Today I want to talk about kudzu.

It's an invasive vine that we discovered in our backyard.

We cut it.

A few weeks later, it came back.

So we cut it again.

And that's when I learned something:

With kudzu, the vine isn't the problem.

And I realized how often we do the same thing in life and at work.
