- 0:09SPEAKER_00: Hey, I'm Kate, mom of seven, coffee lover, and believer in finding joy in every season of motherhood.
- 0:16SPEAKER_00: This is Praise, Prayer, and Protein, where we talk faith, family, proof of living, and the real-life mom hacks that make it all work.
- 0:24SPEAKER_00: Let's dive in.
- 0:26SPEAKER_00: Welcome back to Praise, Prayer, and Protein.
- 0:30SPEAKER_00: We are a few weeks into September now.
- 0:32SPEAKER_00: The kids are back to school.
- 0:34SPEAKER_00: We're getting back into our rhythms.
- 0:37SPEAKER_00: Lunches are being packed.
- 0:38SPEAKER_00: Activities have started, and we're starting to finally get into a good fall routine.
- 0:46SPEAKER_00: And there's something about September that always gets me back into one particular rhythm of my own.
- 0:52SPEAKER_00: And that's praying specifically for my kids.
- 0:55SPEAKER_00: Now, obviously, I pray for my kids all year long, but there's just something about sending them back to school that reminds me again that there is so much of their day that I'm not a part of.
- 1:06SPEAKER_00: When they're little, we're involved in almost everything.
- 1:10SPEAKER_00: And then they start school, they make friends, they have teachers and coaches, they get older, start driving, go off to university, they get jobs, they start making bigger decisions for themselves.
- 1:22SPEAKER_00: And as a mom, you realize pretty quickly that you cannot control every environment that your kids get to walk into.
- 1:28SPEAKER_00: You can't make every decision for them, you can't protect them from every hard thing, you can't choose every friend, you can't make sure they're never disappointed or hurt or anxious or afraid.
- 1:40SPEAKER_00: But what we can do is pray.
- 1:43SPEAKER_00: And I think sometimes we say that like it's the thing we're left with when in actuality there is nothing else we can do but pray.
- 1:53SPEAKER_00: Prayer isn't the last thing we can do, it's one of the most powerful things we get to do as moms.
- 2:00SPEAKER_00: And that's what I really want to talk about today.
- 2:02SPEAKER_00: And I want this to just be a really practical podcast.
- 2:07SPEAKER_00: I want to share exactly how I pray for my seven kids, how I use scripture to guide those prayers, and give you some really simple ways you can start doing this too.
- 2:17SPEAKER_00: I have resources for you all in the show notes, so don't feel like you need to write everything down while you're listening because I know many of you are doing tours, going for walks, or even driving in the car.
- 2:28SPEAKER_00: A few seasons ago, we did a woman's Bible study during youth group time where we talked about a little book called Praying Circles Around Your Children by Mark Betterson.
- 2:39SPEAKER_00: I had already read another one of his books, The Circle Maker, a few years before that, and had already started putting some of those ideas about prayer into practice.
- 2:49SPEAKER_00: But when we started talking specifically about praying scripture over our children, something really clicked for me because sometimes I think we want to pray for our kids, but we don't really know what to say.
- 3:01SPEAKER_00: Or maybe our prayers start sounding exactly the same every day.
- 3:05SPEAKER_00: Lord, keep them safe.
- 3:06SPEAKER_00: Lord, help them to have a good day.
- 3:09SPEAKER_00: Lord, help them to make good choices.
- 3:11SPEAKER_00: Amen.
- 3:11SPEAKER_00: And there's nothing wrong with those prayers.
- 3:14SPEAKER_00: Please pray those players.
- 3:15SPEAKER_00: But I wanted to go deeper.
- 3:17SPEAKER_00: I want to pray specifically for the child in front of me, what they're struggling with right now.
- 3:22SPEAKER_00: What gifts do I see in them?
- 3:24SPEAKER_00: What character traits do I want to see grow?
- 3:27SPEAKER_00: What friendships are they navigating?
- 3:29SPEAKER_00: What decisions are coming?
- 3:30SPEAKER_00: Where do they need courage?
- 3:32SPEAKER_00: Where do they need wisdom?
- 3:33SPEAKER_00: Where do they need to know how deeply loved they are by God?
- 3:37SPEAKER_00: So I started writing it down, and this has become one of my favorite ways to pray for my kids.
- 3:43SPEAKER_00: What my prayer pages look like.
- 3:45SPEAKER_00: This is going to be slightly hard to explain on a podcast because you can't see what I'm doing, and you can't see um the writing on my book, and I'm definitely not going to show it to you.
- 3:56SPEAKER_00: So maybe I'll make a fake one up so that you can have an example to see.
- 4:00SPEAKER_00: So I'm going to try my best to explain what my prayer pages actually look like.
- 4:05SPEAKER_00: I take my notebook and I turn the page sideways.
- 4:08SPEAKER_00: I think this is called landscape.
- 4:10SPEAKER_00: In the middle, I have uh in big letters, noble character.
- 4:14SPEAKER_00: And then I have a couple scriptures written around the center of the page.
- 4:18SPEAKER_00: One is Psalms 37:4.
- 4:20SPEAKER_00: Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desire of your heart.
- 4:24SPEAKER_00: And another prayer I have written is from Ephesians 3.18, that they would grasp how wide, how long, how high, and how deep the love of Christ is.
- 4:35SPEAKER_00: Those are things I really want for all of my kids.
- 4:38SPEAKER_00: I want them to know Jesus.
- 4:40SPEAKER_00: I want them to encounter his love.
- 4:42SPEAKER_00: I want them to know how deeply loved they are by him.
- 4:45SPEAKER_00: I want them to grow into people of noble character.
- 4:49SPEAKER_00: And then around the outside of the page, I have each of my kids' names.
- 4:53SPEAKER_00: So let's use a completely fake child and call her Sally.
- 4:57SPEAKER_00: I would write Sally.
- 4:58SPEAKER_00: I would circle Sally's name.
- 5:00SPEAKER_00: And then coming off Sally's name, I write specific things I'm praying for her.
- 5:04SPEAKER_00: Maybe Sally needs some good friends at school.
- 5:07SPEAKER_00: Maybe she's struggling with reading.
- 5:09SPEAKER_00: Maybe she's struggling with confidence or identity or understanding her value.
- 5:14SPEAKER_00: Maybe I see that she needs to grow a little bit in her truthfulness.
- 5:17SPEAKER_00: Maybe she gives up quickly, and I want to pray that she develops perseverance and learns how to work hard.
- 5:23SPEAKER_00: Or maybe there's something really beautiful already growing in her, and I want to continue to pray that over her.
- 5:30SPEAKER_00: Maybe she's compassionate.
- 5:31SPEAKER_00: She notices the kids who's left out.
- 5:33SPEAKER_00: She's a leader.
- 5:34SPEAKER_00: She's incredibly creative.
- 5:36SPEAKER_00: Prayers don't always have to be about what needs to be fixed.
- 5:40SPEAKER_00: We can pray over the gifts and characters we already see developing in our kids too.
- 5:44SPEAKER_00: Lord, I see this in her.
- 5:46SPEAKER_00: Grow it.
- 5:47SPEAKER_00: Use it.
- 5:47SPEAKER_00: Show her how you've gifted her.
- 5:50SPEAKER_00: And then I move on to the next child.
- 5:52SPEAKER_00: And obviously, with seven kids, there is a lot on that page.
- 5:56SPEAKER_00: But I love having it written down because it helps me pray for each child and not just my kids as one big group.
- 6:04SPEAKER_00: There are seven completely different people.
- 6:06SPEAKER_00: They have different strengths, different weaknesses, different personalities, different friendships, different fears, different dreams, and they need different things from me and from the Lord in different seasons.
- 6:16SPEAKER_00: Then on the page beside that, I have scripture that I pray over my kids.
- 6:20SPEAKER_00: And this is a part I want to make real easy for you.
- 6:24SPEAKER_00: I've actually put together these scriptures for you already.
- 6:27SPEAKER_00: They're completely free.
- 6:28SPEAKER_00: There is a link in the show notes where you can grab them, print them off, tuck them into your Bible, put them in your prayer journal, wherever works for you.
- 6:36SPEAKER_00: Because I think sometimes the hardest part is just starting.
- 6:39SPEAKER_00: So I'm going to walk you through some of those scriptures I use and the kinds of things I pray for them.
- 6:45SPEAKER_00: And again, you do not need to write them all down.
- 6:48SPEAKER_00: They're in the show notes.
- 6:50SPEAKER_00: So these are promises that I like to pray over my kids from scripture.
- 6:54SPEAKER_00: From Joshua 1.9, I pray that my kids would be strong and courageous.
- 6:59SPEAKER_00: And I love this one because how often do our kids need courage?
- 7:02SPEAKER_00: That first day of school, walking into a room where they don't know anybody, trying something new, having a hard conversation, standing up for someone, doing the right thing when nobody else is.
- 7:12SPEAKER_00: I want them to know that courage doesn't mean you never feel scared.
- 7:16SPEAKER_00: We can be courageous because God is with us.
- 7:19SPEAKER_00: From Proverbs 10, 9, I pray that they would walk in integrity.
- 7:24SPEAKER_00: That who they are when nobody is watching would match who they are when everybody is watching.
- 7:30SPEAKER_00: From Luke 2, 52, I pray that they would grow in wisdom and stature and in favor with God and people.
- 7:37SPEAKER_00: Deuteronomy 6.5 says that they would love the Lord their God with all their heart, soul, mind, and strength.
- 7:44SPEAKER_00: This is actually our prayer that we end every night before they go to bed.
- 7:48SPEAKER_00: We say our prayers together, and then I pray over each one of them and say, I'll use my real kid's name.
- 7:55SPEAKER_00: Jetty, I pray that you would love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, all your mind, and all your strength.
- 8:02SPEAKER_00: That's a very easy bedtime scripture promise to pray over our kids.
- 8:07SPEAKER_00: From Psalm 56, 3, that when they are afraid, they would put their trust in God.
- 8:13SPEAKER_00: This is great for kids who are afraid at night or when they go to bed to have that in their tool belt.
- 8:18SPEAKER_00: From Ephesians 4.32, that they would be kind and compassionate.
- 8:23SPEAKER_00: I say this a lot to our kids when they're bickering or arguing or just play fighting.
- 8:28SPEAKER_00: You know, be kind one to another.
- 8:30SPEAKER_00: Ephesians 4.32.
- 8:32SPEAKER_00: It's another easy way to just build scripture into our everyday life.
- 8:36SPEAKER_00: From Proverbs 17, 17, I pray for their friendships.
- 8:39SPEAKER_00: And this has been one of the biggest prayers for me.
- 8:43SPEAKER_00: I have prayed for years that my kids would have good friends, friends who sharpen them, friends who encourage them, friends who love Jesus, friends who can have fun with them, but who will also point them in the right direction.
- 8:55SPEAKER_00: And this is an area where I have seen God be so faithful.
- 8:59SPEAKER_00: From our oldest at 18 all the way down to our little guy, I'm so grateful for the friendships that God has brought, that God has brought into each one of their lives.
- 9:08SPEAKER_00: Our church community has been such a huge part of that.
- 9:11SPEAKER_00: Families with kids around the same age as ours, kids growing together, doing life together.
- 9:16SPEAKER_00: And that doesn't mean there hasn't been friendship struggles.
- 9:20SPEAKER_00: Of course there have.
- 9:21SPEAKER_00: But when I look at the people God has placed around my kids, it's one of the things I am most grateful for.
- 9:28SPEAKER_00: And so I keep praying that each of them have good friendships.
- 9:33SPEAKER_00: From James 1, 5, I pray for wisdom.
- 9:36SPEAKER_00: And as your kids get older, oh my word, you pray for wisdom because the decisions get much bigger.
- 9:44SPEAKER_00: When they're little, you're praying about sharing toys and being kind at recess.
- 9:48SPEAKER_00: Then suddenly you're praying about relationships, university, jobs, driving, and what comes next.
- 9:54SPEAKER_00: There are decisions I can't make for my older kids anymore, and I shouldn't.
- 9:58SPEAKER_00: They're becoming adults.
- 10:00SPEAKER_00: But what I can do is pray, Lord, please give them wisdom to deal with this situation.
- 10:06SPEAKER_00: Give them wisdom in their directions.
- 10:07SPEAKER_00: Lord, give them wisdom with their friendships, with relationships.
- 10:11SPEAKER_00: Letting go of control and learning how to pray is definitely still a struggle for this mom, but I want to encourage you.
- 10:21SPEAKER_00: Uh, it's the best thing we can do.
- 10:24SPEAKER_00: From 2 Timothy 1.7, I pray against fear and that they would walk in power, love, and have a sound mind.
- 10:31SPEAKER_00: Colossians 3.23, I pray that they would work hard and do everything wholeheartedly unto the Lord.
- 10:37SPEAKER_00: From Philippians 4, I pray for contentment.
- 10:40SPEAKER_00: That is a big one in the world, our kid in the world our kids are growing up in.
- 10:45SPEAKER_00: They are constantly seeing what everyone else has, what everyone else is doing, where everyone else is going, and what everyone else looks like.
- 10:52SPEAKER_00: I want my kids to be able to look at the life that God has given them and be so grateful.
- 10:58SPEAKER_00: From Proverbs 16, 3, I pray that they would commit what they do to the Lord.
- 11:02SPEAKER_00: From Philippians 4, 8, I pray over their minds that they would think about what is true, honorable, right, pure, lovely, and admirable.
- 11:11SPEAKER_00: What a prayer for our kids right now.
- 11:13SPEAKER_00: Because they are taking in so much through phones, social media, friends, school, teachers, professors, everything around them.
- 11:23SPEAKER_00: Lord, please help them to know what is true.
- 11:28SPEAKER_00: From Psalm 121, I remind myself and them that the Lord watches over them.
- 11:34SPEAKER_00: And from Proverbs 3, 5 and 6, that they would trust in the Lord with all their heart, even when they don't understand what's happening.
- 11:42SPEAKER_00: And then there's the one that I especially love.
- 11:44SPEAKER_00: It's from Numbers 6, 24, 26.
- 11:48SPEAKER_00: It's a blessing.
- 11:49SPEAKER_00: And I love praying this over each of my kids, that the Lord would press them and keep them, be gracious to them and show them his favor and give them peace.
- 12:00SPEAKER_00: Sometimes I say it over them, sometimes I pray it over them quietly on my own.
- 12:05SPEAKER_00: But I love having those words tucked away.
- 12:07SPEAKER_00: And that's another reason I think writing scripture down is so helpful because eventually it starts becoming part of you.
- 12:14SPEAKER_00: You have it in your memory bank.
- 12:16SPEAKER_00: And so when we're standing at the bus stop and one of our kids is nervous about something happening at school that day, you have something to give them.
- 12:23SPEAKER_00: Remember, you can be strong and courageous because God is with you.
- 12:27SPEAKER_00: When they're afraid, when I am afraid, I put my trust in you.
- 12:32SPEAKER_00: When your older child has no idea what they're going to do next, you're going to trust in the Lord and you don't have to understand the entire path right now.
- 12:40SPEAKER_00: It's not about throwing a Bible verse at every problem and pretending everything is fine.
- 12:45SPEAKER_00: It's reminding them and reminding ourselves of what is true in the middle of our problems.
- 12:58SPEAKER_00: But we are going to get through it because I want to be really clear about something here.
- 13:02SPEAKER_00: Praying for our kids does not mean nothing difficult will ever happen to them.
- 13:07SPEAKER_00: It doesn't mean our kids won't struggle, and it doesn't mean that they will never feel anxious.
- 13:13SPEAKER_00: It doesn't mean they'll always make the choice you wish they would have made.
- 13:17SPEAKER_00: It doesn't mean they'll never get hurt.
- 13:19SPEAKER_00: It doesn't mean that there are not hard seasons with our kids.
- 13:23SPEAKER_00: I've had many ups and many downs.
- 13:26SPEAKER_00: We've walked through anxious thinking, disappointments, things not going the way we've hoped, and all the normal things that come with raising human beings.
- 13:38SPEAKER_00: Prayer is not me trying to create a bubble around my children so nothing difficult can ever touch them.
- 13:44SPEAKER_00: It's me entrusting them to the one who loves them even more than I do.
- 13:50SPEAKER_00: That is really hard for me to even comprehend as their mother because I love each one of my kids so much.
- 13:59SPEAKER_00: But God loves them even more.
- 14:02SPEAKER_00: He knew them before I did.
- 14:04SPEAKER_00: He knows things about them that I don't know.
- 14:07SPEAKER_00: He sees them when I can't see them.
- 14:10SPEAKER_00: He's with them in the classroom when I'm not.
- 14:13SPEAKER_00: He's with them when they drive away.
- 14:16SPEAKER_00: He's with them at university.
- 14:18SPEAKER_00: And he's with them when they're sitting with their friends making decisions without mom and dad.
- 14:23SPEAKER_00: And there is so much peace for me in remembering that.
- 14:33SPEAKER_00: When they're babies, you think if you can just keep them physically close enough, you can protect them.
- 14:38SPEAKER_00: And then they grow.
- 14:39SPEAKER_00: And you have to send them off to school, sports, jobs, university, driving, the world gets bigger and our control gets smaller.
- 14:49SPEAKER_00: There have absolutely been moments where my mind starts going, what if this happens?
- 14:55SPEAKER_00: What if they make that decision?
- 14:57SPEAKER_00: What if someone gets hurt?
- 14:58SPEAKER_00: What if I'm missing something?
- 15:01SPEAKER_00: What if someone doesn't like them?
- 15:02SPEAKER_00: What if they get accused for something?
- 15:05SPEAKER_00: And something an older mom told me has really stuck with me.
- 15:10SPEAKER_00: It's remember your place.
- 15:13SPEAKER_00: Remember your place as their mother.
- 15:16SPEAKER_00: Not in a fearful, controlling way, but remember who God has called you to be in your child's life.
- 15:23SPEAKER_00: I am their mom.
- 15:25SPEAKER_00: God gave Micah and I these kids to raise.
- 15:29SPEAKER_00: I know them.
- 15:30SPEAKER_00: I know how they move through the world.
- 15:32SPEAKER_00: I know their personalities, their strengths, I know the look on their face when something isn't right.
- 15:38SPEAKER_00: I know what makes them light up.
- 15:39SPEAKER_00: I know what trips them up.
- 15:42SPEAKER_00: And I can bring all of that knowledge before God.
- 15:45SPEAKER_00: And I can stand in the gap and pray for my kids.
- 15:48SPEAKER_00: I can ask for wisdom for myself.
- 15:50SPEAKER_00: Lord, show me what this child needs from me right now.
- 15:54SPEAKER_00: Do I need to speak?
- 15:56SPEAKER_00: Do I need to listen?
- 15:57SPEAKER_00: Do I need to step in?
- 15:58SPEAKER_00: Do I need to step back?
- 16:00SPEAKER_00: Is this something I need to address or is it something I need to let them work through?
- 16:04SPEAKER_00: This has been really hard for me in this season, especially the knowing when to listen and knowing when to be quiet.
- 16:11SPEAKER_00: I'm learning more that the Lord is asking me to just be quiet.
- 16:16SPEAKER_00: This is one of my biggest prayers as the kids get older, because sometimes motherhood requires us to do something, but for the most part, right now, it's requiring me to be quiet and to pray, to trust God and to let our kids walk it out.
- 16:33SPEAKER_00: And I need the wisdom to know how to do that.
- 16:36SPEAKER_00: Our mom's group is currently working through a study on prayer.
- 16:39SPEAKER_00: It's something I've been thinking about a lot, and it's a privilege we have to pray.
- 16:44SPEAKER_00: I don't want prayer to just be the panic button I hit when something goes wrong, but part of a rhythm of my motherhood before the problem, during the problem, after the problem, when everything's going great, when I'm worried, when I'm thankful, when I don't know what to do.
- 16:58SPEAKER_00: And I love that prayer doesn't have to be complicated.
- 17:01SPEAKER_00: You don't need a special prayer room or even journal like mine.
- 17:04SPEAKER_00: You don't have to turn a notebook sideways.
- 17:06SPEAKER_00: You don't need uh 17 Bible verses.
- 17:09SPEAKER_00: You don't need to wake up at 5 a.m.
- 17:11SPEAKER_00: You don't have to use fancy words.
- 17:13SPEAKER_00: You can just start with your child's name.
- 17:15SPEAKER_00: God, here's Sally, and then talk to him about her.
- 17:20SPEAKER_00: That's a prayer.
- 17:21SPEAKER_00: What does she need today?
- 17:22SPEAKER_00: What are you thankful for?
- 17:24SPEAKER_00: What are you thankful for in her?
- 17:26SPEAKER_00: What does she need help with?
- 17:28SPEAKER_00: What are you worried about?
- 17:29SPEAKER_00: Where do you see God working in her life?
- 17:32SPEAKER_00: What are you asking him to grow in her?
- 17:34SPEAKER_00: Just start there.
- 17:35SPEAKER_00: So here's what I want you to do this week.
- 17:37SPEAKER_00: Pick one scripture, just one.
- 17:39SPEAKER_00: You can go into the show notes and grab that free principle I made for you.
- 17:43SPEAKER_00: Choose one scripture that speaks to something your child needs right now.
- 17:47SPEAKER_00: Maybe it's courage, wisdom, friendships, integrity, peace.
- 17:51SPEAKER_00: Maybe it's knowing how deeply loved they are and write their name beside it and pray it.
- 17:55SPEAKER_00: That's it.
- 17:56SPEAKER_00: You don't need to create my whole prayer page today, and you don't need to do this perfectly.
- 18:01SPEAKER_00: Just start praying specifically.
- 18:04SPEAKER_00: And if you're a grandma listening to this, you can absolutely do this for your grandchildren too.
- 18:09SPEAKER_00: I've actually had a few grandmas reach out to me and tell me that they're using the scripture to pray over their grandkids, and I absolutely love that.
- 18:17SPEAKER_00: As a mom, we definitely need our grandparents praying for our kids as well.
- 18:22SPEAKER_00: What an incredible legacy.
- 18:23SPEAKER_00: Kids who have moms praying for them and grandmas praying for them.
- 18:27SPEAKER_00: People speaking God's truth over their lives.
- 18:30SPEAKER_00: And of course, we need a little praise, prayer, and protein check-in.
- 18:34SPEAKER_00: Now that I've got myself back together here, okay, my praise this week is honestly the friendships that God has given our kids.
- 18:43SPEAKER_00: It's something I prayed about for years.
- 18:46SPEAKER_00: And when I look at the people He has placed in their lives, I'm just so grateful.
- 18:50SPEAKER_00: Not because every friendship has been perfect, but because I've watched God provide a community for each one of my kids.
- 18:57SPEAKER_00: My prayer this week is really the whole episode that I would continue to be faithful and praying for my kids, not only when I'm worried and when something goes wrong, but every day.
- 19:07SPEAKER_00: And that I would continue to trust the Lord and give me wisdom to know when to speak and when to be quiet.
- 19:14SPEAKER_00: And probably that I would be quiet more than I speak, especially with older kids who are learning to walk on their own and be responsible for themselves.
- 19:26SPEAKER_00: And the protein, uh, we're back into fall routines, and I am just really hoping to create good lunches for myself, that I would feed myself good high-protein lunches.
- 19:39SPEAKER_00: I got breakfast down pretty good, suppers are good, but it's always the busyness of lunches that trip me up.
- 19:47SPEAKER_00: So that's what I am working on around here.
- 19:50SPEAKER_00: And if you take one thing away from today's episode, let it be this.
- 19:53SPEAKER_00: You do not need to have perfect words to pray powerfully for our kids.
- 19:57SPEAKER_00: And also praying for our kids doesn't mean their lives are going to be perfect and things don't come up.
- 20:03SPEAKER_00: You don't need to have perfect words to pray powerfully for our kids.
- 20:07SPEAKER_00: Start with their name, start with what you know about them, start with what they're walking through today.
- 20:12SPEAKER_00: And when you don't know what to say, start with scripture.
- 20:15SPEAKER_00: I've put the free promises to pray over your kids resource in the show notes for you.
- 20:20SPEAKER_00: I've also put an example of how I lay out my prayer pages so you can see what I was trying to explain today with this Sally example.
- 20:28SPEAKER_00: I'll also include the praying for praying circles around your children in the show notes.
- 20:33SPEAKER_00: I'm pretty sure you can purchase that on Amazon.
- 20:36SPEAKER_00: It specifically focuses on the practices like creating prayer lists, praying promises over your children, and praying through scripture.
- 20:43SPEAKER_00: You don't have to do it all.
- 20:44SPEAKER_00: Just pick one thing and start there.
- 20:47SPEAKER_00: And this week, when your child walks out the door for school or your teenager drives away, or your university tech kid texts you about something they're trying to figure out.
- 20:56SPEAKER_00: Remember, you may not be able to go everywhere they go.
- 20:59SPEAKER_00: You may not know everything that they're going to face.
- 21:02SPEAKER_00: You may not be able to fix everything for them.
- 21:05SPEAKER_00: You actually probably can't fix everything for them, but you can pray and what a privilege it is to get to do that.
- 21:11SPEAKER_00: Thanks so much for hanging out with me today on Praise, Prayer, and Protein.
- 21:16SPEAKER_00: So grab those resources in the show notes.
- 21:18SPEAKER_00: Send this episode to another mom or even a grandma who would love to start praying more intentionally for her kids or their grandkids.
- 21:26SPEAKER_00: And I'll talk to you next week.
- 21:28SPEAKER_00: Okay, bye, friends.
