- 0:05Speaker 1: Apogee Production. Welcome to the She Rises Podcast. I'm Ashley
- 0:13Speaker 1: and I'm Tiana. This podcast is.
- 0:15Speaker 2: About female empowerment and encouraging you to be your biggest, boldest,
- 0:18Speaker 2: and most authentic version of yourself.
- 0:20Speaker 1: We help you shed the shame, grow to new level.
- 0:23Speaker 1: We're gonna laugh and cry and talk about the topics
- 0:25Speaker 1: everyone else is too afraid to talk about.
- 0:28Speaker 2: Get ready for your next level of self.
- 0:31Speaker 1: Guys, it's our last episode of the year. Oh my gosh,
- 0:34Speaker 1: welcome back, Welcome back to She Rises.
- 0:37Speaker 2: This is our last episode of twenty twenty five.
- 0:40Speaker 1: Twelve months if She Rises. Wow, what a year it
- 0:43Speaker 1: has been. I feel like we just got started.
- 0:45Speaker 2: It feels like the beginning of the journey for us
- 0:47Speaker 2: really does.
- 0:48Speaker 1: So today's episode is going to be a reflection of
- 0:51Speaker 1: the year, the highs, the lows, things have learned, things
- 0:54Speaker 1: were taken into the next year. Yeah, that's a reflection
- 0:57Speaker 1: on all the things I've been through and who we
- 0:59Speaker 1: were and who we are now.
- 1:00Speaker 2: How we used to show up versus you know, even
- 1:03Speaker 2: in the beginning of the year. Yeah, show up the
- 1:05Speaker 2: beginning of the year to how we show up now
- 1:06Speaker 2: the women that we are now, what we've learned.
- 1:09Speaker 1: So we started She Rises. Let's talk about business first.
- 1:12Speaker 1: You'll get into some personal things because it's so easy
- 1:14Speaker 1: for us to talk about She Rises. Yeah. I decided
- 1:17Speaker 1: to bring Tiana on as a co host actually last October, November, yes,
- 1:22Speaker 1: So we pretty much had to get straight into things
- 1:25Speaker 1: because we're on a bit of a time limit to
- 1:27Speaker 1: start season one if She Rises in January. So we've
- 1:30Speaker 1: technically been working since I would say in November last year, November, yeah,
- 1:34Speaker 1: but officially launched in January. Now we've done nearly twelve months,
- 1:38Speaker 1: and let's reflect on what the fuck we've done. Because
- 1:40Speaker 1: what thought might just be a fun passion project, She Rises,
- 1:44Speaker 1: has grown into a fucking booming business, and I'm so
- 1:47Speaker 1: proud of us. I know we too. I've said this before,
- 1:50Speaker 1: but I always wanted to do Barley retreats. Yeah, Levi,
- 1:52Speaker 1: and he fucking hates Barley. That was never going to happen.
- 1:54Speaker 1: You always wanted to do retreats, and it did end
- 1:56Speaker 1: up happening. So we came together. It's like, let's do
- 1:59Speaker 1: a retreat. Oh my god. It was a no brainer.
- 2:01Speaker 1: It was a no brainer. And I actually sent you
- 2:03Speaker 1: a video the other day do you remember when I
- 2:04Speaker 1: seen you the video and it was us in the car.
- 2:06Speaker 1: I was like, two days post brains, such a surgery
- 2:08Speaker 1: and get a surgery. He took me to con surgery grocery.
- 2:11Speaker 1: We get it groceries and we're like, if we get
- 2:13Speaker 1: to thirty thousand followers, we're gonna do a Barli retreat.
- 2:16Speaker 1: We're not at thirty thousand bullars, no, and we're doing
- 2:18Speaker 1: not one two sold out Barli retreat. Crazy. It is crazy.
- 2:23Speaker 1: We saw them out within eight hours. That was incredible.
- 2:25Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 2:26Speaker 2: We were sitting at like a beach club or something.
- 2:27Speaker 1: It was more you. I was definitely a bit more
- 2:29Speaker 1: fearful because logistically, I'm like, how the fuck do we
- 2:31Speaker 1: do this? You're like, oh, sit up the links, I've
- 2:33Speaker 1: got stripe set up. This is how I do with
- 2:34Speaker 1: my clients. And I'm like, I don't know how to
- 2:36Speaker 1: do any of that. Leave it with me. I'm like,
- 2:37Speaker 1: I've got there, just fucking post. I just I don't know.
- 2:39Speaker 2: I had this like it was almost like an intuitive
- 2:42Speaker 2: yeah you did. And I was like, babe, like tapping
- 2:44Speaker 2: her on the leg, I'm like, babe, we need to
- 2:46Speaker 2: launch a retreat and.
- 2:46Speaker 1: It's like, what do you mean now, we don't even
- 2:47Speaker 1: have a website.
- 2:48Speaker 2: I was like, babe, now I was like at a
- 2:50Speaker 2: landing page, but I could I don't know what this energy.
- 2:52Speaker 2: I could feel this energy and I was like I
- 2:54Speaker 2: saw an opportunity and I was like, fuck, we need
- 2:56Speaker 2: to do this now.
- 2:56Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 2:57Speaker 2: I think it was within twenty four hours or something
- 3:00Speaker 2: like that.
- 3:00Speaker 1: Twenty four hours on the bikes. We were working at
- 3:03Speaker 1: the villa. We were working.
- 3:04Speaker 2: At it out and we were hairne Oh my gosh,
- 3:07Speaker 2: that was crazy.
- 3:07Speaker 1: We in hand. We came up with a schedule straight away.
- 3:10Speaker 1: We found a venue, was everything, and like started.
- 3:12Speaker 2: Building out a brochure for this retreat that we had
- 3:15Speaker 2: never hosted before. Like I was just like, okay, what
- 3:17Speaker 2: questions are people going to have? What's included? We we
- 3:19Speaker 2: mapped out the whole retreat, itinery what they're going to do,
- 3:22Speaker 2: get everything to do with it, and within like twenty
- 3:25Speaker 2: four hours we had tickets up and ready to be.
- 3:27Speaker 1: Sold wild and we sold out in like eight The
- 3:30Speaker 1: first one was quicker than that.
- 3:31Speaker 2: The first one was seventy two hours.
- 3:33Speaker 1: But only because everyone that sent a message we had
- 3:36Speaker 1: to set up individual links for every single person to
- 3:39Speaker 1: put their deposit down. So if we just had a
- 3:41Speaker 1: payment link that everyone could sign up to, it would
- 3:42Speaker 1: have been quicker. But yeah, there was so much admin
- 3:45Speaker 1: back and forth the dms, and then you're going to
- 3:47Speaker 1: strive people waiting on us.
- 3:49Speaker 2: And also because like there was no system right, there
- 3:52Speaker 2: was no automated payment. I was setting up manual stripe
- 3:54Speaker 2: invoices for like six monthly payment plans for these women.
- 3:57Speaker 2: And also like our dms were blowing up with hard
- 4:00Speaker 2: dressed for these women to come to the Bali Retreat,
- 4:03Speaker 2: and so we had to then chew okay, this person
- 4:05Speaker 2: was the next in line, this person gets the link.
- 4:07Speaker 2: Whoever pays the link first gets the ticket. It was chaos,
- 4:10Speaker 2: voice messaging, calling people back and forth.
- 4:12Speaker 1: It was actual chaos. It was so much fun, but
- 4:14Speaker 1: so much fun. And then when that one sold out,
- 4:16Speaker 1: you were like, oh, should we do another one? I
- 4:18Speaker 1: was like, what do you mean the ring? Steve is
- 4:20Speaker 1: like maeah, go for it. I'm like okay, so Beach.
- 4:22Speaker 2: Club we yes, yes, we had just sold out and
- 4:26Speaker 2: we were like celebrating because we were like, oh my gosh,
- 4:28Speaker 2: it's happened.
- 4:28Speaker 1: It's real.
- 4:29Speaker 2: We're doing this this is something we've always wanted to do.
- 4:32Speaker 2: And then I spoke to my brother and we were
- 4:33Speaker 2: talking about it, and we were talking about hype and
- 4:36Speaker 2: all this stuff, and he was just like, what are
- 4:38Speaker 2: you doing, Tiana, Like you've got to do another one?
- 4:40Speaker 1: And I was like, what do you mean another one?
- 4:41Speaker 1: We just don't want again.
- 4:43Speaker 2: And then I was like to Ash she I was like,
- 4:44Speaker 2: should we launch a second one?
- 4:45Speaker 1: Yeah? And then you were like, oh, I'll just call
- 4:47Speaker 1: Steve and just triple make sure yes.
- 4:49Speaker 2: Yeah, and he was like, yeah, go for it, and
- 4:50Speaker 2: then we and then we did it.
- 4:52Speaker 1: And sold out again, crazy, I know. So there's that.
- 4:55Speaker 1: And then I suppose even before that, we did the
- 4:59Speaker 1: Valentine's Yeah, we did have Valentine's event, which is a small,
- 5:01Speaker 1: intimate event. We just wanted to do little, small events.
- 5:04Speaker 1: It could our community face to face and bring women
- 5:07Speaker 1: together because we see this gap where a lot of
- 5:09Speaker 1: people don't have close friendships and they're not surrounded by
- 5:12Speaker 1: positive women who are on the same page as them
- 5:14Speaker 1: and who get them, and they want to be seen
- 5:16Speaker 1: and learn and grow and have fun doing it. So
- 5:18Speaker 1: that was a beautiful dinner. We had a sex I'll'll
- 5:20Speaker 1: just come and speak. We spoke, did a little meditation.
- 5:23Speaker 1: It was really really beautiful. That's what sparked all of it.
- 5:26Speaker 2: It did because I remember sitting in your old office,
- 5:29Speaker 2: the old hideaway office, and we were sitting there talking and.
- 5:32Speaker 1: Just like you WILLI am on that too. It was
- 5:33Speaker 1: like I put the foot down. I just love it. It's
- 5:35Speaker 1: an event. I was like, yeah, that'd be fun one day.
- 5:38Speaker 1: It's just like no, no, like we're gonna do an event.
- 5:40Speaker 2: When you're so passionate about something, I feel like why wait,
- 5:42Speaker 2: Like we're doing it now?
- 5:43Speaker 1: Why do it?
- 5:44Speaker 2: You know? And I just started planning. And then the
- 5:46Speaker 2: more that we were planning, the more that we were
- 5:48Speaker 2: writing down our ideas there became real and I feel
- 5:51Speaker 2: like it all sparked from that. I remember sitting in
- 5:53Speaker 2: the old hideaway office having a conversation about being like,
- 5:56Speaker 2: there is no one doing anything like this where you
- 5:59Speaker 2: can genuinely go have fun. It's a random event for
- 6:03Speaker 2: some really cool theme to have fun, get dressed up,
- 6:07Speaker 2: absolutely no reason at all, Like we love doing stuff
- 6:10Speaker 2: like that.
- 6:10Speaker 1: And the Valentine's like people that don't have part as too.
- 6:12Speaker 1: A lot of single girls came just got to celebrate
- 6:14Speaker 1: with their girls. Oh so fun. It's so beautiful.
- 6:16Speaker 2: And then from there we went onto our Masquerade events,
- 6:19Speaker 2: which was our house in itself. It was a shadow
- 6:22Speaker 2: work based in person event with at least fifty women
- 6:27Speaker 2: came and joined us, so much fun. We had masquerade
- 6:31Speaker 2: masks on. Everyone was dressed in black like. It was credible,
- 6:35Speaker 2: women crying, like reclaiming themselves their power and liberation.
- 6:40Speaker 1: Yeah, oh that was incredible. Yeah, that was so fun.
- 6:43Speaker 1: So we've done that, and then only recently we thought
- 6:47Speaker 1: about doing an Australian retreat. We found a venue and
- 6:49Speaker 1: we're like, oh my gosh, this is it and then
- 6:51Speaker 1: it's like that same thing. We're just like, did the itinery,
- 6:54Speaker 1: thought about what coaches we want there, got in contact
- 6:56Speaker 1: with them, looked at food, how many women can sleep there?
- 6:59Speaker 1: We figured out we're like, okay, we don't have any
- 7:01Speaker 1: dates available next year, when can we fit this in?
- 7:04Speaker 1: It was April, let's find the right weekend the combination
- 7:07Speaker 1: was available. Fuck it, let's launch it. It was amazing. No
- 7:09Speaker 1: landing page, nothing organized. Okay, what do we need to
- 7:12Speaker 1: do in a week's time so we can get this done? Yeah,
- 7:14Speaker 1: we did try with the landing page. We had some
- 7:15Speaker 1: errors with that we did, but that's okay. But as
- 7:18Speaker 1: soon as we decided we're doing something, it's like we
- 7:21Speaker 1: coming guns blazing.
- 7:21Speaker 2: As already go we go Ham. Yeah, and that's what
- 7:24Speaker 2: this whole year has been about. Yeah, it's you know,
- 7:27Speaker 2: even with us going from two episodes to three to
- 7:30Speaker 2: now four. You know, even the whole Freaky Friday we
- 7:34Speaker 2: had Freaky Friday. Yes, and then Bestie Advice comes. Yeah,
- 7:37Speaker 2: Like there's so many different iterations of She Rises that
- 7:40Speaker 2: has happened in the last twelve months and it's so
- 7:43Speaker 2: beautiful to see the evolution.
- 7:44Speaker 1: So that's the face to face stuff. And then four
- 7:47Speaker 1: years there was a certain product that I wanted to
- 7:49Speaker 1: do and I bought it to teams. She's like, oh
- 7:51Speaker 1: my god, amazing. Yes once again. On the way back
- 7:53Speaker 1: from Bali on the flight, we spent the whole flight
- 7:55Speaker 1: planning this out. We did, weent Ham and did twelve
- 7:58Speaker 1: variations of this product. We've now decided to pull back
- 8:01Speaker 1: on how many we do because we would need our
- 8:03Speaker 1: focus to be on the other two projects. But we
- 8:06Speaker 1: are so far going to do two variations of this.
- 8:08Speaker 1: First one's coming out start to mid January. All finalized.
- 8:12Speaker 1: It's all getting made now. There's been so many fucking hiccups.
- 8:15Speaker 1: It's been a nightmare, but even tell ya can't even
- 8:17Speaker 1: tell you. But that's all ready to go now, and
- 8:20Speaker 1: then the second variation will be probably a couple of
- 8:22Speaker 1: months after that. And it's a product that we're just
- 8:24Speaker 1: so proud of. And there is other things out like it,
- 8:27Speaker 1: but nothing quite like the depth that we've gone to
- 8:29Speaker 1: with it. Yes, it's really beautiful, it's really cool. It's
- 8:32Speaker 1: going to create a lot more connection, which is something
- 8:33Speaker 1: we really value. And it's going to be very limited
- 8:36Speaker 1: amounts because we just like doing limited stuff and special
- 8:39Speaker 1: things and not everyone gets their hands on. So that's coming.
- 8:42Speaker 1: And then yeah, you guys would have seen, we launched
- 8:45Speaker 1: our online subscription rights inside Rise inside right inside the membership,
- 8:50Speaker 1: very special projects. It's our personal development vaults. We love
- 8:54Speaker 1: the podcast and this is so much. We love it
- 8:56Speaker 1: so much because we can yap on here for days
- 8:58Speaker 1: and we will always bring in as much value as
- 9:00Speaker 1: we possibly can. But we wanted to bring a little
- 9:02Speaker 1: bit of a different element and more of like a
- 9:04Speaker 1: tea style element to this membership for anyone who is
- 9:09Speaker 1: hands down so serious about their personal growth as a
- 9:12Speaker 1: woman and have that leak into every other area of
- 9:15Speaker 1: your life because there's so much complicated shit online. Everything's
- 9:20Speaker 1: over complicated, everything feels hard. No one knows where to start,
- 9:25Speaker 1: no one knows or even has for the most part,
- 9:27Speaker 1: a community of women where you can actively engage in
- 9:30Speaker 1: connect with the other women, spend more time with them,
- 9:33Speaker 1: and collectively grow in the same direction. Yeah, and that
- 9:37Speaker 1: was our intention for Rise Inside. I also wanted something
- 9:40Speaker 1: because we know that obviously you're a life coach and
- 9:43Speaker 1: I mean, you're booked out most of the time anyway,
- 9:45Speaker 1: but there's still as women that can't afford one on
- 9:47Speaker 1: one coaching. So we understand everyone's at different financial positions,
- 9:50Speaker 1: but we still felt like everyone deserves to have access
- 9:53Speaker 1: to this kind of growth. And the podcast. We're definitely
- 9:56Speaker 1: still teaching, and we know you guys get so much
- 9:58Speaker 1: value out of it, but this is that next level.
- 10:00Speaker 1: It's that next step of integration and embodying everything that
- 10:03Speaker 1: you're learning. And if you love all of these episodes,
- 10:06Speaker 1: you're gonna love this because it really is just everything
- 10:09Speaker 1: times ten, and it's very interactive. There's a work book,
- 10:13Speaker 1: there's our face to face online trainings with us. We
- 10:15Speaker 1: bring a guest speaker in every single month, and these
- 10:18Speaker 1: coaches are after twenty thousand dollars to work on a
- 10:20Speaker 1: one on one capacity and they're insane.
- 10:22Speaker 2: There can in bring in their trainings in and their
- 10:24Speaker 2: best work to come and teach you once a month
- 10:27Speaker 2: every single It's incredible.
- 10:29Speaker 1: The workbook, there's meditations, there's little pep talks, and there's
- 10:32Speaker 1: a community there where you can actually interact with us
- 10:34Speaker 1: a lot more and ask more questions saying with the
- 10:36Speaker 1: live Q and A. And we've got some other big plans.
- 10:38Speaker 1: It be like putting in their next year as well.
- 10:40Speaker 1: But for what it is and for the price it
- 10:42Speaker 1: is is the most insane value. I wish I had
- 10:45Speaker 1: something like this in my personal development journey. Absolutely. It
- 10:48Speaker 1: just makes the journey not so isolating, not so scary,
- 10:50Speaker 1: and it's really fun and playful as well. Yeah, and
- 10:53Speaker 1: you know you've got that stabilizing group of women and
- 10:56Speaker 1: ask to support you through if you ever get stuck
- 10:58Speaker 1: or something feels icky, or you've got more questions like
- 11:00Speaker 1: where you're backbone of support because nothing should be done alone.
- 11:03Speaker 2: Absolutely, and you'll have access to us as well on
- 11:05Speaker 2: those live Q and as. So we'll have Live Q
- 11:07Speaker 2: and A's once a month based on that month's topic,
- 11:10Speaker 2: and yeah, you'll be able to come in there, write
- 11:11Speaker 2: down your questions throughout the month, and then when Live
- 11:13Speaker 2: Q and A comes you can jump on. We can
- 11:15Speaker 2: do hot seat coaching calls, pop your questions in and
- 11:17Speaker 2: we'll be able to get back to you in that
- 11:18Speaker 2: so that you do really do feel held and support it.
- 11:21Speaker 2: And I really like the fact that you mentioned about
- 11:24Speaker 2: not everybody can afford it, and I think that's a
- 11:26Speaker 2: really important point to know because we never want anyone
- 11:29Speaker 2: to feel like money is the reason they don't get
- 11:32Speaker 2: to have access to growth education, to becoming a better woman,
- 11:37Speaker 2: to becoming a more regulated human, to being more in
- 11:40Speaker 2: control of the way that you get to live your life.
- 11:43Speaker 2: And so when we remove that element of potentially money
- 11:46Speaker 2: being a barrier, then all of those not excuses, but
- 11:50Speaker 2: those reasons why you don't get to be a part.
- 11:52Speaker 1: Of it, get to go away.
- 11:54Speaker 2: It gets to be just as accessible as having a
- 11:56Speaker 2: Spotify or yeah, I know, something like that.
- 11:59Speaker 1: And it's crazy the value for money, because Steve just
- 12:01Speaker 1: signed up for one, like a men's coaching group and
- 12:03Speaker 1: he's paid like ten grave twelve weeks. Yeah, ours is
- 12:06Speaker 1: forty nine dollars per month. Yeah, and you can jump
- 12:08Speaker 1: in for one month and get out of the next
- 12:10Speaker 1: one if you want to, which I guarantee you won't
- 12:11Speaker 1: want to. But yeah, and you've even done a couple
- 12:13Speaker 1: that it's like one hundreds of dollars per month. So
- 12:15Speaker 1: we really have tried to make this so affordable and
- 12:17Speaker 1: accessible for everyone because we believe everyone deserves to be
- 12:20Speaker 1: a part of this and should be a part of
- 12:21Speaker 1: this because it's really beautiful. It's beautiful. Yeah. Oh so
- 12:25Speaker 1: that's business stuff. That's and then personal fire out. I
- 12:30Speaker 1: feel we have changed so much from January to now,
- 12:34Speaker 1: so much it's crazy. I don't even really know how
- 12:36Speaker 1: to describe like. I feel like maybe I should try
- 12:39Speaker 1: and describe you. You do me okay, Yeah, I love that.
- 12:41Speaker 1: I struggle to put it into words. I feel like
- 12:44Speaker 1: at the start with me and you, you're very open
- 12:48Speaker 1: and vary yourself. From the moment we met, I think
- 12:50Speaker 1: there's this level of safety where we could just be
- 12:51Speaker 1: our complete selves. I was telling you shit, I hadn't
- 12:53Speaker 1: told anyone else. You were telling me stuff. It was like, whoa,
- 12:56Speaker 1: You're telling me some of your traumas was like, Babe,
- 12:58Speaker 1: me too, I've got that as well. What what? Yes?
- 13:00Speaker 1: It was just this instant connection and beautiful bond. But
- 13:03Speaker 1: then online you were very coach Tiana, and you're still
- 13:06Speaker 1: kind of finding your feet and finding where you fit
- 13:08Speaker 1: in and finding what does your audience want from you?
- 13:11Speaker 1: And I felt like there was still this like war.
- 13:13Speaker 1: The people didn't get to really see you. And to
- 13:16Speaker 1: one level, it was nice because you still posted really
- 13:18Speaker 1: informative content, but I always felt like people were missing
- 13:21Speaker 1: out on seeing the real you. And I felt like
- 13:23Speaker 1: the podcast, as you've grown from then until now, you've
- 13:27Speaker 1: really just like this is who I am. Love me
- 13:30Speaker 1: or hate me. I'm sure there's a bit of both,
- 13:32Speaker 1: mostly love, but you're just so much more your true,
- 13:35Speaker 1: authentic self and I feel you're such a bright light
- 13:37Speaker 1: in the world and now people get to enjoy that,
- 13:40Speaker 1: and that's really been really beautiful to see. And I
- 13:42Speaker 1: feel like you've become so much more brave, so much
- 13:45Speaker 1: more authentic and honest with who you are. And you're
- 13:48Speaker 1: a very powerful energy and so inspiring. So the more
- 13:51Speaker 1: you're that, the more you're going to help people, like
- 13:53Speaker 1: the more you're yourself the more people you help, and
- 13:55Speaker 1: I've loved watching that journey. It's been really cool. Yeah,
- 13:58Speaker 1: makes emotional and you're really funny too. I think you
- 14:00Speaker 1: and people get to see that side of you too,
- 14:02Speaker 1: because like, yes, we're more rogue behind the scenes. Course
- 14:05Speaker 1: that humor is being brought forward. It's what we love
- 14:08Speaker 1: about each other and bring them the podcast. I'm like, yes,
- 14:10Speaker 1: I want people to enjoy I mean, you're my best friend,
- 14:13Speaker 1: but fine people to enjoy you. Yeah, from a distance there,
- 14:17Speaker 1: and you've just grown so much. And I don't know,
- 14:19Speaker 1: I could be wrong, but the things that you've taught
- 14:22Speaker 1: me have changed my life when it comes to communication, relationship,
- 14:25Speaker 1: my standards, my boundaries, owning all of my bigness, loving
- 14:28Speaker 1: my fire, all of that. When you teach me that,
- 14:32Speaker 1: does it help you embody it more? That's a really
- 14:34Speaker 1: good question. I think yes, because it holds you to
- 14:37Speaker 1: that standard because you can't be teaching it without being it. Yeah.
- 14:39Speaker 2: I think there are elements that I've integrated that part
- 14:43Speaker 2: to myself, but then there are also parts where I
- 14:45Speaker 2: haven't as well. So there are things that you have
- 14:48Speaker 2: strengths in that I feel like I'm not as strong
- 14:51Speaker 2: in So, for an example, with your fire, you can
- 14:53Speaker 2: be opinionated and very strong in what you believe in,
- 14:57Speaker 2: whereas in intimate relationships I really struggled with that. Yeah,
- 15:00Speaker 2: but then like in other areas, I felt strong, do
- 15:02Speaker 2: you know what I mean?
- 15:02Speaker 1: True?
- 15:03Speaker 2: So I feel like in turn, us holding each other
- 15:05Speaker 2: to a higher standard helps me grow as a woman too. One. Yeah,
- 15:09Speaker 2: I've become a better woman from our friendship. Hands down,
- 15:12Speaker 2: our standards are very high, and they are which has
- 15:14Speaker 2: been really cool because it's allowed us to unplug from
- 15:16Speaker 2: people that are not aligned anymore.
- 15:18Speaker 1: Is both being anxious girls. Beforehand, we would keep people
- 15:21Speaker 1: in our life because we didn't think we were worthy
- 15:23Speaker 1: of more, or we're scared that we weren't going to
- 15:25Speaker 1: have anyone, or we lonely. Whereas now if it's not
- 15:27Speaker 1: a line, it's like.
- 15:28Speaker 2: Huh yeah, okay, yeah, it's not aligned.
- 15:31Speaker 1: That's cool. We accept that, that's okay, Like, yes, we
- 15:33Speaker 1: can still be sad around that. But the standard we
- 15:35Speaker 1: have for ourselves, for each other, for our relationships, for
- 15:38Speaker 1: what we want in life, and I feel like it's
- 15:40Speaker 1: not a way, even in work, it's not a way.
- 15:43Speaker 1: Any limiting beliefs on what we can achieve because we've
- 15:45Speaker 1: achieved more than we ever thought we would in one year. Yeah,
- 15:48Speaker 1: it's like, wow, if we can do that in a year,
- 15:50Speaker 1: watch out world in five years time.
- 15:51Speaker 2: Yes, this is a conversation we have frequently.
- 15:54Speaker 1: Yeah, like we call it out.
- 15:55Speaker 2: It's like knocking out any like ceiling. I don't think we.
- 15:59Speaker 1: Might have there's no limits.
- 16:00Speaker 2: And don't get me wrong, there's still fear and growth
- 16:02Speaker 2: and humanist all of it. But it's like, oh.
- 16:05Speaker 1: Like dressy days for sure. Yeah, it doesn't feel like
- 16:07Speaker 1: there's a lid on that now.
- 16:09Speaker 2: It's like that's open and we're just like looking up
- 16:11Speaker 2: into the ceiling of like, okay, cool, how far are
- 16:13Speaker 2: we gonna climb?
- 16:14Speaker 1: Literally, we've got plans for next year which is pretty
- 16:16Speaker 1: planned out. We've already started planning twenty twenty seven. Yeah,
- 16:20Speaker 1: it's so cool to we like knowing that all that's
- 16:22Speaker 1: possible and more absolutely and we have so much flexibility,
- 16:25Speaker 1: flow and find while we do it really cool. That's
- 16:27Speaker 1: a cool reflection thing. Yeah, welcome.
- 16:29Speaker 2: I'm going to tell you how I see your growth,
- 16:32Speaker 2: and then after I want to hear how you feel
- 16:34Speaker 2: your growth has been.
- 16:35Speaker 1: Okay and I'll do the same. Okay, yeah, yeah, So
- 16:38Speaker 1: your growth.
- 16:39Speaker 2: Oh man, where do I start.
- 16:40Speaker 1: It's been a big year. That's been a big year.
- 16:43Speaker 2: I feel like i've really from the get go, from
- 16:45Speaker 2: starting she rises, I have just seen your wings fucking
- 16:49Speaker 2: come out. It's like someone or something or a brick
- 16:53Speaker 2: or something was sitting on your shoulders and on your
- 16:55Speaker 2: wings and like dampening them in.
- 16:57Speaker 1: Like I felt like they were tucked.
- 16:58Speaker 2: They were tucked, And I don't know, I just saw
- 17:01Speaker 2: you come into yourself as a woman so much. Your strength,
- 17:05Speaker 2: your bigness, your fire, like all of the really beautiful
- 17:08Speaker 2: parts of you that make you a bold woman. It
- 17:11Speaker 2: was just like, oh no, she's she's just the right
- 17:14Speaker 2: amount more validation.
- 17:19Speaker 1: And it was just.
- 17:20Speaker 2: Inspiring to see because I just saw you come alive
- 17:24Speaker 2: in your ideas and your creativity and your want for
- 17:29Speaker 2: things in life. It was cool because you have this
- 17:31Speaker 2: really big drive for freedom. But I don't know, I
- 17:34Speaker 2: just felt like you weren't showing up as your full self,
- 17:37Speaker 2: Like I could feel that there was like a little
- 17:39Speaker 2: bit of the.
- 17:39Speaker 1: Spark not fully there.
- 17:41Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 17:41Speaker 1: I was dimmed for sure.
- 17:42Speaker 2: And then the more I noticed that you kind of
- 17:44Speaker 2: came into that and you felt more free to express that,
- 17:47Speaker 2: and you felt safe in our friendship to kind of
- 17:49Speaker 2: bring that in and bring that boldness in.
- 17:51Speaker 1: The bigger you got.
- 17:52Speaker 2: And the more your your wings kind of started to spread,
- 17:55Speaker 2: and I was just like, fuck, that's so been so
- 17:57Speaker 2: cool to watch you step into that and learn to
- 18:00Speaker 2: love that part of yourself again, because I think in
- 18:02Speaker 2: the very beginning again, having friendship that suppressed you made
- 18:06Speaker 2: you feel small or triggered things in you. Now the
- 18:10Speaker 2: way that you've grown into yourself, it's like, oh, I
- 18:12Speaker 2: don't feel like too much anymore. I love myself for
- 18:14Speaker 2: who I am, and I love myself for my bigness.
- 18:16Speaker 2: And I think it's been really beautiful to help you
- 18:19Speaker 2: love that side of yourself again and witness you learn
- 18:22Speaker 2: to love you for all of who you are and
- 18:24Speaker 2: your entirety as a woman as opposed to like the
- 18:27Speaker 2: person that you think that other people want you to be. Yeah,
- 18:29Speaker 2: so that's one part. With that fire comes sexual liberation.
- 18:34Speaker 2: Like I've seen you really come into yourself and like
- 18:37Speaker 2: your sexual energy and your femininity like so much more
- 18:40Speaker 2: that you just are so powerful in that energy. I
- 18:43Speaker 2: just can't explain it. Other than powerful, like your fire,
- 18:46Speaker 2: your voice has gotten stronger, your communication has like it's
- 18:50Speaker 2: so fucking it's like a ten.
- 18:51Speaker 1: It's so good.
- 18:52Speaker 2: Like you've been having hard conversation after hard conversation. It
- 18:55Speaker 2: is the year of hard conversations.
- 18:58Speaker 1: Guys that very well. Oh like out of us.
- 19:01Speaker 2: The way that you have learned how to communicate, the
- 19:03Speaker 2: way I've seen you learn how to do it in
- 19:04Speaker 2: your relationship with Steve in our friendship, I'm just like space.
- 19:09Speaker 2: It's so cool to see you just become bigger, bolder, badder, sexier. Yeah,
- 19:15Speaker 2: it's been really beautiful to witness.
- 19:16Speaker 1: That's cool. Yeah, Yeah, that's similar to how I feel.
- 19:20Speaker 1: I feel freedom within myself. You know how your great
- 19:22Speaker 1: freedom in my life. Yeah, I do have freedom in
- 19:25Speaker 1: my life. And thank you to my husband for holding
- 19:28Speaker 1: holding all of me a lot, and he's definitely more quieter,
- 19:33Speaker 1: more balanced. I'm like a wild beast, but I feel
- 19:38Speaker 1: the sense of freedom not only from the lifestyle that
- 19:40Speaker 1: I choose and the opportunities that I create for myself.
- 19:43Speaker 1: I feel the sense of freedom in my energy, in
- 19:45Speaker 1: my body. And that's been such a huge shift for me.
- 19:49Speaker 1: I mean, obviously our childhood and cognitioning and traumas and
- 19:52Speaker 1: situations push us down and dim our light. But yeah,
- 19:56Speaker 1: I just feel this like full openness that I can
- 19:59Speaker 1: be exactly who I am and not saying things online
- 20:03Speaker 1: don't hurt me. I'd be lying by I didn't touch
- 20:05Speaker 1: me a little bit, but definitely don't really touch me anymore. Yeah,
- 20:09Speaker 1: because I can see it's not about me, and even
- 20:11Speaker 1: if they try and make it about me, I love me.
- 20:13Speaker 1: So it's like, I don't really mind what you're saying,
- 20:16Speaker 1: whether it's to do with how I parent or what
- 20:19Speaker 1: I do in my workplace, if I go away with
- 20:20Speaker 1: my friends or if I get freaking surgery, Like like,
- 20:23Speaker 1: I'm not doing it for you, I'm doing it for me.
- 20:25Speaker 1: This is my life, and I'm no. When I get
- 20:27Speaker 1: to eighty years old and I look back at my life,
- 20:28Speaker 1: I'm like, fuck, yeah, I lived. It's definitely taken a
- 20:31Speaker 1: lot of work. Sexually, for sure. I didn't realize how
- 20:34Speaker 1: sexually suppressed I was, And that's no one else's fault
- 20:37Speaker 1: except for my own. I just always thought growing up,
- 20:40Speaker 1: I won't sleep around. I never want to go off
- 20:42Speaker 1: my hands with how many men I slept with, because
- 20:44Speaker 1: I want every man that I am with to be
- 20:45Speaker 1: a partner for them to be special. And I don't
- 20:47Speaker 1: want to be dirty or be slutty because that was
- 20:50Speaker 1: so shamed at school. If you were sleep around it,
- 20:52Speaker 1: you were disgusting. So I never wanted to be that.
- 20:55Speaker 1: But yeah, up until like the last twelve months, I
- 20:57Speaker 1: felt like my sex has always been beautiful with Steve
- 21:00Speaker 1: and I felt safe with him, but I still I
- 21:02Speaker 1: wasn't fully embodied. I didn't fully love of myself, and
- 21:06Speaker 1: there was restrictions on how I could be or what
- 21:08Speaker 1: I could say, or how deep my pleasure could go
- 21:11Speaker 1: because I just was two in my head. That's been
- 21:14Speaker 1: really freeing as well, really really cool, and only strengthened
- 21:17Speaker 1: my relationship with Steve and with myself and my body
- 21:21Speaker 1: and sexually, embody doesn't just show up in the bedroom.
- 21:24Speaker 1: It shows up in your feminine energy, your sensuality, what
- 21:27Speaker 1: you wear, how you speak, how open you are, how
- 21:30Speaker 1: connected you are with yourself, and then that deepens and
- 21:32Speaker 1: connections with other people. So it's like this beautiful role
- 21:35Speaker 1: on effect of everything else in your life. And I
- 21:38Speaker 1: love that I've gone through this because I know that
- 21:39Speaker 1: I'll really be able to help Tyler as she grows
- 21:41Speaker 1: all yeats as well, to not have any sexual shame
- 21:44Speaker 1: and just to fully embrace all of who she is.
- 21:46Speaker 1: Plus she's got you and Megsi is an auntie. She's
- 21:50Speaker 1: going to be a lot of fun and lots of beautiful,
- 21:52Speaker 1: healthy sisters around her to help her thrive. Relationship wise,
- 21:56Speaker 1: Steve and I have been through some ups and downs
- 21:59Speaker 1: and different challenges to navigate together, but I really feel
- 22:03Speaker 1: like it's a rebirth of our marriage coming into this
- 22:05Speaker 1: new year, which is really exciting. Yeah, grief has been
- 22:08Speaker 1: really tough. That's been probably one of the hardest things
- 22:11Speaker 1: I've ever had to navigate. To watch my best friend
- 22:14Speaker 1: lose a child and watch her to navigate that and
- 22:16Speaker 1: still to this day is really difficult. I just every
- 22:20Speaker 1: day wish I could do more or say more or
- 22:23Speaker 1: take away pain. And that's just something life never really
- 22:26Speaker 1: prepares for you, and you never really think you'd go
- 22:28Speaker 1: through anything like that, or you hear other people's stories,
- 22:30Speaker 1: and Yeah, that's that's been really really challenged, probably been
- 22:34Speaker 1: the worst, the hardest thing that I've had to navigate. Yeah,
- 22:37Speaker 1: this year, let's go through all of that and just
- 22:39Speaker 1: how much we miss Rambo that was tough and still
- 22:44Speaker 1: is tough, of course, yeah, always be tough. And then
- 22:47Speaker 1: watching my kids grow has been so freaking cool. Like
- 22:49Speaker 1: Tajha is just this grown man. He's going to be
- 22:52Speaker 1: taller than Megsy soon. He's so crazy, just such a mature,
- 22:56Speaker 1: beautiful little man. And Taral has just really come into
- 22:59Speaker 1: herself even more. She's just the funniest humor. He's so funny.
- 23:04Speaker 1: Fuck me, she just makes us laugh every single day.
- 23:07Speaker 1: It's just fuller personal shit that comes out of her mouth.
- 23:10Speaker 1: I pose it like, oh, I can't even You just
- 23:12Speaker 1: have to spend ten minutes with them, and you're like,
- 23:14Speaker 1: oh my god, to go what you mean?
- 23:15Speaker 2: I'll like wine down the window and she'll be looking
- 23:16Speaker 2: at me and she had a tongue tongue out at
- 23:19Speaker 2: me and turned.
- 23:19Speaker 1: Around to a bundance as oh, she's so funny. So
- 23:22Speaker 1: it's been just feel so grateful that I get to
- 23:25Speaker 1: watch them grow into the little humans that they are.
- 23:28Speaker 1: But I think through all this in a work that
- 23:29Speaker 1: I've done for myself since my brain surgeries too. I've
- 23:31Speaker 1: had two brain surgeries, which is wild nearly off my
- 23:34Speaker 1: blood thinners, which is really exciting and aneurysm is all healing,
- 23:37Speaker 1: so I only have to get MRIs once a year now,
- 23:39Speaker 1: which is really cool. Good, so good. But I think
- 23:42Speaker 1: all this inner work has only made me be a
- 23:44Speaker 1: better mum, a better wife, a better friend, a better communicator,
- 23:49Speaker 1: show up my workplace better. So it's been a great year.
- 23:51Speaker 1: She's growing. It's been the most transformational year, but probably
- 23:55Speaker 1: one of my favorite years for that reason. For those reasons,
- 23:58Speaker 1: I love that.
- 23:59Speaker 2: Yeah, and so she rises.
- 24:01Speaker 1: She rises that. Oh my gosh, it's so suitable. We rise, Yeah,
- 24:05Speaker 1: we rise together. The whole purpose of she rises, yes
- 24:08Speaker 1: to about you? What do you feel with your growth?
- 24:10Speaker 1: Lots happened?
- 24:11Speaker 2: Oh my gosh, I feel like a different human? Are
- 24:13Speaker 2: I feel like a different human? I feel like when
- 24:15Speaker 2: we first started the podcast, I like, I was so
- 24:18Speaker 2: excited and I immediately said yes, But I also equally
- 24:21Speaker 2: was fucking terrified. You were really I was so scared
- 24:25Speaker 2: it'd be fine, but so many different things right coming
- 24:28Speaker 2: into something where that's already established, Yea, you know, there's
- 24:30Speaker 2: definitely an opportunity for you know, there to be a
- 24:32Speaker 2: certain expectation. And I in no way was trying to
- 24:36Speaker 2: replace anyone or anything like that, but only to come
- 24:38Speaker 2: in and create something of our own, which I'm really
- 24:40Speaker 2: glad that the last year has been really beautiful evidence
- 24:43Speaker 2: that we've been able to do that together, so beautiful.
- 24:45Speaker 2: And Yeah, I was really scared, really timid. I still
- 24:48Speaker 2: cared a lot about That's a good way to describe.
- 24:50Speaker 1: I don't know how to say it. I don't want
- 24:51Speaker 1: to say dim, but you were timid, timid.
- 24:53Speaker 2: Yes, to myself, quiet, not really expressive that much. I
- 24:58Speaker 2: very reserved. That's very reserved. But it came from a
- 25:01Speaker 2: place of still feeling like I needed to present myself
- 25:04Speaker 2: a certain way.
- 25:05Speaker 1: Affectionists, the perfectionist.
- 25:06Speaker 2: Yeah, And I think a lot of that off the
- 25:07Speaker 2: back end was me having just gotten out of a
- 25:10Speaker 2: relationship a couple months prior to that, and still unlearning
- 25:14Speaker 2: the wounds that were created from that relationship. Like I
- 25:16Speaker 2: feel like I really dimmed my light in that relationship. Yeah.
- 25:19Speaker 2: And so when I came into the podcast, I had
- 25:21Speaker 2: like this self doubt in me that you know, just
- 25:23Speaker 2: kind of wobbled me a bit. But as I started
- 25:25Speaker 2: to show up and I got comfortable sharing who I
- 25:28Speaker 2: am and what I'm actually what I'm actually like, you know,
- 25:31Speaker 2: not needing to filter, and don't get me wrong, I
- 25:33Speaker 2: still do that to some degree. There's time and place, right,
- 25:36Speaker 2: I can be very unhinged now there's no one here.
- 25:39Speaker 2: Sometimes we'll look at each other and we're like, oh
- 25:40Speaker 2: my god, that just got the vault?
- 25:42Speaker 1: Did you just say that? Did I just say that?
- 25:44Speaker 2: I'm yanking it absolutely, and yeah, just being okay with
- 25:48Speaker 2: however people are going to receive me. Yeah, I just
- 25:51Speaker 2: don't care any like. Don't get me wrong, I still
- 25:53Speaker 2: care to some degree.
- 25:54Speaker 1: I know what you mean.
- 25:55Speaker 2: I still care, but I don't care as much. And
- 25:56Speaker 2: I just feel free in myself as a woman because
- 25:59Speaker 2: I've spent a lot of time on my own, gotten
- 26:02Speaker 2: to know myself really, you know, being on all the
- 26:05Speaker 2: time recording you know, some of my deepest, darkest things
- 26:08Speaker 2: that have happened to me and being so vulnerably open
- 26:11Speaker 2: about it allowed me almost to see myself in it
- 26:15Speaker 2: and to be like WHOA, Like you're okay, you're fine,
- 26:18Speaker 2: Like you're good kind of thing.
- 26:20Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 26:21Speaker 2: So I think this podcast has really helped me come
- 26:23Speaker 2: into myself as a woman. And I've never felt more certain,
- 26:27Speaker 2: more steady in myself as a woman than what I
- 26:29Speaker 2: do now And it doesn't mean that I don't have
- 26:31Speaker 2: rocky days, because I do, of course, human but it
- 26:33Speaker 2: just feel solid and I feel like I'm at a
- 26:35Speaker 2: point now where I'm just I'm having fun with it.
- 26:38Speaker 2: Prior to that, I really still had a whole lot
- 26:40Speaker 2: of self doubt around myself in business. And I feel
- 26:43Speaker 2: like our friendship, you've really taught me to see my
- 26:46Speaker 2: own potential and help me see my potential in myself
- 26:50Speaker 2: by how you believed in me. And I think that's
- 26:53Speaker 2: been a really beautiful gift about friendship too. Of you know,
- 26:56Speaker 2: you and your mindset and the way that you kind
- 26:59Speaker 2: of do life is like there's never a limit, you know.
- 27:02Speaker 2: You just have this very expansive view on life. And
- 27:05Speaker 2: I really allowed myself to kind of adopt and start
- 27:07Speaker 2: to think and not limit myself by fear by being
- 27:10Speaker 2: like WHOA like, Actually, this fear is lying to you,
- 27:13Speaker 2: like you don't have to be in this box or
- 27:16Speaker 2: live this way in life, Like you can have what
- 27:18Speaker 2: you want and you can live your life in the
- 27:20Speaker 2: way that genuinely feels good for you. And I think
- 27:23Speaker 2: by you closing down baseline, having the aneurysms, watching you
- 27:27Speaker 2: grow through that process. I was like, she fucking reinvented herself.
- 27:30Speaker 2: I'm like, I can fucking reinvent myself too, yeah, you know,
- 27:32Speaker 2: And it was just really beautiful permission in our friendship
- 27:35Speaker 2: to be able to do that. And so I really felt, yeah,
- 27:39Speaker 2: just more capable. And something that I've really struggled with
- 27:42Speaker 2: my whole life is like not feeling fully capable. But
- 27:44Speaker 2: I just don't think I had enough evidence yet. This
- 27:47Speaker 2: whole year has been about creating evidence, feeling good enough,
- 27:50Speaker 2: feeling worthy, feeling capable, And like now I'm like, the
- 27:53Speaker 2: fear doesn't really touch the sides unless I'm having a
- 27:55Speaker 2: bad day.
- 27:56Speaker 1: Just two days before I period, right, except for that day.
- 27:59Speaker 1: Other than that, I'm like, no, that's cool. I can
- 28:00Speaker 1: handle fear.
- 28:01Speaker 2: The business, the growth, like the things that we have
- 28:03Speaker 2: written out together for the business plan bigger than I
- 28:05Speaker 2: could have ever imagined, you know. But I feel like
- 28:08Speaker 2: I've blown the lid off my fear and that's a
- 28:10Speaker 2: really beautiful thing.
- 28:11Speaker 1: So cool.
- 28:12Speaker 2: We tell them what we're doing right now?
- 28:13Speaker 1: Yeah you might as well? Yeah, okay, yeah, yeah, why not? Okay, Well,
- 28:17Speaker 1: the Nutch Path first nature path. I started with the Nuchpath,
- 28:19Speaker 1: got all my blood's done, saw some things that were
- 28:22Speaker 1: affecting my sleep, my hormones. So I've been on that
- 28:24Speaker 1: journey for over three months now and all of that's improving,
- 28:27Speaker 1: which is amazing. And then you're seeing the same match
- 28:30Speaker 1: path now and working on your gut house and both
- 28:32Speaker 1: have our herbal tonics and disgusting. Thank you Tash and Tash,
- 28:36Speaker 1: we love you.
- 28:37Speaker 2: And we're actually starting a journey of peptides.
- 28:40Speaker 1: Yeah, which is something we both have been like looking
- 28:42Speaker 1: into for months, going down the rabbit hole on TikTok,
- 28:45Speaker 1: and we decided to go ahead and give it a go.
- 28:47Speaker 1: It's very expensive, and it's very expensive.
- 28:49Speaker 2: Don't want to know how much, but show me your
- 28:51Speaker 2: bank statements and I'll tell you what you value.
- 28:53Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 28:53Speaker 2: So definitely this year has been hard conversations, Yeah, personal growth,
- 28:58Speaker 2: challenging ourselves, health and connection.
- 29:01Speaker 1: Yeah, we've done all of that, which is really cool.
- 29:03Speaker 1: So the peptides are really to help elevate our health,
- 29:08Speaker 1: our immune system, gut health, anti aging, recovery, control, cell generation, yeah.
- 29:16Speaker 1: For me, sleep, view, more much meat, gut health, yes,
- 29:19Speaker 1: smaller muscle recovery. Yeah.
- 29:21Speaker 2: I've noticed this last year just coming to more stress
- 29:23Speaker 2: and like learning to balance both of the business, which
- 29:25Speaker 2: has been a whole other thing in itself, like learning
- 29:27Speaker 2: to manage two businesses. And yeah, it's been so cool
- 29:30Speaker 2: stretching my capacity we're trying to get at. I've had
- 29:33Speaker 2: like a couple of skin issues where I think it's
- 29:35Speaker 2: been triggered from stress, get like and a bit like
- 29:38Speaker 2: covered in like hives and rashes and like psoriasis and
- 29:42Speaker 2: all this sort of stuff. So that kind of inspired
- 29:44Speaker 2: the health journey is okay, cool if we're going to
- 29:47Speaker 2: be doing more and expanding more and stretching our capacity
- 29:49Speaker 2: even more with.
- 29:50Speaker 1: What we're doing, take of ourselves more.
- 29:52Speaker 2: Yeah, Like we don't have anything without health.
- 29:53Speaker 1: So we can't stay. We've felt a difference because we've
- 29:55Speaker 1: only been on them. Well you haven't, you're about to start.
- 29:57Speaker 1: You'll about to start. It's injected to by the way,
- 30:00Speaker 1: so it's tire of little meat needles that you get
- 30:02Speaker 1: the product. I'm on four different ones, so you inject
- 30:04Speaker 1: it into like a little fatty part of your tummy.
- 30:06Speaker 1: Don't even feel the needle. They're not really popular in Australia.
- 30:09Speaker 1: They're more popular in America at the moment, but they're
- 30:10Speaker 1: coming over here. Definitely. We're not going to share where
- 30:13Speaker 1: we've got them from or anything, because, like I said,
- 30:14Speaker 1: we haven't taken them long enough to even say that
- 30:16Speaker 1: we feel a difference or see your difference. So don't
- 30:18Speaker 1: ask where we've got them from, just so you can
- 30:19Speaker 1: do your own research and there's plenty of places you
- 30:21Speaker 1: can get them from, and maybe in six months time,
- 30:23Speaker 1: if we've really felt a massive difference, we can share
- 30:25Speaker 1: all the details. But yeah, we're really excited for that
- 30:27Speaker 1: journey and just especially both going into a surgery next year,
- 30:30Speaker 1: as you guys know, I'm getting my upper left done
- 30:32Speaker 1: and Tianna's getting her implants replaced. Want to make sure
- 30:34Speaker 1: our bodies as healthy as it can be so we
- 30:36Speaker 1: have a faster recovery as well, because we have time
- 30:38Speaker 1: to be laying in bed.
- 30:39Speaker 2: Absolutely, we got shit to do, retreats to do, yeah,
- 30:42Speaker 2: things to plan not.
- 30:43Speaker 1: Overall, it's been a pretty incredible year. I'm very, very
- 30:46Speaker 1: proud of us.
- 30:47Speaker 2: I had this quote once and it was like, find
- 30:50Speaker 2: something that feels like play to you, but looks like
- 30:52Speaker 2: work to everyone else. Yeah, And I was like, oh
- 30:55Speaker 2: my gosh, Like that's what we do.
- 30:56Speaker 1: This is Jesus all. Yeah, for us.
- 30:58Speaker 2: This whole year has been one big adventure really, and
- 31:01Speaker 2: I just like people always say, like the year goes
- 31:04Speaker 2: really fast, but to be ho, like, I've enjoyed every moment.
- 31:07Speaker 1: Oh yeah, every part of the journey.
- 31:09Speaker 2: It's so cool creating the events, creating the lead up
- 31:12Speaker 2: to the retreats, coming up here, and doing the podcast episodes,
- 31:15Speaker 2: our monthly stay case, filming content, batching content, like everything
- 31:19Speaker 2: that we do. There's so much heart in it and
- 31:22Speaker 2: I don't think I've ever felt this alive in my life. Amazing,
- 31:25Speaker 2: it's amazing, so cool, And you know what's crazy. I
- 31:27Speaker 2: used to think like, oh, I just have to settle
- 31:30Speaker 2: for you know, whatever it was that I had at
- 31:32Speaker 2: the time. I was like, oh, this feels kind of lukewarm,
- 31:34Speaker 2: feels kind of boring, And I'm like, oh, now that
- 31:36Speaker 2: I've had this breath of fresh air on the other side, yeah,
- 31:39Speaker 2: I'm like, oh my gosh, it doesn't have to be
- 31:41Speaker 2: like that. So cool. You actually get to choose, to choose,
- 31:44Speaker 2: but you've got to.
- 31:44Speaker 1: Work at it. You've got to create it, yeah, and
- 31:46Speaker 1: believe that you can do it with having that belief
- 31:48Speaker 1: in each other has really helped us as well. Because
- 31:50Speaker 1: we lean on each other when we wobble, definitely, and
- 31:52Speaker 1: a week for our periods we are well belief. Yeah yeah,
- 31:54Speaker 1: and we take turns to you to be like my
- 31:56Speaker 1: period than yours, And atually it's like she's a week
- 31:58Speaker 1: before me, and she'll have a meltdown and then I'm
- 32:00Speaker 1: the week after. Yep.
- 32:01Speaker 2: Honestly, we are super excited for twenty twenty six and
- 32:04Speaker 2: so so thankful. I just want to say thank you
- 32:06Speaker 2: so much to every single listen download, every single person
- 32:11Speaker 2: who's been there to our events, who's coming to our retreats.
- 32:14Speaker 1: Like comments, likes, like interacting that content sens it's a
- 32:17Speaker 1: DM yeah, everything that you're need. Teary, I am, yeah,
- 32:21Speaker 1: so much gratitude for what you guys have brought to
- 32:23Speaker 1: us this year. We couldn't do any of this without you.
- 32:25Speaker 1: And it's so beautiful to have a community where we
- 32:27Speaker 1: can bring women together like this and we can all
- 32:29Speaker 1: have fun and grow and learn together. Because life's fucking hard. Yeah,
- 32:32Speaker 1: there's so many challenges that we all go through. It
- 32:34Speaker 1: just looks and feels different. We've all got more healing
- 32:36Speaker 1: to do, We've all got more uncovering to do, so
- 32:38Speaker 1: to do it together in this community. It's just a
- 32:40Speaker 1: dream come true. It is so beautiful.
- 32:42Speaker 2: Yeah, and I just want to say thank you for
- 32:44Speaker 2: growing with us, learning with us, being willing to change
- 32:48Speaker 2: with us, because we know that sometimes change can feel
- 32:50Speaker 2: conflicting and confronting and uncomfortable to being open minded not
- 32:55Speaker 2: just for us, loving us along the journey, and also
- 32:58Speaker 2: loving yourself too, because if you're here and you're listening,
- 33:01Speaker 2: you're a growth seeker and you want to evolve as
- 33:04Speaker 2: we evolve, and we really do want you to come
- 33:06Speaker 2: with us. This is not something we want to outgrow
- 33:09Speaker 2: you in. No, we share what we share so openly
- 33:12Speaker 2: and vulnerably so that you can come with us on
- 33:14Speaker 2: the ride.
- 33:14Speaker 1: It's so fun.
- 33:15Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 33:15Speaker 1: So girls, coming to Bali or the Australian Retreat, we'll
- 33:18Speaker 1: see you there. Got plenty other things planned. And yeah,

- 33:25Speaker 1: that hopefully. Oh we don't have days, but being either
