- 0:01SPEAKER_00: Standing here now for 30 minutes.
- 0:03SPEAKER_00: What are you after, sir?
- 0:04SPEAKER_00: All I want is some service made.
- 0:06SPEAKER_00: What would you like?
- 0:07SPEAKER_00: I'll have 15 Jagaboms, please.
- 0:09SPEAKER_00: Welcome to Simplified Sparky Marketing.
- 0:11SPEAKER_00: Last week in the mentorship, we got into the new service made 15 updates, which I'm going to briefly go over on this podcast so you can kind of see it with this new camera function.
- 0:23SPEAKER_00: And I'm going to briefly run through it.
- 0:25SPEAKER_00: So for context, this was for about an hour and a half.
- 0:28SPEAKER_00: I dug into the little segments, the little sections, all the relevant updates on the live sessions.
- 0:34SPEAKER_00: So basically, the ones I like the best are the ones that are going to make your business more efficient, they're going to make your business more money, more importantly.
- 0:43SPEAKER_00: And they're just quality and they they just make the app and software a better place.
- 0:48SPEAKER_00: To start with, we have the new profile update picture.
- 0:52SPEAKER_00: So if you want to do this, you have to delete the app.
- 0:55SPEAKER_00: I had to delete the app and then I have to re-upload the app.
- 0:58SPEAKER_00: And then all the features and functions were released for the new update.
- 1:02SPEAKER_00: So you can take a selfie inside your profile, and it can you can wear a hat, it will put your hat on it, you can have sunglasses.
- 1:08SPEAKER_00: Bit of fun, bit of novelty for you and the staff.
- 1:12SPEAKER_00: Next up is expanding job notes.
- 1:14SPEAKER_00: We have got job notes that used to be compacted.
- 1:18SPEAKER_00: You have to click on it to see them on the job card.
- 1:20SPEAKER_00: You can now see them.
- 1:21SPEAKER_00: Really cool with that as well, which is also mentioned on the further down, is you can reply in job notes.
- 1:28SPEAKER_00: So you can tag a staff member in there, you can reply inside the job notes also.
- 1:33SPEAKER_00: You can react with an emoji.
- 1:34SPEAKER_00: As I was saying on the live session, your policy with the company might be by telling us by marking this with an emoji of the eyes, it shows that you have seen the note that I have left for you.
- 1:47SPEAKER_00: So there's no confusion of all parties that you did see the note.
- 1:50SPEAKER_00: Hiding completed tasks is another good, and it really annoyed me when you completed a task in service made and it just lingered and just stay there.
- 1:57SPEAKER_00: There's a way that you can now do that as well.
- 2:00SPEAKER_00: So that was very irritating that you might have 10 tasks, you might have completed eight of them, and they would just remain on the task list as completed.
- 2:08SPEAKER_00: And it was a little level of confusion that was no good for anybody.
- 2:13SPEAKER_00: Preview button, a little bit underwhelmed with this right now.
- 2:16SPEAKER_00: Maybe I'm not using this correctly, but the preview button is on the quotations.
- 2:20SPEAKER_00: And I know there's a lot of confusion that what will a quote look like before I send it, that I don't have to go press print and then check out it, check it out in the job diary.
- 2:29SPEAKER_00: You can actually just click the quote preview button, and that will then show the quotation on the on the little preview window.
- 2:37SPEAKER_00: So you can see exactly what it looks like.
- 2:38SPEAKER_00: Now, what annoys me is I would love, and we would love, this function for proposals, because I'm a proposal kind of guy.
- 2:46SPEAKER_00: There's been some funky features updated on proposals and bundles, which I'll be getting into in a sec.
- 2:51SPEAKER_00: But you can't preview a proposal.
- 2:53SPEAKER_00: And the really annoying thing with a proposal, now I might be doing this wrong, but as far as I can see, you can't do this.
- 2:59SPEAKER_00: With the proposals, it's very annoying because you'll build one, and the only way you can kind of see the finished product is by sending it out.
- 3:05SPEAKER_00: That activates the link for your proposal.
- 3:08SPEAKER_00: So it's very annoying that.
- 3:09SPEAKER_00: And look, it might be the next update.
- 3:11SPEAKER_00: But I thought it was on this, and that would have been awesome that you click on it and you can see see what the proposal actually looks like.
- 3:18SPEAKER_00: Now, the difference between a quote, a regular quote, and the proposal is the regular quote is an old school quote.
- 3:23SPEAKER_00: It is just like your materials, your labor.
- 3:27SPEAKER_00: You can even do like a essentially fixed pricing on it as well, but it's clumped into one.
- 3:31SPEAKER_00: Whereas the proposal, you can build a package or a bundle and it lives on a proposal.
- 3:36SPEAKER_00: So it's like inception.
- 3:37SPEAKER_00: So for example, you go to your woolly's, you buy a can of beans, you don't break it into the sauce, the bean, the packaging, and all that.
- 3:46SPEAKER_00: It comes as one complete package, and it's the way that I stress stress electrician's quote because the more efficient you are, the more money you will make.
- 3:54SPEAKER_00: Duplicate a form.
- 3:55SPEAKER_00: So if you're creating forms or you're making a form, maybe you have a specific form for a specific job or something like that, and you want something made very, very similar, you're only going to change two or three items on it.
- 4:06SPEAKER_00: You can now go in and you can make a copy of that form as well.
- 4:09SPEAKER_00: And it will replicate the last one, and then you can just go in and edit the windows and parts that you don't want, or you want to edit.
- 4:16SPEAKER_00: So replying in job diary notes with emojis as well.
- 4:19SPEAKER_00: I've mentioned all of that.
- 4:20SPEAKER_00: Staff chat is one of the coolest features out there.
- 4:23SPEAKER_00: Now I went deep into this of how good it is and why it is so good on the live session, but basically it's WhatsApp built into ServiceMed.
- 4:30SPEAKER_00: And I know a lot of you that are using ServiceMed will be most likely either in a WhatsApp group, you will be on a it could be Google Chat or something like that, could be Telegram, could be something like that, where your staff and members they live over there outside of your software.
- 4:47SPEAKER_00: Now, what I love is to try and keep everything inside in one software, which is essentially your service med.
- 4:52SPEAKER_00: This is a game changer, in my opinion, particularly if you have staff.
- 4:55SPEAKER_00: Now you can do really cool things, this, such as one-on-one private chats.
- 4:59SPEAKER_00: You can do it with, you know, you can have an admin chat like I've got inside of mine.
- 5:03SPEAKER_00: You can have job chats, is something that's really cool that's mentioned on the live session or the live webinar from ServiceMed.
- 5:10SPEAKER_00: Essentially, if you've got a very important job, you can have a few guys in that chat on the job, and you can see all the conversation in there.
- 5:17SPEAKER_00: You can attach images and stuff like that.
- 5:19SPEAKER_00: I think this is one of the most revolutionary updates that has come from ServiceMed.
- 5:23SPEAKER_00: I really, really like that one.
- 5:25SPEAKER_00: Email from your own app your own domain is huge as well.
- 5:28SPEAKER_00: There's a bit of faffing around to set this up.
- 5:30SPEAKER_00: It's not just a case of clicking on entering your email.
- 5:33SPEAKER_00: If you're anyway tech savvy or whatnot, you can do this quite easily as well.
- 5:38SPEAKER_00: So basically, you have to enter your DNS records, which are your authority to send an email.
- 5:43SPEAKER_00: So if you can imagine, if I set this up with your email and your web domain, and I just clicked accept, and then I could send emails off of your email address, it would be a bit silly, wouldn't it?
- 5:55SPEAKER_00: So what you have to do is actually add the DNS records to your domain.
- 5:59SPEAKER_00: So there's a there's a way around that as well, which I got into, but it is when I say a way around, it's a method of doing it.
- 6:05SPEAKER_00: It's very, very easy to do.
- 6:06SPEAKER_00: Notifications, different looking notifications on your panel.
- 6:10SPEAKER_00: So when you go to the top right hand corner of the screen, there's now different notifications, just makes it more obvious where you can look at your your clients that have replied to your emails.
- 6:20SPEAKER_00: If you've been tagged by a staff member, so on and so forth, there is a big update with that as well, which is quite cool.
- 6:26SPEAKER_00: The toolbox meetings is one of the coolest features as well.
- 6:29SPEAKER_00: It's called toolbox meetings, but it could be a meeting about anything.
- 6:32SPEAKER_00: I went deep in this in the live session as well because I think there's a really, really cool potential possibility with this as well.
- 6:40SPEAKER_00: But essentially, what you can do is record your staff meetings.
- 6:43SPEAKER_00: So you can add them in a group, toolbox talks or whatever inside the knowledge, and you can get them all on that call, and the call is recorded and transcribed.
- 6:53SPEAKER_00: Very important, and as they mentioned on the webinar as well, it's an ass cover, it's purely an ass cover, and I went deep on that of why that will be so valuable when it actually works.
- 7:03SPEAKER_00: Because I went to try and work it and I could not find it.
- 7:07SPEAKER_00: ServiceMe phones, there has been apparently some improvements.
- 7:10SPEAKER_00: I don't use service me phones because I use a different phone service before service me phones came out.
- 7:15SPEAKER_00: If it's not broken, don't fix it.
- 7:17SPEAKER_00: But apparently there's better call connections, better transfers, better call quality.
- 7:20SPEAKER_00: The annoying thing with AI is the the in the awkward pause and the mm-hmm, uh-huh in between.
- 7:26SPEAKER_00: Apparently, that has been eradicated, which is fantastic.
- 7:30SPEAKER_00: Blocking numbers, good to have.
- 7:32SPEAKER_00: Nothing groundbreaking here, but you can go into the settings and block numbers that are coming in and annoying you, so they won't be calling that phone line again.
- 7:38SPEAKER_00: So you might be getting spam from the same SEO company or the same person trying to sell you a website.
- 7:44SPEAKER_00: You can know you can block that out.
- 7:45SPEAKER_00: Imagine is one of the coolest features.
- 7:48SPEAKER_00: I keep saying that.
- 7:48SPEAKER_00: There's probably five or six cool features that that came out that I love.
- 7:52SPEAKER_00: And the reason I have got Juan here, shout out Quan.
- 7:55SPEAKER_00: Quan's my mate.
- 7:56SPEAKER_00: He was doing this before the update.
- 7:58SPEAKER_00: So, what you can do is you can AI your images.
- 8:01SPEAKER_00: Now, I went deep in this as well of how this is gonna make you a lot of money in your electrical business.
- 8:06SPEAKER_00: But essentially, you can take a picture of a pendant and you can then change it with a let's just say a ceiling fan.
- 8:13SPEAKER_00: So the client knows exactly what you're getting.
- 8:15SPEAKER_00: Not gonna go too much more into that.
- 8:17SPEAKER_00: And this is handy, this is super handy as well.
- 8:20SPEAKER_00: So the photo markup.
- 8:21SPEAKER_00: So, what the photo markup is is let's say, for instance, you've got an employee that doesn't listen, and you say to him, I want to move, let's in this instance, in this image, is a hot water heater.
- 8:32SPEAKER_00: And what you can do here is you can then say to him, Hey, want to just replace this one part of the hot water unit.
- 8:40SPEAKER_00: Obviously, there's a big red square, and he has written wrote replaced this section, so it's it's pretty, pretty fucking obvious what they need to do.
- 8:47SPEAKER_00: As I said, if you've got an employee that doesn't listen, at least the image will tell them what to do.
- 8:52SPEAKER_00: So, again, really funky feature inside the job card is that materials and bundles are improved on the app.
- 8:58SPEAKER_00: So easier to work with materials and bundles.
- 9:00SPEAKER_00: Another feature that I do like that is mentioned further down is the ability to save a proposal bundle.
- 9:07SPEAKER_00: So, for example, with me, what always tends to happen is I fluctuate my pricing.
- 9:11SPEAKER_00: So if I'm quoting something and let's say there's 15 oyster lights, and instead of X amount, I might lower them to Y amount and not be so greedy and just get the job and make lots of money on the 15 oysters, etc.
- 9:24SPEAKER_00: So when that happens, you can nominate this in the in the settings that you can save that going forward, which is ideal because every time I go in, I'm like, should I be able to put up the prices on that?
- 9:35SPEAKER_00: And I just end up going, ramping up the minutes on the quotation, and then that will ramp it up again.
- 9:40SPEAKER_00: So that is on the materials bundle images.
- 9:44SPEAKER_00: I am taking full claim for this.
- 9:47SPEAKER_00: I have been pushing this with Darren.
- 9:49SPEAKER_00: If Darren's listening to this from Serviceman, I've been pushing this with him for about I would say five to six years.
- 9:55SPEAKER_00: I've been like put images on bundles because clients want to see what they are getting.
- 10:01SPEAKER_00: Now I think this is revolutionary as well.
- 10:03SPEAKER_00: And knew it was revolutionary because other apps, this isn't a new thing, other apps and softwares were were able to do this.
- 10:09SPEAKER_00: And there's a number of softwares out there years that had the image attached to it.
- 10:13SPEAKER_00: And I was like, it should be extremely simple to do.
- 10:16SPEAKER_00: I'm not a developer, but it's it seems like it's easy to do if other softwares can do it.
- 10:20SPEAKER_00: What this give does is it gives you the ability to attach an image in line with what you are actually selling.
- 10:27SPEAKER_00: So, for example, you could be trying to convince a client that you they should be using clips of iconic.
- 10:34SPEAKER_00: And usually what you do is you send them the quote.
- 10:37SPEAKER_00: If it was a proposal, it would be attached in a clump, and they're like, which one's iconic, which one's classic?
- 10:41SPEAKER_00: Maybe you email them an image of each individually and it says iconic and classic.
- 10:46SPEAKER_00: And then you're like, oh shit, Hager silhouette's actually pretty nice as well.
- 10:50SPEAKER_00: I'll throw that into the mix.
- 10:51SPEAKER_00: And then they're like, which one's which?
- 10:53SPEAKER_00: With this, what you can do is you can have the image attached that specific line item, that bundle, and you can drag the bundle into the proposal.
- 11:02SPEAKER_00: And the proposal is essentially your presentation of the quote, and you can look at it and you can see exactly what you're getting.
- 11:07SPEAKER_00: And I think this is absolutely phenomenal for up for an update because this is what we're going to, this is what the client is going to see when they receive it.
- 11:16SPEAKER_00: And if your quote comes in and you've got your pretty picture of the fitting, the exact fitting they're going to get and see on the wall.
- 11:23SPEAKER_00: If you paid attention to something I said earlier, you can actually combine the two of these, which I spoke about.
- 11:28SPEAKER_00: And it's it's just a game changer because they can see exactly what they're getting.
- 11:32SPEAKER_00: It's it's a tangible product.
- 11:34SPEAKER_00: Edit history.
- 11:35SPEAKER_00: Now, with this, it's not edit the history, it is to check the edit history.
- 11:38SPEAKER_00: So if there's been a change in the quote, a change on an email, something deleted, you can check the history of the job card, and it will all be flagged in there.
- 11:46SPEAKER_00: So if somebody makes like a staff member makes a change or something, they're like, I didn't do that.
- 11:50SPEAKER_00: You can check the job card and the job history, so that's pretty standard.
- 11:54SPEAKER_00: Supplier and quote quote invoice import.
- 11:56SPEAKER_00: So yeah, you can do some really funky things as well.
- 11:59SPEAKER_00: Something that I was pushing as well and had a hand to play with was the percentage markup.
- 12:03SPEAKER_00: So that is essentially kind of combined with this in the pricing strategies.
- 12:06SPEAKER_00: But for example, what annoyed the shit out of me about service met was when you imported a bulk amount of material, let's say for instance, it was from a MIDI's or a TLE or a Rexel or a Voltex or whatever, you had to have one fixed amount.
- 12:20SPEAKER_00: So it said like 30% markup on everything.
- 12:23SPEAKER_00: So if you can imagine you you have a$1 item and it's it's it's it's a it's a dollar thirty, and then you have a five grand item that you buy, whatever be five five grand that you're buying, is going to be do the math on it, but it's 30% extra on top of that.
- 12:36SPEAKER_00: So it's a bit crazy.
- 12:37SPEAKER_00: On the one dollar item, it might be a 500% markup.
- 12:41SPEAKER_00: So you're getting your one dollar becomes five dollars, and then as you go up in the tiers, it will move up to whatever fifty percent, seventy-five percent, a hundred percent, or it will drop down, sorry, should I say?
- 12:53SPEAKER_00: So your your five grand item might only get marked up five percent.
- 12:56SPEAKER_00: So you can set thresholds, rules, and regulations when the materials are updated, which is really, really good.
- 13:04SPEAKER_00: I love that one as well.
- 13:05SPEAKER_00: The columns in a different and a different vision.
- 13:08SPEAKER_00: So if I click in this link, there is yeah, just a different way of looking at the columns and stuff.
- 13:12SPEAKER_00: So loads of different ways you can look and change things, which is really cool.
- 13:16SPEAKER_00: Template price preference.
- 13:18SPEAKER_00: So that's what I spoke about about updating and saving your ongoing pricing that you do come across or that you do actually want to update.
- 13:26SPEAKER_00: The new booking window is really cool.
- 13:28SPEAKER_00: There's a lot of things in that as well, that is it just makes booking easier.
- 13:33SPEAKER_00: One of the coolest things on the booking link or the schedule is you can right-click on the window and you can toggle on the weather.
- 13:42SPEAKER_00: So it will tell you if it's drizzling, if it's raining, if it's gonna be sunny.
- 13:46SPEAKER_00: So if you're doing the likes of solar and stuff like that, or you're doing a lot of outdoor work, you can look at it and go, shit, it's like rain.
- 13:52SPEAKER_00: It's not just drizzle, it's rain on Thursday.
- 13:54SPEAKER_00: Let's really look at moving that job to Friday because now we now know it's gonna be raining.
- 13:58SPEAKER_00: I think that's one of the coolest things that's there.
- 14:00SPEAKER_00: The new schedule kind of spoke about that.
- 14:02SPEAKER_00: Booking shortcuts.
- 14:03SPEAKER_00: There's a whole heap of booking stuff on this as well.
- 14:06SPEAKER_00: But different, different ways, methods like dubbed into the iPad has got new usability.
- 14:11SPEAKER_00: So user, there's a whole heap of updates with that as well.
- 14:14SPEAKER_00: So you schedule.
- 14:15SPEAKER_00: I think it's very like the desktop application now, but they just brought it into iPad to make it more user-friendly because I don't personally use an iPad, I use a desktop and I use my iPhone, and I just roll with the two of those.
- 14:28SPEAKER_00: I don't borrow.
- 14:29SPEAKER_00: I actually have an iPad that I that I need to blow the dust off.
- 14:32SPEAKER_00: I haven't used it in years.
- 14:33SPEAKER_00: I don't need to use it, so I don't use it.
- 14:36SPEAKER_00: Don't complicate things.
- 14:37SPEAKER_00: Switching accounts is really cool if you have got several accounts.
- 14:41SPEAKER_00: Let's just say you you've got a business and electrical business, and you've got a side business as well, and both you service may.
- 14:48SPEAKER_00: I don't know about the desktop, but within the app, you can very easily toggle between the two accounts.
- 14:53SPEAKER_00: So instead of logging out, going back in, authorizing logging back in, you can just switch between the two accounts.
- 15:00SPEAKER_00: Kind of like Instagram, you just double tap the button and it swap in and out.
- 15:03SPEAKER_00: So it's it's yeah, that's that's a real game changer as well if you have got multiple accounts.
- 15:08SPEAKER_00: Apple Watch has got new features built into it.
- 15:10SPEAKER_00: Again, kind of like the iPad, not going to get into it.
- 15:13SPEAKER_00: The payments from the 1st of October change.
- 15:15SPEAKER_00: You're gonna have to watch that.
- 15:16SPEAKER_00: There's a bit in that.
- 15:18SPEAKER_00: One thing that I do like is the premium plus payments.
- 15:22SPEAKER_00: So to help us out, because we can no longer charge credit card payments from the 1st of October here in Australia, that is now illegal.
- 15:30SPEAKER_00: So we have to wear it ourselves.
- 15:32SPEAKER_00: So if you're on the premium plus plan, it was$1.49.
- 15:37SPEAKER_00: I parsed it on the premium.
- 15:39SPEAKER_00: So it's dropped.
- 15:40SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's dropped, it was point$1.49, it's now$1.39.
- 15:45SPEAKER_00: So essentially, for every$1,000 you spend, it's gonna cost$13.90, I think, or every thousand dollars you receive.
- 15:52SPEAKER_00: Now, what I think is really good on the premium plus plan is it's it's nothing, it's it's$1.19.
- 15:58SPEAKER_00: So percent.
- 15:59SPEAKER_00: So that's not gonna be a lot.
- 16:00SPEAKER_00: If you've got a thousand dollars and a job, that's like$11.
- 16:03SPEAKER_00: So if you've got a five grand job and it costs you$55,000 to get that payment into your bank account the next day,$55 to get that payment into your account the next day, I wouldn't be worrying too much about that$55.
- 16:17SPEAKER_00: You know what I mean?
- 16:18SPEAKER_00: So the lower the tier of your package, the higher the fee is going to be.
- 16:22SPEAKER_00: I stress to go on premium from the get-go, and I'll actually link if you're not on Service Med, it's a phenomenal software.
- 16:28SPEAKER_00: I do not get paid by ServiceMed.
- 16:30SPEAKER_00: I just love this fucking product.
- 16:31SPEAKER_00: That's why I'm always so pro-Service Med.
- 16:34SPEAKER_00: It's simplistic, it does the job.
- 16:36SPEAKER_00: They listen after a few years and they make the updates and implements.
- 16:39SPEAKER_00: And one of the cool features as well is this, and this is what I'm speaking about is yes, they mightn't have that exact thing that you want in service med, but with the with the era of vibe coding, which I've done a podcast on, we can now create our own add-ons.
- 16:54SPEAKER_00: So something you've always wanted, you can now create it with AI.
- 16:57SPEAKER_00: So you can create, I believe, just with ChatGPT for now.
- 17:01SPEAKER_00: They've got a prompt that you paste into ChatGPT, you link up your service mate with ChatGPT, and then you can send it across into your add.
- 17:07SPEAKER_00: So you can essentially make your own add-on inside in ServiceMate, which is going to be an absolute game changer.
- 17:14SPEAKER_00: I haven't played with this, but this is something where it's like, I wish ServiceMate did this.
- 17:19SPEAKER_00: You can now conjure up your own add-on, build it inside in ChatGPT, and then go to the add-ons and add it into your service mate that you can directly use inside there.
- 17:28SPEAKER_00: So the example it gave with this on the webinar was it just showed a unique checklist style with every with specific jobs and stuff like that.
- 17:38SPEAKER_00: Or it might have allocated specific jobs to specific people with this specific add-on.
- 17:42SPEAKER_00: So the your imagination is all that's limiting you, I think.
- 17:47SPEAKER_00: So don't quote me on that.
- 17:48SPEAKER_00: You just go and have a play with that.
- 17:50SPEAKER_00: So that is one of the AI things.
- 17:51SPEAKER_00: Now the office agent is nearly the finale of this podcast, but the the office agent is really, really good.
- 17:57SPEAKER_00: And it's essentially a right-hand man in the office or a right-hand woman, whatever way you want to see it, but it will check in on jobs, draft emails for you, it will monitor stuff, it will it can go deep into the back end of your service mate.
- 18:14SPEAKER_00: It's a little virtual assistant in there for you.
- 18:17SPEAKER_00: Do I like it?
- 18:18SPEAKER_00: Yes, I do.
- 18:19SPEAKER_00: Do I love it?
- 18:20SPEAKER_00: Not necessarily.
- 18:23SPEAKER_00: There's nothing they can do about this because they have to stay obviously service mate relevant.
- 18:28SPEAKER_00: But I am currently playing with building my own agent.
- 18:31SPEAKER_00: Max is his name, and he is cooking at the moment, and I am achieving what they have done with this.
- 18:37SPEAKER_00: Now, this is$49 per month, I think, to activate this.
- 18:42SPEAKER_00: And I think it's cool.
- 18:42SPEAKER_00: I think if you want to have a crack off of this, have a look at it.
- 18:47SPEAKER_00: But where I see limitations with this is my agent is also linked into my emails, so not like if I if you speak to the service med agent and they don't have access to your Gmail or whatever email software you use, they can't look at the emails and cross-reference or send something from your email into service med, as far as I know.
- 19:06SPEAKER_00: And same thing with my agent, it's hooked into my Xero, it's hooked into other things, so it's got eyes and ears on everything.
- 19:13SPEAKER_00: And if I ask them something about Xero, it can conjure something up and and launch it into service med as well.
- 19:19SPEAKER_00: So this is coming aside the mentorship as well.
- 19:21SPEAKER_00: Limited to 49 spots.
- 19:23SPEAKER_00: Links are in the description.
- 19:24SPEAKER_00: That's the plug, that's the only plug I'm gonna do.
- 19:27SPEAKER_00: And Android.
- 19:28SPEAKER_00: Android has got way better features and updates.
- 19:33SPEAKER_00: Now, it doesn't have it doesn't have something that one of the members mentioned the other night.
- 19:38SPEAKER_00: See, I'm I'm an Apple head and I don't really care about Android.
- 19:40SPEAKER_00: And I stress that if you're going with service med, just get an iPad or something like that.
- 19:44SPEAKER_00: But there is something that it doesn't service med phones, it doesn't have service med phones.
- 19:48SPEAKER_00: That is what it doesn't have.
- 19:50SPEAKER_00: So yeah, have if you're an Android, Android user and you're on the fence with service med, go and have a look at what it can do.
- 19:58SPEAKER_00: But apparently it is as good as the regular iPhone app.
- 20:02SPEAKER_00: So if that's been stopping you from jumping across it earlier, that in a nutshell is the update.
- 20:09SPEAKER_00: So I ran through this for an hour and a bit.
- 20:11SPEAKER_00: We just went deep on the ones that can make you money and most efficiently.
- 20:14SPEAKER_00: But that is it.
- 20:15SPEAKER_00: And I just want to give you a quick overview.
- 20:17SPEAKER_00: I'll also link the I'll link a link to get ServiceMed, and I will link a link to the actual live webinar that ServiceMed did so you can have a squiz at that.
- 20:26SPEAKER_00: And hope you enjoyed and play around with the new features.
- 20:29SPEAKER_00: Now, if you want to unlock this, you need to go into your settings add ons, not add ons, just hit settings up the top bar on your desktop and launch the 15, and that will un unleash all of these updates as well.
- 20:41SPEAKER_00: So I'll catch you next week.
