- 1:42[SPEAKER_00]: And like how the hell did you start talking about hypoxia?
- 1:45[SPEAKER_00]: And this is like what you do now, most people have never even heard the word, but it's quietly driving like how we age, how we feel, and whether or not we get sick.
- 1:59[SPEAKER_00]: insane, right?
- 2:00[SPEAKER_00]: Like it just crazy.
- 2:01[SPEAKER_00]: Theresa Riley helps people and practitioners understand the missing link in modern health.
- 2:08[SPEAKER_00]: Oxygen in the tissue.
- 2:11[SPEAKER_00]: She explains why you can have perfect blood oxygen and still be oxygen starved at the cellular level and what to do about it.

- 3:31[SPEAKER_00]: Book a discovery call.
- 3:32[SPEAKER_00]: Let's talk, send an email and ask questions coaching.
- 3:37[SPEAKER_00]: It's not for everyone.
- 3:39[SPEAKER_00]: All right.
- 3:41[SPEAKER_00]: And when
- 3:46[SPEAKER_00]: Coaching sometimes is the only thing that hopes you break through barriers, and I have been in this industry for a really long time, and I can see exactly why people get stuck, what makes them stay still, what makes them quit, all of it.
- 4:02[SPEAKER_00]: Like I can predict someone's fitness future after just a couple weeks of knowing them and what they're like and what they're saying and how they're coaching and what their current routine in habit is.
- 4:12[SPEAKER_00]: and coaching can take you to the next step and coaching means different things.
- 4:16[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe that's one on one.
- 4:18[SPEAKER_00]: That might not be a fit for you or maybe that's exactly what you need.
- 4:22[SPEAKER_00]: You won't know until you dive in and then there's group coaching.
- 4:27[SPEAKER_00]: Less expensive.
- 4:29[SPEAKER_00]: We are starting a new group next
- 4:34[SPEAKER_00]: that way you get the coaching, get the support and you're not alone on this journey.
- 4:39[SPEAKER_00]: There's just so many different ways to be involved.
- 4:41[SPEAKER_00]: But here's the thing.
- 4:42[SPEAKER_00]: We're getting ready soon.
- 4:43[SPEAKER_00]: We're going to blink and it's going to be there.
- 4:45[SPEAKER_00]: We're into the next year.
- 4:46[SPEAKER_00]: We're and what I mean year I mean like next school year because so many of us are parents and we live and breathe by the school schedule, whether it's elementary, middle, high school college, whatever.
- 4:56[SPEAKER_00]: That's our life for many of us and that starts a whole new year.
- 5:00[SPEAKER_00]: That's like that's really
- 5:04[SPEAKER_00]: That's it.
- 5:04[SPEAKER_00]: We go a new year.
- 5:06[SPEAKER_00]: Do you really want to go into this next year doing the same little shit and showing up as the same person?
- 5:13[SPEAKER_00]: Like weren't you done doing that in 2025 in that whole school year?
- 5:20[SPEAKER_00]: And then into 2026, like aren't you over it?
- 5:23[SPEAKER_00]: Like we've got to hit a point where we're just like I'm over that.
- 5:26[SPEAKER_00]: And if you're there,
- 5:28[SPEAKER_00]: talk.
- 5:29[SPEAKER_00]: Take the next step.
- 5:31[SPEAKER_00]: Don't try and figure out this alone because you already know what that looks like.
- 5:35[SPEAKER_00]: And after this episode, you're going to be really excited to go next step.
- 5:39[SPEAKER_00]: All right, everyone.
- 5:40[SPEAKER_00]: Go to the show notes.
- 5:41[SPEAKER_00]: Click away and enjoy the show.
- 5:52[SPEAKER_01]: Hey Melissa.
- 5:53[SPEAKER_01]: Thank you so much for being here.
- 5:54[SPEAKER_01]: I'm so happy I've been looking forward to this podcast for a long time.
- 5:59[SPEAKER_00]: I know, I know this is a very interesting topic.
- 6:02[SPEAKER_00]: And when you, we always get like, pitched people, we're like, hey, this would be a good fit for your show.
- 6:08[SPEAKER_00]: I was reading over your sheet.
- 6:09[SPEAKER_00]: And everything that could be like evidence that you're struggling with this and in Haxia and Oxygen and everything that we're gonna cover today, I was like, oh, yes, people can relate to this.
- 6:22[SPEAKER_00]: Like, you're sleep, anti-aging cancer.
- 6:27[SPEAKER_00]: everything.
- 6:28[SPEAKER_00]: I was like, oh, we need to dive into this.
- 6:30[SPEAKER_00]: And honestly, Teresa, like, hypoxia and everything that I've been like looking into and what this is all about, no one's talking about this.
- 6:40[SPEAKER_01]: I know, no one, like, is talking about it.
- 6:43[SPEAKER_01]: And you know what's wild Melissa?
- 6:45[SPEAKER_01]: Hypepoxia underlies 90% of what else the body, 90%?
- 6:51[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, yeah, I mean, that's like, why is nobody talking about it?
- 6:56[SPEAKER_01]: Why?
- 6:58[SPEAKER_01]: You know, that's, that's crazy.
- 7:00[SPEAKER_00]: It is.
- 7:00[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, so how did you get onto this path?
- 7:03[SPEAKER_00]: How did you find and learn and discover and now specialize in this?
- 7:08[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, because you're an entrepreneur, you built business around this.
- 7:12[SPEAKER_00]: You are an author, you are a keynote speaker.
- 7:15[SPEAKER_00]: Like, this is what you do.
- 7:16[SPEAKER_00]: How did that journey start for you?
- 7:18[SPEAKER_01]: My God.
- 7:19[SPEAKER_01]: Well, the journey, the journey into learning about hypothesis started.
- 7:27[SPEAKER_01]: in 2022 okay.
- 7:29[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, not long ago.
- 7:31[SPEAKER_01]: No, not that long ago.
- 7:33[SPEAKER_01]: Um, but in 2012, I got diagnosed with cancer.
- 7:40[SPEAKER_01]: And and this was after I was married and we had a great marriage and I loved my husband and everything and it was fabulous until it wasn't we built all these companies together and we were just, you know, living the farm life, you know what I mean and it was it was so cool and then all of a sudden.
- 8:02[SPEAKER_01]: It wasn't and it was so stressful for me because I had three kids and I went from being the super busy mom and business owner and human rights advocate because I've done a lot of work and human rights lot a lot that's a whole other podcast, but.
- 8:25[SPEAKER_01]: I went from that to being a single mom who just got diagnosed with cancer throughout my divorce.
- 8:32[SPEAKER_01]: And like I had to reinvent myself and figure out how the heck am I going to move forward with this.
- 8:39[SPEAKER_01]: So I ended up having an operation and then that was horrific and then a few years later my intestines exploded because
- 8:49[SPEAKER_01]: There was a complication with my surgery.
- 8:51[SPEAKER_01]: They lost me on the operating room table.
- 8:54[SPEAKER_01]: They had to revive me and I didn't know until later that they had nicked my intestine and then I had adhesions in my intestines.
- 9:03[SPEAKER_01]: So my intestines exploded.
- 9:05[SPEAKER_01]: I ended up in the hospital.
- 9:07[SPEAKER_01]: in 2016 with exploded intestines.
- 9:12[SPEAKER_01]: And I almost died.
- 9:13[SPEAKER_01]: That was worse than having cancer, way worse.
- 9:16[SPEAKER_01]: And I was in the hospital for a month with no food, no water, no pain killers.
- 9:22[SPEAKER_01]: And it was worse than going through trial birth.
- 9:24[SPEAKER_01]: Imagine going through childbirth for a month.
- 9:28[SPEAKER_01]: Um, in, in, in, in hard labor.
- 9:31[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, my God.
- 9:33[SPEAKER_01]: You know, pain killers, no food, no water, no nothing.
- 9:36[SPEAKER_01]: And nobody to hold your hand.
- 9:37[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, that was like horrible.
- 9:39[SPEAKER_01]: Yes.
- 9:40[SPEAKER_01]: It was the worst experience.
- 9:41[SPEAKER_01]: Hell on earth.
- 9:43[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, it, and, you know, I tell this story a lot.
- 9:47[SPEAKER_01]: And I feel like, oh, people don't want to hear this.
- 9:49[SPEAKER_01]: But I think they do.
- 9:51[SPEAKER_01]: Because we do.
- 9:53[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 9:53[SPEAKER_01]: I, um, when I was in the hospital,
- 9:58[SPEAKER_01]: They put me on massive amounts of intravenous antibiotics and say, you know, we'll be imagined.
- 10:05[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 10:07[SPEAKER_01]: But that saved my life.
- 10:08[SPEAKER_01]: I hate antibiotics.
- 10:09[SPEAKER_01]: And of course, it's screwed up my microbiome and all of that stuff.
- 10:14[SPEAKER_01]: But it saved my life.
- 10:15[SPEAKER_01]: And I didn't have to have surgery in my intestines.
- 10:19[SPEAKER_01]: Thank God.
- 10:20[SPEAKER_01]: So um, but what I did have to have, they put a tube down my nose into my stomach and it had to pump out the stuff that was in my stomach, right?
- 10:33[SPEAKER_01]: What that did was out of top of not having painkillers and all this, the tube made my head go like this, okay?
- 10:41[SPEAKER_01]: So my head was like this for like three weeks and I couldn't move my head.
- 10:47[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, it was like
- 10:49[SPEAKER_01]: awful.
- 10:50[SPEAKER_01]: And so people would come to see me and I'd be like, you know, like this, right?
- 10:53[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 10:54[SPEAKER_01]: And so finally, they took that out and they said, okay, now you're ready to go do a colonoscopy so that they could see what my intestines look and I'm like, okay.
- 11:04[SPEAKER_01]: So we get down there and there was what's called a structure in my colon, which is like a narrowing of the of the colon.
- 11:12[SPEAKER_01]: Well, they couldn't do the colonoscopy.
- 11:14[SPEAKER_01]: So they said, OK, we have to do a virtual colonoscopy.
- 11:16[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like, OK, cool, that's easy.
- 11:18[SPEAKER_01]: You know, I'm like, yeah, yeah, you know, I don't have to have that thing up my butt.
- 11:22[SPEAKER_01]: So.
- 11:23[SPEAKER_01]: They take me into the virtual colonoscopy area and they put me in this MRI machine and then they pull me out.
- 11:30[SPEAKER_01]: And I thought that was pretty easy, right?
- 11:32[SPEAKER_01]: Then the doctor takes out a hand drill, a hand drill, like one that she cranks like this.
- 11:41[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm awake, all right?
- 11:44[SPEAKER_01]: She puts it in my right but cheek and starts drilling through the fat in my but cheek.
- 11:53[SPEAKER_00]: When I'm like, what, she's like, stay still, stay still.
- 11:55[SPEAKER_00]: I'm like, why am I awake for this, right?
- 11:57[SPEAKER_01]: She goes, I do.
- 11:58[SPEAKER_01]: So that I can talk to you during a semelich Holy crap.
- 12:02[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, I'm just like, oh my God, so she's drilling and the whole purpose of that was to put a tube through my butt cheek into the space in, you know, so that they can get to my colon to drain anything else out, right?
- 12:19[SPEAKER_01]: And so I'm like, oh my god, this was like horrible, horrible.
- 12:24[SPEAKER_01]: It wasn't actually into my colon.
- 12:26[SPEAKER_01]: It was into something and there was something that would in here that they had to drain.
- 12:29[SPEAKER_01]: And it had to stay in me for six weeks.
- 12:32[SPEAKER_01]: So I got that.
- 12:34[SPEAKER_01]: That was the most, it was horrific.
- 12:36[SPEAKER_01]: It was absolutely horrific.
- 12:38[SPEAKER_01]: So I had to do that.
- 12:40[SPEAKER_01]: And then
- 12:42[SPEAKER_01]: They sent me home from the hospital and I'm alive, but I have this tube hanging out my right but cheek for six weeks and I could only sleep on my left side.
- 12:51[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, it was just like, we're finally I get that I'll take it out and I'm doing good.
- 12:55[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like, yeah, you know, I start working out again.
- 12:58[SPEAKER_01]: I'm doing great.
- 12:59[SPEAKER_01]: I felt fantastic.
- 13:01[SPEAKER_01]: I read.
- 13:04[SPEAKER_01]: restarted my company.
- 13:06[SPEAKER_01]: I started doing all sorts of things.
- 13:08[SPEAKER_01]: And a prior to this my husband and I had a lot of companies and I had to reinvent myself and start something new.
- 13:14[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm off doing all my things and I got an offer on my house in New York just out of the blue from some guy that wanted to buy my house and I'm like.
- 13:26[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, what the hell right, so I had a house in Florida that I was going to move to and I'm busy packing and all this stuff and a friend of my needed a place to stay in Florida, so I let them stay at my house.
- 13:40[SPEAKER_01]: Anyway, I moved to Florida, I get there.
- 13:43[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm like, what are you doing in Florida?
- 13:45[SPEAKER_01]: And he goes, oh my god, he goes, I had stage four hypoxia all throughout my body.
- 13:51[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm like, stage four hypoxia, stay he had stage four cancer, right?
- 13:55[SPEAKER_01]: But I'm like, what the hell is hypoxia?
- 13:58[SPEAKER_01]: And he goes, it's a lack of oxygen in your cells.
- 14:03[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm like, what?
- 14:05[SPEAKER_01]: Like, and it goes that underlies like everything.
- 14:08[SPEAKER_01]: And I go, oh my god, it goes my, my wife head stage for highpoxia also.
- 14:14[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm like, what?
- 14:16[SPEAKER_01]: I go, are you okay?
- 14:17[SPEAKER_01]: He goes, yeah, we're 100% fine.
- 14:18[SPEAKER_01]: 100%.
- 14:20[SPEAKER_01]: And I said, well, what did you do for that?
- 14:23[SPEAKER_01]: And he goes, well, he goes knowing that disease is really a lack of oxygen in your tissue.
- 14:33[SPEAKER_01]: To lack of oxygen and a lack of voltage in your mitochondria, your mitochondria are the power plants in us.
- 14:40[SPEAKER_01]: and your audience probably knows all of that, right?
- 14:44[SPEAKER_01]: And they said the mitochondria eat oxygen and they need the spark, the voltage also.
- 14:53[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm like, this is intensely interesting.
- 14:56[SPEAKER_01]: I said you're totally fine.
- 14:57[SPEAKER_01]: He goes 100% fine.
- 14:59[SPEAKER_01]: I said, so what did you do?
- 15:01[SPEAKER_01]: I said, well, he said, there's this oxygen that you can drink and oxygen that you can bathe in.
- 15:11[SPEAKER_01]: And that's what I did.
- 15:12[SPEAKER_01]: I said, well, did you have chemo radiation?
- 15:14[SPEAKER_01]: It goes, no, nothing.
- 15:15[SPEAKER_01]: And he goes, I wasn't handling cancer.
- 15:19[SPEAKER_01]: I was handling hypoxia.
- 15:22[SPEAKER_01]: And so I want your audience to know I'm not a doctor.
- 15:25[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not, you know, advocating for any forever.
- 15:28[SPEAKER_01]: Um, it's for entertainment purposes purposes only.
- 15:32[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, you know, but it's just like, okay.
- 15:34[SPEAKER_01]: So I,
- 15:36[SPEAKER_01]: At this point, thought that I was totally fine, okay, because I had handled all my, you know, I've rubbed my colon, my cancer, my doctor told me I was cancer, feed, blah, blah, blah.
- 15:46[SPEAKER_01]: So, um, I said, well, I want to find out about highpox.
- 15:49[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, this is like the most interesting thing I've ever heard in my life, especially if you're everything you just went through, yeah, and I'm like, holy cow, you know, so that was just the beginning
- 16:03[SPEAKER_01]: Wow.
- 16:03[SPEAKER_01]: So within two days, this technology comes out of Eastern Europe in Hungary.
- 16:09[SPEAKER_01]: And I within two days I was on a plane.
- 16:12[SPEAKER_01]: I went over there and I met the inventor and I was like holy crap.
- 16:17[SPEAKER_01]: This is really cool.
- 16:18[SPEAKER_01]: But before I went there, he said, I want you to just do some labs and a pet CT scan because you've had severe hypoxia in the past.
- 16:26[SPEAKER_01]: I want to see how hypoxic you really are.
- 16:31[SPEAKER_01]: I sent him all the blood work and all of this stuff and I get there and he's like, you know, I want to
- 16:41[SPEAKER_01]: Have you start on the oxygen bathing in it and drinking it and I'm like, okay, and I was just kind of like, yeah, whatever.
- 16:47[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm thinking, why, you know, I just wanted to know about it, but I'm like, yeah, I'll do that.
- 16:51[SPEAKER_01]: So the first 50 minutes.
- 16:54[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
- 17:04[SPEAKER_01]: didn't know what it was.
- 17:05[SPEAKER_01]: I thought my arch was falling or something that went to the chiropractor, my podiatrist, my physical therapist, my orthopedic, dude, they're all like, no, you're just fine.
- 17:16[SPEAKER_01]: This is just about.
- 17:18[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm like, yeah, but okay.
- 17:22[SPEAKER_01]: So, Nanny had been there for about 10 years since the start of my first cancer diagnosis.
- 17:29[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
- 17:30[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 17:31[SPEAKER_01]: What the hell is this thing?
- 17:33[SPEAKER_01]: So 50 minutes later, it's gone.
- 17:38[SPEAKER_01]: It's complete.
- 17:39[SPEAKER_01]: It's gone.
- 17:41[SPEAKER_01]: So I went out and I told the inventor, I'm like, holy cow, he's like, wow, that's amazing.
- 17:46[SPEAKER_01]: You know, this is cool.
- 17:48[SPEAKER_01]: So he's like, just keep going, keep going, right?
- 17:50[SPEAKER_01]: So I ended up staying there.
- 17:52[SPEAKER_01]: And um,
- 17:54[SPEAKER_01]: Two and a half weeks later, three weeks, two and a half, three weeks.
- 17:58[SPEAKER_01]: He calls me in to his office because he had sent me to the lab again to get more tests.
- 18:02[SPEAKER_01]: And, you know, he calls me in his office and he shows me the difference before and after.
- 18:07[SPEAKER_01]: And he's like, I didn't want to tell you, but your hypoxia was coming back in your colon.
- 18:15[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, no.
- 18:16[SPEAKER_00]: Like when you arrived.
- 18:18[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I didn't know that show.
- 18:20[SPEAKER_01]: I didn't know he goes I didn't want to show it to you then you know he goes but look at this it was gone.
- 18:28[SPEAKER_01]: So.
- 18:30[SPEAKER_01]: I'm sitting there looking at him like what this is like the craziest thing I said, okay, that's it.
- 18:37[SPEAKER_01]: You have to teach me.
- 18:38[SPEAKER_01]: I want to know about this.
- 18:39[SPEAKER_01]: I just want to learn everything.
- 18:41[SPEAKER_01]: So I ended up staying there for about three and a half months something like that.
- 18:45[SPEAKER_01]: But I had been back and forth a few times, but that time I stayed there for like three and a half months and one day I was sitting there.
- 18:57[SPEAKER_01]: And he comes out of his office from the back and he tells us receptionist, he goes, oh, the water's ready.
- 19:02[SPEAKER_01]: I heard him say that.
- 19:04[SPEAKER_01]: And she makes a phone call.
- 19:05[SPEAKER_01]: And within an hour, people are lined up around the block with their cars and trucks and loading up their cars with this water that you drink, right?
- 19:17[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm sitting there looking, and I go, oh,
- 19:22[SPEAKER_01]: My God.
- 19:24[SPEAKER_01]: I have to bring this to the world.
- 19:26[SPEAKER_01]: I have to bring it to the world.
- 19:27[SPEAKER_01]: So I jumped up, I ran into his office, and I said, I'm bringing this to the world.
- 19:31[SPEAKER_01]: He's like, yeah, whatever.
- 19:33[SPEAKER_01]: He's heard that so many times.
- 19:34[SPEAKER_00]: You know what I'm talking for you, and again, would you say?
- 19:36[SPEAKER_00]: All agree.
- 19:36[SPEAKER_01]: Hungry.
- 19:37[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
- 19:38[SPEAKER_01]: He's heard it so many times, everybody, you know, whatever.
- 19:40[SPEAKER_01]: He didn't know my background.
- 19:41[SPEAKER_01]: I was just some broad in his spa, the wear and sweatpants every day that was doing better now.
- 19:48[SPEAKER_01]: Do you know what I'm saying?
- 19:49[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 19:50[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 19:50[SPEAKER_01]: No, that I had had a background on starting companies and all of this thing, and he didn't believe me.
- 19:58[SPEAKER_01]: So for three months, I'm telling him, I'm bringing this.
- 20:03[SPEAKER_01]: And he's like, well, what do you mean?
- 20:04[SPEAKER_01]: I said, I want to manufacture it in the United States.
- 20:07[SPEAKER_01]: We have to bring it to the United States because people in the US have highpoxia.
- 20:12[SPEAKER_01]: They have it, you know?
- 20:15[SPEAKER_01]: And he's like, yeah, yeah, well, one day,
- 20:19[SPEAKER_01]: I introduced him to one of my business partners, got him on the phone and he hung up the phone and he looks at me because I thought you were a foolish shit.
- 20:27[SPEAKER_01]: And I go, I go, no, I'm serious.
- 20:29[SPEAKER_01]: I really want to do this.
- 20:30[SPEAKER_01]: So low and behold, that was two years ago.
- 20:33[SPEAKER_01]: And here we are, I'm going to be manufacturing this in the United States.
- 20:39[SPEAKER_01]: And I want the audience to know that like I would never advocate anything, you know, do what your doctor tells you, obviously, you know, don't do this in lieu of I did it in lieu of, you know, but I'm not telling anyone to do that in lieu of I'm saying do it in addition to because it will hands it'll enhance, you know, whatever you're doing right and so.
- 21:05[SPEAKER_00]: But yeah, okay.
- 21:06[SPEAKER_00]: First, when you were there, I'm curious, like, when you were saying you were getting treatment, you were there for three months, like, what exactly were you doing when you were there?
- 21:15[SPEAKER_00]: You were drinking this water every time you'd go where you, like, putting the oxygen in your nose and what, no, no, this hell doesn't mean bathing in oxygen.
- 21:25[SPEAKER_01]: this is the water that you drink.
- 21:27[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
- 21:28[SPEAKER_01]: So you know, we don't add anything to the water.
- 21:30[SPEAKER_01]: It's a special process.
- 21:32[SPEAKER_01]: There's nothing added into the water.
- 21:34[SPEAKER_01]: It's made from water, but it comes out the other end drinkable oxygen.
- 21:39[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
- 21:39[SPEAKER_01]: So it's, it's like amazing.
- 21:41[SPEAKER_01]: But
- 21:42[SPEAKER_01]: the bathing water, their special tubs that we have.
- 21:47[SPEAKER_01]: And by the way, we're opening a spa in about a month in Florida that people can come and bathing it.
- 21:53[SPEAKER_01]: Now the the tubs make this special oxygen that is 12 times more powerful than the drinking water.
- 22:00[SPEAKER_01]: You can't drink.
- 22:02[SPEAKER_01]: the bathing water.
- 22:03[SPEAKER_01]: So what I was doing there I was sitting in the tub three times a day for 50 minutes and in between that you know I would either rest or whatever but during the time like when I went there I just like at first when I went there I was drinking and I in sitting in the tub.
- 22:20[SPEAKER_01]: I didn't feel anything for about I don't know two weeks okay I didn't feel anything.
- 22:28[SPEAKER_01]: But that was because my body was fighting off horrendous hypotheses, okay?
- 22:33[SPEAKER_01]: But in about two and a half weeks, I'm like, damn, I want to go to the gym.
- 22:36[SPEAKER_01]: I want to go out running.
- 22:37[SPEAKER_01]: I want to go hiking and get it to that, right?
- 22:40[SPEAKER_01]: And it was a gradual thing.
- 22:41[SPEAKER_01]: And then I was like, wow, I'm feeling good.
- 22:43[SPEAKER_01]: I'm feeling really, really good, right?
- 22:46[SPEAKER_01]: So that's all I was doing.
- 22:47[SPEAKER_01]: That's it.
- 22:48[SPEAKER_01]: And I met people from all over the place who were coming there to handle their hypoxia as well.
- 22:54[SPEAKER_01]: And like I told you, hypoxia underlies 90 percent.
- 22:59[SPEAKER_01]: So, the first symptom of hypoxia is fatigue.
- 23:04[SPEAKER_01]: How many people have suffered from fatigue?
- 23:07[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, right?
- 23:08[SPEAKER_01]: Everyone.
- 23:09[SPEAKER_01]: Everyone.
- 23:10[SPEAKER_01]: Inflammation.
- 23:11[SPEAKER_01]: How many people?
- 23:12[SPEAKER_01]: Right?
- 23:12[SPEAKER_00]: Everyone.
- 23:13[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 23:13[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
- 23:14[SPEAKER_01]: So, so that that is a symptom of not enough oxygen might accondria.
- 23:23[SPEAKER_01]: It's in this, okay, Teresa.
- 23:24[SPEAKER_01]: This is crazy.
- 23:27[SPEAKER_00]: And I was so happy that you're here and we're talking about this and because again, I've said this before, this is like one of those episodes that could be life changing for someone like they listen to it.
- 23:38[SPEAKER_00]: They get this information because it's not anywhere else, you know, like you're out there doing the best you can and getting the word out, but like,
- 23:45[SPEAKER_00]: true education on this, and like what it could do, we're not hearing about this.
- 23:51[SPEAKER_00]: My doctor's not telling me about this.
- 23:54[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 23:54[SPEAKER_00]: And oxygen, and we've had people on here talk about breath work and stuff and they say the same thing.
- 24:00[SPEAKER_00]: Oxygen is everything.
- 24:02[SPEAKER_00]: Yes.
- 24:03[SPEAKER_00]: It's everything.
- 24:04[SPEAKER_00]: And now it's like, it has a name for it.
- 24:06[SPEAKER_00]: What?
- 24:07[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 24:07[SPEAKER_00]: So what is the difference between like low blood oxygen?
- 24:11[SPEAKER_00]: You know, when you go to the doctor and they put the thing on your finger.
- 24:14[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, I went and I was 99, like, is that inaccurate?
- 24:19[SPEAKER_01]: Well, no, it's not inaccurate because that's your blood oxygen level.
- 24:24[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
- 24:25[SPEAKER_01]: That's not your mitochondrial oxygen level.
- 24:29[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
- 24:30[SPEAKER_01]: And what we are dealing with is not the blood oxygen level.
- 24:33[SPEAKER_01]: This bypasses the cardiovascular, the respiratory, whatever system.
- 24:42[SPEAKER_01]: the cell.
- 24:43[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, so you're talking like sell your lower level.
- 24:46[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, oxygen.
- 24:48[SPEAKER_01]: Now, here's the thing.
- 24:49[SPEAKER_01]: Like all of the modalities out there like hyperbaric, PMF, red light, all of that stuff.
- 24:55[SPEAKER_01]: Fabulous technologies.
- 24:58[SPEAKER_01]: The goal of those technologies is to raise the frequency of your mitochondria and push oxygen into yourself.
- 25:08[SPEAKER_01]: Yes.
- 25:09[SPEAKER_00]: Exactly.
- 25:10[SPEAKER_01]: And they're great at doing that.
- 25:11[SPEAKER_01]: They're freaking phenomenal.
- 25:13[SPEAKER_01]: But our our way is oxygen and it does do that.
- 25:18[SPEAKER_01]: So the thing is if you are doing any of those and you're drinking the water or doing the baths, it will only exponentially grow.
- 25:28[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 25:29[SPEAKER_01]: So do a mall, you know, do them all, because it's like wild.
- 25:33[SPEAKER_01]: And one other cool thing is that when you're doing hyperbaric,
- 25:38[SPEAKER_01]: which is phenomenal.
- 25:39[SPEAKER_01]: I've seen so many things.
- 25:40[SPEAKER_01]: I've seen like so many people handle so many things with it, but after time it releases oxygen radicals into the system, which you then need to detox.
- 25:51[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, if you're drinking this water or bathing, right, in conjunction with that, every 14 days it cleans your interstitial fluid of your body out and it retoxes all the oxygen radicals from the system.
- 26:08[SPEAKER_01]: So that is something that's truly phenomenal.
- 26:11[SPEAKER_01]: And you feel great.
- 26:12[SPEAKER_01]: This stuff detoxes you like on a very gentle, beautiful way.
- 26:19[SPEAKER_00]: Well, you're talking like complete preventative measures that you can do and you can take, okay.
- 26:26[SPEAKER_00]: So now this is starting to like make more sense to me.
- 26:29[SPEAKER_00]: I'm understanding what you're talking about.
- 26:33[SPEAKER_00]: Is there a specific delivery system like explained to me how that works of going from like a water with oxygen that you can drink to get it to your cellular level like what's the transportation.
- 26:46[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, like, to get it to there is it just literally drinking an absorb, okay, well, how it actually worked.
- 26:52[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, it's literally dragging it or sitting in the top, but how it absorbs is the question I think you're asking.
- 27:01[SPEAKER_01]: The the structure of the water is such that the oxygen molecules become extremely tiny, tiny or then the O2 molecule.
- 27:10[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
- 27:11[SPEAKER_01]: and but it's under pressure.
- 27:14[SPEAKER_01]: Now the easiest way I can explain this is that your body has a pressure inside of it and so does the atmosphere okay and that's how we can live on planet Earth without exploding or imploding right and you you feel it before it rains right some people get stuffy and it's like you know I get a headache and then it rains and all of a sudden
- 27:37[SPEAKER_01]: So we like the pressure outside, right?
- 27:40[SPEAKER_01]: Well, in the oxygen water, there's four times the amount of pressure that's in your body.
- 27:51[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
- 27:52[SPEAKER_01]: So when you drink it, it pushes the oxygen where it needs to go.
- 27:58[SPEAKER_01]: Now also it has an electronic signature along with it.
- 28:06[SPEAKER_01]: So that it will spark the mitochondrial spark the battery and then oxygen is the gas.
- 28:12[SPEAKER_01]: It's like a car if you have this spark and no gas, it's not gonna go if you have gas and those spark, it's not gonna go.
- 28:18[SPEAKER_01]: So it's truly a miracle.
- 28:22[SPEAKER_01]: It took 25 years to develop this.
- 28:27[SPEAKER_00]: I got to I got to say this because I'm sure you get this a lot because this is here now available right like this water is it pay tracks water is in my saying it correctly.
- 28:40[SPEAKER_00]: Let's hear it's available.
- 28:42[SPEAKER_00]: Do you hear and get from people like.
- 28:46[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not paying that for water.
- 28:48[SPEAKER_00]: This is like voodoo crap or like you know.
- 28:52[SPEAKER_00]: This is, I'm feeling me snake oil or I've got an edge of people give you shit for selling water and then it's hard to like explain this to them.
- 29:02[SPEAKER_00]: I'm like, no, you, you need to understand this in the science.
- 29:05[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I get it from some people, but honestly,
- 29:09[SPEAKER_01]: The people that it's helped, they tell me they literally call me every day I love you doing this.
- 29:15[SPEAKER_01]: I would walk over hot coals to get this.
- 29:17[SPEAKER_01]: I would pay a hundred dollars a bottle if I had to.
- 29:21[SPEAKER_01]: You know, that's what I really get.
- 29:23[SPEAKER_01]: Some people say that I'm not going to pay that great.
- 29:26[SPEAKER_01]: It's because they don't understand what it is.
- 29:29[SPEAKER_01]: That's why.
- 29:30[SPEAKER_01]: Like yesterday, I had a guy call me
- 29:37[SPEAKER_01]: He's he's got cancer now.
- 29:39[SPEAKER_01]: He called me yesterday.
- 29:40[SPEAKER_01]: He said Trisa, this is what's keeping me alive.
- 29:44[SPEAKER_00]: Today's episode is brought to you by Fitnexat Sami Pads 3.
- 29:48[SPEAKER_00]: I am dying to tell you guys about something that I've been using at night and seriously loving.
- 29:52[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, the Fitnexat Sami Pads 3.
- 29:54[SPEAKER_00]: If you sleep thanks to someone who snores, you all right, you know.
- 29:58[SPEAKER_00]: I'm a light sleeper, and these have been amazing for reducing those distracting noises and helping me wind down.
- 30:04[SPEAKER_00]: One of my favorite features is that they have three calming sounds go right into the earbuds.
- 30:09[SPEAKER_00]: No Bluetooth, no internet connection needed.
- 30:11[SPEAKER_00]: Just put them in, choose your sound, and go to sleep.
- 30:15[SPEAKER_00]: They're also specifically designed for sleeping.
- 30:17[SPEAKER_00]: They're low profile and sit flat or in your ear, so they're actually comfortable when you're laying on your side.
- 30:22[SPEAKER_00]: And if you want more that the next app gives you additional sleep sounds, plus your sleep information and overnight trends.
- 30:28[SPEAKER_00]: And you guys know, I love tracking data.
- 30:31[SPEAKER_00]: that Naksa is giving the Bomb Life listeners $10 off on New Pod 3.
- 30:34[SPEAKER_00]: Click the link in the description and then the show notes.
- 30:37[SPEAKER_00]: And your discount is automatically applied or use the code Bomb Life at checkout for $10 off.
- 30:43[SPEAKER_00]: Be ready to have the best sleep of your life.
- 30:46[SPEAKER_01]: All right, back to the show.
- 30:47[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, one of the big things that I noticed when I was reading over and getting familiar with who you were and I was like, do we want to have her on and I saw the anti-aging part and the biological age part.
- 31:00[SPEAKER_00]: Tell me, girl, because I am all about the anti-aging.
- 31:04[SPEAKER_00]: How does this impact or aging in our biological clock in our age?
- 31:09[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, so I'm all about that too, and I'm a lot older than you are, but this stuff has given me the energy of a 20 year old.
- 31:19[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, what it does is when you're young, when you're a baby, you have telemers on the end of your chromosomes and those are like little strands on the end of your chromosomes and they're long when you're little older you get and the more hypoxic you get the shorter they become.
- 31:39[SPEAKER_01]: and the shortening of the telomeres is what age is you, but underlying that is the hypoxia.
- 31:48[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, so you can, once you bring your body up to snuff with the oxygen levels, it brings your body back to homeostasis and then it anti-ages you because you can regrow your telomeres.
- 32:08[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 32:08[SPEAKER_01]: And so the as a kind that invented it, he's 70.
- 32:12[SPEAKER_01]: He's gorgeous.
- 32:13[SPEAKER_01]: He's very handsome.
- 32:16[SPEAKER_01]: He did an invasive biopsy and out of biopsy like an invasive biological test to see how old he was.
- 32:25[SPEAKER_01]: He did that six and a half years ago.
- 32:27[SPEAKER_01]: He was 38.
- 32:28[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
- 32:30[SPEAKER_01]: Just did it again and he still 38.
- 32:34[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 32:35[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm telling you, this stuff is amazing.
- 32:38[SPEAKER_01]: I know that since I've done it, like if I haven't been on this, I'd be looking way worse than I do now, you know, like, and it just, I don't know, it gives you the energy and gives you clearer thinking, it just, it actually does anti-agit.
- 33:00[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, so how how quick, like when you're if you're drinking like the water, I have another question about the oxygen bars to let let's get let's go into that first is I don't want to forget it.
- 33:11[SPEAKER_00]: The oxygen bars are those beneficial do they work in the same way at all or we just talk in like the same way.
- 33:20[SPEAKER_00]: We think of oxygen.
- 33:22[SPEAKER_00]: It's not getting deep into the cellular level.
- 33:24[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, they are beneficial.
- 33:26[SPEAKER_01]: Any oxygen is beneficial.
- 33:28[SPEAKER_01]: Remember that any oxygen.
- 33:29[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, but the thing with that is that when you walk away from it, like you'll feel good for a little bit, and then whatever when you're doing it, it feels great.
- 33:38[SPEAKER_01]: And then you walk away and whatever right.
- 33:47[SPEAKER_01]: in a gas.
- 33:49[SPEAKER_01]: This is not a gas.
- 33:50[SPEAKER_01]: This is a liquid.
- 33:51[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
- 33:52[SPEAKER_01]: There or it can permeate into your body.
- 33:56[SPEAKER_01]: All right.
- 33:57[SPEAKER_01]: Now, when you're inhaling a gas, like the oxygen bars and all of the other ways, E-DOT, hyperbaric everything, it's the O2 molecule under pressure that's going into your lungs.
- 34:11[SPEAKER_01]: It's just pushing more into your lungs to raise the blood oxygen level.
- 34:18[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, which
- 34:20[SPEAKER_01]: I don't knock it.
- 34:21[SPEAKER_01]: It's good.
- 34:22[SPEAKER_01]: Any oxygen is good.
- 34:24[SPEAKER_01]: However, there's never been an oxygen delivery system to this cells.
- 34:30[SPEAKER_01]: And the blood oxygen does go to the cells, but it has to go through that whole rupt through the lungs, blood, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
- 34:38[SPEAKER_01]: And this is real efficacious because it works fast.
- 34:42[SPEAKER_01]: And you were going to ask, like, how fast?
- 34:46[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, I've had people
- 34:48[SPEAKER_01]: that they'll drink a cup of it and call me, oh my god, I had a 74-year-old guy.
- 34:55[SPEAKER_01]: He didn't want to get off his couch.
- 34:57[SPEAKER_01]: He drank a cup of these like, I just went out for a bike ride.
- 34:59[SPEAKER_01]: I even rode my bike in 30 years.
- 35:02[SPEAKER_01]: I've had other people.
- 35:03[SPEAKER_01]: I don't feel it.
- 35:04[SPEAKER_01]: I don't feel it.
- 35:05[SPEAKER_01]: I don't feel it.
- 35:06[SPEAKER_01]: And then after three weeks, oh my god, I feel it.
- 35:10[SPEAKER_01]: That's because they were severely highpox.
- 35:14[SPEAKER_01]: The oxygen was handling something.
- 35:18[SPEAKER_01]: And it was like getting caught up, like getting caught up.
- 35:21[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, you know, and that was me.
- 35:23[SPEAKER_01]: I didn't realize how hot, how high pots that got really was.
- 35:27[SPEAKER_01]: Because I didn't feel it.
- 35:28[SPEAKER_01]: And then everybody else around me is like, yeah, I feel good.
- 35:30[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like, damn, I don't feel anything.
- 35:32[SPEAKER_01]: You know, and then all of a sudden, I'm like, wow, I do feel it.
- 35:34[SPEAKER_01]: It feels good.
- 35:36[SPEAKER_00]: You know, have you had any clients come back and talk about their hair?
- 35:40[SPEAKER_00]: And notice a difference in their hair growth or anything?
- 35:43[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, I have.
- 35:44[SPEAKER_00]: I had the guy that introduced me to it as a matter of fact.
- 35:49[SPEAKER_01]: He that the guy that had the highpoxia really bad.
- 35:53[SPEAKER_01]: He was doing the treatment and his hair started turning black again.
- 35:58[SPEAKER_00]: But God.
- 35:59[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, you know, he's he's like almost 70 now, you know.
- 36:04[SPEAKER_01]: So now he's like salt and pepper.
- 36:08[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, he was totally gravy for so yeah, it's all about you know, and it does help like for women it and for men too like women there was a thing that our science department looked into the cumulative cells in women are the are the cells that determine your fertility and stuff.
- 36:28[SPEAKER_01]: Like the gym is one of the most important things that you need for that for women.
- 36:33[SPEAKER_00]: So it's like, wow, you know, it's just, there's so many things like I could geek out on this for, oh, I bet I bet, okay, tell me what is H I F is it one A yes, I can't reading about that that it was like an alarm like oxygen alarm, but I'm like, I'm going to have to ask about this one.
- 36:53[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, just simply it's the hypoxic inducible factor, okay, that shows like when you're hypoxic that it sets off an alarm like, oh my god, you know, you need oxygen, okay, and so what this does is it will basically handle your hypoxic inducible factor so that it's not not
- 37:21[SPEAKER_01]: setting off alarms in your system basically.
- 37:23[SPEAKER_01]: That's basically it, okay?
- 37:26[SPEAKER_01]: There's a test that can be done and we have the test here in America.
- 37:32[SPEAKER_01]: There was only one lab in the world that does it, but now we we have it here.
- 37:37[SPEAKER_01]: We're almost at the end of the trials with it where you can test your cells,
- 37:47[SPEAKER_01]: And then, using that as a baseline, you can then measure your hychemia while you're getting oxygen, right?
- 37:56[SPEAKER_01]: And that's a very, very useful test because, you know, if you're suffering from fatigue
- 38:04[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know, inflammation or something like that.
- 38:07[SPEAKER_01]: You can actually measure like, wow, I was this hypoxic before.
- 38:11[SPEAKER_00]: And now I'm not that hypoxic.
- 38:13[SPEAKER_00]: I'm actually milling there.
- 38:15[SPEAKER_00]: Did he use that test for you?
- 38:16[SPEAKER_00]: Like when you initially got tested, is that what he did?
- 38:19[SPEAKER_01]: He did.
- 38:19[SPEAKER_01]: That was the first thing he had me do when I got there.
- 38:22[SPEAKER_01]: You couldn't get it in the United States.
- 38:24[SPEAKER_01]: you know, but now we're bringing that here and he did that and then later on he showed me the test results and that's how you could tell that my hypothesis was completely gone.
- 38:37[SPEAKER_00]: And you said there's only one place right now in the United States.
- 38:39[SPEAKER_00]: It doesn't, the test, the test.
- 38:41[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 38:42[SPEAKER_00]: So what are the rest of us do if like, you know, we don't have access to that one place that does the task.
- 38:48[SPEAKER_01]: You, you can do it and send the blood test to the lab like not not the lab.
- 38:52[SPEAKER_01]: There's, there's a clinic here in Florida that does it.
- 38:55[SPEAKER_01]: We don't do any of the.
- 38:57[SPEAKER_01]: clinical stuff at all.
- 38:58[SPEAKER_01]: It's a clinic here, you know, and they can get there.
- 39:02[SPEAKER_01]: They have to get a prescription to get it done.
- 39:05[SPEAKER_01]: They would call that clinic here, and then they would get a prescription and then go to the lab.
- 39:10[SPEAKER_01]: They would draw the blood and then it has to get sent, you know.
- 39:15[SPEAKER_01]: But it's not ready yet.
- 39:16[SPEAKER_01]: It'll be ready soon.
- 39:17[SPEAKER_01]: It's not ready yet.
- 39:18[SPEAKER_01]: We're still doing the rest of the trials.
- 39:21[SPEAKER_01]: And when I say, we, I mean, the clinic, you know, but but also too, like for people that look at like, oh, my God, how would I pay that much for water, you know what I mean?
- 39:33[SPEAKER_01]: That's that's totally up to you.
- 39:34[SPEAKER_01]: I know for me, like,
- 39:37[SPEAKER_01]: I don't take tons and tons of supplements anymore like I used to.
- 39:42[SPEAKER_01]: I don't need to.
- 39:44[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 39:44[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, because I'm not inflamed.
- 39:47[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not feeling like crap.
- 39:48[SPEAKER_01]: I feel good every day when I wake up.
- 39:52[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not saying don't take them, I'm just saying I don't need to, okay?
- 39:56[SPEAKER_01]: However, if you cannot even avail yourself of the water or come to the spa, then do deep breathing, intentional breathing.
- 40:07[SPEAKER_01]: hydrate, drink a lot of water.
- 40:09[SPEAKER_01]: Water does have oxygen in it with the O2 molecule.
- 40:13[SPEAKER_01]: So do that.
- 40:14[SPEAKER_01]: Go outside and exercise.
- 40:15[SPEAKER_01]: Try to walk every single day outside.
- 40:19[SPEAKER_01]: Outside is important because outside there's oxygen in the air.
- 40:24[SPEAKER_01]: There's oxygen in your house too, but not as much as out there.
- 40:35[SPEAKER_01]: of pure oxygen in the atmosphere anymore.
- 40:38[SPEAKER_01]: 21%.
- 40:40[SPEAKER_01]: It used to be way more, but now with the toxins in air, oil in the food, pharmaceuticals, sedentary lifestyle, there's just not enough of it, right?
- 40:52[SPEAKER_01]: That's why I say go outside, get as much of it as you can, breathe deeply, go for hikes, exercise, and anyone can get more oxygen at any time, and I highly, highly recommend doing it.
- 41:05[SPEAKER_00]: how much of this water to you drink a day?
- 41:08[SPEAKER_00]: Like if someone was like listening and they're like, I want to start this, I want to feel better, I want to go on an order, some like how much do they start drinking?
- 41:16[SPEAKER_01]: We recommend drinking a bottle a day.
- 41:18[SPEAKER_01]: It's a big bottle.
- 41:20[SPEAKER_01]: Drink about a cup in the morning, wait an hour and a half, drink another cup, wait an hour and a half, drink another cup, blah, blah, blah, right?
- 41:27[SPEAKER_01]: if you can't drink a whole bottle so what drink what you can okay you know and I try to drink a bottle a day I don't always get the whole bottle but I'm less hypothesis now than I used to be so my body kind of tells me you need some you know
- 41:46[SPEAKER_01]: And then for how long like a bottle a day for the rest of your life is there like a protocol of like four days on or no it's just every day I mean like I need oxygen every day you need oxygen every minute right and so do yourselves that's how they work I might have kind of drilled this function is just a lack of oxygen and voltage in the cells that's all it is.
- 42:11[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 42:11[SPEAKER_01]: And if you give them that, you will remain healthy.
- 42:14[SPEAKER_01]: You'll just, your body will repair itself.
- 42:16[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 42:17[SPEAKER_01]: So, so yeah, I, okay, I was traveling for the past two and a half months.
- 42:23[SPEAKER_01]: I did not have my oxygen with me because I, all of it that I had brought when I traveled to people when they heard about it.
- 42:31[SPEAKER_01]: They're like, I want some.
- 42:32[SPEAKER_01]: So I would give it to them.
- 42:33[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 42:34[SPEAKER_01]: Me myself, I didn't have any with me and I was traveling.
- 42:40[SPEAKER_01]: And, um, when I got home, I noticed the huge difference in how I bought.
- 42:48[SPEAKER_01]: And what I did the first thing I did when I walked in the door was I grabbed a bottle and downed half a bottle.
- 42:53[SPEAKER_01]: And I was like, wow, my body was like, thank you so much for doing this, right?
- 42:59[SPEAKER_01]: So, you know, it's not a thing where you have to be like,
- 43:05[SPEAKER_01]: Regimented about it or anything, but it's recommended about a day.
- 43:08[SPEAKER_01]: And I think that if you do it for a few weeks, you will feel the difference and then it don't do it.
- 43:16[SPEAKER_01]: You'll also feel the difference, you know, so, and this might be a stupid question, but do you have to worry about.
- 43:25[SPEAKER_00]: putting it into the fridge or like leaving the cap off or like I'm trying to think of like all the dumb questions so we're gonna actually those are great questions okay the fridge do not mix it with anything don't put ice in it don't make offy with it.
- 43:40[SPEAKER_01]: I tried it once it tastes like crap, but it also changes the molecular structure I've had won't do that.
- 43:46[SPEAKER_01]: You can leave it out.
- 43:47[SPEAKER_01]: It doesn't have to be refrigerated, but don't leave it in the sun.
- 43:50[SPEAKER_01]: Sun, the rays from the sun are the only things that degrade it.
- 43:54[SPEAKER_01]: And leaving the cap off, no, that's not a stupid question.
- 43:58[SPEAKER_01]: Because this is not oxygen-infused water, okay?
- 44:03[SPEAKER_01]: Normal, usual oxygen infused water, you open the cap and 30 seconds later the oxygen's gone.
- 44:10[SPEAKER_01]: This is not that.
- 44:11[SPEAKER_01]: You can open this, lead the cap off three to five days and it's still entirely stable.
- 44:17[SPEAKER_01]: You can open it, pour a cup, put the cap back on and it'll last 57 to 60 days.
- 44:25[SPEAKER_01]: You can lead the cap on and never open it and it'll last literally for years and years.
- 44:31[SPEAKER_01]: It is stable.
- 44:34[SPEAKER_00]: Wow.
- 44:34[SPEAKER_00]: And can kids take this?
- 44:36[SPEAKER_01]: Teenagers?
- 44:37[SPEAKER_01]: Kids, babies, animals, but didn't even think of animals.
- 44:43[SPEAKER_01]: Yep.
- 44:45[SPEAKER_01]: Yep.
- 44:46[SPEAKER_01]: Animals are getting great results from it.
- 44:49[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 44:49[SPEAKER_01]: And actually, in, I think it was Saudi Arabia, they're using this water to give to their camels for their
- 45:00[SPEAKER_00]: like a crazy I mean it's cool you know I guess my question was like asking about you know how much can you drink a day or is there a protocol because I am sure and I was trying to play devil's advocate I'm sure there are people that are looking it up right now and they're
- 45:16[SPEAKER_00]: looking at the cost and they're like, well, how can I get this?
- 45:19[SPEAKER_00]: And I don't think I can afford to drink a bottle a day.
- 45:23[SPEAKER_00]: One could I do in place.
- 45:24[SPEAKER_00]: So that's why I was asking the question, because I am sure people are like, I'm interested.
- 45:28[SPEAKER_00]: I want to do this, but I don't think I could do.
- 45:31[SPEAKER_00]: you know, every single day what would be the best route for me.
- 45:34[SPEAKER_00]: So that's why I was like, just drink as much as you can afford.
- 45:38[SPEAKER_01]: Do you know what I mean?
- 45:39[SPEAKER_01]: I agree.
- 45:39[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, oxygen getting into your mitochondria is good for you.
- 45:45[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm not, I know that it's costly, but
- 45:50[SPEAKER_01]: And you know, we're going to be manufacturing it here soon in the United States.
- 45:54[SPEAKER_01]: So the bottles are going to be changed and the price is going to be changed and the bottles are going to be smaller.
- 46:00[SPEAKER_01]: So the shipping is going to be easier.
- 46:02[SPEAKER_01]: So that happens.
- 46:04[SPEAKER_01]: It's going to be a lot easier for everyone.
- 46:06[SPEAKER_01]: Nice.
- 46:07[SPEAKER_01]: So you know about when that will happen.
- 46:10[SPEAKER_01]: it should be happening within the month to a month and a half.
- 46:13[SPEAKER_01]: I hope.
- 46:14[SPEAKER_00]: Wow.
- 46:15[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, we're waiting on some machinery that we need for the plant.
- 46:20[SPEAKER_01]: And we've been anxiously waiting for that, but that's going to happen real soon.
- 46:25[SPEAKER_01]: This, this is crazy Teresa.
- 46:27[SPEAKER_00]: Like, you know, so glad that we talked about this today.
- 46:30[SPEAKER_00]: Is there anything else that you want to leave our audience with of just like, I don't know, just pounding their heads and just like, I want to make you want to make sure that they understand this.
- 46:41[SPEAKER_01]: Well, okay, first off.
- 46:46[SPEAKER_01]: A hypoxia diagnosis is not the end of the world, okay?
- 46:51[SPEAKER_01]: It's not a death sentence.
- 46:54[SPEAKER_01]: You, I guarantee you your hypoxic right now, right?
- 46:58[SPEAKER_01]: Who are?
- 47:02[SPEAKER_01]: 70% of Americans are walking around with hypoxia and they don't know it, okay?
- 47:10[SPEAKER_01]: Any oxygen that you can get into your body
- 47:16[SPEAKER_01]: And I feel I can pound that into your head.
- 47:19[SPEAKER_01]: If you're feeling lazy or fatigued or whatever.
- 47:23[SPEAKER_01]: And you don't have this to drink.
- 47:26[SPEAKER_01]: Breathe deep, drink water.
- 47:29[SPEAKER_01]: You will, do you know that sort of thing?
- 47:32[SPEAKER_01]: And because of all the stuff that I've been through, if I can do it, you can do it.
- 47:39[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I mean, I've been through hell and back.
- 47:43[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm back.
- 47:45[SPEAKER_01]: and I'm doing great.
- 47:46[SPEAKER_01]: I feel good.
- 47:47[SPEAKER_01]: I feel better today than I did when I was in my 20s.
- 47:50[SPEAKER_01]: But seriously.
- 47:52[SPEAKER_01]: And if I would have known this when I was in my 20s, damn, I'd know, you know, right?
- 47:58[SPEAKER_01]: I could imagine.
- 47:59[SPEAKER_01]: Like I would, I would have stayed looking young and, you know what I'm saying?
- 48:04[SPEAKER_01]: And so I'm just saying, the more oxygen you get, the better off you are.
- 48:09[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 48:10[SPEAKER_00]: I am so curious about this, like spa that you're opening in Florida and to be able to come and be in a tub of this, like girl, you better keep me updated because I will totally go to Florida.
- 48:26[SPEAKER_01]: To come, we should be open in about a month, I think.
- 48:30[SPEAKER_01]: We're just finishing up the last construction stuff and I think we'll be opening about a month.
- 48:36[SPEAKER_01]: Just what city?
- 48:37[SPEAKER_01]: What about we're both in Florida?
- 48:39[SPEAKER_01]: It's right near Clearwater.
- 48:41[SPEAKER_01]: It's in Largo but Clearwater, which is near Tampa.
- 48:44[SPEAKER_01]: You'd fly into Tampa and...
- 48:46[SPEAKER_01]: come there.
- 48:47[SPEAKER_01]: We'd love to have you come.
- 48:48[SPEAKER_01]: Oh my god, the content we could create to raise our name.
- 48:51[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, I know make sure to shoot me a text afterwards.
- 48:55[SPEAKER_00]: You know, so I'm next for sure.
- 48:57[SPEAKER_00]: I will.
- 48:58[SPEAKER_00]: This is just incredible.
- 49:00[SPEAKER_00]: Like my whole world of oxygen.
- 49:04[SPEAKER_00]: And everything has just been like changed.
- 49:07[SPEAKER_00]: Where can people, and we'll put all of this in the show notes, but where can people get the water?
- 49:11[SPEAKER_00]: Where can they find you?
- 49:12[SPEAKER_00]: Where can they follow you?
- 49:14[SPEAKER_00]: Where can they get your book?
- 49:16[SPEAKER_00]: We didn't even get to talk about your book.
- 49:18[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
- 49:19[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, my book from Tomb Raider Triumph, my Oxygen Awakening.
- 49:22[SPEAKER_01]: It's on Amazon.
- 49:25[SPEAKER_01]: They can follow me on Instagram at PaitreoxWater.
- 49:30[SPEAKER_01]: They can get the water at patreonx.us and it's PATRIOx.us.
- 49:37[SPEAKER_01]: they can go to my personal website to resurrily.com and it's R-E-I-L-E.com to learn more about it, you know, and I try to answer everyone.
- 49:50[SPEAKER_01]: I try to.
- 49:53[SPEAKER_01]: I have my team and everything, but I like to have that personal touch with people if I can, because sometimes I'm busy, but I try to get back to everyone
- 50:05[SPEAKER_01]: when you're suffering from some it's scary and yeah, you know, and it's like, like, I've been through it.
- 50:12[SPEAKER_01]: I've been through all of it.
- 50:13[SPEAKER_01]: And so I try to answer everyone and give them the best guidance that I can.
- 50:20[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not a doctor, but you know, I, I,
- 50:23[SPEAKER_01]: I'll try to help you if I can't.
- 50:24[SPEAKER_00]: So, yeah, we'll put all of that in the show notes, links in everything.
- 50:31[SPEAKER_00]: I can't thank you enough for coming on, because I firmly believe in my heart of hearts that you probably changed and saved someone's life today, just by doing this podcast.
- 50:42[SPEAKER_00]: I hope so.
- 50:43[SPEAKER_00]: That's the.
- 50:43[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, yeah.
- 50:45[SPEAKER_00]: This is this is definitely one where you go.
- 50:47[SPEAKER_00]: Oh my god, it was from that episode that I listened to three years ago.
- 50:51[SPEAKER_00]: And I got on this and started and then their life was changed forever.
- 50:55[SPEAKER_00]: So I can't thank you enough for coming on.
- 50:59[SPEAKER_01]: That was so great.
- 51:01[SPEAKER_01]: Well, so thanks.
- 51:01[SPEAKER_01]: I loved doing this.
- 51:03[SPEAKER_00]: That was.
- 51:04[SPEAKER_00]: It was.
- 51:04[SPEAKER_00]: This was amazing.
- 51:05[SPEAKER_00]: You're such a blessing to the show.
- 51:07[SPEAKER_00]: Thank you.
