
- 15:59Speaker 2: make them too calm, implicated, and things are so much
- 16:01Speaker 2: more simpler. So I could sit and think, oh, I
- 16:03Speaker 2: have the seenech because of this, because of that, because
- 16:05Speaker 2: you know, all this whole string of events to get
- 16:07Speaker 2: to that point, instead of just recognized I'm out of balance,
- 16:10Speaker 2: I'm thinking too much. I need to allow receiving or
- 16:13Speaker 2: stopping for a second. Is That's what I've been doing lately,
- 16:16Speaker 2: stopping for a second and recognizing where do you how
- 16:19Speaker 2: do you feel that energy? Do you feel it more
- 16:20Speaker 2: to the front. Do you feel it more pulling into
- 16:22Speaker 2: the back, Like, what do you notice in the body,
- 16:25Speaker 2: Because to me, it's just those are our moments to
- 16:27Speaker 2: get in touch with ourselves. And it's so quick, like
- 16:31Speaker 2: you're a couple of breaths, because it's so easy to
- 16:33Speaker 2: sit there, take your couple of breasts and just feel
- 16:35Speaker 2: how you feel, like stop for a few minutes and
- 16:38Speaker 2: recognize and then ask yourself, how okay, gosh, well I'm
- 16:41Speaker 2: thinking a lot. So okay, so maybe my third eye
- 16:44Speaker 2: chakra or my crown chakra is out of balance. And
- 16:47Speaker 2: if you don't know what to do, ask spirit, ask God,
- 16:49Speaker 2: whatever you want to do. So let the information come through.
- 16:52Speaker 2: But be an awareness of these things because they're not bad.
- 16:55Speaker 2: It's just seeking balance. Right. So that's kind of what's
- 16:59Speaker 2: been coming to me like so simple recently.
- 17:02Speaker 3: Yeah. Yeah, I like to do the.
- 17:06Speaker 1: Take myself back to a root cause if I can
- 17:09Speaker 1: find it, I personally I like doing that type of work.
- 17:14Speaker 3: Do we need to do that?
- 17:16Speaker 1: It's been said, no, oh, okay, I mean that well,
- 17:22Speaker 1: even Abraham Abraham Hicks that you know, you don't have
- 17:25Speaker 1: to go to the root cause and think about it
- 17:28Speaker 1: and dwell on it and try to clean that up.
- 17:33Speaker 1: So there's their perspective, there's the ancestral perspective where clearing
- 17:38Speaker 1: up ancestral healing and wounds or wounds and the pain
- 17:42Speaker 1: and suffering is important.
- 17:44Speaker 3: And then you have the multiple.
- 17:46Speaker 1: Lives right, so wherever you are on the spectrum, and
- 17:51Speaker 1: do whatever feels good to you personally. I like to
- 17:53Speaker 1: go back as far as I can to say, Okay, yeah,
- 17:56Speaker 1: I understand now from where I'm at why I showed
- 18:01Speaker 1: up and did what I did then and again, Like
- 18:05Speaker 1: I've said it a handful of times already, in this
- 18:08Speaker 1: in this recording, is I compare myself to who I
- 18:11Speaker 1: used to be and how far I've come, and how
- 18:13Speaker 1: while I'm doing and how well I receive the goodness,
- 18:18Speaker 1: the compliments, how how I can feel like I'm standing
- 18:24Speaker 1: in my power when I am in front of a
- 18:27Speaker 1: group of women. So that's where my comparison is. And
- 18:32Speaker 1: then other people.
- 18:34Speaker 2: I utilize too.
- 18:36Speaker 1: See do I like their behaviors? If I do, I
- 18:40Speaker 1: want to implement that. Do I not like their behaviors?
- 18:42Speaker 1: Does it show up in me?
- 18:44Speaker 2: So?
- 18:44Speaker 1: So I I'm observing. I'm not gonna say constantly because
- 18:51Speaker 1: that would be false statement. But majority of the time
- 18:54Speaker 1: I'm observing people and taking note.
- 18:58Speaker 2: Which is awesome because that's that's how I You're creating,
- 19:01Speaker 2: You're creating everything that's around you.
- 19:03Speaker 3: Yeah, it's true.
- 19:05Speaker 2: Yeah, I like it.
- 19:07Speaker 1: And this with this organization that I am a part
- 19:11Speaker 1: of and hold a right now first vice president of
- 19:16Speaker 1: it with the intention of being president next year, that
- 19:21Speaker 1: I'm in a position this year to be very creative
- 19:25Speaker 1: and make some shifts for the better, not to change
- 19:30Speaker 1: the whole group, right, change everything, jump in and change everything.
- 19:36Speaker 3: Is not it.
- 19:36Speaker 1: It's to shift to help it run smoother and with
- 19:45Speaker 1: less amount of hours of effort. Because one of the
- 19:50Speaker 1: complaints is that everybody's tired, which I get, especially those
- 19:55Speaker 1: the people that have been in it for thirty four years.
- 19:59Speaker 3: We're trying to.
- 20:00Speaker 1: Ease that and so having the opportunity to do that again.
- 20:05Speaker 1: Just comparing myself.
- 20:06Speaker 3: To I used to be is like I stood.
- 20:09Speaker 1: There today in front of these women running this meeting,
- 20:13Speaker 1: thinking to myself.
- 20:15Speaker 3: Wow, look at you go, Look at you, how far
- 20:20Speaker 3: you've come.
- 20:21Speaker 1: I have these conversations with myself in things where I'm
- 20:26Speaker 1: recognizing where I'm at and it's like Holy shit, am
- 20:33Speaker 1: I actually doing this? So it's a lot of fun.
- 20:39Speaker 2: Do you find yourself in a space of fear at all?
- 20:41Speaker 2: Do you feel any of those kind of feelings when
- 20:43Speaker 2: you start to go on a stage or do any
- 20:45Speaker 2: of the stuff now or do you feel like, really no.
- 20:49Speaker 3: I had no nervousness today. None.
- 20:52Speaker 1: That was calm and what I would say, confident and
- 21:00Speaker 1: stap myself when they when they said something to me,
- 21:04Speaker 1: and then I just laughed at myself. I'm like, okay,
- 21:07Speaker 1: well let's do that, and just didn't take anything serious.
- 21:10Speaker 3: It just it was it was pretty amazing.
- 21:14Speaker 2: Actually, yeah, so what came to me is prepare for
- 21:19Speaker 2: your next shift.
- 21:21Speaker 3: Check sift.
- 21:26Speaker 2: You know it's it's a shift. There is a please clear,
- 21:31Speaker 2: like holy shift, holy shift.
- 21:34Speaker 3: Okay, I got it, and with an.
- 21:37Speaker 2: F f F shift that's right. Yes there. Yeah, you
- 21:42Speaker 2: guys think that I'm always saying thus words, but yes,
- 21:49Speaker 2: that's pretty cool. I find a lot of that interesting.
- 21:51Speaker 2: I like, and if everybody's paying attention to you, they're
- 21:54Speaker 2: going to recognize the growth because you used to it
- 21:57Speaker 2: used to be kind of a fearful thing. And so
- 21:59Speaker 2: to me, you're like shifting into now you're ready for
- 22:02Speaker 2: the next thing, because I feel like you've been doing
- 22:05Speaker 2: so good with all this stuff, and it's like you're
- 22:07Speaker 2: just being eased forward, like with Grace and ees really okay,
- 22:10Speaker 2: so you did really great with that. We're gonna go, okay,
- 22:12Speaker 2: next time, it's going to be one hundred people, or
- 22:14Speaker 2: it's gonna be three hundred people or yeah, it just shifts,
- 22:18Speaker 2: that is how it shifts. And because you're you're losing
- 22:21Speaker 2: that fear, which is that's the most phenomenal parts. It's
- 22:25Speaker 2: just like going away because you're because when you're standing
- 22:28Speaker 2: in I would assume when you're standing in your power completely,
- 22:33Speaker 2: you're not. You're in your confidence. You're in your love. Really,
- 22:37Speaker 2: that's what it's about. You're in that space and nothing
- 22:40Speaker 2: affects you in any way because it's because you just
- 22:43Speaker 2: you're in a space of love. How would you notice
- 22:45Speaker 2: anything else?
- 22:48Speaker 1: So which is interesting that you say all that because
- 22:51Speaker 1: I'm staying here going oh shit, And I did say
- 22:54Speaker 1: shit without the f because what I committed to that
- 23:01Speaker 1: added piece to my schedule for this week is in
- 23:07Speaker 1: this organization I'm in, we have we work with a
- 23:11Speaker 1: group of high school girls. And one of the things
- 23:14Speaker 1: that I get to do is teach about confidence to
- 23:19Speaker 1: high school girls. And my client tele is like forty
- 23:29Speaker 1: and older. That's my comfort zone. So yeah, so holy shit,
- 23:36Speaker 1: I'm going into another shift really quickly here in the
- 23:40Speaker 1: next couple of days. And so will there be a
- 23:44Speaker 1: little bit of nervousness, absolutely, because of this is out
- 23:48Speaker 1: of my comfort zone. Even though I've done it before,
- 23:50Speaker 1: it's not it's not something I would typically do commit to.
- 23:58Speaker 2: So what I'm what's coming to me is it's this.
- 24:02Speaker 2: It may not necessarily be a nervousness at all, because
- 24:04Speaker 2: it's like when you set yourself up. I was just
- 24:06Speaker 2: hearing a I don't know if it was a psydechic,
- 24:08Speaker 2: a chance somebody that was talking about how they set
- 24:11Speaker 2: things up, and they would set things up kind of
- 24:14Speaker 2: like just like setting your intentions out of time but
- 24:16Speaker 2: but not but not really you could still do that,
- 24:20Speaker 2: but like almost calling you ask your team. You've got
- 24:22Speaker 2: to You've got your universal team, like help guide me,
- 24:24Speaker 2: help help help the the psycle would say like, help
- 24:28Speaker 2: me be able to bring the information that was best
- 24:31Speaker 2: for them or or you know something. And I heard
- 24:33Speaker 2: someone else say like bring I only served the light
- 24:36Speaker 2: of God. You know that was another way, because ever,
- 24:38Speaker 2: really everything's from God. But there, you know, when you
- 24:41Speaker 2: break things down, start getting a little technical shit not shift.
- 24:46Speaker 2: But anyway, I forgot where I was going with that.
- 24:53Speaker 2: I got caught on the caught on.
- 24:55Speaker 1: The ask for the guidance and well, yes, I'm not alone.
- 25:02Speaker 2: Yeah, because you're not alone, and it's remembering. So what
- 25:04Speaker 2: I was saying is the psychic would ask, like, you know,
- 25:07Speaker 2: for basic information, did they know that that person's going
- 25:09Speaker 2: to be able to receive instead of giving them, you know,
- 25:13Speaker 2: the way we would normally talk to our forty year
- 25:15Speaker 2: old clientele. So it's how are they going to receive
- 25:19Speaker 2: you the best? And it's like Spirit's always going to
- 25:22Speaker 2: guide you, so we're never alone. The fun thing is
- 25:25Speaker 2: like what I'm recognizing lately in this conversation that it's
- 25:31Speaker 2: not we're not alone. And if we recognize that, then
- 25:34Speaker 2: it's like, I think things would be a lot things
- 25:35Speaker 2: are a lot easier because we don't have to go
- 25:37Speaker 2: do it by ourselves. I don't have to go in.
- 25:39Speaker 2: It's like I'll ask God when someone's in front of
- 25:42Speaker 2: me for a massage, how can I serve this person?
- 25:46Speaker 2: You know from the light of God, you know, how
- 25:47Speaker 2: can I serve this person? And so it's like it's
- 25:50Speaker 2: whatever it could be the conversation. And when we talked
- 25:52Speaker 2: about this before, but it's been more frequently lately, and
- 25:55Speaker 2: it's because and I'm allowing myself to be open and
- 25:59Speaker 2: terminology or whatever comes through me to be able to
- 26:02Speaker 2: be said to the person and it doesn't have to
- 26:05Speaker 2: be the way I would say it. So that's something
- 26:08Speaker 2: that I've kind of been fooling around a little bit.
- 26:11Speaker 2: And so because I had heard that and it made
- 26:13Speaker 2: sense to me, this made sense to be able to
- 26:16Speaker 2: set myself up still because we're not not changing my
- 26:18Speaker 2: frequency at all. I'm actually opening it up more to
- 26:21Speaker 2: receive whatever frequency. However, these people need to hear the message.
- 26:27Speaker 1: Yeah, and you're going to receive the message in a
- 26:30Speaker 1: way you can hear it, and they will receive the
- 26:33Speaker 1: message in a way they can hear it, even if
- 26:35Speaker 1: it's through you.
- 26:37Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 26:38Speaker 1: Yeah, and they're only going to hear what they can
- 26:42Speaker 1: hear in the moment. It's the same as you are
- 26:44Speaker 1: only going to hear what you can hear in the So.
- 26:48Speaker 3: Yeah, we're just all doing it in our own way.
- 26:52Speaker 2: Yeah, which is awesome. I love it because there's just
- 26:55Speaker 2: so much to learn, There's so much to see. It's like,
- 26:57Speaker 2: how could you ever get bored here? There's too much
- 26:59Speaker 2: to do.
- 27:01Speaker 1: There's so much to do and so much to learn,
- 27:03Speaker 1: and so many perspectives and so much information that it's
- 27:10Speaker 1: every day is quite interesting. And I have said it
- 27:15Speaker 1: for years. Somebody will say, well, you know, like, for example,
- 27:21Speaker 1: my son. He didn't say this to me, but as
- 27:25Speaker 1: an example, I went and visited my son for my vacation,
- 27:30Speaker 1: and I knew they had things that I mean, they
- 27:32Speaker 1: have a business. They got to work on their business.
- 27:34Speaker 1: And so if he was to say to me, well,
- 27:38Speaker 1: you can come, but I'm just worried that you might
- 27:40Speaker 1: get bored because we have to work on our bit,
- 27:42Speaker 1: on our business.
- 27:44Speaker 3: I have told people for.
- 27:48Speaker 1: Very very very very long time, very long time, I
- 27:52Speaker 1: never get bored because there is so much that you
- 27:59Speaker 1: can do that a person can do, and just sitting
- 28:02Speaker 1: and breathing and meditating is doing. So it's like, I
- 28:07Speaker 1: don't worry. I will entertain myself, trust me, trust me,
- 28:12Speaker 1: I'm pretty I'm pretty comical and I cracked myself up.
- 28:16Speaker 3: So leave me in a room by myself I am good.
- 28:19Speaker 2: Yeah, you know when I went to Florida recently, that's
- 28:23Speaker 2: exactly how I felt too. It's like, we don't have
- 28:25Speaker 2: to be doing something all the time. I like to
- 28:27Speaker 2: have downtime. I didn't have downtime, but I like to
- 28:31Speaker 2: have We did have some downtime, but it was like
- 28:34Speaker 2: always constant goat. There was always something we were doing.
- 28:37Speaker 2: But it's like I liked, I like to quiet the peace.
- 28:39Speaker 2: We like to get to play in the ocean and
- 28:41Speaker 2: stuff that, which was awesome. But you know, it's just
- 28:43Speaker 2: really recognizing all those fun things. But it was it
- 28:46Speaker 2: was another thing. It was just a peaceful It just
- 28:51Speaker 2: brought a lot of piece.
- 28:52Speaker 1: I could just sit and watch an ant for a
- 28:54Speaker 1: very long time and be over. I just don't get bored.
- 28:59Speaker 2: It's funny that you say that. My granddaughter and I
- 29:01Speaker 2: we were like watching an ant carrying a bee across
- 29:05Speaker 2: in the wind. I mean, like you right, yeah, but
- 29:09Speaker 2: we were. We did. We sat there and watched it.
- 29:10Speaker 2: It was just it was just awesome to watch it. It
- 29:12Speaker 2: was hot outside, but who cares. We were watching this
- 29:15Speaker 2: this ant like carrying this big be I'm like, well,
- 29:17Speaker 2: these guys really are strong going down the ditch between
- 29:21Speaker 2: it and the concrete. Yeah. Yeah, so it's pretty cool.
- 29:24Speaker 2: But those are things that you get to appreciate. So
- 29:26Speaker 2: I love I'm with you with all that.
- 29:29Speaker 3: Yeah. All right, Well we said a lot.
- 29:34Speaker 1: Hopefully something resonated with you, and uh, if it did, great,
- 29:43Speaker 1: If there was something we said that you could implement,
- 29:46Speaker 1: do it. If there's something that resonated with you, have
- 29:50Speaker 1: a conversation with somebody else about it, about what you learned.
- 29:54Speaker 1: And uh, also share the content, whether it's shared, sharing
- 29:59Speaker 1: the video, or having the conversations. But have these have
- 30:05Speaker 1: these conversations because there are more and more people out
- 30:08Speaker 1: there that would it's a breath of fresh air for
- 30:10Speaker 1: them to talk about this type of stuff.
- 30:15Speaker 3: So there's that. Any final words.
- 30:19Speaker 2: I just want to say thank you to you and
- 30:21Speaker 2: thank you to everybody else for listening. So thank you
- 30:24Speaker 2: and thanks for waiting on me.
- 30:25Speaker 1: Yeah, of course you're worth waiting for.
- 30:29Speaker 2: Well, thank you.
- 30:33Speaker 1: All right, my friends, you can find us and on
- 30:36Speaker 1: all kinds of platforms. We are on Facebook, YouTube, iHeartRadio,
- 30:40Speaker 1: Google podcasts, podcast attic, Facebook, Instagram, so we're kind of
- 30:48Speaker 1: all over the place. And so if you have any
- 30:51Speaker 1: questions or comments, put it in the comments so we
- 30:54Speaker 1: can come back to it. We may not respond right away,
- 30:56Speaker 1: but we do come back to them. And anyway we
- 30:59Speaker 1: like to interact. If there's something you want to would
- 31:01Speaker 1: like us to talk about that we are open to suggestions.
- 31:05Speaker 1: Bev and I show up. We don't pre plan any
- 31:08Speaker 1: of our conversations. It's just whatever comes up. So and
- 31:16Speaker 1: like I said, I don't edit our video. I don't
- 31:18Speaker 1: do any editing on our videos. I don't have time
- 31:21Speaker 1: for it, to be honest. So all right, my friends,
- 31:27Speaker 1: thanks for hanging out with us, to time with Amy
- 31:29Speaker 1: and Bev, and we will see you next time.
- 31:32Speaker 2: Bye,
