- 0:01What happens when you simply disappear after you've been
- 0:04dumped or you had to dump someone because they cheated on
- 0:08you or took you for granted? What will your ex feel when you
- 0:12give them the breakup and leave them alone?
- 0:16Well, stay tuned and you'll find out.

- 1:02So what happens when you completely vanish from your ex's
- 1:07life? You don't initiate calls or
- 1:10texts or look at their socials. You don't respond to their
- 1:14insignificant messages. What is your ex going to feel
- 1:18when they realize you're gone even though that's what they
- 1:21wanted or that that's what they thought they wanted?
- 1:24What happens when you flip the script?
- 1:28By the end of this video, you'll understand why walking away and
- 1:31being silent is so powerful. If you're ready to change the
- 1:35way your ex sees you forever, then I want you to comment below
- 1:40with the word forever and let's get started.
- 1:43So the first thing your ex is going to feel is the sting of
- 1:49rejection. They never expected you to
- 1:51vanish in their mind because you didn't want to break up.
- 1:56They assumed you would always be somewhere there in the
- 1:59background and they could reach out.
- 2:01Whether it's just for friendship or because they were temporarily
- 2:05missing you, or maybe even because they changed their mind,
- 2:09Your interest level in them was a lot higher than their interest
- 2:13level in you. So they never saw this coming.
- 2:16They never thought you would just disappear.
- 2:20And this isn't just about disappearing physically, it's
- 2:23also about taking with you everything that you provided,
- 2:26whether that was comfort, connection, support, validation,
- 2:30availability, etcetera, etcetera.
- 2:34Now they're starting to realize that they no longer have any
- 2:37control over you. You're unpredictable and people
- 2:40respect what they can't control. People respect what they can't
- 2:45predict. That's why if a grown tiger
- 2:48suddenly walks into the room, you're going to have a lot of
- 2:51respect for that tiger because you have no idea what it's going
- 2:53to do. But if it's a little baby tiger,
- 2:55you won't be so scared. So to make sure that the sting
- 3:00of rejection is felt even deeper, don't give them any
- 3:04warning. Do not tell them where you're
- 3:07going to do. It's going to hit harder because
- 3:10they never saw it coming. Never announce that you're going
- 3:13to go into no contact or that you are in no contact.
- 3:17And don't tell anybody who has access to them what you're up
- 3:22to, no matter how much you trust them, because all it takes is
- 3:25one person to say something and it could ruin your no contact.
- 3:31After the sting of rejection, they're going to start to feel
- 3:34the emptiness that comes with not having you in their life
- 3:37anymore, even though that's what they wanted or thought they
- 3:40wanted. That's because now there's a
- 3:43void and how are they going to fill it?
- 3:46Yes, some people will quickly get into a rebound, but those
- 3:51don't usually last. And I talk about that in my
- 3:54video about rebounds and I will link the video in the upper
- 3:58right hand corner on YouTube. They probably thought they'd be
- 4:03happier once you left. They didn't count on missing
- 4:07you. Without you, things just are not
- 4:09the same. There's a quote that says the
- 4:12chains of habit are too weak to be felt until they're too strong
- 4:18to be broken. Yes, you were their partner, but
- 4:22you were also a habit. They were used to having you
- 4:24around. They thought they could still
- 4:26have some type of contact with you after the breakup, and now
- 4:31they're starting to realize that you meant more to them than they
- 4:33thought you did. Maybe they thought they could
- 4:36distract themselves with work or friends or with someone else,
- 4:41but you will always be in the back of their mind.
- 4:44They'll be wondering how you could just disappear just like
- 4:47that. They never imagined they could
- 4:50feel this way about you after a breakup.
- 4:52Did you ever really care? Have you moved on?
- 4:56Those are the questions they're going to be asking themselves
- 5:00and question marks. They turn upside down and become
- 5:02a hook and that hooks them back in and raises their interest
- 5:06level. The more they feel your absence,
- 5:09the more they will start to wonder if maybe they didn't make
- 5:13a mistake by dumping you. Next we have curiosity.
- 5:18Where the heck are you? What are you doing?
- 5:22Who are you doing it with? Why do you look so happy on
- 5:24social media? Why aren't you posting things on
- 5:27social media as you get their attention?
- 5:29Why aren't you posting their straps?
- 5:31Why aren't you posting things on social media that are directed
- 5:34at them? They become obsessed with what
- 5:37you're doing because they now have 0 access to you whereas
- 5:40before they had 100% access to you, right?
- 5:44And in the age of social media, this stage is going to be very
- 5:48intense. They'll constantly be checking
- 5:51your socials for clues as to what the heck is going on.
- 5:56Give them nothing. You can either totally go radio
- 6:00silent, or you can carry on posting as normal, as if nothing
- 6:04happened, as if there was no breakup.
- 6:07Humans hate the unknown and their minds are going to start
- 6:11to fill in the gaps and make up stories as to what may have
- 6:14happened. They've now become obsessed with
- 6:19you. Have you moved on?
- 6:21Are you happier without them? They'll become fixated.
- 6:25We're trying to find the answers to those questions.
- 6:27At this point, they may reach out to mutual friends to find
- 6:32out what's going on. They may not admit they care,
- 6:36and they'll just act as if they're curious, but we know
- 6:40better. They thought they didn't need
- 6:44you, but now they're going out of their way to find out what's
- 6:48going on. The less they know, the more
- 6:51they'll want to know. Most people are so worried that
- 6:55their ex is going to forget them if they do no contact, but
- 6:58meanwhile it's usually the opposite.
- 7:01They will not be able to stop thinking about you.
- 7:06Next we have self reflection. Since they don't have any
- 7:11answers from you as to what's going on with you, they have no
- 7:15option but to turn inwards. So they'll start to second guess
- 7:19their decision to break up with you.
- 7:21Should they have stayed and tried to make it work?
- 7:23Should they have been more patient?
- 7:25Were they being too harsh? Regret will start to kick in.
- 7:31Now they're alone with their own thoughts and they have no one to
- 7:34blame but themselves. The more they reflect, the
- 7:39guiltier they'll start to feel. Maybe they were the problem, not
- 7:43you. They may wish they could go back
- 7:45and do things differently and then the urge to contact you
- 7:50will kick in. That's because the tables have
- 7:54turned and after their period of self reflection, it's very
- 7:58possible they've decided they want you back and this is when
- 8:03they'll send a text like I've been thinking about you.
- 8:06Or they may start to like your posts or make comments to see if
- 8:10you'll respond. Or they'll contact you, usually
- 8:14late in the evening when they're feeling especially nostalgic.
- 8:18The tables have now turned and you hold the power.
- 8:22Congratulations. However, you're still not going
- 8:27to respond because these are essentially bread crumbs.
- 8:31They don't get to have you back that easily.
- 8:34The more bread crumbs they send and the more they see that
- 8:38you're not responding, the more confused they'll be, the more
- 8:42curious they will be, and the more obsessed they'll be.
- 8:46Why aren't you responding? You always responded in the
- 8:49past. What the heck happened?
- 8:52Have they lost you forever? They no longer have the upper
- 8:56hand they thought they did when they ceremoniously kicked you
- 9:00out of their life. Don't give in.
- 9:03The moment they start chasing, they need to put in effort in
- 9:06order to get you back. They're not getting you back
- 9:09that easily. You now know your worth.
- 9:13Silence is your most powerful tool.
- 9:16Let them feel the frustration of wanting someone and not easily
- 9:21being able to have them. What happens next is an internal
- 9:26battle between relief and regret.
- 9:29When you initially disappear, it's understandable.
- 9:33They may have felt relief. After all, that's what they
- 9:35wanted. That's why they broke up with
- 9:37you. They didn't want you in their
- 9:39life. However, that initial feeling of
- 9:43relief and freedom was short lived.
- 9:46Because you disappeared off the face of the earth.
- 9:49That freedom soon turned to emptiness when they realize that
- 9:54you're not easily replaceable. That's why you don't want to
- 9:58respond to bread crumbs. You want them to sit in that
- 10:01feeling instead of responding and letting them know they have
- 10:05access to you. Whenever they feel empty, their
- 10:08relief will be short lived and will eventually turn to regret.
- 10:13If you play your cards right. And once regret answers the
- 10:19picture, they will want to gain back control, but they don't
- 10:23know how. This is when they start to play
- 10:27games such as blocking and unblocking, looking at your
- 10:31stories but not saying anything, pretending they've moved on,
- 10:36pretending they're happy. They're trying to get you to
- 10:40break no contact. And I've done a whole video on
- 10:42that topic and I'll put the link in the upper right hand corner
- 10:45on YouTube. And when they see that they're
- 10:49not getting a reaction, they'll panic even more because they'll
- 10:53realize they no longer have any power over you.
- 10:57This is when they start to make mistakes or when they finally
- 11:01start to leave significant messages.
- 11:06Fear is what's going to make them come back.
- 11:09This is when they start to think the exact same things that you
- 11:13are thinking. What if I've lost them for good?
- 11:16What if they've forgotten about me?
- 11:18What if we never get back together?
- 11:20What if they found someone better?
- 11:23What if they went back to their ex?
- 11:25What if they start dating that colleague they were always
- 11:27talking about? The thought of losing you to
- 11:30someone else will make them sick.
- 11:33Good. The only thing they can think
- 11:36about is getting you back. This is when they'll reach out.
- 11:41This is when they'll apologize and maybe even beg you to take
- 11:45them back. Or maybe they'll show up at your
- 11:48door or at your work to try to get you to talk to them and this
- 11:55is your golden moment to shine and to ask them the six
- 11:59questions. Never, ever, ever get back with
- 12:03someone who dumped you or who you had to get rid of because
- 12:06they took you for granted or cheated on you without asking
- 12:10them the six questions. Because otherwise there's a good
- 12:14chance they'll break up with you again.
- 12:16And of course, I did a whole video on that topic and I will
- 12:20put the link in the upper right hand corner on YouTube.
- 12:25So now I want to hear from you. How long have you been in no
