Introducing Proverbs to Your Family
King Solomon, son of King David, wrote much of Proverbs, and his story is a powerful one to walk your children through.
Start by asking them: what would you ask for if God offered you anything? At Gibeon, God asked Solomon exactly that. Instead of long life, riches, or victory over his enemies, Solomon asked for wisdom to govern well and discern good from evil.
