About This Episode
What do you do when a teacher tells you at 16 that you'll never make it, and you spend the next four decades proving them magnificently wrong?
In this episode, Sukanya walks the shores of Windermere with Alison Magee-Barker FIH, a hospitality powerhouse with 40 years of experience, a General Manager at 21, and now the founder and CEO of AJ Lakes Consultancy, AJ Lakes Training Academy and AJ Lakes Foundation. They explore what it really means to lead with heart, rebuild yourself from scratch, and back yourself when no one's watching.
Expect raw honesty…
