- 0:14[SPEAKER_01]: holy crap we are in the middle of October and I know I know I'm breaking all the podcast rules and you're not supposed to talk about it's civic time of year and dates and all that stuff because you guys could be listening to this next summer for sure but I just have to like take a take a minute and acknowledge of where we're at
- 0:33[SPEAKER_01]: Um, in this time of year, it's just crazy.
- 0:35[SPEAKER_01]: Like October in a few weeks or next week.
- 0:39[SPEAKER_01]: I think it is.
- 0:39[SPEAKER_01]: We're going to be experiencing Halloween.
- 0:41[SPEAKER_01]: I, I feel like the kids just went back to school yesterday.
- 0:45[SPEAKER_01]: And I just stop and say this because look at how fast the time just flies by you guys.
- 0:53[SPEAKER_01]: I'm dealing right now with kids in high school college and
- 0:59[SPEAKER_01]: I have little ones in my life too, and I just, I can't believe that I blinked yesterday, and they were literally seven years old.
- 1:09[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know where it went and I don't want to get down and be like oh my god my kids are going and like know what like no I'm excited for the next stage of my life I'm excited for travel and watching them grow and having adult children in my life and I just love knowing that they have watched me hustle and grind
- 1:35[SPEAKER_01]: emotionally in relationships with my life, with my business, with this podcast, they have been a part of it.
- 1:43[SPEAKER_01]: Just transforming.
- 1:46[SPEAKER_01]: I don't like that my kids have seen the dark side, too, of the tears and the trauma that I've been through.
- 1:53[SPEAKER_01]: but I know that that has shaped them and made them stronger and is helping them.
- 1:59[SPEAKER_01]: And I wouldn't change anything, honestly.
- 2:02[SPEAKER_01]: Like people ask me all the time, like if you could redo it and stay married or go back in time and change this, no, I wouldn't.
- 2:11[SPEAKER_01]: And that's because I know everything that I've been through has made me stronger and everything with my health and fitness and how much I have transformed my life and my body and what my kids now see is just like normal and you train, you look people in the eye, you shake their hand, you watch what you pay attention to your protein, like I have a 17 year old
- 2:39[SPEAKER_01]: what else should I be eating with us?
- 2:42[SPEAKER_01]: You know, it's just crazy.
- 2:44[SPEAKER_01]: And this and how we develop and raise our kids, whether they're young or adult children, they're looking to us to be the model.
- 2:54[SPEAKER_01]: They're looking to us to guide them.
- 2:58[SPEAKER_01]: Again, regardless of their age, if they're adult children and not.
- 3:01[SPEAKER_01]: And today's conversation just really stirred that up inside of me of again of we can't guide our kids, we can't help them unless we are helping ourselves, we can't truly show them the way.
- 3:19[SPEAKER_01]: and help change their life and break generational trauma and cycles that don't serve anyone if we're not doing the work.
- 3:27[SPEAKER_01]: And people are just walking around, broke, fat, out of shape.
- 3:34[SPEAKER_01]: And we have to remember, I say, I say this in the episode, you guys are going to love this episode.
- 3:38[SPEAKER_01]: And I say this because we just get raw, we just get real.
- 3:41[SPEAKER_01]: You are a billboard.
- 3:43[SPEAKER_01]: You are a billboard.
- 3:45[SPEAKER_01]: for your entire body.
- 3:47[SPEAKER_01]: And if you are not in great shape, honestly, if you're not in your fat and overweight and you are carrying on extra weight on you, that is a reflection man, that is a reflection of your standards, that is a reflection of your discipline.
- 4:06[SPEAKER_01]: that is how the world sees you.
- 4:08[SPEAKER_01]: Just think of how you could change your life and your business and what you do if you keep working and building on your body and mind and healing.
- 4:19[SPEAKER_01]: Today we dive into like so many things.
- 4:22[SPEAKER_01]: about hormones, we talk about peptides, we talk about body fat, our mindset like this, this is it for you with the one and only J Campbell is incredible because he's like a health optimization pioneer.
- 4:37[SPEAKER_01]: He's longevity and a peptide expert.
- 4:40[SPEAKER_01]: He's a best-selling author.
- 4:41[SPEAKER_01]: So he is a five-time international best-selling author.
- 4:46[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, so I have to make sure that that's clear.
- 4:49[SPEAKER_01]: five times international and he's one of the most respected voices in peptides hormone optimization and the just human longevity in general and he's the co-founder of biolide longevity labs.
- 5:05[SPEAKER_01]: and it's rapidly emerging peptides and bioregulator powerhouse.
- 5:10[SPEAKER_01]: It's known as the Amazon for biohackers and in J has spent more than two decades pushing the frontier of metabolic health and anti-aging science.
- 5:20[SPEAKER_01]: And today, like
- 5:22[SPEAKER_01]: You're gonna love him because we are dogging, like all about hormones and just keeping it really real and honest.
- 5:30[SPEAKER_01]: Um, asking the questions about peptides, what are they?
- 5:33[SPEAKER_01]: Are they safe?
- 5:33[SPEAKER_01]: I haven't introduced these into my life just yet, but I'm gathering information.
- 5:37[SPEAKER_01]: I'm learning.
- 5:39[SPEAKER_01]: And if I want to take my body and my mind to that next level, I can.
- 5:45[SPEAKER_01]: That's why I love having people like Jay on in companies that we can trust in companies that we know.
- 5:50[SPEAKER_01]: Because let's be real, this is the world that we're going into.
- 5:54[SPEAKER_01]: Like the peptides aren't going anywhere, and we need to be smart about it.
- 5:58[SPEAKER_01]: We need to know what is the truth about them.
- 6:01[SPEAKER_01]: How do we use them?
- 6:02[SPEAKER_01]: How can they change our life?
- 6:04[SPEAKER_01]: And have people like Jay to ask those questions too?
- 6:06[SPEAKER_01]: So that's what we're diving into today.

- 7:12[SPEAKER_01]: Hey, everyone.
- 7:13[SPEAKER_01]: Welcome to the bomb life podcast today.
- 7:16[SPEAKER_01]: We have Jay Campbell on Jay.
- 7:18[SPEAKER_01]: Welcome to the show.
- 7:19[SPEAKER_00]: Was it an honor to be here and talking off air with you?
- 7:22[SPEAKER_00]: I know this is going to be epic content so I'm looking forward to it.
- 7:25[SPEAKER_01]: I know, we just found out like, we're neighbors.
- 7:27[SPEAKER_01]: We're basically saying, like, I went to school the other.
- 7:31[SPEAKER_01]: No, we didn't, but yeah, he totally knows where I live to.
- 7:35[SPEAKER_01]: And no one knows where Canyon Lake is.
- 7:36[SPEAKER_01]: So right there, I'm just like, What?
- 7:40[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, oh, yeah.
- 7:41[SPEAKER_01]: This is awesome.
- 7:43[SPEAKER_01]: Jay, we're going to be diving all into like hormones, peptides, optimization, anti-aging, like all of my favorite things and all of the things that people have questions with and I know you are the man to like answer them all.
- 7:58[SPEAKER_01]: So,
- 7:59[SPEAKER_00]: You have a very seat.
- 8:00[SPEAKER_00]: I received that and I will definitely tell you that I feel like I definitely will do a good job of answering them and just again for a little bit from my background, like I have been in the health optimization space before it was even known as health optimization.
- 8:13[SPEAKER_00]: I love that.
- 8:14[SPEAKER_00]: A lot of my friends laugh at me because they're like, bro, if you were to trademark the word optimization when you started using it 20 years ago, you would be very rich.
- 8:24[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 8:24[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, so I'm looking forward to talking to you about this kind of things, but yeah, no doubt.
- 8:28[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, literally I've been doing all this stuff for 30 years.
- 8:30[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, yeah, you're the godfather of it all.
- 8:33[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I mean, I really am on the OG.
- 8:35[SPEAKER_01]: You are the OG for sure for sure.
- 8:37[SPEAKER_01]: So how did this all begin for you?
- 8:40[SPEAKER_01]: Like, how did you become the original gangster of this this space and health and fitness and wellness?
- 8:47[SPEAKER_00]: So I think it's a great question.
- 8:48[SPEAKER_00]: I think, by the way, no one's ever asked me that because they always just jumped into the TRT stuff.
- 8:52[SPEAKER_00]: But I don't want to know, give it to me.
- 8:55[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, no, no, it's great.
- 8:56[SPEAKER_00]: It's a great question.
- 8:57[SPEAKER_00]: I've never answered.
- 8:57[SPEAKER_00]: So I'm an oldest of nine children.
- 8:59[SPEAKER_00]: So six boys and three girls.
- 9:01[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, man.
- 9:01[SPEAKER_00]: My mom actually gave birth to 10.
- 9:04[SPEAKER_00]: And the first one, his name was Christopher Jay.
- 9:07[SPEAKER_00]: And he died of cids, right?
- 9:08[SPEAKER_00]: And we can get into what cids actually is.
- 9:10[SPEAKER_00]: And this podcast that we want to talk about it.
- 9:12[SPEAKER_00]: But I actually feel like I was like an avenging angel.
- 9:16[SPEAKER_00]: to him, even though I didn't know it at the time because I was born literally 10 months later, and my mom never busy, you know, typical Catholic Irish Catholics.
- 9:26[SPEAKER_00]: But I had no idea about
- 9:30[SPEAKER_00]: Vaccines or SIDs or any of the stuff and this is a true story.
- 9:33[SPEAKER_00]: I was a college athlete, you know, a successful high school basketball soccer player and then I played basketball and college But when I was 25 years old, I was living in Southern California.
- 9:44[SPEAKER_00]: I had just moved out there from going to college and Georgia Southwestern University, which was in America, Georgia.
- 9:49[SPEAKER_00]: Don't even try to find that on a map.
- 9:51[SPEAKER_00]: The only thing you need to know is that's where Jimmy Carter came from.
- 9:53[SPEAKER_01]: Okay friends and in Cata, but
- 9:57[SPEAKER_00]: So I was playing basketball and adult men's basketball league.
- 10:01[SPEAKER_00]: And I was like, I guess a 25 years old, and I ran into this guy who was playing who was a chiropractor.
- 10:08[SPEAKER_00]: And his name was Dr. Brian Haas, and I had a little bit of issues in my little back and spine, and I knew nothing about chiropractic at this point.
- 10:16[SPEAKER_00]: I was obviously an athlete and stuff and took care of my body, but he was like, look, you should come see me next week.
- 10:21[SPEAKER_00]: It was like on a Saturday on the playground playing and Southern California.
- 10:23[SPEAKER_00]: I think we were playing in Santa Monica.
- 10:26[SPEAKER_00]: So I said, man, why not, you know, see what this is about?
- 10:31[SPEAKER_00]: So I went and I got it adjusted.
- 10:32[SPEAKER_00]: The very next week, I came back for my second adjustment.
- 10:35[SPEAKER_00]: We barely knew each other and he handed me this book that was called The Sanctity of Human Blood.
- 10:40[SPEAKER_00]: And when he handed to me and I looked at it, I was, you know, because my hand was like, oh, wow, this is so nice.
- 10:45[SPEAKER_00]: Thanks for giving this to me.
- 10:46[SPEAKER_00]: But I was like, why are you giving this to me?
- 10:47[SPEAKER_00]: I swear to God, he literally said something told me this morning to give this book to you.
- 10:53[SPEAKER_00]: I'm telling you, dude, I knew this guy twice in my life madam.
- 10:56[SPEAKER_00]: I played basketball on the playground with him, and then got adjusted by him, and this is now my second visit to his office, which by the way, he was in Montrose, California, because I lived in Pasadena, and we were literally to drive over to Santa Monica and to play in these really good competitive, you know, men's open leagues at the beach.
- 11:13[SPEAKER_00]: And they weren't leagues, they were just pick up at the time.
- 11:15[SPEAKER_00]: But anyway, him and I became good friends, he became my carapractor.
- 11:18[SPEAKER_00]: So I rev this book,
- 11:20[SPEAKER_00]: And again, it fascinated me that it was a book that was written like 1986 or 87, you know, you can look it up on Amazon.
- 11:28[SPEAKER_00]: By the way, this is one of those books that's now $3,000 on Amazon.
- 11:32[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, so nobody can read it.
- 11:34[SPEAKER_00]: But it was the world's leading pathologists, which obviously studied blood and lab markers, all got together to write a book about how vaccines are the biggest scam in the history of the world.
- 11:45[SPEAKER_00]: And it was all this incredible science driven, you know, material before the Google could edit things and cancel culture and all that stuff.
- 11:55[SPEAKER_00]: And I read this book.
- 11:56[SPEAKER_00]: Then again, I'm 25 years old.
- 11:59[SPEAKER_00]: and I just turned 25.
- 12:00[SPEAKER_00]: And so then at that point, let's saw, I became that guy that when, like, if you started talking to me and I didn't have kids or a wife or anything, I'm too young at that point, but like, I was that guy that told people not to get the backs.
- 12:13[SPEAKER_00]: Like, don't let your kids get vaccinated.
- 12:15[SPEAKER_00]: Like, I became that crazy guy, like, like, raised, wanting me at your freaking barbecue on the weekend because if I was to start talking about that kind of stuff.
- 12:22[SPEAKER_00]: And so that all happened at like 25 years old,
- 12:26[SPEAKER_00]: that's when I really started getting into this right and this would be health optimization peptides hormones you know supreme fitness tip of the speed of knowledge right but it all really started from there and I haven't really I don't think I've ever told that story on a podcast so congratulations for getting that but that book shaped the rest of my life because then I started realizing wait a minute nothing is as it seems right you know the medical system is a sham
- 12:50[SPEAKER_00]: Um, everything as you know now at this point where we are now 22 almost 20 27.
- 12:54[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, what is it a sham?
- 12:55[SPEAKER_00]: It's like the inverse of everything, but it really trying to lead me down a path of searching stuff out and not just reading what I wrote, you know, a red, I mean, and verifying, but actually and taking out is that this is a conceptual truth that then verifying it by my experience.
- 13:12[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 13:13[SPEAKER_00]: So, in 2029, I got kicked in the testicles, playing in the same men's basketball league with that same guy, by the way, but nothing to do with me finding therapeutic testosterone.
- 13:23[SPEAKER_00]: But when I went to my PPO doctor at the time, I was working for the Los Angeles Times.
- 13:27[SPEAKER_00]: I was literally one month from turning 30.
- 13:29[SPEAKER_00]: he recommended me to an endocrinologist.
- 13:31[SPEAKER_00]: He just happened to just like randomly no when he ran my lab work that it was like there's no way this dude should have to.
- 13:36[SPEAKER_00]: A stoster on levels of a geriatric male.
- 13:39[SPEAKER_00]: And so he sent me to this endocrinologist who again happened to be Harvard-trained, world-renowned, no coincidence as only synchronicities.
- 13:46[SPEAKER_00]: And so he taught me the value of therapeutic testosterone.
- 13:49[SPEAKER_00]: He put me on testosterone and after that, do my whole life take.
- 13:52[SPEAKER_00]: And this is a 1999 because I'll be 56 in February, so I'm 55 and a half.
- 13:59[SPEAKER_00]: I'm 55.7.
- 14:00[SPEAKER_00]: I think right now.
- 14:02[SPEAKER_00]: And I literally just became this passionate, voracious student of all things I could read about hormones.
- 14:09[SPEAKER_00]: And at the same time, as I was reading about hormones and learning about hormones, peptides, you know,
- 14:18[SPEAKER_00]: communities, and so I became a student about that stuff.
- 14:21[SPEAKER_00]: And again, as I always say, and as my PR company now sells me or on behalf of me, is like, Jay's not just knowledgeable about the science, he's applied it to himself, physiologically, right?
- 14:32[SPEAKER_00]: So it's nothing that I talk about ever that I haven't actually used on myself, on my wife, on my friends, you know, my inner circle, my, you know, the thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of people that worked for me or worked with me or following me online.
- 14:45[SPEAKER_00]: So I can always come from a place
- 14:47[SPEAKER_00]: I understand the science, but I also have used it and I think that's probably given me a really great insight and maybe a way up on what are the other people that are in the same space because a lot of them can read the science and interpret the data, but they don't do it.
- 15:07[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 15:07[SPEAKER_00]: And that's when a lot of people are like I think today because they're not actually doing it, you know, and I could go on and on and that's a whole other podcast.
- 15:15[SPEAKER_00]: That's yeah, does is taking complex data from all these, you know, health out the musicians interventions and making them relatable to the average person because I've done it myself.
- 15:26[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 15:26[SPEAKER_01]: I love that.
- 15:27[SPEAKER_01]: And they're I say that so many times with like I see personal trainers and in that space and they're just working on the ones like they see their content.
- 15:36[SPEAKER_01]: They train them and they're not working on the mindset they're not knowing what was eating before and after and their alcohol intake and their sleep and like hormones and everything.
- 15:45[SPEAKER_01]: And I look at them and I'm like it's because the trainers not doing of themselves either.
- 15:50[SPEAKER_01]: They haven't gone on that journey.
- 15:54[SPEAKER_01]: Your story of like when it kind of clicked for you like so young, I can kind of relate to that because, you know, you're so ahead of the time.
- 16:02[SPEAKER_01]: You were so ahead of your time and so was my mom.
- 16:05[SPEAKER_01]: And we started for me of just like really questioning things.
- 16:08[SPEAKER_01]: My mom would save like a newspaper clipings about when they would talk about cow's milk.
- 16:13[SPEAKER_01]: And I grew up not drinking it.
- 16:15[SPEAKER_01]: My mom is like, no, we're not going to drink it.
- 16:17[SPEAKER_01]: There's no reason to go back and drink the breast milk of a cow.
- 16:20[SPEAKER_01]: She's like, it doesn't make sense.
- 16:22[SPEAKER_01]: And she was like, oh, he's on top of the things like that.
- 16:24[SPEAKER_01]: And that changed me.
- 16:26[SPEAKER_01]: Like, I question things.
- 16:28[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm like, oh, yeah, it does make sense.
- 16:30[SPEAKER_01]: And it does kind of like, let that way into like college and like, I don't know, just how everything started.
- 16:36[SPEAKER_01]: But it's funny how those things were so young, change our brain, and tweak us.
- 16:43[SPEAKER_00]: No, 100% and I think about that guy and we only haven't talked anymore.
- 16:47[SPEAKER_00]: He's in my, you know, um, actually I should tell you a laugh.
- 16:50[SPEAKER_00]: He's a face book friend, but face book deleted me four and a half years ago now and it's one of the things they did.
- 16:57[SPEAKER_00]: No, but listen, I'm not kidding you.
- 16:59[SPEAKER_00]: They won't even let me log in.
- 17:01[SPEAKER_00]: So that, you know, how when they block a business page, you know, from advertising or whatever, then they just lock you out personal.
- 17:07[SPEAKER_00]: So I mean, I actually can't actually interlead to them because we changed our cell phone numbers.
- 17:11[SPEAKER_00]: My wife and I didn't want to move to Florida two years ago and I don't have his number anymore.
- 17:15[SPEAKER_00]: So I don't actually have a way to, you know, get a hold of these people because I can't get into Facebook.
- 17:19[SPEAKER_00]: But you're right.
- 17:19[SPEAKER_00]: And I think my, my take home of what you just said is, especially with the trainers comment
- 17:27[SPEAKER_00]: If you really want to be respected in today's Dan age and world, because there's so much noise, right?
- 17:34[SPEAKER_00]: As I said, like when I was learning this stuff, it was much easier, because the signal to noise ratio is pure signal.
- 17:40[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, you know this, right?
- 17:41[SPEAKER_00]: 2000.
- 17:42[SPEAKER_00]: If you went online to research something, you only had really smart people.
- 17:47[SPEAKER_00]: You only had people that were like naturally inquisitive, very intellectually curious, critical thinkers, you know, independent thinkers, and everybody was crowdsourcing their information, sharing it with each other.
- 17:59[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, a lot of times anonymously, right?
- 18:01[SPEAKER_00]: Because nobody used names.
- 18:02[SPEAKER_00]: They used like handles, right?
- 18:05[SPEAKER_00]: I remember I was in this forum called Annabolic, the Annabolic forum, I know it was this guy called Mr. Nobody and he was, I mean, I never ever learned his real name.
- 18:13[SPEAKER_00]: He died, but he mentored me for 10 years.
- 18:17[SPEAKER_00]: You know, so there were tons of people that that time, you know, again, on the internet before it became whatever kind of non-sensical AI driven circus that it is now, well, you could actually get real information from really, really smart people.
- 18:31[SPEAKER_00]: You just had to
- 18:36[SPEAKER_00]: And that's literally what you said, and so few people are living demonstrations.
- 18:41[SPEAKER_00]: They can talk and talk in my coach calls that you have to walk your talk.
- 18:46[SPEAKER_00]: You have to talk your walk, but a lot of people squawk.
- 18:50[SPEAKER_00]: but they don't walk their talk.
- 18:52[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, and that drives me crazy with other people with, you know, they might be like a business coach or a therapist for something, you know?
- 19:01[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm like, man, if you were only in shape, I can't stand it.
- 19:05[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like, you are walking Billboard.
- 19:08[SPEAKER_01]: And I just don't really fucking trust what you're saying and like your commitment and dedication and like when your body isn't what it could be or should be.
- 19:18[SPEAKER_00]: Remember what Jack Nicholson said?
- 19:19[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, you and I are in the same 100% way of life.
- 19:22[SPEAKER_00]: But Jack Nicholson said, you, you know, to Tom Hanks and a few good men.
- 19:25[SPEAKER_00]: You can't handle the truth.
- 19:26[SPEAKER_00]: And then it was, but here's the reality.
- 19:29[SPEAKER_00]: And this is sick.
- 19:31[SPEAKER_00]: But most people want to be like to.
- 19:35[SPEAKER_00]: Some of the greatest visionary gurus and coaches, whatever you want to call it, philosophical, stoic type people have always said that truth is only for the most sincere.
- 19:48[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, if you're not willing to wake up and honestly be truthful about yourself, I mean Tony Robbins, I'm not a Tony Robbins fan by any stretch, but he has a great statement.
- 19:56[SPEAKER_00]: He says, show me your body, I show you your standards.
- 20:01[SPEAKER_00]: So you're right, but think about like what you said, how powerful this is.
- 20:05[SPEAKER_00]: Like these people are walking around fat and flame, not taking care of themselves.
- 20:11[SPEAKER_00]: And yet there are people paying them for giving a money.
- 20:15[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, yes.
- 20:17[SPEAKER_00]: So imagine how insane the world is that people actually listen to frauds,
- 20:25[SPEAKER_00]: actually give them money because instead I'm actually saying we know what this guy's full of shit while when I listen to him he can't even take care of himself they're gonna be like you know what he's like me I'm not gonna do the work I'm not gonna take care of myself so you know what I'll pay this guy because it's just easier and that's the world that we live in really is sad to think that but that really is the world that we live in
- 20:45[SPEAKER_01]: It is.
- 20:46[SPEAKER_01]: It is.
- 20:47[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
- 20:47[SPEAKER_01]: I got to know like the word optimization and you are like the owner of it.
- 20:52[SPEAKER_01]: Like what does that actually mean?
- 20:54[SPEAKER_01]: Because it's thrown a lot over the place now and I don't think people truly understand what that even means.
- 21:01[SPEAKER_00]: No, it's a great question.
- 21:02[SPEAKER_00]: I honestly mean that's my opinion in personal interpretation of it.
- 21:06[SPEAKER_00]: Optimization is full mastery of mind body spirit.
- 21:11[SPEAKER_00]: And to truly my master mind body spirit, you gotta start with a physical, right?
- 21:17[SPEAKER_00]: Like, and look, I always say this.
- 21:19[SPEAKER_00]: And it's a lot of people, you know, I don't think I understand this because if they have a bin and that position, they don't get it.
- 21:25[SPEAKER_00]: But dude, if you're a fat and inflamed,
- 21:28[SPEAKER_00]: your default state of existence is suffering.
- 21:32[SPEAKER_00]: People don't understand that when you're fat, you have cytokine storms going on at all times in your body.
- 21:40[SPEAKER_00]: You understand?
- 21:41[SPEAKER_00]: So it's like physiologically you feel terrible.
- 21:45[SPEAKER_00]: So it's like I always tell people like first of all, be very empathetic.
- 21:49[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, not sympathetic, empathetic and compassionate for people that are in terrible physical health, right?
- 21:56[SPEAKER_00]: Because they've got all sorts of issues, but you don't understand how physiologically suffering they are.
- 22:00[SPEAKER_00]: And my mom was more believable these the last 20 years of a life.
- 22:03[SPEAKER_00]: And she died of COVID, which of course was the scam.
- 22:06[SPEAKER_00]: She was obviously in poor condition.
- 22:08[SPEAKER_00]: your why mom was one of those people like many people today who don't take care of themselves but run to the hospital and get six boxes and three boosters because that's kind of percatch you from the backs right i mean from the from the covid disease but right the truth is is it it's first physiological health it's a commitment to
- 22:26[SPEAKER_00]: every single day, you know, increasing your movement, patterning, lifting weights, living insulin control, doing all those things, right?
- 22:33[SPEAKER_00]: And then the next thing, and this is what people never get because most people never get to that level, is the spirit mindset part because you first have to have the physiological mastery before you can focus on that.
- 22:45[SPEAKER_00]: And again, it goes back to, well, how is that possible, Joe, you say that people can't be spiritual?
- 22:49[SPEAKER_00]: No, that's not what I'm saying.
- 22:51[SPEAKER_00]: I'm saying if you're inflamed,
- 22:53[SPEAKER_00]: and in a constant state of suffering, it's very, very difficult to place the spirit and the mindset, you know, call it the mind's spirit, respect of the mind body spirit to the forefront.
- 23:05[SPEAKER_00]: So the physiological adaptations, and again, you don't have to be a shredded,
- 23:09[SPEAKER_00]: fitness bro or fitness check, right?
- 23:12[SPEAKER_00]: But you have to be able to bend over and touch your feet and tie your shoes and stretch and be, you know, have enough physical elasticity in your body that you can pick up your grandkids or pick up your king or whatever like that.
- 23:25[SPEAKER_00]: It's not that's what I mean when I talk about the physical stuff.
- 23:28[SPEAKER_00]: But most people, especially in today's day and age, Melissa, are doing nothing.
- 23:33[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, AI has removed the necessity of doing anything.
- 23:39[SPEAKER_00]: I know physical movements standpoint.
- 23:42[SPEAKER_00]: It's an incredible, how crazy it foul-fast people are deteriorating because they don't move.
- 23:47[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, I know.
- 23:48[SPEAKER_01]: And like, people don't want to ask the questions to themselves.
- 23:51[SPEAKER_01]: They want to ask the chat.
- 23:52[SPEAKER_01]: Like, I had a kind of other day that was like, well, I'll just ask chat to be like, what I should eat for a snack for this.
- 23:57[SPEAKER_01]: And I was like, hold on.
- 23:59[SPEAKER_01]: What did you just say?
- 24:01[SPEAKER_01]: I was like, you need to think about what you need to eat, not have something else.
- 24:06[SPEAKER_01]: I was like, that scared me.
- 24:07[SPEAKER_01]: That was like, wow, that was an eye-opening moment.
- 24:10[SPEAKER_00]: Well, I want to go deeper on that because I say this all the time.
- 24:14[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm very open about admitting this.
- 24:16[SPEAKER_00]: And people can probably look at me and say, well, you're a fool.
- 24:20[SPEAKER_00]: I have never in my entire life once, used AI.
- 24:23[SPEAKER_00]: I refuse.
- 24:24[SPEAKER_00]: I will not summarize a book.
- 24:26[SPEAKER_00]: I will not summarize things.
- 24:27[SPEAKER_00]: I will not use it to respond.
- 24:29[SPEAKER_00]: I will not use it as an LMM.
- 24:32[SPEAKER_00]: Look, I have people that I pay that can help me create, you know, content or whatever, like for example, like I have this incredible sort of vacation course.
- 24:40[SPEAKER_00]: It's coming out on November, in the early November.
- 24:43[SPEAKER_00]: This guy who's also been in my inner circle for six years, he's a very high level successful vice president with the late and two sh on the health care side.
- 24:52[SPEAKER_00]: He's scraped all of my data from the last 30 years.
- 24:56[SPEAKER_00]: Like everything private, I gave him access for the private stuff and then the public and he created this incredible course again, it's using Claude.
- 25:03[SPEAKER_00]: And then we added it and we filmed it and it's incredible.
- 25:06[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, it's 23 and a half hours of content.
- 25:09[SPEAKER_00]: It's so insane, like most people will never even get through it Melissa, but it's like, you know, for people that are, you know, trainers, health coaches, functional medicine people, like they can take this and they can learn about peptides and bioregulars.
- 25:19[SPEAKER_00]: But the end of the day, I did nothing that was AI-related.
- 25:23[SPEAKER_00]: So I see the value that AI can give to people.
- 25:26[SPEAKER_00]: Sure.
- 25:27[SPEAKER_00]: If you use it as a tool, but to your point,
- 25:30[SPEAKER_00]: People are walking around wearing meta-glasses, recording information, and hitting the button, you know, for people for them to respond to people's text, to people's emails, to people's items, it's insane.
- 25:44[SPEAKER_00]: And what they don't understand to you what you just said is, the brain is a muscle.
- 25:49[SPEAKER_00]: If you stop using your brain, what do you think is going to happen?
- 25:53[SPEAKER_00]: And to your point, and again, this is the term I have with my inner circle, we call it AI brain.
- 25:58[SPEAKER_00]: Most people today right now are not capable.
- 26:02[SPEAKER_00]: I sort of got this as sad, but it's just be honest.
- 26:04[SPEAKER_00]: They're not capable of responding to you with intellectual cross curiosity or rigor or even create a thought because they used the they let the AI do it for them.
- 26:14[SPEAKER_01]: I know.
- 26:15[SPEAKER_01]: I said, next to a girl on a plane who was literally on a dating FBI was totally looking at her phone.
- 26:20[SPEAKER_01]: And she was having chat with a guy personally.
- 26:28[SPEAKER_00]: And then they wonder why they can't find a person.
- 26:29[SPEAKER_00]: But look, this is going, I know.
- 26:32[SPEAKER_00]: I think the big, the big, take home picture of this is that people like you and I.
- 26:35[SPEAKER_00]: And thankfully, there's still enough of us.
- 26:37[SPEAKER_00]: We'll never go to the restaurant.
- 26:39[SPEAKER_00]: We're not going to go into the transhuman.
- 26:41[SPEAKER_00]: Be me up into cloud, let AI take over my life.
- 26:44[SPEAKER_00]: But as you know, many people will, because many people are afraid of contrast.
- 26:51[SPEAKER_00]: They're afraid of difficulty.
- 26:53[SPEAKER_00]: They're afraid of lifting weights.
- 26:54[SPEAKER_00]: They don't want to ever feel pain.
- 26:57[SPEAKER_00]: They don't want to ever feel discomfort.
- 26:59[SPEAKER_00]: Don't even get me started on that.
- 27:01[SPEAKER_00]: Old.
- 27:01[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, I mean, I mean, I get 100 years ago.
- 27:05[SPEAKER_00]: You would not make it past 10 if you did not embrace this comfort.
- 27:09[SPEAKER_00]: That's what people don't understand anymore.
- 27:12[SPEAKER_00]: There was no it's the carter, you know, app for that or, you know, door to ash.
- 27:18[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, did most of these young kids that can't even open a can of tuna?
- 27:22[SPEAKER_01]: I know.
- 27:24[SPEAKER_01]: If we had to carry our own water, like the world would just die.
- 27:27[SPEAKER_01]: Like we're not strong enough to go get buckets of water anymore.
- 27:30[SPEAKER_01]: Like the world's just as we would die if we had to get our own water, but you know, you're absolutely right.
- 27:37[SPEAKER_01]: And like I see this so much with women too, they don't know how to push too fatigue.
- 27:42[SPEAKER_01]: They're like, I watch him there again.
- 27:44[SPEAKER_01]: Ted, no, I'm like, why stop?
- 27:46[SPEAKER_00]: He's stopped.
- 27:47[SPEAKER_01]: Why'd you stop?
- 27:48[SPEAKER_01]: And they're like, oh, well, it was hurting.
- 27:49[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like, no, bitch, I want you going to, you think your arm's going to fall off.
- 27:52[SPEAKER_01]: And then you're going to do that for more times.
- 27:55[SPEAKER_01]: And it's just this wild concept.
- 27:57[SPEAKER_01]: And I am constantly just beating that into people's heads of like, you have to get uncomfortable with being uncomfortable.
- 28:08[SPEAKER_01]: And there and no one was our taught this.
- 28:10[SPEAKER_01]: No one's talking about it.
- 28:12[SPEAKER_01]: No one's pushing their kids.
- 28:13[SPEAKER_01]: Don't even get me started with going on in the whole teenage, laying on in what I'm seeing with that.
- 28:18[SPEAKER_00]: Do you know the number one criteria for kids for people on to the age of 25 is your follower account?
- 28:25[SPEAKER_00]: It's the most, I mean, I mean, I can tell you how insane it all is.
- 28:29[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, I don't want to, because I think we can, there's a lot more great stuff we can talk about on the podcast.
- 28:33[SPEAKER_00]: But really, it really is seemingly hopeless for large swaths of younger generations, generational society.
- 28:42[SPEAKER_00]: And obviously, I always say the only, the only antidote is having parents.
- 28:46[SPEAKER_00]: who step in and proactively teach their kids and proactively remove tech out of their hands you know proactively keep them from doom scrolling on TikTok and snapchat and Instagram and all these other and I'm sure there's other ones now but it's just it's insane and I look at you know I'm a parent I mean I have five children I have you know three non biologicals two of them I completely raised all the way from you know essentially cradle to grave
- 29:13[SPEAKER_00]: And until they get to the grade, but for me, you know, cradle to the right, the independent functional dome off the gravy train, and then two of those still on the gravy train.
- 29:21[SPEAKER_00]: And you know, one is 18 and she's awesome.
- 29:23[SPEAKER_00]: She's a freshman at Florida stage.
- 29:24[SPEAKER_00]: She's on a full academic honor scholarship.
- 29:27[SPEAKER_00]: Nice.
- 29:27[SPEAKER_00]: And then the 16 year old is
- 29:29[SPEAKER_00]: Let's just hope she makes it out of high school, right?
- 29:31[SPEAKER_00]: But like, I want to.
- 29:33[SPEAKER_00]: You, you is a parent.
- 29:35[SPEAKER_00]: It's your job, you break in to their digital world.
- 29:40[SPEAKER_00]: You know, it's called the digital life.
- 29:43[SPEAKER_00]: And block that from taking them over because they will literally become a hive-minded board who will be, who will want to be beamed up.
- 29:51[SPEAKER_00]: And like you said, literally be having
- 29:53[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, think about it.
- 29:54[SPEAKER_00]: You just saw it.
- 29:55[SPEAKER_00]: These kids will be dating AI people.
- 29:58[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, robots.
- 29:59[SPEAKER_01]: We'll be having sex with just robots.
- 30:03[SPEAKER_00]: No one better come on.
- 30:05[SPEAKER_00]: So I'm like a really awesome punk rock.
- 30:07[SPEAKER_00]: So I'm called sex with robots or something like that.
- 30:09[SPEAKER_01]: I think I remember that.
- 30:11[SPEAKER_01]: I think there is.
- 30:12[SPEAKER_01]: But like, you know, if we're looking at the big picture of this, too, because, you know, let's start transitioning into peptides because there is a lot of misuse with them.
- 30:23[SPEAKER_01]: And the parents of these kids, they're looking for that shortcut.
- 30:27[SPEAKER_01]: They're looking for the hack, you know, they don't want to do the work.
- 30:30[SPEAKER_01]: Like, how do you involve your company, your life with peptides while dealing with the world of shortcuts and like I just ate this shot, I could just take this pill.
- 30:42[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, it's it's it's it's a great question.
- 30:44[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, the truth is so I'll take a bigger angle because I've never really covered in this perspective, but the truth is right now is that peptides are the single and and really all those
- 31:05[SPEAKER_00]: And as you know, alopathic medicine is controlled by pharma and pharma makes drugs, which I always tell people are made literally through petroleum distillate.
- 31:16[SPEAKER_00]: So all the medications are oil-based.
- 31:19[SPEAKER_00]: And when you take an oil-based pharmaceutical compound, it breaks up in the body and causes systemic side effects.
- 31:26[SPEAKER_00]: And so all these old boomers and even, you know, people, you know, our generation and even already on, you know, 10 prescription meds.
- 31:33[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 31:34[SPEAKER_00]: They're taking meds literally Melissa to counter the side effects of the meds breaking down in the body.
- 31:40[SPEAKER_00]: So again, if you look at the actual tables of insurance, the average a man, woman in America, guys somewhere between 64 and 72.
- 31:50[SPEAKER_00]: And it's usually based on how many medications they've been taking for how many decades and I mean I'm telling you I'm not joking about this.
- 31:56[SPEAKER_00]: They have actually where he cables and insurance models that predict when the person will die and Usually they die because they can't afford the medication that they now have to take from the side effects of the 20 previous years So right you think about on saying all this is and now you have this incredible You know products like peptides by regulators small molecules that did none of that they're all
- 32:16[SPEAKER_00]: created and found actually in the human body.
- 32:19[SPEAKER_00]: Now, yes, they're synthesizing a lab to use them.
- 32:21[SPEAKER_00]: There's all these different delivery systems.
- 32:23[SPEAKER_00]: Obviously, you can inject them, you can snort them.
- 32:25[SPEAKER_00]: You can put them on your skin.
- 32:26[SPEAKER_00]: You can rub them in your hair.
- 32:28[SPEAKER_00]: Now they have strips that you can put on your tongue and they can be absorbed beautifully through the gum and through the cheeks and stuff like that.
- 32:34[SPEAKER_00]: And by the way, there's all sorts of new delivery systems coming.
- 32:36[SPEAKER_00]: So
- 32:37[SPEAKER_00]: They are amazing, the most important thing for people, especially, you know, your listeners, my listeners, audiences out there, is that we have to always recognize them as tools.
- 32:48[SPEAKER_00]: They're not easy buttons and they're not magic bullets.
- 32:51[SPEAKER_00]: They're not going to fix a broken lifestyle.
- 32:54[SPEAKER_00]: They're not going to fix a person, man or woman who doesn't do the work that we've been talking about, who doesn't like feeling uncomfortable or comfortable, being uncomfortable, like you still have to
- 33:07[SPEAKER_00]: in a physical avatar body, which by the way is imagine that's a whole other conscious episode, but like your physical body is housing, you know, spiritual energy, your soul, your tea, your organ energy, whatever you want to call it.
- 33:21[SPEAKER_00]: There's a million different names for it.
- 33:22[SPEAKER_00]: And how are you going to make it last 100 years, 120 years?
- 33:27[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, for most people it's 80, if you can even get that for, if you don't move.
- 33:32[SPEAKER_00]: if you don't do the things that you know and I know and our listeners know that makes you live.
- 33:38[SPEAKER_00]: you know, productively, you know, for 80 to 100 to 120.
- 33:41[SPEAKER_00]: And I believe, honestly, and I'm not an obviously a transuminous, I believe that with our knowledge now, I believe that men and women can live to 150 and really good health.
- 33:51[SPEAKER_00]: And when I mean 150, you know, a lot of people think, no, my wife is one of them, she's like, I don't want to live without 100.
- 33:57[SPEAKER_00]: My skin will fall off, and I'm like, you're, you're misunderstanding what you can actually do.
- 34:02[SPEAKER_00]: with the technologies and, you know, adjuvence that we have now, if you do the right things.
- 34:07[SPEAKER_00]: And again, there's no body out there right now that has been doing the right things, right?
- 34:12[SPEAKER_00]: The boomer culture is falling apart.
- 34:15[SPEAKER_00]: They've only been using, you know, drugs and stuff injecting stuff.
- 34:19[SPEAKER_00]: So it's like there's a possibility now with the knowledge that we have, the people can live a lot longer and live a lot healthier, but again, they're not easy buttons.
- 34:28[SPEAKER_00]: Right?
- 34:28[SPEAKER_00]: And GOP peptide and lose a hundred pounds and not lift weights, eat enough protein and understand if you're hormonally optimized and actually think that's going to work.
- 34:38[SPEAKER_00]: And it's crazy, but I'll actually give medicine a little bit of a credit because they recently invented a term that's called Sharkopenic Obesity.
- 34:50[SPEAKER_00]: So we know a friend, but the woman, she was 250 pounds and she should be 135.
- 34:56[SPEAKER_00]: She lost a hundred pounds and then she went, you know, of course, using some smag with IGLP one, which by the way is also useless, but anyway, she lost a hundred pounds.
- 35:06[SPEAKER_00]: No exercise, no lifting weights, no eating enough protein, no idea or clue if she had a hormonal dysregulation, which of course she did because she's in her late 40s.
- 35:15[SPEAKER_00]: you know, and she's already in menopause or post menopause.
- 35:18[SPEAKER_00]: And she went and had a dexa and a bod pod done.
- 35:22[SPEAKER_00]: She lives in so cal.
- 35:23[SPEAKER_00]: She's close to you.
- 35:24[SPEAKER_00]: And dude, you ready for this?
- 35:26[SPEAKER_00]: She was fatter.
- 35:29[SPEAKER_00]: Coddy composition wise after losing underpants.
- 35:32[SPEAKER_00]: I see this is what people have to understand.
- 35:35[SPEAKER_00]: If you do use a GLP-123 and there's four and five's coming and you don't lift, you don't even have protein.
- 35:41[SPEAKER_00]: You don't do all the things that we talk about.
- 35:45[SPEAKER_00]: you're really fucked because these are supremely powerful metabolic drugs and they will literally burn muscle right off your body.
- 35:53[SPEAKER_00]: So imagine hundreds of pounds and she went to 140 so she's like five pounds from her goal weight and she was 49% body fat.
- 36:03[SPEAKER_01]: Oh my gosh, he doesn't lift weights, Melissa.
- 36:06[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, and he shouldn't.
- 36:07[SPEAKER_00]: People don't understand if you don't lift weights and eat it up protein and make sure you're hormonally optimized or balanced.
- 36:14[SPEAKER_00]: And you take these things.
- 36:15[SPEAKER_00]: It strips muscle faster than it strips fat.
- 36:18[SPEAKER_00]: Because again, muscle is much more metabolicly active.
- 36:21[SPEAKER_00]: So it's going to get burned with these, you know, enhancing metabolism and stopping you eating much faster than the fat is.
- 36:32[SPEAKER_00]: that they become fatter, and so their body composition shifts to being sarcopenic obesity, which is literally a scientific term for being skinny fat.
- 36:42[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 36:42[SPEAKER_00]: So now you're skinny and you're more than the obese.
- 36:46[SPEAKER_01]: What's the time are we seeing like life expectancy when I mean do we have any research on that yet of the skinny fat or is this so so if you so it's a great question so in my book let me pull it up Is such a monster so I publish this book in February of this year.
- 37:02[SPEAKER_00]: It's a good text book.
- 37:04[SPEAKER_00]: It's way too long and has way too many scientific references and most people as you know can't fucking read
- 37:10[SPEAKER_00]: But the truth is, is that we examined all the science, and there's a lot of science on GLP-2G, even read a true type, which as you know, is not at the approved from Lily.
- 37:20[SPEAKER_00]: And all of the research shows that if you do all the things, again, and I'll just define it right now, you need enough protein, you optimize your hormones, you lift weights, you get enough sleep, you mitigate EMF.
- 37:32[SPEAKER_00]: If you do those things, it's really basic.
- 37:35[SPEAKER_00]: And you use a microdose, obviously again, the difference between a pill and a poison is always the dosage, but you use a microdose of these not the package insert dose that the doctor tells you to use to make money and fucking black your receptor you will.
- 37:48[SPEAKER_00]: lose fat before you lose muscle.
- 37:52[SPEAKER_00]: And you will most important thing maintain the weight loss, which is again, fat loss, right?
- 37:58[SPEAKER_00]: So all the science even demonstrates that.
- 38:00[SPEAKER_00]: And again, in the practice of it, which I've been, you know, ahead of this game now since 2020, I've been able to help hundreds of thousands of people with microdosing GLP 1, 2 and 3.
- 38:10[SPEAKER_00]: I never see it.
- 38:11[SPEAKER_00]: I never see people.
- 38:13[SPEAKER_00]: We have a whole chapter in that book called the transformations.
- 38:16[SPEAKER_00]: And I've seen people lose 400 pounds.
- 38:18[SPEAKER_00]: You know, I've seen people lose 30 pounds.
- 38:20[SPEAKER_00]: I've seen Google lose 12 pounds.
- 38:21[SPEAKER_00]: You know, just to get shredded or whatever to take a picture or letting photoshoot or whatever.
- 38:25[SPEAKER_00]: But like the truth is, is if you do it right, they're the greatest interventions in the history of the world.
- 38:30[SPEAKER_00]: And here's the thing that really will blow your mind is, what most people don't know, and this is all the latest like four or five months, is the research is showing that when their microdost, they actually eliminate obsessive compulsive disorders.
- 38:46[SPEAKER_00]: So porn addictions, drug addictions, weed addictions, bait addictions, smoking addictions go away.
- 38:52[SPEAKER_00]: People literally never have a craving to even smoke a cigarette ever again.
- 38:57[SPEAKER_00]: So it's permanently changing the dopaminergic in the serotonergic signaling pathways in the brain.
- 39:04[SPEAKER_00]: And it positive beneficial way.
- 39:06[SPEAKER_00]: And so that's why I tell people like, again, you just have to use them as a tool.
- 39:11[SPEAKER_00]: And it's you as the individual, you have to be personally responsible to understand how to do them.
- 39:15[SPEAKER_00]: And this is where we have the problem, right?
- 39:17[SPEAKER_00]: Because we have so many retarded influencers on social media talking about them who know nothing.
- 39:22[SPEAKER_00]: And a little bit of understanding them.
- 39:24[SPEAKER_00]: And they're out there glamorizing themselves and saying, take this dose of true tide.
- 39:30[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, listen, there are college kids right now.
- 39:33[SPEAKER_00]: taking six to eight milligrams a week of rotatruthide and doing giant tick-tock Instagram snapchat video presentation so all these other kids I want to I want people to understand that that is so utterly retarded in your responsible it is I have been using rotatruthides since 2023 I take
- 39:54[SPEAKER_00]: Point two five milligrams twice a week.
- 39:59[SPEAKER_00]: My wife takes point one five milligrams once a week.
- 40:03[SPEAKER_00]: Now imagine being in a 20 year old woman or a 20 year old man.
- 40:07[SPEAKER_00]: And you should take 68 milligrams of this drug a week.
- 40:11[SPEAKER_00]: That is what's leading to muscle loss.
- 40:13[SPEAKER_00]: That's what's leading to thyroid damage.
- 40:15[SPEAKER_00]: That's what's causing these kids hair to fall out.
- 40:18[SPEAKER_00]: Yes.
- 40:19[SPEAKER_00]: I'm sure they can accelerate metabolic disease and cancers and all these other things,
- 40:24[SPEAKER_01]: again, these are very powerful drugs.
- 40:26[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, if you don't understand how to use them, again, in the context of health and longevity, this is what results.
- 40:32[SPEAKER_00]: And so this is what you see now.
- 40:33[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I see.
- 40:34[SPEAKER_01]: I have a family member, 19 years old male, and his mom is very obese, grandma's very obese, and somehow it has gotten into his head and he's scared of that.
- 40:44[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 40:45[SPEAKER_01]: It's huge at all, just ordering it online and taking that amount.
- 40:50[SPEAKER_01]: And I saw him this summer, and I was like,
- 40:52[SPEAKER_00]: Dude, what happened to you?
- 40:53[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 40:54[SPEAKER_01]: What's going on right now?
- 40:55[SPEAKER_01]: And it doesn't help, Jay, that we see these fucking celebrities that are walking around like skeletons.
- 41:01[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, like, like, dummy more.
- 41:02[SPEAKER_00]: So dude, listen, I was at car.
- 41:04[SPEAKER_01]: Ariana Grande.
- 41:06[SPEAKER_00]: Listen, I was at cons for a documentary release in April actually was in May by the time we got the cons and I saw her she was staying at the same hotel that my wife and I was staying at and I saw her before that picture went around all over the internet like she looked like a living skeleton and when I see these people I instantly know it's like
- 41:23[SPEAKER_00]: how can you be an a-list actor or actress, you know, celebrity have all the money and still can't get a legitimate trainer or physician to describe these things to you correctly.
- 41:35[SPEAKER_00]: It's mind-altering, it's mind-altering.
- 41:38[SPEAKER_00]: You're right, it's just complete misuse and misunderstanding of what to do and it's not helpful.
- 41:44[SPEAKER_00]: And like I said, that word, if there's anything that comes out of this, you know, circle pinnacle obesity is going to become a giant buzzword,
- 41:52[SPEAKER_00]: And the next two years is more and more people become fatter after the uses of GLPs because they're so fucking lazy, but they do any of the things.
- 42:02[SPEAKER_00]: They're just going to sit there on their couch, watch TD and not eat for three days.
- 42:06[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 42:08[SPEAKER_01]: the I think the biggest concern that I've heard going around and people say is the long-term effects like and and like we don't know enough about them what what do you say to that like what are the long-term impacts do we have studies long enough on peptide use for humans?
- 42:25[SPEAKER_00]: Yes.
- 42:25[SPEAKER_00]: So we do.
- 42:26[SPEAKER_00]: So it's a good question.
- 42:28[SPEAKER_00]: So I always try to unpack this by telling people that first off peptide and bioregulated or usage in Russia and Bulgaria goes back 65 years.
- 42:37[SPEAKER_00]: So they have tons of data, tons of peer review, tons of randomized placebo controlled trials and studies, you know, in healthy patients and aging populations that show that they're amazing.
- 42:47[SPEAKER_00]: And again, it's very simple from a scientific standpoint to understand that all of these things are naturally
- 42:55[SPEAKER_00]: which is completely different than most, you know, called Rockefeller, Alapathic.
- 42:59[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 43:00[SPEAKER_00]: Sick care medicine pills, which are drugs, which are, again, petroleum distillates.
- 43:04[SPEAKER_00]: So it's a massive difference.
- 43:06[SPEAKER_00]: They're always risks.
- 43:07[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, as always, if you don't understand how to use something, and again, so many people today are taking so much, right?
- 43:13[SPEAKER_00]: And look, the sick care medical system tells their doctors to prescribe what the package insert says.
- 43:20[SPEAKER_00]: The package insert dosage is literally given to morbidly obese type two diabetics, which are the, you know, a typical person in all the studies.
- 43:30[SPEAKER_00]: And then they try to extrapolate that to a man or woman who's trying to lose 20 pounds.
- 43:35[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 43:35[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 43:35[SPEAKER_00]: So it's like it never applies.
- 43:37[SPEAKER_00]: And if you do that, which is night again, I write about this in the first chapter of this book, 95 percent of people who experienced GOP's fuck themselves up.
- 43:45[SPEAKER_00]: Because they take too high of a dose,
- 43:48[SPEAKER_00]: They blow out their receptors.
- 43:50[SPEAKER_00]: They don't do all the things because the doctor doesn't tell them to do all the things.
- 43:54[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 43:54[SPEAKER_00]: So again, if you're a pharmaceutical company, you're Eli Lilly or Nova Nordisc.
- 43:59[SPEAKER_00]: And again, don't hate to play or hate the game.
- 44:00[SPEAKER_00]: They have the brilliant scientists.
- 44:01[SPEAKER_00]: They create these amazing compounds.
- 44:03[SPEAKER_00]: They can patent them.
- 44:04[SPEAKER_00]: They make billions of not trillions of dollars.
- 44:06[SPEAKER_00]: But it's not their job to make the American consumer or the global consumer healthy.
- 44:12[SPEAKER_00]: It's their job to sell as much of this medication as they possibly can.
- 44:16[SPEAKER_00]: And the food supply chain is you send out the farm rep who then takes the doctor to a weekend course.
- 44:25[SPEAKER_00]: And the weekend course teaches the doctor to prescribe it at the package insert, which is
- 44:31[SPEAKER_00]: 25 to 30 times when a normal healthy person should take again because the people in the studies are more of the obese and type two diabetics.
- 44:38[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 44:38[SPEAKER_00]: It's like a whole system is brilliant.
- 44:41[SPEAKER_00]: So then none of these people ever understand how to dose unless they watch somebody like me.
- 44:45[SPEAKER_00]: And thankfully, there are other doctors out there that do understand this and have been like, you know, documenting their clinical use and microdosing and stuff like that.
- 44:53[SPEAKER_00]: But again, it's not, it's that offered and propagated by the pharmaceutical manufacturers because they don't make money that way.
- 45:00[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 45:00[SPEAKER_00]: So as I always tell people like if you're a consumer or a patient and you watch podcasts like this and you listen to this kind of information, it's on you.
- 45:09[SPEAKER_00]: to become the proactive scientist of your own health.
- 45:11[SPEAKER_00]: If you have to understand appropriate dosing, and you'd like to make sure you don't fall prayer fall into the trap, if the doctor prescribes a team and says, I need you to take six milligrams.
- 45:22[SPEAKER_00]: You could literally say, oh no, Doc, I watched this guy named Jay Campbell.
- 45:24[SPEAKER_00]: He's an insane maniac.
- 45:26[SPEAKER_00]: And he tells me it's 0.25 milligrams a week and if the doctors and intelligence said, well, look, you know, I, I can't tell you how to tell us other than what I give you.
- 45:34[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 45:34[SPEAKER_00]: So it's on the consumer to become informed.
- 45:37[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 45:37[SPEAKER_00]: And that it's a tool.
- 45:38[SPEAKER_00]: And again, when use contextually and contextually means in the context of health and longevity, you micro dose it.
- 45:45[SPEAKER_00]: you take it for as long as you need to get to that gold body weight or get to that area that you wanted to get.
- 45:50[SPEAKER_00]: And then you come off and there's no issue in coming off when you're taking a microdose.
- 45:55[SPEAKER_00]: And your life style said place.
- 45:57[SPEAKER_00]: Exactly, but imagine taking six to eight milligrams of being a 20 year old kid and massively warming and speeding up your metabolism and losing all this muscle.
- 46:06[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, look, the other thing is that I don't want to be like a
- 46:11[SPEAKER_00]: If you take right a true type, which is a very powerful, you know, third-stage triple-stage jagginous peptide, and you take that high of a dose, and you all we need to lose like six to eight pounds, because a lot of these kids would call it looks maxing, do it.
- 46:23[SPEAKER_00]: They're fairing up all sorts of internal stuff.
- 46:26[SPEAKER_00]: Like you can't even imagine the stuff they're doing to like heart wall, you know, vascular bundles.
- 46:31[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, I can only imagine and speculate like how bad it ultimately could be from these kids doing this.
- 46:37[SPEAKER_00]: But hey, man, if you don't understand how to do this, and there's plenty of good information out there, there's definitely more bad information in the good information, you just have to understand where to source your info from.
- 46:48[SPEAKER_01]: I know.
- 46:48[SPEAKER_01]: What the fuck is it going to look like in 10 years?
- 46:51[SPEAKER_00]: When these...
- 46:58[SPEAKER_01]: And A.I.s going to kill us in force.
- 46:59[SPEAKER_01]: So, what are we even doing?
- 47:02[SPEAKER_00]: Exactly.
- 47:04[SPEAKER_01]: And I have to ask like, because I wanted to talk to you about hormones too, and, you know, all of this plays into our home hormones.
- 47:12[SPEAKER_01]: Our entire system is a symphony, you know, how we take care of our body, our muscle, our brain impacts our estrogen, progesterone testosterone, all of it.
- 47:24[SPEAKER_01]: And all of this is throwing us off.
- 47:27[SPEAKER_01]: It's throwing that off, too.
- 47:30[SPEAKER_01]: man, let's start with men.
- 47:33[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
- 47:33[SPEAKER_01]: And I know you said you started back when you were 30 on testosterone.
- 47:37[SPEAKER_00]: I was 29.
- 47:38[SPEAKER_00]: I'm on from turning 30.
- 47:39[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 47:39[SPEAKER_01]: And it changed you.
- 47:41[SPEAKER_01]: You know how many men I know, Jay, that aren't even getting tested.
- 47:44[SPEAKER_01]: Like they, they haven't even gotten blood work and they're like four.
- 47:47[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 47:47[SPEAKER_00]: Most of them are like women, dude.
- 47:49[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, I'll look.
- 47:51[SPEAKER_00]: This is a whole podcast.
- 47:52[SPEAKER_00]: And I know sunrise because I want to talk about women too because women are being
- 47:58[SPEAKER_00]: it's so bad right now so that like I would and I and I say this and I sometimes say I'm you think I'm over estimating and I'm underestimating 80% of men over the age of 25 in North America right now have a testosterone deficiency.
- 48:15[SPEAKER_00]: It's completely undiagnosed because we don't have a medical system that actually has a standard patient of care model to assess hormone dysregulation, but it's obvious when you see them walking around, they have like a lot of estrogenic body fat, you know, they look like chicks.
- 48:33[SPEAKER_00]: If you come up from behind, you can't tell if it's a dude or a woman.
- 48:37[SPEAKER_00]: High-pitched or low-pitched.
- 48:40[SPEAKER_00]: free testosterone deficient man.
- 48:41[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, again, because it's my thing, like I can walk into a crowd and I can listen to a guy talking, I instantly know if it'd be as much as a testosterone.
- 48:48[SPEAKER_00]: Because they just have a specific pitch in their voice that tells that they have no free testosterone, but due to it's an epidemic, and if it's not treated, which it's not going to be,
- 49:01[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, you look around.
- 49:02[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, look at how pathetic our society is.
- 49:04[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, again, like all of our politicians, we have the Epstein class.
- 49:08[SPEAKER_00]: Nobody does anything.
- 49:09[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, listen, two hundred years ago, when men actually had testosterone, we would have gone to the Capitol and cut all the heads off of all the people.
- 49:18[SPEAKER_00]: Seriously.
- 49:19[SPEAKER_00]: Instead.
- 49:21[SPEAKER_00]: You might do this again, who's next, right?
- 49:24[SPEAKER_00]: But now we live in a gutless, morally repugnant, cowardly society.
- 49:30[SPEAKER_00]: We're no one does anything, and we just allow these politicians to steal from us, to rape our kids, to eat our kids.
- 49:36[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 49:36[SPEAKER_00]: the harvest arcades to sell arcades.
- 49:39[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, my god, it's, it's so obvious what's going on.
- 49:42[SPEAKER_00]: And they're all in on it.
- 49:43[SPEAKER_00]: I don't care.
- 49:43[SPEAKER_00]: There's no such thing as right.
- 49:45[SPEAKER_00]: We'll have, you know, Democrat Republican.
- 49:47[SPEAKER_00]: Now it's all of them.
- 49:49[SPEAKER_00]: Exactly.
- 49:50[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, it's a giant scam, dividing, conquer duality.
- 49:53[SPEAKER_00]: But like, the end of the day, getting back to the testosterone situation.
- 49:56[SPEAKER_00]: Like, if you're a man and you do not have enough free circulating testosterone, you pretty much can't get a woman pregnant.
- 50:05[SPEAKER_00]: you are walking around really angry because you don't feel connected to anything.
- 50:12[SPEAKER_00]: You're frustrated all the time.
- 50:14[SPEAKER_00]: You have low energy, you have low dopamine signaling.
- 50:17[SPEAKER_00]: You're absolutely depressed.
- 50:19[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 50:19[SPEAKER_01]: And lack of like that emotional control.
- 50:21[SPEAKER_00]: If you eat at one o'clock and you have no free testosterone, if you eat any kind of high carbs or high saturated fat by two o'clock, you got to take a nap.
- 50:31[SPEAKER_00]: And that's when I always tell people is like the number one symptom of a testosterone deficiency in both men and women is rainfall.
- 50:39[SPEAKER_00]: It is an inability to think, coherently or loosely between 230 and 5 o'clock.
- 50:46[SPEAKER_00]: And a person that has ample food testosterone is so energized and so, you know, surgically tactical in their thought processes, they're still capable of independent thought, free thinking, you know, you'll never find me at any point in the day.
- 50:59[SPEAKER_00]: I don't, I don't act like this.
- 51:01[SPEAKER_00]: And again, I wasn't always like this.
- 51:02[SPEAKER_00]: This was because I became therapeutically testosterone optimized and anyone can do it.
- 51:07[SPEAKER_00]: It's not hard, you know, we understand how to do it now.
- 51:10[SPEAKER_00]: It's a little bit harder for women, not because it doesn't work as well, but because they have to really work on their dosing.
- 51:16[SPEAKER_00]: because it's harder for women, again, you talked about symphony, it's a beautiful word.
- 51:20[SPEAKER_00]: A woman's hormonal symphony is a little bit different than a man's.
- 51:24[SPEAKER_00]: And especially whether they're perimenopausal, menopausal or postmenopausal, so you really have to tweak the dosing.
- 51:31[SPEAKER_00]: But listen, women are also castrated.
- 51:35[SPEAKER_00]: You know, the WHI bullshit that happened in the early 2000s that made women think that they used hormones, they were getting cancer.
- 51:41[SPEAKER_00]: If you understand there is literally 90% of women that are 60 to 80 refuse to use therapeutic hormones.
- 51:49[SPEAKER_00]: And then go through the devastating divorce because the husband leaves them because they won't have sex.
- 51:53[SPEAKER_00]: Because they literally can't have sex.
- 51:55[SPEAKER_00]: They cannot have sex.
- 51:57[SPEAKER_00]: They've now actually cannot.
- 52:00[SPEAKER_00]: get wet for anyone, it's true.
- 52:03[SPEAKER_00]: And they think it's a fucking badge of honor because it's just part of being old and being a woman.
- 52:10[SPEAKER_00]: And you know what, right, my husband, if you deserve, if you want sex to me, I can't give it to him.
- 52:14[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not going to experience pain.
- 52:16[SPEAKER_00]: And I get it, but it's really just a flawed mindset because the medical system told women that they can't optimize their hormones because they're going to get cancer.
- 52:25[SPEAKER_00]: And again, it was all based on a study.
- 52:26[SPEAKER_00]: It was called the NHI study and it's a total flawed scam.
- 52:30[SPEAKER_00]: That 40 years of, you know, call it that age group of demographic of women, which are now all boomers back because they refuse to get hormones.
- 52:42[SPEAKER_00]: And how many times women text me or email me or join my private membership group and they're in their 60s.
- 52:49[SPEAKER_00]: And they say to me, I swear to God, I'm alive.
- 52:50[SPEAKER_00]: This is their statement.
- 52:51[SPEAKER_00]: My doctor won't let me.
- 52:54[SPEAKER_00]: I'm like, what fire you're fucking doctor?
- 52:56[SPEAKER_00]: Right, you have a right to get a second opinion.
- 53:01[SPEAKER_00]: This doctor does not control you.
- 53:03[SPEAKER_00]: What are you talking about?
- 53:04[SPEAKER_00]: There's so much data out there on hormones and women.
- 53:08[SPEAKER_00]: There's so many anecdotal stories.
- 53:09[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, every single woman, and by the way, this is the statement that I got from my doctor who first got me on therapeutic testosterone.
- 53:15[SPEAKER_00]: Again, he was a part of a trained endocrinologist in a genius, Dr. Raymond Spumbs.
- 53:19[SPEAKER_00]: He's literally said that giving a woman hormone is like giving a dry plant water.
- 53:24[SPEAKER_00]: He told me that at 1999 and 2000, when I was working with him.
- 53:28[SPEAKER_00]: So it's like, and now here we are, and we still have 60-year-old women who are destined to hormonally and physiologically, and it's because their doctor says you can't get on hormone, you're going to get you'd-run cancer.
- 53:41[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 53:42[SPEAKER_00]: You're going to get no variant cancer.
- 53:43[SPEAKER_01]: And those women are the ones that are influencing and raised the 40 and 30-year-olds.
- 53:49[SPEAKER_01]: That's their example in their motto for their body mindset.
- 53:52[SPEAKER_01]: How do you see the doctor?
- 53:53[SPEAKER_01]: What to do all of it?
- 53:55[SPEAKER_00]: It's so broken, and they also, you know, which blows my mind is they also for the ones that are giving it.
- 54:02[SPEAKER_00]: What if they won't give them testosterone?
- 54:06[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, they'll give them progesterone or estradiol and not give them testosterone and say, oh, they don't need that.
- 54:11[SPEAKER_00]: That's a man's horn.
- 54:13[SPEAKER_00]: It's still being said.
- 54:14[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, what?
- 54:16[SPEAKER_01]: I know, still, after everything we know, that's still being told.
- 54:23[SPEAKER_00]: still being told and I'm in my wife deals with it all the time, you know, because my wife is, she'll be 55 on November 26 and she's been on therapeutic testosterone for 15 years.
- 54:32[SPEAKER_00]: And, you know, she sees it all the time women.
- 54:35[SPEAKER_00]: And again, the difference in 40, 50 and 60 in above,
- 54:40[SPEAKER_00]: who aren't versus are on, it's life altering.
- 54:43[SPEAKER_00]: Like all you have to do is put five of them in a room with five of them who run testosterone and see the difference in life or centers.
- 54:50[SPEAKER_00]: You'll know.
- 54:50[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, you can't even calculate it.
- 54:54[SPEAKER_00]: You know, and so many of them like you said or afraid of it because of what they've been told by their mom or their doctor or their guy know or you know, whatever their family doctor that you know is took care of all the women.
- 55:04[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 55:05[SPEAKER_00]: So it's it's so utterly insane Melissa that like I don't really like talking about anymore because I get so passionate and so charged up about it.
- 55:12[SPEAKER_00]: But again, if you're a woman or a man you're watching the show and you do not know whether you have a testosterone deficiency that probably means you do.
- 55:19[SPEAKER_00]: Yes.
- 55:20[SPEAKER_00]: If you're living in any major city, in any urban major population center, where you're being annihilated right by the chemicals, the blue light, just you know,
- 55:31[SPEAKER_01]: everything.
- 55:31[SPEAKER_01]: Exactly.
- 55:32[SPEAKER_01]: It's everywhere.
- 55:33[SPEAKER_01]: And you're not getting your labs and you don't know then that means you do.
- 55:36[SPEAKER_00]: And that's what I just say.
- 55:37[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, it's just, it's pretty obvious.
- 55:39[SPEAKER_00]: Again, go to any airport.
- 55:41[SPEAKER_00]: You know, go to any stadium and just look around and by the way, this is very important for people to understand.
- 55:47[SPEAKER_00]: If you're fat, you have a hormone deficiency.
- 55:49[SPEAKER_00]: Yes.
- 55:50[SPEAKER_00]: It doesn't work any other way.
- 55:52[SPEAKER_00]: If you're a man with a giant belly,
- 55:54[SPEAKER_00]: That's a cytokine storm, 24-7 above your endocrine system and all of your sexual functioning and you know your machinery.
- 56:03[SPEAKER_00]: And you test these, you're vast, offering your PS, all of that stuff.
- 56:06[SPEAKER_00]: It doesn't work if you got a giant bowl of this or a fat on top of it.
- 56:10[SPEAKER_00]: Nope.
- 56:12[SPEAKER_00]: So it's like, you know, they'll a lot of these guys will come to me and they'll like, you know, hey, man, like it works really good down there, bro.
- 56:18[SPEAKER_00]: I just need to take the blue pill.
- 56:19[SPEAKER_00]: I don't I don't know which it's like motherfucker that has nothing to do with whether or not you have enough testosterone because you can get an erection and have sex, but so many guys that's what they think they're like, oh, it works.
- 56:30[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 56:31[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, but no dude, you're fat and you're totally inflamed in your insulin resistant and until you get that addressed and get, you know, hopefully get on therapeutic testosterone, your life is going to suck, but it's going to keep going people choose suffering, yeah, they choose ignorance, they choose to be on informed or to lack awareness, because again, the antipsysis is, is work.
- 56:58[SPEAKER_00]: I've got a train, I've got an exercise, I've got a little quid, it's gonna eat better, I don't have to eat that fucking ho-ho that I take every morning and 90, I'm no dude, you know, because it's gonna shorten your life, man.
- 57:06[SPEAKER_01]: I've got to ask questions, oh God forbid, go like, data, did it work, did it not work, like...
- 57:13[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, God forbid technology has made this technology has created this world because you know, 30 years ago, it was so much people didn't even question it was just part of our life, you know, we, we had to make food, we had to go to the gym, we had to walk, you know, to get our hygiene products, I mean, again, you just think of it like 30 years ago, you couldn't order on Amazon.
- 57:37[SPEAKER_00]: you couldn't order on, you know, uh, Instagram.
- 57:40[SPEAKER_00]: You couldn't get things sent to you that you had to go to the store and hopefully you had a car or a bike to buy and then come home.
- 57:50[SPEAKER_00]: And that was burning calories.
- 57:51[SPEAKER_00]: You were moving.
- 57:52[SPEAKER_00]: You were doing things.
- 57:52[SPEAKER_00]: Now people do nothing.
- 57:54[SPEAKER_00]: They never leave their house.
- 57:55[SPEAKER_01]: Mm-hmm.
- 57:56[SPEAKER_01]: Yep.
- 57:56[SPEAKER_01]: They live in their bubble.
- 57:58[SPEAKER_00]: Exactly.
- 57:59[SPEAKER_01]: You're, you're the co-founder of BioLongJevity Labs.
- 58:03[SPEAKER_01]: Tell me about it.
- 58:04[SPEAKER_01]: What what does it do?
- 58:06[SPEAKER_01]: How does it service people?
- 58:07[SPEAKER_01]: How are you changing lives?
- 58:09[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, great question.
- 58:10[SPEAKER_00]: So bio longevity labs is probably in the top five from a sales volume standpoint.
- 58:16[SPEAKER_00]: Research use peptide companies in the world.
- 58:17[SPEAKER_00]: Good for you.
- 58:19[SPEAKER_00]: I think that we have the most skews of anyone.
- 58:23[SPEAKER_00]: I think we have like 99, sort of one short of a hundred and we're gonna have a hundred before December.
- 58:29[SPEAKER_00]: of products between oral, you know, rushing caverns and bioregulators.
- 58:33[SPEAKER_00]: And again, where we, I know this for a fact, we are the largest reseller of caverns and bioregulators in the world.
- 58:39[SPEAKER_00]: We're also the highest dose version because we took his proprietary patented versions, and we doubled the net ingredient.
- 58:48[SPEAKER_00]: So we're the only people that actually took all of his incredible, you know, very world-famous products and doubled it and didn't charge, we didn't charge our increase for what people are getting.
- 58:57[SPEAKER_00]: So if you buy like a 60 capsule bottle of bioregulated or so much, you get doubled in that ingredient that if you purchase like directly from Latvia, which is where they make the cabins and peptides.
- 59:06[SPEAKER_00]: So there's other manufacturers out there now, of course, too, but they just can do that because it's too expensive.
- 59:11[SPEAKER_00]: So we did that.
- 59:13[SPEAKER_00]: And then we, you know, I think I want to say we have.
- 59:17[SPEAKER_00]: 48 injectable, you know, research use peptides.
- 59:20[SPEAKER_00]: And I think the three that I'm most proud of right now would be our IP products, which is Clotho, Alpha Clotho, FLGR242, which is a recombinant, co-follow statin, which literally burns fat and builds muscle at the same time.
- 59:31[SPEAKER_00]: And then the newest product comes out on November 1st, it's called BioForex, BioLeane 4XR, which means four pathways extended release.
- 59:41[SPEAKER_00]: And it's essentially gonna be a four stage.
- 59:43[SPEAKER_00]: You know, I'm going to similar to a GLP, but since it's a small molecule, it's not an actual GLP, but it works in that fashion.
- 59:50[SPEAKER_00]: So it's so advanced, like if you're somebody that wants to do things right, like we talked about on this podcast, you know, microdose, build muscle and lose fat at the same time.
- 59:59[SPEAKER_00]: You could take that product along with FLGR and do that.
- 1:00:02[SPEAKER_00]: And I would say that, you know, we're probably one of the first companies in the world to actually make products that do that kind of stuff.
- 1:00:08[SPEAKER_00]: And so I would say over the next three to five years, they're going to make a huge impact.
- 1:00:13[SPEAKER_01]: Huh, so do they put people call in and work with a provider within your company after they get their labs and everything back like how does that work?
- 1:00:21[SPEAKER_00]: No, so because we're a research use only company.
- 1:00:24[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 1:00:25[SPEAKER_00]: We can only sell the actual products on reconstituted so that a consumer can obviously research on themselves to their dog or catch up.
- 1:00:33[SPEAKER_00]: You know, people obviously tons of people buy it for their animals, um, that guy just ejected my
- 1:00:40[SPEAKER_00]: 14 year old pit bull before I got on the show he's getting a little long in the tooth, but we don't have obviously what you're talking about is kind of the prescriber model or the PEO which is a subscriber you sold me uptides, which literally is from the 503A compounded space.
- 1:00:56[SPEAKER_00]: Research is just direct to consumer.
- 1:00:58[SPEAKER_00]: So you can literally go online and just order it.
- 1:01:00[SPEAKER_00]: But obviously, if you're getting it from a research company, like a biolange of your labs, you have to understand how to reconstitute, how to dose appropriately, how, again, reconstitution is putting water in it.
- 1:01:11[SPEAKER_00]: So the difference really is when you buy our products, they're not ready to use.
- 1:01:15[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 1:01:15[SPEAKER_00]: If they're ready to use, they got to come from the compound around.
- 1:01:18[SPEAKER_00]: They're all governed and officiated by the FDA and stuff.
- 1:01:21[SPEAKER_00]: There's no difference in quantity.
- 1:01:24[SPEAKER_00]: But again, with the 503A compound that prescribed route, those people get products that are ready to go.
- 1:01:30[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 1:01:30[SPEAKER_00]: Like, they've already reconstuted and they're sending them in like a ready fridge vial.
- 1:01:34[SPEAKER_00]: I put this in your fridge.
- 1:01:35[SPEAKER_00]: This is what you inject.
- 1:01:37[SPEAKER_00]: But with ours, you're buying it with the assumption and the understanding that you have to know what you're doing before you use it.
- 1:01:42[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
- 1:01:43[SPEAKER_01]: Got it.
- 1:01:43[SPEAKER_01]: Got it.
- 1:01:44[SPEAKER_01]: This is impressive.
- 1:01:45[SPEAKER_01]: And you have two books out now.
- 1:01:48[SPEAKER_01]: Is that correct?
- 1:01:48[SPEAKER_00]: The 10 books I've written, but two books came out this year.
- 1:01:52[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, this year.
- 1:01:52[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
- 1:01:53[SPEAKER_00]: That book is called Metabolic Awakening with GLP peptides.
- 1:01:57[SPEAKER_00]: And I don't think I had a back here, but my newest book came out in August.
- 1:02:00[SPEAKER_00]: It's called Living Leaner Longer Stonger.
- 1:02:03[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm happy to send that to you if you want it.
- 1:02:06[SPEAKER_00]: But it's an amazing book because it's
- 1:02:11[SPEAKER_00]: One of my inner circle people said, Hey, man, like, you know, I love you.
- 1:02:14[SPEAKER_00]: He's like, you finally wrote a book that I can give to my noni brother, right?
- 1:02:18[SPEAKER_00]: So it's like, it's like an awesome testimonial, because it really is written for people that have absolutely zero awareness, no start, nothing about peptides, nothing about hormones.
- 1:02:29[SPEAKER_00]: They really don't even know anything about, like, how do I improve my health?
- 1:02:32[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, it's like an A to Z starter book.
- 1:02:34[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, it's still pretty big.
- 1:02:35[SPEAKER_00]: It's like 470 pages, but it's definitely written from a very lay perspective.
- 1:02:41[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm really proud of that book because it's not something that would ever really come from me, because I write so advanced tip of the spare type stuff, but it really is a great book for somebody if you don't know where to start.
- 1:02:51[SPEAKER_01]: That's awesome.
- 1:02:52[SPEAKER_01]: I, I feel like we could go on and on and on about like this for like five hours.
- 1:02:59[SPEAKER_01]: For sure.
- 1:03:00[SPEAKER_01]: I, okay, so I have to ask, what are like three non-negotiable habits for you in your life that you have, you know, really adapted, come across and realize like this is, this is just standard for me and for my life about just you, just Jay.
- 1:03:16[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, no, it's great question.
- 1:03:17[SPEAKER_00]: And I didn't know why this extension of me now.
- 1:03:20[SPEAKER_00]: We've been together for 14 years.
- 1:03:23[SPEAKER_00]: We both were coming out of crazy divorces.
- 1:03:26[SPEAKER_00]: And really actually at the end of 2012, actually, my mind's my divorce ended in early 2012, but hers was just beginning.
- 1:03:36[SPEAKER_00]: And we met on match.com.
- 1:03:37[SPEAKER_00]: But I think the three things would be
- 1:03:40[SPEAKER_00]: Number one, just an unquenchable desire to stay healthy, right?
- 1:03:45[SPEAKER_00]: And what I mean by that is,
- 1:03:48[SPEAKER_00]: do the work, right, three or four days a week, every single week and really for us three.
- 1:03:53[SPEAKER_00]: But three days a week, we live weights, we go to the gym together, we train together, and then the other days, you know, when we have time, you know, we're blessed enough that we have cardiovascular equipment in our house.
- 1:04:02[SPEAKER_00]: So I write a bike, she walks on a treadmill, you know, we have some cool biohacking interventions that we use.
- 1:04:08[SPEAKER_00]: But that's, you know, number one is just an absolute insatiable quest to remain healthy.
- 1:04:12[SPEAKER_00]: Number two is,
- 1:04:13[SPEAKER_00]: Number two is, and it's part of it, is to have an inner work focus, right?
- 1:04:19[SPEAKER_00]: So it's like every morning, you know, I've really been floored in the last six days here in Tampa, because this hurricane is out there and ghost.
- 1:04:28[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, off they're foaming, but I usually go out for 30 minutes in the morning before I touch a phone with my pit bull.
- 1:04:37[SPEAKER_00]: And I sungees and I journal, I usually know journal, I mean, my journaling is sometimes like actually typing in here because my wife and I both work with like a really powerful spiritual coach and so we have, you know, homework and stuff, but for me, it's really getting into that inner mind state of no words, no, you know, silence, you know, stillness on that has been going on for literally.
- 1:04:59[SPEAKER_00]: since I was 40.
- 1:05:00[SPEAKER_00]: So it's 15 years straight.
- 1:05:02[SPEAKER_00]: And no matter where I am, I do that.
- 1:05:04[SPEAKER_00]: And then I would say the number third thing is is just, you know, the recognition.
- 1:05:10[SPEAKER_00]: You know, that I'm a divine being and, you know, nothing stops, you know, I made it limp.
- 1:05:17[SPEAKER_00]: I may experience limitation or feel limited or feel separate, but you know, if I pull back and realize that this is just shaping my soul and that all of us are in this, you know, third density call it, you know, realm involved and grow our souls, like I don't get too caught up in the drama and the madness anymore.
- 1:05:33[SPEAKER_00]: Like I have my coach, my coach gave me a lot of affirmations.
- 1:05:38[SPEAKER_00]: uh... in the last couple of years and one of them for me as there's no crisis mhm whatever crisis it's that you experience is what you're ego imposter invents so it's like you know what my job my job my business i've run my company honestly but when it when it blows up or something bad happens i could jump into the fray and you know i can get all into the energetic drama of everybody pointing their fingers and saying so so did what or i can just pull back and be like
- 1:06:03[SPEAKER_01]: There's no crisis.
- 1:06:05[SPEAKER_01]: Oh my god, I love that.
- 1:06:06[SPEAKER_01]: I love that.
- 1:06:08[SPEAKER_01]: Jay, you are such a rock star.
- 1:06:10[SPEAKER_01]: I'm fucking love everything about this episode.
