Anna, 18 year old Titusville, FL girl who went missing for a

short time on a Carnival cruise ship.

Her body was found in the room that she was sharing with her

step siblings. And this one has just been a

mess. I mean, it's a mess anyway, it's

a mess, right? But OK, JSM, here we go.

The manner in which Anna Kepner's body was concealed

under a bed and covered in life jackets holds disturbing clues

about her death and the potential suspect, A forensic

science expert said. Blah blah, blah, blah blah.

Kepner's death was potentially caused by a bar hold an arm

across the neck or face area, the outlet reported.

The reported gruesome details surrounding the teenager's

violent death exhibit a potential close connection

between Kepner and her killer. Quote, this is a very violent

death. It's very personal because if we

told, we're talking about probably quite a bit of blunt

force trauma. It almost seems rather savage.

Anytime we go out on a scene that is a death investigation,

one of the things that we look for, that we look at is the

status of the remains. And in this particular case, oh,

look how they have properly used quotation marks in this.

And in this particular case, we have to assume that her face was

times, that's an indication that the perpetrator knew the victim.

sexual way. I mean that like in a familial

way, it is very difficult for these perpetrators to look into

the face or into the eyes of the deceased.

suspect, at least according to court documents that that were

filed in a child custody hearing.

Of course we are talking about the murder of Anna Walsh, 36

year old mother of three who domiciled in DC, also had a

woman in Cohasset, MA, the Greater Boston area, on the New

Year's Eve 2022. Heading into New Year's Day of

2023, she had a small family party for the New year with one

guest, a family friend. They had a great time, guest

goes home or away wherever the guest went and that was the last

time anybody saw Anna. Anna was a Serbian, born in

Serbia and spoke multiple language, highly educated,

worked in DC, was the family breadwinner.

Her husband, Brian Walsh, is on trial for her murder.

Prosecutors allege that he murdered her.

And then he went after her with implements such as a hatchet, A

hacksaw, a hammer, 10 snips, shears.

It's just so ugly. The whole thought of the choppy,

choppy of this beautiful woman. Her body has never been found,

to go into the whole thing, but my goodness sake, OK.

The main thing that happened today was the testimony under

direct examination, under cross examination of 1 William Fastow,

this is Mr. Fastow here. Mr. Fastow was her real estate

agent in Washington, DC that helped her locate and purchase a

$1.3 million four bedroom townhome.

See, Anna was working in DC, which a couple hours away and by

plane and Brian and the kiddos were back in Cohasset because

Brian was under federal investigation.

He couldn't leave, right? He couldn't leave.

Well, Anna, Anna was feeling lonely and and had an affair

with this guy. It actually seemed pretty

serious. Like, I mean, according to his

testimony, it seemed like maybe this was heading to a

dissolution of the marriage with Brian and to the beginning of a

maybe, perhaps a cohabitation or something with William.

the judge ruled, could be shown to the jury because it's

reasonable to infer Brian saw them based on his own statements

to police. So the affair texts, texts

between Mr. Fastow and Misses Walsh were allowed into the into

the record. The jury got to see that after

Mr. Fastow, there was another testimony from a construction

worker. He testified briefly about a

hole in the ceiling Brian wanted fixed.

He apparently texted him on January 6th, referring to their

new address shortly after on a vanished.

So apparently some kind of hole was made in the ceiling, maybe

during a struggle. I don't know if you're lifting

And then the judge did order some redactions to protect the

Mr. Fastow testified about, you know, the growing intimate

relationship that he had with Anna Walsh.

He talked about their plans. He talked about how Anna was

frustrated with her marriage to Brian, especially not being with

her kids full time. And that's got to be really

tough, right? That does have to put a an

enormous amount of stress on a marriage.

Mr. Fausto said she intended to tell Brian herself about the

affair that was she talked about or he talked about how she said

that it would had something to do with her integrity.

If he was going to find out, she wanted to she wanted to be the

one to tell him, he said. Mr. Fausto said that he spoke

daily with Anna. He had he had a plan to have

dinner with her on January 4th to discuss their future.

He said that he grew worried when he stopped hearing from

her. In fact, he said that he got a

call from Brian, which he ignored thinking, oh, OK, he's

he found out and he's going to confront me about it.

He went to check on Anna's home, didn't find her there, didn't

find her car there. And then I think he talked, he

said that he talked with Brian after he a second call and Brian

left a message saying, hey, in fact, they played it in court.

He also said that he called on his number from a different

phone, hoping that she would pick up, thinking maybe

The defense said that that Brian did not know anything about the

on whether Anna ever said she planned to leave Brian or openly
